Mikay helps me change my reservation. However, I was wondering why she upgrade my e-ticket insurance coverage. I called her to change my reservation to make my fare lower and to improve the itinerary. Everything is great, however, when it comes to e-ticket insurance, she asked me to tick the 2nd one which was more expensive than the first column, Is there a way to change the amount of insurance for my e-ticket. I feel like I was forced to change the coverage just because I change my reservation. Thank you so much.

My agent J ** was very knowledgeable and very courteous and patient with me as I was purchasing 4 flights. And new born lap child. I also needed information and confirmation of active duty military getting 2 free checked bags and 1 free carryon with a personal bag while flying Frontier Airlines. She was very quick in responding to my queries; she was very patient when I had to put her on hold to verify my info - did clear explanation of issues and the questions i asked - very patient in getting us lower fares than last year - and a lot more of things she said which made us very comfortable with her - including a very polite voice and attitude. I should be given a huge discount because of the poor performance I had with Boomer. I paid for airline tickets for myself, my girlfriend and her son to travel to Brazil. We received the needed travel itinerary to travel to Brazil together with me returning sooner than them. My Delta App confirmed that my flights were booked properly but not my Gf or her son. Only a one connection was visible on their Delta profile. Boomer told me incorrectly that it was Deltas fault for canceling the flights for them after assuring me that everything was fine. I had to make multiple calls all night last night until 3am to get it fixed between 5 delta agents and another asap agent beside Boomer. The flights were overbooked and an alternate return trip had to planned and Boomer had the audacity to ask me to pay for a fare difference.

My experience with Vancyck has been wonderful so far. He is very respectful and provided a very good costumer service so far. Please congratulate him for a job well done. Elon super helpful and trying to arrange our business/vacation trips to Thailand from CA going smooth. Especially I have French Bulldog breed which wasn't easy. Well let me tell you a little something about your less than punctual email. I called last night, after receiving a message from United Airlines that my flight had been delayed for 2 1/2 hours, and tried to get your agent to redirect my flight plan so that I would make it to my destination. After arguing with your agent for 30 minutes about my flight being delayed because he said it wasn’t delayed, he finally said he would call me back on options for other flights. No return call or message at all. I still haven’t heard from anyone from your business. I had to call United myself and get them to redirect my flight for today.

I called them because I was stressed out trying to find the best flight with little layover. I spoke to Wade. He was great! Very helpful and had a flight within minutes. I had to call back and he answered the phone and he was just as wonderful the second time. I haven't been on the trip yet but the first part of getting there is the booking. I would recommend them for the ease and convenience. Thank you ASAP!

You guys are not bad at all, but the airline, On my Boarding pass said 3 pm from Denver to New York, So I could not be at the airport from 5pm to the next day 3pm? So I went and got me a hotel, But to my greatest surprise I got a Email around 4am telling me that my flight is Boarding at 3am for which I ran out of the hotel at 5 am to the airport, After standing at the Customers' service for one hr, only to hear that my flight 3pm.

We had to make tickets fast and keep the cost down. I am immigrating my mother to the USA, but I have to travel there to pick her up. Mona was so professional in helping us get my flight arranged with little time to spare. She also helped me book my flight so that my mom will be on the return flight with me. Otherwise, she would be too afraid to fly alone. Again Mona was a stranger until this flight, now we consider her to be a real friend. Great job!

Been on all airline sites I think. This is the best for me. Very easy to work with and want it right. Told me my tip was too big. Never heard that in my lifetime! Looks like they will match or beat your best fare. Will use again soon.

I was just looking to see what the rates were but as it turns out ASAP tickets were indicating that the end of the season was spitting out some great deals and they found them for me and my customer service agent, Makini was incredible! She went up and above and out of her way to make sure that the deal that was in front of me was very doable even though it was getting close to the expiration date. I was able to secure the deal with a round trip ticket to the Philippines from the USA. I couldn't believe how affordable it was!

I had good experiences using ASAP and loved the customer service but this time was different unfortunately. No longer interested in using them. I recently inquired about flights, found an option, paid 2x, got the itinerary and thought I was good to go so I went ahead and booked my lodging. Next day, the rep says the flight was already booked by someone else and my United confirmation number no longer linked to my app so instead of progressing to a point of completion, we went completely backwards. I hope they at least keep their word and refund my money. So disappointing because before they did provide great service and good flight options on my international trips.

Medo was very responsive to our needs. Knowing that we don't like huge layovers, he looked for flights that met our needs. We have dealt with Medo in the past and we were very happy with the flights he was able to get us. My niece actually works for an airline and asap was significantly lower in cost than what she could get. Yesterday I booked a ticket for my daughter (11 years old) (unaccompanied minor), she will fly alone to Italy, I paid it, the agent said everything was fine. After a couple of hours, He called me back for an issue with my daughter's ticket. I had to pay more money and change the return date. I did it. The all inclusive is not actually all inclusive. The all inclusive was not all inclusive, the agents talk people into buying it and then you discover the all inclusive is not what it seems like. I wish I did not buy it. If at all I ever buy ticket here again I won’t buy the all inclusive. It is a waste of people’s hard earned money. The agent was nice and pleasant though.

So disappointed with my price lock. I paid 9.99$ each passenger of 4 and didn't get the rate. I ended up paying 20$ per passenger for my plane ticket. The representative from ASAP Tickets help me but still the rate change, so in short the price lock was not applied. While still on the original phone call, after agreements were met and credit card ran, and confirmed, I was reading through the massive amount of negative reviews most of which stated; "will not answer customer service calls" and "will not do anything after airlines cancel flights" and "will not help with any refunds or cancellations are requested". I asked to cancel and was told no. I demanded cancelation and was put on hold until a man came on the phone to change my mind. I demanded again to cancel and I was told no. Then he put me on hold and I hung up. This was while still on original call only 20 minutes into this ordeal.

