    I had a 3 country, three person, booking challenge that hit some bumps (my fault) but finally came together. Klaus didn't make a peep when one credit card went over limit and we had to switch everything. He also found a way around having a 20 hour layover. I took up 2 hours of his time and he was pleasant through ALL of it! I got pretty rattled not being able to contact one of the other travelers but not Klaus.     Natividad called me within minutes of my quote request. She was thorough in understanding what I needed and explained the fares and flights available on the specific dates I required. I enjoyed dealing with her. My only concern is that I purchased Travel Care Service and after reading the fine print I am not convinced it provides very much for the cost. I can probably negotiate an exchange or credit with my airline company in case I or my travel companion are sick or hospitalized at the time of departure and cancel 24 hours in advance. The delay of flight or lost baggage coverage is what the airline offers. So almost $200 for someone else to do it for me is not good value. But my fault for not understanding.

    Nishima was the best person I have ever dealt with in my traveling experiences in my lifetime. I am 63 years old. I've never tipped a travel agent and I tipped her $10 that would have been a miracle in itself because I never tip.     ASAP Tickets Totally Ripped Me Off. They Sold Me Tickets With No Seats Selected. Now the cost of seats is approximately $524 for four legs of the trip, which is on a criminally unethical level. I am so frustrated and disgusted about this. ASAP was negligent and careless on this matter. If you do not want to continue to receive unhappy reviews, do not abuse your customers like this.     It was a great experience at first but once everything was finalized, I noticed that my return flight was entirely different. I had the impression that I had 2 luggage allowance on both ways. Now, I am down from 2 luggages to 1 luggage. I am not sure why would ASAP expect a passenger to drop off a piece of luggage on the way back home? I am now "$200 extra" out of pocket just to purchase an extra luggage to accommodate my 2nd luggage. It is quite disappointing and frustrating to know that no one has actually helped to amend this issue in spite of multiple communication with the company. The "Travel Care Service" worth $200 they insisted to sell was useless. I could have used that to pay for the extra luggage. In the end, I was not able to save anything from this company. In fact, I spent more. I do not recommend to use ASAP.

    BE AWARE of these liars and scammers. The agent Campbell booked my tickets and send me itinerary, I paid my tickets. Payment went through but I didn’t receive any ticket. I called too many times, they said they emailed Campbell and his manager but no manager talked to me and Campbell didn’t even called me back. No one resolve my issue, the reason they gave me is I didn’t buy their $99 Travel care which was not mandatory and they cancelled my ticket and now tickets prices go high so we can’t book that. Then I booked my tickets from Sky Scanner where I got better deal than them. Worst experience of my life with Asap tickets. Wasted my 4 days and give me stress. They lied, play with you until you got trapped.

    After looking for flight I got tried and filled out the ASAP. Got a call within minutes. The individual thanked me in inquiring. I told him what I wanted prefer to fly from SFO to Germany on 30 April and return May 15. He asked me if I would fly a Turkish flight and I told him I prefer not to. Then he found a Condor flight. Price was right yet there was a stop in LA. Then he found the flight I chose. And flight from SFO to Germany no stops. Price was a bit more but I also got the flight coverage. Just in case I had to change flight due to illness. I like that warm blanket. Grinsby was soft spoken and showed no rush which made me feel comfortable to continue with him.

    I purchased a ticket from ASAP tickets way back in June for international travel in December. I called them mid-October to verify baggage allowance. It's only then that they informed me that the 1st leg of my flight was cancelled, hence, invalidating my ticket (they did not even inform me beforehand). They gave an alternative flight that was ridiculous as the alternative would definitely let me miss my connecting flight. So I opted not to travel and asked for a refund. It's been 6 weeks now and I still do not have the confirmation of the refund. It's not even the refund itself, but just a confirmation that it's on its way.

    They said they are dependent on the airline and it's taking so long for the airline to authorize the refund. I called the airline today and learned from them that it takes them 2-3 business cycles to process the refund. They told me to go back to ASAP tickets for my refund because that's where I bought my ticket. But I have been following up with ASAP tickets every week and they tell me every time that they are still waiting for authorization from the airline. So, given what I learned from the airline, it is possible that ASAP tickets is just holding on to my refund. For how long, I don't know. This is so frustrating. I don’t want to book my flights with them anymore.

