Provide the so competitive price flight schedule and various flight to compare with the other line and even though other web site looks like, then overall good web, then I strongly recommend this one. At this time only booking for flight, but later on will add the hotel and rental car.

This was my first time using the application, but I am so pleased with the application and smoothness of the process. Everything was easy and explained during the booking process. I really enjoyed the different times offered for the flights as well. I am going recommend Cheapoair to my family and friends.

We have frequently made flight arrangements thru CheapOAir.com, both international and domestic. One common experience is seating at the back of the economy cabin at the back of the aircraft. If in the very back row, there is no ability to adjust the seatback. Further, you are located near the rear kitchen and toilets. It makes napping on a long flight impossible.

I did have some issues with the site refreshing in Google Chrome, but was able to complete the booking on Safari — for less than the agent on the phone quoted me. I was very pleased with the packages that were available to me. I look forward to using CheapOair again for my next travel booking.

Easy and friendly to use. Many options for different flights from different airlines. Easy to follow directions and recommendations for flights, departures, arrivals and airlines. Helpful information for hotels and car rentals. Information for Visas and baggage was extremely helpful as well. I will use this site the next time I travel and recommended to friends and family.

Fast service. The booking was a great price and the option to fly home from a different airport was brilliant. I recommend! Hopefully there will be no hidden costs. I rarely fly at Christmas. All has gone well but have not received booking information from Lufthansa after 24 hours. This flight was the lowest priced of any for my destination. I am waiting for seat choices and luggage restrictions from Lufthansa to completely satisfy my expectations. If this works well—as I believe it will—CheapOair will be where I look first for my airline reservations.

Good experience overall. The site is easy to navigate and made it easy for me to conduct and finish my business. It may be a good idea if my Cheapo rewards is posted on each screen, maybe in one of the corners of the screen so that it would be readily available for me to see.

I booked a round trip from the US to Brazil. They suddenly changed my returning flight and emailed me about it. When I originally booked the tickets, the returning flight went from Goiania to Sao Paulo and from Sao Paulo to the US. However, they suddenly changed it that I would go from Goiania to Rio and have a 10 hour layover there, THEN travel to Sao Paulo. My grandfather is from Brazil and absolutely did not want me in Rio by myself whatsoever during my first time visiting. I called them on and off for four weeks to see if any other flight would come up that I could change to for the same day that skipped Rio.

I like the name because it reflects on what they advertise which is the cheapest rates. Their website is easy to navigate and finds the best rates on hotels while at the same time coordinates the hotel with arrivals and departures. I definitely would recommend CheapOair to anyone looking into traveling in luxury with economy pricing.

I prepaid the car rental fee but It had not been deceived by the company. Thus I had to pay twice. A estimate of the fees would have been helpful. The rental which was supposed to cost 100 was closer to 500 with a deposit of 250 on my credit card. The car was stinky as though an animal had been in it. They had the nerve to suggest we keep car clean. There were spots all over the back seat.

Absolutely wonderful ease of use, amazing customer service, and very clear. As well, at a terribly affordable price, would highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking for quality flights at fair prices. I was able to book a flight from Dayton, Ohio to Dallas Fort Worth, Texas quickly and cheaply. And another from Dallas Fort Worth to San Antonio even faster and cheaper!

I will never use CheapOair ever again. At one time it was a great service. Instead it became the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Added fees completely unjustified. Even something as simple as trying to change an incorrect spelling y'all charge for. You suck beyond belief.

Got a credit card charge of $19.95. Contacted customer service and was informed that it was for travel assist (choosing seats) and that it was non refundable. I never saw anywhere that I was going to get charged that amount. The fee was hidden. Will never use Cheapoair again!!!

I had a good experience. The flights attendants were good and respectful except one that might have been rude but overall it was good. The food was also good and adequate. The booking process was also easy. However for my last flight there was no flight number on my plane ticket which made me miss a flight but luckily I was placed on the next flight.

The agent was very helpful and very patient with us. A couple of times he was given incorrect spelling on names and he instructed us to delete the email and he immediately sent a new email with the correction. He also was very through in explaining about each flight detail, which included the layover times and the total hours for each flight before we made the reservation.

Everything seems to be fine. The only thing I'm concerned about is selecting the seats. I'm not sure that I will now be getting an additional charge to select the seats. I have still to do this part of my booking. I even tried a chat conversation but was not able to get my question answered.

This place is the worst. Even had flight guarantee. Never did they contact us or do anything to help us. After an hour on the phone they told us to resolve on our own. 205.00 for nothing. Don't use this booking site. Rippoffs!!! Stuck 12-15 hrs later to our destination!!! Horrible company.

