I booked a hotel room with either two double beds or king through this platform, for Quality Inn Centre Ville Montreal Canada. But when I checked in, I got downgraded to one double bed without notice or any compensation or refunds. I paid extra for the king or two double bed, single double bed was a cheaper option. The hotel planner agent and Quality Inn manager said the reason for the downgrade was because they ran out of the room I requested for and it is nonrefundable. It doesn’t make sense because if the room type is not available for the reservation date, why is it available on the platform for booking and why did the hotel agent just check us in without notifying us about this downgrade. AVOID THIS PLATFORM at all cost. It’s a scam website.

Lady said she was gonna transfer me to customer service and I sat on hold for 30 minutes. Clearly, she doesn’t know how to be a receptionist. Very rude, no customer service skills, asked to talk to a manager and she placed me on hold again. Will not call again and will not be seeking employment any further.

I was able to get the rooms I had previously booked cancelled due to construction. The man who helped me was very patient and thorough. He called back to follow up and make sure that things were done and sent an email confirmation to me as a follow-up. I would book with them again.

Dealora took my reservation and I told her I needed to check in early and that even she had to “read” the statement that check ins could were later in the afternoon, she guaranteed that a room would be available. When she said the charge was not refundable, I said forget it and cancel my reservation because I needed to check in at 9;00 am. She stated again, no worries this hotel has plenty of rooms available, I just have to read that statement. So when I got to the hotel, the reservation clerk said there were no rooms available until 4:00pm so I told them what Dealora said and the clerk said, "3rd party has no right to say that and we do not have any available." I said then I need a refund.
This became a very embarrassing and time consuming process which made my quest very concerned. After multiple managers got involved they had the house attendant quickly clean a room so we could check in, needless to say, the room was not that clean because it was a rush job. This is a coaching/learning opportunity for management and Dealora. You need reservation agents that are straightforward and honest. At least should have called the hotel and confirm the availability then let them know a quest was coming for an early reservation so that it doesn’t become embarrassing and time consuming.

The lady was very helpful, I had tried to book the room online but was unable to complete the reservation. She stepped in and got it squared away along with some special request for the room very quickly. I received my confirmation email shortly thereafter. She made booking the room much easier.

Updated on 01/03/2024: This is the second follow-up with Hotelplanner.com. I pre-paid for a Hotel reservation to Hotelplanner.com in Danbury but the Hotel never received the reservation from Hotel Planner.com. I had to pay the Hotel directly for my night's stay. On December 20, I received an email from "Support" at Hotelplanner.com (**) acknowledging that the Hotel never received their reservation and my refund was being processed. This has not happened. I strongly urge anyone to avoid booking with Hotelplanner.com - this is not a dependable platform.
Original review: Booked a hotel night through them. They took my $300 and never notified the hotel so upon my arrival….No room. They never sent a confirmation and the hotel never received my reservation. My money however they happily took. 3rd party hotel reservation sites should be avoided - especially this platform. I’ll report to my cc company about this shady platform.

I had a voucher and couldn't rebook online. This gentleman helped me to get exactly the dates and price, so that it was only about $10 less than my voucher. Online I was either exceeding my voucher or way way under, so I was looking at losing $170. I am so relieved now. Thank you. Doing things online is wonderful but sometimes we have problems, so it's a relief to be able to talk with a human.

I stayed 11/24 and 11/25. I understood these would be complimentary rooms. I just got home and they have charged me $100.00 on my debit card. I understood $50.00 a night for refundable deposit. My players card# is **. I already trashed the confirmation number. I would like my refund!

The room was unsatisfying all together I would give a very very very low rating, it was an experience I would not to live it again, no time soon, I would not refer this hotel to my enemy cause it was bad experience for me. I never stay at one the hotel again. If they mention that I will say no.

They will charge you a lot more than what they quoted you on your card by adding tax and recovery fees. DO NOT USE THEM. Then when you call them all you get is someone will call you back. Not sure how they get away with this.

