My wife attempted to reserve seats on our flight from NEOS which was booked months in advance. The female representative told my wife her date of birth was incorrect and the ticket need to rebooked for an additional $625. Then we were switched to another male representative who then informed us both dates were incorrect and each ticket would be required to be rebooked at $625 per person. My wife was about to provide credit card information as she did not want to not a seat on the flight. I was irate and told him to leave the initial reservation as is. Upon checking in to NEOS we did not have an issue and the date of birth matter was not even brought up. Such a scam. Will never use this company again. Totally, dishonest.

I managed to find great seat on my prefer date at a reasonable price. The price was $100 cheaper than buying the same ticket, with the same seat directly from the carrier. These days every little saving helps. Thanks again CheapOair.

If this flight stand as booked, this is the best service I had gotten from any travel agent. I got a good experience just like I wanted. Great service. I recommend CheapOair to travelers who wants to book for cheap flight.

After booking my flight, and I received my statement, I saw that I was charged an additional $25.80. This should have been disclosed at the time of booking and it was not. They just add $$ as they feel like it. I am sick of getting ripped off from companies like this. There are PLENTY of other ways to book an airline ticket...I will NEVER use this company again.

Wife booked tickets to Japan and my middle name was just my initial. She called and they asked for a picture of my passport. It took about 2 weeks and they said they couldn’t help. She called and was told it can only be done before 24 hrs. Why wouldn’t they tell us that before. We have been given nothing but the runaround. Shouldn’t not be this hard to add 2 letters.

I have always cross checked my fares with different sites and I always get a lower fare with CheapOAir. I say they are really price-competitive and have been reliable for the past 3 yrs I have been buying my tickets.

I'm a dancer Producer from Italy. Cheapoair is Easy to use and very convenient. I've been using it for year and there are No extra fees. Sometime you use chap sites for flights and there are extra fees at the end. This one is very clear. I would recommend it to anyone.

Paid for my entire flight & accommodations with CheapOair, and half a day later, at 1:30am they call me asking if I can book another flight because THEY made a mistake getting my flight from the airline. So I asked if they can just re-book it, but they said it's more expensive now and would cost me HUNDREDS more. They offered to find me a similar flight with checked baggage on the same day, but of course it was also $300+ more. So for 10 minutes I begged them if I could get any sort of compensation since it was THEIR mistake, but they plainly said they couldn't do anything. They couldn't even give me a 2% discount or $10 compensation for making me pay hundreds for THEIR MISTAKE. On top of that, I now have to wait 5-10 business days for a refund on my credit card. As a business owner, this is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. They literally have one job, and when they can't do it right, they make YOU pay hundreds more to fix it.

It was an easy transition to make my flight plans. I would use CheapOair again to make flight plans. The different flight fares they were able to compare was great. I have many different days and times to choose from. THIS WAS GREAT FOR ME.

After 30 minutes on hold the room was changed for additional cost. Never received a confirmation email after I was told it would be sent within 5 minutes of call ending so went on chat for their site. Seat selection stated "pending". I was told and had to go to the airline site directly to choose my seats (even though this was already done during booking).

Fraudulent company. I accidentally booked a flight. I called within two minutes of booking that flight to try and cancel and get a refund. They said they could not refund me. They could try to get a credit for me, but they couldn’t refund my credit card then I ended up taking the flight And as I went to check in they wanted to charge me for my boarding pass. This is ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Car rental was a horrific experience. Rental office was miles from the airport. When we finally found it the registration process was a nightmare. Fortunately before we signed anything, we realized that they were adding hundreds of dollars in unexpected fees including a Senior surcharge. That's discrimination toward seniors, most places give senior discounts!!! We ended up not renting the car and they told us they hadn't received any money from CheapOair anyway. This turned out to be not true as cheapoair later informed me that they had been paid. Also, their policy is NO refund even if you never actually rent the car. I'm done with this, big scam. The flight was good but also had added hidden charges. Very unpleasant experience all around.

