I visited Mike at the Crestwood store. I have grown to trust his advice for my vehicle. I am always pleased and encouraged to return for future services if necessary. I am confident that I can trust Mike. He is knowledgeable and patient in helping me make the right choice.

James and Eric were GREAT, very informative and helpful. I was very alarmed and I panicked when I got the flat tire on the passenger side front. After my car was inspected it was recommended that I replace all four tires. Service rep James was there in the morning when I went there, he went over a large array of tires with me. Eric was there in the afternoon when I went to pick my car up. He too was very professional and discussed various methods of payment.

I had an appointment with Mavis to get an estimate for a total brake job on my Kia Sorento. Within 30 minutes they had all of my tires off and brakes inspected with an estimate much less than my previous estimate and told me they could have the job completed within 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Halfway through I asked if they could add an oil change to the order. Within 2 hours my job was completed. The front desk rep was so knowledgeable as well as a delight to work with. He let me know about ongoing discounts, a great Japanese restaurant within walking distance, while offering a beautiful space to wait in comfort. Strangely, it was a most enjoyable afternoon. Dave and this staff at the Neptune location is the most honest shop around with quality repairs and experienced technicians. I have been using this location for many years. The employees are always the same with no turnover. This seems to say a lot about this location.

Tariq was very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and explained service that was done, as well as recommending services that will be needed in the near future. Technician, Seth, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He did a great job! I will definitely refer to family and friends!

Had a nail in my tire and walked in and was taken care of right away. Amazing customer service and my tire was fixed within an hour!!! So thankful they were open and close by and knew how to work on my jeep's 35 inch tires.

Clear communication on what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and how long it would take. During my visit I expressed my concern about a rattling noise I heard. The head mechanic looked into it and discovered a large amount of oil resting in the canal of the engine. Seems a squirrel was getting cozy and hiding walnuts in this same canal. May have chewed through some wires or even an oil line. We don’t suspect it to be serious but definitely a cause of concern with how much oil was there.

Dave and Pete are the best!!! I really appreciate how they look out for me every time I come to have service done. This particular visit was special because my car needed a lot done to pass the inspection. There was a couple things they fixed on my car, that I didn’t have on my list of things that needed to be done, such as the missing lug nut on one of my wheels. I meant to add it to the list and forgot. Everything was done to perfection, and for that, I will always come to this location to have my car serviced.

My husband made an appt for me online for and Oil change and Tire rotation. I was running late for appt and called to let them know. Justin told me it was alright and that he would keep my spot until I got there. The Oil change was performed and during the Tire Rotation, I was told I need a Brake Service. Justin developed a very fair price for me with a lifetime guarantee on the pads. I feel much better about my safety with my Jeep. Thank you, Justin and crew, for keeping track my vehicle and my safety.

This was my first time going to Mavis in New Egypt, NJ since I recently moved into the area. The shop is very clean and the communication was great. Maria at the front desk was excellent. I will be back.

I needed an auto inspection and tire rotation on short notice during an afternoon. They accommodated my request in spite of having a full plate for the rest of the day. They did an excellent job overall, and I appreciate the care from the manager as well as the technician who worked on my car. This review is specifically in reference to the Mavis discount shop on South Salina Street in Syracuse, NY (I have had less than pleasant experiences at some of the other branches of the chain). The service was outstanding - I really liked how attentive they were to me and all the customers that were inside - they were fast and they communicated very well on what was going on - they did the necessary recommendations and got me and my wife car fixed in a timely manner.

Lady behind the counter had her hands full, but still understood my needs (with no appointment and made it happen. The guys in the shop got right on it and did a wonderful job. Car is now tracking straight and steering wheel sits level.

