As someone who just bought their very first car I didn’t have a lot of money to spend on tires. I was looking at different websites and options and all four tires were ranging from 350-400 dollars without installation. That price was something I could just not spend especially after spending a lot of money on car parts and a paint job. I heard about this website through a friend and was very pleased with the whole tire buying process and built in prepaid tire installation. The tire shop pre-chosen was great. Now, I do drive a small car and believe these tires are great for smaller vehicles, like my Mazda Miata. Overall such a worth it purchase and will definitely buy again.

I have used Tires Easy for the last 3 purchases of new tires for our family’s vehicles and they have been great! They offer a wide range of tires at great prices! I'm very pleased with the purchases that I've made from Tires-Easy.com. I've purchased 2 individual performance tires and 2 complete sets of 4 tires. The prices are excellent and the quality that I've received has been great so far. Free shipping is a priority for me when purchasing online and I'm happy with the free shipping from Tires-Easy. That being said, the one thing that I wish they'd do is disclose a handling fee up front, instead of it being a surprise at checkout. This would make shipping and comparing considerably easier knowing that you will have an extra $30-40 tacked onto the total.

Good tire, arrived quickly, only issue was it did not come with a rim as I thought it would, and it was difficult to find someone to swap out just a tire on the wheel.

Tires were ordered on January 26, 2026 with an appointment booked through the website for a local installation date of February 1, 2026. Three of the tires arrived at the shop on January 30, 2026. On January 31, 2026, the shop contacted me to inform me that I was missing a tire from my order. The FedEx tracking confirmed this; three tire details matched specifically, and one was short, indicating the tire was lost. I called on 2/2/2026 as there are no customer service representatives available on the weekend.

Over the past 2 1/2 weeks, Tires-Easy has been an awful company to work with. The customer service agents are less than helpful. I ordered a set of Falken Wildpeaks AW3 all terrain tires and received the cheap OE AW3A tires. This did not happen just once, but twice! This is extraordinarily misleading especially to customers who aren't as informed and may not be able to tell the difference. It's essentially fraud for labeling an item as one and sending another. The fact that I have to take the time to move 200lbs of tires on a 1 hour round trip to get them returned is not fair. It's also not fair that I have to wait for the tires to be received by tireseasy to even process a replacement!

I ordered tires on 1/10/2026. They shipped out on the 13th and I received them on the 16th. They were the wrong tires. I contacted them to tell them they were wrong and emailed me return labels the same day. Sent the new set and same model tire as the first batch. Contacted them about it on the 20th that I wanted to return them being wrong tires. Received a email on the 26th that they would get me a return label, now it's the 28th and back on hold trying to get these returned

Worst purchase experience I seen in years. The amount shown in your order summary does not match what is charged to your credit card. You can guess which is higher. They claim they will refund within 45 days, but will not do it without fees. Expect to be charged higher (Handling fee) than shown on the final line prior to hitting the submit button. Fraud!

I had the tires shipped directly to my closest Pep Boys, which made everything easy, fast and stress free. I dropped my car off, went to work and when I came back my car was ready to go with my new tires ready to go. The entire process was really convenient. I would absolutely do it this way again.

Tires-Easy shipped wrong tires twice and now eight days later I still have no refund. I have spent over two hours on the phone with customer service which is obviously out-sourced to another country and have no results. Worst experience ever buying something online.

Never heard about Tires-Easy before and I am so glad I found it! I purchased my tire Monday morning and had it at my front door on Wednesday. I am an Uber driver so I needed to change it fast, and I was back on the road in no time! I will be buying again!

The price here was the absolute best. I found exactly what I needed! I had to do a lot of research, not only because of the price but because I wasn't sure what my car needed. This is my first time ordering from Tires Easy and definitely won't be my last

Everything about this transaction worked well. They had the brand, model and size of tires for my truck. I had them shipped to a local installer. The appointment was set up through Tires Easy. The tires were at the installer on the day of the appointment and that went well. This was the first time I had tires installed with this process and I would do it again.

Tires Easy was the best to order a set of tires through! They were $80/tire cheaper than any other site, the tires arrived quickly via FedEx and were delivered to my driveway. This is the only site that I will purchase tires from and I have six vehicles where I require to order a set or two of tires per year. Great communication and the transaction was flawless!

Shipping went well. If longevity is important to you knowing tire have a shelf life. Check the date of production on the tires before mounting. My tires were a year and a half year old. I wasn't happy about installing year-and-a-half-old tires but I was in a crunch and the only option I had was return for a different set that may or may not be "old" as well. Not much of a solution. I feel like I didn't get my money's worth, knowing my tires are already older. That's just me though.

Delivery only to a few days. Received 2 tires, 1 day and 2 tires the next day. Seems to be very good tires. Good deep tread. Now I feel a lot more comfortable driving to work with this winter coming on.

