We are a business that continues to receive repeated emails requesting payment for an invoice that has already been paid. Since March 2026, I have responded five times providing the payment information and asking that the payment be located and properly applied to our account. I have also explained that, if the payment was inadvertently allocated to another account, the necessary correction should be made so that our account reflects paid in full. Unfortunately, the repeated payment requests continue, despite the information being provided multiple times. At this point, it is extremely frustrating to continually respond to an issue that should have been resolved months ago.

I think the name was Xrita. She was very professional, friendly and thorough. I couldn’t ask for a better assist.

On the phone 1 hr. After I was disconnected from Anna, I was on another 30 minutes just to confirm a reservation. She was unable to find my original reservation and was trying to enter a duplicate. I would have been charged twice for the same reservation. All she had to do was contact the hotel to confirm for me. Not acceptable customer service and 90 minutes to add 1 reservation and confirm an original one.

Yes! Gerald was professional & courteous. I enjoyed dealing with him.

Was told on the phone I would get a Military/Veterans discount for $80 a night and got charged $105. Got screwed over. Other than that, the rooms aren’t bad and the lady at the front desk was very nice.

I spoke with a very rude representative. She spoke over me while I was trying to ask a question. She spoke so fast that I had to ask her to repeat the confirmation # 3 times. This was the worst experience that I have had making a reservation!

I was quoted a price which I saw online, went ahead and made reservations, upon checking out a whole other price given. Now I'm getting the runaround trying to fix it.

Shrinivas, was very knowledgeable and helped us make reservations at Eden House in Key West. I asked many questions. He answered all of my questions, one time he wasn't sure and he asked me to please hold, he would find out. We completed the transaction, he then reviewed everything and verified the time and dates. He did a great job.

Just talk to Harvey, who was amazing at helping me with a mistake that AI did on our first reservation. He took care of everything for us.

This "service" was the biggest waste of my time. I put all the details of what I was looking for-- hotel that accepts cats, close proximity to PDX, has shuttle service. I got about a dozen referrals from a supposed person named Kristin. Not one was anywhere near the airport and not one even mentioned accepting pets, let alone cats. Because they were so far away they also did not include shuttle service. I wrote back to Kristin, who never responded.

This was a very frustrating experience. First I'm told the reservation couldn't go through and that there would be no charge to my credit card.. Then a charge appeared on my credit card although I had received no information confirming a reservation. Then it took a lot of wrangling to get a second agent to cancel the reservation -- minus an "insurance" charge that I didn't realize was added to my reservation. I cannot recommend this company.

I am very upset right now after booking with you to a Hotel in Dublin. Sam who I was working with was very nice but after I had booked and confirmed reservation and hung up I realized that he had charged me in US dollars. My sister had just booked the same hotel through you and she was charged in CAD dollars for $842. I am now paying $942.25 Canadian for the same type room and one less person after I had called back and received a refund on the full charge of 798.82 US dollars. I would recommend you explain to your staff that if the call comes from Canada for an international hotel we should automatically be charged in Canadian dollars. Again let me say that everyone that I spoke with was polite and tried to be helpful.

I’ve been traveling quite a bit which means lots of bookings for accommodations. I recently booked a hotel reservation with Angelie **. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Nice to have professional, competent and quick service.

AI could not my email correct, said no rooms available at the hotel I requested (which there are), I need a pet friendly hotel, the hotel it recommended was NOT pet friendly.

Bryan the Hotel Representative did an Excellent job of answering my questions and presenting me with information regarding the hotel and its policies. He further assisted me with a reservation to book a deluxe one bedroom King Suite. He was very thorough and efficient while exhibiting excellent customer skill.

Tamzyn was friendly and accommodating with my requests. However, I think the service reps need to be better educated. I requested 3 falls view rooms, 1 king with adjoining 2 queens and an additional king room. Although I understand adjoining rooms can be requested but can’t be guaranteed at the time of booking what I wasn’t told is that the king rooms are on a completely different floor from the queen rooms which means that adjoining rooms in the way I requested them was completely impossible.

This was not a great experience. I was unable to use the reservation through no fault of my own. Upon arrival I was informed the hotel was not pet friendly although I clearly stated it was for 2 adults and 1 dog. I was then unable to reach an agent to discuss and waited on hold for 40 minutes.

Terrible. I live in Canada and booked a room in Canada and they charged my card in US funds and never said anything about the prices being in US. Then she added some Type of refund guarantee and charged that to my card also. Worst experience ever.

The rep I spoke to was very nice and funny. I was unaware I was booking in the USA so there was an exchange rate on the “great deal” I was getting. And it said I waived some cancellation protection even though I was not asked. But besides that.

Shivam was excellent. He was polite, kind, and very helpful. He helped me find the best hotels for my budget. He made sure they have a cancellation policy.

This agent did not inform me that the price I was given was American dollars. The exchange to CDN dollars is very high. When I received the email and called to cancel, I discovered there is a cancellation fee. I was not told this either. I will be contacting my bank to cancel this transaction immediately. Very poor service.

When I called the reservation number to book my hotel, the intro told me it would be done via AI. I groaned, because my experience with AI booking has been horrible. Instead, I was quickly connected to a human operator ( I think). The operator answered all my questions and stayed on the phone until I received email confirmation. Truly exceptional customer service.

Be aware that this business tries to get in between you and the actual hotel and pretends to represent the hotel. Do not use.

Angelica was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the reservation process easy. She had a smile in her voice and made me feel like she cared about the service she was providing.

We were not made aware that this reservation was being made by Priceline. Never did the representative identify as Priceline but rather LaQuinta. Once we arrived at the LaQuinta the reservation desk told us the rate would be $100 per night. Enjoy your price gouging Priceline. I’ll be more aware next time.
