    Originally paid for seat assignment for three tickets, flight got changed seats. Got voided. Call customer service they told me there’s nothing they can do. What they did do is eventually refunded the money that I paid for seat assignment as of today’s date. 4/19/2023 still do not have seat assigned for a family of three with a minor. Was told how to get free seats 24 hours before my flight. Have confirmation email from CheapoAir of itinerary with confirmed seats is attached with old itinerary and new itinerary.

    My third experience in changing a date and forget about your money....non sense loop to not give you your money back, to change the date you have to pay double what you paid to change does not matter the reason. I bought $900 ticket for embassy appointment in April. Then I got a letter changing my date to June. I called CheapOair even though I paid extra for changes but that didn't even matter. Now I have to pay $1600 to change date because it's summer even though if I check tickets at that time I find tickets $900. I asked to make it one way $1000. Cancel I have to pay $125 and then leave it to airline penalty after 6weeks, which I am expecting nothing after that.

    I had $ 900 tickect before Corona.... it's gone because of non sense loop. Same thing ticket to Orlando for my mom. She could not go because grandmother died....I tried to use it no...I asked to use it after year for mom again I been asked to pay over $400 so over $600 for 2hour flight! I insist on getting my money back agents kept hanging up on me over a year what I paid is gone for the 3rd time. I believe my last.

    We have been on the phone with CheapOair for multiple hours spanning over multiple weeks. We have a flight credit with them (half of 3 flights back from NZ to Toronto) from the start of the pandemic when half of our family were stuck in NZ. Air New Zealand has assured us they have paid CheapOair Canada and they will not honour our $1700. This company is an absolute disgrace. It is disgusting how they use an unprecedented situation like a pandemic to steal people's money. Having been in the travel industry for many years I have used this company and recommended them for years, and now I forewarn you to NEVER use them even if they have the cheapest flights. It is simply not worth it.

    Presently on hold with them AND Air New Zealand for the umpteenth time. These guys bank that people will give up, but we don't have $1700 to just throw away. They have an office in Las Vegas that I am now calling and keep getting directed to call centre's in India and have to explain our situation over and over. One last ditched attempt and the next stop is better business bureau. The pandemic was traumatizing for all, so I'm not sure why they can't just do the right thing.

    I am tried to cancel my flight because I am unable to fly because of a burst eardrum. Your bot or person or whatever chatted with me told me I could not cancel. I am truly pissed. I am not new.     Please use the same term if the order number is the same as the booking number. I think the ticket number should be at the top of the itinerary. I also think that your itinerary should indicate what the airport attendant needs in order to complete your flight transaction.

    They are so poor. I giving 1 star. They do not even worth of 1 star. I Booked flight in dec. 2022 for 3 passengers, for reason I had to cancel booking for one person. It takes around 4 hours to do it. Then 2 second time, I called in to booked the flight for same passenger by old credit from cancelation. It takes 4 to 5 hours to book an simple flight. 3rd time, I called in to change flight dates. It is same story. They wasted by 5 hours. They were changing agents to agents. I had spoken to 6 agents and explain same story. Then call got disconnected. They did not call back. Then I call back and wait another 2 hours to book an ticket. It takes me full to just change an date for flight. I was totally stuck because they had spent 3000 plus money on ticket. But it costs me almost 7 hours. Please do not go with CheapOair. It such a waste of time and money so poor services.

    You think you are getting a great deal. You found the tickets you want and you go ahead and book them, great! NOT. They could not confirm our flights, I called the company 6 hours after purchasing the tickets ($2000) and I was told their company was working on it. Give them 2 hours. This same sequences of events occurred 3 more times over 48 hours…. THEN after my final call they tell me they couldn’t book the tickets, and asked if I was open to going different days. I informed that that these dates are very specific. They finally told me they going flight but we wouldn’t be leaving at our original time of 6:30am - they only had flights available at 8:45pm. I reluctantly agreed thinking I had no choice.