We were contacted by CheapO when we were looking for flights from Pgh to Costa Rica. We told the associate repeatedly that we only wanted to fly Spirit Airlines. By the time we were finished with the booking, our flight back was with American and the associate said he could not do anything with it. Also, suggested we get the insurance to protect ourselves, but didn't tell us that the flights back were not covered since they were basic economy seats, so we could not get our money back for those. Had to escalate to a Supervisor, who said he would contact me the next day after listening to the conversations, but had to call them 2 days later to find out, there was nothing he could do. Worst company ever. They need to be shut down!!!!

Fraudulant company, I tried to join them for many hours without an answer after my flight has been canceled, no phone number just a stupid chat box, also when I bought a flight back they refused to refund the price I paid for my flight back because they didn't answer, I paid 1400$ to go back home. They wanted to refund 675$ while initial ticket price was 2300$. because of this cheap fraudulent company, I paid in total 3700$ for round trip, I filed a complaint at Transport Canada every claim could take 18 months or more. Don't buy with them and save yourself. Also not to forget they tell you when a flight has been canceled, they are not responsible. You have to call the airline company that tells you in return you have to call Cheapoair. The worst flight experience was with CheapOair.

On September 6th 2024, I reserved a return flight for September 12th 2024, through CheapoAir (Cheapo reservation Booking # **, I gave Cheapo a debit card for the full amount, $527. 68. That included airfare and trip insurance. I was assured that the entire amount went through. I was told nothing about two separate charges.

I booked a flight to Spain with $2230… I booked a flight to Spain with $2230 for three people and I get an email in couple hours says flight fare rate changed to $2300 and when I chat with them first say to me $2900 and when I start asking questions come back to me and says $2600. I could not understand, and when I asked more questions the answer was, "It's your choice to cancel the reservation or update it with the new fare!" Something didn’t make sense. My recommendation get the ticket through the airline itself, that what I’m going to do, all these companies trying to scam people for extra money.

I booked a flight through CheapOair for my teenage son in late October. While I saved approximately $400 on the fare compared with Google Flights, the post-booking experience was, without question, horrendous. Here's why. About a half hour after I made online reservations, a belligerent CheapOair representative called me during dinner to aggressively sell a trip benefit package, asking me through a thick ** accent questions such as, "Sir, why aren't you purchasing this package for your son, Sir? Sir, do you want him to get lost, Sir? Sir, if you don't want to purchase this package for $20, how about I lower the price to $8, Sir?" It was the very same package he'd have gotten through the United app. Anyway, this woman ruined the experience. So much so, in fact, I'll never book through CheapOair again. Be warned.

I asked for a Monday return, the agent booked me Tuesday. They won't change their mistake. They advertise for seniors, but they are hard to understand and I missed the change of days on the return. Very bad service.

I made a mistake with my ticket order. I called the help number, didn't have to wait for an hour on the phone and my tickets were modified, new itinerary sent by email. All done in 1/2 an hour. That's service compared to some airlines just don't have.

I had two passengers unfortunately get sick days before the planned flight. CheapOair lied, hung up on me, and told me false information. In approx 4 calls to them spanning several hours. First they said there was nothing I was able to do because my tickets were non refundable, so I did some research online and saw that as of April 24th 2024 all airline were under the same rule to give vouchers at the very least for a spreadable sickness. The next call I was abruptly hung up on after explaining my situation. The next call they told me to contact the airline for a refund or voucher. So I did and the airline said to contact them as they couldn’t help because I bought the tickets through CheapOair. So instead of fighting the vicious cycle I was left no choice but to file a complaint with the US DOT which everyone here should do if they have a major problem as it’s is more affective.

This was my first time planning a trip from Philadelphia to Puerto Rico San Juan and I couldn’t even take my trip due to the hurricane so I called to cancel my reservation and got the runarounds. They have poor communication. They was real ignorant. Two different people hung up on me and I was on the phone for at least 4 hours. Talk to at least 10 different people. Was on hold for more than a half hour just for them to tell me they can’t refund my money back. It was the worst experience of my life. So now they telling me I’m not getting no money back for my flight and for the hotel. They made me pay 4 different times. 1. For the reservation. 2. For my seats. 3. For protection plan. Then I had to move my flight and they charged me again just to move my flight so I spent well over 1600$ for what and not getting a damn dollar back. It makes no sense whatsoever.

