This visit was much faster than my previous ones. They did a great job. I was very pleased with the people, facility, and speed of service. I will be coming back for my next service and will recommend this shop to others.

I had two flat tires and they were not repairable. Mavis was able to find a set of great tires to replace my existing worn out set of tires. My car has key lock lug nuts for each wheel and since I don’t have the key to loosen the locked nuts, it was troublesome to replace the tires. The store manager went out of his way to locate a master key for my lug nuts and was able to finished the job. He even replace the lock key nuts with normal lug nuts to prevent future issues. What a great job!

Mechanic Nate ** was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable in his field. They are very fair and honest at this particular Mavis. They took great care of my Jeep Cherokee and I will be going back in the future with my other vehicles as well. I highly recommend the Mavis in Warrington Pennsylvania for your auto mechanic needs. Clean outfit and trustworthy mechanics.

We needed to get the AC replaced in our car and we were going out of time. I told the guys what time we needed it completed and the did it with an hour to spare. Will definitely be back for other service in the future!

I go here routinely for oil changes, tire changes and other minor car stuff. The team always does a great job, they hustle to get customers out asap and the manager runs a tight ship and that's how it should be. I always have a pleasant experience and I have probably used them 18-20 times at this point.

I’ve taken my vehicle up here for more than 5+yrs and they’ve always taken care of my vehicle with reasonable prices. I’m a mom of 3 so it’s very relieving when something goes wrong with my vehicle and I know I can bring it to the shop and they’re always straightforward and honest about what needs to be done. Always have a good experience at the Lebanon location. They can get my car in to get serviced around my work schedule. They are always fair and honest, never overcharge or take advantage. Always professional and courteous. I don’t take my car anywhere else.

Normally one does not expect a great experience at an auto store. Mavis and Bartram Park exceeded my expectations in both quality and price point. I highly recommend Mavis! The gentleman at the front desk was helping all the customers with a smile on his face and was explaining everything to the customer. Again great experience and I will be returning to Mavis and Bartram Park for all my automotive needs.

Replace run flat tire damaged by pothole. They did a great job. Completed promptly while I waited. Treated very nicely by Rich. Fair price. Also treated my son fairly with his new tire and shocks. Would recommend Mavis to anyone.

Do not trust what they say about what your car needs! I went there for a tire. I got, what I verified was a good deal. After telling them that because of that deal I would come back for the other tire, they felt that I trusted them and they could tell me whatever they wanted. They told me that my suspension, struts, and shocks were shot and gave me an estimate for $1700, which of course I didn't have at the time. They asked that I write my review right then, so he got 5 stars because of the good tire deal. However, when I went to the dealer, and a separate mechanic the next day, I was told there was nothing whatsoever wrong with my car. A $1700 lie! Do Not Trust!!!

I came to Mavis to get an alignment, the service was "AMAZING", these guys were the best all around!! I had just gotten off of work off a 12-hour shift, I was tired and I got lost, they stayed on the phone with me until I actually pulled in, gave me directions all the way, and when I made it there, offered me a chair to relax and sleep in until they were done!! 100% AWESOME!! I will spread the word!!!! THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS!!!

If you need tires please give the good people at Mavis tire in Walkertown a call. You can get a fair price on good tires. They’re not there to I tried to take advantage of anyone. They are very friendly, professional and they do an excellent job.

Went to Mavis on hardscrabble, they were quick in identifying what I would need and even stayed after hours to get the repairs completed. Fast and friendly service and also helped w/ payment options to get the products and service I need at a very reasonable price.

The staff here are friendly and know their jobs. I had a blowout last week. I found out my tires were all cracking and needed to be replaced. They were fair and gave me a good tire at a reasonable price. I had an appointment but they were finished early. I've had other work done here and was very pleased. Also, it is less than 5 miles from home.

Very nice and professional service. I’ve never been here before. It seemed very nice and clean. Service was fast which was faster than I figured I would be here on a Saturday. Had an alignment done today. Darien ** was very nice guy to deal with.

I have been taking all of my vehicles to Mavis primarily because of the staff. If they call and say the car needs something I automatically approve it. Just as often they will call and tell me that it was not as bad as I feared and it only needed an inexpensive part. They are friendly, professional, and concerned about my satisfaction. I have trusted them for many years.