    2 hours later they still hadn’t managed to book that flight. I requested they return my money as I would going to book directly through the airline. They told me it was take 7-14 business days to refund the $2000 they charged my card for airline tickets they could never get in the first place and they do not care, they just kept passing the blame to other departments. Please please be warned before booking anything with this company. Especially if you have saved just enough for the trip!

    This company double booked me 2 flights by mistake and charged me for both And assured me that they only booked me one flight. I called Cheapoair on Feb 28th because I found a flight on their site that I was interested in online and it would not let me put in my infant's information for the flight. I called and the rep said took all of my info including credit card info and tried to book the flight. She came back on the line several times and in the end said she was unable to book the flight that maybe it was no longer available.

    This flight was only $901 for my family and I and it was with Play airlines. The cheapoair rep then proceeded to book us on an Aer Lingus flight that was for the same dates and to and from NYC to Dublin, but this flight was much more expensive for $2,700. And so afterward I noticed all of these emails from play airlines saying that we have a flight with them. I contacted cheapoair and the reps there assured me that I did not have a flight with Play, ONLY Aer Lingus. I explained that I was even charged by both airlines. Cheapoair assured me that that was not the case and that if I was showing a charge not to worry it would drop off because I didn’t actually have a flight with them. And so I called Play airline to get the charge taken off but they said that I did have a flight with them and that they could see that I personally did not book it they could see that the third party booked it.

    I have been going back and forth since then with cheapoair to make this right and they insist that they did not book the flight even tho Play airlines said otherwise. I have screenshots that I was on with the cheapoair rep when the Play flight was booked and I have them in chat saying that the 3rd party booked it. How can you double book and double charge someone and not fix it right away?!

    I booked a flight JFK - LIS for July 2023 (#**) and got a Iberia Airline confirmation email (# **) on March 1, 2023. I even confirmed the booking on Iberia website next day. On March 4th, you sent me an email that there was an issue and I missed after so many emails we received every day. Today I got an email cancelling the flight. I called and you offered $250 more flight or change the return day.

    You claimed an issue with my credit card (easy to say!) but if I really had an issue, the airline confirmation would not go through and indeed there is no charges in my credit card. I truly believe Iberia system was not working properly (because I tried to buy straight with them but I was unsuccessful) and spilled on you. Now I am stuck with a non-refundable separated ticket from Memphis to NYC and no flight to Lisbon. Great, isn't it?

    I booked on 2/16/23 on CheapOair flying from San Diego to Vietnam, and when I went to the San Diego Airport on 3/05/23 to check in, the Hawaiian airline ticket agent tried for 2 hours until the checking closed but could not issue the boarding pass for connect and I think that because my middle name was not in my itinerary, so I suggested me to call CheapOair to rebook the flight to add my middle name.

    I called to rebook, and the agent rebooked and charged me $500 on top my $1140 of my original fare, and she told me she can't add my middle name but if I call the Asiana airline to add that. And after booking, I called the airline, and they told me CheapOair was the one to book my ticket, so CheapOair has to take care that, and the airline can't, and said CheapOair should call the airline not me calling the airline. So I have been calling at least 10 times (all the calls when to India), and to ask them to help me to add my middle name or give my $500 back if they can't do that but they either refuse to give my $500 or hung up their phones even that the rebooking was only 10 hours ago and the fly is 2 days later. I would never ever book through them again, and highly recommend you the same thing. I can't believe this is the way they treat the customers.

    I had very bad experience with this agency once while ago and after they kept calling me to fix it, I told to myself, everybody needs second chance and again I bought another ticket to come to Turkey and after I bought the ticket another agent called me. Said that to me, "If you pay another $40.00, it means you will get high priority from our agency and in case if you want to change the date of return we will get not to better but also get the best best option to change of return from our agency."

    Unfortunately when the times come and I wanted to change the date of return, not only I did not get the best but also I've the worst option, this agency as I've got from my first experience and from my first sight all are lie, liar, this CheapOair agency making money dishonestly and unfairly from you to fill their own pockets, it's better to buy ticket from the airline directly instead to buy from them. THE funny thing it was I already paid about $1300.00 for the ticket and I just want to change the date, the agent says to me, "You pay another $900.00 dollar to change the date."

