I had the pleasure of having Francis to assist me with my ticket purchases. I was making reservations for my daughter and granddaughter on a trip where they are traveling back to the US from South Africa. You can blame my age, but I could not recall my granddaughter's birthday and neither could I reach anyone at 1:30 AM in the US nor my daughter at a remote, Wi-Fi-challenged location near Durban to verify that date of birth. So Francis offered to stay with me on the call for as long as I needed to go through whatever I needed to go through to find that detail. He could not do without it to complete the booking.

I am very pleased with the way Ariel took care of my concern and my disappointment. She showed concern and understood the meaning of keeping the company's reputation and customer coming back to a trustworthy company. Thank you, Ariel/ CheapOair. I will continue to shop through your site with much caution and help of your expert customer service.

I have used this company to purchase flights on a regular basis. I can often beat the prices on the actual airlines' websites. I buy one-way tickets most often so that my entire itinerary is not impacted in case a change needs to be made. The options offered by CheapOair are more comprehensive than when I search other sites for tickets.

I’m flying today with this company to Berlin. This is my first and the last time I’m using this company because for checking in I was charged $30 for my carry-on bag. I was charged $120 so this is the this way so that means I have to pay all that when I’m coming back back so my ticket it’s not $900. It would be almost $1300 so these hidden fees is not fair and especially I talked to agent.

I called to cancel a flight to Lisbon. Well attended by person on phone. Instructed me to call insurance. I will proceed with the instructions given during our conversation. Very attentive, the gentleman representing the TAP airline gave me instructions on how to proceed? In my effort to have the travel cancelled.

Everything went just fine with the booking. Attractive flight choices and straight-forward reservation process. I had several choices for how to arrive at my destination, with competitive prices for all of them. Correspondence and description of itineraries were clear and concise.

I have been purchasing tickets through CheapOair for years now. It's my number one site to buy tickets. The reason I gave it 4 stars is due to price changes at the last minute. It also kicks you out, and when I log back in, prices go up. Overall fantastic work team.

I just bought 2 tickets, everything looks great. I called a representative to confirm everything and I found out that it was an extra charge because I chose the seats! It's an overseas fly, when I chose seat for the first fly I saw a charge, and was agree, the for the other 3 flies a window showed 0.00 charge. The amount on screen didn't showed me a total. I proceed to pay. So now I was charge 400 extra dollar because I choose the seats!! Beside that the representative was rude and keep telling me that I have to read the emails, how? If I didn't confirm anything, he didn't care about it' just telling me the I should read everything, something that I did. Well I will just pass this experience with all my friends and family to stay away from this app since they have extra charges under the table after you pay.

First, I entered the security code on my card and was told it was invalid. It's the number on the card. I then had to use another card. Second, I found the process of seat selection very confusing. I selected a seat for my flight out and had to wait for my confirmation to select my return seat (and that added to the final price).

Jameson was so kind, delightful and patient! And I loved the use of the his phonetic alphabet! As a retired police office, I shared some of my phonetic spellings (B-Boy, Z-Zebra, S-Sam), lol! It was just a wonderful transaction! I used CheapOair under the old name and I've always thought it was better than Expedia, but that's just me. They just advertise more. Thank you, Jameson!

Relatively easy to follow. Included all the information I needed and it did not take too long to complete. I wish all my experiences with airline bookings were as easy to follow. I am glad I chose this method to book my flight. I will tell others about my experience.

The experience was pretty much non-painful. It went pretty quick and would be even faster if you guys weren't constantly trying to cram extra stuff down our throats. Just put the extra options on a side panel that a person can click on IF they are interested. (All those extra windows opening up trying to sell add-ons is ridiculous.)

There was a problem with my booking and they were difficult to work with. Then even though I rebooked within one hour, the cost of my ticket went up by over a hundred dollars. I got screwed. I understand that they have rules and regulations, but even if they aren’t flexible, they could have at least held the price. They claimed it would be free to charge, but failed to mention the fees involved then just deflected the issue.

I have used CheapOair many times through the years and they have frequently saved me money, when compared to very similar flights offered by other comparison sites, and by the airlines themselves! In one case, when I called the CheapOair help line, I was informed of an even lower price than I had found in my own comparison search, and the rep then booked the flight for me!