When I walked into Mavis on Abercorn yesterday I was completely defeated and stressed out of my mind. I'm 4 hours away from home and had just spent over $500 getting my car serviced by another provider in my home state because I had to travel to Savannah for a few days for work last minute. My heart sank when 20 minutes away from my destination my car violently shook and started to rough idle and sputter. I went to several places I could just Google not knowing the area and nobody was able to help me, until I found Mavis. I went in, asked for help, and everyone was incredible. They diagnosed my vehicle, put their best mechanic on it, and had me up and running good as new, fixing all of the mistakes that their competitor made back in my home state. At the end of the day, I was truly blessed to have found this team and the way they took care of me was nothing short of amazing. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart.

Decided to patron Mavis Discount Tire on Bloomfield Ave. for new tires and other car repair work as a more cost-friendly alternative to the dealer service center and they have happily exceeded my expectations. I saved 80% off the cost of the total repair work done compared to the dealer service center by going to Mavis Discount Tire. On top of that they also corrected the mistakes the dealer service center did (losing my wheel lock key and not putting the proper coolant mix in my car). I highly, highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire without hesitation.

Great experience from start to finish! The whole staff explained all aspects of the repairs and were extremely patient. I never felt any pressure to do the repairs. They always review the previous work done on the vehicle and options.

Hit a nail and made it unusable. Drove 2 miles an hour to the workshop where they patched me up in minutes so I could get a place to sleep and come back tomorrow to have my tire replaced. Amazing service and caring workers! Ken in particular made it such a simple and easy experience!

Both Brian and Andrew show actual care about the quality of work and my satisfaction, went above and beyond making sure it was done right. They stayed late and made sure I was taken care of at a good value, they saved me a lot of money by being honest about my wheel bearings as well

The team at Mavis is wonderful, they got my car done quickly, same day without appointment. It was a mount tires and recycle the old ones, and very fair price. Only complaint was they didn't push the plastic covers all the way down on my tires but I caught it very quick.

I was driving to Newark to attend a seminar for work and got a flat tire on Route 78. Matthew and the crew put two new tires on my car and I was a "drop in". They understood my situation and worked quickly and efficiently to get me safely on my way. I appreciate what they did for me!

Scott and the crew at the West Putnam Avenue Greenwich CT location were great! Caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Great affordable prices and set professional service on my new vehicle. The new tire arrived when they said it would, and completed the alignment in a timely manner and Scott showed me the diagnostic printout for the alignment, TPMS also reset. They made a tough situation less stressful.

I want to go ahead and preface this review with the fact that I initially gave this store a 5-star review on Google. I did so because I thought the service was good, and the manager asked me to do so. Also, I had gotten tires for 2 SUVs to "winterize" them. When I dropped my last SUV off, I did so with it filled with a full tank of gas. When I picked it up, it was down o a half tank. Now I could run my car still for 4-5 hours, and it won't burn a half tank of gas. So, either someone took it for a "joy ride," or the gas was siphoned. Neither case is okay with me. Who does that?!!! I have begun filing formal complaints, and I hope the regional manager will reach out to me, but I'm not going to hold my breath. If you take your car to this store, record its mileage and be cognizant of how much gas is in the tank!

Going to a tire shop for anything normally isn’t fun or something you look forward to. My time spent at this store I have to say was very enjoyable. The customer service upfront and the service tech in the shop did a great job and it was actually pretty fast considering what I was getting. I highly recommend this location.

I truly enjoyed my experience with the staff and the facility itself as a whole. Jamie was very professional and helpful as well as being straightforward regarding what had to be done. The prices for the repairs were as originally informed as well as being given updates via text to make sure I was aware towards the completion of the labor. I will be seeing them again for future vehicle repairs.

Purchased new tires January 14 2023. Waited 3 hours for install. Truck in the shop. Get truck back. Feel vibration. Starts to get worse front end driver side. Call Mavis. They say bring in truck after work. They would rebalance tires. Took truck in 3 days later. Truck is 2 wheel drive. I don't use it when it is icy on roads. They rebalance tires. Shake is worse. They told me two tires were out of balance. I call Mavis of Saratoga Springs NY. Tell them it is worse. It is late at this point due to long wait for truck in shop. So I drive truck to work shaking like heck change front tires to rear. Shake, moves mostly to Rear of truck.

