Everything was wonderful! 3 different vehicles so far this year during March, April & May of 2023. Staff is always friendly and super helpful. Don’t try to sell you items not needed just to upsell you with extra stuff you don’t really need.

The manager was friendly, professional and honest. Keep me informed and the service was on time. I would definitely recommend to a friend and I'm coming back with my wife's car. Clean, comfortable waiting area. I'll be back. Good service. Nice place.

I’ve been taking my cars for service at Little Egg Harbor Mavis for about 3 years now. Jaime and Doug are the best. I always been treated as if I was family. They have stayed open later to finish my car. They have a great crew working there. They have literally rebuilt 3 cars for me. Mavis should be proud that these guys represent their company. I went to Mavis close to closing and had a problem with a tire. The manager Cory immediately jumped on it and had Darnell (who was also great) fix the tire!!! Great job Cory and Darnell! Will be back to Mavis.

Was 500 miles from home in my retail store’s 14 foot panel truck and needed a new tire. It was Saturday and commercial places were closed in the Concord North Carolina area. When one Mavis location could not accommodate the truck size, Boyd called another location and set everything up. George and all of the folks at the Concord Parkway, South location were excellent. I ended up buying four tires! Nice, professional, prompt! Can’t say enough good things about the business!

Had the best experience in Cortland Mavis location, they were very fast and very kind! Especially the guy named Scott was very helpful, explained and helped me to choose the best tires for my car and also we discussed about further services that I would need for my car! Will go back again!

Excellent service from the young lady there.. I even applied for credit (and I never do) and got approved. Keep up the good work. I will be returning in the near future for a complete tire inspection and installation on all three of my vehicles.

Always a great experience at Mavis in Rhinebeck. The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all products needed for my car. Fair priced and on time when I go in to be serviced. Their mechanic is one of the best around.

I've been coming to this location since 2021. This has by far been the best service I have received with Jose at the forefront. It was clean and quiet. They removed the TVs which I absolutely loved because I hated seeing or listening to the trash playing on the TV while waiting. I look forward to them adding back the tables that we can use to get work done while we wait. Jose was awesome and I appreciate his fantastic customer service!

Friendly and very respectful. Didn't try to get me to purchase anything extra and listened to what I was saying. And asked questions about what I needed to be done to make sure they covered all my needs. And also gave feedback to my questions. They didn't keep me guessing. I knew everything that was going on with my car. And they even tried going out of their way to help me get a ride to work and back home.

After noticing doors open on the store Sunday morning I stopped in to inquire on a trailer tire. Was broke down about 1 mile up the road. The staff got me a tire and got me going asap. Nice folks. Thank you.

My brakes were wore down to the ground but the Mavis crew specifically Brian & Louis were wonderful with helping me. They real nice & respectful & most definitely helpful. Will come again. Brian also showed me ways that I could prevent my car brakes from being seriously worn out like that.

The place is clean, everyone is friendly and seem to be a nice close group. Kevin didn't push for anything, just showed me a problem with my tires and made me aware of my options and what can be done. Friendly staff and great service!!

The men that worked there were so nice and pleasant. Explain everything to me. Answered all my questions and helped in out in a big way. I will always go there for tires. Very clean, quiet, reasonable place. They had my car done in the time frame.

The staff is professional and polite. The work was done in a timely matter. These guys explain the issue in detail. There is no question if I will use Mavis tire again And again. They do a really great job on diagnosing and fixing the issue. The waiting room is clean. The children’s area is very nice. I’m also impressed that the bathrooms are clean and tidy as well. I had an appointment to get 4 new tires and a alignment, I was in and out in less than an hour. Got my tires, no alignment was needed. I'm very pleased with the service and the honesty. I would 100% recommend the Horseheads Mavis!!

As always they're always friendly and professional. Maybe I'm also lucky, but I never wait very long to have my vehicle serviced. I will continue to come back because it has been a honest shop to deal with. I'm glad I found this place, it has the family owned vibe going. Plus they take care of veterans.

