Online booking is great. However the date changed per CheapOair system, per Customer service agent which is a screw up for us because our Original requested for departure date on Sat. 9/16/23, return date on Mon. 10/16/23. But the booking confirmation gives out departure date on Tue. 9/19/23 and return date on Wed. 10/18/23. Thought the details for the fights schedule are same but not match with our schedule to stay in Vietnam. Have to be change to match with Vietnam visa permit accordingly.

I was not able to purchase my returning bag fee during booking. I had to order it on the next day and not have it all on one invoice. This took time. Once you book your flight with it seems a lot of extra fees are added. All your fees should be posted at the time of booking. I was not able to add my return bag fee until the next day.

They made it real easy to book a multi flight reservation. They kept in touch by email. I found it easy to find the places I needed to go. The prices were very competitive and very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone that had travel plans in the future.

I received both booking confirmations immediately via email. The website was easy to navigate. Very good service. Also confirming I received the booking confirmation for **. CheapoAir had the 1 stop route to and from which is exactly the route we wanted. We did not want to stop in Japan or Guam.

I compared other websites and this was the best price. Relatively easy to navigate and pretty seamless. The hotel that I wanted to stay with was listed and the package with airfare was very reasonable. I received confirmation right away and they also followed up to make sure my reservation was received.

Cheapoair provided a flight necessary for my travel and has been keeping clear communication with me regarding the flight. They have provided a review of flight information 20 days prior to the flight with several contact numbers in case there is a question. I certainly appreciate those efforts and will consider Cheapoair for further travel

Had a hard time getting a real person on the phone. I got a message about a credit card problem. I finally got to talk with someone who told me my reservation was alright, but when I pull it up it still has the credit card problem on the reservation.

This was a confusing transaction. I've been a SPIRIT fan for years due to price and family in the Detroit area. I will have to re-evaluate my options in the future, and determine what makes the most economical sense, which Spirit has been in the past, but now there are just too many unnecessary steps, as well as required information that has greatly lengthened the process of completing a transaction. I always pay in full, and like expediency, but this time I have been just 'frustrated' with the process.

This information is just the beginning of me telling the world how bad they are. Am a single mom, a dentist, lives in San Diego CA. I bought tickets to visit my dad in Jakarta Indonesia who was in bad condition for June 16th, 2023. Flying from LAX to Cengkareng International Indonesia. Coming back from Bali - Denpasar to LAX on July 2nd,2023.

The site kept wanting to refresh which in turn raised the flight cost. Which ended up costing me $435.00 instead of the price that I first saw on the site which was $421.00. Also, the trip protection jumped in price as well every time it wanted to refresh. My take on this is that it is just a way for the 3rd party companies to make money off of the airline's customers.

I have been unable to select seats for my upcoming trip to Anchorage on Alaska Airlines. It's telling me I have to wait till 24 hours prior to departure. I was able to select seats on the return flight on American Airlines. So I'm unsure why I'm limited on the flights from Tampa to Anchorage??

I do not have any complaints so far regarding my booking. The representative was very knowledgeable in the process and explaining what is required and letting me know the whole process. The ticket is really not as cheap as expected but I think it's still on the high side and could still be reduced.

It is easy to use this website to make online air ticket order. I prefer to order Airline ticket with CheapOair because it allows to change or cancel the order before 24 hours. Besides, the CheapOair charges low fee on each order. I will also recommend my friends to use CheapOair.

Filled out online form with required fields. Middle name was optional. Paid with credit card. Got our booking. 2 days later, they called needing to add our middle names for $800 more! They said we will be denied boarding. I said nope. We flew. No issues. That was a smart scam. They also told us that we need to pay $100 for each passenger so we can sit together as a family. I said nope and went to airline’s website to pick our seats together. Another smart scam.