    This was the best and best option after they charge 40.00 for the stupid priority. I can buy another ticket for $900.00, and I do not understand this nonsense of $900.00. What it is exactly, is it the penalty of changing the date, or what it is exactly, usually airline has penalty very cheaper than this stupid and nonsense of 900.00. Anyways, I change my mind. Some people do not deserve second chance and I will go to buy another ticket directly from airline. And when I come back to United States, I will report this agency to attorney general and I am going file complain against them. I do not like them. Do not buy ticket from them.     Recently I have had a booking with CheapOair (# **) and I have same issue: the service of selecting seats. In reality, CheapOair staff can't select seats? In both booking, I can see only the last flight within 4 flights (of a booking) have the seat number. The other flights (3 flights of a booking-because every booking have 4 flights, 2 for depart and 2 for return). The bad thing is: when CheapOair intervene to select seats, I can't go onto Airline website to choose by myself, even the airline let customer do it for free... In the booking ** (from Seattle to Vietnam) and the booking **, the same issue. I just wonder, if CheapOair intervene and the thing become more hassle like that, why keep charging the service Seat selection???

    Forget what brought me to Bangkok... I had a jolly time; Let us concentrate on the nightmare CheapOair has pulled me through: from a botched ticket reservation to obfuscating any responsibilities about their unacceptable client service. I originally purchased a round-trip ticket and paid over $425 for seat upgrades; I am a tall traveler and understand that seat choices are now an upcharge. I was promised the seat updates would be honored on the new sets of travel passes issued. Indeed, I received a ticket confirmation reflecting the changes and my paid seat assignments. However, at the airport check-in desk, I was made aware that these seats were invalid, and the attendee explained that the seats assigned to me were no "upgradable" choices. I could not reach CheapOair from either LAX nor Bangkok, and on my return flight, I was again told that the seat assignment on my ticket confirmation was unavailable.

    I contacted CheapOair from Korea airport, where I had a six-hour layover and the representative escalated my inquiry to a supervisor "Bryan," who hung up on me... I have since conducted an internet survey about other passengers with similar experiences with CheapOair and find myself aligned with their dilemma. Void this company! The baggage insurance I paid for was not transferred to the new ticket and is equally invalid... I requested my money fully returned for upsells. CheapOair sent me two days after I returned an email, claiming I had been reimbursed... That is not factual, either. To add insult to injury, I learned that my CheapOair ticket purchase was not a deal. I could have easily purchased my airfare directly from the airline for the total amount I had paid. Be aware of this!

    I booked the ticket 2 days ago. I got charged half the amount and not the full amount. On 9th Feb 2023, I check my flight status on the website since I had received no communication via email and saw a payment error. Their website kept throwing me in a loop. I click on congratulations and it took me to the error page where it asked me to update my payment. When I clicked on update me payment it took me back to the confirmation page. So in short the website was of no use.

    I later called their customer service team. They kept on transferring me for over an hour and no one knew the right department. Finally someone from the credit card decline team said they would cater the issue. They told me that I will receive a call in 3-4 hours and I kept waiting the entire day and received nothing. Next day, 10th Feb 2023, I called again to check what's wrong. Again I had to wait for over an hour just to get connected to the right person who then said she would be able to charge my card for the other partial payment. She successfully charged my card but I received no email from you guys again. She assured me that in 2-3 minutes I would receive it. I call again after a few hours and again went through the same process of transfers. One agent said that your booking is cancelled then another said its processing, they kept on transferring me to different people and the issue is still not solved.

    The entire process was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and made me felt like screaming my lungs out. I hope my complaint gets taken seriously. Between this a customer service representative deliberately even cut the call and another named “Yzag” deliberately transferred my call to the sales when I asked for a supervisor.