Recently I made a reservation thru CheapOair website and called them to postpone my seat from 3rd of November to next flight with lesser fare which falls on 15th of November. I have no problem them charging change of reservation fee But the rep by the name of Suleman refused to book me on that specific flight giving me the reason that he is not seeing the same fare at his end. I refreshed my page twice, seeing the same fare but not Suleman, why, He likes to hike penalty to 1000 dollars. Can you believe that. This site CheapOair will take advantage of you if you ever wish to change your reservation even with same fare. Cancellation of course they will charge. I strongly recommend KAYAK. Never trust this site, I learn my lesson, now it's a free advice to you. Make sure you don't have to change or cancel your reservation, this is where they make tons of money by abusing customers like you and me.

Good flights at good times, and I am dealing with scheduling a flight for a funeral so being able to speak to someone on the phone that was understanding was very helpful. The service rep was kind and found a flight and car and flight that were both reasonable and accommodating.

Seven days' stay at Melia Caribe Resort with airline reservations going to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for three seniors. All inclusive. The reservation process was easy to navigate and clear to understand terms of travel. I chose CheapOAir because of a previous travel of which I had a good experience.

My experience with CheapOair has been ALWAYS excellent. The customer service service has been very helpful and they deliver as opposed to other webpages. I am very pleased to deal with them. I always deal with Cheapoair. When I encounter a problem, CheapoAir has been always there for me. Very professionals resolving my issues.

In June 2023 I booked a round trip airline ticket and rental care for 6 days stay in Spain in October (11-17) 2023 through CheapOair. Due to an emergency, I returned on October 14, 2023. CheapOair was unable to assist with flight scheduling dates on which I needed to return. I arranged my own return flights. CheapOair cites its "policy" for a third party agent as prohibiting a refund on the car rental, though the actual car rental agency informed me it was willing refund me the days not used, but could not because CheapOair arranged the booking. At initial booking for the flights, CheapOair charged me a "flexible ticket" fee, but all arrangements it made proved inflexible. CheapOair's services provide no added value, nor are myriad "policies" it cites applicable to CheapOair's bookings made transparent to on-line customers in advance of actual booking and payment. Once payment was made, CheapOair refused refunds or changes to reservations without substantial added charges.

The agent is very responsive and very knowledgeable. She know what she is doing. Very respectful and can answer all my questions. She is a very Good Customer Relation Model. Very professional in dealing with her customers. And she got a good sense of humor. She must be given a pat raise or have a good promotion on her job. I wish all agents in CheapOair are like her.

CheapOAir always has great offers and I love their service. Easy to use website. I often get my flight tickets from CheapOair and I have referred so many people to use their services. They are the best in their industry. I use their service for international travel too and I will be back for more soon. I got a better deal than I was expecting, Everything was fine, except I was a little (lot!) hazy on how to find my electronic boarding passes. Good thing another traveler showed me how - the line at the ticket counter literally wrapped around the terminal. Saved the day. I was somehow not clear that I needed to download the American Airlines app to my phone to access them.

CheapOair provided me with an excellent option while booking with Multicity Travel which helped in making a combine Trip visiting one Gulf Country along with the visit to my India Trip departing from US. Also, I got a very good deal with a better price which no one else could match.

Months ago I booked an All-Inclusive Package. While booking I had to contact their support, because of issues with their website not showing things correctly. I was able to work with them and book my trip. However, months later when we go on our trip, we find as we arrive at our hotel, that we didn't receive the All-Inclusive Package that we paid for and booked. I spent hours on the phone with Cheapoair, and talked with the hotel. They wanted us to pay for the AI while we waited 3-4 Days for them to listen to the call I had, and review the booking process. Which is crazy, since we were already there, wasted hours of our time, and they wanted us to spend an additional $1200.

I have ordered round trip flight from Las Vegas and Hongkong. From December 11, to December 28. It is a pity I forgot to put the promo code. OCT23. This is my first time to book. I hope that is good for our new trip.

Got it done. Confirmation call back from COA was a surprise. Not sure I would have spent the extra to select the seats. Said they'd be mid-plane by the exit row... must be a big plane, they're row 31 departing and 29 coming home... oh well. My CC Company called about a charge that was $8 more than I was told... not sure if it included tax or what.

Your ability to address changes in my flight schedule were excellent. Ease of booking is also very user friendly. Please address your sales staff when it comes to sending emails containing add ons to a trip I've already thought through.

Overall good except booking for my car rental. My flight doesn’t arrive until 6pm but car rental says 10:30am pick up. Asked for help and was told they didn’t understand what I was asking. Will call to change. Have used your Cheapoair in the past and was always great prices.