Fraudulent company. They booked my return flight on 8/29/23 instead of 7/29/23. When I asked to change the return flight, Cheapoair supervisor told me it will cost me $1700 for a return flight from Orlando to Chicago for 9 people. I said it's ridiculous, and all of a sudden price dropped to $850. And, here's what happened, the "supervisor" changed my departure flight from 7/22/23 to 7/29/23 without even notifying me. I'm doing my online checking night before my flight and it turns out that my departure is on 7/29/23. Since 5pm until 4am I was on the phone with Cheapoair and no assistance at all. Ruined my whole vacation, wasted my money, didn't offer any solution and at the end told me that reservation fee is nonrefundable.

The service agent I spoke with on the phone was amazing. He listened to what I said and understood what I said. He gave clear run down of what is possible regarding the change. When the call got disconnected he called me back in a timely manner. This was after I had wasted 45 min on the computer trying to accomplish the same thing. I was ready to give up on CheapOair and give them a scathing review. But after the phone call I will use Cheap O Air again.

Purchase round trip from Mexico City to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Good service. Good price. Your website worked smoothly and is user friendly. I shopped around and you had best flights at best prices. I could find better deals. Only comment would be to allow seat selection at no cost to members. Thank you.

Don't ever book anything with CheapOair, greed is all they swear by. They got my 5 year old stuck in West Africa because of their own agent's mistake. I'll discourage anyone to book anything with them at least until they fix my issue.

I bought a ticket last night from Toronto to Bogota. It was a family trip and they canceled. I called 8 hours after and they said they will refund me 20% of the ticket which is outrageous. I checked with Air Canada and Latam and their policy was free cancellation during 24 hours. The customer representative wasn’t helpful. I asked to change the dates and they were charging $400 dollars more ???? So no refund, impossible to change the dates and I waited 50 minutes for this answer. I like using Cheapoair for all my bookings because it is very easy to order the plane tickets. I highly recommend this app to all my friends and family and they all think it’s great. The cheapoair website is not hard to use. My friends told me they all use it and also recommended to all their other friends.

I bought the ticket on June 7. For June 29 and they canceled my flight I was at the airport and they says there’s no booking. I’ll call them and they told me two different things airline. Cancel your flight and V. emailed you on the nine which is I didn’t received any email from them and then they told me you cancel your flight with the airline bunch of the lies an airline told me this is what they do. I end of drove to the other town. Buy a new ticket to get to my vacation cost me way too expensive and they won’t accept it.

Add-ons somewhat confusing. Flight picking went well. Generally understood the options presented and able to choose without too much confusion. Hope to use CheapoAir again down the line in the not too distant future. We have communicated our travel plans to our co-travelers and hope that they can join us.

I was confused when I checked the seat I booked on the app is different from the one showing on the map on the website. The agent confirmed my choice and problem solved. Another issue I had, is that the seat pricing on the app wasn't accurate.

We made a reservation and my credit card didn’t go through the first time so a rep called and insisted we had to cancel and replace the reservation to resubmit it for payment. Suspicious because the price increased $50 in those 5 minutes and I ended up paying more. Changing the price was an obnoxious move. We also had a ton of problems with the site because my son is 12 and we kept getting an error message about him being 12 for the entire trip to count as a child, which he will be.

When can I check in for my flight on 6/22 at 12:49 leaving CVG landing in Atl? I have checked my inbox for early check in and I have gone online to the Frontier Airlines site to check in but could not use the reservation number I was given when I completed the booking.

I hope all this works out. Giving you glowing remarks cause of ease. This ticket is for a friend to visit with us in September. The site however did not let me select a seat or add his passport number or deal with checked baggage. I didn't like that I cancel one of my flight and then couldn't rebook my trip after that because I couldn't get my money back until 7 - 14 days. Then I didn't have the extra money to purchased the ticket to fly back home, this is not the way I expected to see how this happen.

I called late at night to confirm my ticket and agent was very efficient and knowledgeable. I felt confident that everything was taken care of. I will book all my flights with Cheapo air from now on. The agents are always very courteous and helpful. I know that if I need help I can call day or night and I will get to talk to a real person and not a machine. They have many options to add to your flight such as travel insurance and seating.

Thank you, all I can say is that you make it really simple and trustworthy. You can try to lower the prices though, Kiwi.com is ahead of you now. Unless Kiwi is also yours, you should consider having lower prices. The app is really easy to use and the website as well.