    I bought 2 tickets with costs of $2,247.98 on January 19, Immediately they charged the money to my card, after 3 days they canceled my return trip. From that day on I started calling for help to get a return trip, calling every day, and they are never able to solve the problem. They neither accommodated me on a return trip nor do they want to return my money. They told me that it is the airline that has to return my money, they passed me from person to person, and no one could ever solve me. I also called the Israeli airline called (EL AL), the airline tells me that it is Cheap O Air who has to return my money. I have been calling day after day Since January 22 that they canceled my return trip, neither EL AL nor CheapOAir wanted to return my money. I would never recommend that you buy tickets with CheapoAir or EL AL. You are at high risk of having their flights canceled after the money is charged.

    Buying airline tickets with these two companies is putting your money at their mercy so they can do what they want. It has been the worst experience I have had in the 50 years that I have been buying airline tickets. Neither of them have done anything to return my money. It is very frustrating to call daily and that nobody solves you. I have spoken with Marie Antoinette, Adrienn, Rabbid, Bartol, and with 7 other people from Cheapoair and no one give me any responsible answer. With personnel from El AL (Israeli airline, I have spoken with more than 7 people and they have not resolved me either. The last one I spoke with was Vin, and he told me that they cannot give me more information because they risk losing their job.

Any rebooking will always cost you significantly more or the credit effectively becomes worthless. Do not use this company even if the “bargain“ airfare looks attractive. Their relationship with the airlines is not sufficiently strong to help you get any reasonable satisfaction.

We were in the airport waiting for our flight and the workers at that terminal told us that the our flight was first canceled and then delayed. After that, we lost our connecting flight and we had to stay in Germany until the next day. This agency didn't contact us about any changes. We were supposed to come back home on Sunday but we came home on Monday. After that chaos we came home then called this agency and they told us they are not responsible for any delays, and they don't have any control of the situation. Poor customer services, Don't ever buy tickets thru them!

    I booked flights through CheapOair that were cancelled due to covid. It was impossible to get through by phone, which was understandable due to the large volume of people whose situation was up in the air at the time. Eventually after filling out a form, I was sent an email that the money I paid would be credited to my CheapOair account. There was no mention of any expiration date and when I called to check, their phones were still encouraging people to fill out a form due to large volume of calls due to pandemic. I filled out a form and received an email telling me "no further action is required from you." and was provided a number to call when I'm ready to rebook.

    When it became safe to call and rebook, I was told that the credit had expired and was only good for a year. This was not only not communicated in any way, but a year out from March 2020 (when I got voucher) was before I had even received my first vaccination and was certainly not safe to fly internationally yet so their deadline was also unrealistic. After talking to numerous supervisors who were more interested in blaming me for not booking sooner than trying to find a solution during unprecedented times, I was told they would not refund my flight. I travel often and will never use CheapOair ever again.

    We used to regularly use CheapOAir.com. We recently tried to book a trip and were quoted $3,000. I called in with a question and they said they could do the trip for $2800 to help out. The phone was hard to hear so he got my call back number and called me back. As he was processing my card, we get disconnected and he never calls back. I call back about 2 hours later, and I'm told my trip went from $2800 to $3800! They wouldn't honor the price so I got pissed and told them never mind. THEN, I jump back on their website a few days later and I see my trip is not $3k again! So I call in, verifying everything before I book. This time the guy says he can do the EXACT trip for $2900. I say go for it, then he goes, "Oh wait, now it's $3200". I say "well I have your website right in front of me and its $3000. He says "then book it there", so I do.

    He asks for the CONFIRMATION number, which I give him and he says, yeah, that's going to be $350 MORE than I had a confirmed trip booked for. No other reason besides "The price went up". So I have a booking number with a $3k price tag that is useless and they are now charging me $3300. I have to go on this trip so they have me over a barrel. The worst experience I've ever had. Keep in mind he said "the automated system comes up with the pricing and it's not always accurate". Well, this company is owned by Travelocity, which also owns Expedia and other sites. You'd think that they would have that part of their business nailed down by now. I will never book with any other companies under the CheapOAir or Travelocity family of companies ever again.

