The local Mavis Tire store always provides great and reliable service. The management there makes sure their customers are satisfied. They are competitive on pricing for oil changes and new tires and brakes. I currently have 5 automobiles serviced there.

100% professional job. Courteous staff. Comfortable feeling. Went in at schedule time. Came back in about 1 hour car was ready. Not more can be said. I hope this helps with your evaluation. Better than going back to the dealership.

Mavis Tire was responsive to my needs, and fair in their pricing. None of the other tire center retailers had my size tire in stock, and I needed all 4 of them installed today. Mavis had all 4, and in several options...IN STOCK. Their service was super fast, and they advised me that I had 2 other items that would need to addressed. That was good to know.

Mavis protected me from a very dangerous moment on the road. They were not pushy but compassionately informed me that my tires were too dangerous to be on the road. They gave me discounts, the store manager and lead mechanic were great!

Have always been pleased with the Horseheads NY location. Staff do a thorough job with no surprises to the customer because they explain what they find and how best to fix it. I always leave feeling like my vehicle was in good hands.

They were wonderful and very organized and on time. I asked a couple of question about other things. They are very honest. I definitely will go back. I have recommended to a couple of friends to let them know and worth the price and the waiting time was perfect. Better than a car dealer which they make you wait two hours or more.

I bought my last set of tires from another dealer. I had a puncture that was poorly plugged. Mavis spent 1/2 hour diagnosing the leak and didn't charge me anything. That kind of customer relations impressed me greatly. I just bought my current set of tires from Mavis due to the outstanding service they provide.

I needed two tires for my vehicle. Their closing time was 6pm, I did not get off of work until 5pm and to get their shop would take at least 35 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes to closing and they provided full service, no shortcuts and a great attitude.

The gentleman that represented the work to be done on my vehicle were honest and integral, and the man I interfaced with, Lawrence, was genuine and integral. I had new tires put on and a 50000 mile vehicle maintenance service done. Assuming everything was done as promised I am very impressed with the service I received. BRAVO.

The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. Their prices were very competitive and even offered me a discount that I wasn’t aware of. Waiting room was clean as was the bathroom. They got me out earlier than estimated. I highly recommend them.

Experience could not have been better! Fixed a tire that another tire store told me couldn't be fixed! Got it done faster than he originally thought! Service and price were excellent! They went above and beyond and I will definitely use them from now on!

By far the best tire services in the area. Very professional and friendly, always take time to explain what the issue is and different options. Try to patch/fix tire first vs replacing, which is a huge money saver. Strongly recommend.

Just moved to the area last night and my shocks blew. Took them to Mavis’s and they looked at it. Gave me great prices and helped me out being I was low on money at the moment. They communicated with me and were very honest. Would definitely recommend.

Guys at Amsterdam store were awesome, they fixed my brakes and noted some other things that needed fixing. What work that I could not have done on my visit they invited me back to get other repairs done. The price was fair and service was great.

My husband ordered the tire that was needed and it was delivered the next day to Mavis as promised. I brought the car in and I was taken in immediately. I was there about 20 minutes. I needed a repair on my Exhaust System and a small leak on the Brake Line of my 2004 Ford Ranger. Honestly, I gave Mavis a shot because it was close and convenient. The staff at the Jersey City RT 440 location is Always Amazing when servicing my vehicle. They are respectable & courtesy and wear proper Covid specific (mask & gloves) covering when inside my vehicle. They explain in detail & address any questions I have. Knowledgeable. Great Service!

Brought my 2020 Honda Civic in for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix the leak in my front right tire. They did everything I asked for and they had me out as quickly as possible. I bring all my cars here and I will continue to do so. They are a great staff of people and I never had any issues with them.

I went in for a balance of my tires. Staff was professional and courteous. They did a comprehensive analysis as to what would cause the imbalance. They also found and showed me parts that would affect the safety of the vehicle and were able to repair the items at a reasonable price and get me back on the road quicker than I thought the initial balance would take. I have to say I am very happy with the service and will recommend this Mavis to my friends and family.

I went into the Bellmore store for an inspection, I was greeted by a young man named Justin. He told me it would take about 30 minutes, and about that time a man named Ed came out and told me my car passed inspection, I recommend this shop.