Very pleasant customer service guy, he was VERY Helpful, he spent a long time supporting my needs!!! Rainer was his name. I appreciated his kindness & patience, greatly!!! More customer service like he displayed should be rendered ALWAYS!!! I loved the service.

I was price checking for a couple weeks for an upcoming trip when all of a sudden the flights seemed to increase by 200-300 dollars, so I rearranged my dates and followed CheapOair referrals for a better price and was able to book a flight for 639 😜. Thanks, CheapOair!!

I found the app very easy to use. I just put in my flight info and boom!!! Instantly got a list of prices from cheapest to more expensive. The prices I received were very fair and low priced. The booking part was easy to use as well. The add-on prices and travel protection was fair priced as well.

Please don’t book anything with CheapOair. I had bad experiences with this site. Customer service doesn’t help you at all. If you buy fly protection on your fly. It just going to be another extra expense. They don’t apply it when you need it.

They charged for EVERYTHING even sending me a bill to add a pet travel fee and I wasn’t traveling with a pet. Then charged for seats. It didn’t give the option to just wait till the day of flight. Charge for bags. Charge to check in online. Who does that?!?! Never again!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service by CheapOair. I literally booked my ticket and accidentally spelled my passenger name wrong by missing “N” in Brandon (Spelled Bradon). Called CheapOair- their response- buy the coverage, cancel the ticket and pay cancellation fee for $200. Spoke with some guy and second representative name Marci. I get it you make money on commission but getting this low just to fix spelling error is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone.

Our seeking reservations for Miami/Havana round trip was first day by multiple airline websites. Within 24 hours fares took a great leap higher with much less available. I called CheapOair because my sister reported a very positive recent experience. Ours was too. Beg his forgiveness for me (my hearing not him) for missing his name. He knows my gratitude because I told him-- that he was to me, unbelievably careful and courteous and PROFESSIONAL!! throughout what was a tedious process of perhaps 45 minutes! 5 STARS!! 10 STARS in fact! Their services are totally inept at catching that an airline has accidentally cancelled a flight. I was left stranded at the airport and had to rebook a return flight last minute which cost me about $300. My reimbursement? Under $90. Never again!

Found our tickets at a price we could afford, on the date that we wanted to return from our anniversary trip quite easily. I was truly pleased with the process. The biggest surprise was that I had never heard of the airline that we booked our flight on and even more surprised to find out it was flying into the airport we wanted which is closer to our home.

They claim they had a problem running my card, then they told me to call my bank, and Citi said they never received a request, but there is no problem on their end with my account. I called CheapOair and they kept passing me off to different people. Finally, this lady said she will rerun it in a few hours but the price may have gone up. Do I still want it (Take it or not)? Well, it was $80 more, but I checked today and it is the same price I was originally ($80 less) told. I was scammed, I think. I was going to buy several other trips, but I need to find someone I can trust.

Highly recommend CheapOair as a search engine/site to find the best deals on car rentals. I don’t know why doing a Google search does not give me the specifics that I am asking, but I have the CheapOair app and it is stellar at finding me good car rental deals/discounted prices and hotels.

I am 77 years old and not as quick with computers and iPhones, and the service representative whose name is Ignatius (hope the spelling is correct) was patient, kind, and allowed me to have plenty of time to explain my situation. We spent at least 30 minutes on the phone call. He helped me book my flights, and he made me feel comfortable in my choice of tickets and protection coverage. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and kindness towards me. I would give him my highest rating. He deserves a raise in pay. He is exceptional and just plain outstanding. Hope the company has other employees like Ignatius.

Wrong/not updated information provided regarding changing in my flight time, I need to call to CheapOair to find information, they confirmed that time of flight was changed, but few minutes later they sent me again previous wrong information causing a lot of confusion and anxiety. It's not acceptable service.

I called CheapOair and Spoke with Abdel, he's very friendly, helpful person. Very patient and took the time to help me book my flight. He was able to go through many options to get me the best price. CheapOair can also help in hotel or car booking, they have an excellent service.

