Updated on 2/18/2024: No progress in my payment Verification as I booked Feb 16 and up to now Feb 18 still pending status. No ticket details. They sent me numbers to call but since I don't have access to call there is an option to email but they are unresponsive to it. What is the use of option email then. I hope they can improve their services when it comes to payment and calling their clients instead. Not a good experience for me. Please improve it.

I have a good experience with booking tickets with this APP customer support. So friendly and helpful. They’re having a lot of options to do with booking tickets, booking ride, booking best hotel and other options to have. This app is amazing. I personally love it to use app for all my trips, hotels and restaurants.

On my booking I always find the best deal on CheapOair. I am that website been there to serve the community. I recommend anyone to get cheapoair every time they are looking for a better deal. Trust me you won't be disappointed. The cheap one and the best service ever.

Helpful and reliable. I booked my ticket with wonderful help and they are very accurate and reliable. They take time to get me the flight I want and they give me a pleasant booking at CheapOair. And they are accurate in sending me the request seat I want for my flight booking at CheapOair.

I had a very good experience with the agent to book my flight. When I choose my seats online afterwards, it shows it is free. After I confirmed, it popped out that I have to pay $19.95. It is not fair. I would not choose my seats if I knew it.

What I did was to submit comment on how the service has been over the past 15+ years I’ve used this app. Have been very satisfied. My confirmation has been received and no problems. Hoping not to have any when we fly next weekend.

I have been using CheapOair many times in the past. But this time, booking experience is not good for me. You start charging to select seats, which was not the case in the past. You also charge cancellation fees when cancellation takes place within the 24 hour period. This inflexibility is not a good experience for consumers because sometimes things come up and they need to be able to cancel if needed within that grace period of 24 hours. It’s fine to charge them if it is after 24 hours but not within that grace period. I will probably not be a returned customer after this booking.

Very user friendly and I am a surgery partner employee so time is important. Very nice airline to fly with. Very affordable and I found that there were plenty of option to choose from. My niece is going to school in Tennessee and we love bringing her home on her breaks.

My flight schedule was shifted slightly few times in the past. Nothing like has happened yet. No problems with checking and baggage handling. Your customer service personnel have been very helpful to me. I hope you keep up the good job. I will surely recommend you to my friends and family members as well as colleagues.

I would tell all friends or family about CheapOair and Affirm! Both are great services and go very well together! I Google cheap flights from Iloilo to Taiwan and CheapOair came up and had the best prices! I'll be taking another flight soon and I added CheapOair to my phone app! Thanks you guys!

Really easy to book. Great price. Booked car also but that price was also very good. I like that they are at hotel bookings. Thinking about using them for hotel. Also, will let you know how well the prices. I checked Delta and also Southwest. Went through United and got the best price. They put me through to their smaller airlines Spirit.

I was new at making reservations for flight tickets for myself and my husband. When I was making the reservations, I didn't realize that I should have put in my husbands name at the same time. So, when I seen my reservation was complete, I then called CheapOair to let them know that I didn't see when I was to add on my husbands name. They helped me out and as far as I know, I have two tickets now.

As of now, I just booked the ticket and so far the experience is good. I just hope the flight won't be cancelled for any reason. Because last year when I booked British Airlines flight with CheapOair, it got cancelled in London and it was very stressful. All our bags were delayed and came to United States after 3 days. Other than that everything was great and I hope it will be great this time as well.

I was helped by a very nice man who facilitated my request easily and kindly. He helped me get the seats that I wanted and did it with ease. He took great care of my wants and needs. I felt that he did more than needed to help me with these reservations.

Good application process. Easy to find what I need. This is my second trip and each time I have been accommodated. I would like more price for the dates I asked for with the lower prices and dates for flight. The date seem to change to later for my departure or arrival when using lower price.

Some of the people on the phone were very good. The girl who helped me with the booking I was not able to understand her and she did not understand what I wanted. There were a few things wrong because of this. Is there a charge to talk to people on the phone and for them to help you?

I have used this company twice now for flights. They are always do very nice and helpful. The prices are the best as well! They keep you up to date with changes in flight plans from the airlines. I will be using Cheapoair for all our flights. And you build up reward points to use towards more travel! That alone makes you want to fly more.

It took a minute but everything went through. It was hard to understand at first. The extra insurance for luggage was unexpected. I will book online next time. The representative was very helpful. The cost of the flight was ok for the seating and time.

2 cards thought this was. I got 1 to. I rescheduled the trip but price rose so I changed it. It wouldn’t go through. Thinking I was ordering the one with the changed hotel I wanted the one I just tried. My $813 trip went to $1050, I was never told about the price increase. I’d never have agreed to that. On my return flight Frontier wanted another $300. You can’t handle complications.