Price increase in just minutes - wife one price, husband another. Wife ** $324.98. Husband ** $429.75. That is $104.77 difference in minutes. The first I made online but it only wanted to book for one person so I phoned for it to be two, but your advisor could not offer the same rate, even though I was still online with the first booking - doing two things at once resulted in two prices.

I bought tickets to go to Europe from US and airline offers free checked bag but when I entered online that I have one checked in bag, CheapOair charged me $310 for round trip! You are much better off buying your ticket from the airline! Stay away from this travel agent.

I'm still not sure if I already paid for my baggage or what I do about seats. Also, I had to cancel the first booking because despite selecting the update button three times to update dates. Help! The site would not take my apartment number on my address. Will I get hard tickets or just what is sent to my phone?

I had the worst experience. I tried to cancel reservations and they still charged me. And I got charged for something that I did nothing about it. They stated that they were going to have supervisor call me back. That never happened. They're unreliable and I do not trust them.

I chatted in while on the plane due to the plane being broke down on the runway and I couldn’t call, to change my reservations and they refused to help telling me to call in. Which I couldn’t do since I was stuck on the runway for over 2 hours. I am still in Nashville airport over 4 hours later and no help for my reservations.

I purchased a Frontier Airline ticket through CheapOAir, and then cancelled my flight within 24 hours. It has been over a month now and I still haven't received a refund. Every time CheapOAir mentions that they're still waiting for confirmation from Frontier Airlines that a refund has been processed on their end prior. I already received this confirmation from Frontier Airlines a month ago and forwarded it onto CheapOAir's billing department and they still will not process my refund. How am I able to get confirmation from Frontier Airlines before CheapOAir is? It's not even my job, but I'm starting to think I should be hired because I would run that company better than whoever currently is. Unreal. Do not ever use CheapOAir unless you want to wait months for a return, even though the airline refunded them within 24 hours after the first initial purchase.

Had to rebook car rental as site defaulted and changed the pick-up and drop-off times after confirming the reservation. Had to cancel and then rebook the car, due to late flight arrival the preferred type of car was not available. Site should not have confirmed the booking if there was a problem and should have notified me of any problem.

I only search for my flight and have not used the hotel or rental car options but, since I have never had any trouble, I think it would go as smooth as selecting my flight. I am very satisfied with the company. Customer Service was outstanding. I needed some changes to my flight and Representative was able to accommodate me in just a few minutes. And in the middle of the nite. They are available 24 hours a day. The representative was very knowledgeable and very polite and patient with me.

Purchased with ease online and paid via CC with no problems. Would have like to have an option to purchase extra bags on the site. If there was that option I did not see it. They want to charge for everything and even when you have made your selections, you are sent back to pay again. The reward is new to me and I'm looking forward to seeing what's been offered.

When comparing flights, sometimes the cheaper flights can cost more than regular flights as additional costs are added to flight. The service is good; however, I don't see any real difference as you provide the same airlines as any other booking service. The uniqueness of this service should be to offer something other services do not have.

For my 60th birthday last February 28, 2023 I booked a flight through CheapOair to Iceland. Iceland went on strike. Their pilots and hotels were on strike the same week as my trip. My travel agent Gate1 cancelled and refunded my payment. I have now been trying for seven months to reach both Iceland Airlines and CheapOair. I have receive only a response refusing to even provide me with a credit. I can’t reach anyone. Then I get a reply that no one was on strike. They have chosen to defraud me out of $1,034.00. I cannot find a U.S. phone number. CheapOair is solely located in India. Do no use their credit card or book a trip through CheapOair because you will receive no reply.

Hi. Booked the Flight + Hotel package through CheapoAir and got to the success page. However, a few minutes later an agent from CheapoAir called me saying the reservation for the hotel didn't go through. If it couldn't go through, why would you show on your website? If the deal expired, why wouldn't you show some message on the web page saying that the deal expired?? This is not my problem, it is your website's problem, it is a bug that you have to fix, otherwise it affects your customer satisfaction and will push more customers away!

Very good but unnecessary to receive a phone call trying to sell me "guarantee" of my booking. That shows the rush to make more money on top of the money you already made with the booking. Is this really necessary? No need for the extra push to increase revenue or my reservation is not real?

Online booking is great. However the date changed per CheapOair system, per Customer service agent which is a screw up for us because our Original requested for departure date on Sat. 9/16/23, return date on Mon. 10/16/23. But the booking confirmation gives out departure date on Tue. 9/19/23 and return date on Wed. 10/18/23. Thought the details for the fights schedule are same but not match with our schedule to stay in Vietnam. Have to be change to match with Vietnam visa permit accordingly.