Our brake pedal felt so soft when we pressed on it that we had better get the brakes fixed. Our Prius is 19 years old and we never needed new brakes. The man checked our car and said our brakes were fine. We were amazed. Then he asked when did we last add brake fluid. We confessed "never". They added the brake fluid and the car was good as new!!!

I would highly recommend this store. They fixed my brake problem after another store told me that I just had to clean up the excess brake dust. They were professional and friendly. Prices are very competitive. Thank you for excellent service.

Alexis helped us get in/out quickly and within budget! He was polite and kept me updated on the progress. I had a sick child with me while in the shop and he knew to get me out as quickly as possible. He even taught me a little something about my car.

I was very pleased with the service representative Deidra at Mavis Tires in Hiram. She was very hospitable. I had to bring my vehicle back a few times for the same problem but on the 3rd. visit I met Deidra and she made me feel comfortable and explained if I had any further issues to bring my car back. I needed 4 new tires for my mini Cooper and Earnesto was helpful and kind. He answered all my questions and I rate him 5 stars on customer service! He explained everything and priced it and told me how long it would take. I walked to Walmart and Tuesday Morning and shopped and when I was done so was my car! Tires look so much better !!! Chris and the team were very professional. They looked at my tire, diagnosed the issue quickly and give me options to correct the problem. Chris explained the options clearly and helped me make the best choice. Wait time was minimal despite them being pretty busy.

The service, courtesy, quality and professionalism of the manager and technicians was exceptional. I would highly recommend this location. Cory had to redo a poor job brake pad replacement job a privately own repair shop did. The repair was completed on time with very little inconvenience to me.

Warm and friendly environment. Representative who greeted me was polite and efficient and explained prices and discounts available. My car was serviced quickly and checked that certain components were in working order. Highly recommend this place! I will be back for routine maintenance in the near future.

Mavis is a very professional place to do business with. I got my brakes and calipers replaced and new set of tires. The staff were very professional, it was always clear communication, no hassle when it came to the different prices you can select that will fit your budget. They had many cars at the time I dropped my car off and they were still able to do my brakes in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars to the staff and supervisor who also assists with helping me.

Great service and Steve is awesome. 2nd time dealing with him. Hope he stays here for a while. I know sometimes there's staff changes but hopefully not this time. Have had my husband get tires there last year. Have the Mavis card also.

Mavis in Latham got me in quickly, and provided excellent, prompt and honest service. Price was great and the team was friendly. Purchased tires here last year and they were excellent. They did a great job with oil change and battery replacement. They are also not condescending. They treat all their customers well and I feel very comfortable taking my car there.

One of the best experiences with car repair services I've had. Without an appointment, had front brakes replaced in a matter of hours. Very friendly service, and they offered discounts on parts. I was blown away because a week earlier, I had my rear brakes replaced by a Cadillac dealership for double the price. I found out they use OEM parts as well. I highly recommend going to this Niles location.

I couldn’t have been taken care of better. Lou, I think he’s the manager, he explained everything upfront gave several options, never felt they were trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. They didn’t have my tires in stock. He made some calls and had them the that day. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

Extremely honest. Great customer service. They completely went over my wife’s car and made sure they only charged and fixed what was needed. The dealership wanted to do things that wasn’t needed. Would recommend to anyone that wants honest people working on their car.

My tire was leaking quickly and I hurried to my friends at Mavis, although, they were EXTREMELY busy, there was no rush at the counter and they were honest with me that it would take some time. They handled my issue of a screw in the side of my tire. Although they did not have the tire I wanted, they had a close fit and made it work for me. Price was great and NEVER was I pushed into anything. I have always been treated great by this location and will be back to match my tires when I wear a little more of the other 3!!!

Brought my truck in for basic oil change tire rotation and tire balance. Service was proform fast and accurately. RIch let me know I was in need of rear brakes and gave me pricing. This place has been really great! I only wish you were a full service garage. Great communication, friendly and helpful. I have gotten new tires, oil changes, inspections. I never feel that they try to sell me what I don't need and get the work done as requested.

Had broken my torque wrench. Called Mavis to see if they could help me put my wheels. They took me in without a fuzz. Arturo was a Class A mechanic, he took my care of my Mustang GT like if he owned it. I wish more service centers could perform like this.

