Ordered four Toyo open country rt pro in size 35x12.50r18, from Tires Easy and I received them quickly and at a great price, no hassle. In my opinion, they're way better than Tire Rack for tires.

I have six vehicles and thought I would test the waters with Tires-Easy.com. I bought one tire to test the merchant before supplying all the vehicles (order confirmation#: **, 2026-04-20 (Monday evening). The tire arrived on Wednesday. It appears unused. However, the date on the tire is from 2021. It is 2026. Almost five years of the tire's life have already passed. Oxidation and chemical breakdown wait for nobody. Decent price - except I question a recycle fee when they received no tire from me to recycle. The tire arrived timely. However, quality control is lacking in my opinion - but Tires-Easy is within their own rules. Why?

Found out about this website through a friend. Purchased my tires. Easy and simple. Tires came a few days later. Had them installed at my garage. No issues, very happy. Will be buying another set for a different vehicle soon. Five stars.

I ordered tires for my car on 4/20/26. I specifically asked the representative if they were in stock and they said yes, proceeded to give my credit card information along with shipping address and my card was charged, the next day 4/22/26 got an email saying out of stock. Must a scam charge and then refund you so you call for different tires. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME.

Awesome tires for great prices, I do not believe in spending extra for "name brand" tires, but these tires are great and at a much cheaper price. The only bad thing is that I had to pay a fee for disposal, then had to pay my shop another fee for the same thing. They should not charge a disposal fee when they are not the ones getting rid of the old tires, but still worth it.

Tires in great shape and great price! I run into an incovenience when submitting my order, where the insurance was added to my order, but called and customer service took care of me.

The service was great. Tires delivered quickly and stacked nicely in the driveway. It’s kind of disappointing to see free shipping then pay a “handling fee” that’s easily as much as shipping would have been. That’s not unique to your brand though. Most tire sites do that.

Poor business. They processed my order. Took my money. Even gave a shipping number. They canceled my order and said item is out of stock. The tire is definitely in stock and has a higher price now. They will not honor the sale. They haven't refunded either.

I like the idea of buying tires online. They are affordable and more convenient this way. However, I had a horrible experience with this company and likely will not buy from them again. I will go with a similar company and go a different route. Upon ordering the tires, my order was lost, I recieved 3/4 tires, because they send the tires separately instead of sending all tires that were bought in a package together. Which makes no sense. Why send them separately, when they are the same tire and purchased at the same time? Seems scammy.

Don't buy tires from here. I got absolutely robbed. Two of the 4 were rejects and one of them wouldn't balance. I had to put my spare to get home while the tire shopped ordered me another tire. I had pictures and video of the tires on the balance machine. They never refunded me.

I had bought 4 tires from Tires-Easy.com a little more than a month ago. That process was smooth, easy and less expensive than any other route to get the tires I wanted. Two weeks later I ran over a 6-inch socket extension that punctured the tire and went completely through the inner sidewall. I was never gladder that I purchased the road hazard warranty. I ordered the replacement tire from Tires Easy and again, smooth, easy and shipper directly to my installer. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs quality tires, at a good price.

Install facility was horrible. I took them and installed them somewhere else. I will never use the prepaid install again. Waste of money, I was hoping to get a refund for not using them. The owner was rude. He said the tires were too big for him to install since he was the only installer.

My local auto repair mounted the tire for a very economical price. Now I have a spare ready to go. The Tires Easy purchased is rated as high or better than what local dealer offered. Local dealers don't know much about larger truck tires, because they cater to everyday drivers, not contractors.

I would not use this company again. The customer service team has a careless attitude. I was charged a warranty and recycle fee. I didn't give them anything to recycle. After an hour they finally refunded me the warranty fee and recycle fee. Don't worry about the 30 min cancellation policy on their site, I was told by the CS people that the minute you place the order you're not getting a refund. This place is misleading and they only care about the money. They may say FREE Shipping, but they will make it up in the handling charge. This was the first and last time I will ever use them, and I will make sure that it's noted to others not to use this company.

