I was okay with the service from you until your salesperson charged me twice for the same service. Now I have to watch my account to make sure that the money is returned to my account. He acted like it was no big deal, but it was to me. Mistakes like that should be rectified immediately not 7 to 14 days later. I am not happy with that at all.

When I was booking my flight, the prices are always great. I always like the price Cheapoair has. The prices are great, Am always happy buying tickets with cheapoair, because of the excellent prices. I would recommend this to everyone who is looking to buy tickets for a flight.

I’ve been a customer since 2016 and it’s been a great experience overall. I just booked with UNITED and I couldn’t have gotten a cheaper deal. Prices and flight selections are flexible and checkout is easy. I would highly recommend to family and friends who may want to travel internationally or domestic especially with USA major airlines!

Easy enough to book, but the pricing that was itemized in my bank account is different than what my confirmation says. There is an additional charge, and I don't know what it's for. Lots of flight options were presented. I could do without the constant upselling - car, hotel, insurance, etc.

When I bought the ticket you charged me extra $1000 which was refund 4 days late. Why extra charge? What is going to open if someone doesn't have extra money on his bank account? Additionally, no one says anything until I called. I think you should send me a message stating about the extra money that will be taken beside the one I paid for my ticket.

The CheapOair Online booking was quick and easy and found me a great price for my trip to Colorado Springs, Colorado for Labor Day Weekend. I really appreciate how easy they make this process and answering all my questions and concerns. I will always use them when booking future flights for myself and family.

I booked a ticket roughly around a week and a half ago. Four days later after I booked ticket I called CheapOair to make a change to the departure date.. Before calling CheapOair I called WestJet to see if the change could be done. WestJet advise me because the ticket wasn’t book with them. I had to call CheapOair, I then ask WestJet what was their change fees were they advise me their fees was $105 and any fare difference. I then went on the WestJet website and check the price of the ticket. I noticed it was around the same price I had paid. I then went to CheapOair website, check the price of the ticket and noticed it was actually $10 less than what I paid so I figured in my mind I would only have to pay the change fee and there would be no fare difference since the ticket is the same price. I originally paid $790 for the tickets when I go on the WestJet website to book a whole new ticket it’s $679.00. When I went on cheap website their price is $720.00.

Very Pleasant every time I have called. Details are precise and helpful.. Always offer and explain the add ons. Will attempt to find the cheapest way for me. Quick and easy service plus the prices are reasonable. Way to access and variety of choices to choose from. Definitely will book through the app in the future and recommend friends to check it out. Traveling will be much easier from now. As I’m traveling a few times a year and always trying to look for the cheapest but reasonable prices both hotels and flights. Sometimes trying to book a car rental as well. Hopefully this app will help me to book everything easy. Traveling is my passion so I’m glad that I have found the app to make life so much easier.

CheapOair is a good booking company, but it's not any cheaper booking flights separately, using different Companys, I think next time I will just book everything at once. Then there is Packaged Deal, You need to be aware that the luggage is what gets you, on the price. Whether you book, Separate tickets or all at once, it's not saving any money it just takes a bunch of time to figure it all out. You can easily get a couple hundred dollars wrapped in luggage, depending on where you are going.

Upon arriving in Los Angeles after a delayed flight from Toronto we found that Nu Can Rentals had cancelled our car reservation and now wanted us to pay double!! There were no details to this effect when we reserved through Cheapoair, although apparently this car company will cancel your reservation after 2 hours of your expected arrival.

I don't know where to begin. My husband and I are seniors who just retired and have been saving for a dream trip to Greece. We have limited funds and the price for the airline tickets was very expensive and this company had a price that we could afford I went ahead with the reservation book the tickets for the dates of the 29 of April to The 14 of May because we are doing a little cruise of the Greek islands. We paid for the tickets, got the confirmation and I put the papers away it was done oh nooo nooo nooo. Saturday I checked to see if everything was ok just to see and SURPRISE the return dates were wrong.… There, started my agony.

They don't want to help me to use my rewards points and add extras check-in bags. I would like to use my rewards points to get extra check-in bags. But when I call customer service, they don't help me with my concerns. What I can do? I regret to choose Cheapoair and I can't recommend to my friends.