Johnny and his crew were very professional. They were fair with the prices they charged, and they made useful recommendations. Unlike most shops, I didn't feel lied to or taken advantage of. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs new tires.

There are lots of garages around, but I go to Mavis first. They do SO much more than tires! I trust them because they are honest and their prices are very reasonable. They keep you well informed of the status of your car and are always helpful.

Terrible terrible customer service. I am from out of town and ordered 4 tires to be put on my car BEFORE I left town. I made the reservation and paid $25 to hold the reservation for them to put the tires on. Now, while I cannot fault THEM for not receiving the tires in time I can and certainly DO for their poor communication AND pathetic response when the tires showed up 2.5 hours after my scheduled and paid for appointment time. Here’s what I received from Joe and Juan— “Bring the car and leave it and we’ll get it done before 6:00.” Uhhhh what? I’m from out of town and can’t leave it as I don’t have family or friends to pick me up! Their response…. “Well just get an UBER”…..From an expert who has dealt with people for 30 plus year Joe— that’s not what the customer wants or needs to hear…. Especially from one who doesn’t even have an UBER account!

I didn’t have an appointment but realized my inspection was overdue so needed to have my car inspected. My car dealership had no points on their waiting list until a week and a half. The staff at Mavis got my car done quickly and with a smile. Now I am smiling!

The Managers & Staff at 2575 Boston Road are always professional and respectful with their customs. Their answers to questions are always honest and they don't promise anything they can't deliver. I have always been very happy and satisfied with the service and the way they treated their customs.

Mavis Discount Tire on Olden in Ewing is a very busy shop. The manager (Jaquis) and Nick are very professional, quick, speedy and efficient. If they think they can't get to your car at that time, they let you know. They don't promise what they can't deliver. They will fix a problem and keep you abreast of the situation.

I took my vehicle to Mavis in October 2021 and got all new tires. I also had some brake issues, they gave me an inspection and estimate of the work in April 2022 and I was very pleased with all the repairs on the vehicle. On 6/9/2022 I took vehicle on for rotation and balance and very pleased with the service. This location is close to my residence. The staff is always helpful in answering any questions or concerns I have about repairs or costs. I will continue to do business at this location!

Walk in and excellent, speedy service- in and out with inexpensive pricing - quickly fixed my tire which had been punctured by a nail - they told me it would take an hour but I was in and out in 15 minutes!

E. Islip facility was able to accommodate me on same day notice. Suggested that wheel balance was not necessary as it was not contributing to my issue. Manager was courteous & friendly. Discount coupons were honored. Technician reviewed brakes and tire conditions as being up to par. Work was completed earlier than stated time for completion.

After complaining about the dishonesty of the Boca Raton Mavis dealer, Mavis corporate offered me a voucher for a free tire alignment. I made a 9:00 appointment and drove 30 minutes only to be told that they would not honor the voucher, because I had the nerve to tell the world how horrible they were. If you do business with Mavis Tires in Boca Raton you will be insulted, offended and cheated.

Frank at Mavis on Sunrise Highway is fantastic. Very professional and efficient with his customers. I was made aware of everything going on with my car. I was out sooner than I expected. Amazing service every single time. Would definitely recommend to all!

Richard ** was great and fast. Even though Richard was the only mechanic, he didn't grumble or mad us feel like he didn't won't to do it. The young lady at the front is nice and very friendly. She made us feel at home.

The staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable.. Had my car in for inspection and it was my first time doing it at this company. Was able to drop off the night before after closing and picked up next day before closing. When I picked up the mechanic came out to talk to me and the girl ringing me up wasn't just a person doing paper work but she was one of the mechanics so everyone can answer your questions which I really liked. After breaking down two hours from home, the staff at Mavis Discount Tire came to my rescue. The experience started with giving me the name and number of a towing service and ended with servicing my vehicle and getting me back on the road within a couple of hours. I had the pleasure of working with Austin at the Malvern location, who was able to help me get my 4 new tires put on my Mazda 3. The day prior, I was moving to a new location and my from driver's side tire blew out. Luckily for me, Austin was able to make the purchase seamless and minimized my frustrations!

They do half ** work then don't want to fix it. Spent $750 for an alignment and to get my tie rods replaced. A week later found out they didn't even do an alignment and I'm fighting with them to get stuff fixed. Very sorry company. Don't waste your time or money.

