Scott, Pernell, Sebastion, and the crew were fantastic. They kept me informed via voice and text. It was just a simple oil change tire rotation. I'll be telling my friends and family how professionally well I was treated. I'll be back in the future with my other cars.

Above and beyond outstanding customer service experienced by the technicians and especially the manager, Dave. I bought 4 new tires, 4 new brakes, front wheel alignment and oil change. Dave, the manager, explained all the options available to me and the upside and downside for each option. On another visit, I went there in need of a battery replacement for my hybrid vehicle. The batteries for a hybrid aren't always in stock but Dave made several calls to locate one and had it delivered within an hour and I was back on the road. I can't say enough good things about my experiences at this facility!

On several occasions, Mavis corrected jobs other car repair shops handled so poorly, I was in danger. I am so appreciative for them for turning a very dangerous situation into a safe one. I trust them to keep my car in good, safe running condition. Mavis is my ONLY car repair shop! Many thanks, Mavis!

Jaden and Brian at the Palatine location are amazing with excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable on every question I had and very quick with my service. I purchased tires and had them installed and got an alignment. I definitely recommend this place for everyone who wants great service!

Anytime I use the Mavis Discount Tires Scarsdale, NY location I am very happy with everything. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and the prices are competitive. They communicate everything to you really well and breakdown all the pricing so you know what you are paying for exactly. They are also very good about getting it done as fast as they can.

I was getting a flat & Googled the nearest Mavis. I was also six months behind with my inspection. MJ told me it would be an hour but it was much longer than that. I didn’t mind though. After inspecting my car and some additional services, I feel safer driving my it.

I’ve been here several times for services on my truck and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop that will offer you competitive prices without trying to sell you on things your vehicle doesn’t need (like all the drive-through oil change shops do). On my last visit for oil change/rotation/alignment, I didn’t have a coupon or ask for one but I was offered one anyway during checkout. Little things like that will keep me coming back.

I got a flat tire And had to get towed to Mavis Binghamton. Todd and the Mavis group were so busy that day - yet took my truck and serviced it and found me the best tire! They even called me as I was waiting to see what the situation was with my truck! They went above and beyond! They explained my warranty on my new tire! The best!

Wonderful experience. Steve, assistant mgr., was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful and went out of his way for me. Tech performing work was awesome. He took the time to show me and explain potential issues with my car. Prices very reasonable. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely return in large part due to the professionalism of Steve. The staff and tire mechanics was great. I had a very short wait time and everyone was courteous and helpful. I willl definately go back there. I called before I went because I was looking online at tire deals and the guy at Mavis price matched even went lower than what I was looking at with a better tire.

I have been a customer here for several years and I don't recall ever having a bad experience. They always explain the services provided, never try to push unnecessary repairs on me, and more than once have given me what I would consider a good deal.

Everything works out great there, been going to Mavis for the last few years now. Mavis in lockport is wonderful. They are always cheaper than everyone else for price and they are always fast at getting vehicles done. There is no messing around there. If you want to know more of what's going on with your own vehicle, you just need to ask they are very open about it. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need which is refreshing! I would recommend the Lockport Mavis to anyone that wants good service and doesn't want to overpay!

I am so thankful that I was referred to the Disney car care center which is run by Mavis Tire. They saved our trip! I was provided excellent service and quality work from Patrick and Robert who found the issue with my tire and were able to fix the problem. Manager and service mechanic working on my car both extremely knowledgeable and worked with me to help figure out a solution to fix my car properly and still within a reasonable budget, told me what needs to be fixed and fixed it. Great service.

I called Mavis/ Tuffy yesterday morning to see if I could get my car into their shop. The repair shop I scheduled with originally, had taken in additional cars and had no room for me. Mavis/ Tuffy saw me immediately, analyzed the problem and did the work in less than 4 hours. Excellent customer service, excellent mechanics and also very detailed analysis of the problem and the fix. I will definitely use them in the future.

Mike and his team are awesome! They understood exactly what I wanted done. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and their prices were more than fair, couldn't beat them. 10/10 would recommend! Never mind they had it all done the same day in a very timely manner.

Both of my front tires needed air more frequently than usual, with the driver side needing air every week and the passenger side every other week. I made the appointment online the day prior. I arrived 15min early and Krista greeted me and took my key. I waited for less than an hour and the work was done! The staff changed my air stem for the driver side tire and found a small nail in the passenger side tire, which they plugged up. The service was fast and staff was friendly. This is my go to shop.

