We're new to the area and had to register our cars in the new state. Mavis got me scheduled right away, had me in and out, and were professional through the whole process. They were very communicative, keeping me informed throughout the entire inspection. I would certainly recommend this Mavis to others.

I have used Mavis Tire in Batesburg twice in the past year for a tire repair. Both times I was able to get my tire repaired quickly. I got an oil change and tire rotation last week. I find this shop to be very efficient. Customer service is excellent. Wait time is minimal. Price is competitive. I highly recommend this company.

Despite the shop being busy upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. My car was taken shortly after and my wait time was an hr. Granted, I only had an oil change, but I’ve been elsewhere prior and waited 2-3 hrs just for an oil change. This is my second visit to Mavis, and I will surely be back.

When I arrived the front desk was so friendly and was eager to help. I didn’t know what was wrong with my tire. It was making a thumping noise. The guys there assured me that they would find the problem and they did! The Assistant Manager Guy contacted me before anything was done. They allowed me to drop vehicle as a walk-in. I knew I would have to wait a little while but they even took me home and picked me up after my car was ready! Such a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely go back! Thanks, guys for making me feel like more than a customer.

Customer service was superb. Job well done on vehicle. Will advise everyone to take their vehicle to the one on Schomburg Rd. They kept me informed of every step that was being taken. Kudos to them!!!!

Great service. Lee has always been very helpful in taking care of our vehicles. Knowledgeable techs. Always great prices. We’ve recommended others to Mavis and Lee and will continue to do so in the future.

SCAM ALERT: Brought my car in at 60K miles to Cheektowaga Union Rd location for a brake and suspension check, knowing that a rear suspension issue existed. Was told by Ali the manager that I needed new shocks in the rear for $550 and that both ball joints in the front end needed replacement for another $850 and possibly an additional $350 for other brake work, like new pads, may be discovered when they replace the ball joints. I decided to wait on front end work and get a second opinion. Different mechanic just told me my front end ball joints are in perfect condition and that front brake pads are 3/4's worn if I want to change them out now for $240 or wait a little bit longer. Shame on Mavis for dishonest business practices. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere. Untrustworthy.

Very disappointed with Mavis Discount Tires. I bought two high brand tires from them and they were warranted for like 70-80K miles. However, in less than 6 months and haven't driven 6k miles, the tire are so almost to barebone. I understand sometimes items are defective and what not, but the disappointed is how Mavis has been handling this. I went to the store that I bought tires from few times and they make one excuse after another. I finally called the customer service and filed a claimed about this. They said they will send it to the warranty department and they they should call me back within 24 hours. After a week, nothing.

I scheduled the appointment and then went to my car. I looked over the receipt and noticed that they charged $19.99 me for tire rotation that was supposed to be free. After I got that amount refunded. I went to another place to see about getting rear shocks as they told me that's what I needed only to find out I didn't need them! So not sure that I can trust that place anymore. Lexington NC

Fake 5 star Reviews on web page!!! Doesn't let you post!! Cannot say enough awful things about Mavis Tire Hanover Ave. Morristown NJ... Charged me $2526 for a repair that cost me $3000 @ Audi... Better Business Bureau complaint & small claims.. JUST DON'T EVER USE THEM!!!

I’ve been going to them for over 10 years and I’ve never seen the company this bad. This past year all I wanted done was to have my rotors that I bought through them warranted but instead the general manager made it difficult! Never took care of me and just blew me off, And if I had more space I would share what I saw today.

Finding this place is a godsend. I hesitate to share this only because I want to keep them for myself. They are so honest and very pleasant to deal with. Took my car in because my brakes were making a funny noise on and off. They checked it all out and told me it was the abs. Now they could of run me up a bill, I wouldn't of known but they didn't. Matter of fact my visit was free of charge. He explained everything to me and no work was needed at this time. These guys are great!!!!