Quinn took great care of my vehicle. These guys are professional and courteous. I will be back. I will bring my other two cars here. I will definitely have my family and friends come here. My friend just said the same thing.

Although I live in Newburgh, I always come to the Mavis in Beacon. They always work with me to get my car in quickly, prices are as stated, they give me a package discount when I need additional work, and the work is done correctly. They do not try to take advantage by trying to sell me work or parts I don’t need. Refreshing!!!! Been using them for years!

I would highly recommend Mavis Discount Tires. I was given great options for 4 new Tires, very reasonably priced. They took my car in on the spot and I left feeling very happy with my service and purchase. Shout out to Gary who helped me up front by answering all my questions and to Rocky who checked me out. Ford was great at explaining all my options to me and guiding me to understanding what issues my car had. He provided me with great help and made me feel comfortable getting my car worked on. My car was fixed and feels good, I was also made aware of warranties and options for if any issues were to come up in the near future.

This is the first place I have ever been where the staff was 100% honest and respected what my car needed done. I wasn’t being sold anything unreasonable that didn’t have anything to do with the reason I was there in the first place. Mavis on Empire Blvd, Webster NY has the best customer service. Eli and his team are great. I have always had nothing but great service from them and they are all very customer oriented. Needed new tires on wife's car. Woodbridge Mavis installed tires. Car feels terrific. However next day 1 tire showed low pressure on dash screen. Called. Brought in. They cleaned rim and sensor. All good. Excellent service and Steve was terrific. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

We had same day service even when we had to leave and come back because our rims had locking lug nuts that we had no key for. I just had another leaky tire replaced at Mavis in Dilworth. They run a clean operation, meeting quotes every time. I dropped it off when they asked and it was ready when they said it would be. My car is always on safe tires thanks to Mavis! Nice folks, too.

Slow leak in back tire, brought it to Mavis, they took it right in, evaluated it and I was done with 45 min with a tire that was fixed. I was very impressed. I would go there again. This was my first time and I was very satisfied.

Actually had the tire I needed in stock. Tori was very open and informative. They got the service done in a timely manner, they did break one of my tire sensors; however, they installed a new one free of charge. Would recommend.

I got new tires at Mavis tire company. I called on the phone to get some quotes. The gentleman was very nice. The price was great. I made an appointment. They communicated well and they were on schedule. The waiting room was clean and comfy and there was no pressure from the staff.

Hankook tires recommended by manager are horrible. They will not replace or repair tires. So bad that driving in the rain is like driving on ice. Can't drive in the rain at all. January 12, 2023 spun out 180 degrees at Northeast Blvd and Red Lion road at less than 20 mph. Slight drizzle at the time. Go to any competitor down the street. There are many of them!

Very good customer service. Had a tire sensor replaced. Was in and out in an timely manner. As a returning customer, I've always received the best service. I recommend Mavis on Riverchase, Phenix City AL for tires and service. I've purchased my tires from them and receive free tire rotation which is a plus.

They were quick, price was ok. They answered all of my questions. I called at 8 am and the car was done by 10 am. I could not ask for better service. They did try to save the tire before selling me new ones, I really appreciated that service as well.

My first encounter was with TJ. I had a flat tire on a day when I had lots to do and limited time to do it. I was frustrated and out of sorts. He was professional and courteous. The team worked quickly and I was back on the road in no time. This is a great location with great staff.

Emanuel from the Syosset store did a complete check on the tire and found the corrosion on the rim creating the leak. He did a fantastic job. I brought my car to 2 other tire places and they couldn't find a leak and I travel extensively and didn't feel comfortable driving until Emanuel fixed it correctly. He really went the extra mile to make sure it was safe for me.!!! Excellent job!!