I’ve never had any problems with the help at this facility. Tom has always been fair and trustworthy with his estimates, and prices. Customer relations is very important to me and I’ve never been treated bad or disrespected. This facility is always clean, and the personnel are always respectful.

The two front struts needed to be replaced on my 2012 Ford Explorer. I was quoted a price and a time that my car would be ready. The price did not change and the car was repaired in the time frame I was given. I was shown the new parts before they were placed on the car. The salespeople were very friendly and professional.

While traveling home on a Sunday, we had tire trouble. Saw this store on google search and was so thankful it was open on Sunday. Walked in and was greeted by Frederick who was very helpful and kind. This is the second time I’ve been. This time only for a part. They even installed it for me. The receptionist was great, she welcomed me by name! She admitted that she could see my license plate and used to look me. Still it was very impressive. Prices were very competitive and as it is 1/2 mile from the house - very convenient. I also got a quote for an oil change. It was much cheaper than the one I had done by a quick oil change franchise. Very happy with Mavis!!!

I had a great experience at Trexlertown Mavis with Stephan. I came in for two tires needed to pass inspection. He explained to me of the risk involved and why of replacing only 2 and having diff tread on AWD vehicle which I never would have known otherwise and could have damaged my vehicle. Then he worked with me and made it possible for me to be able to afford all 4 new tires and an alignment which was truly an enormous blessing to myself and my kids that we are so thankful for. He even called a car to take my toddler and I home while car was serviced as it was going to be a few hours. I’ve already recommended the Mavis family to a family member of mine who needs some work done. 10/10 highly recommend.

I was in emergency situation with dead battery and went to Mavis since I was around the corner. They replaced the battery but died the next day so I brought it to a mechanic to replace the alternator. When he disconnected the battery terminal were extremely corroded, I have pictures. The technicians are not qualified and not professional. Stay away from this place no matter what you save. Also while there someone came back. Stated that their tires were put on backwards.

I have been going to this location for over 30 plus years… Back when it was Kerhonkson Tire. The customer service and quality of work is excellent. They always give me the best deal. Very friendly and never try to over sell me. I now have my daughter's trucks serviced there.

Stopped in at 5 pm with a screw in my tire, they were able to fit me in and get it fixed, and they stayed late to do it. Very comfortable waiting room and they even offered snacks! I would definitely recommend.

I bought new tires at another tire store and was told that they couldn't align the rear because the adjustment mechanism was maxed out and had to be replaced. I went to Mavis and asked Josh if they could do that and he said, "Wait until we put it up on our lift." When he did he found that the other place didn't do the job properly. He had it fixed up in no time. Thank you Josh for your honesty. You've made me a customer for life and I'm sorry I bought the tires at another store.

Dealing with my baby I rated this great company a 6 and they deserve 10 all across the board. I went in for an oil change with my 2yrs old and the lobby was clean and so was the bathroom. The manager worked his hardest to get me and my little one in and out as fast as he could and I applaud the service and under the stressful busy service all the staff was kind and helpful.

I stopped at Marvis to have my tire's problem checked. I was met at the desk by a kind mannerly man. I think his demeanor put me at ease explaining what was happening to my tire. Was not made to feel my problem was not important nor was the desk clerk impatient or rude and that made all the difference. Good customer service.

I needed my my tires balance and they did a great job. I also had tire rotation and 4 wheel alignment and they did it spot on because the car rides great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great service to their car.

The team at Mavis while addressing a slow leak I had in the right rear tire identified severely worn rear tires on the inside due to alignment issues. I had recently had my car at the dealership for service under a service contract and they had rotated my tires but did not inform me of the excessive wear because of alignment. Mavis took care of me and replaced my tires and performed a rear end alignment. Since I travel a fare amount, the attentiveness of the team at Mavis prevented what was soon to be a serious and potentially life-threatening matter. Thank you.

I'm one that evaluates a shop from their ratings online, to the way the staff interacts with their guest, and the environment of the shop before trusting them with my vehicle. Devon, who is the store manager was key to earning my trust. He created a relationship that allowed me to feel that he was going to treat my vehicle as if it were his. And he did! He did not try to oversell me on anything. He gave me recommended timelines when the work can be done, and also made me aware of other issues that were present that I should just know about for future references. His explanation for why certain issues arise during the lifespan of a vehicle and how they can be prevented was truly a bonus. Helped me to understand how to take care of my vehicle and save money. Would highly recommend. Only two shops in Buffalo I would go to, and both are Mavis. Check them out!!