This is one of my worst experiences with any company. I lost $200 due to the fact Hotelplanner decided to void my credit. If at all possible do not do business with this group. After 2 hours on the phone I had no answers to my questions and I found the reps just didn’t give a damn!

-Purchased room for Auburn Hotel in June 2023. I had to cancel. -Offered a voucher in lieu of a refund. -Used Voucher to book Omni Hotel in Atlanta on 10/24/23 for $1027. -When arrived at hotel, they had reservation but no prepaid voucher. -Omni told me to call booking agency to call front desk to resolve (HotelPlanner.com). -Called Hotelplanner.com Support. Was told they could not reach front desk. Verified front desk phone number with them.
-Hotelplanner.com told me they would escalate and that it would be taken care of. -Visited the front desk at Omni no fewer than 7 times during my stay to see if this was resolved. -Called hotelplanner support no fewer than 7times during my stay to resolve the situation to be told not to worry about it. Again they said they would escalate. -Left multiple emails with support at hotelplanner.com.
-On day of checkout the Omni billed my secured American Express the full amount of the stay since hotelplanner.com did not cover the bill even though they said it was prepaid. -Since then, the charge has not been reversed. -Called hotelplanner 5 more times to resolve. They assured me that there would be a credit on my credit card in 10 business days. Waited 10 days, no credit. -Finally let hotelplanner.com support know that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB and leaving negative reviews on the internet. -Have heard nothing since.

I had to go to Dollar General and buy 2 pillows and a blanket so I could sleep that night. So much for trying to save a bit of money and staying at a Motel. I feel as if you misrepresented this location immensely. This supposed Handicapped room has a bathtub with high sides that I cannot get into even if I wanted to.
I am so upset. I have to sleep there because I can't possibly look around for another place at that late time. I left the next morning and I will not be using your website again. When I woke up that morning, there were smooshed. I don't know what kind of large bugs in several locations and pieces of the mattress on the floor like something had gathered them or was living in the mattress. I paid $83.86 PLUS your fees. This is unacceptable. You misrepresented this place.

Response for: Actually, I did pay them a fee for connecting me to this horrible motel. I will email them too.

I had a great associate, Shawnee, help me with my reservation. We were on the phone for a long time because every time we selected a room, it was suddenly taken! This happened twice but she was persistent and found a great room for me. She is so patient and took the time to repeat dates and personal info. Give her a raise!!!!

HotelPlanner took my reservation and funds very efficiently. However, they failed to relay the proper reservation type to the property. I’ve spent hours on the phone with customer service who have ‘assured’ me this has been escalated. I have asked for a callback several times and been promised that I would get a callback ‘within the hour’ - never a callback from anyone. I am the one who has to initiate contact and ask them to fix their mistake. I should be enjoying my vacation and spending time with my family but I’m sitting here in the wrong room, device charging so I can continue calling them every hour or so. Each time I call it’s someone new who has to be brought up to speed. The decision to use hotel planner is one of the most regrettable decision I’ve made in ages. Spare yourself the frustration and stress by using someone else.

I had a booking at Iberostar Rose Hall Montego Bay for 2 adults and 1 child 13 years old which they charge me for when I made the booking. On the day of check in, I got to the hotel, was told I have a booking for 2 adults and an infant, I do not even have an infant. I have been calling since check in to fix the issue because I was being charged extra at the hotel. I made multiple multiple multiple calls and multiple emails up to my check out day. On my check out day I spent over 5 and a half hours of phone time and waiting time and still no resolution.
I got a call during this process from the escalation team promising to call head office to fix the issue, this was not done. After several calls I was told they are working on it, I had to leave the hotel at this point over 6 hrs later. I ended up paying for my daughter and collecting the receipts from the hotel to submit. Most stressful time ever. I am still waiting on a call. Horrible experience, there's so much more to be said.