Hello, good afternoon. Today I had a flight at 6:54 and they didn't let me board because they said we were late. There was an hour left before the plane took off and my wife had an anxiety attack. I want my money back or I will look for a lawyer.

Booked air fare to Chattanooga, Tn. Was fairly easy to book air fare online. Good selection of prices at various times of the day and days of the month. You can select from various airlines to see what they offer if you plan on traveling around the country. Would recommend checking out this booking site to see various prices.

Worst customer service, they keep sending emails on how they try to contact me but I never receive any calls. Supervisors are unheard of, wait times are ridiculous, and they have yet to provide any update.

Have a worst experience with CheapOair, as they did not inform you the right and make fake decisions and fake plans. Second whenever you called them they wasted more than 2-3 hour just for small changing and get info for tickets.

The booking experience with CheapOAir is very nice. The user interface is intuitive, it has wide variety of options to choose from when searching for the flights. The pricing also better when compare to other sites. I had a very nice response from its customer care as well when one of the flight got cancelled and I was issued a full refund

Highly disappointed in the change/cancellation “you basically are screwed” policy. To further to protect myself, as I am sickly, I paid an extra $200 for travel protection insurance. Spoke to several customer service reps that were so rude and condescending as if I was asking for a favor. I had a medical emergency. Provided a Dr letter and the still have not refunded the trip I was unable to go on. I do not recommend them to anyone! 2nd time they robbed me in 3 years with dr’s letters! Sickening and disgraceful!

My flight delayed at the Quad cities International Airport due to technical issues. We had been ask to rebook. I called and spent more than half hour in line. I also called united Airlines but there was no answer. And I called you. You helped me rebook on 9th of August 2024. I want to let you know that I lose money to not make my trip on time.

The experience was smooth and very easy. I would recommend this to anyone traveling. Everything was fine and convenient I like it and would do it again. The whole experience is stress free. I bought my ticket with less hassle and would recommend it to most of my brothers.

I have only had the best of luck using Cheap-O-air, when booking my flights. This trip it said that there was a change in date and airports but I don't see them? I'm sure it's there somewhere, I'm just missing it. There may not be any and it just has to be stated, just checking.

I’ve been holding 50 minutes regarding booking **. You sent me a bit saying my flight changed but I can’t see the new flight and when I try to go to it, your system says to call. Terrible experience. I most likely won’t book with you again if this is how you handle customer service. Awful experience that never ends.

I used this site for a trip to Vegas. The telephone numbers to reach customer service, never reached a customer service representative! I found more than one number and at times the number wouldn’t even work. Yes the prices were nice but at what cost? This site was very sketchy to me and never used it again.

YTBD, I got pretty decent prices on our flight next year however I feel very deceived. When getting the tickets I paid an upgrade fee to pick my own seats and to make sure I could change my flight if necessary only to find out none of this is true. I feel like I paid $6500 for tickets that may or may not be there next year. It is very unsettling. At least when you do it directly through an airline you have everything at your fingertips. To say I am worried is an understatement.

The customer service call was fast and efficient. It only took me about 15 minutes to book my parent’s flight! I’m so Thankful and I don’t know if I would be able to fly internationally if it weren’t for your service. Definitely will use your service again, you leave your competitors behind.

I attempted to book the entire trip by myself but my credit card was declined. I thought I had lost out on a great fare. I called and the representative asked if I had received a order number which I had. She rerouted to another agent who helped save the reservation and use a different credit card after trying to use the original credit card. I have used Cheap-O in the past with good results and This one way ticket was not any problem at all to book. They have many options from hotels to car rentals. The web site is easy to navigate. In the past I always Flew sometime 30+ trips per year for the NHRA racing circuit. So I will continue to Use Cheap-O-Air for any future travel plans.

We used CheapOair.com for our flights to Mauritius and today we book the hotel that we need before our NCL cruise embarks from Port Louis.. We chose the Le Suffren Hotel and Marina for its proximity to the port. The rooms look very nice and hopefully we will get a chance to try out the spa on site as well.

Got an email with a change that I either had to accept, change or cancel...had to online chat to do any of those and almost 2 hours later still couldn't answer the one question of how much it would cost to change or cancel, still on chat while I am typing this as well as being on hold on the phone to get the same question answered.

