I was extremely pleased by the service I received from Raul of ASAP. He was informative and friendly and above all efficient and was able to obtain for me a discounted ticket from San Francisco to Ljubljana. I will definitely use ASAP again the future. Raul's expertise was outstanding.

It was a great experience at first but once everything was finalized, I noticed that my return flight was entirely different. I had the impression that I had 2 luggage allowance on both ways. Now, I am down from 2 luggages to 1 luggage. I am not sure why would ASAP expect a passenger to drop off a piece of luggage on the way back home? I am now "$200 extra" out of pocket just to purchase an extra luggage to accommodate my 2nd luggage. It is quite disappointing and frustrating to know that no one has actually helped to amend this issue in spite of multiple communication with the company. The "Travel Care Service" worth $200 they insisted to sell was useless. I could have used that to pay for the extra luggage. In the end, I was not able to save anything from this company. In fact, I spent more. I do not recommend to use ASAP.

BE AWARE of these liars and scammers. The agent Campbell booked my tickets and send me itinerary, I paid my tickets. Payment went through but I didn’t receive any ticket. I called too many times, they said they emailed Campbell and his manager but no manager talked to me and Campbell didn’t even called me back. No one resolve my issue, the reason they gave me is I didn’t buy their $99 Travel care which was not mandatory and they cancelled my ticket and now tickets prices go high so we can’t book that. Then I booked my tickets from Sky Scanner where I got better deal than them. Worst experience of my life with Asap tickets. Wasted my 4 days and give me stress. They lied, play with you until you got trapped.

Dorian was my travel agent and he was the best. An absolute amazing human being. He took his time to find me a good deal that would work well with my pocket and the days that I wanted to travel. I would totally recommend him to whoever wants to book travel tickets

It was my first time to book a ticket through ASAP. I was not happy with those agent I booked my ticket because I can get hold of them during the trip and there are some information I wanted to ask. I am still trying to contact the agent, contact her through email and calling her at the number she used to call me but can’t reach her. It's been a week now and yet not responding on the email and left a voicemail as well at her desk. Unfortunately still no response.

Initially, I was very satisfied. However, The price I was quoted as an absolute and included all taxes and luggage fee, turned out not to be the case. And, If the cost was a middleman fee, I should have been told because that would have altered my travel plans.

Carlton with ASAP Tickets was amazing handling our booking. He went above and beyond to give us the best rate. We went back and forth on several flights and Carlton remained patient with us. He has great communication skills and always kept us informed on any changes. We will definitely use his services again!

I purchased a ticket from ASAP tickets way back in June for international travel in December. I called them mid-October to verify baggage allowance. It's only then that they informed me that the 1st leg of my flight was cancelled, hence, invalidating my ticket (they did not even inform me beforehand). They gave an alternative flight that was ridiculous as the alternative would definitely let me miss my connecting flight. So I opted not to travel and asked for a refund. It's been 6 weeks now and I still do not have the confirmation of the refund. It's not even the refund itself, but just a confirmation that it's on its way.
They said they are dependent on the airline and it's taking so long for the airline to authorize the refund. I called the airline today and learned from them that it takes them 2-3 business cycles to process the refund. They told me to go back to ASAP tickets for my refund because that's where I bought my ticket. But I have been following up with ASAP tickets every week and they tell me every time that they are still waiting for authorization from the airline. So, given what I learned from the airline, it is possible that ASAP tickets is just holding on to my refund. For how long, I don't know. This is so frustrating. I don’t want to book my flights with them anymore.

We had to pay for our seats on China Airlines: Cebu to Taipei and Taipei to LA. Those fees added $70 to our cost. The ASAP representative never told us about those costs. I will not book again with ASAP. Please take me off your contact list. I don't want any more emails or calls.

Wow, what a smooth booking. I called ASAP travel not sure what to expect and I was truly delighted! Edcel was quick to find what we needed and as we worked through the reservations he made the needed adjustments. He was patient and kind and quick to fill our needs. We were finished with our bookings in 30 minutes. With other agencies, I have been on the phone for hours before. I travel outside the country at least 3 times a year and I hope I can use Edcel for each booking.

He listened to the route I wanted with a longer stopover on my way to the final destination and was able to go through different flight options. I had checked several places Priceline and a few others and didn't find results that were easy to deal with and book and that actually ended up being the prices that they quoted. I stumbled upon this site and thank God I did! I told them where I was going the dates I wanted that they were flexible and what I wanted to pay and they found it within minutes. After I paid my ticket & Gave him Mr. ** a $20 tip I told him to call me tomorrow so that my friend can book & pay her ticket too. I been calling my agent for 3 days Mr. **. I am using ASAP Tickets since the pandemic started. I no longer trust online booking sites as they don't provide customer support. It's not easy to find a travel agent you can rely on. After several unsuccessful attempts to find one, I came across ASAP Tickets. After entering my travel information I received a call and was assisted by a travel agent. The process was smooth and agent offered 4 different flight options to choose from. For additional safety I also bought Travel care service but didn't had to use it, as everything went according to plan. Thank you for being professional and helpful.

Just returned from my third trip booked with ITN. All of my experiences have been satisfactory and I have been working with agent Roddick all three times. He was more than helpful on providing me with good flight options to choose from and guided through the payment system when I booked first time. I have nothing to complain except that sometimes price changes very fast. Overall very good!