I’ve been in the travel industry for 32 years. I have never come across a “travel” company with such terrible customer service and booking agents. I would have given zero stars if possible. I received a gift for a hotel stay using this HotelPlanner Company. I would have never used this company otherwise. I’ve spent many hours trying to book what I wanted, but the agents never succeeded for one reason or another. I did book with Ashley finally, but she messed up my reservation and after many attempts to fix it, I was told I couldn’t. It was so frustrating. I even added more money to my gift certificate to make sure my reservation was correct but they were not. I did not receive what I paid for. I felt I was robbed. DO NOT USE THIS RESERVATION COMPANY. I know I will never again and I will never use them for my clients.

I was looking for a motel that had a hot tub spa in the room and she told me that they did. I called 20 other places and nobody had one but she told me this place did so she charged my card. I went there and they said they've never had spas or Jacuzzis in their rooms so she lied to me about it and the charges are still on my card so yes I am very dissatisfied.

We are planning our wedding for Duluth, MN for 2024. We are limited hotels and reached out to Hotel Planner as this was the ONLY way to get a block of hotels for our wedding. We planned to book Duluth INN and Suites. The gal in charge was LIZ was contacted many times within a month and sent one email with very little information. We needed to know the capacity and what was available. We planned to pre pay for all rooms. THAT IS A LOT OF BUSINESS TO LOSE. Not only that we now have to cancel our venue as we have no hotels to book. Very upset!!

Booked double delux suite for family, which is nearly double the cost of a standard room. Arrived and only standard double queen room was reserved and provided. Took a week to hear back from Hotelplanner.com, they only offered discount on future stay. No refund, no customer service, just take it or leave it. Horrible experience, never using again.

I was tricked into making a hotel booking through this website which was fraudulently designed to appear as though I were booking directly with the hotel, which was my only intent. After I was deceived into believing that I was speaking to the actual hotel, my credit card information was provided, but once I arrived at the hotel, there was no credit card information or booking on file. Absolutely no services were provided. Therefore, I booked directly with the hotel as originally intended. This fraudulent website also charged an additional $95 on top of the actual cost of the hotel booking for a total of $28 when the hotel booking only cost $190!

In this case the suppliers virtual card they provided to the hotel did not go through. The reason that is was less money than paid HotelPlanner is because the supplier pays the hotel less than even HotelPlanner pays for the room.

Operator was very pushy on reservation. First after a room availability was agreed upon, and giving payment information she then said such room was no longer available, then pushed us into agreement on another room with 30 percent cancellation and higher in price. And would not take a no answer when tried to turn down offer. BTW first offered room was cheaper and free cancellation.

Hotel Planner company is one big horrible scam. Keep your money. Their agents are untrained, disrespectful, when you ask for a manager they sure trained to say none is available they will call you back or hang up on you multiple times. I asked to Add a guest to my room and they lied to me told me it was approved with the resort and I was all set.
I arrived in Jamaica and the resort had no notification and didn’t approve my guest. 4 hours later after hotelplanner agents hung up on me 9x’s, being charged 54$ in international call fees to be told to give the phone over to the front desk resort Clerk (still being charge) all to be told, "Sorry you need to pay 656$ and hotelplanner say sorry for the miscommunication." I the agent Condessa is hotelplanner okay with a young women ** women sleep outside on the ground in another country and she responded with, "That is your choice not to pay and sleep outside." This company refuses to take any ownership of the incorrect information and lies their company has told me. Now all agents are emailing me stating of course I should have know it would be a fee. When you requested to add someone, even though we spoke with the hotel and emailed them, you still had to pay for what your additional guest got to eat and drink. We did not have any idea what the additional charge would be as that charge would have to come directly from the hotel.

Made a reservation about 5 weeks in advance, plans were not going to work, so canceled within 2 days. Got email stating could be a 30% penalty, did not understand, but okay. Refund took over 10 days, more than they said, but took out more than 35%. Called to find out why, one rep said the amount was correct, another said could not understand why a penalty. What is really upsetting is no call like they said, and a supervisor refuses to talk to me. It is the principle now.

Dirty sheets and bedspread. Price at hotel $179 on weekend nights. Hotel was not what was expected and we were charged over $250. There were hookers in the corridors of the hotel. It was not good at all and expect a refund!