My experience was great. Went for brakes. They notified me I needed ball joint repair. Took it back the following week to get that done. Got an oil change. The next day my light was on. I called. They said bring it in and they took care of it right away. Prices and discounts are great. My new go-to shop. Thanks Mavis.

I had a really good experience here! The staff was friendly and helpful, there were several I interacted with, Paul is the only one I remember by name but they were all great. They finished my car at the exact time promised and they recommended a couple of services that should be done in the near future but I didn’t feel any pressure. I will go back there again.

Mavis Discount Tire is always fair, consistent and very honest, no hidden fees or surprises. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I used to go to the dealer to get my car serviced but then realized how it’s all about making money. Not here. I’ve gone to several locations in and around New Jersey and have always had a positive experience even when I had a nail in my tire, they took the nail out and checked the tire, patched it and didn’t charge me anything. Will always go them and recommend them highly.

Mavis Tire in Clemmons is amazing. They’re always super helpful when I have any questions and always get my car done in a reasonable timeframe. Getting car repairs is typically stressful but they always make the process super easy. Can’t say enough good things about the people that work here.

As context, two weeks before to going to Mavis I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. It was a horrible experience with the workers/manager being incredibly rude! In contrast, the team at Mavis were helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They even offered tips on how I could save money on parts. GREAT JOB!!!

I visited the Dekalb Tire/Mavis Tire Sandy Springs Roswell Rd Atlanta (ST: 0676) for an oil change and tire rotation. Mavis did not have the proper equipment to provide me with the standard records of my service. Upon my vehicle inspection the customer agent advised me (very hard sell) to get a $130+ alignment. I went to Mavis for an oil change. So ultimately I relented (in part because I can see that I need new tires and secondly because the agent advised that rotating the tires was not the solution -- it needed the problem corrected).

Both the manager and Nati were great with my vehicle. They were busy but found a way to fit me in. There was some confusion around an online tire purchase i made. It wasn't on their end. They worked it out and I got the service I needed.

Had a tire warning come on. Tried to resolve myself at an air station. Getting very low readings. Decided to go to Mavis to check it out. Incredibly courteous service. They took time to remove all tires check them, inflate. Even checked brakes, battery while at it. Reset warning light. All good - no charge! Incredible follow up service to tires I had had them put on 6 months ago. Again the person taking my info, checking me in, they are the face of the company, did it extremely well, helpful, informative, kept me updated while I waited. Can't say enough good things for a simple thing well taken care of.

Had to replace 1 tire. They had Tire there next day and did a good job communication price time frame to complete. I brought Tire in so didn't have to wait with vehicle so they got off easy not having to put it on. Would do business again. Have been a customer for well over 10 years.

Our appointment was perfect and we got our two cars back within 2 hours. Car # 1- 4 tires +oil change. Car # 2 oil change and tire rotation. Service and workmanship was impeccable. I couldn't ask for anything more. The prices were much better than other tire/service stations.

I put off getting my tire checked, fixed and/or changed for months. I had a slow leak and didn’t know why. It changed from airing up from 20-32, every week to every 2 days as it got colder. I drive about 160 miles a day! So I finally woke up to a complete flat! AAA towed me to Mavis in Antioch and they told me they would check it before replacing it. A small nail had been embedded in the tire for who knows how long. A quick cheap fix! Plus they checked my brakes, shocks and battery!

After my inspection and repairs I drove my car to Cleveland Ohio 6.5 hours one way no issue. Very good job. While they were working on my car they stayed in touch by keeping informed of what need fixed and the cost.. So thank you Mavis Tire.

I always have good service with Mavis. The person that checked me in was fine. The person that checked me out was off. I thought smoke breaks were outside and away from the facility not inside the garage. That was my only issue. Plus the guy that cashed me out. I said twice that I needed to make an appointment for next Friday to get the two new ones on the front of my vehicle. He acted like he couldn't remember or didn't care.

Every time I have came to have service provided the customer service made me feel like a VIP member. They have always went above and beyond to make sure that I received the best service and the service that made my vehicle run to the best of its ability. Great experience!!!!