2023 New has started off amazingly when this company replaced my tires. They are the best in South Georgia. Very clean. Everyone was so polite. Very nice. Visiting Mavis Tires in Tifton Georgia was the best decision I have ever made.

Just moved to NC and I went to the Concord location for my brakes. The person who helped me was very patient and helped me get a good understanding of what I needed done. Will be back once I need more maintenance.

Came into the store with a road flat and Carter quickly attended to me and took care of the issue. He was very open and gave me the best quote for tires that fit my budget. Carter and his workshop really saved me yesterday. Would give them 10 stars if possible.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The options were explained to me in detail. I left the car and went next door for a coffee and bagel expecting the work to be done later in the day and be called when it was ready for pickup. The job was done in minutes!!!! The work was finished BEFORE I even finished my coffee! Thank you for the quick oil and great service!

Was a great places. Very nice workers. Matthew M and Ryan R were very very helpful and helped me get my car ready for a long trip. They really cared about my safety and went over my whole car making sure everything was okay and safe for my trip. My experience was great. My first time at a Mavis location. The manager and staff were so helpful and friendly. My issues were addressed and taken care of. Not only did they take care of my issue, but they also gave me a detail issue on other things I need to have serviced.

I had my vehicle towed in because it was dead on the side of the road. They contacted me quickly with a estimate and approx finish time for the repair. They gave me a run down of the parts/labor cost and had it completed before their estimated time. These are good honest people.

I simply walked in and asked to have two new tires. I was met by a nice gentleman who scheduled an appointment within the week. At my appt, other services were mentioned like rotating tires and other stuff. Since I know nothing about cars, I said no to everything. The worker noticed this and said these checks are free. Mavis gave me excellent service regarding my flat tire. It was my first visit to Mavis. Shawn greeted me on my way in. Tom checked me out afterwards. They were both friendly and conversational. I will definitely use Mavis again, as needed.

Purchased 4 tires on Mavis website, and made a service appt for 1 week away. When I got there they indicated it would be at least an hour and a half. Two hours later they finally moved the car into a service bay. A half hour later they told me my tires hadn't arrived, and couldn't say when they would arrive. We agreed that they would put my old tires back on and they would call me when they arrived. No call that day, at around noon the next day, I tried to call them, but the phone number listed for that location was wrong, tried 411, and yellow pages, but the number was for Farmers Insurance.

I am 1st time customer at Mavis in Ossining, NY. I can't say enough great things about my experience. The customer service is excellent. They explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and had my car ready when they said it would be ready. I would recommend Mavis to all my family and friends.

I had a punctured tire and needed it fixed ASAP. Although they were booked solid, they managed to make the time to get my tire replaced and back on the road quickly. They even managed to give me a discount. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Unfortunately I cannot think of the desk person’s name. I know it starts with a D and that he’s an **. I would love to thank him and Dicks thank him in person for his patience, his kindness, his knowledge was outstanding and I appreciate him as you all to appreciate him too. He came from lunch and worked until that store was empty and the phone stopped ringing. He assisted me to a point I actually spent more than I came in there to spend. I needed brake pads. He informed me I need to brake pads but I could wait a few but since he was so kind I couldn’t resist. I bought the brake pads. After he explained I need them soon and would also be needing rotors if they go to a certain point.

Staff are friendly and are quick to help patch my flats. It's at a great location too, right off the parkway. The team here are knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. If they don't have your tire, they can recommend places where you might be able to get it.

I usually don't do reviews.... Senior citizens have high standards on customer service, mechanical work & a fair price. I got it all and will recommend to my friends & family, Thank you - Brian in the office & Teddy the Mechanic.

My husband and I went here today to get my car serviced by the lovely people at Mavis. While we were here there was an extremely irate, rude and disrespectful customer. The customer was loud, threatening and cursing at the employees but the manager Shanuda remained calm and collected. She never came out of character. I was impressed with my service today and will be back for anything I need for my car. Thank you!