We live in Lake City and can't seem to ever get good service. We drove to Orange Park specifically to go to this Mavis Tire for service on two of our cars. We needed new tires, shocks and struts on both vehicles and one needed new brakes and an oil change. Excellent service and competitive prices for everything we got done.

I was a walk-in battery replacement toward the end of the day. The great staff found a way to fit me in and had me back on the road within the hour! Previously, I had another walk-in issue with a tire that the staff made time for me.

The other tire shops had a 3 hour wait. They got me in and out in about 30 minutes so I could take care of it on my lunch hour. They were very friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have a car that no one seems to make tires for. I found that out the hard way. I had one shop I actually trusted and I couldn’t buy tires from them. With an internet search, I found Mavis. I was skeptical to the point of paranoia I’d say, but now that I’ve been going there for a couple of years I can honestly say I love and trust this place. I got great quality tires for what I’ve been getting average to poor quality tires for at the other place. I make an appointment and they are fast, efficient and friendly. I walk in and the guy seems to know me. I can’t be sure if it’s the company or just the two guys that work the front desk at my location, but if you struggle to trust car repair places, give them a shot. I trust them and that says a lot!

Brick Mavis is amazing!!! Especially Mr Craig, who went above and beyond to help fix my issues that I’ve had going on from the Lakewood mavis. I went to Lakewood mavis (which I absolutely don't recommend) for a simple oil change. I have a 2005 Honda Accord LX 4 door that just hit 100,000. Only just me as the owner and I have a huge folder of all services done to my vehicle. Before mavis it was STS, and for the last 17 years, we have always gone to the Lakewood location because it is literally 1.5 miles from our house.

At first I was trying to be patient with the workers there, but then after coming back 4 times to get my tires changed they still didn't complete the job 100%. I was waiting in the room for hours. I honestly spent about 15+ hours at this Mavis location. It seems like they do not know what they are doing because the worker there broke my key for my Jeep lug nuts and they told me to come back and get it extracted. Then after hours of work they told me it was not possible. Endless back and forth and finally they told me the job was completed and my car is still missing lug nuts. Will be going to auto zone to install them myself.

I work as a supervisor for a company and when I got my quote I explained I needed the total cost of the job for four tires as I had to contact the owner of the company so he could transfer funds to me. The computers went down so the next evening at checkout I was told it would be an additional 20 some dollars. When I explained the situation with the cashier checking me out he made the appropriate adjustments. This is the second time I have had to bring a vehicle in and both times have been very good experiences. Thank you for the great service. We will be back and highly recommend.

The team at the Fulton location provided me fast and courteous service. They located the problem, told me the solution and there was no attempt to upsell and inflate the price. We need more guys like this and I recommend going to them for myself and others in the future.

Recent major service on my wife’s BMW X6 and on my Volvo. Belts and water pump, oil change and a/c were performed on both cars. I have been a customer for 18 years at Tire Pros. Chris is the ultimate professional when dealing with customers. Fair, honest and even gives you a call if it needs other parts, so there’s no surprises. His team of mechanics are just as good. I heard that Tire Pros have a new owner/ management. My wife and I were concerned that Chris might leave, I hope not! I am a retired law enforcement and my wife is soon to retire (RN). We don’t mind paying for a good service, as long as it’s honest and fair.

Called and requested a quote for service. CSR advised that mechanic associate would have to physically view vehicle and issues to give an accurate quote. Scheduled appointment, and serviced above expectations. Staff took time to explain all my issues, the services to be provided, and the benefits for addressing my vehicle's issues.

Managers were polite and courteous. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. My car was ready when expected and price was what was quoted prior to starting the job. I am very pleased with the service. I would recommend Mavis.

I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, suspension check. It took about an hour to get everything done/checked out. Everyone was very nice and professional and informative. Will be going back for future needs and will definitely recommend others to them.

I have come to the Mavis in Raritan for several years for tire purchases as well as mounting and balancing of tires purchased elsewhere. These are usually high performance tires that can be difficult to mount. They have always done an excellent job with no issues and at a fair price.

I needed new tires and brakes on my SUV. My sister recommended Mavis tire in Merrillville to me because of the exceptional service and price on new tires she received. So I drove over an hour from Chicago to Merrillville for new tires. I was so impressed with Chris and Calvin, I ended up having them do new tires, brakes and an oil change. For me it was well worth the drive for that kind of service and a great price on new tires. If I would have had all of this done in Chicago, I would have paid a lot more. I would go back there in a heartbeat. Really professional and just nice guys to work with.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience. I first called them Sunday while on the road and my wheel started shaking after getting off of Interstate 85. I was nearby one and was promptly taken care of. In 30 minutes or less they were done. Prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. Not only did they replace my damaged tire, but made sure they checked the pressure and integrity of my other 3 tires. I will be returning.