We want to book our seats but can't, my husband is six foot two and I am claustrophobic so being able to book our seats in advance is crucial for us even if we have to pay a small fee, we have flown with Virgin many times then the prices went sky high, flew with Aer Lingus a couple of times but missed the quality of Virgin but can see things have changed, all we want to do is book our seats, not asking for much.

Got good prices but did not last long enough to get paid. At last found a good one but not the best. Thanks anyway. This worried me if it will take time for travel. But went on trying until I found one to my urgent requirement. Next time I will plan in advance and make full use of the prices as well. Bye.

I purchased flight tickets and cancelled the next day. I called them because when I purchased the flight they have a note saying there's 24 hrs of cancellation and they will refund the money. THAT'S A LIE. THEY ARE THIEVES or SCAMMERS however they have not refund me the money yet. When I talked to MARK ** ext. ** he said they will make the refund of both flight tickets but that I needed to pay $140 because they have a cancellation fee of $75 per person. Guess what? They kept charging my credit card stealing more than $800. So from my experience this company is full of SCAMMERS.

Update: On March 7, 2024, Cheapoair sent us an email stating we would receive a $12.32 refund. Absolutely nowhere in the email did it state that they inspected the property for the safety considerations we pointed out to them. Cheapoair has no consideration for the safety of their clients. Beware if you are considering them!

I tried to input my free aisle seat on my return flight to the USA, it did not work. I called the Cheapoair number and addressed my request with a representative. He told me that he will address it, but did not. I clicked this morning on "selected seats" on British Airways, it did not work either. I then called the cheapoair number again, waited for five minutes and decided to hang up because no one was answering. I got so frustrated!

I like using ChepOAir services, since prices are low, very easy to use and find the best option for my flight. I have recommended your services to my manager and also to my family. Booked with Cheap-o-air on the website. It was very easy to book on this site. It was short and right to the question that needed to be asked and question that needed to be answer. The price was the best that I found for the flight, and it comes into a smaller airport close to my home.

I purchased a ticket today on early morning to try to see my father that had a heart attack. My baby developed flu symptoms in less than the 24hrs, travel with a sick baby will be a nightmare for all the flight and to avoid put baby on risk and the fellow passengers I decided to cancel, they charged me a fee. So disappointed of false advertising and lack of compassion.

On this particular occasion I had to contact Customer Service for a clarification concerning seats on the flights. The Assistants I spoke to on two occasions were very helpful and reassuring.

It was easy to book a flight with you. The only problems I had was when it came to picking my seat out it wouldn't let me pick and there was no place for me to get assistance for wheelchair. Other than that everything was easygoing, I know you can't help what the airline that I am flying on with how their booking does. Now they have already change my flight making me get in later than what I wanted so it makes it harder for the person picking me up.

I have been charged on my credit card on 3-2-24 an amount of $628.44 by Cheap O Air. Can someone explain this charge as I cannot figure out what it may be for. Total tickets, travel protection, baggage asst. and seats equals $4,618.84 but I do not see this $628.44. Please let me know where this number comes from!

The process to make a reservation was easy with the help of the customer service. As seniors sometimes using online services are kind of difficult. However the lady was very nice looking for our needs as requested. We are handicapped and the use of a wheelchair is a need.

Changed my flight 3 connectors vs 1 - had insurance- charged me over $100. Wouldn’t help with seats & I'm disabled. You wanted to charge me. I called airline and they did for fee. You cost me over 200 more than if I had done myself. Horrible - never use again!! I will continue to everyone to avoid CheapOair.

One CheapOair representative told me I didn't have to pay a certain fee then I had another one tell me I did, finally I talked to somebody that reviewed all of the phone calls and determined I did not have to pay the certain fare but I had to email CheapOair and request them not to continue to try to take it out of my credit card, very much unused with all of this.

It Was easy to make flight arrangements online and anytime. 24 hours accessible. I would recommend to my family and friends to book at this website for cheap flights and many different options for time of departure, layovers and number of stops. Final itinerary was sent to email address expeditiously. Seating assignments still need finalization. However, paying for seats is getting ridiculously expensive. Baggage number and fees allowed seems to be adding more burdens to travelers. Food, meals also add to cost incurred to travelers.

I still have to see how my flight goes, but making me pay extra just in case I want to cancel or change is ridiculous! I shouldn’t have to get insurance on flights that I paid for in case they don’t get in on time. That’s not my fault. If I pay everything should be guaranteed.