I was able to get my truck in and out for a four wheel alignment in under 30 minutes. The staff was professional, courteous and very timely. I got there 10 mins before they opened and they went ahead and let me in for my appointment. I Would highly recommend.

I took my 2010 Fusion into Mavis Tires and Brakes for a bad Tire Pressure Management (TPM) Valve and brakes. They called and said two TPMs were bad and my front disc pads and rotors needed to be replaced. They also stated that my valve cover gaskets were leaking and that the water pump had a slight seepage of coolant. I considered the valve cover gaskets valid on a 12 year old car even with only 43,00 miles on the odometer. The water pump I said could be replaced "If needed" since it could have just been a gasket, also asked for the old water pump if replaced. The bill comes and they are charging me $267.41 for a car quest T1227 water pump which retail for $104.99. That's a 150% markup! Then I see they charged me $58.44 a gallon for antifreeze and for 3 gallon. Now this means they filled the 10.6 quart coolant system with pure antifreeze which is not normal. It is usually a 50/50 mix in this area.

They provided fast and friendly customer service. This is my third pleasant visit. The wait time, I was updated on progress and any changes that were needed. There were options presented to me for my repair. Repair was timely and always on point. The waiting area was bright and clean.

Excellent service. State inspection, oil change handled professionally. Also recently needed a flat tire repaired. Fit me right into the schedule, only needed to wait 30 minutes, and had the vehicle ready to go. It was raining and they actually had my car right at the entrance so I could jump in and be on my way.

I went in today with my tires making a metal grinding sound. Jonathan took care of me and was very kind. I personally didn't expect to get my car back in the same day but it was finished that evening. The sound is gone and my car brakes so much faster. Super satisfied.

I had a nail in my tire and needed repair. The staff was polite, professional and got my jeep in fast, repaired it. I was at a different chain car/tire repair store and after waiting 2.5 hours for them to repair it. I was told they had to replace it and all four of my tires needed to be replaced but they didn’t have them in stock. I left and went to Mavis, where I received excellent service from customer service and repaired within a short time. I will going to them with the rest of my vehicles when they need service.

Bought all new tires and they overinflated my tires to 50-55, experienced strong tire vibration on the highway while driving and almost have an accident. Call their corporate office and wasted my time; they just said it's not their fault due to calibration issues. Beware of the Store Branch in Latham as they never calibrate their machine and will overinflate your tires. I am a long-time customer of Mavis and never again. The Regional Manager Jaime is no help at all, keep denying it. Imagine how many customers they put in danger on the road due to their negligence. Do not recommend this store for safety. Go somewhere else for a better service. This one is just after your money and no care for your safety. Take this warning seriously. Bad service!

This place offers high prices and horrible customer service. I bought an exact tire from them to replace a defective tire that I purchased at another shop. I have bought sets of four tires and other goods and repairs services from this location in the past. The manufacturer of the defective tire told me they would give me a full refund.

When I come in for service they are straightforward about my repairs needed. I have used this repairshop for that the last couple years, never have had a problem and Neely and his team are awesome. Recently started bringing my fleet vehicles as well, even the drive for them to get there is longer, I find it worth the extra bit of time.

I have always appreciated the way I am cared for at different Mavis locations and this recent experience really tops it off. Associates are always very transparent with descriptions of the needs of the car and accurate with the cost estimates. I had what appeared to be a simple tune-up almost turn into an electrical nightmare. This particular manager went out of his way to stay within my budget and to properly diagnose next steps that made sense. He admitted the job had gone beyond his shop's capability and helped me think through various options. What makes his advice so remarkable is that these options had nothing to do with making his shop money. He spoke to me like a family member!! I hope his shop prospers and that he enjoys his customers! (Apologies for not getting his name) He showed me a lot of compassion and I am grateful!