I was transferred to this company by my own trusted reservation site without my knowledge or approval once I made a reservation. I canceled the REFUNDABLE reservation and my only refund options from HOTEL PLANNER was a future travel voucher OR a 25% penalty fee. I would not have utilized this company if I had known, in advance, that I had been transferred out the company I use. And, I would have taken the penalty fee if I'd known the problems I would run into using the future voucher. When voicing my complaints I never rec'd any follow up contact once I gave them what they asked for to pursue a refund based on my experience using the voucher. Nothing further was done.

The reservationist was very friendly and patient. She repeated everything so I knew it was right. I have not stayed at this hotel but I have heard good things. A friend of mine‘s family stayed there and really liked it. We used to stay at another hotel there in Carthage, but it got run down and was close for a period of time. I understand it’s open, but not sure if we’ll go back.

Updated on 04/03/2023: I had a horrible time changing my hotel date and when it finally came time to stay at my hotel, the hotel didn't have my reservation! I had to email them proof of payment and book dates through HP. I'm hoping they don't charge me again. So now I have to follow up with the hotel, this has been nothing but stressful and a headache. Never again! I'd rather pay full price for a hotel than use this company. What a scam!
Original Review: CANNOT get customer service on the phone! No one will call you back. Call the number and it is an auto robot that says all customer service is busy then gives you a ticket number. Tried the chat, completely unhelpful. Emailed, no one has called back! I want to change the date of stay and can't manually do that.

In regards to your modification request being that the type of reservation you booked is a nonrefundable booking, on your behalf we can reach out to the property for an internal modification, however it will depend on the approval of the property to internally amend the date to your reservation and that is not guaranteed.

Booked a hotel through them for spring break. Despite my “confirmed booking”, the actual hotel had no record of my reservation. I worked with Hotelplanner.com customer service for over eight days to find a resolution, and they were unable to assist me in any way. Their only recommendation was to continue to wait until their “escalation team” reached out to me. Unfortunately, this was only 2 weeks before my trip. I had to book an Airbnb further away from my desired location, and at a higher expense, due to the fact that all hotels were completely sold out.
Hotelplanner.com left me high and dry, and never even apologized. I even went as far as to reach out to their corporate employees, (as the “escalation team” never responded), but was given the same speech. They won’t help you, and when they mess up the booking they take no responsibility. (Shoutout to Ferdinand, the ONLY person that attempted to offer me solutions rather than telling me to continue to wait.)

Dear Nicole,
It is nobody's intention to leave you high and dry. As mentioned on theTrustpilot review, you had booked an Airbnb. My thought was if we couldn't
reach the hotel, and you had accommodations, the least we could do is offer
a little something.
This reservation was booked online, through a booking company, but our site(the booking company) booked it directly with the hotel. There is no reason
why the hotel should not be able to see the reservation on their system.
When we called them to get it cleared up for you, they were unreachable.
They even dropped the call on our agent several times after he introduced
himself. Again, you stated that you booked an Airbnb. When we are unable to
reach a hotel, there is not a lot we can do except cancel the reservation so
you can book other accommodations. Which is what happened.
I tried to call you 2 times and there was no answer. I do not have a directline so there is no number I can leave for you to contact me directly. You
have not been charged by HotelPlanner. We have however, provided a $50.00
credit. To book a reservation, please contact our booking service at

This company did a hotel reservation for a soccer team from Long Island New York traveling to Tampa, I booked 2 rooms and they charged $1675.86 the same day of the reservation, when we get to the hotel: Hotel: Holiday Inn Express Tampa N I 75 - University Area an IHG Hotel 13294 Telecom Drive, Tampa, FL 33637. The Rooms were pretty dirty with cockroaches clamming all over the place. I didn’t stay there and they don’t want to refund my money.

