Great price, delivery time, style and fit. Tires fit well. Sound good on the road with no issues. Waiting for some mud and rain to come up and I’ll be swimming in it. Lol.

The price and tires were great though the shipping hassle set me back a day on my plans. Give a 5 star for Tires-Easy though a 2 star for FedEx.

The ordering experience was clear and easy, as was selecting a local installer. Price was very competitive.

They have good prices on tires but delivery stinks. I see three tires within five days. One tire took seven days to get here so I had to wait to have my tires installed. Other than that. I will recommend them to get tires from them.

Terrible customer service. Followed the instructions on their website for when to set up the service appointment. Ordered tires on 8/27. Appointment was 9/1 at 8 AM. Got a positive email that morning about my appointment. Got my car there at 8. Come to find out the tires only left FedEx Orlando at 3:23 AM that morning. FedEx website said they would be there by 9/2 by eod. FedEx then delivered them to the wrong address and ultimately declared them lost after 72 hrs. At no time did anyone call me back with a status. I asked for a manager, they said they put a request in. I stated they should call by end of business Friday, never happened. I’ve gone almost a week without my car and all they did was give me a refund. I had stated that for the inconvenience, they should have replaced the tires with as good or better tires.

Do not buy from this place unless you like being mislead with hidden fees that don't show up until you've placed and paid for your order. Then they won't refund the over charges. BEWARE!

I ordered a set of tire to be delivered to Pep Boys in Abilene, Texas. The tires came in as expected, but when I went to my appointment on the 25th at 7 am. The shop does not open until 9 am. So I wasted 2 hours because the scheduled time was made by TireEasy at a time when the business was closed.

Ordered 2 tractor tires, received on time, went to have them mounted, one good, one had a split in the sidewall, notified the company, including picture and order number, 3 days not a peep. I didn't damage the tire, the installer didn't damage the tire and I have a tractor I can't use. Just ain't right..... wouldn't use this company again and strongly wouldn't recommend.

When it comes to the rating, the highest in the order is customer service, rated even higher than the product itself. Tires-Easy has one of the worst and nastiest customer service. They refuse to resolve your problem, they refuse to let you speak with supervisor, and argue endlessly with you, and in the end the end just hang up on you.

Horrible customer service. They shipped 4 tires at the same time, and 1 was a completely different size and brand of tire. I had to drive 50 miles round trip to get it to a Fedex center. They couldn’t care less; they messed up and only sent me 3 tires. Then when I tried to order the 4th tire again to match my 3 I already had, they were “sold out”. But I could buy the same tire from another warehouse for $40 more. They offered a whole $5 off. I reminded them this was all due to their incompetence. They are a trash company, save the hassle and headache and go with a reputable company.

The lady who took my phone order had poor English but she got my info and tire info 100% correct the first time. Tires were received exactly on time. 3 tires date code 2526 - 1 tire date code 2326. Now that's fresh. Reasonable price in these hard times.

Tires-Easy sent me 4 tires, out of which 3 came with a high Road Force, beyond what could be adjusted. So TiresEasy sent me 3 more tires, 1 of which still came with a very high RoadForce. I ended up paying for mounting and balancing (with Road Force check and adjust) of 7 tires, and still ended up with 1 that is slightly above spec in Road Force. Either these tires have poor quality control, or TiresEasy is selling mostly tires that failed that control. Either way, extremely poor experience, and TiresEasy does not stand by their service, since they don't want to reimburse for the extra work I had to pay for at EDT Discount Tire shop to mount and balance additional 3 tires. TiresEasy only works with Pep Boys in my area, and PepBoys conveniently does not have balancing machines that would even check Road Force. That means you may get tires that are so oval, they'll be shaking while driving even with good balancing.

I have previously purchased tires from TiresEasy.com and had a good experience. This was the 2nd time, and unfortunately it is not going well.

The incorrect tires were sent to me and ended up costing me three times as much! I'm very disappointed with the service!!!

The order arrived in a timely manner and in good condition, just not the size I thought I had ordered; I sent an email questioning the issue but never received a reply. After some research I determined I could use the tires I received without causing any damage to my drive train. I believe my issue was caused as I navigated the website it would change, such as switching from selecting two tires to four tires, I can only guess that as I moved around the site the size changed and I missed it.

I looked up the size I needed for my truck and found that Tires-Easy was a better deal for four tires than any other place I looked (such as Tire Rack). The tires arrived faster than I thought and the delivery was placed in front of my garage. I took the tires to my favorite mechanic and had them installed. Very happy with my purchase.