I was desperate to have my car inspected. In the past, I've experienced auto repair shops that wouldn't pass my car until I repaired something or other from them. Mavis Discount Tire was AWESOME! They accepted my car for inspection and gave me a list of RECOMMENDATIONS to be repaired. They didn't FORCE me to repair anything. They inspected my vehicle and gave me the inspection sticker. Because they were so honest and forthright, I will definitely return to Mavis in the near future to correct their repair recommendations. WOW... an honest auto repair shop.

I have never had such a good experience with repair services as I enjoyed today at this facility on Hammock Ridge Rd in Clermont. The manager Tom went beyond in assisting me with my issues and I left a very grateful customer. I cannot say enough about the kindness and consideration shown to me and now I will sing their praises from the mountain tops (if I find any here in Florida). I highly recommend this site for your auto needs.

Very Disappointed in the way they serviced my vehicle, I brought in my Subaru Outback for new rotors and brakes and an oil change, My car was left for 3 days and they were only able to do an oil change in which they not only NEVER drained the dirty oil buy just poured oil over the dirty oil and overfilled by at least 3 quarts. The oil overfilled and filled up all of the valves causing my vehicle to lag. This was verified by an independent service station, When I called and spoke to a Manager he promised me all of the bays at his shop had cameras and he would review, and get back to me right away.

You know the question, "is chivalry dead"? Well, I've had many experiences where I thought Service was dead, but Mavis has proven that it is not! The Service provided by all of the Mavis team is outstanding! They listened to my issue, and worked on diagnosing the problem to be resolved.

After coming out of work today, I had a flat tire. I used a small compressor that I keep in my vehicle to fill it up enough to get me to the shop. I brought it to the shop with approximately four hours and 15 minutes to close. The mechanics were already busy with the entire loading bay full of vehicles being worked on. They were still able to get to my vehicle before close and fix my issue so that I could continue my school and work schedule tomorrow without interruption

I’ve had an amazing experience in both of Cicero, New York and Geneva, New York locations. With four cars in our household we’ve needed service a few times in the last couple months and the staff went above and beyond each and every time. I highly recommend Mavis! I needed air in my tires and they pulled it in the shop when the air compressor wasn’t working. I also stopped by to get air again and even with them being closed an associate came out and assisted me and noticed something wrong with my tire.

Great place and very friendly people. Will definitely be back for all my needs. I was in and out for my service and back to work in no time. Would highly recommend to anyone and all my friends and family. Thank you for such great service. It’s nice to have a place here in town that really cares about the people and community.

I had an uncommon brake problem on an older vehicle and it was quickly resolved by Tommy. I waited in the lounge for the repairs to be made and really enjoyed the free beverages. You have an extremely helpful crew there, and I will return with any future vehicle problems.

Absolutely wonderful Service!!! They were fabulous for such a short notice emergency situation. Jade was great with getting me taken care of and the male at the desk giving me the okay by play. The mechanic took my tire and changed it with ease. Absolutely great Guys!!! I couldn’t thank them enough for getting me up and running and back on the road versus attempting to drive long distance in a donut!!! Awesome job!

I went to Mavis Tires in Camillus for an inspection and to have new tires put on. They took my car in on time and explained how bad my shocks were and showed me the damage it had done to my rear tires and what it could do to the new ones if not fixed. They helped me with my financing on the flexshopper account and helped me so I was able to get the work I needed without spending a dime that day. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Awesome shop. Went for a flat repair. I was welcome by Christina and Angelo in the front. The tire technician who fixed my tire explained to me exactly what was going on with my tire. Thank God it was fixable!!! Definitely will be returning to get my car serviced from now on! Thank you guys. I really appreciate it!