Yesterday my family and I had planned a round trip from Toronto to Las Vegas through CheapOair. We had been planning this trip many months in advance and expected everything to go smoothly. Unfortunately when we arrived at the airport, we had realized that the flight had been canceled 2 MONTHS AGO. The airline notified CheapOair but CheapoAir had absolutely NO communication with us through email or anything. If there was a problem with the flight, it could have been fix long ago if they cared to notify us. However since we had to find this out ourselves on the day of, this this experience is very disappointing. This is a huge mistake on their part and no one should use their services! The whole trip could have been planned ourselves and CheapoAir's services were useless. I would never recommend such a terrible company to anyone else.

I recently had an extremely distressing experience with CheapOair that has prompted me to share my story to warn fellow travelers about their questionable practices. I booked a return ticket for myself, my wife, and our two kids through CheapOair. However, upon arriving at the airport for our return flight, we were shocked to discover that there was no booking under our name. This situation left my family and me stranded at the airport, and in a desperate attempt to get back home, I had to call a friend to purchase new tickets. It was a stressful ordeal, especially with two children in tow. Upon reaching the U.S., I immediately contacted CheapOair to address the issue.

I was canceling travel plans due to unexpected circumstances, but since my issues were resolved, I decided to check for a reasonable flight and...voilà...ready to go! To whom it may concern this is the first time I'm using this company. I had a nice experience on the phone with the customer service. They was very very good and nice. They also answered all my questions and don't have me on hold for too long. If everything goes well I will be using y'all again.

Very smooth interaction. Went through Rakuten to get cash back. No issues or complaints so far. Website was easy to use. Flight is not until January but I don’t anticipate any problems. Going to see my grandbabies in New Mexico. Can’t wait.

My husband and I booked a trip to Europe a few weeks ago… as soon as we got the confirmation we noticed that the return date was incorrect. Immediately we contacted CheapOair to rebook the return date. (And btw the funds for our trip were already paid to the agent at that time… maybe 30 minutes had passed since the original booking). The agent said “no problem, we can fix that”. But, instead of just rebooking the return, they rebooked us a whole new itinerary and charged our card a complete new booking!! In the morning after, we noticed this mistake and instead of refunding the money from the first booking… they wanted to charge us $1462 for rebooking the return date. The fees are ridiculous… fees for a seat guarantee (which I would think the ticket guarantees a seat).

Pretty good to book. Easy to choose, cheaper than the other site, wish it was this easy to choose everywhere else. Next time I book I will choose this site. So whoever see this choose here. It’s a lot cheaper and will leave another review once I land.

We were charged $202.87 per person for a ticket and $305 per person for a seat using Spirit and Frontier airline. I did not understand these charges and was not properly explained to me the difference by customer service rep and billing. Why were these fees not combined. If this is your practice for seat selection, I will not be using your services in the future.

I tried about a dozen different flight scheduled before I found one that was accepted. One would think that they would take unavailable flights off the list. I have used CheapOair many times in the past 15 years. Generally my experience has been good. The times that were not good were not pretty stories.

I am not trying to travel to a different airport in DC at rush hour and when I attempt to change the flight I am being charged hundreds of dollars when I can actually take a flight to the second airport for less money and skip the first leg of my travel.

This time I tried adding my new born to the ticket, God knows how they have swang us like a pendulum and not only that I experienced racist comments by their staff in India towards Muslims. The agent was patient and gave the information in a timely manner. He also gave me options as to how to get my seats books. He also explained the process of reserving seats for certain sectors of my flight. He also made me aware that I can call CheapOair after I book my flight and has some more questions.

I was not happy with follow up calls after I purchased my tickets trying to get me to spend more money. The webpage does a good enough job asking for extras. Please do not call and bother me is how I feel.

I believe that my seats that I had chosen were reserved for each leg of my trip. Now I find out in the 2 day confirmation that 2 legs were not reserved and that I have to pay extra to choose them again. Of course there are not 2 seats left together and the seats are twice per seat what I paid for the seats I had chosen before. I will never use your services again.

I was searching this travel website for a good deal, I decided to try calling in to one of their agent as the prompt said they would most likely find me a better deal that might not be available on the website. The agent was impatient and pushing the sale on me, when I hesitated on the date changes that would occur with the offered deal. The agent lied to me when comparing other options saying that the one she found offered free baggage and the option to refund (which the other one did too) in the end, I agreed but I did not know I would be paying $400 in service fees to her. If I had know there was such a high amount in a charge, I would not have gone through her especially when I found the same flight on their website, expedia, and the actually airlines for cheaper.

