Great experience with ordering tire online dealing with customer service. Tire were great for my bmw. Can’t beat the price and quality of the tires. They came in a timely fashion. No complaints.

Great tires and they all got delivered on time with no issues. I would definitely recommend buying tires from Tires-Easy.

All I can say is that Tires Easy made it very easy for me to get my tires and get them mounted on my cars. The only thing is, if these tires have a problem, will the warranty take care of my tires. For now, everything is great with the tires that I bought from Tires Easy.

They not only were 1/4 the cost of a “traditional” tire place, but we were able to have them shipped right to our home! How awesome is that! For those of you that live in the big city, you can have your tires directly to the shop and have them put them on for free! My daughter needs new tires, and we will definitely get them here!

Good price showed on window then went to check out it added EXTRA fees to order. Beware of companies that do this. They are dishonest! I cancelled my order and blocked them for my browser. Stay AWAY. I would say to add the cost to the price of the tire and not add that on the end of the order, The handling fees are not honest fees, They are bait and switch tactics to confuse the already confused public. Resturants are doing this and it's not working for them either. Beware.....

I just ordered 2 tires online, they state at time of checkout send to an installer or ship to home. The ship to home has a handling fee that states it's viewable at checkout. I only saw the fee after I pressed pay now. I called the company and asked if I could change my order to be delivered to a local installer. That option is not possible???? So I can return my order but I can't change anything before the tires arrive. Horrible idea. So So Sad.

I was recommended by my coworker. At first I was a bit skeptical because he is such a cheap ***, and he likes to cut corners but after browsing the site and seeing the different brands of tires I would normally purchase elsewhere at better prices I gave it a chance. I'm never going to a local shop or big tire chain again. I saved time, and money! Installation wasn't an issue in my area so no worries there.

Tires-Easy offered the absolute best price on my purchase of 4 Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus tires for my Toyota Sienna. I was directed there from the Continental site. They had links to 3 distributors. Tires Easy also offered free installation through your choice of many of their installer partners, with the appointment made during the online checkout process. This price could not be beat. Going through my regular mechanic would have cost me $200 more.

The Tires-Easy process was a great experience. They had the best pricing and scheduling with a garage for installation was simple. The coordination with the garage could have been better. They didn't have our appointment scheduled with Tires-Easy in their system. But, they accommodated me and were able to do the install as scheduled.

I ordered 4 Firestone destination tires from here for a very reasonable price, a day later they send me an email stating they were refunding my money because they were sold out of those tires at that price, not out of the tires, just out of the ones for their marked price. So it is clear they had the tire but weren’t going to honor their advertised price, not including I had to wait 4 days before my money was refunded. This place is crooked and I wouldn’t ever do business here again.

Tires came in on time. Appointment was scheduled but they did not get it done until the next day.

1st time buyer, price ok, shipping was 2 days later than expected.... But the biggest problem is that I order this on 4/2026 and gotten a 1421 dated tire!!! Holy crap! Who's going to put on a 5 year old tire!!! Wtf! I was expected less than one year old tire. Never will purchase again and you shouldn't either!

Ordered four Toyo open country rt pro in size 35x12.50r18, from Tires Easy and I received them quickly and at a great price, no hassle. In my opinion, they're way better than Tire Rack for tires.

I did not see how to update my previous critical review of Tires Easy from two stars to five due to Customer Service follow up. Everyone makes mistakes at some point: how they rectify those mistakes makes the difference. The tire I received was approximately five years old - way too told to put on a vehicle that carries a van load of home schooled children.

Found out about this website through a friend. Purchased my tires. Easy and simple. Tires came a few days later. Had them installed at my garage. No issues, very happy. Will be buying another set for a different vehicle soon. Five stars.

I ordered tires for my car on 4/20/26. I specifically asked the representative if they were in stock and they said yes, proceeded to give my credit card information along with shipping address and my card was charged, the next day 4/22/26 got an email saying out of stock. Must a scam charge and then refund you so you call for different tires. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME.

Awesome tires for great prices, I do not believe in spending extra for "name brand" tires, but these tires are great and at a much cheaper price. The only bad thing is that I had to pay a fee for disposal, then had to pay my shop another fee for the same thing. They should not charge a disposal fee when they are not the ones getting rid of the old tires, but still worth it.

Tires in great shape and great price! I run into an incovenience when submitting my order, where the insurance was added to my order, but called and customer service took care of me.

Poor business. They processed my order. Took my money. Even gave a shipping number. They canceled my order and said item is out of stock. The tire is definitely in stock and has a higher price now. They will not honor the sale. They haven't refunded either.

I like the idea of buying tires online. They are affordable and more convenient this way. However, I had a horrible experience with this company and likely will not buy from them again. I will go with a similar company and go a different route. Upon ordering the tires, my order was lost, I recieved 3/4 tires, because they send the tires separately instead of sending all tires that were bought in a package together. Which makes no sense. Why send them separately, when they are the same tire and purchased at the same time? Seems scammy.

I recently installed the Nitto Terra Grappler G3 in 275/60R20 on my Toyota Tundra 1794, and I couldn’t be happier. The tires look fantastic and give the truck a much more aggressive stance while still maintaining a premium appearance. Ride comfort actually improved compared to the factory tires — bumps are smoother, and road noise is very reasonable for an all-terrain tire. Wet traction has also been excellent, which is important where I live. Fuel consumption did increase slightly, which I expected with a larger, heavier tire, but the trade-off in comfort, stability, and appearance is absolutely worth it. Overall, a great balance of on-road comfort and rugged capability. Highly recommended.

Tires were delivered to a shipping agent exactly as promised, and very promptly. This would have been a five star review, were it not for the incomplete invoicing details that were provided. Even by following up with Tires Easy Customer Service, the only document I was able to obtain was titled "Order Confirmation" (not invoice, as requested). Secondly, the "Order Confirmation" does not include the Business or Trading address of Tires Easy (which an 'invoice' is required by law to include). Fortunately, my customer (and my accountant) accepted what was provided by Tires Easy, but that would have been a problem in most other situations.

Don't buy tires from here. I got absolutely robbed. Two of the 4 were rejects and one of them wouldn't balance. I had to put my spare to get home while the tire shopped ordered me another tire. I had pictures and video of the tires on the balance machine. They never refunded me.

I had bought 4 tires from Tires-Easy.com a little more than a month ago. That process was smooth, easy and less expensive than any other route to get the tires I wanted. Two weeks later I ran over a 6-inch socket extension that punctured the tire and went completely through the inner sidewall. I was never gladder that I purchased the road hazard warranty. I ordered the replacement tire from Tires Easy and again, smooth, easy and shipper directly to my installer. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs quality tires, at a good price.

Install facility was horrible. I took them and installed them somewhere else. I will never use the prepaid install again. Waste of money, I was hoping to get a refund for not using them. The owner was rude. He said the tires were too big for him to install since he was the only installer.

Local dealers don't know much about larger truck tires, because they cater to everyday drivers, not contractors.