The Golf Rd Mavis actually listened to me & helped fixed the issues I had with another Mavis location! Melissa was absolutely the best! She made me feel comfortable & listened to my concerns & didn’t make me feel like I was stupid & or dumb when it come to my car. I will definitely go back to this location to service my other cars.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at any establishment. So I set an appointment with this office that they say they don't have. I tell the rep at the desk that my tire is brand new I have a nail in it and you can hear the air pour out. My husband pulled into an empty bay because there were no cars in the lot and one car up in the air at an occupied bay. The young lady at the front desk states you can't block my bay. So my husband goes out and moves it. The one man that was working in the shop stared at both me and my husband as if we had extra limbs and made both of us uncomfortable. I asked if he was the only person working because he seemed to not want to be all there. Walking like a zombie dropping tools everywhere in the oil collector (bin) etc.

Brought my 2015 GMC truck for a tire repair. Got a call that my truck was ready so I headed to Mavis and when I got there the police were there and they informed me that while the mechanic was driving my truck in their parking lot he crashed into another car. My truck was not drivable at the time. They had to pull the bumper out so that it would not pop the tire. After 10 calls to the store, many calls to corporate, my truck is still damaged and all they keep telling me is that they have to check the camera footage. Don't care who is at fault, I just know I dropped off my truck in perfect condition at Mavis. Shame on them for not taking care of it already!!!!

I was advised due to the mileage of my vehicle, it would be recommended I start using full synthetic oil. I highly recommend folks out there, call. Schedule an appointment to get y'alls vehicles running.

I’ve taken my cars to Mavis for any tire repairs or replacement over the years. The team at Mavis in Washington is always friendly and helpful. They look out for the best and fairest prices and always complete the work on time. Would refer anyone to them for car repair and maintenance.

I took my vehicle to Mavis twice to fix a leaking tire. Both times they patched it, but not very well. When the tire leaked for the third time, I drove my vehicle to Discount Tire for a permanent solution. Unfortunately, because of the way Mavis tried to fix the problem, Discount Tire was unable to repair the tire. So I just purchased a brand-new tire, even though the original tire had fewer than 10,000 miles. Don't take your vehicle to Mavis. They don't seem to specialize in tire repair.

I really like my local MAVIS dealer. I can get great personal service AND FREE AIR! Love it. MAVIS is first for my car needs (tires & battery). The personnel are very friendly and helpful. The wait time was exactly as they said. The waiting room is temp controlled and neat.

My original dealership has closed and I used to get free oil changes and was in the area and thought I'd give this location a try. Glad I did!! Service was very professional, smooth and on point! Although this location isn't the closest to me...I would return because of the fantastic customer service! I even got more information about other work I need done. It was extremely helpful. Stopped in for a quote and was treated better than I have in 50 years of having vehicle repairs all over the USA. The reps were friendly, smart, respectful and helpful! I was able to chat with the manager, Ryan, on the day of the work and I was impressed by the professionalism from such a young man.

Yes oil change and filter work. Timely service knowledge staff. The staff was very kind and friendly and knowledgeable about all of the car working and the needs of the vehicle. I have brought my vehicle there multiple times and have had great service each individual time that I have brought the vehicle to them and it was done in a timely manner and the staff was very courteous.

This place (Basking Ridge, NJ) is a nightmare. I ordered tires 4 days in advance but they never called or emailed saying they arrived. Then I drop off my car for the appointment and the receptionist (young ** woman) takes the car key. So I called my wife to pick me up. After 5min, the receptionist calls me and tells me the technician called out (there is only 1!) and I have to come back. So I took time off and they don't even have the courtesy to call me before to reschedule. The receptionist just tells me I have to come back. No apology of any kind! And I have to tell my wife she came for nothing. Horrible customer service and place! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Being an STS customer turned to Mavis we have always been treated with respect, patience and fully understand my needs! Will continue to maintain my car there at location in EB. Laura and Juan make the visit just right. When my husband’s car is no longer covered by dealer warranty, we will bring his car here as well.

I dropped-in on a busy Saturday and the staff advised that I either come late evening or make an appointment for next day. I made the appointment and came in at the appointed time. Brooke was exceptionally professional and friendly. She answered my questions, explained changes in prices and stepped back, letting me choose what I wanted to do. My vehicle was attended to in time and I felt a real sense of mutual appreciation: I for their service, and they for my patronage. I couldn't ask for more!