Maryann, the agent I spoke with and helped me with my husband's reservation. She was very courteous, and very patient with me, because I have hearing problems. Great to have agents like Maryann. People like Maryann was easy to communicate with. She offered help with a phone number that I needed to call right away. She even told me that she will return my call within 15 minutes while I try to contact the company that I had planned on using to pay for my husband's fare. She was right on time and we were able to resolve the fare issue right away. Thank you very much for agents like Maryann, and the fantastic customer service. May God bless!!!

Their policy does not disclose how many check-in luggage you have per ticket to destination. If you have round trip, free check-in luggage may be included on the way to your destination, but on the way back, they WILL NOT disclose that it may not follow the same policy. You will be forced to buy check-in luggage if you want to return home with your belongings. On the ticket receipt they squeeze by with saying each airline may have its additional fares but do not disclose what is and what is not included with your ticket and airline. They like to cut corners; be careful!!

I was looking for a great deal on my flight to Missouri, I found this deal, 260. Or close to it. I bought a ticket, they sent me my booking # and my confirmation #. They were there when I needed them to be. I had to call them for something and they were only a dial away

Quick to take your $$ with little follow-up and guarantee that is will be honored. A few changes were made by airline in the following months. When I called on phone with a question there was confusion as to which airline company was the carrier, still do not know which airline it will be. What gate? Airline number? No ticket- just a booking number, What do you do with that? That leads to more confusion where to check in at airport. No information where to go, who to see. Cheap O wants me to call a day ahead for more information. Call Who? No information, no phone number. After plane lands questions arise, where to go, how to claim bags, how to get to boat port. So many questions, little answers. Leaves me uncomfortable that so much can go wrong, miss boat trip, connections to boat, time allotment. I

We traveled JFK to London for a cruise. Flight outbound no problem. Two days before our return flight while on the ship we got an email that our return flight was canceled. Called Cheapo who informed us that every flight on our return date was full and they could not book anything until the next day or even 2 days later. When I told them that it was impossible there was no flights they argued and argued and argued. We hung up and called our carrier Virgin Atlantic who informed us that our flight was never canceled but only the departure time was changed. They also informed us that not only was the flight available there were plenty of seats on that flight and 7 other flights that day.

Cheapoair does to mention that there will be a charge is $179 just to select your seats! It's a bait to charger and charge more. If there was a pro t stating that charge I would t select it. Now the price went up so much I could had just booked elsewhere for that ridiculous high price for a 1 hour flight.

I was quickly offered the perfect flight and a great hotel. I look forward to my trip and not having to worry about getting there. I really like all the follow-up emails to be sure I have the info correct and is what I want. Pricing seems fair as well. I received the email with the flight's confirmation. An agent called me to confirm my seats and the details of my purchase. He was very cordial and provided important information about the flight. He also offered me a service to get my boarding passes online, which I accepted and paid for the service.

I am confirming my booking for my travel. Departure time is 1510 Hrs (3:10PM) from Oakland and Arrival time in Vegas is 1645 HRS (4:45PM) on Saturday October 12/2024. For the returning flight, the plane departs Vegas at 1235 HRS and arrives Oakland at 1435 HRS (2:35PM) on Monday October 14/2024. This is a short flight and I will definitely recommend to my friends, family members and the relatives in the near future.

Had to call agent to book second ticket. Price difference was 200.00. This was a bit of a surprise. How did I get my ticket for 500.00 then 10 minutes later I had to pay 700.00 for my husband's. Not a good deal but oh well. Got our tickets!!! Going to Alaska.

I upgraded to main cabin because your site said I would have free seat selection. Then when I go to select seats, you tack on a charge. So I did not select seats. First disappointment. You want to charge for me to get my boarding pass mobile. This is a little ridiculous quite honestly. Second disappointment. I feel like I've lost trust in your company and will go back to my usual other ways of purchasing flights.

I booked flight from BWI airport to Lagos Nigeria round trip. I'm not getting any information regarding the booking. The booking was supposed to be on Virgin Atlantic to New York etc. But I have not received any itinerary. Please send me the details so that I get confused along the way.