Booked two tickets to Italy and paid extra $141 for assigned seats, never had an assigned seat on any of our flights, one flight we were not able to be seated next to each other. Booked a car through CheapOAir, When we arrived at the car rental we were told they don't deal with CheapOair and we were forced to pay for car rental and insurance a second time. Avoid CheapOAir at all costs.

Provide the so competitive price flight schedule and various flight to compare with the other line and even though other web site looks like, then overall good web, then I strongly recommend this one. At this time only booking for flight, but later on will add the hotel and rental car.

We have frequently made flight arrangements thru CheapOAir.com, both international and domestic. One common experience is seating at the back of the economy cabin at the back of the aircraft. If in the very back row, there is no ability to adjust the seatback. Further, you are located near the rear kitchen and toilets. It makes napping on a long flight impossible.

I did have some issues with the site refreshing in Google Chrome, but was able to complete the booking on Safari — for less than the agent on the phone quoted me. I was very pleased with the packages that were available to me. I look forward to using CheapOair again for my next travel booking.

All has gone well but have not received booking information from Lufthansa after 24 hours. This flight was the lowest priced of any for my destination. I am waiting for seat choices and luggage restrictions from Lufthansa to completely satisfy my expectations. If this works well—as I believe it will—CheapOair will be where I look first for my airline reservations.

I booked a round trip from the US to Brazil. They suddenly changed my returning flight and emailed me about it. When I originally booked the tickets, the returning flight went from Goiania to Sao Paulo and from Sao Paulo to the US. However, they suddenly changed it that I would go from Goiania to Rio and have a 10 hour layover there, THEN travel to Sao Paulo. My grandfather is from Brazil and absolutely did not want me in Rio by myself whatsoever during my first time visiting. I called them on and off for four weeks to see if any other flight would come up that I could change to for the same day that skipped Rio.

I prepaid the car rental fee but It had not been deceived by the company. Thus I had to pay twice. A estimate of the fees would have been helpful. The rental which was supposed to cost 100 was closer to 500 with a deposit of 250 on my credit card. The car was stinky as though an animal had been in it. They had the nerve to suggest we keep car clean. There were spots all over the back seat.

Got a credit card charge of $19.95. Contacted customer service and was informed that it was for travel assist (choosing seats) and that it was non refundable. I never saw anywhere that I was going to get charged that amount. The fee was hidden. Will never use Cheapoair again!!!

I had a good experience. The flights attendants were good and respectful except one that might have been rude but overall it was good. The food was also good and adequate. The booking process was also easy. However for my last flight there was no flight number on my plane ticket which made me miss a flight but luckily I was placed on the next flight.

The agent was very helpful and very patient with us. A couple of times he was given incorrect spelling on names and he instructed us to delete the email and he immediately sent a new email with the correction. He also was very through in explaining about each flight detail, which included the layover times and the total hours for each flight before we made the reservation.

Everything seems to be fine. The only thing I'm concerned about is selecting the seats. I'm not sure that I will now be getting an additional charge to select the seats. I have still to do this part of my booking. I even tried a chat conversation but was not able to get my question answered.

This place is the worst. Even had flight guarantee. Never did they contact us or do anything to help us. After an hour on the phone they told us to resolve on our own. 205.00 for nothing. Don't use this booking site. Rippoffs!!! Stuck 12-15 hrs later to our destination!!! Horrible company.

Recently I made a reservation thru CheapOair website and called them to postpone my seat from 3rd of November to next flight with lesser fare which falls on 15th of November. I have no problem them charging change of reservation fee But the rep by the name of Suleman refused to book me on that specific flight giving me the reason that he is not seeing the same fare at his end. I refreshed my page twice, seeing the same fare but not Suleman, why, He likes to hike penalty to 1000 dollars. Can you believe that. This site CheapOair will take advantage of you if you ever wish to change your reservation even with same fare. Cancellation of course they will charge. I strongly recommend KAYAK. Never trust this site, I learn my lesson, now it's a free advice to you. Make sure you don't have to change or cancel your reservation, this is where they make tons of money by abusing customers like you and me.

Good flights at good times, and I am dealing with scheduling a flight for a funeral so being able to speak to someone on the phone that was understanding was very helpful. The service rep was kind and found a flight and car and flight that were both reasonable and accommodating.

Seven days' stay at Melia Caribe Resort with airline reservations going to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for three seniors. All inclusive. The reservation process was easy to navigate and clear to understand terms of travel. I chose CheapOAir because of a previous travel of which I had a good experience.