I walked into the store and was greeted and helped right away. Q the technician helped from beginning to end making sure I was leaving the store satisfied and my car repaired. I will continue to use this store for my automotive needs in the future. My tires and my car left there driving and sounding better and even received some future recommendations without hassle which I appreciated not being pushed into doing anything for my car.

I am a repeat customer of Mavis Largo location and I’ve always been impressed with the quality of customer service and products. I’ve purchased new tires, oil changes, tire rotation and today a new battery. I want to give a special shoutout to Logan who serviced my car and to the store manager. I’ll definitely recommend to friends.

On July 23rd I brought my Car to Mavis in Middleburg (2600 Blanding blvd) for an oil change and due to a sound coming from my right wheel. They did my oil change after several hours and then told me I had two leaky cv axles and to bring it back in the morning the next day. I should have brought it somewhere else. This has been a nightmare. The next morning I bring it in and drop it off. I make sure they have my contact info then I walk home 4 and a half miles as I had just enough funds to pay them what I was quoted. A whole day goes by and I get no answer. Myself and my husband call out of work the next day thinking surely the car will be fixed. We get zero communication from the shop during this. We call once a day each and get the same answer each time. "We're working on it. It's just a difficult car to work on." At no point was I advised that this was anything out of the ordinary outside of an unfamiliar car to the mechanics.

I recently went in for noisy brakes and a punctured tire. The employees were all very professional, helpful and honest. I felt like I was given a competitive price and the services were done super fast. They even told me that my tires looked new and were probably still under warranty with another business...and they were! So instead of just selling me a new tire themselves, they gave information that saved me money. I truly appreciated their honesty! I would definitely recommend to others!

This tire shop was amazing!!!! They were so nice and really helpful! It was a very clean place and David and Kayla (I think is her name lol) they really treated me like family and took care of what I needed in a very short time considering I had just came in on a whim to fix a flat tire I had on Friday and since they couldn't fix the original tire they gave me a great deal on a brand new tire to replace the old one.

My truck was taken there to check out the brakes. There was no problems when I took it there. They replaced brake and rotors. I drove the truck less than 200 miles and the brakes caught fire and messed up the brake's hubs and Rotors. Took it back and was treated like crap. They knew nothing about brakes. I took it to another Mavis and they blasted the first Mavis and said it would cost over 2.000.00 bucks to fix it. I took it to a local man and he fixed it for 1200.00 dollars. I spoke to the regional manager and he gave me back my original 590.00 dollars the first Mavis charge me. So, take your chance but I would not take a big wheel to these clowns.

Service at Peachtree Parkway store was fantastic. Wayne had his employee all TPM valves and found 2 bad ones. In and out in about 45 min. Would recommend this store for all tire service needs. Wayne is very professional and knows the tire business and went above and beyond.

The biggest thing that sets these guys apart from the rest is the level of customer service and trust. It's hard to find a mechanic that you can trust these days. Not only can I trust them but they also go above and beyond to make sure I am happy.

Had a tire under warranty that had a nail in it. Was in sidewall and couldn’t be patched. They ordered a new tire, same exact tire as the other 3. When it came in I took my car back and got the new one put on and was ready to go. Good job!

Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Dustin always does a great job and is friendly to boot. We would recommend going here to anyone who’s looking for work to be done on their vehicle(s). We drive down from St Lawrence county specifically to go here. We appreciate the service Dustin provides to the public. Just had a complete brake overhaul (rotors, pads and calipers).

Great team at the store on 7/29/2023. I walked in without an appointment and they took excellent care of me. I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire and needed new tires. The team and manager were awesome and I will go there again and recommend them to my friends and family. Everyone was polite and friendly.

Rep was incredibly helpful; removed the burned-out headlight, installed a new one for me, and ALL AT NO CHARGE. I asked how much I could pay, and he said just leave a review. OK, here it is - the Rep was very kind, and he saved me from an expensive trip to the VW Dealership.

