Shipping was very fast, as ordered, problem was the tire description on the website claimed to be a three peak, snow flake rating on the website, it was no rated that, regular at tires other than that the tires are nice, seamless transaction.

I purchased tires about a week, went to go get them installed and had a big hole in it, looks like from a forklift and try to get a warranty or a replacement I haven't heard from him since. I sent them pictures and everything. So in my mind telling me their business is just all about money and sad that I have to get a lawyer just to get a tire

Misleading price for tires. You pay for 5 tires when a tire protection plan is added to the bill after they get your credit card number. Try to cancel within 10 minutes of placing order and request is ignored. Sleazy company to deal with.

The process was easy. I bought my tires and it was shipped to the local Pep Boys for installation. The process was smooth, however, there were some misunderstanding when I showed up for the tire installation. My appointment was for 8:30 am. When I arrived at Pep Boys, I was told the installation cannot be done until 10 am, their excuse was, "Tire Easy never confirmed the appointment with them". Other than that, it was a breeze.

They do not state this ANYWHERE about applying for the military discount by email, waiting for a code then placing your order in order to get the discount. I found the SAME tires 20.00 cheaper per tire with the same coverage for repair/replacement. They do NOT make ANYTHING easy.

eRange tires are, so far, indistinguishable from the Michelin Primacy A/S that came with the vehicle, ('22 Hyundai Ioniq 5 AWD), insofar as ride/handling, wet/dry. Only have ~500 miles on them so I'm unable to say anything about wear. I've seem to have picked up my kWh @ mile which tells me they're an easier roll than the non EV Michelins. Then, there's the price; WAY better than any other EV specific tire. Also, don't be scared off by the brand. Sailun is really big in Asia. Like, the 9th largest producers of tires in the world by volume. They're just now breaking in to the North American market. That's why you've never heard of them.

The only complaint I have is that I have my own preferred installer but I was forced to use your partner installer or else have to pay $20+ shipping/handling fee per tire to have the tires shipped to my home or my installer's address. I've ordered from you before and didn't experience this issue. However, your partner installer, Pep Boys, did a great job and I was able to schedule a convenient installation time. But I still would have preferred to use my own installer, as I have doing business with them for many years.

I ordered and received 2 Bridgestone Turanza Quiet Track tires in June 2025. The tires were checked during a service appointment in August 2025. The tire tread depth was at 5/32. The tires were rated for 80,000 miles. I checked and normal tread depth for a new tire is 9/32 to 11/32. It is not possible for the tires to have lost approximately 1/2 the tread depth in less than 2 months. I have tried contacting the company but I cannot seem to get any results. I have been to the warranty department but the individual just does not respond to my issues. I am extremely disappointed with the product and the customer service.

I ordered a set of 4 tires during their Labor Day Sale. The next day my order was cancelled by Tires Easy claiming they "sold out of that tire at that price". I ordered them during the sale at the price they had listed. I looked up the tire, it is still listed at 50% more. Why have a sale if you do not honor it. The sale is still going as I write this. The tire is still on their web site with the jacked up price, noticeably higher than their competition. By the time you add in the undisclosed until you checkout handling fee, Easy Tires is $25 per tire higher than their competition. The Tires Easy web site clearly states they currently have 14 tires in stock. Draw your own conclusion but I DO NOT TRUST TIRES-EASY. 9-5-25.

Ordered new tires for our fifth wheel from Tires Easy and when they arrived, they were already three years old. I didn't even notice the date, but the installation company made me aware after they were already installed...I had to leave the camper and they went ahead and installed without contacting me. Ugh. Tires easy customer support only offered a $50 refund, which wouldn't even cover the costs of having them removed to send back. Also, two months later with only 150 miles on them, one tire blistered on the outside sidewall, and then another tire blistered on the way home. Getting warranty coverage on these is like pulling teeth from a bear. The tire has to be removed from the rim and photographed, then they want inspection report on tire with the rotation and service records.

