The guy asked us to buy a ticket. He was calling us every minute to make sure we caught the sale, but after we bought the ticket, he never answered the phone again.

When it came time to pay, the total suddenly increased by nearly $700 in “up-sell” charges, including a default $65 tip that was added automatically. Greater transparency about the full cost from the beginning would have made for a much better experience.

Horrendous robotic customer service that is not focused on doing the right thing. Borderline con artists here. Had two experiences where they failed to inform me or correctly process my travel requests. Failed to meet my travel needs and then offered me proposal solutions that cost me an additional $3000. Was unable to get anyone to call me back to explain or try to understand the lack of customer service and professionalism I received. No one could provide me with the name of the president or CEO or even email address or phone number of a customer service supervisor. My worst travel experience ever— avoid them at all costs.

Fayette was very thorough with her work and does not leave a stone unturned. It makes booking a flight a piece of cake, which beats doing it on your own, navigating an unfriendly app if booking on a website. On top of that, she is also very pleasant and mindful of the things that could make our trip a very pleasant one.

I had a very disappointing experience with ASAP Tickets. I purchased a ticket for an Air Canada flight from DFW (USA) to NRT (Japan), with a 2 hour 22 minute transit in Canada. Before purchasing the ticket, I clearly asked the agent about transit visa requirements. He told me, “Transit visa is not required—you have a passport, right?” I said yes, and he replied that if I had a passport, I would not need a transit visa. I even asked if a visa would be provided on arrival, and he said yes, if needed. I also shared my Bangladeshi passport details with him before booking.
Based on this information, I trusted the agent and purchased the ticket. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was denied boarding because a Canadian transit visa was actually required. When I contacted the company, they responded that their agent did not provide incorrect information and claimed their records were accurate. I do not believe a proper review of the call recordings was conducted. Because of this misinformation, I lost my travel opportunity and $1,295. This situation was extremely stressful and frustrating. I am still requesting a fair resolution and proper review of the call recordings.