Not satisfied with the service that I received when attempting to book a vacation. Wasted time and effort. How do I explain what was going on. Not sure anyone would understand that when booking a package the website did not work and changed double for the flight and the hotel was missing. What was good is no longer acceptable. Will not be coming back.

CheapoAir change fees are very high. For a change due to a broken leg, cost almost 1/3rd the price of the ticket. So a $1500 ticket the change fee was $400 per ticket. This was per ticket per person. You ask for a supervisor and they will not give you one. You ask for an email address and they will not give you one.

The website was very organized & easy to navigate. I didn't realize when selecting a seat all airlines charge extra. So I bounced back & forth to each of the 3 airlines & all of my personal information I enter was saved so I did not have to re-enter it each time.

Fast and easy to book my trip. The site was simple to navigate, and I scored a great deal on my flight. The whole process was seamless and took only a few minutes. I'm very satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again. I recommend using them.

So far the service received has been good. I had issues with a seat upgrade I had paid for but when I called the number the lady on the phone quickly took care of the situation. Everything costs more...a ticket, and email, a change... so be careful on that front. Prices are good though.

It is really cheap. Fraud. People don't ever try this platform. These people are going to trick you with your wallet and hold your money for several days. Try other platform to book ticket which is safe like Priceline. I been cheated. After paying $750 I am not able to change my seat or add my language.

I bought my ticket a month before flight. Few days later I called to make sure I put correct DOB because my eyesight is getting worse. The agent on the phone said I made a mistake and said he did correct it. On the eve of my flight I tried to check in just to learn the DOB was still incorrect. I called the airline, they told me to call CheapOair agents who told me again to call the airline.

Lots of hidden fees they don't tell you about... not saving much or anything at all after all the fees take place. They advertised the price you see is the price you pay.. which that was determined to be a bunch of lies... better off just booking directly with an airline next time.

I have always used CheapOair, there are always updated deals on trips and the customer service is amazing. One time I had to travel from Calgary to Toronto in the next couple of days and they were so accommodating to me. I started to cry. Without customer service like that I would not have been able to attend my best friend's funeral. Thank God for CheapOair.com.

During my booking experience during my booking experience with CheapOair, I encountered an issue with the Affirm virtual card and nearly gave up on my reservation. Fortunately, I received a call from a CheapOair agent named Nelson who was incredibly helpful, patient, and dedicated. He guided me through the entire process of paying with the Affirm virtual card. I have been totally satisfied with my booking of international flights on CheapOAir. The app is easy to use. One time I had to contact customer service while out of the country and it was also super easy to get an issue addressed. Turns out it was my fault (lol) but they were totally cool. I just used them again to book another flight. P.S. I found their search process gave me what I was looking for quickly and accurately (e.g. lowest fares with best flights). I recommend them.

We will NEVER use CheapOair again! We booked flights for 6 and they emailed a "change" to us and when we called to accept the change we were told that flight didn't exist. We cancelled that flight with difficulty. We arrived at airport to fly home and was told that we had no connecting flight and they couldn't contact us because they didn't have phone or email, even though we received an email the day before telling us to check in to a non existent flight!!!! Had the ticket agent not questioned our final destination we would have been stranded in the airport overnight!!!

Booking with CheapOair is my favorite! They have the option of making payments overtime which allows single parents to take a trip and not have the hassle of having an overload of money. I appreciate paying later. It works for my best interest. The agent called me to make sure I’ve added everything to the trip that was necessary including insurance. Thanks so much for helping my trips become less stressful. I also received reminders from days before up until the last hour so I stay informed about the trip. I’ll always book through CheapOair.

Terrible service. Before I booked the trip it shows only one stop in my way back, after I did it it shows that I have to go from one airport to another in the same city and it will be on me in another country, I have to get a transit visa, no more than 30 minutes after I made the reservation I called this CHEAP company and they want more than 200 dollars to cancel the reservation or get another flight and pay more than 200 dollars x passenger. That's so ridiculous.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to book this flight through CheapOair. I anticipated a cheap less than convenient or reliable interface in booking a last minute trip from Iowa to Vermont. But their representative made me feel seen and cared for as he reassured me that every detail was being shepherded through their system. Made a reservation by telephone and it took over one hour. A hidden fee of $109 was charged for this transaction of which I was not aware until I looked at my charge card statement. Within 24 hours I called to change the reservation to a different departure time. Although a rate was given on the web site agent tried to charge over $300 for a change. I finally canceled and even this took a long time and agent tried to charge a fee until I pointed out that website said free cancellations within 23 hours. Again a service fee of $109 appeared on my credit card statement. Nowhere are service fees mentioned on agency website. I will not use this agency again.