    Wow, what a smooth booking. I called ASAP travel not sure what to expect and I was truly delighted! Edcel was quick to find what we needed and as we worked through the reservations he made the needed adjustments. He was patient and kind and quick to fill our needs.     Horrible company. DO NOT BUY tickets from them. Bought tickets for 6 people, Dragos gave me quotes and when we finalized they issued the wrong ticket: for the wrong return date, with no luggage included and wait time over 9 hours!     I'm surprised any business can operate at this level of incompetence and total disregard of the core of the promise to deliver on their service. There is no concern for sharing customer information with people within ASAP and even externally. I found that my personal travel itinerary was shared twice with a former colleague and with my spouse. What if I was hiding my trip for whatever reason (including security concerns), how was it in ASAP place to share my information without my approval? ASAP associates are not concerned about the quality of their calls because they know no one is checking and so there will be no consequence. Too many things are wrong here and it is not a one off experience.

    Worst of all your flight is never assured. You can pay for your flight 4.5months ahead, pay to protect flight, arrive 5 hours before the flight, provide your COVID test and find that the ticket ASAP issued you is not recognized by the airline. This was my experience. I called them to no avail. When they got tired of transferring me to every Tom, Dick and Harry, they said they are not able to issue me new ticket but they want first complete their investigation. It’s the 3rd day now. I had to pay again to get on another flight that will have me travel for 2 extra days. How can I trust their investigation, when I can’t trust their purchase of my ticket or its protection?

    Don’t believe all those 5-Star reviews. They are all fake!!! ASAP Travel is an on-line travel company operated by a bunch of crooks out of Riga, Latvia. Customer service is not their strong suit. Although my initial flight ticket price looked very attractive, God help you if you need to change your ticket or request a refund. In my specific case, I was charged 30% of the initial ticket price when I requested a Covid-19 related ticket refund or exchange.

    Although all major airlines do the exchange FOC, ASAP, your travel agency, used the Covid-19 situation as a money-making opportunity. They charged me a 30% fee for any after sales request. My initial dealings with their salespeople were very pleasant. Until they got my money, they were always very responsive. As soon as my money was in their pockets, everything changed!!! When I had an issue, my salesperson (Clarkson) became unavailable. I ended up calling my credit card company as I was trying to recoup all the false charges he charged on my credit card, including a mandatory tip...

    I thought this was going to be an easy way to get airline tickets and seemingly it was and they said can cancel with money back guarantee because I wanted insurance like I would have gotten if I got the tickets myself. After I purchased I saw that this was not the case and the next day the flight had been changed to 4 1/2 hrs earlier departure. So I called up and said I cannot do this time and they said they would see what they could do and still have not gotten back to me. Also I was not able to get a seat assignment (there are 4 of us traveling) and they said we pick our seats 24 hrs before departure!! There is no way we will all be sitting together. There was also a few of $279 that they never told me about. I would not have used them and would like my money back so I can make my own travel arrangements.

    I have been working with Rachel for 2 years now on one flight. It was cancelled last year due to Covid. All was good until she actually had to work to get my flight rescheduled. It took months of me checking back with her to update me, which it took me to reach out to another CS agent to get the help. Her being unresponsive is an absolute understatement. Fast forward to Jan 2021 and it actually took me finding a flight at telling her to book it. She responded and said "ok" which she never did. So this little "oopps" cost me about $600. Then when she finally sent me a quote, which I approved, it was communicated to me that nothing else was needed and the flights are 100% paid for.

    Fast forward again to today. Guess what? We do not have a ticket. Rachel never booked it. And now I have been working for 2 days with a new agent, because Rachel is no longer with the company, just to find out where my money is. Had I known that I still needed to hold her hand I would have continued to follow up with her. I am now being told that I will have to pay in total an additional $400 because of the price change. I promptly informed my agent that this is ASAP problem and they need to fix it. Where I was promptly informed that ASAP doesn't work that way. That if ASAP tried to fix every problem that an agent makes it would be to much. I absolutely feel that ASAP tickets DOES NOT CARE about retaining customers or their reputation.

