I just booked a room for the Fourth of July on the spur of the moment, and Nelsida made the process incredibly easy. As a very busy person, I often get frustrated when calling hotels, but she was professional, efficient, and got everything handled quickly and smoothly. Kudos to your hotel for having someone like Nelsida on your team. She provided outstanding customer service and made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. She is absolutely amazing. I spoke with Jerome to book a room in Seattle. I had trouble booking online, and Jerome fixed everything for me. When I tried to book online the transaction wouldn't go through, which was very frustrating. Jerome was excellent in explaining each step and got our room booked. Thanks Jerome.

Mae made it easy to secure the 2 rooms on a short notice. Rate was different than through the Booking.com site, but not by a substantial amount. The property is in close proximity to where a group I dropped off.

As always book through direct Hilton Reservations. Goes smoothly and cust service is good. Very kind reservation person. Oh and join Hilton Honors Program. It’s been a huge benefit bonus. Very rarely disappointed in a Hilton Stay.

We tried booking through online with little luck. At calling the reservation line direct Edgardo informed us the problem was that the hotel was already filled for the first night we wanted. Edgardo made good suggestions on alternatives and showed empathy that first choice of rooms were filled.

The lady was very nice but we specifically booked a hot tub room and when we got here they said we didn’t. They did have it available and of course it was available but for more money. So of course we are here and paid it. The room is nice but reeks of smoke. Disappointed in the overall experience. Oh just stepped into the bathroom and the ceiling plaster is literally falling off. I’d like to talk to someone about this.

I was told that I could cancel this reservation before 7/16. I was assured I could cancel it anytime. I wasn’t sure what I was doing but she said no problem. I could cancel it. I’ve since found out that the trip is canceled and I need to cancel this reservation. Now I’m looking on the receipt. I got and it looks like I’m gonna be charged for the room, that is not fair. I would like a full refund, please. She was very pushy and She lied.

I was looking for a hotel in Baton Rouge to with a river view to watch the fireworks show on the Mississippi River on the 4th of July. Alexander ** took my call and answered all my questions in a friendly manner, politely and professionally. He found a room to fit my needs. It was refreshing to deal with such competence in this day and age. I will call again when I need a hotel room in Baton Rouge.

Wasted so much time speaking to this AI agent, something that could’ve been handled in 5 minutes or less took over ten minutes. I had to repeatedly spell out details for my reservation because the voice recognition on this AI agent isn’t very great.

Baby Joy was very pleasant and although she wasn’t able to give me a special room rate or comps. She was very polite when explaining, we like the palace because it’s smoke-free. We get comped flights and rooms at the Beau Rivage but family is staying here so we did so as well. Would have been nice to have received some sort of comps. Maybe you will surprise me, thanks!

Terrible service, I feel this company tricks you to their agency. Purchased a room almost a month in advance and the day of arrival I called the hotel to verify and they didn't have my reservation or any record of my name in the system. Canceled and got money back, buyer beware!!!