I am a first-time customer with your company and to be perfectly honest my experience has been a nightmare. I chose your service because of the brand of run flat tires that your website said you offer. Came with a road hazard package that was very difficult to get if I purchase the tires through eBay or Amazon. I noticed as my order was placed that the tires for order#** were being shipped from (2) different warehouses which through my experience is usually an omen to shipping delays/order issues. Well sure enough the (2) 275/35/20 Lexani RFX PLUS ALL-SEASON PERFORMANCE RUN-FLAT tires quickly arrived at my house from the closer shipper the Plainview, New York supplier. The big problem is I paid for the aforementioned tire but received a Lexani LX-TWENTY in that same size.

We needed all four tires on our 2022 Traverse. I haven’t bought tires in a long time and never thought of the internet. I went to local shops, nothing in stock. Not even WallyWorld. Then I stumbled across Tires-Easy. I thought this was too good to be true. The tires were in stock, 25% cheaper, and they even arranged local mounting and delivery to that local shop. Very simple, very clean, very thorough. Complete service. I feel sorry for the local tire shops. They just can’t compete. Next I need tires for the truck. I won’t even look anywhere else. Experience with Tire Easy was exactly that, EASY! Easy to use website, fast shipping, had within two days. Only thing is I wish they had tire installers in my area, they do not. Tires are GREAT, way better than the way more expansive Goodyear's I had on it for the winter. 3Peak rated, and I agree!

Ordered 4 tires and paid to have them installed at their preferred installer... I received confirmation from Tires Easy that installer was contacted and confirmed my appointment. Not only were the tires shipped separately with different delivery dates but upon calling installer, they have no record of my appointment and cannot even accommodate the install for these truck tires. He said his guy is brand new and has never installed 35x12.5x22 tires and wasn't sure if they would fit in his machine. This is on my Ram 1500.. Not some semi truck. Anyway upon calling Tires Easy... No real solution provided... I basically have to wait until my tires are delivered to the installer who cannot install them and pick them up and take them somewhere else. I am calling back again to get a refund for my installation that I was charged for since they cannot install and I have to pay someone else now to install and redeliver the tires.

My tires that I bought from Tires-Easy was delivered very quickly and they were cheaper than Amazon, which is where I used to purchase them. They are the very same exact tires. I'm very pleased with the purchases that I've made from Tires-Easy.com. I've purchased 2 individual performance tires and 2 complete sets of 4 tires. The prices are excellent and the quality that I've received has been great so far. Free shipping is a priority for me when purchasing online and I'm happy with the free shipping from Tires-Easy. That being said, the one thing that I wish they'd do is disclose a handling fee up front, instead of it being a surprise at checkout. This would make shipping and comparing considerably easier knowing that you will have an extra $30-40 tacked onto the total.

Good tire, arrived quickly, only issue was it did not come with a rim as I thought it would, and it was difficult to find someone to swap out just a tire on the wheel.

Tires were ordered on January 26, 2026 with an appointment booked through the website for a local installation date of February 1, 2026. Three of the tires arrived at the shop on January 30, 2026. On January 31, 2026, the shop contacted me to inform me that I was missing a tire from my order. The FedEx tracking confirmed this; three tire details matched specifically, and one was short, indicating the tire was lost. I called on 2/2/2026 as there are no customer service representatives available on the weekend.

Over the past 2 1/2 weeks, Tires-Easy has been an awful company to work with. The customer service agents are less than helpful. I ordered a set of Falken Wildpeaks AW3 all terrain tires and received the cheap OE AW3A tires. This did not happen just once, but twice! This is extraordinarily misleading especially to customers who aren't as informed and may not be able to tell the difference. It's essentially fraud for labeling an item as one and sending another. The fact that I have to take the time to move 200lbs of tires on a 1 hour round trip to get them returned is not fair. It's also not fair that I have to wait for the tires to be received by tireseasy to even process a replacement!