    I booked my international flight on March 12th, 2021... I arrived at the airport to find out that United Airlines had canceled the entire flight. I stayed at the airport for 4 hours, trying to see if I could still leave. The airlines indicated that the company I used should have notified me of the changes and refund me my money, because it wasn't my fault! However, ASAP never notified me and now don't want to pay me all my money without a penalty!!! Wow...My flight was scheduled for May 17th, this was plenty of time to notify me!!! It wasn't my fault. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, AND ESPECIALLY NOT ** PEOPLE! I think this is the only reason they are doing me like this because I'm a ** WOMAN! As of 7/22/21...I have evidence on their lies from this company that I showed them! They will say you signed documents that you know didn't happen, nor can they produce it!     On December 31, 2016, I traveled to Nigeria by Arik Airline using a roundtrip ticket I purchased from ASAP Tickets. I arrived Nigeria on January 1, 2017. My return flight to the U.S. was scheduled for June 5, 2017. While I was in Nigeria, Arik Airline was barred from engaging on International flights. I attempted to get a refund of my return trip from Arik Airline but they referred me back to ASAP Tickets since I did not buy the ticket directly from Arik Airline. I contacted ASAP Tickets & they referred me to International Travel Network. I was stranded in Nigeria & had to borrow money to buy a one way ticket to return to the U.S.

    To date, International Travel Network & ASAP Tickets have not helped me to recover my refund. As a matter of fact, I understand that they have never even tried to get my refund from Arik Airline. Arik Airline is still flying on routes in Nigeria & some West African countries. I would have filed this complaint years ago if International Travel Network & ASAP Tickets had not promised to help me. I plead that you help me to compel International Travel Network & ASAP Tickets to obtain my refund since Arik Airline has insisted that only International Travel Network & ASAP Tickets can apply for my refund from Arik Airline.     They are so kind and helpful to sell the tickets and some days after they change everything. They send you an email saying the flights were cancelled by the company but they never gives you a real reason. After that they try to schedule other trip more expensive than other companies and the policy of refund doesn't exist. They always uses two agents, one to sell the tickets and the second to get more money from you. Be SO CAREFUL AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO TRAVEL. When you buy a ticket from them, you buy a headache. They will never send to you an email cancelling something because they are afraid of suits. They only cancel by phone and when you try to claim to your insurance they always ask for an email format of cancelation.

    Due to Covid-19 restrictions leading to flight cancellations and foreign travel, I sought a refund for 4 tickets purchased through ASAP Tickets in October, 2019 for travel in April, 2020. ASAP Tickets would only agree to a partial refund of $3630.24 and a travel credit of $1224.04. In June, 2021 and upon trying to use the travel credit, ASAP said they only had record of a $1000 credit. The quoted price for the new tickets I was seeking had considerably inflated price over fares found online at various airline and travel sites. The inflated ticket price was over half the credit amount due me. My total experience was plagued with ASAP errors to include being doubled charged and having to file a credit card dispute to resolve it. ASAP agents were not responsive when there are issues.

    I went to the site to get a flight booked, they had the best price for where I needed. Put in the airports, set the date of travel and requested a quote, was directed to call a 888 number to finish booking at the special rate. Got a agent on the line, and was told as soon as I gave the discount number that the quote wasn't any good, it was a promotional deal that was the best price some time in the last year. Then why did I put a date in for my quote? I could still book but now the price was more than $350 higher than the quote.

    My wife and I are retired living on SS. We saved 2 years for money to visit her relatives in Bali and Jakarta where she grew up. We bought tickets in Dec of 2019. Flights were cancelled and this company will not return our money after Korean Air gave it back to them. Tried for months now and there are Thousands of others like me.     Currently I am going through this ordeal of rebooking my flight for additional charge, back in August of 2020, I even bought Travel Care Service for $80, now I have to pay additional $429, whereas the same original price I paid in August of 2020 is showing as current price for that route on Turkish Airlines website. :(

    The airline in question cannot rebook me on their own, because either they have not been paid by ASAP or they have an agreement with ASAP to make more money from customers like us. My current travel agent (Elvina) is nice and courteous but the original one (Wiser) is not even responding. THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS, NEVER EVER BUY FROM ASAP TICKETS, THEY HAVE FOOLED THIS LONG TIME RETURNING CUSTOMER. Looking into reporting them to BBB and talking to an attorney.