Made reservation through toll free number with Adrian. Arrived at Courtyard Flint by Marriot 5206 Gateway Center 48507 but no room was available for check in. Ms ** could see reservation conf: ** and Itin: **. Ms ** called Residence Inn Marriott and spoke with Shawn who worked and booked us a room. I am very frustrated after driving 12 hours only to find no room after a confirmation. I tried to reach reservation but recording would not give me an option for a live representative to cancel reservation. I booked my hotel for a specific weekend 4 months before my stay. 4 DAYS before the reservation they call me to tell me the hotel is overbooked and they are cancelling my reservation without any other choice. There are no other hotels in the area that have any openings AT ALL let alone for the room size that I specifically picked at the price point that I had already paid for.

The rate provider contacted us saying the hotel is booked so we must cancel. I seen in the notes in the history of the reservation. We researched other options which was the most parallel to your reservation, but you had a preferred hotel that was more expensive. When you spoke us earlier, you preferred a refund so you could make a reservation at your preferred location.

I booked a hotel through Hotel Planner because the wedding party was set up through them. Hotel planner charged me more than the actually rate of the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, checked in and put our luggage in the room. Went to eat and return to the hotel to find roaches everywhere. Roaches were in the bathroom, all over the furniture and beds!!! We immediately grab our luggage and went to the front desk. When I started to tell them we were leaving and wanted our money back, the clerk didn’t even ask why. She immediately started to check us out and said that she had sent my refund to Hotel planner because we booked through them. She then said that Hotel planner will refund my credit card.
I have not gotten my refund. I called the hotel and they told me that they refunded Hotel planner on Nov.4. I have not gotten my money. I have called and called the customer service number and never can speak to someone. They tell you someone will call you back but as of today December 22, 2022. No call back or refund!!! I will not stop until someone refunds my money. $400.00.

I was able to locate your booking in our system and I do show that on November 8th a complaint was raised in regards to the issue with your booking and a hotel voucher was issued to you for two nights stay (310.97 USD) as the hotel penalized the first night. The hotel voucher was sent to the email address provided on file on November 11th.
Please note that we have followed up with the hotel and spoke with the Manager who now approves to refund the reservation in full and as such the voucher will be voided on our end and a refund will be processed back to your account. Refunds normally take between 7 to 14 business days to be allocated to your account.
We kindly ask that you update the star rating on the review as the hotel has now approved to refund the booking in full.

When we got to the motel found out they had made 3 reservations for just my wife and me instead of just one. Called Hotelplanner back to find out they wanted the hotel to refund my extra 2 prepaid rooms. The hotel clerk said no you have to as it was prepaid. The lady finally said ok and would give us a refund in 5 to 10 days. The next day we received an email stating they gave us a voucher for the 2 extra reservations. Had to call back again and tell them I didn't want a voucher, I want my money back. Was told the same thing. They will refund the extra 2 reservations they charged me for. Again 5 to 10 days. I do not recommend this company and will never use again.

Super long story short, HotelPlanner was never charged a dime and I gave plenty of notice of cancelation and they Refuse to refund my $740. I keep getting told to wait longer while they review it, and it’s been months. I cannot get anyone on the phone to save my life that can do anything. I booked online with Priceline October 14th 2022 for the Hilton Garden Inn. I canceled the booking because my boss paid for our rooms. I asked for a refund. No one yet to give it to me. Hotel planner do not have a live person so you can talk to. Everyone is giving me the run around so now I'm calling my lawyer. This is not fair.

I made a reservation through The Knot for an out-of-town wedding. The original reservation was for a Saturday and a Sunday night. A month before the event I called the Hampton to cancel the Saturday night stay. I was told to contact Wedding Planner to make the cancellation, which I did, and was told they would make the cancellation, and the refund will be made after the stay. I never received any refund and was charged for both nights. I have contacted WeddingPlanner.com several times and have not gotten a reply. Any reputable company would at least offer some response... Very unprofessional.