I have one mission now: to write everywhere and warn others not to use this platform. They have hidden fees, are extremely expensive, and their airline baggage fees are not clearly transparent. This platform is the worst. I lost almost $300 for nothing because I trusted them and believed they would be fair. This was the first time I put trust in a company like this, and they ripped me off.

My experience with Ulysses was first class. We encountered some problems, but he was very expert at helping solve those problems. I am most satisfied with his excellent service. In fact, we were able to recognize that we had some things in our lives that were in common, like all living beings.

I'm very disappointed with this website. As soon as I was done booking my flight, I received a phone call from a gentleman who I could not understand but wanted to charge me $4.95 for me to get my boarding pass. I informed him I didn't want to be charged for a boarding pass and would get it at the airport. He was not happy with that answer. I will use a different site from now on. It re ridiculous to be charged for a boarding pass that come through email or text.

I prepaid to purchase my aisle seat but we were reassigned one aisle and one inside. I chatted with customer service about getting my $ back and was told there was nothing they could do. Why offer the seat selection for a fee if can’t fulfill. False advertising.

Upset! This time I had trouble on my trip due to the platform keep on sending me confusing messages and updates about my flight wish got me confused and since I prepare everything to catch my flight on time couldn’t make it and I lost all my reservations as a Flight, hotel, and rental car. Easy booking. No bull fees less than $26. Very fair. Saved way more than that using Cheapoair. I would recommend using them to anyone who wants to fly to their destinations at a cheaper rate. They offer hotel and car rentals as well, but I did not need those services.

I love the choices of flight times, layover spacing between flights, and choices of different airports in the area where you can fly into. I also like the great economical ticket pricing and ease of using the site. It was nice to have the added opportunity to book the rental car as a package with the flight.

But CheapOair made the experience so much easier. Their website is easy to manage. The prices are excellent, and I was able to book without any issues. I'm attempting to get our boarding passes on the CheapOAir app. I cannot find the boarding pass tab. So it's very frustrating. Since I'm an Elder, I may be the problem, but I do use websites and apps often. Is there anyone who can help us? Thanks for your help.

Had to change flight and make new one. Very thorough. This was a nonrefundable ticket but was able to work it out. The agent was very courteous and did not pressure or rush me. If this booking works out to the end will definitely consider using CheapOair on future flights.

The Rep did spend time on the phone with us BUT they charged us $185 to update the name on the ticket . This is unfair. Be aware and make sure when you book that you don’t have to make any updates to the passenger name on the ticket.

Cheaper is not better, by the time you finish paying for all the extras you end up paying more. It's best to read between the lines, and deal directly with the airline you wish to fly with. Extra for baggage, extra for your seat, extra for a carry on. Plus the booking fee. Not worth it.

Purchasing airline insurance with this site doesn't give you what other sites do. Instead of giving you online options, you have to cancel and file a claim. I just needed to leave a day earlier and it didn't work for that! Website should be clean that the insurance doesn't allow anything unless you cancel and FILE A CLAIM! Who has time for that!!!

It was difficult to hear and the call was dropped 2 times. The agent called back and completed the call. I was surprised by the small additions and differences in charges i.e. choosing your seat or printing the boarding pass. Also the total was $1.46 more than stated. All small amounts, but it appears very unprofessional. Not having heard of this company prior, this all added to being skeptical that it was a legit service company. Guess I'll hope for the best.

Very strange that you are misleading your customers on every SMS that sending. You offer your useless apps that customers can not use for the any flight information. Seats information are not available, gate info also missing, check-in impossible through your apps. WHY customers can use it?