These tires do the job. My car rides a lot smoother now than with the old tires. They seem a bit noisy but maybe my alignment is off. These new tires have a good tread depth for a good price. I will check Tires-Easy.com again when I need tires.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Tires-Easy.com. I placed an order and attempted to cancel it within three minutes, but customer service refused to cancel and told me I would need to return the product once it arrived. Despite knowing I no longer wanted the item, they shipped it anyway. When I followed their instructions and returned it, they refunded my money minus a processing fee. Charging a processing fee under these circumstances feels unreasonable and unfair, especially when the cancellation request was made almost immediately. This company prioritizes fees over customer service. I would not recommend Tires Easy based on this experience.

Scam of a company with people who barely speak English, they add extra fees at the end. Also, they’ll say they have stock, let you pay, then cancel your order 4 days later leaving you with a wait time for your refund.

The fastest and easiest tire purchase ever! I ordered online and 2 days later they were in my driveway! I will definitely be ordering again. The placing of the order was so easy. I typed in the year, make, and model of my vehicle and the brand of tire I wanted and it was immediately found. The tires are good quality and I have a nice smooth ride. Find another tire place. 2 wrong sets of tires and a cancelled family road trip due to the delay. Gave me a 15% kickback and had to eat the wrong tires. Awesome! Will absolutely never use this place again.

Ordered and was unaware of the handling fee, this added an extra $40 to my purchase. When cancelled 2 MINUTES AFTER, they were unable to follow through with the cancellation. Issue was never made right and was stuck with fees even after the return. Should have shopped with Walmart, far better experience.

Nokian Hakkapeliitta 10 SUV in the size of 225/60/17 is hard-ish to come by and very glad you folks had them. Very quick shipping and had tracking numbers the entire way. These tires are amazing in the snow.

My biggest selling point on these Mickey Thompson Baja AT is they are made in the USA. Great tires overall, very aggressive tread design for an AT. Tires-Easy are just as great. This is a very shady company and running a scam. They advertise free shipping but after they have your card number you will be charged handling fees and recycling fees. I made an order and as soon as I saw the final price I called immediately 10 minutes later to cancel and was told I could not cancel and if I returned them the handling fee would still be charged. No other tire company I have ever ordered from has ever done this. Better stay away from these people. They are crooks.

Placed an order at 11:57 at Tires-Easy.com, and spoke to a representative by 12:15 pm. The person online said they had already shipped and couldn't cancel the order. It is a deceptive practice to say orders can be cancelled within 30 mins and then not allow a customer to do so.

I had a terrible experience with Tires-Easy. They charged me more than the total shown at checkout and charged me twice for the same purchase. When I contacted support immediately after noticing the difference, they refused to cancel my order because it was “past 30 minutes” — even though they confirmed I was overcharged by about $250.

They say shipping is free, but they will charge you a "handling" fee after you have placed the order. You will not know it's being charged until you have already placed the order. I immediately attempted to cancel my order, literally the minute it was placed, and they said it was too late and the handling fee was non-refundable, even if I returned the tires. A very shady business.

Ordered tires for my RV trailer. Checked the date on them and they are over a year and a half old. Contacted them looking for a price adjustment and they told me to go pound salt. They make it sound like they will take care of you when you read the FAQ section dedicated to this problem but they really don't care. I had the tires installed on the 46th week of 2025 and the tires were manufactured on the 11th week of 2024.

Purchased 4 tires from TiresEasy.com All 4 tires were scheduled to arrive 11/20/25. Only 3 of the 4 tires showed up. I already had a set appointment to have them mounted on my car 11/21/25. It's currently 11/20/25 2:52pm CA time as I write this, and after having spoken with TiresEasy through Instagram they claimed "As your tracking details show, the fourth tire is in transit to your location and expected to arrive today by 10:40am and 2:40pm. " That ^^ obviously didn't happen. Upon checking tracking my last/4th tire is still stuck in the state of Ohio. And as I mentioned I have an installation appointment tomorrow. TiresEasy has delayed my project and lost all future business from me. BUY YOUR TIRES AT (PRIORITY TIRE.COM) THEY (GUARANTEE 3-5 DAY ARRIVAL).

I am disappointed in the add on charges after the purchase. They state free shipping. NOT TRUE. After purchase, they add on recycle charge plus handling. What are they recycling?? Handling fee. You must handle an item to ship it. None of these charges are known upfront. SHIPPING IS NOT FREE.

I got a flat tire as I was leaving my house. I'm almost sure it happened because there's a construction in front of my place. Anyways, I needed to buy a new tire quickly, I can't be without my car for long. I found the same tire I already had, and the price seemed reasonable. It arrived the next day. Not sure if this is a common thing, but it worked for me!

This business operates with completely unacceptable and frankly fraudulent practices. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I am giving one only because the system requires it. I placed a large order (9 tires) and the TOTAL amount was immediately charged to my account. Shortly after, they unilaterally CANCELLED 5 of the 9 tires, claiming a "stock error." The problem did not end there: the company has refused to refund my money for the canceled tires for WEEKS. Multiple refund promises (including a self-imposed deadline that they failed to meet) have been broken. My money remains unlawfully retained by Tires-Easy.

Deceiving Advertising. They boast "Free Shipping" but then they charge you around $8.00 per tire "handling" fee. No one else does this. They wouldn't waive the fee so I actually ordered them for LESS from Walmart.com after shoppinng around, Free shipping AND Handling....LOL Give me a break.