I was not able to purchase my returning bag fee during booking. I had to order it on the next day and not have it all on one invoice. This took time. Once you book your flight with it seems a lot of extra fees are added. All your fees should be posted at the time of booking. I was not able to add my return bag fee until the next day.

They made it real easy to book a multi flight reservation. They kept in touch by email. I found it easy to find the places I needed to go. The prices were very competitive and very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone that had travel plans in the future.

I received both booking confirmations immediately via email. The website was easy to navigate. Very good service. Also confirming I received the booking confirmation for **. CheapoAir had the 1 stop route to and from which is exactly the route we wanted. We did not want to stop in Japan or Guam.

The hotel that I wanted to stay with was listed and the package with airfare was very reasonable. I received confirmation right away and they also followed up to make sure my reservation was received.

Cheapoair provided a flight necessary for my travel and has been keeping clear communication with me regarding the flight. They have provided a review of flight information 20 days prior to the flight with several contact numbers in case there is a question. I certainly appreciate those efforts and will consider Cheapoair for further travel

This was a confusing transaction. I've been a SPIRIT fan for years due to price and family in the Detroit area. I will have to re-evaluate my options in the future, and determine what makes the most economical sense, which Spirit has been in the past, but now there are just too many unnecessary steps, as well as required information that has greatly lengthened the process of completing a transaction. I always pay in full, and like expediency, but this time I have been just 'frustrated' with the process.

This information is just the beginning of me telling the world how bad they are. Am a single mom, a dentist, lives in San Diego CA. I bought tickets to visit my dad in Jakarta Indonesia who was in bad condition for June 16th, 2023. Flying from LAX to Cengkareng International Indonesia. Coming back from Bali - Denpasar to LAX on July 2nd,2023.

I have been unable to select seats for my upcoming trip to Anchorage on Alaska Airlines. It's telling me I have to wait till 24 hours prior to departure. I was able to select seats on the return flight on American Airlines. So I'm unsure why I'm limited on the flights from Tampa to Anchorage??

They said we will be denied boarding. I said nope. We flew. No issues. That was a smart scam. They also told us that we need to pay $100 for each passenger so we can sit together as a family. I said nope and went to airline’s website to pick our seats together. Another smart scam.

Fraudulent company. They booked my return flight on 8/29/23 instead of 7/29/23. When I asked to change the return flight, Cheapoair supervisor told me it will cost me $1700 for a return flight from Orlando to Chicago for 9 people. I said it's ridiculous, and all of a sudden price dropped to $850. And, here's what happened, the "supervisor" changed my departure flight from 7/22/23 to 7/29/23 without even notifying me. I'm doing my online checking night before my flight and it turns out that my departure is on 7/29/23. Since 5pm until 4am I was on the phone with Cheapoair and no assistance at all. Ruined my whole vacation, wasted my money, didn't offer any solution and at the end told me that reservation fee is nonrefundable.

The service agent I spoke with on the phone was amazing. He listened to what I said and understood what I said. He gave clear run down of what is possible regarding the change. When the call got disconnected he called me back in a timely manner. This was after I had wasted 45 min on the computer trying to accomplish the same thing. I was ready to give up on CheapOair and give them a scathing review. But after the phone call I will use Cheap O Air again.

Purchase round trip from Mexico City to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Good service. Good price. Your website worked smoothly and is user friendly. I shopped around and you had best flights at best prices. I bought a ticket last night from Toronto to Bogota. It was a family trip and they canceled. I called 8 hours after and they said they will refund me 20% of the ticket which is outrageous. I checked with Air Canada and Latam and their policy was free cancellation during 24 hours. The customer representative wasn’t helpful. I asked to change the dates and they were charging $400 dollars more ???? So no refund, impossible to change the dates and I waited 50 minutes for this answer. I like using Cheapoair for all my bookings because it is very easy to order the plane tickets. I highly recommend this app to all my friends and family and they all think it’s great. The cheapoair website is not hard to use. My friends told me they all use it and also recommended to all their other friends.

I bought the ticket on June 7. For June 29 and they canceled my flight I was at the airport and they says there’s no booking. I’ll call them and they told me two different things airline. Cancel your flight and V. emailed you on the nine which is I didn’t received any email from them and then they told me you cancel your flight with the airline bunch of the lies an airline told me this is what they do. I end of drove to the other town. Buy a new ticket to get to my vacation cost me way too expensive and they won’t accept it.

We made a reservation and my credit card didn’t go through the first time so a rep called and insisted we had to cancel and replace the reservation to resubmit it for payment. Suspicious because the price increased $50 in those 5 minutes and I ended up paying more. Changing the price was an obnoxious move. We also had a ton of problems with the site because my son is 12 and we kept getting an error message about him being 12 for the entire trip to count as a child, which he will be.