Emergency repair. A screw in tire close to wall of tote. Unable to repair. Replaced 2 front tires. Got in repair shop 4pm. No appointment. They took my car in and 6:15 pm car was done. They went out of their way to fix my car so I’m happy and will return February 5 on my day off to replace the two rear tires because it’s due. Thanks again.

I would just like to say thank you to the team at Mavis Discount Tire in Queensbury, NY for making sure my car "Herman" will pass inspection on Tuesday. They found the issues that would have caused failure, fixed at a great price (thanks for the discounts) and in a timely manner. Made appointment online for next day. Only negative was no night drop box that I could find (forgot to ask about it though). Erica was super great when dropping off. She called few hours later to advise what was needed. Was done by end of day but picked up next day. Honestly had no issues with service or employee. Great experience.

After calling 20 different places Mavis gave me the best price to replace all my tires. Within an hour of dropping off my car it was ready. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs new tires. Also bonus it's right next to a bunch of restaurants so you can grab a bite to eat while you wait.

The job entailed mounting and balancing 4 tires plus alignment. Car is a 2010 Mazda 3 i Touring. Tires were furnished by customer (me). This was necessary since Mavis did not have the desired tires available (Michelin CrossClimate 2 in 205/55 HR16). This is the 4th set of tires I've either bought from and/or had installed by this shop (Bala Cynwyd), among other services it has also performed on the car (brakes, inspections). Each time, the job, whatever it entailed, was done as promised, when promised. Staff was extremely courteous and professional, as well as informative as to the nature, extent, and cost for the work. Its two managers (Rich & Carter) are tops in customer service--always cheerful despite obviously being loaded with work and short of staff (this is during the Omicron stage of COVID). I recommend this shop highly.

Consistently great service and performance. I use them a lot for two cars, a sedan and SUV. The manager at the desk was terrific. Tire and service prices range from good to excellent. They are great at noting problems that are reasonable suggestions, not a way to build up the bill.

Called Mavis Tire due to having a flat tire, I changed the flat to my spare! Went to Mavis Tire in Middleburg Fla. Met with Donald mechanic. He took care of my flat, remounted the spare under my truck. Great job. Top Shelf performance by Donald. I was able to get right in for an oil change, tire rotation, and nys inspection. It took less time to do than I was originally told and I had coupons so it also didn’t cost an arm and a leg. The place was getting cleaned as I waited. The man at the counter was also courteous and gave me updates on my car.

I booked an inspection & oil change online. Within a few hours I was called to say the inspection tech was not in at the time I scheduled and they easily rescheduled the appointment. From the moment I arrived there were no surprises. Everything was explained and I had no issues. I will use Mavis again!

Last month my daughter hit a curb and destroyed two of her tires. The only place open Sunday was Mavis. They got tires to fit and worked hard to be able to use the original wheels even though they were dented. This week she had tire going flat. I added air and it slowly leaked again. We again took the car to Mavis. Turns out there was a nail in the tire and it was too close to the sidewall to repair. The new tire was covered by the Mavis warranty and it only cost $35 to have the new tire installed. Super nice folks, superior warranty, and absolutely zero hassle. Mavis will get all of my business going forward!

I had to have a tire replaced that was discontinued. I call Mavis and they find me a comparable tire to what I had. I had my tire changed within the day. All of the people that I spoke to that day were great and they communicated with me the whole time.

I had an appointment for later in the day but had called earlier on the day to see if they took Google Pay since I didn't want to use my actual card and Chris informed me that my tire had just gotten there & I could come earlier. I have had multiple vehicles repaired by this particular Mavis location and have never had an issue. I have witnessed other customers being rude to the management and other staff with their outlandish expectations and accusations and have to say that they (the staff) handled it with the utmost poise and respect for the other customers in the room. I don't know how they do it!

Made appointment for 1:30PM, arrived early was told be just over an hour to mount (2) two tires. I advised I would wait. Three hours later walk to counter. Was advised they had neglected or forgotten about my car and they would start! I walked out. No sorry, no apology, etc. Customer service is not part of this business!!!!