Hello ASAP tickets, My first call was on November 10th, which I was placed on hold and waited 20 minutes. I called the next day. My personal travel agent sent me quotes. I said I would discuss with my husband and call back. I received 3 emails and two phone calls that day. I emailed later that night to let them know I wanted a quote for a reduced trip and not to call me as it was already late in my time zone and that my preferred communication is via email. The next day I woke up to 4 emails, and one phone call. When I was ready to book, I called my contact at ASAP. The quote for 2 x $2,036 each. They asked me to stay on the phone until I have booked.

Recently I had a book a ticket for an international flight to India. I was checking out every day however can’t find any good news about flights. It shows 30-40 hrs layover from both side. At last find a website says ASAP ticket. I gone through the app and got help from a nice person who do understands, respect customer's needs. I made five calls and left voicemail messages to the representative Conchita as well as follow up emails to return my call but no response. She was prompt returning my calls when I was looking for fair deals and after booking she NEVER responded to any help I needed. Not the kind of service I wanted especially after tipping her. An agent with ASAP by the name of Trent removed all doubts and fear arranging and confirming my flight itinerary. Trent was very informative, patient and constructive. With his assistance I was able to finally finalize and book a flight which I had been putting off for many weeks. This will allow my wife and I to spend less time in the air or airport and time visiting Quebec before boarding our NCL Cruise.

Natividad called me within minutes of my quote request. She was thorough in understanding what I needed and explained the fares and flights available on the specific dates I required. I enjoyed dealing with her. My only concern is that I purchased Travel Care Service and after reading the fine print I am not convinced it provides very much for the cost. I can probably negotiate an exchange or credit with my airline company in case I or my travel companion are sick or hospitalized at the time of departure and cancel 24 hours in advance. The delay of flight or lost baggage coverage is what the airline offers. So almost $200 for someone else to do it for me is not good value. But my fault for not understanding.

ASAP Tickets Totally Ripped Me Off. They Sold Me Tickets With No Seats Selected. Now the cost of seats is approximately $524 for four legs of the trip, which is on a criminally unethical level. I am so frustrated and disgusted about this. ASAP was negligent and careless on this matter. If you do not want to continue to receive unhappy reviews, do not abuse your customers like this. This is literally the most abusive and unfair situation I faced as a traveler. ASAP totally failed me.

This was the best flight booking experience I have ever had. The travel agent who assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to my travel needs and budget constraints, and worked hard to find me the best possible flight options. What impressed me most about this travel agency was their dedication to customer service. He was available to answer all my questions and concerns, and always responded promptly to my emails and phone calls. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire booking process.

It was a great experience at first but once everything was finalized, I noticed that my return flight was entirely different. I had the impression that I had 2 luggage allowance on both ways. Now, I am down from 2 luggages to 1 luggage. I am not sure why would ASAP expect a passenger to drop off a piece of luggage on the way back home? I am now "$200 extra" out of pocket just to purchase an extra luggage to accommodate my 2nd luggage. It is quite disappointing and frustrating to know that no one has actually helped to amend this issue in spite of multiple communication with the company. The "Travel Care Service" worth $200 they insisted to sell was useless. I could have used that to pay for the extra luggage. In the end, I was not able to save anything from this company. In fact, I spent more. I do not recommend to use ASAP.

BE AWARE of these liars and scammers. The agent Campbell booked my tickets and send me itinerary, I paid my tickets. Payment went through but I didn’t receive any ticket. I called too many times, they said they emailed Campbell and his manager but no manager talked to me and Campbell didn’t even called me back. No one resolve my issue, the reason they gave me is I didn’t buy their $99 Travel care which was not mandatory and they cancelled my ticket and now tickets prices go high so we can’t book that. Then I booked my tickets from Sky Scanner where I got better deal than them. Worst experience of my life with Asap tickets. Wasted my 4 days and give me stress. They lied, play with you until you got trapped.

After looking for flight I got tried and filled out the ASAP. Got a call within minutes. The individual thanked me in inquiring. I told him what I wanted prefer to fly from SFO to Germany on 30 April and return May 15. He asked me if I would fly a Turkish flight and I told him I prefer not to. Then he found a Condor flight. Price was right yet there was a stop in LA. Then he found the flight I chose. And flight from SFO to Germany no stops. Price was a bit more but I also got the flight coverage. Just in case I had to change flight due to illness. I like that warm blanket. Grinsby was soft spoken and showed no rush which made me feel comfortable to continue with him.

It was my first time to book a ticket through ASAP. I was not happy with those agent I booked my ticket because I can get hold of them during the trip and there are some information I wanted to ask. I am still trying to contact the agent, contact her through email and calling her at the number she used to call me but can’t reach her. I purchased a ticket from ASAP tickets way back in June for international travel in December. I called them mid-October to verify baggage allowance. It's only then that they informed me that the 1st leg of my flight was cancelled, hence, invalidating my ticket (they did not even inform me beforehand). They gave an alternative flight that was ridiculous as the alternative would definitely let me miss my connecting flight. So I opted not to travel and asked for a refund. It's been 6 weeks now and I still do not have the confirmation of the refund. It's not even the refund itself, but just a confirmation that it's on its way.

We had to pay for our seats on China Airlines: Cebu to Taipei and Taipei to LA. Those fees added $70 to our cost. The ASAP representative never told us about those costs. I will not book again with ASAP. Please take me off your contact list. I don't want any more emails or calls.

Edcel was quick to find what we needed and as we worked through the reservations he made the needed adjustments. He was patient and kind and quick to fill our needs.