My wife went to Melvin’s as a walk in to have her vehicle oil change and brakes and rotors done. They helped her with no issues. She received phone call updates and the vehicle was ready for pick up quickly. Keith and Anthony always do a great job. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have been coming to NTB for many many years & never had any issues but since this new company Mavis Tires has bought them, it's horrible...the service is still great but they have new computer systems that they were not properly trained to use, so you have to wait hours for them to try to get into the system for appts, for service orders, for ordering parts, they were cursed out & lost a lot of customers the day I came in.

My son let me borrow his car because it was crazy hot, and my car's AC is not working. I was on my way to a doctor's appointment. The car started to sound funny. There was a ton of traffic, and road construction. I continued on to MD building. When I parked, there it was, a flat tire! I went in for my appointment. When I came out, I thought,what am I going to do? Because it was after 5, I wanted to go somewhere close. I looked up tire places, Mavis came up, and it was about a mile away. Perfect. I called my friend. She had used Mavis in Saratoga Springs all the time. She told me that they were goo, so go. Really no line. Pulled right in. All the technicians were very courteous and pleasant.

This location provided excellent customer service from the moment they contacted me to tell me my tires were in. They put me in the cue as they knew I was going to wait for my vehicle and said I would be there within an hour. They made reasonable recommendations to me regarding my brakes. They respected that I was on a budget and that is important to me. When my car was ready they pulled it in a bay because it was pouring out. It is so hard to find good customer service anywhere these days, but I was overly satisfied with theirs.

Excellent service from Luis and Gabby They were able to fix my tire very quickly and provided excellent customer service while I waited for the car. Thank you very much. The tire was leaking slowly but they found the valve stem to be broken. Job done in only two hours.

I just wanted to take the time to see how very pleased I was with my experience today. I called this morning on my way to work as I passed the shop and spoke with Edmond. He was extremely polite, very knowledgeable and was able to get me in for the services that I needed. I watch the entire team work on my truck and interacted with each one of them at some point during my time there everyone was outstanding and helpful. I dealt mostly with Edmond and Travis, but the other guys were all working together to get my job done so that I could get back on the road. Excellent customer service. I will be back for all my auto needs. And I will be Sending friends and family. I was able to witness them interact with other customers that came in both on the phone and in person, and they were extremely accommodating and professional. Very, very happy

The services offered and work completed as well as the staff at Socastee, S.C. Mavis were so professional and cordial. I was also surprised and pleased in how quickly and efficiently they had my work done and had me back on the road. Mavis is the real deal and has my business from now on.

Great service, if there's one thing I can say about them is that they will do whatever you ask not what they feel like. I appreciate establishments like that. There seem to be a trend in which mechanics just wanna get as much money from you as possible. I will continue to visit this location for future repairs for my car, FYI the staff is great very knowledgeable and friendly service.

Being a woman needing work on your car has been a horrible nightmare because I have been mistreated by other mechanics. HOWEVER every time I go to this location I am treated with honest experience and expectations. The gentleman who worked on my car through these grueling hot days never complained kept me abreast all the time. I watched through a window diligently them preform as true mechanics. These MEN work so hard and deserve the respect they give and gave to every customer that came in while I was there. I had my brakes done here and will say I am extremely happy with the levels of customer service and mechanics work I received!!

I drive in on a Sunday afternoon with a flat and told I needed a new tire. They ordered the tire, called me Monday morning to tell Me they had received the tire and 30 minutes after I came back the tire was on the car and I was out the door.

We have been coming to this store for many years. Actually went to the other store and moved with Chris to this one. He is the best manager you could ever have. He is very knowledgeable, kind, you can trust anything he tells you. Always takes time to explain things to us. He is a GREAT guy and your company is very lucky to have him.

Excellent experience, honest folks that explain everything and only recommend what we needed, nothing more. It's hard to find a business that you can trust, especially in the car industry. We will definitely be back, they might not be the cheapest out there, but what's more important, honest quality work, or the lowest bidder?