I have owned cars for over 30 years. The service at the Murrells Inlet Mavis Tire was the best I have ever encountered. I had two cars worked on recently - a full tire replacement and alignment on one and a oil change and tire rotation on the other. They were very knowledgeable and performed excellent work. During the pandemic and low staff, I managed to get my flat tire replaced at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and ready to solve and tire issue I had. The service representative greeted me with a smile, they also applied discounts toward my purchase.

I was very satisfied with the service I received when I had to purchase 2 new tires. I originally went in for an oil change. The tech inspected my tires while the car was on the rack for the oil change when he noticed the poor condition of my two front tires. He asked me if I wanted to see what they looked like while the car was up in the air on the rack. I said sure. I was totally shocked at how worn and unsafe they appeared. Every time I’ve been to Mavis the experience is the same. And ALL good. From the greeting to timing to communication to price. Never stress, never late, never more than expected. Often less!! I am a fan. Moving to Florida and hope I find a place as good.

Over the years I have spent thousands purchasing tires for 3 different cars and brake work. Had an instance in the past where I was quoted the wrong price for tires (was charged $100 more than the quote) and they admitted to the error but didn’t honor the price. Instead gave me 2 free oil change services which while disappointing I agreed. Today I had an appointment to have my Jeep tires rotated. I always rotate all 5 so made sure they were aware of this while making the appointment, when dropping the Jeep off and asked for confirmation that all 5 had been rotated when picking it up.

We brought our Camry in for tpms replacement. The staff diagnosed which one needed to be replaced and noticed our rear brake pads were in need of replacement. We did both at a great price and Marcus was outstanding to work with, and made the process super smooth!

Ethan and Roger were the ones that did my tires I believe and they did great, Victor did a great job at managing them making sure everything was on time and they even finished sooner than I had hoped, great job! 10/10 recommend.

Salesperson very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right product for the car. After selecting the tires that was recommended, we discussed having the engine serviced while the car was there. I requested that all the fluids be checked and have the oil and oil filter change. I was called.

Got done in a timely manner and waiting area is very comfortable, convenient placement as well if you don't feel like waiting. There are plenty of places to lounge and eat within walking distance and well deserves a 5 star review.

I came in for a new battery and the mechanics found issues with the passenger control arm and the bushing. I brought it in later that week on an early Sunday. The customers just kept coming in and they got so busy. In spite of that they told me (and showed me) what was wrong and were able to order the parts and fix everything that needed to be fixed. When I left I could feel the difference! Thank you guys, Ramon and Vic (not sure of the name. He was the manager on duty) for a safe ride.

Excellent Managers and Mechanics. Other shops personnel seem to come and go, once I establish a relationship then no longer work there when I return with more business. Please try to retain these fine people at your Commercial Drive store, because I will return.

I have always had good service. I can call and need to get in soon and they will always find time to fit me in and to check out my concerns. When work needs to be done it is always done as promised or before. Friendly staff and very competitive prices.

This is my first experience with Mavis. Not only did they have fair prices, but they were courteous, and timely. I drive a Mercedes so people normally try to over charge me. I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this place.

I brought my car just for front brakes change and I ended up with a transfer case in 2 pieces. I contacted district manager in the Glen Cove Forest Avenue location. His name is Cesar. He said that was my problem. I explained to him when my car went to his shop no sounds perfectly fine. and I sent pictures of what they did but still with a rude answer he said that was my problem and hang up the phone.

I went into the shop with a tpms issue, at first I thought the man behind the counter was trying to get more money out of me. But then he said, "Let me try something," he tried it, it worked, and didn't even charge me. I guess he wasn't trying to take my money. There are good honest mechanics left in the world. I went to Mavis to for tire patching and to check the alignment on my vehicle. The store was very busy, but everyone seemed to be operating very smoothly. I showed them the repair needed for the tire and explained why I thought an alignment check was needed. They quickly entered the work order and were able to pull my vehicle in to the shop and start working to make the repairs. The staff was very professional and respectful of my time. I will be returning to this location for services in the future.

The staff is so friendly and genuine, I felt totally comfortable going to check on a tire that was leaking air. It turned out I had scraped it against a curb and it couldn't be fixed, but they got me a new one quickly and matched the discount I received on the original tire, which I also bought at Mavis.