    !!Buyer Beware!! I had originally purchased a flight to Missouri to see my daughter graduate from military academy back in 2020. Thankfully I purchased the insurance to protect my flight against any unforeseen cancellation. Covid obviously had an impact on my flight and so it had to be cancelled. I was sent an email stating that I had until the end of 2021 to use my credit with American Airlines. I made a reservation in December to book a flight in June of 2022. Which I made sure to again purchase the travel protection which my credit also covered.

    A few weeks before my flight I had to cancel my flight for unforeseen reasons. They cancelled my flight and sent me another email stating that again I had until the end of 2022 to rebook a flight with my credit minus the cancellation fee. I called in December to book a flight for February 2023. To see my daughter who is now in Texas, in the military serving this great country. Cheapoair customer service told me that I had to call in September 2022 to rebook a flight that had to be used by the end of 2022. I told them that's not what the email stated and that I was never informed of the September deadline.

    This whole experience has been very disappointing and frustrating. My daughter was unable to come home for the holidays and so I was looking forward to using my credit to visit her. Never again would I use Cheapoair for travel. I would not recommend them to friends or family. Buyer beware. Your peace of mind is worth the few extra dollars booking directly with the airline. I have travelled many different countries and as an experienced traveler only book directly with the airline. Good luck.

Had a family member's flight changed numerous times in under a week, and all they can say is "it's the airline's fault, talk to them." But the tickets were purchased through you, Mr. CheapO. "We don't have the flight information, but everything is the same as the itinerary we sent you." Tell that to the Airlines' attendant that's pulling up no information for the customer that was supposed to be on the flight.     I book a flight to Manila last Sept. 05, 2022 from Las Vegas flying Jan. 01, 2023 and returning on Jan. 16, 2023 with stopover in Los Angeles. A couple of weeks later, the return flight was change to a stopover in San Francisco due to cancellation of the Los Angeles to Vegas flight. But a confirmation from the airlines was pending. We followed up every week for more than 2 months and every other day for the last 2-3 weeks since the flight is approaching very soon. Cheapoair agents say the same thing over and over and there seems to be nothing is done or enough to resolve the issue. Agents always promise to call back but they never do but once last week when issue was escalated to a supervisor. A few agents even insinuated that I requested for a refund instead which I never did. I have paid

    bookings and commitments arranged in Manila already, so cancellation is out of the question.

    Cheapoair probably want an easy way out and would even charge me penalty for cancellation and re sell the ticket at a higher price. This is so frustrating and stressful since the flight is only 4 days from now and issue has not been resolved. The supervisor who returned call a few days ago said they need more time. They have more than 2 months to resolve issue! This is the second time we have problem with this company. Paying customers are at their mercy, company cannot be trusted, you must be ready with other options if you book with them or better if you book with other travel agency. This is the most horrifying experience I had in booking a flight.

    I booked a ticket for two passenger a month ago using the phone. I made sure to receive a confirmation email saying my booking is confirmed. A day before, I logged into my email clicked on the link they sent me by email and saw that my booking was indeed confirmed. There is even the ticket price and everything. When I arrived to the airport, they told me my booking was not scheduled.... turns out CheapOair did schedule my ticket and never called me to check. I lost transportation, hotels and vacation days because of them mishandling my booking.

    When I contacted them again by phone, they said they were sorry and offered me to buy another ticket with my own money... This is company going to the ground. They have a terrible buggy website. Really long wait times and its seems they don't even have their own call centers. The agent at the end of the line seemed to be calling from outside... there were dogs barking. I only bought from them because they were a Canadian company. Shame on them! Do not trust them with your vacation or your credit cards information. I will try to sue them too. Hope it helps.

