My agent Spencer went above and beyond. Asap was definitely cheaper than going through an airline and cheaper than any travel website. My niece actually works for an airline and asap was significantly lower in cost than what she could get. The process was extremely easy and it was such a pleasure to speak to a live person that actually did everything for you, including ordering wheelchair assistance for me. Yesterday I booked a ticket for my daughter (11 years old) (unaccompanied minor), she will fly alone to Italy, I paid it, the agent said everything was fine. After a couple of hours, He called me back for an issue with my daughter's ticket. I had to pay more money and change the return date. I did it. The all inclusive is not actually all inclusive. The all inclusive was not all inclusive, the agents talk people into buying it and then you discover the all inclusive is not what it seems like. I wish I did not buy it. If at all I ever buy ticket here again I won’t buy the all inclusive. It is a waste of people’s hard earned money. The agent was nice and pleasant though.

So disappointed with my price lock. I paid 9.99$ each passenger of 4 and didn't get the rate. I ended up paying 20$ per passenger for my plane ticket. While still on the original phone call, after agreements were met and credit card ran, and confirmed, I was reading through the massive amount of negative reviews most of which stated; "will not answer customer service calls" and "will not do anything after airlines cancel flights" and "will not help with any refunds or cancellations are requested". I asked to cancel and was told no. I demanded cancelation and was put on hold until a man came on the phone to change my mind. I demanded again to cancel and I was told no. Then he put me on hold and I hung up. This was while still on original call only 20 minutes into this ordeal.

Hello ASAP tickets, My first call was on November 10th, which I was placed on hold and waited 20 minutes. I called the next day. My personal travel agent sent me quotes. I said I would discuss with my husband and call back. I received 3 emails and two phone calls that day. I emailed later that night to let them know I wanted a quote for a reduced trip and not to call me as it was already late in my time zone and that my preferred communication is via email. The next day I woke up to 4 emails, and one phone call. When I was ready to book, I called my contact at ASAP. The quote for 2 x $2,036 each. They asked me to stay on the phone until I have booked.

Recently I had a book a ticket for an international flight to India. I was checking out every day however can’t find any good news about flights. It shows 30-40 hrs layover from both side. Siraj, My Airline Advisor did a great job finding affordable and short travel time flight options for NCL Cruise that departs from Quebec City Canada. Once I hung up by mistake and he promptly called me back. You have a keeper with Siraj. This will allow my wife and I to spend less time in the air or airport and time visiting Quebec before boarding our NCL Cruise.

Natividad called me within minutes of my quote request. She was thorough in understanding what I needed and explained the fares and flights available on the specific dates I required. I enjoyed dealing with her. My only concern is that I purchased Travel Care Service and after reading the fine print I am not convinced it provides very much for the cost. I can probably negotiate an exchange or credit with my airline company in case I or my travel companion are sick or hospitalized at the time of departure and cancel 24 hours in advance. The delay of flight or lost baggage coverage is what the airline offers. So almost $200 for someone else to do it for me is not good value. But my fault for not understanding.

ASAP Tickets Totally Ripped Me Off. They Sold Me Tickets With No Seats Selected. Now the cost of seats is approximately $524 for four legs of the trip, which is on a criminally unethical level. I am so frustrated and disgusted about this. ASAP was negligent and careless on this matter. If you do not want to continue to receive unhappy reviews, do not abuse your customers like this. This is literally the most abusive and unfair situation I faced as a traveler. ASAP totally failed me.

This was the best flight booking experience I have ever had. The travel agent who assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to my travel needs and budget constraints, and worked hard to find me the best possible flight options. What impressed me most about this travel agency was their dedication to customer service. He was available to answer all my questions and concerns, and always responded promptly to my emails and phone calls. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire booking process.

It was a great experience at first but once everything was finalized, I noticed that my return flight was entirely different. I had the impression that I had 2 luggage allowance on both ways. Now, I am down from 2 luggages to 1 luggage. I am not sure why would ASAP expect a passenger to drop off a piece of luggage on the way back home? I am now "$200 extra" out of pocket just to purchase an extra luggage to accommodate my 2nd luggage. It is quite disappointing and frustrating to know that no one has actually helped to amend this issue in spite of multiple communication with the company. The "Travel Care Service" worth $200 they insisted to sell was useless. I could have used that to pay for the extra luggage. In the end, I was not able to save anything from this company. In fact, I spent more. I do not recommend to use ASAP.