I ordered tires on 1/10/2026. They shipped out on the 13th and I received them on the 16th. They were the wrong tires. I contacted them to tell them they were wrong and emailed me return labels the same day. Sent the new set and same model tire as the first batch. Contacted them about it on the 20th that I wanted to return them being wrong tires. Received a email on the 26th that they would get me a return label, now it's the 28th and back on hold trying to get these returned

Worst purchase experience I seen in years. The amount shown in your order summary does not match what is charged to your credit card. You can guess which is higher. They claim they will refund within 45 days, but will not do it without fees. Expect to be charged higher (Handling fee) than shown on the final line prior to hitting the submit button. Fraud!

I had the tires shipped directly to my closest Pep Boys, which made everything easy, fast and stress free. I dropped my car off, went to work and when I came back my car was ready to go with my new tires ready to go. The entire process was really convenient. I would absolutely do it this way again.

Tires-Easy shipped wrong tires twice and now eight days later I still have no refund. I have spent over two hours on the phone with customer service which is obviously out-sourced to another country and have no results. Worst experience ever buying something online.

They arrived today and they are even older. Not only that, they look warped, yellowish, dry and dirty like they were sitting outside. This is unacceptable. The price here was the absolute best. I found exactly what I needed! I had to do a lot of research, not only because of the price but because I wasn't sure what my car needed. This is my first time ordering from Tires Easy and definitely won't be my last

Everything about this transaction worked well. They had the brand, model and size of tires for my truck. I had them shipped to a local installer. The appointment was set up through Tires Easy. The tires were at the installer on the day of the appointment and that went well. This was the first time I had tires installed with this process and I would do it again.

Tires Easy was the best to order a set of tires through! They were $80/tire cheaper than any other site, the tires arrived quickly via FedEx and were delivered to my driveway. This is the only site that I will purchase tires from and I have six vehicles where I require to order a set or two of tires per year. Great communication and the transaction was flawless!

Shipping went well. If longevity is important to you knowing tire have a shelf life. Check the date of production on the tires before mounting. My tires were a year and a half year old. I wasn't happy about installing year-and-a-half-old tires but I was in a crunch and the only option I had was return for a different set that may or may not be "old" as well. Not much of a solution. I feel like I didn't get my money's worth, knowing my tires are already older. That's just me though.

Delivery only to a few days. Received 2 tires, 1 day and 2 tires the next day. Seems to be very good tires. Good deep tread. Now I feel a lot more comfortable driving to work with this winter coming on.

These tires do the job. My car rides a lot smoother now than with the old tires. They seem a bit noisy but maybe my alignment is off. These new tires have a good tread depth for a good price. I will check Tires-Easy.com again when I need tires.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Tires-Easy.com. I placed an order and attempted to cancel it within three minutes, but customer service refused to cancel and told me I would need to return the product once it arrived. Despite knowing I no longer wanted the item, they shipped it anyway. When I followed their instructions and returned it, they refunded my money minus a processing fee. Charging a processing fee under these circumstances feels unreasonable and unfair, especially when the cancellation request was made almost immediately. This company prioritizes fees over customer service. I would not recommend Tires Easy based on this experience.

Scam of a company with people who barely speak English, they add extra fees at the end. Also, they’ll say they have stock, let you pay, then cancel your order 4 days later leaving you with a wait time for your refund.

Find another tire place. 2 wrong sets of tires and a cancelled family road trip due to the delay. Gave me a 15% kickback and had to eat the wrong tires. Awesome! Will absolutely never use this place again.

Ordered and was unaware of the handling fee, this added an extra $40 to my purchase. When cancelled 2 MINUTES AFTER, they were unable to follow through with the cancellation. Issue was never made right and was stuck with fees even after the return. Should have shopped with Walmart, far better experience.