This Mavis service center in Copiague is honest and has always done great car repairs for my automobiles. The repair times is also in timely. I've never had a problem in the many years coming to this location. I would recommend the Copiague location to anyone needing car repairs.

Having an oil change and a tire rotation was remarkably easy at this Mavis location. I called, but an appointment was not necessary. The technician took exactly the amount of time estimated. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I will be returning for all my automotive needs.

I have been taking my vehicles to the Mavis Tire in Kerhonkson NY for several years. All of my experiences there were positive. The managers there are knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. They communicate well what's being done, if any other repairs are needed and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. The techs there are skilled and hard workers. It's a great place to get your vehicle serviced and repaired.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment. I had a flat tire. They took measurements, gave me estimates, we agreed on one. My car was ready before I could finish lunch nearby. Great Service and Price.

John & Jose .. Extremely professional and superior customer service ..Somers Point Mavis will always be the car repair shop for our family. We had to have a very large repair done on one of our cars and we were able to qualify for a Mavis credit card that really helped our financial situation. We wouldn’t even have known that this credit line was available without help from John and Jose. They are really there to help in any situation.

I recently needed my tire sensors replaced. These folks were amazing and quick handling the issue. If there was an issue during replacement, they came & checked with me. The cost was reasonable! Highly recommended! I'll be going back when I need help with my car!

They are always professional and do what is exactly needed. Very informative on vehicle progress. I’ve never had an issue here. They have always been very good with the work they do and if there is any other problems found they will surely let you know and they don’t pressure you on extra things but they will give you their expertise as needed which is always welcoming knowledge. Sometimes I don’t catch everything on my own vehicle and if anything spotted they will let ya know what’s up.

Excellent service! Have gone there for numerous service calls including new tires for several vehicles and most recently for new brakes. I missed my appointment but came later and they were able to take my car for my oil change while I waited. Waiting area was comfortable and I was able to read my book. There was also a vending machine for drinks and snacks.

Service was extremely quick. I was given multiple price point options and was able to choose what I could afford with zero pressure and given good info to make my decision. Service was done within an hr. When I called ahead they took all my info to start a ticket to save me time as I sat on the side of the road with multiple flat tires. Knowing they were ready and waiting really helped me stay calm in my situation.

I was in Birmingham and had a screw lodge in one of my tires. I went to 2 different tire repair shops before finding one (Irondale Mavis Tires) that could repair my tire within an hour since I needed to get back on the road to Enterprise. Randy and his team had my tire repaired in about 30 minutes. Great service!

My experience was great! Every time that I have gone to the Phenix City, AL Mavis store all employees have been very polite, respectful, and helpful. When we realized that my car needed tires quickly before going on a 10 trip, Mavis had the tire we needed and put them on. Their pleasant and exceptional service is why we keep going back.

The facility was well kept. From the front door to the restrooms. All the employees were cleaning as I pulled up in between cars. The associate at the counter named Saban was great at answering my questions. He was very knowledgeable and seemed pretty confident in their product. He didn't push stuff on me I didn't ask for. I had just come from Brakes For Less a competitor who told me I needed brake pads and rotors all the way around. Mavis did an honest inspection of the braking system and told me what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone old or young that may not know about cars and feel pretty good that they didn't get taken advantage of. Great brand and I will bring all my cars to them moving forward.

I went in for a wheel alignment because I just had new tires put on at Walmart. Horrible experience at Walmart. Turns out the balancing was not done correctly at Walmart and Mavis was able to fix my problem with just some balancing and didn’t do unnecessary work. I will definitely Mavis again,

I needed a Car Inspection the same day that I walked in for a vehicle I had recently purchased. The staff was courteous and willing to fit me in for a quick inspection and after 15 or so min they were done. I gratefully wasn’t upsold on anything I didn’t ask for or didn’t need. 11/10 experience.

Very long term customer. Always happy with work. If there is an issue they take care of it quickly, numerous sets of tires over 2 decades and a bunch of cars. They even found an issue with a new car that I had to take to the dealer and get the turbocharger replaced or I could have blown the motor up. The service is great at a fair price.