    Since April 2020 I have been reaching out by e-mail and phone to ASAP Tickets regarding a refund for flights cancelled by the operating airline due to COVID-19. Every time, I was given a different excuse: I was offered exchanges, or flat out told airlines discouraged refunds. Per U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, both U.S. and foreign airlines with passengers on flights to, within, or from the U.S., are entitled to prompt refunds when the carrier significantly changes or cancels a flight. ASAP Tickets even promotes “offering a FREE exchange or cancelation” on their own blog, but they fail to follow their own policy. When reaching out to the airline directly (Swiss Air in my case), I was told ASAP Tickets was already refunded. Yet, I am still waiting for them to refund me, almost a year in. Unacceptable.

    I took my return ticket to Belgium at the beginning of November 2020 by taking out the Travel care, given the pandemic. Two weeks later, I was warned of a change of itinerary, asking me to contact ASAP for details. What I do. It appears that my return flight is canceled. ASAP offers me two solutions: a flight before the scheduled date but which is impossible for me and another date with a duration of nearly 52 hours for a fee of $350 to reissue the ticket! I ask United Airlines for a refund of my ticket, which they accept, sending a check to ASAP in my name. This one refuses to reimburse despite my many e-mails, my many phone calls.

    To date, I have not received the slightest clue, nor the slightest information about the reimbursement. I must have had a dozen people, but none of them claim to be able to tell me why after two months I am not in possession of my refund and it is impossible for me to speak to a manager or a manager. I am faced with a silence and deprived of any possibility of response. This is an unacceptable situation and I do feel deeply disrespected and robbed. My last resort is to entrust this dispute to a lawyer for recovery by judicial means. Seriousness is proven in the event of difficulties and here the customer has no recourse and no esteem.

January 31 2020 - Received notification of itinerary change from schedule.changes.ph@asaptickets. March 11 2020 - Received notification of itinerary change from schedule.changes.ph@asaptickets. May 12 2020 - I replied to request a full refund to email address: time@itncorp.com. February 1 2020 - Received notification of itinerary change in schedule from time@itncorp.com. February 7 2020- Received reply from Yvet: time@itncorp.com as follows: "We send a request to the airline for the refund. As soon as we will have updates we will get in touch with you."

    More email communication on Confirmation Flight ID # **. February 12 2020 Received reply from Yvet: time@itncorp.com as follows: "I've just received the answer from the airline. Unfortunately we can not give you any other reprotection option. The only solution remains full refund due to involuntary schedule changes." March 11 2020 - I replied in full force-refund; to time@itncorp.com. March 21 2020 – Received a reply from Gestina/Yvet sent from email: time@itncorp.com as follows: "Thank you for getting in touch with us. This is a quick note to let you know that we've received your inquiry."

    Sep/16/20: I was told to pay refund fee of $250 to get refund of the ticket. Also, the refund window, as I had been told was expiring. Received the ticket refund on Nov/20/2020. Does refund really expire due to covid pandemic. I was told by agents that I have talked to that they were heavily loaded with requests of refunds so I need to wait extraordinary time. Now, I submit an appeal and dispute on the refund of the processing fee of @250.00. I strongly believe that ASAP should have not asked me to pay this fee to process the refund on the **. Thank for your consideration and the immediate reimbursement of the amount of $250.00.

    We have contacted ASAPTICKETS for the full refund of our plane tickets (family of 6) since March 27 and have followed up every 2 weeks but we still have not received our refund. Our flight was scheduled on May 19,2020 and was cancelled 4 weeks before the our flight. First was, Philippines are not letting any flights in the country then we received notification that our Flight is cancelled. We have called ASAP TICKETS numerous times and was promised that we will get an answer within 5-7 business days but no one gets back with us with an update. We tried reaching out to our agent as advised but he always claimed that he have filed for the refund as of 5/2/2020 and he doesn't have any update for us.

    Fast forward to November, we are now working with our 6th agent from this company and still no refund. They want us to make a "deal" where we lose $1250 of our money for penalty that's never our fault. We spoke with Japan Airlines and they released the full refund back to ASAP TICKETS. This agency is holding our money and will not release it and have lied to us that it is the airline charging these fees where that is not the case! JAPAN AIRLINES sent me a confirmation email stating they did refund the money back to this agency. What a SCAM! We were charged $6844.50 with all taxes and fees included. We are supposed to get this all back but this company is refusing to do it!