I am extremely disappointed with Tires-Easy and the way they have handled my refund. I ordered two tires through their website and had them delivered to one of their recommended installers. The installer confirmed I only needed one tire, so I returned the second tire using their RMA process and provided FedEx tracking. The tire was delivered back to them on a Monday — confirmed. It has now been four days since they received the tire, and there has been zero refund issued and zero proactive communication. I paid for the product, returned it exactly as instructed, and they have the tire — yet I still don’t have my money back. That is unacceptable.

Tires easy are absolute garbage. They are rip off company they post tires at one price and then you go through a whole ordering process. They take the money from your account and then a week later they’ll send you a cancellation request saying that the tires are unavailable, but when you look on the website, the tires are available and priced at about $500 more depending on how many buying in my case six and then just make some bullshit up to you and make up excuses totally wasted in an entire week for me to get my truck tires and I’m still waiting for my 1000 dollars to reach me.

I found Tires-Easy.com to be just that - A very easy buying experience! The price was excellent and free shipping! Can go wrong with this company. I ordered the Power King Towmax Vanguard ST205/75R15 C/6PLY for my horse trailer.

Tires are good. Received it fast. The tires were delivered to a local Pep Boys. They were able to install these on my car. I was offered no refund on the installation costs. Had to take the tires to my local Firestone and get them installed there. So overall, I had to pay for installation twice. Pep Boys did not have a spline tool for the locking lug nuts and they also didn't have a low profile lift. I just do believe that I should be refunded the installation costs that was paid upfront in the purchase.

I ordered and received 2 Bridgestone Turanza Quiet Track tires in June 2025. The tires were checked during a service appointment in August 2025. The tire tread depth was at 5/32. The tires were rated for 80,000 miles. I checked and normal tread depth for a new tire is 9/32 to 11/32. It is not possible for the tires to have lost approximately 1/2 the tread depth in less than 2 months. I have tried contacting the company but I cannot seem to get any results. I have been to the warranty department but the individual just does not respond to my issues. I am extremely disappointed with the product and the customer service.

I didn't even notice the date, but the installation company made me aware after they were already installed...I had to leave the camper and they went ahead and installed without contacting me. Ugh. Tires easy customer support only offered a $50 refund, which wouldn't even cover the costs of having them removed to send back. Also, two months later with only 150 miles on them, one tire blistered on the outside sidewall, and then another tire blistered on the way home. Getting warranty coverage on these is like pulling teeth from a bear. The tire has to be removed from the rim and photographed, then they want inspection report on tire with the rotation and service records.

I scheduled an installation appointment and prepaid for the mounting/balancing/disposal. I arrived at the Tires-easy.com partner Pep Boys at my designated 9:00am appointment time on Sunday, June 20.

SELLING UNSAFE, OUTDATED TIRES!!! Ordered a set of tires online in 6/2005, received them a couple weeks later and had them mounted. When I went to the shop to pick them up the installer pointed out the date the tires were manufactured and said these tires are outdated. The tires were manufactured in July, 2020! They sold me outdated, unsafe tires and won't cover the cost of mounting and dismounting the crap tires they sold me. They offered a 10% discount as a remedy, oh boy what a huge discount on tires that are worthless.

Purchased a set of Pirelli P Zero 245/40R20XL tires for my BMW on 7/21/24 and was told by Tires Easy that the purchase came with "Free Road Hazard Protection - No coupon code needed". Sadly, I believed them and made the purchase ($422.61 per tire), had the tires professionally installed and they were great. Sadly, I hit a pothole which caused a bubble in the tire. When I contacted Tires Easy, they said they didn't include it with my purchase and that I "should have reviewed the receipt at the time of purchase to verify that the Road Hazard Protection was included" at the time of purchase.

Absolute train wreck of a company. Ordered 4 tires to be sent to their installation partner, they sent 1 correct tire and 3 incorrect tires. Mistakes happen, no problem. I contact them and they confirm everything, send fedex to pickup the tires and tell me when fedex scans them at pickup they will send the 3 replacement tires. Sounds great. Fedex refuses pickup due to a mismatch in sku/part #, it's a mis-ship incident so that's to be expected, Ok, still won't blame Tires-easy too badly. They reschedule the pickup again, same problem, they reschedule the pickup 2 more times and they still can't coordinate it properly. At the 3rd time I ask them to just please send me the replacement tires while they work out the issue with the pickup with their installation partner, they refuse to do so.

On February 12, 2025, I ordered a set of 4 Trailer King RST 235/85r16 load range F tires for my camper. On May 28th, we left on our first trip with these tires approximately. 350 miles. Upon arrival we noticed one tire was egg-shaped. I took it to a tire store and they said that they would say a belt broke. I bought a new tire. On the way home, 2 more did the same thing. I have been attempting to contact Tire Easy with no luck. BEWARE of this tire and seller.

I was happy in the past with this company but this time I ordered 4 tires and received 3 from 2019 and one from 2021! Six years old tires are not safe. When we saw that, tires were already mounted so too late to send back. After lots of unuseful emails and long phone call, they offer me 10% back and... They never sent anything.