My experience using CheapOair.com has been interesting. I needed to book a cheap flight to Las Vegas and I was able to achieve that purpose. I am grateful for finding a user friendly platform that enabled me to book my round trip flights with ease. This is my first time of using this platform. I pray that my actual experience will determine my returning back, perhaps with friends and family, for further business engagements.

Bought what we thought were good tickets for 3 flights. Got a notice about a change, adding 2 hours to one flight. Gave up and approved it. Got another notice about a change from a 5 to an ELEVEN HOUR flight, leaving at 5:30 a.m. -- not 11. Refused it. Email said cancellation was free. Got charged $200 in "cancellation fees" for the airline's change to 2 tickets. Also note if you book a car thru them, there is a substantial add-on fee. How dishonest and unethical.

This is my 3rd travel change, this one being midnight and the wedding travel to is early early in the am. Am I frustrated and very upset yes. My only other option is to drive the 10 hours, am I stuck? Yup. No recourse but hope that my travel isn't changed again. Would I use your company again? ABSOLUTELY NOT, WILL I SHARE WITH OTHERS. It was easier, I could easily see the flight departures and arrivals and layovers. It shows if you have baggage allowance or have to pay extra for more luggage and if you get a cheap flight you end up paying more for luggage. Then the flight becomes just as expensive adding the luggage and sometimes paying at the Airport costs even more.

I had a fine experience with using CheapOair. Only question has been the air fare and seat upgrade has never been run on my credit card? It will be a week tomorrow. Sunday 6/30/2024. I am wondering if there is some kind of problem? I have received the seat selection and confirmation from Condor Airlines. Can someone check and see if there has been a problem??

I respect the folks that work at this booking agency. Sometimes, however, I don't feel as though all information was accurately conveyed to me, for instance, the fact that I am supposed to pay KLM for checking in 1 item of baggage, at over $70. I wasn't told of that by the booking agent. In any case, I wish you all well, for I understand that you work hard.

My wife, son, and I are traveling from US to Brazil, but returning on different days. We found the flights that we liked on the Cheap-o-air website but to ensure that all 3 of us were booked on the same flight leaving the US we called and spoke to an agent. When looking at the fares online there was an option to upgrade the flight from a light to a plus fare (this provides 1 checked bag and advanced seat selection) for 79.00 per passenger each way.

The gentleman was very pleasant and helpful in contacting the carrier airline to determine if my seat assignments was confirmed and they were. I really appreciated his consistent efforts waiting for the carrier airline company to answer his call. The wait time for a customer service agent to come to the call with at a minimum.

I cancelled seat selection and one other fee within 24 hours of my booking and was promised to have those amounts returned to my Mastercard. After several phone calls, I still have not received anything, even though the agent claimed that part of it was returned and the rest would be shortly. Very bad way of treating your customers. :-( If this is not corrected soon, I will never book with CheapOair again and will tell everyone I know of my bad experience!

My experience with CheapOair was good. The website worked fine and the price quoted on the search was what I actually was charged. I got tired of Expedia offering a price then "jacking it up" twice at checkout.

Even though my flight is still on the 30th of July this year, the people who assisted me were so courteous and patient in helping me especially in changing my departing flight. I am sorry I forgot their names. I am looking forward in booking future flights with you soon.

The site was easier than some. I struggle with online purchasing. I would appreciate more step by step instructions and simply move slowly to the next step, because of my learning disability, I don't see all the information on the page. Older people who did not grow up with computers could use simple, step by step directions.

I like to my vacation time I always have chosen Cheapoair. Have never used other travel agent. I have not had a problem. Always been helped when I had a problem and get it fix right away. Have my flight information in handy. Always tell me what time what date and when I have to be there.

I booked airfare from BDL to MYR for August 2024 on Spirit to go visit my Older Sister & her Family who I have not seen in 6 years for a vacation. You had the dates available when I needed to go, the price was good so I decided to book through CheapOair.

The flight choices for CheapOair was exactly what I was looking for to purchase a airline ticket for my friend. The price was great, I was searching on other websites and CheapOair had the best price to fit my budget. I would highly recommend this site for all flight purchases they are the best.