An easy and thrifty way to fly! I would do this again - and probably will! A++++ service and beyond! It was actually much easier online than I imagined! Cheapoair/OneTravel customer service is poor. We could not reach their customer service rep after more than an hour of failed attempts. Our airline reservations with Cheapoair/OneTravel were completely revised 5 days after booking, revising arrival in Newark on Aug 30, departing 10 days earlier with a 7 hour layover. It took us 2 hours on the phone with a helpful United Airlines representative to resolve this.

Traveling from Denver to Bamako Round trips, my trip back to Denver is too long. 36 hours. But that is all I can get so far. Hope to have less travel time on my way back to Denver. If is there any opportunity to get 26 to 28 hours travel time on my way back to Denver from Bamako will be appreciated.

Mr. ** provided me with the best and most pleasant experience booking with a travel agency. He took all my worries and concerns away and replaced it with full trust and confidence. He even went out of his way to look for another flight as a back up in case my nieces miss their connecting flight. We're concerned that clearing Immigration, Customs and going to the next gate might take longer than 2 hours.

After purchasing my ticket I found that I had to pay extra for everything else - seat assignment, luggage, even for downloading and printing my gate pass, all of which I have declined to do. I will not ever use this app again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else. I only used it because after searching for "united airlines" I was directed to this site.

After finding my itinerary, I clicked too quickly and didn't check the times for flying back home to Rochester. I contacted customer to see if they could help me change the flight. She said that she could. Well when she found a decent flight to fly home which was only 5 hours I said, "This is fabulous." She then told me it would be 249.00 each person plus taxes and fees. Been buying tickets from them for many years and when it comes to the customer service it's very bad. I had tickets to fly to Paris and I wanted to cancel and they don’t give refund because you purchased cheap tickets. $900+ it’s cheap? I got sick and I can't fly. I understand keeping a fee but not full amount. It's unexpected. I will not recommend or buy any more. I have screenshots of the customer service conversation.

First time booking with this website. The flights looked like a great deal until I started the booking process. The price said taxes and fees included, then I was charged a fee for using their website ($16). Then I paid a $60 fee to upgrade out of the cheap seats for each direction of the flight. Then booking the seats had an additional charge for every segment of the trip 4 more $15 charges for departing and returning trips. Trip ended up being $250+ more than the quoted price.

I purchase a ticket online. I did not receive an email from the company. I waited for the next day still did not received an email. I called spoke to an agent ask him about the email. They told me that they sent it twice. I still did not receive it, I asked him to send it to my other email so he can send it to me. I gave him my new email still no email came through the next day after that I have received my ticket information in my original email find out section says check your spelling name it was a mistake by the computer-generated names that they have the last name first name are the same. I could not fix it because it was already 24 hours. I called the customer service.

I have spent just over 2 hr. 30 min. booking my flights to Calgary and return. I thought I was finished and then suddenly the flight was going to cost an extra hundred dollars because of high demand or something. Luiz had to phone me twice about flexible ticket protection and the cost and payment. He was great but the whole process including these comments took too long.

Well, they made it right, finally. It took hours, but they were able to make me a new round trip. They even offered me $100.

I received the confirmation reserved for my husbands' flight in my email. I appreciate the assistance in this matter. The confirmation was clear and accurate. It is my belief that more people should use this because it is less expensive and convenient.

Changes are frequently made and difficult to resolve efficiently. Service agents are incompetent. Tried to book us a change in flight after our connection and I had to correct them. They are stuck with certain airlines making it tough to be efficient and avoid long flights/connections. Customer support is horrible for Canadians as it’s a long distance call and long time on hold to New York. I booked another airline to avoid connection issues, and when we missed our first flight our whole booking was automatically cancelled. Only way Cheapoair was going to resolve was to charge me new tickets to Europe and lose my other money. Frustrated and stressed a day before our travel to Amsterdam, I called the airline direct (KLM thank you!) and they took the entire booking away from Cheapoair, and reinstated our flights at no cost. I’ll never book through a discount travel company again. Use the Airlines, it’s not worth the stress.