BE AWARE of these liars and scammers. The agent Campbell booked my tickets and send me itinerary, I paid my tickets. Payment went through but I didn’t receive any ticket. I called too many times, they said they emailed Campbell and his manager but no manager talked to me and Campbell didn’t even called me back. No one resolve my issue, the reason they gave me is I didn’t buy their $99 Travel care which was not mandatory and they cancelled my ticket and now tickets prices go high so we can’t book that. Then I booked my tickets from Sky Scanner where I got better deal than them. Worst experience of my life with Asap tickets. Wasted my 4 days and give me stress. They lied, play with you until you got trapped.

After looking for flight I got tried and filled out the ASAP. Got a call within minutes. The individual thanked me in inquiring. I told him what I wanted prefer to fly from SFO to Germany on 30 April and return May 15. He asked me if I would fly a Turkish flight and I told him I prefer not to. Then he found a Condor flight. Price was right yet there was a stop in LA. Then he found the flight I chose. And flight from SFO to Germany no stops. Price was a bit more but I also got the flight coverage. Just in case I had to change flight due to illness. I like that warm blanket. Grinsby was soft spoken and showed no rush which made me feel comfortable to continue with him.

It was my first time to book a ticket through ASAP. I was not happy with those agent I booked my ticket because I can get hold of them during the trip and there are some information I wanted to ask. I am still trying to contact the agent, contact her through email and calling her at the number she used to call me but can’t reach her. It's been a week now and yet not responding on the email and left a voicemail as well at her desk. Unfortunately still no response.

Initially, I was very satisfied. However, The price I was quoted as an absolute and included all taxes and luggage fee, turned out not to be the case. And, If the cost was a middleman fee, I should have been told because that would have altered my travel plans.

I purchased a ticket from ASAP tickets way back in June for international travel in December. I called them mid-October to verify baggage allowance. It's only then that they informed me that the 1st leg of my flight was cancelled, hence, invalidating my ticket (they did not even inform me beforehand). They gave an alternative flight that was ridiculous as the alternative would definitely let me miss my connecting flight. So I opted not to travel and asked for a refund. It's been 6 weeks now and I still do not have the confirmation of the refund. It's not even the refund itself, but just a confirmation that it's on its way.

We had to pay for our seats on China Airlines: Cebu to Taipei and Taipei to LA. Those fees added $70 to our cost. The ASAP representative never told us about those costs. I will not book again with ASAP. Please take me off your contact list. I don't want any more emails or calls.

Wow, what a smooth booking. I called ASAP travel not sure what to expect and I was truly delighted! Edcel was quick to find what we needed and as we worked through the reservations he made the needed adjustments. He was patient and kind and quick to fill our needs. We were finished with our bookings in 30 minutes. With other agencies, I have been on the phone for hours before. I travel outside the country at least 3 times a year and I hope I can use Edcel for each booking.

Bought tickets for 6 people, Dragos gave me quotes and when we finalized they issued the wrong ticket: for the wrong return date, with no luggage included and wait time over 9 hours! I'm surprised any business can operate at this level of incompetence and total disregard of the core of the promise to deliver on their service. There is no concern for sharing customer information with people within ASAP and even externally. I found that my personal travel itinerary was shared twice with a former colleague and with my spouse. What if I was hiding my trip for whatever reason (including security concerns), how was it in ASAP place to share my information without my approval? ASAP associates are not concerned about the quality of their calls because they know no one is checking and so there will be no consequence. Too many things are wrong here and it is not a one off experience.

Don’t believe all those 5-Star reviews. They are all fake!!! ASAP Travel is an on-line travel company operated by a bunch of crooks out of Riga, Latvia. Customer service is not their strong suit. Although my initial flight ticket price looked very attractive, God help you if you need to change your ticket or request a refund. In my specific case, I was charged 30% of the initial ticket price when I requested a Covid-19 related ticket refund or exchange.

I thought this was going to be an easy way to get airline tickets and seemingly it was and they said can cancel with money back guarantee because I wanted insurance like I would have gotten if I got the tickets myself. After I purchased I saw that this was not the case and the next day the flight had been changed to 4 1/2 hrs earlier departure. So I called up and said I cannot do this time and they said they would see what they could do and still have not gotten back to me. Also I was not able to get a seat assignment (there are 4 of us traveling) and they said we pick our seats 24 hrs before departure!! There is no way we will all be sitting together. There was also a few of $279 that they never told me about. I would not have used them and would like my money back so I can make my own travel arrangements.