My experience with CheapOair has been ALWAYS excellent. The customer service service has been very helpful and they deliver as opposed to other webpages. I am very pleased to deal with them. I always deal with Cheapoair. When I encounter a problem, CheapoAir has been always there for me. Very professionals resolving my issues.

In June 2023 I booked a round trip airline ticket and rental care for 6 days stay in Spain in October (11-17) 2023 through CheapOair. Due to an emergency, I returned on October 14, 2023. CheapOair was unable to assist with flight scheduling dates on which I needed to return. I arranged my own return flights. CheapOair cites its "policy" for a third party agent as prohibiting a refund on the car rental, though the actual car rental agency informed me it was willing refund me the days not used, but could not because CheapOair arranged the booking. At initial booking for the flights, CheapOair charged me a "flexible ticket" fee, but all arrangements it made proved inflexible. CheapOair's services provide no added value, nor are myriad "policies" it cites applicable to CheapOair's bookings made transparent to on-line customers in advance of actual booking and payment. Once payment was made, CheapOair refused refunds or changes to reservations without substantial added charges.

The agent is very responsive and very knowledgeable. She know what she is doing. Very respectful and can answer all my questions. She is a very Good Customer Relation Model. Very professional in dealing with her customers. And she got a good sense of humor. She must be given a pat raise or have a good promotion on her job. I wish all agents in CheapOair are like her.

I got a better deal than I was expecting, Everything was fine, except I was a little (lot!) hazy on how to find my electronic boarding passes. Good thing another traveler showed me how - the line at the ticket counter literally wrapped around the terminal. Saved the day. I was somehow not clear that I needed to download the American Airlines app to my phone to access them.

Months ago I booked an All-Inclusive Package. While booking I had to contact their support, because of issues with their website not showing things correctly. I was able to work with them and book my trip. However, months later when we go on our trip, we find as we arrive at our hotel, that we didn't receive the All-Inclusive Package that we paid for and booked. I spent hours on the phone with Cheapoair, and talked with the hotel. They wanted us to pay for the AI while we waited 3-4 Days for them to listen to the call I had, and review the booking process. Which is crazy, since we were already there, wasted hours of our time, and they wanted us to spend an additional $1200.

I chatted in while on the plane due to the plane being broke down on the runway and I couldn’t call, to change my reservations and they refused to help telling me to call in. I purchased a Frontier Airline ticket through CheapOAir, and then cancelled my flight within 24 hours. It has been over a month now and I still haven't received a refund. Every time CheapOAir mentions that they're still waiting for confirmation from Frontier Airlines that a refund has been processed on their end prior. I already received this confirmation from Frontier Airlines a month ago and forwarded it onto CheapOAir's billing department and they still will not process my refund. How am I able to get confirmation from Frontier Airlines before CheapOAir is? It's not even my job, but I'm starting to think I should be hired because I would run that company better than whoever currently is. Unreal. Do not ever use CheapOAir unless you want to wait months for a return, even though the airline refunded them within 24 hours after the first initial purchase.

Had to rebook car rental as site defaulted and changed the pick-up and drop-off times after confirming the reservation. Had to cancel and then rebook the car, due to late flight arrival the preferred type of car was not available. Site should not have confirmed the booking if there was a problem and should have notified me of any problem.

When comparing flights, sometimes the cheaper flights can cost more than regular flights as additional costs are added to flight. The service is good; however, I don't see any real difference as you provide the same airlines as any other booking service. The uniqueness of this service should be to offer something other services do not have.

For my 60th birthday last February 28, 2023 I booked a flight through CheapOair to Iceland. Iceland went on strike. Their pilots and hotels were on strike the same week as my trip. My travel agent Gate1 cancelled and refunded my payment. I have now been trying for seven months to reach both Iceland Airlines and CheapOair. I have receive only a response refusing to even provide me with a credit. I can’t reach anyone. Then I get a reply that no one was on strike. They have chosen to defraud me out of $1,034.00. I cannot find a U.S. phone number. CheapOair is solely located in India. Do no use their credit card or book a trip through CheapOair because you will receive no reply.

However, a few minutes later an agent from CheapoAir called me saying the reservation for the hotel didn't go through. If it couldn't go through, why would you show on your website? If the deal expired, why wouldn't you show some message on the web page saying that the deal expired?? This is not my problem, it is your website's problem, it is a bug that you have to fix, otherwise it affects your customer satisfaction and will push more customers away!

However the date changed per CheapOair system, per Customer service agent which is a screw up for us because our Original requested for departure date on Sat. 9/16/23, return date on Mon. 10/16/23. But the booking confirmation gives out departure date on Tue. 9/19/23 and return date on Wed. 10/18/23. Thought the details for the fights schedule are same but not match with our schedule to stay in Vietnam. Have to be change to match with Vietnam visa permit accordingly.