While I was told I could do better by going directly through the airline, even with the fees, it was faster, easier and cheaper to book through Cheapoair and that is why I always come back! Thank you for the great service!

This is the 2nd time I do review over this booking **. Your company never done anything to help me with my delicate situation. I contacted 6 time and explain my situation. The only thing your company did it, was offer me to book again another trip. My husband calls United Airlines directly. The supervise from tickets department understand our situation and give us better solution. They cancel my book and 24 hours later, returned my 100% over the value tickets with no penalty for cancellation. We don't ask for refund, but they give to us. Was surprise how this end. Also United, being very surprised for your company handle this delicate situation.

Booked flights from Toronto to Vancouver - gave us a one-stop in Winnipeg. Turned out the layover was 8 hours. What we were not told was that our luggage was not booked through, so we had to collect it and check it back in. Winnipeg airport does not allow passengers to wait near the gates. The gate area of this international airport closes at 10:00 and reopens at 3:00 AM. First I’ve heard of an international airport closing for the night. We had to wait near the baggage claim. Terrible experience all around.

Re-scheduling request has been cryptic and out-of-synchronization, with multiple requests received and the result not registered until I called a customer service clerk via VOX & followed up on it. Received a HAVE WE SENT YOUR CONFIRMATION E-MAIL two days before getting the confirmation. It looks consistent now, however.

I bundled my flight tickets with car rental. The car rental had my daughter as the primary driver which she is not. It will cost more to cancel and reorder because it won’t be bundled. UNFAIR! This was your error.

Had to call to get one seat on multiple flights confirmed (bank error). Easy and painless! Fantastic service! Much better than Orbitz. And the deal on the flights was pretty decent as well. All in all, a fantastic experience and hopefully will be repeating in the future.

Very expensive and abusive rate charged for a date change 180 hours prior to flight. Willing to pay for the date change but not as much as the amount charged. Please review your rates to benefit all customers and continue using your airline.

Everything seems to have gone well but my credit card payment was denied several times. I called the bank and they could not determine a cause for the denial. They solved the problem, and the final request was approved. All went well after that.

I called and spoke to a man named Steve and ask of there were any shorter layover alternatives. Notably the long layover. He was pleasant and searched to see if there were any earlier flights from Chicago to Anchorage. He said give me 3 minutes and he would search. Unfortunately for me none available.

I was in the process of booking a car for $47. Before I could book it, the price went up to $50 some dollars. Since I can't pay the increase at this time now, I have to wait until I get paid on June 3 to book a car.

I felt like there were hidden fees thrown into the price at the very end, and also, can you and United please get your information together. For ex. This asks for an "order number". I cannot find such a thing. There are all kinds of different numbers, and not you or United ask for the right thing, so how am I supposed to know what you need? It's frustrating! This was my 2nd bad experience with Cheapoair. I won't be using it again.

I booked our family flight and was so easy and got the confirmation by email, this is my fifth or seventh experience with CheapOair. I will keep booking with such an excellent website, I advise each traveler to book with them.

After 5 days of receiving the booking confirmation, no credit card verification, no payment made at bank, no billing and therefore tickets not issued and the procedure still pending. 5 days of consecutive calls, emails and chats, still the issue wasn’t resolved and your billing team did not attempt to retrieve the amount (6042$) from my account yet. Booking is frozen and no one is helping me.

This company is nothing but a joke all around. They did not charge my card on the due date. I got several notifications my payment was late. I had to call them 5 times. Oh They do not have 24-hour customer service or chat. Then they asked me something about my card. I could not find the card then they suggested me to cancel the card and request another one, Then the nightmare got even worse. They charged me a late fee and, they reduced my credit line without notifying me from 3k to 450 dollars. I owed them only 180 dollars and for months I did not owe them anything. So they do not value their customers at all. I have 14 cards with a total credit limit close to 90k and my credit utilization is 8% and this stupid company claimed I owe too much debt. I mean. I did not even use half of the credit they gave me. 180 dollars??? Are you serious??? Learn from Amex and Discover. This company can not be taken seriously. Avoid as much as you can.