I have been booking travel with CheapOair for the last 8 years. I have not had any issues, and I come back each time because the prices are good and the options to choose from are plentiful. I recommend CheapOair to anyone who is looking to book a fare that will not break the bank.

Hidden or unexplained fees ($830), unannounced automatic payment set up ($82). May payment method notified me with these charges. One was automatic repeat payment. None was disclosed during the whole interaction. Apparently this review is not what liked so they making it harder to go through. I will keep trying. Again failed without clear explanation. I keep trying and still in the red

Good airline choices, similar to other sites. Prices are competitive and cheaper than some other bigger named travel sites. Booked relatively late but space available and prices had not gone up like a few other sites had. Did not need the extra expense items so worked out well. I have used this site once before with good luck.

I did not like that I was continually pushed into doing "add ons". Even after booking my flight, I received a phone call with more pressure to add on additional costs. Maybe the ticket cost was reasonable because CheapOAir was going to badger me to add additional fees to the price of my ticket.

Awful website. Never ever again buy any ticket from them. They don’t know anything and they don’t want to understand. When I purchased they told me I have 2 checking bags but when I arrived I paid $200 for my bags because it didn’t include they changed my flight with 1 stop to 3 stops. So bad.

The experience of booking a flight has been easy. The updates via email have been comforting. I was also able to download the app to my phone. I was able to pick seats for my departing and my return flights.

The online help was very valuable. I'd like to suggest that the interface be improved for clarity and organization. All the essential information about the flights and connections should be well organized in a single page and extraneous graphics not needed for the passenger decision making be cleared out. We should not need to scroll down to see the remainder of the information about the flight. The information should be presented as in spreadsheet form. Columns aligned with the way a passenger will search for date departure, destination, flight number, time of departure, seat number. All subsequent connections also clearly aligned. You could use the help of an experienced graphic designer. Though your pages are a slight improvement from other websites for airline info to passengers. It truly could be much, much better.

My wife is a member and she was on Neighbor to use her points, to book the reservations. Also, I called the next day to try to change the time and they were overcharging me.. I will deal with the flies directly. It’s cheaper as a member. We don’t get any discounts as far as I can see.

Great to book but we had a medical emergency and had to cancel our entire trip. We gave the company 3 months notice and did not receive one penny back on our booking. They would only accommodate if there was a death. We were hoping that no death would take place. Book with a reputable company that may cost a bit more but has some leeway on cancellation policy.

I was told that I was able to change or cancel my booking within 24 hrs. When I did try, I was told that I will be charged the full amount. Since it was a nonrefundable thing but I was told by agents that it was not a problem.

Fraudulent insurance sales. Book at your own risk. Had a family emergency and was informed their insurance was sold through a third party. Was told there was nothing they can do for me and the insurance was only to have the right to file a claim.

I got two tickets with them and needed to make changes. Their customer service people are not very helpful and the connection with their internet to talk on the phone from different areas of the world was not the greatest. They were unable to make the changes that I asked them within my timeframe and caused me huge inconvenience. Because they were not able to comply with my request, my Mother had to take the actual flight and It caused her medical and I would say even life threatening issues. Emirate Airline on the other side had even worst customer service with plenty mistakes. Please Avoid Emirate Airline and then CheapOair.

I was checking on flights online and the price changed right before I was going to confirm. CheapOair customer service called me to help me out and I told them why I didn't confirm. The man immediately told me why and that he would look up the flights and told me the amount would be what I was looking at before it changed. I was happy with the transparency and the change of price back to original. He made the whole process easy.

User friendly site. Options available and easy to choose. Best flight times for transportation, check in, pick up by friends from airport. Other sites more difficult to navigate. Only unclear if carry-on means one proper sized duffel (to overhead) and my briefcase (not stored overhead for working). I will go to CheapOair next time first!

Sent in a request to do a name change months ago on one of my tickets. They said they could do it and we would just have to pay a fee. Fee was paid and everything was processed. With NO EMAIL OR WARNING, the ticket with the name change got canceled... After calling I was told they were working on it to fixing it and my ticket would be returned. Email was sent today. A WEEK BEFORE WE ARE LEAVING saying they canceled my ticket, can't get it back unless I buy a whole new ticket. We were told no refund either unless we bought a new ticket. This was completely unfair as this wasn't even our problem. We are being punished and having to fork out more money. I will NEVER use this company again. Very upset and disappointed.