Last year, we had a nail in the tire of our newly purchased used car. We brought it to another tire place and they were not helpful. So we drove to the nearest place we could find Bayonne Mavis. What a great find. He did such an excellent job on the repair and almost a year later here we are because I remember the amazing service from the nail in the tire. I made reservations for 4 new tires installation and an oil change. It was a busy day and a lot of folks were in the waiting room. I forgot to mention I needed an alignment so when they were done, I mentioned I wanted to make another appointment. Trevor in front said he can get check with the service team. He came back and they were able to do it all in one visit! The prices here definitely beat the car dealership service center. I also did a comparison with other tires places and Mavis was still cheaper. Due to the excellent service and time frame, I will be coming back. Thank you for your service!

This location used to be action gator tire and this is the example of an excellent transition! Great service and amazing insight, made a complicated situation easy and I appreciate it immensely! My tires were messed up and I had my car towed there, the team gave me a competitive price and accommodated my schedule and was very friendly all throughout. Being a Saturday, I knew they'd be busy, but they took care of me as usual. Parking lot and waiting room was full shortly after opening. Still, mostly cleared out by 1030 when I left. I got my tires rotated and it took less time than was quoted. Great customer service. The service and care for my car was superior. I always come and get my car serviced here and they take great care of my car.

They showed me my tires and explained that I needed 4 new tires which I could clearly see once they pointed it out. They had tires in stock and replaced them right then. They informed me it would take about an hour and a half to replace them, balance them, mount them and do an alignment and it was completed right on time. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and had excellent prices. Very pleased with their excellent service and I highly recommend them.

I went to Mavis for brake pads and rotors and was given an estimate for what I wanted. It was a better one than I had received elsewhere so decided to go with them. I had other things to do so I left my vehicle there and they kept me apprised of what was going on. When I came to pick up my vehicle the rep explained all he had done and the estimate was exactly what he charged me. I will definitely return here when I am ready for other things to be done.

The other day close to closing time I had a tire blow out on me. I called up there like 5 mins till closing and they jumped right on it. They were so nice and willing to help me even though it was basically closing time.

I drive a 2020 Corolla. 99% NYC urban driving. The starter in my car was starting to go. Was able to make an appointment in 3 days. Took me right in on time (no waiting) gave me a rough estimate of what it might cost. Called a few hours later to inform of the progress and a more accurate account of service. Rich the General Manager was friendly but clear of what was needed and why. Mechanic did a great job. Like driving a new car!

I stopped into Mavis without an appointment because my tire was continually losing air. I was greeted promptly, and the manager explained that they would evaluate the tire and let me know what my options were as soon as possible. I was on my way with the problem solved in about an hour.

They ran my car into the jack lift bars and cracked my bumper. 2 people saw it happen. Now they're saying they didn't do it and won't pay. I have plenty of proof on my phone and also took the name and number of another customer who also witnessed this. Then are unqualified people. Don't care about your property and they are all liars. I would warn everybody I know about them. Horrible service.

Got New Tires and Routers and breaks, No real Complaints. So far Everything is working fine, Will bring car back for a follow-up inspection, to check on tires and the brake fluid to make sure it's not leaking. All in all I found it to be a clean and friendly place and would gladly go back again.

Got in the car for a trip and panel said Low Tire Pressure. Called Mavis and they immediately worked me in to fix my nail hole. On the road 2 hours later. Great friendly service. Both Josh and Gabe were so helpful.

I have an excellent experience getting my winter tires changed at Mavis. I highly recommend the store in Webster NY on Empire Blvd. The store’s service was great and the price was very affordable. I didn’t have to wait too long for my car to be serviced.

I first went to Mr. Tire in Tinton Falls (whom I later learned had tried to scam me) & next thankfully to the honest folks at Mavis in Shrewsbury for brakes grinding noise. Mavis advised all I needed was new front brake pads which they fully replaced for a discounted total of $138 - that the more expensive front brake rotors were thankfully fine and the back brakes were also completely fine with neither needing parts replaced.

Mavis Discount Tire always has phenomenal customer service. My car is always done on time as promised, and they always apply any discounts that they can. They have even gone out of their way to show me certain parts that needed repair and I have built so much trust with them that I would never go anywhere else.