James and Eric were GREAT, very informative and helpful. I was very alarmed and I panicked when I got the flat tire on the passenger side front. After my car was inspected it was recommended that I replace all four tires. Service rep James was there in the morning when I went there, he went over a large array of tires with me. Eric was there in the afternoon when I went to pick my car up. He too was very professional and discussed various methods of payment.

I had an appointment with Mavis to get an estimate for a total brake job on my Kia Sorento. Within 30 minutes they had all of my tires off and brakes inspected with an estimate much less than my previous estimate and told me they could have the job completed within 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Halfway through I asked if they could add an oil change to the order. Within 2 hours my job was completed. The front desk rep was so knowledgeable as well as a delight to work with. He let me know about ongoing discounts, a great Japanese restaurant within walking distance, while offering a beautiful space to wait in comfort. Strangely, it was a most enjoyable afternoon. Dave and this staff at the Neptune location is the most honest shop around with quality repairs and experienced technicians. I have been using this location for many years. The employees are always the same with no turnover. This seems to say a lot about this location.

Had a nail in my tire and walked in and was taken care of right away. Amazing customer service and my tire was fixed within an hour!!! So thankful they were open and close by and knew how to work on my jeep's 35 inch tires.

Clear communication on what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and how long it would take. During my visit I expressed my concern about a rattling noise I heard. The head mechanic looked into it and discovered a large amount of oil resting in the canal of the engine. Seems a squirrel was getting cozy and hiding walnuts in this same canal. May have chewed through some wires or even an oil line. We don’t suspect it to be serious but definitely a cause of concern with how much oil was there.

Dave and Pete are the best!!! I really appreciate how they look out for me every time I come to have service done. This particular visit was special because my car needed a lot done to pass the inspection. There was a couple things they fixed on my car, that I didn’t have on my list of things that needed to be done, such as the missing lug nut on one of my wheels. I meant to add it to the list and forgot. Everything was done to perfection, and for that, I will always come to this location to have my car serviced.

My husband made an appt for me online for and Oil change and Tire rotation. I was running late for appt and called to let them know. Justin told me it was alright and that he would keep my spot until I got there. The Oil change was performed and during the Tire Rotation, I was told I need a Brake Service. Justin developed a very fair price for me with a lifetime guarantee on the pads. I feel much better about my safety with my Jeep. I needed an auto inspection and tire rotation on short notice during an afternoon. They accommodated my request in spite of having a full plate for the rest of the day. They did an excellent job overall, and I appreciate the care from the manager as well as the technician who worked on my car. This review is specifically in reference to the Mavis discount shop on South Salina Street in Syracuse, NY (I have had less than pleasant experiences at some of the other branches of the chain). When I walked into Mavis on Abercorn yesterday I was completely defeated and stressed out of my mind. I'm 4 hours away from home and had just spent over $500 getting my car serviced by another provider in my home state because I had to travel to Savannah for a few days for work last minute. My heart sank when 20 minutes away from my destination my car violently shook and started to rough idle and sputter. I went to several places I could just Google not knowing the area and nobody was able to help me, until I found Mavis. I went in, asked for help, and everyone was incredible. They diagnosed my vehicle, put their best mechanic on it, and had me up and running good as new, fixing all of the mistakes that their competitor made back in my home state. Decided to patron Mavis Discount Tire on Bloomfield Ave. for new tires and other car repair work as a more cost-friendly alternative to the dealer service center and they have happily exceeded my expectations. I saved 80% off the cost of the total repair work done compared to the dealer service center by going to Mavis Discount Tire. On top of that they also corrected the mistakes the dealer service center did (losing my wheel lock key and not putting the proper coolant mix in my car). I highly, highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire without hesitation.

Hit a nail and made it unusable. Drove 2 miles an hour to the workshop where they patched me up in minutes so I could get a place to sleep and come back tomorrow to have my tire replaced. Amazing service and caring workers! Ken in particular made it such a simple and easy experience!