Advertising was a bit deceptive about the coupon and fares. Total price was a bit higher than I expected.

I had someone call me from CheapOair after booking asking me to confirm my social. When I asked questions they were very rude to me and told me if I wanted my flight to get cancelled. I didn't verify my social and hung up. I don't understand why my social would be needed to confirm my booking. They asked for my social and also for my email to confirm.

Well Confusing and time consuming to book. Seems like there’s no confirmation on here that I requested handicap assistance during the airport visits. I called yesterday April 1, 2024 at about 4-5 pm asking for assistance on the seating assignment because the web page was not letting me do it that time. A certain Val informed me that I can’t pick seats and the 19.95 is just for one flight. He said I am confused. Went to the site and I was able to do so. Called this morning and confirmed I was correct. Five star should’ve been the rating except for Val’s performance.

Customer service is excellent. All questions and concerns are answered. 1st time user. Agent asked if I needed any booking with shuttle to hotel and answered and took care of that for me. Also transport to ship the next day from the hotel. I will have to call again to get transportation back from ship to airport.

Easy enough to book, but the pricing that was itemized in my bank account is different than what my confirmation says. There is an additional charge, and I don't know what it's for. Lots of flight options were presented. I could do without the constant upselling - car, hotel, insurance, etc.

When I bought the ticket you charged me extra $1000 which was refund 4 days late. Why extra charge? What is going to open if someone doesn't have extra money on his bank account? Additionally, no one says anything until I called. I think you should send me a message stating about the extra money that will be taken beside the one I paid for my ticket.

The CheapOair Online booking was quick and easy and found me a great price for my trip to Colorado Springs, Colorado for Labor Day Weekend. I booked a ticket roughly around a week and a half ago. Four days later after I booked ticket I called CheapOair to make a change to the departure date.. Before calling CheapOair I called WestJet to see if the change could be done. WestJet advise me because the ticket wasn’t book with them. I had to call CheapOair, I then ask WestJet what was their change fees were they advise me their fees was $105 and any fare difference. I then went on the WestJet website and check the price of the ticket. I noticed it was around the same price I had paid. I then went to CheapOair website, check the price of the ticket and noticed it was actually $10 less than what I paid so I figured in my mind I would only have to pay the change fee and there would be no fare difference since the ticket is the same price. I originally paid $790 for the tickets when I go on the WestJet website to book a whole new ticket it’s $679.00. When I went on cheap website their price is $720.00.

CheapOair is a good booking company, but it's not any cheaper booking flights separately, using different Companys, I think next time I will just book everything at once. Then there is Packaged Deal, You need to be aware that the luggage is what gets you, on the price. Whether you book, Separate tickets or all at once, it's not saving any money it just takes a bunch of time to figure it all out. You can easily get a couple hundred dollars wrapped in luggage, depending on where you are going.

Upon arriving in Los Angeles after a delayed flight from Toronto we found that Nu Can Rentals had cancelled our car reservation and now wanted us to pay double!! There were no details to this effect when we reserved through Cheapoair, although apparently this car company will cancel your reservation after 2 hours of your expected arrival.

I don't know where to begin. My husband and I are seniors who just retired and have been saving for a dream trip to Greece. We have limited funds and the price for the airline tickets was very expensive and this company had a price that we could afford I went ahead with the reservation book the tickets for the dates of the 29 of April to The 14 of May because we are doing a little cruise of the Greek islands. We paid for the tickets, got the confirmation and I put the papers away it was done oh nooo nooo nooo. Saturday I checked to see if everything was ok just to see and SURPRISE the return dates were wrong.… There, started my agony.

We want to book our seats but can't, my husband is six foot two and I am claustrophobic so being able to book our seats in advance is crucial for us even if we have to pay a small fee, we have flown with Virgin many times then the prices went sky high, flew with Aer Lingus a couple of times but missed the quality of Virgin but can see things have changed, all we want to do is book our seats, not asking for much.