My tires were shot and to add more tragedy to the situation it started raining and lightning. The gentlemen who work at Mavis understood the assignment. my car rides like it just bought it off the showroom floor. I refuse to take my car to the Honda dealership after this top-notch service.

After my former mechanic closed his shop I was looking for a new place to complete my tire replacement. I read the online reviews and decided to give Mavis a try and I'm so thankful I did. Frank was mentioned in multiple reviews and after meeting and experiencing his wonderful customer service I agree! Frank is the man!

My recent visit for new tires was totally hassle free. The techs were courteous, respectful and had answers to my questions. The tech arranged for my scratched wheel rim to be repaired while I waited. I thought that I would have to make a second appt. This was my first visit to Mavis and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I will be sure to recommend this group to my friends and neighbors. The young men working there are an asset to your company.

I went into Mavis for a tire repair for a slow leak on my rear tire. When they put my car on the lift they noticed my front tire was excessively worn. It was close to closing time and they got me 2 new tires for the front and repaired my rear tire even though they had to stay late. I apologized more than once and was told not to worry about it. When I got my bill they only charged me for the front tires and told me the repair was on them! I would highly recommend Mavis in Ocean Isle Beach to anyone who needs tires or brakes.

Brought my brother's car in. Sunday 3pm. Needed tires ASAP. Found out it needed an alignment as well. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable. Got to play Mariokart while waiting. Brother had to pay. Best!

Best time getting a oil change. Everyone was nice, polite, quick with my oil change. Cost was very reasonable and waiting area waa clean and nice. I was very comfortable. They didn't try selling me anything either. The scheduling process was also easy and efficient. I would recommend highly this place for all my friends and family.

Have had a few visits to the Mavis in Yorktown Heights, NY. The staff is always courteous and attentive to all of my needs. Their prices are competitive, and the work that they do is always good. Issac, the manager always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled completely, and accurately. Would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

I was told by a dealership that I needed some things done on my Toyota Sienna. I declined the services knowing I could get them done cheaper elsewhere. I went to get new rear brakes at Mavis and asked them to check the items that the dealership suggested service on. They informed me that while these parts may be showing some wear, they were not yet in need of replacement. I appreciated their honesty. I found them to be trustworthy and knowledgeable. I had a great first experience with them and would refer anyone to Mavis in Salisbury, NC.

The folks at Tuffy are the fairest, most understanding, excellent care for their customers. I would recommend Tuffy on Jackman and Laskey **, Oh. For anyone with a vehicle problem. Thank you for the excellent services. I actually had my vehicle in there twice in a month and the care they show to their customers is far better than I've experienced. I recommend Tuffy!!

I like the fact that there always seems to be a Mavis close by. The service provided was exactly as explained. The service was also provided in a timely manner. Mavis also provided insight on some additional repairs that might be necessary in the future. This additional service made me feel safer.

Every time I've been to this establishment I've had great service and great prices. Not only does every car I have get new tires from Mavis, but also my immediate family members. The employees are friendly and not pushy. Only thing I'd recommend is finally adding a 'Lifetime' Alignment option. Because Mavis doesn't offer it, I have to go to Firestone.

Very friendly, nice, and efficient work for a fair price. Went in for a brake service and tire change. Come to find out, after they checked my brakes for free they were fine and did not need serviced. The employees communicated everything well throughout the process and acted as professionals should.

Rachel that works the desk is absolutely perfect for the job. Will use them again if they keep the same people. I was buying somewhere else but they never contact me back so I googled and found Mavis and so glad I did. I was taken in on my appointment time and other items that needed to be done were done in the time I was told.

I arrived half an hour before closing with a severely deflated tire. It turned out that a screwdriver got stuck in the tire. Despite the fact that the guys were busy and tired at the end of the day, they didn't refuse to help me and fixed the tire. I especially want to thank manager Kyle.

The staff at this Mavis were awesome. Super quick and efficient. Needed an emergency inspection done asap and they got me in last minute and I will definitely be back for all car service needs in the future! Highly recommend anyone looking for fast and friendly service to come here!