I was not able to purchase my returning bag fee during booking. I had to order it on the next day and not have it all on one invoice. This took time. Once you book your flight with it seems a lot of extra fees are added. All your fees should be posted at the time of booking. I was not able to add my return bag fee until the next day.

This was a confusing transaction. I've been a SPIRIT fan for years due to price and family in the Detroit area. The site kept wanting to refresh which in turn raised the flight cost. Which ended up costing me $435.00 instead of the price that I first saw on the site which was $421.00. Also, the trip protection jumped in price as well every time it wanted to refresh. My take on this is that it is just a way for the 3rd party companies to make money off of the airline's customers.

I have been unable to select seats for my upcoming trip to Anchorage on Alaska Airlines. It's telling me I have to wait till 24 hours prior to departure. I was able to select seats on the return flight on American Airlines. So I'm unsure why I'm limited on the flights from Tampa to Anchorage??

They said we will be denied boarding. I said nope. We flew. No issues. That was a smart scam. They also told us that we need to pay $100 for each passenger so we can sit together as a family. I said nope and went to airline’s website to pick our seats together. Another smart scam.

Fraudulent company. They booked my return flight on 8/29/23 instead of 7/29/23. When I asked to change the return flight, Cheapoair supervisor told me it will cost me $1700 for a return flight from Orlando to Chicago for 9 people. I said it's ridiculous, and all of a sudden price dropped to $850. And, here's what happened, the "supervisor" changed my departure flight from 7/22/23 to 7/29/23 without even notifying me. I'm doing my online checking night before my flight and it turns out that my departure is on 7/29/23. Since 5pm until 4am I was on the phone with Cheapoair and no assistance at all. Ruined my whole vacation, wasted my money, didn't offer any solution and at the end told me that reservation fee is nonrefundable.

The service agent I spoke with on the phone was amazing. He listened to what I said and understood what I said. He gave clear run down of what is possible regarding the change. When the call got disconnected he called me back in a timely manner. This was after I had wasted 45 min on the computer trying to accomplish the same thing. I was ready to give up on CheapOair and give them a scathing review. But after the phone call I will use Cheap O Air again.

I bought a ticket last night from Toronto to Bogota. It was a family trip and they canceled. I called 8 hours after and they said they will refund me 20% of the ticket which is outrageous. I checked with Air Canada and Latam and their policy was free cancellation during 24 hours. The customer representative wasn’t helpful. I asked to change the dates and they were charging $400 dollars more ???? So no refund, impossible to change the dates and I waited 50 minutes for this answer. I like using Cheapoair for all my bookings because it is very easy to order the plane tickets. I highly recommend this app to all my friends and family and they all think it’s great. The cheapoair website is not hard to use. My friends told me they all use it and also recommended to all their other friends.

I bought the ticket on June 7. For June 29 and they canceled my flight I was at the airport and they says there’s no booking. I’ll call them and they told me two different things airline. Cancel your flight and V. emailed you on the nine which is I didn’t received any email from them and then they told me you cancel your flight with the airline bunch of the lies an airline told me this is what they do. I end of drove to the other town. Buy a new ticket to get to my vacation cost me way too expensive and they won’t accept it.

We made a reservation and my credit card didn’t go through the first time so a rep called and insisted we had to cancel and replace the reservation to resubmit it for payment. Suspicious because the price increased $50 in those 5 minutes and I ended up paying more. Changing the price was an obnoxious move. We also had a ton of problems with the site because my son is 12 and we kept getting an error message about him being 12 for the entire trip to count as a child, which he will be.

Cheapoair/OneTravel customer service is poor. We could not reach their customer service rep after more than an hour of failed attempts. Our airline reservations with Cheapoair/OneTravel were completely revised 5 days after booking, revising arrival in Newark on Aug 30, departing 10 days earlier with a 7 hour layover. It took us 2 hours on the phone with a helpful United Airlines representative to resolve this.

He even went out of his way to look for another flight as a back up in case my nieces miss their connecting flight. After purchasing my ticket I found that I had to pay extra for everything else - seat assignment, luggage, even for downloading and printing my gate pass, all of which I have declined to do. She said that she could. Well when she found a decent flight to fly home which was only 5 hours I said, "This is fabulous." She then told me it would be 249.00 each person plus taxes and fees. I was not informed about the charges to select a seat initially. In fact there were flights where no seats were available without a price. I am highly dissatisfied with the seat selection procedure made available by CheapOAir.