Great service and the pricing was excellent for the service and parts I purchased. I dropped my car off and picked it up on time with no issues at all. I watched the tire technician dismount the old tires and mount the new tires. Also watched him balance the tires and check the tire pressure before putting them on my car then watched him torque the bolts correctly on all 4 wheels.

I stopped at the Mavis store on Broadway in Saratoga Springs N.Y. I met the store manager Cory and a young lady named Missy; they were 2 of the nicest people I have ever come in contact with when having to purchase a major item. Both Cory and Missy took whatever time was needed to explain all my options and get me the best tires for my vehicle at a price I could afford. When I went to have the tires installed, I had an 8 am appointment and they took my car right in and told me it would be about 2 hours to complete everything that was to be done and they were right on the money. Cory and Missy were awesome, and I am extremely happy with my new tires and would recommend this store to everyone that needs tires.

I arrived late in the day for an unscheduled oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor got me in with a happy attitude and the technicians who were available came together to help out and get my truck done quickly. One technician drove my vehicle in while another guided him. Then one set up the lift and the other opened the hood and completed the engine bay inspection. Vehicle went up and one technician drained the oil and inspected the car and the other retrieved the oil and parts and finished the oil change. A quick tag team tire rotation and I was about finished up. They worked well together and I enjoyed my stay. No recommendations today. Thank you guys!!!

I Googled places that sold Firestone Tires and found Mavis Discount Tires. Due to a blow out, I needed a new tire immediately and every other place was quoting higher prices and a couple days before I could get that tire. Mavis' price was very competitive, thank God. I imagine I could have sat and waited for the work to be done but I was instructed to drop off my original tire then, when they called me back, my new tire would be ready to mount. That's exactly how that went. I didn't have to wait long when I returned either. I am very pleased with the service I was given. They were a little understaffed but that's to be expected nowadays.

I’ve run to Mavis twice this year once to replace a tire and today last minute to replace a battery. Both times I was treated very well. The service was fast and the workers explained what they did and were very helpful. In between I went in for an oil change and they replaced some filters that needed changing for a fraction of what the dealer wanted to change. I won’t hesitate to return.

October 27 I came in to the Bristol location to get 3 brand new tires as well as a wheel alignment, I noticed a lil shaking on the drive mostly Friday because I had to use the highway to go home, didn’t drive all weekend but TODAY OCTOBER 31ST I WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED ON 95, when I accelerate past 45 the whole drivers side was shaking, pedal, steering wheel badly!!! Obviously MY WHEELS WERENT BALANCED & I PRAY MY ALIGNMENT WAS DONE CORRECTLY!!! YOU WILL SEE ME TOMORROW NOVEMBER 1st at 8am.

I had an appointment for an inspection, alignment and to have my tires rotated. Paul was incredibly nice, polite, and informative. Front brakes were recommended but not needed to pass inspection. I decided to have the brakes replaced. I was amazed at how fast my car was ready especially because it looked like a busy day. I called midday, before picking up my car, and asked if they could inspect my husband's truck and they managed to squeeze him in as well. This is the 2nd year I've used Mavis, both times at this location. Mavis is going to be my 'go to' from now on. Everyone is friendly, helpful and I don't feel pressured. Poor Paul seemed to be rushed and multitasking but none of that affected how he treated my husband or me. Kudos to the staff at my Mavis. I've recommended them to coworkers who are equally impressed.

I’ve been having my vehicles serviced at this store for the past 16 years. Many of the staff members have been there for many years which says a lot about Gateway Tires, now Mavis Discount Tires. When employees stay with an organization for several years something good is going on. I am always greeted by my name and the service on my vehicles has always been outstanding.

I have dropped in twice without an appt for having nails in my tires and I was in and out in there in less than 20-30 minutes with no issues. I would highly recommend to any of my friends or relatives to use Mavis Discount tires this location.