Purchased tickets for flight to Bahamas next January. Selection flight was pretty simple and I received our confirmation. Not able to select seats during purchase of tickets. This option was very difficult to navigate. Finally decided not to select seats at this time. May try to access confirmation and select tickets at a later date.

It was easy to work with the site and find the good price for my airline ticket. One thing I noticed is the price was $50 less last week and now it has higher price. There should be a locked price when someone is trying to get the ticket. Sometimes you have to wait for other people to confirm the dates if you are going for the event like wedding.

Updated on 2/18/2024: No progress in my payment Verification as I booked Feb 16 and up to now Feb 18 still pending status. No ticket details. They sent me numbers to call but since I don't have access to call there is an option to email but they are unresponsive to it. What is the use of option email then. I hope they can improve their services when it comes to payment and calling their clients instead. Not a good experience for me. Please improve it.

I had a very good experience with the agent to book my flight. When I choose my seats online afterwards, it shows it is free. After I confirmed, it popped out that I have to pay $19.95. It is not fair. I would not choose my seats if I knew it.

What I did was to submit comment on how the service has been over the past 15+ years I’ve used this app. Have been very satisfied. My confirmation has been received and no problems. Hoping not to have any when we fly next weekend.

I have been using CheapOair many times in the past. But this time, booking experience is not good for me. You start charging to select seats, which was not the case in the past. You also charge cancellation fees when cancellation takes place within the 24 hour period. This inflexibility is not a good experience for consumers because sometimes things come up and they need to be able to cancel if needed within that grace period of 24 hours. It’s fine to charge them if it is after 24 hours but not within that grace period. I will probably not be a returned customer after this booking.

Very user friendly and I am a surgery partner employee so time is important. Very nice airline to fly with. Very affordable and I found that there were plenty of option to choose from. My niece is going to school in Tennessee and we love bringing her home on her breaks.

So, when I seen my reservation was complete, I then called CheapOair to let them know that I didn't see when I was to add on my husbands name. Because last year when I booked British Airlines flight with CheapOair, it got cancelled in London and it was very stressful. All our bags were delayed and came to United States after 3 days. 2 cards thought this was. I got 1 to. I rescheduled the trip but price rose so I changed it. It wouldn’t go through. Thinking I was ordering the one with the changed hotel I wanted the one I just tried. My $813 trip went to $1050, I was never told about the price increase. I’d never have agreed to that. On my return flight Frontier wanted another $300. You can’t handle complications.

Yesterday my family and I had planned a round trip from Toronto to Las Vegas through CheapOair. We had been planning this trip many months in advance and expected everything to go smoothly. Unfortunately when we arrived at the airport, we had realized that the flight had been canceled 2 MONTHS AGO. The airline notified CheapOair but CheapoAir had absolutely NO communication with us through email or anything. If there was a problem with the flight, it could have been fix long ago if they cared to notify us. However since we had to find this out ourselves on the day of, this this experience is very disappointing. This is a huge mistake on their part and no one should use their services! The whole trip could have been planned ourselves and CheapoAir's services were useless. I would never recommend such a terrible company to anyone else.

My husband and I booked a trip to Europe a few weeks ago… as soon as we got the confirmation we noticed that the return date was incorrect. Immediately we contacted CheapOair to rebook the return date. (And btw the funds for our trip were already paid to the agent at that time… maybe 30 minutes had passed since the original booking). The agent said “no problem, we can fix that”. But, instead of just rebooking the return, they rebooked us a whole new itinerary and charged our card a complete new booking!! In the morning after, we noticed this mistake and instead of refunding the money from the first booking… they wanted to charge us $1462 for rebooking the return date. The fees are ridiculous… fees for a seat guarantee (which I would think the ticket guarantees a seat).

I was searching this travel website for a good deal, I decided to try calling in to one of their agent as the prompt said they would most likely find me a better deal that might not be available on the website. The agent was impatient and pushing the sale on me, when I hesitated on the date changes that would occur with the offered deal. The agent lied to me when comparing other options saying that the one she found offered free baggage and the option to refund (which the other one did too) in the end, I agreed but I did not know I would be paying $400 in service fees to her. If I had know there was such a high amount in a charge, I would not have gone through her especially when I found the same flight on their website, expedia, and the actually airlines for cheaper.