Within 4 months of purchase the tires are cracked and exposed and showing metal mesh. Gave them installed and balance and alignment receipts. I had a really lousy experience with Tires-easy.com. I gave it a one-start review but I gave them a chance to address it first. I received a canned "sorry, we tried" response. I ordered four tires through Tires-easy.com without any issues although I somehow got signed up for a $140 road hazard warranty I wouldn't have chosen if I'd been aware that's what I was doing. I scheduled an installation appointment and prepaid for the mounting/balancing/disposal. I arrived at the Tires-easy.com partner Pep Boys at my designated 9:00am appointment time on Sunday, June 20.

SELLING UNSAFE, OUTDATED TIRES!!! Ordered a set of tires online in 6/2005, received them a couple weeks later and had them mounted. When I went to the shop to pick them up the installer pointed out the date the tires were manufactured and said these tires are outdated. The tires were manufactured in July, 2020! They sold me outdated, unsafe tires and won't cover the cost of mounting and dismounting the crap tires they sold me. They offered a 10% discount as a remedy, oh boy what a huge discount on tires that are worthless.

Purchased a set of Pirelli P Zero 245/40R20XL tires for my BMW on 7/21/24 and was told by Tires Easy that the purchase came with "Free Road Hazard Protection - No coupon code needed". Sadly, I believed them and made the purchase ($422.61 per tire), had the tires professionally installed and they were great. Sadly, I hit a pothole which caused a bubble in the tire. When I contacted Tires Easy, they said they didn't include it with my purchase and that I "should have reviewed the receipt at the time of purchase to verify that the Road Hazard Protection was included" at the time of purchase.

We are a company that buys 100+ tires a year for our trailer and truck fleet. so we thought we would give this company a shot at supplying us with a sample of 4 tires for a small trailer to test, well we're glad we only ordered 4 when we had them installed at our tire shop the 1 tire is like 2lb out of balance and there is no way to balance this factory defect, so I called the company 844-877-3279 and a girl told me they would not send a new tire before they received this one back, so this is how they scam you they know by the time you go to the tire shop twice you will have more money in the labor than the the tore cost, so what did we do we bought a tire locally and we hangs this one on the wall with the sign that reads don't buy from tires easy it is an easy scam and you will loose money as they do not stand behind their product,

I ordered my tires for my 2014 GMC Sierra from here. In 2 days they arrived at my house, that was fast. The tires were Michelin Defenders. The tires were about 500.00 cheaper than my local shop, so I ordered them.

I ordered two tires on a Sunday to match the rear tires on a trailer I purchased and received the tires only two days later on Tuesday. I had them installed by a local tire shop and installed them on the trailer the same day.

Absolute train wreck of a company. Ordered 4 tires to be sent to their installation partner, they sent 1 correct tire and 3 incorrect tires. Mistakes happen, no problem. I contact them and they confirm everything, send fedex to pickup the tires and tell me when fedex scans them at pickup they will send the 3 replacement tires. Sounds great. Fedex refuses pickup due to a mismatch in sku/part #, it's a mis-ship incident so that's to be expected, Ok, still won't blame Tires-easy too badly. They reschedule the pickup again, same problem, they reschedule the pickup 2 more times and they still can't coordinate it properly. At the 3rd time I ask them to just please send me the replacement tires while they work out the issue with the pickup with their installation partner, they refuse to do so.

I have been trying for 3 days to get a hold of customer service to schedule an installation that they provide. The last time I used them was for the tires a I am replacing. All I get when I call is a varied wait time and that someone will be with me shortly. I have yet to talk to anyone except "Sierra". A couple emails have been sent with no reply. I sent a message through the "Contact Us" section on their site. I got a message back that it was received and that someone will contact me within 48 hours.

On February 12, 2025, I ordered a set of 4 Trailer King RST 235/85r16 load range F tires for my camper. On May 28th, we left on our first trip with these tires approximately. 350 miles. Upon arrival we noticed one tire was egg-shaped. I took it to a tire store and they said that they would say a belt broke. I bought a new tire. On the way home, 2 more did the same thing. I have been attempting to contact Tire Easy with no luck. BEWARE of this tire and seller.

I ordered 3 tires from them only two showed up. My emails go unanswered, (5 emails) getting through on the phone is impossible .. I am very disappointed.!! Will not be using them again! The only redeeming part was the two tires showed in a timely manner.