I had a great experience at the Little Falls, NJ Mavis. I was just having an oil change done and tires rotated. Steve, who was at the front of the store welcomed me and told me they would get my car in right away. The car was taken care of, with the oil change and Steve followed up with the mechanics to ensure they also rotated the tires for me. At the end of the car service, Steve showed me how to check the oil life on my car. Like I said, he was courteous, thorough and professional. I will be back!

Updated on 08/27/2022: While I finally got my refund, after several months of back and forth, it took a negative review for them to caught up the refund. I want for potential customers to take their business elsewhere. That place is incompetent, and do not treat customers with honesty, or value their time. Stay away.

I have now used Mavis Tires three times and each time I have approached them to do a job for me, they are courteous and dependable. If they are really busy, they go out of their way to schedule you in between other jobs, without skimping on the quality of their work. They are respectful and they keep their word on the task that needs to be done. We appreciate their work and will be doing two things: 1) bring in additional work for our cars, and 2) recommend this shop in Wimauma to our friends and other shoppers. Thank you.

I went for service of putting two tires on the car and received services I did not want. I was told someone received a call from this location to approve the services but that was a lie since my number was on the account. They completely lied just to increase the sales. There was never an offer to fix the problem but just dead silence. Got stuck paying to things I didn't need. To all - make sure you are not taken and look at the bill and the cost upfront in total. They are infamous for add ons. Extremely dissatisfied. Watch out.

I went to Mavis Tire on Tues, July 26th for the 25 mile adjustment and Brittany asked how she could help. I said that I just got 2 tires and was in for my 25 mile check. She said that she would be right out. I thought to give me instructions what to do. No. She came out and did the check herself. Brittany is awesome with a get it done attitude. Loved that she took care of the issue and I was on my way in no time at all.

I had a completely shredded tire on damaged rim. Nevertheless they did the extra work required to remove the bead etc. & didn't charge more than the standard fee for a tire from Amazon. Friendly efficient and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I went to Mavis to purchase a tire because another shop told me the puncture in my tire was not repairable. When they examined the tire they said it could be repaired and did so in just a few minutes. This saved me several hundred dollars and got Mavis a grateful customer.

After coming 1282 miles to your Hazlet Store from Tampa Bay, Florida, front tires had excessive vibration at 60-65 mph. Came in, spoke with STEVE and GUY, requested a balancing of all four wheels. Within 45 mins, work was completed. 3 days later, because of wear on front tires, rotation was done again, within 45-60 mins. Came in 2 days later, for re-torque, which only took 10 mins. Upon my 3 visits to Hazlet Store on Rte.35, both STEVE and GUY provided me the Highest Standards of Customer Service; they were consistently Courteous and Professional and we had a lot of laughs together. We have a Mavis Store here in my town, although I have been a customer of Tire Kingdom for more than 35 years. Whenever I return to Monmouth County, I will always bring my tire and service needs to MAVIS on Rte. 35 in Hazlet.

Yesterday I went get my oil changed. I told them I had a noise coming from the front end every time I hit a bump. So they checked it out for me. Come to find out I needed new sway bars. Really didn’t have the money for them. So John told me about FlexTires. I told I will give it a try. A few minutes later I was approved. So I got them fixed. So after that I’m very happy that John went above and beyond for me to make sure I was safe when I’m driving and happy when I left there. I will be returning to them for anything I need done. This entire company is awful. I had my suspension break and was towed to the Union NJ store after hitting a pothole. Long story short, they called me when my car was “completed (2k later)” to come pick it up. I live 70 miles away, drove to the store, and left. Halfway home the car started making club king noises where they replaced the suspension. I made it home and took it to my local Mavis. Come to find out they did not replace all of the broken parts, and DID NOT PUT BACK all of the parts. My local Mavis ordered the parts to fix the first Mavis’ incompetence, those parts came in 2 weeks ago and my car still sits unrepaired. Mavis has done nothing but lie and take my money. DO NOT using this company at all!

I went in to take advantage of rebates and offers and was almost beat out of all of them. I asked for the Goodyear tires with the Braves discount to be put on my Mavis card to take advantage of all discounts possible. When I picked up my car it had a set of Mavis tires on it and not the Goodyear???? After that was changed for the Goodyear's, I checked out on my order it had. The charge was on my Mavis card but when I got my bank statement it was on my Texaco/Chevron card???? I have tried to fix this and now my recourse is to make my case public.