This location has messed up my car tremendously. I went in there for a basic oil change and the ending result is now my check engine light is on. There was no oil in my car, my battery is dead, oil under the hood and engine and my key doesn't work in the ignition. So I want my car fix and this been going on since 11/05/2021.

Service was great, quick and simple. Manager was courteous and friendly. My car was well taken care of and returned in the same condition as I left it. I will return again when my vehicle needs to be serviced next.

They were on changing my oil in my car. Friendly understood. Didn’t push me into anything but an oil change. This is way I keep coming back not too far from my house. Highly recommend them. I would tell people where I go. It’s helpful they are open on weekends and drop off or wait.

I had a tire in the sidewall of my tire and was not sure if it was safe to drive. Mavis was very honest and told it most likely be okay but it’s not as safe as it would be without it out it being there and if have 300 miles drive we might to replace it which they were able to do the same day.

My car was fixed in a timely fashion in the time promised at a fair price! The tires that recommended to me were mounted and balanced and reinstalled on my car while I waited! I always check there first when my car needs maintenance or repaired!

I purchased four new Goodyear Eagle Sport AS tires, size 235/55R20 and a four wheel alignment in the amount of $1054.00 on October 28, 2021 from Mavis Tires & Brakes located at 2746 Milwaukee Road in Beloit, WI 53511. When I picked up my vehicle later that same day, unknowingly to me there would be several issues that would be discovered in the next several weeks due to the poor service provided by Mavis Tires & Brakes. Driving my vehicle for about a week I could feel that it did not handle as smooth as it did prior to Mavis servicing it and felt something was not right. My vehicle handled terribly, vibration and shaking over 50 mph eventually forcing the StabiliTrak system to set off forcing the vehicle to slow down to 45 mph several times.

I got screwed out of an appointment for a state inspection by a nearby service center, and the manager at this Mavis got me in the same day and was done faster than I could have hoped. I would HIGHLY recommend this Mavis location and the courtesy and respect they deliver their customers.

I dropped my car off for a walk-in appointment to get two new front tires. The process was super easy. I did get a call about 2 hours in to say that the tire that they had originally told me they had, they didn't actually have, but they got me the next best tire in stock and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. My car is ready about 30 minutes after that call. Everyone was kind and helpful and I think my matter was resolved in a timely fashion! I will be back.

I Spent about $500 on this set but these tires keep losing air every few weeks. I have to constantly stop to put in air. This is very unsafe and disappointing. Plus one of my them popped. I have a warranty. They did replace it but overall not worth it.

I have been using Mavis for years and have been happy with your service. Your technicians are first class and are knowledgeable. The only problem I have is that your inspection machine is constantly inoperable. Aside from that I am really committed to using Mavis Tire in the future but please get the inspection machine fixed.

Mavis is always willing to help. Curtis took his time to quickly fix my battery cable connector because my other car was in the shop getting worked on. Everyone there is nice. They even give veterans a discount. They take the time to listen to concerns.

My new Cooper Discoverer tires were installed correctly, new valve stems, balanced, aligned, all of my reminders were reset. I do basically all my vehicle repairs, tires, brakes everything with the exception of standard maintenance at Mavis.

Recently had my tires changed and the professionalism and courtesy that was given to me was incredible. The shop was clearly busy and yet within an hour I had received a call that my tires were swapped and I could come pick up the car. To not damage the interior of my car they had bagged each of my old tires as I requested to take them with me which I found to be an amazing service as to keep my backseat clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing automotive work to use Mavis.

I was having a sensor issue with my car and needed tires. I went to my dealership, spent 9 hours and $2000 and my sensor problem was not fixed. David was in my work and heard my dilemma and said if he could be of help bring her by. Well I did and he found the problem, ordered the parts overnight and had me back to normal at a reasonable price. Then yesterday another sensor went off and I went right to David. He fixed the problem with a new part in 20 minutes at a reasonable price again. As long a as he works there I will continue to give them my business. The team at Mavis were all friendly and courteous and answered all my questions concerning a recent flat tire I had. The replacement was quick and easy. I left my rim and was able to have it put on the car the next day.