The Tires Easy website included excellent prices for the 4 new tires I needed. After I ordered the tires and my credit card was charged the problems began. I selected from one of installers listed and chose an installation date in the upcoming week. The night before the installation I received an email from Tires Easy informing me my tires weren't ordered and could not be shipped to the installer. The next morning I attempted to speak with Tires Easy on the phone but after almost an hour no one picked up and their "call back" request does not work. I called the installer who never received any tires or information on when they would receive. I was on a tight timeframe and needed the tires installed this date. I tried to reach Tires Easy again on the phone.

Went through the whole process of selecting tires and filling out all the required info only for the order to be declined at the end. Sent several emails with the order number requesting info on why it is was declined and requesting reinstatement of the order, no response. Called customer service and automation indicated that my wait was less than 5 minutes, waited for 15 min and finally selected to have them call me back. Nothing.

One of the worse experiences I've ever had dealing with a company and I've been providing customer service for over 25 years. I chose this company because they offered free installation. After shopping around I finally decided to go with Tires Easy (horrible mistake). Returning to the site or defaulted to time delivery opposed to store delivery for installation. I call the company and they tell me there's nothing they could do. They didn't get the tires redirected which they could to try to assist further.

I would not trust Tires Easy. I bought a set of four tires. Two of them were already two years old. The other two were three years old when I received them. I tried calling the customer service line only to be told. My wait in line was five minutes. The call back was after hours with an automated computer stating they could not call back at this time. This happened twice.

Ordered tires. Then 3 days later they said they didn't have them so they cancelled the order. Then 10 days later they continued to bill me for the tires that were never sent. $1,000. Customer service is basically non existent. Called. Emailed. Chat. Nothing. Going to bank today to dispute it. Awful experience.

I immediately called them, no answer. I emailed them, no answer. I texted them, no answer. They did send email they get back in 48 hours. I ordered Tires from Tires-Easy.com and was charged for a warranty/service program that did not appear on the shopping cart. I did not find out until the sale had been made and recorded to my credit card. I have called multiple times only to hung hung up on. It would seem that now my calls are just being blocked. The automated system set up a call back that never came as well. The payment is still pending but it seems I have no way to cancel the order as they do not do customer service. It seems my only recourse will be through the credit card company. After reading up on this company online it seems this is a constant issue with this company. I have read that they will also send out used or rotten tires when people pay for new tires as well. Avoid this company at all cost!

Bought a set of “new” tires online. When I received them they were 6 years old and dry rotted and used. I took time out of my day to take pictures of them, print return labels and send them to FedEx. Tires Easy refuses to refund my money for $25.91 sales tax even though there was no sale. Also I’m stuck with the $19.60 handling fee. I do not see how this is right as it was an error on your company. I was told “this has been expedited to our accountants and you should receive a call back soon.” But no one ever calls me back. Now when I call I’m being ignored.

I ordered 4 tires for my travel trailer Trailer King St205/75R14 load D. I included the tire warranty that cost the price of 1 tire $62.14. The ad said free shipping but I was charged $19.60 as a handling fee. The shipping time was over 2 weeks. When the tires arrived 2 out of the 4 had damaged sidewalls 1 with bulged out over an inch and about 3-4 inches in length and width, the other wasn't bulged as bad but was clearly defective.

Ordered two truck tires. One was new and the second tire was USED!!! Sent them photos showing the molded-in detail of the new tire and their absence on the used tire. See attached photos. They're telling me that happened by FEDEX rolling it to their truck. They have treated me VERY BADLY!

Should be zero stars. Bought 5 tires from them on 12/8/24 now it is 12/15/24. Tires were picked up by FedEx 25 miles from me in a warehouse in Seville Oh then went to Richfield Oh terminal. Per tracking then 4 tires made to Twinsburg Ohio FedEx which is rated worst in the country for issues must have lost one tire already in transit per tracking. Now they been sitting at this terminal since 12/9/24. Emailed Tire Easy with no response, waited a couple of days then called, they said they would check into it, that's all I heard. They got my money, now they really don’t care about if and when I get my tires, next step will dispute the charges with the credit card co let them handle it. I wish I would have checked the reviews about them before I bought from them. They are just another shady company that I won’t be doing business with again. So if you decide to try them good luck you have been Warned, check their reviews.