    Purchased tickets for a work trip with my husband. I bought trip protection because I have kids at home and who really knows what could happen. Well the entire family caught COVID a week before the trip. I immediately called to get a refund and dealt with many people who were unable to refund our money. Both be the trip protection People and CheapOair representatives. My Alaska credit card also has trip protection for any travel purchases made on the card. I called them and they filed a claim and ultimately decided to refund our money.

    Now 6 months later CheapOair is sending us to collections saying we owe a non refundable fee of 362. We are going to fight it but this is your forewarning. Do NOT use CheapOair. They will take advantage of you even if services are not rendered even if you buy trip protection. Even if you have COVID and are physically not allowed to fly! I booked a flight from Toronto to Washington, then a lady called me to explain that if I buy a seat, they will give me a discount code which can be used for a returning flight. After a week of explaining what they promised because the agent never left a message or note, one agent finally offered me the coupon to book for my return flight. OK, stuff happens, guy told me he would call and verify that there was no open room and would let me know the next day. I told him if there is no vacancy to cancel and credit it back. After 2 days without hearing back I called again. Told my reservation was changed to another hotel. This was after I told them no and without my permission so I asked again for a refund. They started saying there would be an $250 charge for cancelling if though their own site made the mistake of taking a booking when there was no room available. I think this is their business plan. Make money on cancellation fees when taking bookings that can't be made.

    They continued as I protested after over 10 calls and the fee slowly was going to be less and less but I said no way. Asked multiple times for a supervisor and always told none are available or they will call me back. Never happened. Finally they sent the credit for the airfare. I asked about where was the hotel credit. They told me they set my money to the hotel, same one that had no room, and they had to wait for it to be routed back. I call bull on this one. After numerous calls and hours on the phone I finally got my credit back. Customer service calls are routed out of the US, guessing to India. Never Never again. They blew it and lost a customer for life.

    Hello, I had the worse experience with CheapOair for my first time using them. Arrived to the airport on time and arrived at the gate at 6:45 for 7:09 flight. The gate was closed already. I have been calling American Airlines and CheapOAir for over 4 hour to get refunded and another flight home to make jury duty tomorrow. No one could help. The customer service staff was COMPLETELY rude and gave no assistance. AA continued to tell me to contact my booking agent for assistance. I even asked to speak to a manager and the representative from CheapOAir argued with me stating that I can’t speak to manager. Then put me on hold for 20 min. YES!!!! I held purposefully for the entire 20 minutes. I will NEVER EVER use them again.

    I purchased a round-trip ticket from Baltimore to Augusta, Georgia to watch my daughter compete at a horse show. I purchased insurance at the suggestion of the CheapOair representative when I explained I may have to come home early. I was told the insurance would protect me in the event of a flight change. I purchased the insurance and have receipt of payment. I had to return a day early as feared and called CheapOair to change my flight. They told me I could not do that because I had basic economy fare. I asked, "Why then did I buy insurance"? The representative had no answer.

    They refused to return the $362 fare and I had to purchase another $550 fare to come home early. Very dissatisfied that my ticket was not refundable especially when I purchased insurance at your representative's suggestion. My round trip was over $1200 which was ridiculously high and full of frustration. I would never use this company again as they do not stand behind their services. I would have gotten a much lower fare going directly to the airline. Do not use this company. They are not trustworthy.

    I booked my flight with them and after a week or so I decide to pick my seat on the flight through CheapOair website. They charged for all the seat on the plain so I said this doesn't make sense so I called and someone pick up. The lady lied to my face telling me that, "Yes you have to pay for every seat and once they sold out we will cancel your ticked and refund your money," and I later find out that it was a lie. So I called the airlines myself and was able to select My seats for free. I should have learn for that but giving them a grace I book my hotel through them. After about 3hr 40 min I found out the hotel is not a safe place to stay so I called to cancel my reservation and they said, "Oh we can't cancel. Even if we do we can't refund your money because we didn't charge your card," so who did?

    I was place on hold for 1hr telling me they were contacting the hotel and was told, "Sorry there is no manager at the hotel to approved your refund so we can't do any thing about it." Found out these are lies they make up. I called for three days and have been getting the same run around every day. I called my credit card company to stop the charge so be aware.