Booked two tickets to Italy and paid extra $141 for assigned seats, never had an assigned seat on any of our flights, one flight we were not able to be seated next to each other. Booked a car through CheapOAir, When we arrived at the car rental we were told they don't deal with CheapOair and we were forced to pay for car rental and insurance a second time. Avoid CheapOAir at all costs.

We have frequently made flight arrangements thru CheapOAir.com, both international and domestic. One common experience is seating at the back of the economy cabin at the back of the aircraft. If in the very back row, there is no ability to adjust the seatback. Further, you are located near the rear kitchen and toilets. It makes napping on a long flight impossible.

I booked a round trip from the US to Brazil. They suddenly changed my returning flight and emailed me about it. When I originally booked the tickets, the returning flight went from Goiania to Sao Paulo and from Sao Paulo to the US. However, they suddenly changed it that I would go from Goiania to Rio and have a 10 hour layover there, THEN travel to Sao Paulo. My grandfather is from Brazil and absolutely did not want me in Rio by myself whatsoever during my first time visiting. I called them on and off for four weeks to see if any other flight would come up that I could change to for the same day that skipped Rio.

I prepaid the car rental fee but It had not been deceived by the company. Thus I had to pay twice. A estimate of the fees would have been helpful. The rental which was supposed to cost 100 was closer to 500 with a deposit of 250 on my credit card. The car was stinky as though an animal had been in it. They had the nerve to suggest we keep car clean. There were spots all over the back seat.

Recently I made a reservation thru CheapOair website and called them to postpone my seat from 3rd of November to next flight with lesser fare which falls on 15th of November. I have no problem them charging change of reservation fee But the rep by the name of Suleman refused to book me on that specific flight giving me the reason that he is not seeing the same fare at his end. I refreshed my page twice, seeing the same fare but not Suleman, why, He likes to hike penalty to 1000 dollars. Can you believe that. This site CheapOair will take advantage of you if you ever wish to change your reservation even with same fare. Cancellation of course they will charge. I strongly recommend KAYAK. Never trust this site, I learn my lesson, now it's a free advice to you. Make sure you don't have to change or cancel your reservation, this is where they make tons of money by abusing customers like you and me.

Seven days' stay at Melia Caribe Resort with airline reservations going to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for three seniors. All inclusive. The reservation process was easy to navigate and clear to understand terms of travel. I chose CheapOAir because of a previous travel of which I had a good experience.

In June 2023 I booked a round trip airline ticket and rental care for 6 days stay in Spain in October (11-17) 2023 through CheapOair. Due to an emergency, I returned on October 14, 2023. CheapOair was unable to assist with flight scheduling dates on which I needed to return. I arranged my own return flights. CheapOair cites its "policy" for a third party agent as prohibiting a refund on the car rental, though the actual car rental agency informed me it was willing refund me the days not used, but could not because CheapOair arranged the booking. At initial booking for the flights, CheapOair charged me a "flexible ticket" fee, but all arrangements it made proved inflexible. CheapOair's services provide no added value, nor are myriad "policies" it cites applicable to CheapOair's bookings made transparent to on-line customers in advance of actual booking and payment. Once payment was made, CheapOair refused refunds or changes to reservations without substantial added charges.

The agent is very responsive and very knowledgeable. She know what she is doing. Very respectful and can answer all my questions. She is a very Good Customer Relation Model. Very professional in dealing with her customers. And she got a good sense of humor. She must be given a pat raise or have a good promotion on her job. I wish all agents in CheapOair are like her.

Good thing another traveler showed me how - the line at the ticket counter literally wrapped around the terminal. Saved the day. Months ago I booked an All-Inclusive Package. While booking I had to contact their support, because of issues with their website not showing things correctly. I was able to work with them and book my trip. However, months later when we go on our trip, we find as we arrive at our hotel, that we didn't receive the All-Inclusive Package that we paid for and booked. I spent hours on the phone with Cheapoair, and talked with the hotel. They wanted us to pay for the AI while we waited 3-4 Days for them to listen to the call I had, and review the booking process. Which is crazy, since we were already there, wasted hours of our time, and they wanted us to spend an additional $1200.