I purchased flight tickets and cancelled the next day. I called them because when I purchased the flight they have a note saying there's 24 hrs of cancellation and they will refund the money. THAT'S A LIE. THEY ARE THIEVES or SCAMMERS however they have not refund me the money yet. When I talked to MARK ** ext. ** he said they will make the refund of both flight tickets but that I needed to pay $140 because they have a cancellation fee of $75 per person. Guess what? They kept charging my credit card stealing more than $800. So from my experience this company is full of SCAMMERS.

Update: On March 7, 2024, Cheapoair sent us an email stating we would receive a $12.32 refund. Absolutely nowhere in the email did it state that they inspected the property for the safety considerations we pointed out to them. Cheapoair has no consideration for the safety of their clients. I tried to input my free aisle seat on my return flight to the USA, it did not work. I called the Cheapoair number and addressed my request with a representative. He told me that he will address it, but did not. I clicked this morning on "selected seats" on British Airways, it did not work either. I then called the cheapoair number again, waited for five minutes and decided to hang up because no one was answering. I got so frustrated!

I purchased a ticket today on early morning to try to see my father that had a heart attack. My baby developed flu symptoms in less than the 24hrs, travel with a sick baby will be a nightmare for all the flight and to avoid put baby on risk and the fellow passengers I decided to cancel, they charged me a fee. It was easy to book a flight with you. The only problems I had was when it came to picking my seat out it wouldn't let me pick and there was no place for me to get assistance for wheelchair. Other than that everything was easygoing, I know you can't help what the airline that I am flying on with how their booking does. I have been charged on my credit card on 3-2-24 an amount of $628.44 by Cheap O Air. Can someone explain this charge as I cannot figure out what it may be for. Total tickets, travel protection, baggage asst. and seats equals $4,618.84 but I do not see this $628.44. Please let me know where this number comes from!

The process to make a reservation was easy with the help of the customer service. As seniors sometimes using online services are kind of difficult. However the lady was very nice looking for our needs as requested. We are handicapped and the use of a wheelchair is a need.

Changed my flight 3 connectors vs 1 - had insurance- charged me over $100. Wouldn’t help with seats & I'm disabled. You wanted to charge me. I called airline and they did for fee. You cost me over 200 more than if I had done myself. Horrible - never use again!! I will continue to everyone to avoid CheapOair.

All good, I got everything I need, the process was easy and the flight details are already in my email. The flight layover is amazing and cheaper than any or booking site. This is our dream travel with my wife and uncle so thank you for providing cheap flight that we can afford.

One CheapOair representative told me I didn't have to pay a certain fee then I had another one tell me I did, finally I talked to somebody that reviewed all of the phone calls and determined I did not have to pay the certain fare but I had to email CheapOair and request them not to continue to try to take it out of my credit card, very much unused with all of this.

I have been unable to do seat Assignment. I have made several attempts. Is there a time limit or is it first come first serve or do I need to deal with airline directly. I made plans early for my flight and would like to have everything in order. I would appreciate your input.

It Was easy to make flight arrangements online and anytime. 24 hours accessible. I would recommend to my family and friends to book at this website for cheap flights and many different options for time of departure, layovers and number of stops. Final itinerary was sent to email address expeditiously. Seating assignments still need finalization. However, paying for seats is getting ridiculously expensive. Baggage number and fees allowed seems to be adding more burdens to travelers. Food, meals also add to cost incurred to travelers.

I still have to see how my flight goes, but making me pay extra just in case I want to cancel or change is ridiculous! I shouldn’t have to get insurance on flights that I paid for in case they don’t get in on time. That’s not my fault. If I pay everything should be guaranteed.

Purchased tickets for flight to Bahamas next January. Selection flight was pretty simple and I received our confirmation. Not able to select seats during purchase of tickets. This option was very difficult to navigate. Finally decided not to select seats at this time. May try to access confirmation and select tickets at a later date.

It was easy to work with the site and find the good price for my airline ticket. One thing I noticed is the price was $50 less last week and now it has higher price. There should be a locked price when someone is trying to get the ticket. Sometimes you have to wait for other people to confirm the dates if you are going for the event like wedding.