    Do not use this company. I purchased an airline ticket along with their trip protection insurance and have been waiting for a refund for 7 months after the airline cancelled my flight because of Covid. If you have been ripped off you should report them to the BBB in California, where their corporate office is. Also, report them to the Attorney general in your State as well as the Insurance Commissioner in California if you purchased their Trip Protection. Businesses that do not comply with insurance laws will be shut down by the insurance commissioner because of fraud. You can also contact the Office of Aviation Consumer Protection at (202) 366-2220. Contact the Federal Trade Commission ftccomplaint assistant.gov The more people who file complaints, the faster we can put this fraudulent company out of business.

    I purchased a ticket from ASAP Tickets/ ITN to Travel in March via Lufthansa Airline. The flight was cancelled due to the pandemic. The sent an email informing me that I can re-book for no cost at any time until December 2020. The ticket cost total of $978.00 which included a ticket protection in the amount of $79.45 which would allow for a full refund of the ticket in the event of cancellation. Fast forward to September, I called to rebook, first, they told me that I needed to pay an additional $258.80 to rebook the flight. I argued, they explained that the airline wants them to charge those fees. So, I reluctantly paid. The agent "APEX" asked me to pay another $79.45 for protection. I told him I would not because the previous one I purchased did not seem to do anything for me. He said no problem.

    Fast forward again a few weeks later, the airline cancelled again, they did not notify me, I heard from another family member who unfortunately heard on the news, and she purchased tickets from ASAP as well. So, I called and asked for a refund. It’s been 3 weeks now, they wanted me to pay another $250 cancellation fee even when I did not cause the cancellation. I am still going back and further with these people agent "Radjiro" I have asked to speak with a supervisor and he has refused. After several days of back and forth he tells me today that he can only refund $980 and that will take 30 to 90 days.

    This company is holding on to 2 of my tickets. I have purchased tickets through them in the past, but this is the last and I caution others to take heed. I purchased ticket from Delta as well, and Delta Airline refunded 100% of my ticket without any issue. ITN/ASAP should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people out of money during this difficult time. And to know that I was heading home for a funeral makes this even more painful. I am so disappointed.

    My experience with ASAP tickets is a distasteful experience. The agency does not disclose all the full terms but rather a generalized term. All flight transactions made throuGh ASAP Tickets are not refundable. The airline I had booked through ASAP Tickets cancelled their flight. ASAP Tickets requested to charge an additional fee of $150 dollars to change the flight that was cancelled at the fault of the airline. And this was to occur every time the flight was changed by the airline. Requiring the passenger to continually be paying ASAP Tickets a cost fee whenever the flights changed. Refusing to to scammed since flights will continually change during this pandemic, I opted to cancel the flights that was already cancelled by both Brussels Air and United Airlines. ASAP tickets deducted a total of $400 dollars from the initial cost and will only refund less than 60% of the ticket purchase price.

    The experience with ASAP Tickets is very frustrating emotionally, psychologically and financially to the consumer. Their presence as ticketing agency is to some degree fraudulent due to the lack of transparency in their dealings. All American consumers should be cautious before using ASAT TiCkets since the priority of the customer is minimal to their business rather utilize and take advantage of this pandemic situation of unpredictable flight changes to extort and charge consumer ridiculous fees. Also, be aware any refunds are not process promptly since it could extend for over 90 days. Do not purchase any flights from ASAP Tickets if you want the peace of mind prior and during your trip. Do not also purchase their travel plan since that is just a trap to extort $79 from the consumer. Thanks.

    I purchased a ticket on South African Airways but the flight was cancelled because South African stopped operating due to COVID. I need a refund or exchange for the return leg of the journey from Washington to Accra for Flight SA 210. ITN protection states that a passenger is eligible for 100% fare compensation if there’s a flight cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or airline bankruptcy. My agent, Junior, offered to waive the fees associated with booking another flight And the ticket he’s offering is a South African airways business class ticket which will require me to come out of pocket for an additional $6000. This does not satisfy the terms of the ITN protection. This is a total scam.