    Hi. I booked my tickets to india through your agent, my confirmation no is **. They charged me us 1075$ extra over my fare, when I asked them they told that it was charged for seat selection, that I never told agent or did by me. I called customer service right away but they never escalate or refund me, now they are telling it is system issue that I was charged and can not be refunded.     I contact 10 times to them to get my credits. Everything different response and needed to pay for credits then to use that credits again I called them. Again worst and different answers and they keep telling me call them again for no proper reasons. Then finally they told me to pay 150 extra to use the credits to book fight for 357. So I paid 100 dollar around to get my credit and then to use that credit I need to pay again 150 dollar. Wow!! That’s hilarious!! I am done with CheapOair. I swear to not use this website anymore in my life. Keep asking for money for no reason.. Worst service ever.

    I booked my husband and I a flight to Las Vegas for his birthday. Cheapoair charged me $235.98 for seating arrangements that I did not select nor agree to.     I purchased a ticket for my husband, my son and I to travel last November with CheapOair. However we haven't received our passport in time to travel so I called and I canceled the flights. Was told by one of CheapOair representative that I can use the flight within a year. I also asked her because my flights was very expensive, "What would become of the money that I have in?" All she said to me that all the fees was already taken out of the account And the only thing I have to do now is book a ticket whenever I'm ready to use it And if the ticket that I buy is cheaper than the money that I have all I have to do is buy the ticket and the remaining credit gonna always be there for me.

    I've been trying since March of this year to Get the credit use and CheapOair keep getting me back-and-forth with the money. They will tell me to call back. They would call back. They have to look into the calls to severe the representatives say I don't have to Pay anything more or any other thing yet they never called me or get back to me about anything. So I called again today knowing that a year gonna be soon to use the ticket app and the representative the representatives keep telling me different things. One of them told me that they Waive the penalty because it was their representative fault then he said he cannot book the ticket for December because I have to use book ticket for November airline to see if they can extend the flight time for me.

    When I Called Caribbean Airlines they said there is no such that the ticket can use anytime after December. I call Back CheapOair. Now the guy said I have to pay an additional $800. When I ask him how much credit I have he said $1500. So I was like if I have 1500 then why do I have to pay $800 when the ticket is $1700. Was like that flight is no longer available for me. I told him I'm literally looking at the flight right now. He was like, "Yeah but the flight is not available for you." It's sad that I've been over 8 months trying to use the money that I have and I can get it to use because it chose to cheat me off the money.

    In July I booked some flights with CheapOair. One of my flights, KLM flight 948 on Sept. 30 from Belfast to Amsterdam was cancelled by the airline. I received NO notification from CheapOair regarding this cancelation. I found it out at the airport. I called CheapOair to get help, for 5 hours, on and off, every call I was put on hold. Due to the cancellation, I missed my connecting flight and train. I had to purchase another plane ticket and a train ticket.

    After that day, I called the CheapOair several times. Each time, when I told the customer service representative that I am asking for refund (for cancelled KLM flights), he or she immediately transferred me to another department, then I was on hold forever. I sent email to the CheapOair, no response. I left text message on the contact section, no response. Finally, I emailed the manager of customer service, no response. CheapOair is so good at selling your flights, hotels, etc., but has NO response on refunding request. I don’t think I can ever trust or use CheapOair again.

    Flight was canceled with Cheapoair, and was told we were going to be charged a $75 fee to cancel our booking with the airline (while verbally verifying this was the only charge), which turns out to be untrue. Now they, and the airline, have taken hundreds of dollars from me and all without informing me of such. Can not get return calls from management when promised for the last 2 weeks. This is after each time you call you spend hour(s) on the phone explaining the situation to the staff again, as they seem to not know what is going on. (Even though they tell you everything is documented by the end of the call). When inquired on receiving an emails to verify what we are being told for each call, they will not supply you with one for your records as "they can not do that". I would NOT recommend using them.