I booked a ticket for my husband to fly with me from August 30th and coming back September 2nd but when I got the confirmation, it showed my husband departing August 31st. I immediately called. I thought it was my fault. While on hold, I booked another ticket for my son to leave on September 2nd and return on September 5th with me and my daughter. When I get the confirmation, it says he returns on September 4th. My husband was helping me confirm EVERYTHING and then we made the purchase. This time it showed him coming back on September 4th. We wouldn’t do that because he will miss the funeral. There is something wrong. I still suspect this s designed to charge people more money which is an evil gaslighting. I would recommend that all customers take screenshots before making purchases with CheapOair. This is wrong and I’m going to report them.

I really appreciated that he paid attention to the spelling of my name and address and correctly repeated the information after the first try. It took over 30 minutes to check in, had to go to the American Airlines website to get boarding passes. The virtual assist only wanted to sell me my boarding passes. Than after I was checked in with the airlines and also printed my passes, CheapOair notified me I could check in.

The agent was great! He was fast and efficient; he was very nice and pleasant at all times, even though we put him on hold, and had a lot of trouble with what we were doing. I've used CheapOair several times over the past year for both business and personal travel, and overall it's been a solid experience. My issue is still not resolved. I have had the most frustrating experience with CheapOair. The airline I booked keeps changing one of the flights and when I try to reach CheapOair, they are absolutely unresponsive. Their chat indicates that they are very busy and their phone lines are never answered. You will always get a standard message about being very busy and to call within 7 days of my trip. That is nonsense. And if I get lucky to talk to someone, they will want to transfer the call to the "itinerary change" department and that call abruptly ends because the transfer does not occur. Be very cautious before you purchase a ticket through this online travel agency. Never again will I ever deal with this outfit. Chances are you will be frustrated.

Eldon (agent) was very helpful and courteous. He made suggestions regarding possible options and alternatives that would have lowered the cost. I was not able to change the dates for my flight because of conflicts on my end. All in all, I am quite pleased with the interaction.

I have never used CheapOair and won’t again. Have virtually spoken with several “agents” about cancellation of first half of trip with Spirit Airlines due to fact they changed departing times x3. I asked for confirmation email regarding this and never received one. Finally my funds were returned BUT 2 weeks later I am still getting emails “confirming my outgoing flight with Spirit”.

I had an awesome experience. Firstly, it started off with Dominic my schedule team expert, then my Travel Expert Jarrett was amazing. Because of them I still remain a loyal customer to CheapoAir today. Jarrett had me booked for a new flight all paid up and everything less than 10 minutes. He was awesome. Both individuals deserved a raise. Lol great work guys.

Part of my family (4) were unable to travel due to a medical emergency. Since Avianca Airlines promises to return the funds in emergencies like this, I sent medical certificates and everything they asked but they refused to honor their promise. Those of us (5) who were able to travel did not get the seats we paid for ($188) and, of course, we did not get the money back. Cheapoair and Avianca kept throwing the ball at each other and simply kept the money. NEVER AGAIN.

I thought this app was going to be very hard to book my flight very difficult but to my surprise it was very easy and affordable. Once again affordable. We need prices like that with companies like this. I will tell my family, my friends about cheap fares.

Too much pressure & email asking for more $$ for unnecessary insurance. They want me to buy insurance in case the airline goes bankrupt. Constant pursuit to get your money. This is a difficult business to get out of your life after purchasing your tickets.

Your direction for booking through the internet are easy to follow, especially for me who as an oldy is not an easy task! The price are acceptable although they could improve. The charges for the carry on luggage is not fair especially when the inflation in the USA is causing economy deprivation in low and middle class family.

I booked an international Airline ticket last July 9 2025 for an August 14 2025 flight. I also purchased a seat selection from CheapOair which showed “CONFIRMED SEAT” but when I got to the Airport and checked in, the Airline denied my seat choice even after showing the Airline agent the Cheapoair Seat Confirmed selection. I purchased a Window seat 29J for the 15 hour flight and the Airline gave me a middle 40E seat, I felt I got scammed here paying for a service that I did not get.