    ASAP Tickets is a scam!!! My family and I were supposed to go on the trip of a lifetime in April and due to Covid our flights were cancelled by the airline. ASAP tickets then told us that in order to receive a refund there was a $800 per ticket fine, totaling $2400 for our family. They were unable to give us where this was stated in writing anywhere. The real kicker is that both myself and my mom are nurses on the frontlines during the pandemic and we were taken advantage of by a greedy travel agency!!!     Straight up. Warning. Do NOT use this company at all for your tickets. We purchased our tickets prior to covid to Australia to visit family. Due to the covid, government advisory stated, do not travel. We called United Airlines about our tickets, and they told us we had to call back ITN. We did so. ITN told us they could only postpone. We did that. Currently, we still can't go, so we called ITN for a refund. Our tickets for the trip cost $2565.50. They preferred us to extend, but we must pay them 500.00 for each tickets, plus a $250.00 processing fee for each. (1500 we had to pay). So, then we asked for a refund. They stated it would be $500.00 penalty for each ticket, and another 250.00 processing fee to get a partial refund. But, wait for it...Wait for it!...They wanted us to PAY THEM $500.00 to start the process to refund us for EACH TICKET just to get a partial refund.

    I booked tickets from ASAP tickets around NOV 2019, then I cancelled it well before the departure date and I also received the copy cancellation request from ASAP tickets. I was told that refund may take 3-4 months, now it's been 9 months now, I have nor received anything. I have tried contacting ASAP several times but nothing happened. I called airlines about my ticket and they say that there was never a reservation with ticket number which asap issued to us. It's a big scam, please do not book.     I purchased their recommended ticket protection policy. Because of Covid 19, our return flights from Asia to the US were canceled. Oh agent at ASAP got us return tickets which delayed our return by 4 days. The policy promised $300 per person if there was a delay of 6 hours or more. ASAP did not honor that agreement nor give a reason. After months of email and phone efforts, we were denied the payment. ASAP finally agreed to refund our premium of $118. It took another 2 months and many phone calls and emails to finally get that. Most calls and emails were not returned.

    We I was very happy with my agent though he left the company. His email and phone were simply removed saying he was no longer there. Customer service dragged their feet for weeks until I inquired again and then I was told they were working on it. Our canceled flights came through Europe but because of travel restrictions, we were forced to come through Asia. ASAP would not help with refunds for the 6 flights not used. I understand the pandemic was hard for everyone but this went on for 6 months. Overall, except for Quest, our kind initial agent, our experience was not good and I cannot recommend ASAP at all. I’m a frequent long term traveler and Have never had such bad service. There are plenty of other options out there.

    I am regular ASAP ticket customer. I purchased two tickets in March to travel to Africa, however a few days before my scheduled travel date my flight was cancelled due to COVID-19, and world borders closure. Right after I tried to get my full refund and I was advised that I would lose money which I found rather odd. I decided that I would call back when the border reopens and scheduled another flight.

    I called this past Sunday to rebook my flight and I was advised on Monday to contact the airline directly because they could not locate me in the system by my agent Junior. I proceeded to contact Delta airlines billing department and they confirmed that they issued a refund to ASAP tickets on June 12. I then called back ASAP tickets with the Delta billing agent on the line, and ASAP was now able to locate me in the system. While on the line with the Customer service agent from ASAP, he tried contacting my travel agent Junior, but he was on the other line. Junior called me back 30 minutes later, and proceeded to scold me by asking what I was trying to accomplish by calling customer service.

    He then told me that the matter would be resolved. I did not hear back from him until this morning after I left him a voicemail, and stated that the matter was resolved and he would find me a flight. 30 minutes later he called back with a flight schedule, only this time I had to add more money due to the recall commission fee. I don't understand and, confused why I am losing funds and have to pay a fee for a flight that I did not take. I understand that the Government required refunds issued back to customers due COVID-19.

    I am not happy at all how ASAP agents bounced back among agents pretending to Managers and supervisors, with at least 3 agents disconnecting the line as soon as I started explaining my issue. I don't understand why a ticket that ASAP purchased for $445 each and I paid $1075, and delta issued a full refund and I am required to add another few hundred dollars to get rescheduled to a new flight. And the agents bounce me around different agents, and now I call ITN customer service number and getting disconnected. I can be contacted at **! Best, Veronica. Reply Forward

    Horrible experience. We purchased tickets back in February for a flight in August of 2020. We provided all our info and credit card details to International Travel Network / ASAP Tickets. 4 of the tickets were charged on our credit card by United Airlines per the request of this company, and 1 charge was by ASAP Tickets (this company). Due to the Pandemic and our destination not allowing us to fly, we called ASAP tickets and asked for a refund, 1.5 months before the flight. They refused and said United Airlines will not refund. So we called United Airlines, United told us we are allowed for a 100% refund due to the situation of the flight not allowing us to fly to our final destination.