When can I check in for my flight on 6/22 at 12:49 leaving CVG landing in Atl? I have checked my inbox for early check in and I have gone online to the Frontier Airlines site to check in but could not use the reservation number I was given when I completed the booking.

I didn't like that I cancel one of my flight and then couldn't rebook my trip after that because I couldn't get my money back until 7 - 14 days. Then I didn't have the extra money to purchased the ticket to fly back home, this is not the way I expected to see how this happen.

Cheapoair/OneTravel customer service is poor. We could not reach their customer service rep after more than an hour of failed attempts. Our airline reservations with Cheapoair/OneTravel were completely revised 5 days after booking, revising arrival in Newark on Aug 30, departing 10 days earlier with a 7 hour layover. It took us 2 hours on the phone with a helpful United Airlines representative to resolve this.

Traveling from Denver to Bamako Round trips, my trip back to Denver is too long. 36 hours. But that is all I can get so far. Hope to have less travel time on my way back to Denver. If is there any opportunity to get 26 to 28 hours travel time on my way back to Denver from Bamako will be appreciated.

He even went out of his way to look for another flight as a back up in case my nieces miss their connecting flight. After purchasing my ticket I found that I had to pay extra for everything else - seat assignment, luggage, even for downloading and printing my gate pass, all of which I have declined to do. First time booking with this website. The flights looked like a great deal until I started the booking process. The price said taxes and fees included, then I was charged a fee for using their website ($16). Then I paid a $60 fee to upgrade out of the cheap seats for each direction of the flight. Then booking the seats had an additional charge for every segment of the trip 4 more $15 charges for departing and returning trips. Trip ended up being $250+ more than the quoted price.

Changes are frequently made and difficult to resolve efficiently. Service agents are incompetent. Tried to book us a change in flight after our connection and I had to correct them. They are stuck with certain airlines making it tough to be efficient and avoid long flights/connections. Customer support is horrible for Canadians as it’s a long distance call and long time on hold to New York. I booked another airline to avoid connection issues, and when we missed our first flight our whole booking was automatically cancelled. Only way Cheapoair was going to resolve was to charge me new tickets to Europe and lose my other money. Frustrated and stressed a day before our travel to Amsterdam, I called the airline direct (KLM thank you!) and they took the entire booking away from Cheapoair, and reinstated our flights at no cost. I’ll never book through a discount travel company again. Use the Airlines, it’s not worth the stress.

Booked flights from Toronto to Vancouver - gave us a one-stop in Winnipeg. Turned out the layover was 8 hours. What we were not told was that our luggage was not booked through, so we had to collect it and check it back in. Winnipeg airport does not allow passengers to wait near the gates. The gate area of this international airport closes at 10:00 and reopens at 3:00 AM. First I’ve heard of an international airport closing for the night. We had to wait near the baggage claim. Terrible experience all around.

I was in the process of booking a car for $47. Before I could book it, the price went up to $50 some dollars. Since I can't pay the increase at this time now, I have to wait until I get paid on June 3 to book a car.

I felt like there were hidden fees thrown into the price at the very end, and also, can you and United please get your information together. For ex. This asks for an "order number". I cannot find such a thing. There are all kinds of different numbers, and not you or United ask for the right thing, so how am I supposed to know what you need? It's frustrating! This company is nothing but a joke all around. They did not charge my card on the due date. I got several notifications my payment was late. I had to call them 5 times. Oh They do not have 24-hour customer service or chat. Then they asked me something about my card. I could not find the card then they suggested me to cancel the card and request another one, Then the nightmare got even worse. They charged me a late fee and, they reduced my credit line without notifying me from 3k to 450 dollars. I owed them only 180 dollars and for months I did not owe them anything. So they do not value their customers at all. I have 14 cards with a total credit limit close to 90k and my credit utilization is 8% and this stupid company claimed I owe too much debt. I mean. I did not even use half of the credit they gave me. 180 dollars??? Are you serious??? Learn from Amex and Discover. This company can not be taken seriously. Avoid as much as you can.

Your agents never were able to inform me with certainty what are the covid travel restrictions for this flight from Cun to Mia. I invested 1 1/2 hours trying to find it out. You need to have handy info about this kind of restrictions and train your agents about it.

It seems I did not book the rental car yesterday, did it today and received an Email confirming. Fox Rental Car - not clear if they have a desk at the Toronto airport, or a shuttle (to their Mississauga location), or if I have to take a cab there...a response would be appreciated.