The booking went very smoothly, and the technician was clear and professional. He was able to book my flights, secure my seats, and confirm my payment. The connection, however, is always fuzzy, with questions and comments oftentimes having to be repeated.

They suck. They scam people, they take your money out in seconds be in case of a refund. You’ll spend months arguing with them until you just give up. DO NOT RECOMMEND… Horrible service and none of the agents speak English. Terrible

We always use CheapoAir and the prices for flights are always the lowest compared to other search engine and even airlines. We also love the fact that we can pay our flights with Affirm. The app allows you to access all the traveling info. And it also gives you the opportunity to connect with the airline directly. Easy, convenient, affordable, user friendly! I always start my planning and search for all vacation at CheapoAir. It is the best!

Agent was very helpful. He price matched the fare that I found on the website. He was very pleasant and patient. He gave me several options and offers, explaining each one carefully. There was one small correction in my address. He corrected it and sent me another email right away.

When booking the flight, and then paying, you are not aware that there will be many additional charges. There should be information explaining that there is going to be a charge for protection, charge for an actual seat on the flight you just booked and paid for as well as an additional charge to bring clothes in a suitcase to war during the trip! When you find this out, you have already made the commitment for the flight. More information has to be available before booking.

The booking process for an international flight was simple as 1,2,3. The different payment options were definitely a PLUS. The time frame to book was not of a rush. They also called me for confirmation for extra security purposes. Will definitely use services again.

I book a ticket for my wife and to cancel it after 30 min. They want to charge me $75 while it is said you have 24h to cancel your booking. The cancelation should be free as it is said on the website. This is really unfair and it has to be fixed. That is not a good way to treat customers.

Dont ever book through them, and I mean ever!!! It's better to go and book directly through the actual airline. I tried cancelling my reservation within a few hours after booking it and the representative tried to charge me a $100 cancellation fee per person, that's $300 for cancelling the booking after a few hours of booking it. Every other airline and company gives you 24 hours to cancel for free but not CheapOair, they are just hungry for money and will do anything to make an extra buck. Extremely disappointed!!!!

So I used a credit card I hadn't activated and it was canceled and a csr called to me and got a new credit card from and asked if I wanted flight insurance and I said no. Already online I declined the insurance, then another man called to me and offered insurance again, I say to him how many time will people solicit me to ask me for flight insurance coverage. Please consider that if someone clicks on the button No Thanks, that the person doesn't need someone to call and ask for the same thing that No Thanks was already saying no to. When I am asked over and over again, perhaps I will not want to consider this service in the future. Thank you for your consideration though and if I needed help with any issues I am sure I would get immediate help since this company seems to concentrate so highly on customer service.

Unable to take flight and because it was coach non-refundable. I was told I could not cancel through CheapOair and had to go through AA which I did. I had to put in for a review and I was granted the refund. AA sent refund money to CheapOair which is now denying my refund.?

I booked a flight from LAX to San Francisco on Frontier Airlines flight number **. I wanted to make sure I could get a disabled veteran seat. I saw it online for $19 fee for seat 5C on this flight. When I called to check with cheap flights. The price jump to $29. I asked the rep why there was a price discrepancy and they were unsure. It would be good if I book a flight through cheap flights. I could get the exact same price when I speak to a rep as to the Price that’s online. This was very disappointing because I came to cheap flights in good faith thinking that the information I receive would be correct. This has been disappointing.

Not happy. Not allowed to enter my TSA Precheck number. Also, all seats on this website had an additional charge of at least $36, while Frontier's own site had basically all seats row 20 and back for free.

It was just really straightforward, the prices for everything were clearly listed and the app even gives suggestions for similar but cheaper flights. I will say though, you have to call their actual number if you want to fly an unaccompanied minor. But even then, you don’t have to wait long and all you need is your basic information and an idea of when/where you want to fly.

Dismal. Booked a flight from Tokyo to LAX no meal choice. But more aggravating was there was no mention for the need to obtain transit visa. CheapOair was good at one time, not any more. Last flight process all the agents I was transferred to had malfunctioning headsets and communicating was impossible. Avoid this mess.