    We called ASAP TICKETS back and told them this, they said we need to make a conference call, and kept delaying us, only returning or voice mails every 4-5 days. We had the conference call and United Airlines told them on the phone that ASAP Tickets need to request the refund and they will give them the money back, then ASAP Tickets will refund us back. Agent agreed on the phone. This was a month ago, and now we are 10 days past our supposed to be flight date. We are being ignored.

    It turns out, United refunded ASAP Tickets/International Travel Network, LLC and they will not give us our money back. This is 100% Fraud, it is illegal and should be dealt with accordingly. They stole over $6,000 from us, this is not right, not honest, and not fair, especially during a Pandemic. After trying to get a refund, they sent me a link to give them my credit card so they can charge $250 per ticket ($1000 total) and only then they say they will refund. LOL!!!! SCAM!!!! Why not refund the balance you agreed and keep the rest, why charge me again. These guys are crooks!

    I purchased airline tickets for travel before Covid-19. Delta cancelled my flight in April, a full refund was issued to ASAP tickets on April 24th. I have been fighting for MY MONEY since then. I didn't ask ASAP to contact Delta for a refund. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY. They are full of excuses as to why it is taking so long to get a refund. For a month now I have tried to contact one of their agents, Dusty, emailed costumer service, filed a complain in their website, contacted them through their Facebook page and all other social media and not a single response till today. On 2/3/2020, I made a purchase through ASAP Tickets with Morpheus for multi flights to travel in Philippines - SFO Feb 28th - Manila March 1st, Manila - Davao March 1st, Davao - Manila March 7th, Manila to Cebu March 18th, Cebu to Manila March 23rd, and Manila to SFO March 23rd. However due to the COVID-19 pandemic on March 16th, all flights were cancelled due to the pandemic and Philippines President ordered a lockdown.

    I am disputing all my flights starting from March 18th-March 23rd with ASAP Tickets and I tried numerous times trying to get assistance. Morpheus ignored all my emails and his supervisor Ramon was extremely difficult to get a hold of. It is like moving mountains because to this day, after 4 months, I am still trying to contact Ramon. I filed a credit card dispute and ASAP Tickets refused to refund my money. They "claimed" they provided me credits that I have no access to and denied my refunds, which was no fault of my own. Prior to purchasing your tickets with ASAP Tickets or this company, please look at all the negative reviews on Better Business Bureau.

    Avoid them at all cost, they are very difficult to deal with and difficult to get a hold of to get assistance. They ask for tips for booking your flights and offer no assistance at all. It feels like they will take your money and run. I will be posting negative reviews for this company in almost every social media platform I can possibly find to help others make an informed decision prior to making a purchase with this company. I also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against this company for scamming me. Do not charge consumers for a service that you cannot provide and then refuse to refund their money.

    To be honest with you, before purchasing my airline tickets to China, and Singapore from ASAP Tickets last year, let's just say that I was very skeptical, and I almost did not buy from them and nearly went with usual verified travel agencies in the states like, Travelocity, Expedia, etc, etc, which had much more expensive tickets; now given that my previous purchasing experience was a very positive, then, I decided to buy my airline tickets from them again, but this time heading towards Central America.

    This is a great agency that will find and match your online prices to ensure that you get the best deals, what else can I say, except that my travel agent, Erza was just amazing, she was not only able to work with me as far as being able to purchase, but kept in touch with me make sure that I would still get the best deals possible, until I was actually able to buy my airline ticket from her, I highly recommend this travel agency to everyone in the States, just make sure that you keep in touch with your agent, to ensure a better experience. One very important thing to keep in mind is the time difference, some of these agents are in Asia, so be mindful of that.     The worst company ever! Ruined our vacation. Allowed me to purchase an airfare for my family and I for June flight in the amount of $3,707.56 plus $20 and cancelled on us a few weeks prior flying. Their reason was that the airline cancelled. I called the airline and found out it wasn't true. The airline only changed the times and ASAP/ITN could easily fix that. Instead they said they cannot do it.

