Company didn’t provide any support in modifying a reservation. Had to call hotel direct and they assisted. Would never use this site again. It is a scam!

Jack was very patient, helpful and thorough. We called reservations as the website was not working.

Lady never told me this was non-refundable but yet the email confirmation I received states that I agreed to this. She sold me a ticket that was significantly overpriced.

BE AWARE: Unacceptable quality of service: I attempted to contact Comfort Inn & Suites in Miami, Florida on March 17, 2026, to make reservation to lodge on September 3, 2026. Due to unforeseen situation, I had to cancel my travel plans. On June 30, 2026, I dialed the toll-free number from my itinerary to cancel my lodging and discovered when I made reservation, I was rerouted to Hotel Planner.

I was looking for a last-minute reservation for the Iron Maiden concert in Hershey tomorrow and needed a hotel. Everything was booked. I finally called Hotels.com, and the Customer service agent was excellent. She went above and beyond to help me find an affordable hotel.

Booking is easy. Agent was friendly and helpful. We did this on a phone call.

I was having credit card issues. She helped me work through it and get my reservation. She was knowledgeable and professional.

We made a reservation with this hotel in April, not realizing we were dealing with a third-party Hotel Planner. We got our reservation no problem. It was nonrefundable but purchased a Protection Plan. Later, a family member was ill, and we had to cancel the reservation in April. We didn't realize we dealt with Hotel Planner when the cancelation call was made to the Hampton Inn. The hotel was busy but was contacted by Protection Plan to cancel and was refunded $107. Not realizing it would affect the room reservation cancel $1,100 on my VISA card. I never received it from the Hampton Inn or Hotel Planner.

I spoke with Andy who handled my information to reserve our 2 night stay at the Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN. Very professional and was able to guide me through the process. He was able to help us find the best rate using our Hilton Honors membership and AAA membership, He was courteous and helpful.