The team at Mavis is wonderful, they got my car done quickly, same day without appointment. It was a mount tires and recycle the old ones, and very fair price. Only complaint was they didn't push the plastic covers all the way down on my tires but I caught it very quick.

Scott and the crew at the West Putnam Avenue Greenwich CT location were great! Caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I want to go ahead and preface this review with the fact that I initially gave this store a 5-star review on Google. I did so because I thought the service was good, and the manager asked me to do so. Also, I had gotten tires for 2 SUVs to "winterize" them. When I dropped my last SUV off, I did so with it filled with a full tank of gas. When I picked it up, it was down o a half tank. Now I could run my car still for 4-5 hours, and it won't burn a half tank of gas. So, either someone took it for a "joy ride," or the gas was siphoned. Neither case is okay with me. Who does that?!!! I have begun filing formal complaints, and I hope the regional manager will reach out to me, but I'm not going to hold my breath. If you take your car to this store, record its mileage and be cognizant of how much gas is in the tank!

Going to a tire shop for anything normally isn’t fun or something you look forward to. My time spent at this store I have to say was very enjoyable. The customer service upfront and the service tech in the shop did a great job and it was actually pretty fast considering what I was getting. I highly recommend this location.

I truly enjoyed my experience with the staff and the facility itself as a whole. Jamie was very professional and helpful as well as being straightforward regarding what had to be done. The prices for the repairs were as originally informed as well as being given updates via text to make sure I was aware towards the completion of the labor. I will be seeing them again for future vehicle repairs.

Purchased new tires January 14 2023. Waited 3 hours for install. Truck in the shop. Get truck back. Feel vibration. Starts to get worse front end driver side. Call Mavis. They say bring in truck after work. They would rebalance tires. Took truck in 3 days later. Truck is 2 wheel drive. I don't use it when it is icy on roads. They rebalance tires. Shake is worse. They told me two tires were out of balance. I call Mavis of Saratoga Springs NY. Tell them it is worse. It is late at this point due to long wait for truck in shop. So I drive truck to work shaking like heck change front tires to rear. Shake, moves mostly to Rear of truck.

Quinn took great care of my vehicle. These guys are professional and courteous. I will be back. I will bring my other two cars here. I will definitely have my family and friends come here. My friend just said the same thing.

Although I live in Newburgh, I always come to the Mavis in Beacon. They always work with me to get my car in quickly, prices are as stated, they give me a package discount when I need additional work, and the work is done correctly. They do not try to take advantage by trying to sell me work or parts I don’t need. Refreshing!!!! Been using them for years!

Ford was great at explaining all my options to me and guiding me to understanding what issues my car had. He provided me with great help and made me feel comfortable getting my car worked on. We had same day service even when we had to leave and come back because our rims had locking lug nuts that we had no key for. Slow leak in back tire, brought it to Mavis, they took it right in, evaluated it and I was done with 45 min with a tire that was fixed. I was very impressed. I would go there again. This was my first time and I was very satisfied.

Hankook tires recommended by manager are horrible. They will not replace or repair tires. So bad that driving in the rain is like driving on ice. Can't drive in the rain at all. January 12, 2023 spun out 180 degrees at Northeast Blvd and Red Lion road at less than 20 mph. Slight drizzle at the time. Go to any competitor down the street. There are many of them!

Very good customer service. Had a tire sensor replaced. Was in and out in an timely manner. As a returning customer, I've always received the best service. I recommend Mavis on Riverchase, Phenix City AL for tires and service. I've purchased my tires from them and receive free tire rotation which is a plus.

Emanuel from the Syosset store did a complete check on the tire and found the corrosion on the rim creating the leak. He did a fantastic job. I brought my car to 2 other tire places and they couldn't find a leak and I travel extensively and didn't feel comfortable driving until Emanuel fixed it correctly. He really went the extra mile to make sure it was safe for me.!!! Excellent job!!

2023 New has started off amazingly when this company replaced my tires. They are the best in South Georgia. Very clean. Everyone was so polite. Very nice. Visiting Mavis Tires in Tifton Georgia was the best decision I have ever made.