I purchased a Frontier Airline ticket through CheapOAir, and then cancelled my flight within 24 hours. It has been over a month now and I still haven't received a refund. Every time CheapOAir mentions that they're still waiting for confirmation from Frontier Airlines that a refund has been processed on their end prior. I already received this confirmation from Frontier Airlines a month ago and forwarded it onto CheapOAir's billing department and they still will not process my refund. How am I able to get confirmation from Frontier Airlines before CheapOAir is? It's not even my job, but I'm starting to think I should be hired because I would run that company better than whoever currently is. Unreal. Do not ever use CheapOAir unless you want to wait months for a return, even though the airline refunded them within 24 hours after the first initial purchase.

Had to rebook car rental as site defaulted and changed the pick-up and drop-off times after confirming the reservation. Had to cancel and then rebook the car, due to late flight arrival the preferred type of car was not available. Site should not have confirmed the booking if there was a problem and should have notified me of any problem.

I always use Cheapoair. Best pricing and easy to book. You get all the options possible. It's nice you can select your departure flight and your arrival flight. I only search for my flight and have not used the hotel or rental car options but, since I have never had any trouble, I think it would go as smooth as selecting my flight. I always recommend cheapoair to friends and family.

I am very satisfied with the company. Customer Service was outstanding. I needed some changes to my flight and Representative was able to accommodate me in just a few minutes. And in the middle of the nite. They are available 24 hours a day. The representative was very knowledgeable and very polite and patient with me.

Purchased with ease online and paid via CC with no problems. Would have like to have an option to purchase extra bags on the site. If there was that option I did not see it. Overall experience was pleasant. Easily guided to download the app to easily have access to my flight and booking information and I did so.

Good. I have used CheapoAir frequently in the past 5 years and it is becoming better. I hope this trend will continue. The one complaint I have is choosing the selective services. They want to charge for everything and even when you have made your selections, you are sent back to pay again. The reward is new to me and I'm looking forward to seeing what's been offered.

When comparing flights, sometimes the cheaper flights can cost more than regular flights as additional costs are added to flight. The service is good; however, I don't see any real difference as you provide the same airlines as any other booking service. The uniqueness of this service should be to offer something other services do not have.

For my 60th birthday last February 28, 2023 I booked a flight through CheapOair to Iceland. Iceland went on strike. Their pilots and hotels were on strike the same week as my trip. My travel agent Gate1 cancelled and refunded my payment. I have now been trying for seven months to reach both Iceland Airlines and CheapOair. I have receive only a response refusing to even provide me with a credit. I can’t reach anyone. Then I get a reply that no one was on strike. They have chosen to defraud me out of $1,034.00. I cannot find a U.S. phone number. CheapOair is solely located in India. Do no use their credit card or book a trip through CheapOair because you will receive no reply.

Will use service again. Very good customer service. I will recommend all my family and friend to book with CheapOair you guys. I did not assign a seat for the booking I did, one of the representatives calls me on the phone to let me be aware of this. And help me book the seat. Thanks, great job!

Was very easy to do. Booked several times and never had any problems like the notifications that are received with any updates that have been made. Will continue to book through this site for future bookings. Would recommend to friends and family as well. Always had a good experience when booking through this site.

Hi. Booked the Flight + Hotel package through CheapoAir and got to the success page. However, a few minutes later an agent from CheapoAir called me saying the reservation for the hotel didn't go through. If it couldn't go through, why would you show on your website? If the deal expired, why wouldn't you show some message on the web page saying that the deal expired?? This is not my problem, it is your website's problem, it is a bug that you have to fix, otherwise it affects your customer satisfaction and will push more customers away!

I would recommend this site to friends for a one stop site for airfare to travel plans. Easy to navigate and fair pricing. It my go to place for international travel. Great recommendations for side trips to enhance your travel experience. This last trip, I was traveling with friends from a distant city. I was able to match their flight with my own so that we arrived at our destination together.

Very good but unnecessary to receive a phone call trying to sell me "guarantee" of my booking. That shows the rush to make more money on top of the money you already made with the booking. Is this really necessary? No need for the extra push to increase revenue or my reservation is not real?

No complaints. Plain and easy booking. I've got nothing to complain about. Frequent customer and will refer a friend to use CheapOair services. There are options provided for payments. There are links to suggested other services while in your trip. Would be nice to get a discount for leaving this lengthy review. I've used CheapOair for a while now.

Awesome experience. I will always book with them! Great customer service!!! Handled all my concerns. They are very nice and recommend booking with them and they are very affordable.