Not many tire dealers are equipped to remove and install tractor tires. Darien in Haughton, La quoted me a reasonable tire price and remove install price. After I got there, they had me out within 1 hour or so. Professional, Courteous and helpful throughout the store.

I ordered a tire online and had it delivered to Mavis. I was not disappointed! Great service and great customer service. Very pleased with the prompt service I received. While the price for the tires themselves were fair, the cost of extra fees like hazard for flats, etc are included are above and beyond the cost of installation. Sometimes there is also an overhead fee. By the time all these extra costs are added in, it is significant and gets expensive. Some of your competitors installation costs include hazard and overhead figured in. The four stars reflect the service provided. The cost of the extra fees gives the impression of nickel and diming the customer and are not the fault of the employees that perform the work at the site.

They were great. They were fast and recommended a wheel alignment. Car rides better. Couldn’t be happier with the service and with the people inside. They took their time, explained everything to me and was very clear in what I needed.

I had a great experience, the attendant at the Front counter “Q” was very accommodating and professional. I had a tight schedule. I had a prior engagement, and he got the job done in a timely manner! The staff was very helpful and courteous.

My most recent experience was exactly what I expected, outstanding. I bought my car in for tires and front end alignment. The manager and the mechanic were both extremely pleasant and professional. I tend to be wary of auto repair shops, but not Mavis. I feel I am being treated fairly and honestly at all times. As it turned out I needed a tie rod, I was given a fair price, my car was made street ready and I returned the next, had the new tie rod installed and alignment done. All in all a great experience. I have also been to the Hamburg, Shillington, and Reading location and all provided excellent service. Although I must say the Douglasville and Hamburg stores are outstanding.

These guys are thorough and fair. My 2005 and 2015 Toyotas both drive like brand spanking new cars now. I loved hearing the laughter and comradery of the mechanics while they worked. Came to visit my brother and had picked up a nail. Mavis Tires was close to my brother's house. I dropped off my car and they were able to repair my tire without it costing an arm and a leg. They gave me an approximate time, for pick up, and were right on time. They were very courteous. I would definitely recommend them!

It was quite the positive experience. The manager Gino got me in as soon as he could. When I ask for extra service he provided it in a very professional manner. He also explained the whole process. The store was decent for a automotive store. But the service was superb.

I needed to have an air shock replaced and they did an amazing job. Three days later I hit a pothole which caused damage to a tire, again amazing job. Believe it or not one week later I had to replace another tire due to a sidewall puncture and again amazing job. I cannot recommend them enough. Very friendly, speedy service, and overall customer care. I highly recommend.

I've taken two cars into Scarsdale Mavis and both times it wasn't clear if I needed a new tire or it could be repaired. Both times they repaired the tire when they could have simply told me I needed a new one.

I went to have my Alternator replaced and the turnaround time was quick. I really appreciated that. The location I visited was the Shreveport Barksdale Blvd in Shreveport Louisiana.

Unfortunately I've been using them for years, I took 2 vehicles in for routine, maintenance on March 12, 2022 to the Phoenixville PA location and 3 days later my engine light and oil light turned on, turns out that they never replaced the oil cap after the oil change and it totally destroyed my engine. It's now 3 WEEKS later and I am still waiting on management to approve the vehicle repairs that they caused. I just spoke to Kevin the regional manager and he could care less with the frustration and inconvenience they have caused. They are just taking their time to get my vehicle sent out for repairs. I would not recommend them to anyone, this is one place that could care less for their customers regardless of how many years you have used them. An apology does nothing for destroying a vehicle I have only had for 6 months and doing payments on.. Absolutely ridiculous!!

The service I received here was excellent. I had an emergency situation with my car, visiting in Shirley, NY, on Fri. Apr.1. The Mavis was extremely busy and booked up. But they agreed to evaluate the damage I had incurred the previous night from a very bad pothole. The damage was extensive on the front and rear passenger side. I needed to drive home upstate NY, ASAP. Overnight they ordered parts, and had my car repaired by 11AM next morning. The service consultant at the counter, and the service manager were very professional, accommodating, and experienced. This was one of the best auto repair experiences I have had!