Do not do business with this company. As many others have said, they use nefarious methods to make you think you are calling the actual hotel. I was charged a questionable amount for recovery taxes and fees. I ran over 50 different searches across the site for different hotels, locations and dates and nowhere did I come across the amount I was charged from the phone booking. It's almost 100 dollars higher than any amount I could find including the same room on the same dates. When I questioned them about it I was sent an email with a crappy screenshotted attachment of a paragraph explaining they use that to pay the hotel taxes and fees (of course no itemized list).
Guess what HotelPlanner.com - I contacted the hotel directly and spoke to a manager who confirmed you never would have paid anywhere near that much to them....As I figured. I went directly to the hotel site and it would have been almost 120 dollars cheeper. Put these guys out of business by not using them and if you are HotelPlanner don't bother responding. I tried to talk to you before this and you weren't having it. Enjoy the rating you so rightfully deserve.

I had been calling hotels a day yesterday to get further inland from hurricane Ian and finally found one 3 hrs away. Today I thought I'd try one more time to find a hotel closer, which I did at the Crown Plaza at Bell Tower. I tried to contact people from the second I arrived at the accommodations. Your agent who booked me and 11 of my friends blocked our number so we couldn't even ask if there was a mistake. Of course, it was nonrefundable reservation. We were led to believe we were staying in a Super 8 down the street instead were in a Super 8 near NOTHING in Lake George. It was an awful hotel, but the worst thing was the lack of customer service.

Kayleen found us a motel room when it was just about impossible to find one. She did a great job. She was very pleasant and helpful and courteous. We plan on attending a craft sale in Gay Mills. The agent I spoke to told me I was talking to the hotel desk. This is fraud. HotelPlanner.com takes advantage of senior citizens. I saw similar complaints, so there is an ongoing practice of this misidentifying by representing as the actual hotel. I asked for a refund of fees, but was denied with a 'copy and paste' blanket reply. HotelPlanner uses deceiving practices with what seems to be impunity. I'll be contacting the hotel, along with all applicable agencies about this issue.

* Requested itinerary # 8/10/2022 - Itinerary number listed in original review (complaint). * I responded with itinerary # - 8/10/2022.
2. Delays resolution.
Original Review: Original call 4/15/22 placed to Doubletree reservation line which was answered by HotelPlanner.com. I told them I was NOT familiar with their service, and she assured me that HotelPlanner.com was the booking agent for Doubletree and anything with Doubletree directs to HotelPlanner.com. She took the reservation with no other discussion. The reservation, 3 months in advance was charged immediately. No confirmation email received only awareness was by the charges to Amex. Cancelled reservation through Doubletree website 7/24 due to daughter having surgery meeting deadline of 7/29. Cancellation confirmation received 7/24 did not have any guidance regarding contacting HotelPlanner.com. 7/30 recd. text as reminder of check-in. Immediately called # which was HotelPlanner.com.
Four reps. Palomi 7/30, Tammy 7/30, Tyrone 8/4 and Alex 8/8 stated I would receive full refund, and Tammy escalated request, but I was charged $212.99 for not calling HotelPlanner.com. Requested policy on cancellation 7/30 and did not receive communication until 8/8 post 4 representatives telling me I would receive a full refund, and two emails request including offering surgery confirmation. Only previous response was from Palomi, "It's obvious that you have to cancel w/Hotel Planner.” Notified Support via email with no response. Notified legal as well with no response.

I appreciate the help received from Reginette ** in securing a refund for two days’ stay in a hotel fee. I had booked a seven day stay at Holiday Inn Express in Dripping Springs, TX. Due to the unexpected death of a brother in a different state, I need to shorten my stay in TX. I informed the required parties of need for an early checkout. I was billed and had to pay for the entire stay. I ran into roadblock after roadblock in getting a refund for over six weeks. Received constant denial and requests for confirmation of promised refund. Enter Reginette; and after three days of providing names and other information, denial was rescinded. Confidence in online communication has been restored.

I had made a hotel reservation with them for a hotel in Wichita, KS. I contacted them about 10 days before the trip about reducing my trip by one day. I waited online for quite some time in the chat, until someone with the handle Micay, came back and said it was done. After I checked out of the hotel a day early, contact them, and they would process the refund. They also confirmed this via email. I only contacted HotelPlanner about this, and only paid hotelplanner for the room. Once I checked out, I send an email to hotelplanner asking for my refund, and they denied it. They said the hotel would not allow it. But the hotel had previously approved it. In addition, they asked me who I talked to at the hotel, but of course, their agent talked to the hotel, not me. I will never use their service again, since it is inflexible, and they do not stand by their promises that they make in writing.

