I had a very disappointing experience with ASAP Tickets. I purchased a ticket for an Air Canada flight from DFW (USA) to NRT (Japan), with a 2 hour 22 minute transit in Canada. Before purchasing the ticket, I clearly asked the agent about transit visa requirements. He told me, “Transit visa is not required—you have a passport, right?” I said yes, and he replied that if I had a passport, I would not need a transit visa. I even asked if a visa would be provided on arrival, and he said yes, if needed. I also shared my Bangladeshi passport details with him before booking.

I had bought a ticket to Lagos for Turkish Airlines. I suddenly received a major change in flight on the morning of the 16th of March. I was nervous, but I called the ASAP customer service. I was answered swiftly, and the lady took my concerns. Later in the day, Parth called me and sorted me out so fast and nicely, I almost could not believe it. The change had given me an almost 24-hour wait in Istanbul. He got me another flight that shortened the wait to only 6 hours. Am impressed.

2 months after we booked our flights, ASAP informed us that one of our connecting flights is being cancelled due to airlines issues, gave us replacement flight, then made us rebook exact the same flights for more money, more fees and travel insurance all over again. We have to cancel our flights over a month early due to my husband's heart failure, then asked for refund. The agent said okay, but you have to submit documents for refund and to support the reason for cancellation, he then said, "YOUR FLIGHTS ARE NOW CANCELLED". Submitted all the documents but didn't see any refund, ASAP said that we were No-show on our flights. But then ASAP asked us how our flights went, to write reviews and ratings for the flight. ASAP is a LIAR, Lies after Lies, even conflicting Lies. A Fraud and a Scammer.