I had my car towed there because I had a flat tire coming off rim. Mavis didn’t have the tire in stock & ordered it for me. This happened on a Thursday & they put my donut on & said tire would be delivered on Saturday. Tire came in as promised & new tire is on my car! They told me to come crack after 25 miles so they could recalibrate nuts on tire no charge!

The team there is great, This is my go to for all car service needs for the last five years since moving to the neighborhood. The mechanics take pride in their work. Never disappoints. They take time to listen to your concerns and explain what’s happening and what needs to be done. To top it off they don’t try to upsell.

This is my second visit to Mavis Discount Tire in Somers Point, NJ. Very clean and comfortable while you wait. The Manager Jon and his staff were pleasant and professional. I bought my tires there so I came in for a rotation and oil change. They saw I needed rear struts, righty so I never had them replaced (130 k). The price was very reasonable and they did everything right away, did not wait more than 1.5 hrs!

Friendly and helpful and competitive prices. Kept their word in price and schedule of the job completion. The staff kept informed on the progress of the job and everyone I encountered was pleasant. I would definitely return if I had a tire issue again but now that I know they also perform Inspections I will come her for that too.

I had a nail go into my tire, needless to say I was worried. This was Sunday and I had to go to work the next day. The mechanics couldn't have been nicer, they fitted me in to the schedule. The tire was repaired. No issues at all. I would recommend to a friend and family.

I am a longtime customer and have never been disappointed. Trust in a mechanic (especially for me as I am very limited in my knowledge about auto repairs) is at the top of my criteria for choosing a business to do the work. I am VERY satisfied with the Nazareth store and recommend it to anyone needing the vehicle serviced.

We were very pleased with the Johnston branch of Mavis! The guys were great, the service was great and the price was great! My only problem was the program on the TV in the waiting room, lol it was a car show and I found it really boring. I am sure they would have changed it for me if I had asked. The man who was at the desk was one of the nicest service guys I have ever dealt with!! Will definitely return and recommend.

Dave was exceptional. I needed tires for the vehicle I drive daily for work. He didn’t give me the cheapest tire, but he gave me the one that was of the best value for all of the driving that I do. I felt like he was looking out for my own good and not trying to just take my money!

The customer service provided by the staff was absolutely amazing. Ed the general manager had us in and out, work done, communicated everything from pricing to time efficiently. The pricing was hard to beat as well as the crew that was in the shop, I did not see one upset customer when I was there. The facility was also very well kept and clean. It was overall an amazing experience, I remember working with Ed previously as a different location and the service was just as immaculate.

I had a big bolt in one of my tires. Made the appointment online (really easy and user friendly). I got there a little early. Nick logged me in and told me I was second in line and explained what needed to be done. I sat in their waiting room, clean and cool. When repair made, Nick brought my car around and within an hour I was one my way. I will use Tire Kingdom Indian Harbour Beach again. A great experience.

After only 13 months and 9,000 miles since having Mavis Discount Tire in Pleasantville, NY replace my front and rear brake pads and rotors on my Hyundai Sonata, I was experiencing noise again in the rear brakes. They said I needed new rear brake pads and rotors again. I asked how could that be as I got nearly 50,000 miles on the original Hyundai set and they had no answer. They said the brake pad parts would be free since my previous replacement came with a lifetime warranty but I would have to pay for labor and the parts and labor for the rotors because they were 1 month out of the 12-month warranty.

I would recommend this Mavis to my friends the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The area was comfortable and clean for the customers. My entire family goes here to get work done on their cars and we all have good experience. Great place. Good work is done here. I recommend it!!! Good place to go when your car needs a check-up.

I brought my car in for A/C repair. Raymond explained to me what was needed to be done, and the process that it took. After OK’ing the repair. Raymond kept in contact with me every step of the way. I was told that they didn’t accept 3rd Party Warranties, but Raymond worked with me and got approval from his boss to accept. Once my Warranty company sent payment, I just had to pay the rest and I was on my way. I’m grateful that Raymond took good care of what I needed and was up front with what needed to be done. Very Great Customer Service!