Your agents never were able to inform me with certainty what are the covid travel restrictions for this flight from Cun to Mia. I invested 1 1/2 hours trying to find it out. You need to have handy info about this kind of restrictions and train your agents about it.

My third experience in changing a date and forget about your money....non sense loop to not give you your money back, to change the date you have to pay double what you paid to change does not matter the reason. I bought $900 ticket for embassy appointment in April. Then I got a letter changing my date to June. I called CheapOair even though I paid extra for changes but that didn't even matter. Now I have to pay $1600 to change date because it's summer even though if I check tickets at that time I find tickets $900. I asked to make it one way $1000. Cancel I have to pay $125 and then leave it to airline penalty after 6weeks, which I am expecting nothing after that.

We have a flight credit with them (half of 3 flights back from NZ to Toronto) from the start of the pandemic when half of our family were stuck in NZ. Please use the same term if the order number is the same as the booking number. I think the ticket number should be at the top of the itinerary. I also think that your itinerary should indicate what the airport attendant needs in order to complete your flight transaction.

It takes me full to just change an date for flight. I was totally stuck because they had spent 3000 plus money on ticket. But it costs me almost 7 hours. Please do not go with CheapOair. They could not confirm our flights, I called the company 6 hours after purchasing the tickets ($2000) and I was told their company was working on it. Give them 2 hours. This same sequences of events occurred 3 more times over 48 hours…. THEN after my final call they tell me they couldn’t book the tickets, and asked if I was open to going different days. I informed that that these dates are very specific. They finally told me they going flight but we wouldn’t be leaving at our original time of 6:30am - they only had flights available at 8:45pm. I reluctantly agreed thinking I had no choice.

This company double booked me 2 flights by mistake and charged me for both And assured me that they only booked me one flight. I called Cheapoair on Feb 28th because I found a flight on their site that I was interested in online and it would not let me put in my infant's information for the flight. I called and the rep said took all of my info including credit card info and tried to book the flight. She came back on the line several times and in the end said she was unable to book the flight that maybe it was no longer available.

I paid for a seat from JFK to Madrid and I was given a seat from Pittsburgh to JFK. A one-hour flight instead of a 7-hour flight. Trying to get this resolved developed to hours on hold and eventually I was told to take it up with the airline. I am still dealing with it. I have been a customer of Cheapo for 25 years and have never encountered such buck-passing and bad service.

They had told me that the baggage would have to be added afterwards and that they would send me an e-mail concerning that within 24 hours. I did not receive that e-mail, so I went to my trip - Volaris and it did not contain any baggage except a personal item. But they said I could add luggage now, so I did. I booked a flight JFK - LIS for July 2023 (#**) and got a Iberia Airline confirmation email (# **) on March 1, 2023. I even confirmed the booking on Iberia website next day. On March 4th, you sent me an email that there was an issue and I missed after so many emails we received every day. Today I got an email cancelling the flight. I called and you offered $250 more flight or change the return day.

I have used CheapOair without complaint. However, this January, they charged my card twice for identical bookings. First I made a complaint to the company, then to my bank. They still charged me twice.

Making the reservation selection was fast and simple. This was less confusing than the avanca site. I was able to easily select my seat preference. Information about other charges was clear. Information about carry-on and checked bags was clearly explained.

The experience has been positive and easy so far. No fuzz. Easy comparison with available dates and alternative choices. No hassle logging in via different computer. We shall see if the customer service is as good when I need assistance. Hope for the best.

I booked on 2/16/23 on CheapOair flying from San Diego to Vietnam, and when I went to the San Diego Airport on 3/05/23 to check in, the Hawaiian airline ticket agent tried for 2 hours until the checking closed but could not issue the boarding pass for connect and I think that because my middle name was not in my itinerary, so I suggested me to call CheapOair to rebook the flight to add my middle name.

I had very bad experience with this agency once while ago and after they kept calling me to fix it, I told to myself, everybody needs second chance and again I bought another ticket to come to Turkey and after I bought the ticket another agent called me.