Great price point. Will use again. User friendly app. There is always room for improvement. You only have 20 minutes to reserve your flight! Print your ticket or your charged. They do have extra fees for little perks you may want. But reasonable. Cheap O Air also calls and will confirm and promote your reservation. Nice touch! Aledrec called, offered great service, explained my purchase with thoroughly.

I bought a round trip CheapOair ticket in 2017 for a trip in Africa. When a change happen to adjust the returning ticket date, CheapOair company was supportive and professional (with a short notice before the scheduled return ticket date) and I was able to come back in the USA at my convenient adjusted time with a fair additional fees.

The whole experience was horrible. They lied about the pricing. Couldn't change anything in a timely manner. Customer service was slow and they wouldn't work with you about asking for a copy of purchased items before getting my credit card. I have always used this company to purchase tickets for the last nine years. Now they are pushing me for seat reservations and insurance when this is just a waste of money. And now they charge you if you call them up on the phone. Too many service fees.

Sending email at very last minutes. Paid for direct flight with selected seats. This agents takes money from people without booking with airlines. They sent us the some their booking number and e ticket number which airlines doesn’t have in system. I recommend not use the agent and I will never. To me they are not better than scammer.

No one can show me how to load scan square for boarding. Have app, no button to open to get to boarding pass, need to make it easier for people like me who are used to just putting in code and getting tickets printed. So please if you have app, one click to get to pass.

When booking through CheapOair for our trip to Puerto Rico our car rental that was bundled together with our flight was out of Priceless Car Rental also knows as Next Car Rental. Please do not allow this charge to go through. This car rental took 5 hours to get us our rental, they charged us more than what we paid, and on top of that there are a ton of brown dirt roaches in the vehicle. I spent an entire day waiting for this rental and now returning it. This should not be allowed and is a bad look for CheapOair to even consider bundling anything together with them.

I received great service from my online representative that assisted with my travel request. I was able to drill down on getting a flight within my price range on a very short notice to return to my one way destination for travel from GSO to KWI airports.

I reserved a flight from Portland, Or to Minneapolis for $279 rt. Great deal, right? Today I received an email with my final bill $372.54! Almost $100 more. I was not happy. I am not sure why the additional costs but the deal seems to be a bit shady. Be careful of who you use to purchase your flight tickets and beware of the costs of other parts of your trip like hotels and cars.

I booked a flight a while back using a different email account which accumulated miles. This time around, I used another email account and learned much to my dismay that Cheapoair refused to combine the miles of both accounts even though I was willing to provide and abundance of identify information. I like this company. Every now and then, you have to call them on something you may have questions about and they do look into your inquiries and help in any way they can. So far, I've been happy with their service and will continue to use this company in other travel arrangements.

I was just about ready to finalize my reservation, and my computer kept dancing around as if they had taken possession over it, and I kept getting irritated, because I know they use this as a time saver for THEM (since they give you 20 min to complete your reservation). I type 100-110 wpm on a computer, and so it's not that I'm slow, but I noticed this glitch. So even though I qualified for an $8 discount for booking a round trip flight; I was then told that the reservation price had just gone up, and it was not $5 or $10 it was about $30.

This CheapOair portal was very easy to use and navigate. I had no problems with my flight ticket request. I had an excellent experience. I will definitely recommend this site to all of my friends and family in the future. I believe most flight selections offered are extremely the best.

I booked a flight and didn’t notice they had selected alternate dates. To cancel five minutes later they charged me thirty dollars. Next I booked correct dates and had me returning to a different airport in the same city. Cost over fifty dollars to cancel. In the meantime my credit card that I never used got hacked. Never again.

CheapOAir made it easy to book and the price is right. The price is right. I could go right to the flight I needed. I like the airline I'm going on because the flight attendants were efficient and the flight was smooth. I plan to use CheapOAir again because I heard it's a good booking service.

When trying to book seats online and not being able to as the website buttons went inactive after choosing the seats, the representatives kept on saying that they could see my choices but they kept on bumping me to other people. I was not able to get a confirmation and get charged for them. The billing department even said the airline sometimes took its time to confirm seats. So I waited and nothing. After the 4th time calling the representative told me I was not getting seat confirmations because my card had been declined. I got no notification from my bank or from CheapOair, ever, of that.