I've had my car to Mavis twice recently, for repairs. The pricing was just over half of the quoted price, from my usual go-to shop. I was kept informed during said repairs, of any delays in receiving parts, or scheduling requiring specialist for the service. Employees are friendly, helpful & do go out of their way to try to save you money. They even researched my car, to see if one $500.00+ repair could be done under recall notice. Mavis is my new garage of choice. I highly recommend them!!

Excellent professional help with the issue I was having. The manager looked at my car as soon as he could and diagnosed the issue as a bad tire pressure sensor. It was replaced and car was returned to me within an hour. Excellent service and exceptional detail. I will keep coming back to this store.

The Mavis Tires in Tallahassee Florida (Tallahassee, Mill Creek Lane) is run by a manager named Todd. Todd is the best and his staff take after him. All around great shop, helpful staff, and A+ Manager. Great communication and reliable work done with help after the job is complete. I went there for the intention of getting my alignment and suspension checked out. Ty told me it would be a 45 minute wait so I said ok and I waited for a while but understood their situation with staff only 2 mechanics and him. While they were getting busy and Ty came to tell me that I had several things going on so I chose to do 1 of them and that was the struts. Ty gave me the price of it and I hit the floor but he took care of me anyway he could and I thought that was the greatest thing but even though helping with the price it was still very expensive. I understand about inflation and everything but the price could be better.

I had a scheduled oil change appointment at 6pm on 3/17. I was a little early but was still serviced immediately. Charles had great customer service and was very thorough thru the entire process. He did let me know my wiper blades looked worn which I had realized the previous day and meant to mention during check-in so super glad they brought that to my attention!

Had a great experience getting new brake pads and rotors. Straightforward and didn’t try to upsell on anything. Nice people too. Had a squeal after installation but brought it back and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly (dust guard just had to be adjusted.).

Fast, excellent service at reasonable prices. Drove over a nail, had to get the tire repaired before it went flat. Mavis took me right in, checked all the tires, repaired the damaged one and I was on my way. Price was right and super quick turnaround time.

Mavis is my go-to location for help with my leases and with my new van. The dealerships are not in the business of service, but Mavis is and I have had excellent customer service and care of my vehicles. I recommend calling ahead to get an appointment, but service can be available to walk-ins.

The Catskill NY location is excellent. Many times the schedule is busy, but the staff are excellent. From the managers to the techs, all are helpful, upfront and as accommodating as they can be. They do everything they can for you and make the entire experience pleasurable.

Landon is the salesman that took excellent care of my daughter's car and mine as well. From the time I walked in to the time I left, they took care of my every need and never tried to oversell me anything.

I was happy with the front service but when I went back 3 days later to re-torque my tires we noticed 2 wheel locks were missing and some of the other wheel lugs were loose. Thank God I didn’t have an accident while driving to work on 95. You should not be working in a garage rotating tires if you don’t know how to put all of the lugs and wheel locks back on and tightened them. I had an oil change so now I wonder if he put a new oil filter.

For the last six years, I have taken my car to the Mavis Tire in Fishkill, NY. I have even recommended them to numerous friends and family based on: how well they honored appointments and the customer service they provided. Unfortunately, that is not the case anymore. After an unfortunate incident related to a car inspection, not only were they not accommodating to my requests during the inspection, they also misplaced OEM parts from my car. What was worse was I was blamed that I didn’t come in with the parts. (I have video proof that I did).

I had noticed a nail in one of my tires and found out the hard way that my spare was flat. I went to the Mavis store nearby and asked about a patch and getting a used tire to use as a spare. They quickly repaired the tire and looked but didn't find a used tire. I was then given options for a new tire to use as a spare. I wasn’t given the “sales” pitch for new tires or for an expensive spare. The price they gave was very fair and acceptable and I quickly agreed even though I had no intention of buying new for a spare. I forgot to mention that I didn’t get there until about closing time but no one was in a hurry and they were professional as well as very personable. I was in and out in no time. Great store, great experience with a great staff.

I was traveling from Florida to North Carolina when I caught a flat near Brunswick, GA in the middle of the night with 3 dogs in the car. We headed to the Brunswick Mavis first thing in the morning, they were pretty backed up. We had to check out of the hotel by 11, they allowed us to go check out and come back with our 3 dogs while they serviced my vehicle. They got us in and out within a few hours and really took care of us. We were so appreciative in such a stressful time. Thank you Brunswick Mavis!