    In order not to lose our money ASAP/ITN forced us to re-book our flights for July and pay more $$$ for the difference in price. They also recommended to purchase additional insurance so we don't lose our money in case they would cancel again. We paid the difference in price $132 and additional $357.80 for the insurance because we were scared we would lose more money. I was assured we will fly out in July. Guess what? Less than 2 weeks prior our flight, they cancelled again!! Not because the flight is not available but because ASAP/ITN sells tickets below market price and if the airline sells more expensive tickets, ASAP customers get cancelled! It is the buggiest BS company in the world. I would never ever book with them again! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

I have spoken to numerous agents, have emailed them numerous times and still no one can tell me when I’ll get a refund. ASAP Tickets has been giving me endless excuses, misinformation, and differing responses from one team member to the next. I was told on May 5, that I would be getting a refund, but still no refund. When ASAP Tickets called to notify me I was told I had been given a travel voucher from the airlines so when I knew flying would become available just to call back and they would get me a flight. I have been trying to get a resolution for weeks. Am unable to reach anyone other than agents who are unable to do anything. One agent even laughed when I asked for a supervisor telling me I would never speak with one. I then reached another agent who said she got authorization to give me the agent's supervisor's contact information. The telephone doesn't work so I sent an email which then states they are in a remote location with no telephone but are able to respond Via email. This is the worst company they got paid and I have not received what I paid for yet.

    I purchased two tickets to Italy on Feb 5 for a trip leaving today, June 5 on United. Due to the Covid 19, we cannot travel. Besides, Italy is closed to the US until June 15. ITN said they would give me a voucher good until 2/5/21. The chances of us senior citizens being able to travel by then is very low. UA states that their vouchers are good for 2 years. What gives with a voucher offer of one year?? If we cannot technically travel to Italy at this time, why can’t we get a refund of our money? I have called ASAP (ITN) many times and still haven’t seen evidence of a voucher. I expect a voucher good for 2 years if a refund is not possible.     I booked a ticket for my mom in March 2019 for travel in early May. I bought insurance. I requested a refund due to her age and COVID19. I was told they have to check with the airline. I sent them the email from Delta. Later I found out she could get a full refund instead of a voucher, I again sent them that information. I was told they sent for my refund but it would take up to three month but no matter how many times I asked for the date the refund was processed I am being ignored. I am going to call my mom's CC company and file for fraud. You should do the same. I saw many others in this same situation with this company. I had no problems booking a prior trip with them.

    I have purchase tickets to go to Brazil and with the tickets a protection plan that was explained by the agent “Lester” that I would be able to cancel my tickets if needed for any reason. With all this pandemic going on they started making changes to the flights scheduled and notifying me with my choices which one of them was a refund. I felt that given the unknown situation it was safer for me for the refund especially because I purchased the protection plan for it. It has been about 4 weeks and 3 different agents, although the agents tell me that they will call and follow up, none of them it’s responding to my calls/ emails/ messages, and when asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that it was NOT allowed.

    My trip is a round trip to Brazil, it's supposed to be in July, 2020, and I have been trying to get refunded but they have been ignoring and not responding to my request for a refund, even though the agent sold me a insurance policy with the tickets that would allow me to cancel the trip at any time, and with this pandemic, I do not feel safe about traveling there.     Airlines cancelled our Int’l flight and we are asking ASAP for a FULL refund. ASAP Tickets is charging us an Airline Penalty Fee and Recall Fee per ticket which amts. to about 60% of the value of each ticket. United Airlines has no penalty fees at this time due to COVID. None of this is our fault and we should be fully refunded without penalties.

    ASAPTICKETS.COM IS FRAUD. This company is fraud. I requested a refund because my flight was cancelled due the covid-19 pandemic, on TWO occasions with different reps. Both reps told me that they were going to send the refund request to the airline and confirm to me by email that I should be getting my money back. One month and a half later, I just found out that NONE of the 2 reps I spoke to actually requested the refund to the airline even though I was promised that they sent it. I am left with no choice but dispute the charge with the credit card company. Very dishonest and disappointing. I will NEVER purchase anything from them EVER AGAIN.