I always get my tires for my cars, refer my family and friends. I love going to this Mavis great customer services!! I have been a customer for a long time even when the name change and Lee is a Great Store manager, always working every time I come in there.

Very friendly group of people at the Towanda Mavis Discount Tires. Everyone there is very informative of any issues wrong with your vehicle and if you'd like to know how anything happened anyone is willing to show and explain anything you need. I made an appointment to have a simple oil change on my car. I was meet by Becky when I walked in and she was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. She got all the information and gave me a estimate when it would be complete. When it was complete I got a call and a few recommendations for things I should consider in the future. Nothing forced on me just some suggestions. Becky did a great job and I will return and highly recommend them.

By far the best Mavis that I have ever been to. The staff is so polite and welcoming. A1 for me. The work to my car which is BMW 640xi was done professionally and accurately. The balancing was on point. I don't allow or go to anyone but BMW to take care of my car but with this Mavis location I feel comfortable knowing it will get done right....

Went in with a tire. They fixed it. No issues and when I needed new lug nuts and the store next door gave me the wrong ones the guys went with me and helped me find the right one and they were super nice and even offered an umbrella when it started raining to my pregnant wife. All in all a perfect experience.

I highly recommend NOT using Mavis Tires and Brakes in Cumming, GA!! After going to this shop for 10 years, I no longer will go there ever again. I replaced all brake pads and rotors last May. The brake pads have a lifetime warranty. After driving the car only 15,800 miles and just over a year later, my brakes started squeaking. I took the car into Mavis since it had just been about a year and I knew the brake pads were under warranty.

Very professional and very knowledgeable. Raj and his staff are always polite and vey respectful. Listen to your concerns and then makes recommendations. Prices are very competitive. Time spent there is always on the mark as well as keeping your appointment time. Makes recommendations and tells you what to expect on your next visit. They do the work and are not pushy as to upsell you any of their products that is not needed. As a senior I feel very confident dealing with Raj.

The service personnel were very professional and friendly. John, Michael B, and Michael J clearly communicated with me. The inspection was completed in less than 30 minutes. A job well done! Will be back for my next maintenance service. The service people got the job done in less time than what was stipulated.

I have dealt with this place for years, Pete is the man, always had good service from Tire Kingdom and I'm sure the good service will continue with it being Mavis now, keep Pete, he goes I go. I did have a chance to meet a couple of the Mavis people while I was there, nice professional people.

When I arrived in the morning, Nicole greeted me with a radiant smile and was ready to bring my truck in immediately. Pulled into the service center with an emergency as my tire had blown out, they helped me quickly and kept me apprised every step of the way. Mavis in Myrtle Beach is an excellent place to help with brake and tire needs, but what makes this place more special than the average commercial tire place is that the team is stellar, they are great at their jobs, and the customer service is top-tier. Yesterday for me was quite overwhelming with everything I had to get done with my car. Walking in the building I was greeted with a smile and handled with care. Brian and Zander along with the techs in the shop never fail to provide a great experience. No one likes having their car in for service, even routine maintenance, but those location is friendly, efficient and most of all, great at what they do. I can take my car anywhere but I just don't get the service that I receive here.

I simply went in to get an alignment and tire rotation but I was quickly notified by Jon **, assistant manager, that there were other issues with my car. He was able to show me my tie rods were in bad shape along with the boots as they leaked a lot of grease. He was straightforward and honest about the issues. I trusted and appreciated his feedback and expertise. He was very busy that day but made time to thoroughly communicate the issue to me as well as the many customers he had dealt with that day. He was able to get my parts in a timely manner and completed the job in a timely manner as well. Buck gives the best prices on Rivers Ave North Charleston. I had two other quotes. For my mom's car he was a lot less. When my mom came in she was greeted by a knowledgeable staff. Made her comfortable.