Everyone there helped me a lot, I don’t know how to do this stuff on the computer. I called on Saturday, July 23 to make reservations and called again today, July 26 to change the reservations and get a hotel for an additional day. My brother and I are traveling to Oregon to visit relatives I have not seen in 50 years.

Devon was not the first representative that I called but she went above and beyond to find a room for my sister and her son when their flight was canceled at the last minute. Spoke to Ashley on phone. Requested a room with indoor pool as I have a 6 yr old child that is having surgery in the area tomorrow. I explained this is last time for 5 weeks child would get to swim. Ashley then said, "Oh wow this one has a nice pool." Wrong. Pool is outside only and very small and it's closed today. Very disappointing of the room also. Small TV. 2 small square pillows on beds. Very unacceptable however we have to be here for the child's surgery tomorrow early morning.

While Air Canada has not been very responsive, Katheryn was extremely helpful at working with the Hotel Saskatchewan to get a refund from the manager there. My sister in law made reservations for me and my kids. When she made it she clearly told them to charge her card. When I got to the hotel they wanted the card. We didn’t have it because my sister in law was paying. She made it clear. Not happy with this service.

Needed a inexpensive room to attend a wedding. Did some research online and found this website. Called and was on hold for a few seconds. Carlos **, the rep who took my call, was very helpful, professional, kind, and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions. Reservation was made very quick. Highly recommended.

Rhea provided me with excellent service. She was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The process of reserving a room was very quick and easy. It only took a couple minutes. Rhea confirmed all of my information with me. I was very happy and satisfied. Rhea did a great job.

Carlos was extremely helpful and kind. Did all the work for me and had a really upbeat happy attitude. He's a keeper. Good job. He found me exactly what I was looking for and a really decent price. Roadway Inn and Motel 6 were not only unhelpful but kind of rude. But not Carlos. He was a pleasure to talk to and knows his stuff.

I Was Affected by a recent storm in my area and was without power for about 18 hours. Not sure when my power was going to be restored, I made reservations thru HotelPlanner. Never once during the conversation did they mention that I couldn’t cancel this reservation. So 2 hours after I made the reservation my power was restored and I tried to cancel. They told me no and would not refund me my money. I rate this service with negative stars and I will never use them again.

I had to cancel my hotel reservation and Reginette ** made it extremely easy for me. My reservation conflicted with another date and wedding. I no longer need this hotel reservation. If I ever need to book again I will go through your company.

The lady that helped was very sweet and kind. I would recommend you to my friends. In our world today kind, sweet people are hard to find. And she totally helped me with what I needed. Customer service promptly replied and took care of my cancellation. My dates of travel changed so I had to rebook and wasn't able to cancel my original reservation. I emailed support and they quickly responded and cancelled my original reservation.

Walked into room. Door was open. Mold present, dirty, smelled like cigarettes and damp. Returned the key and left. Health department was called. Spoke to a representative from your company and was told I would receive a call before end of the day for reimbursement. Never got the call. Never used the hotel. Gave a 1 star because there isn't a negative #. This is a sin to steal for a living. Just getting started with your company!!! ** Probably won't hear from you.

I spoke with Jackie, she was very pleasant, I made my reservation and asked if my credit card would be charged right away because didn’t want to make the reservations at this time if it was going to be charged I told her I could wait and make them online… She put me on hold for about 10 minutes, finally she came back and told me NO your card will NOT be charged… Before I even got off the phone my card was charged and she sent me a text with my PREPAID receipt. Jackie already knew this was done but elected I guess to tell me what I wanted to hear to get the sale or however they make their commissions. I should have waited that was my fault. I rushed to make the reservations because this is a family gathering and I needed to get this done. I know I did not have the right card and didn’t want to mess this card up. That was my fault but Jackie should not have told me something that was true.
