Mavis is near my workplace, so I went there after I had a flat tire after work. Several of the Mavis employees quit that morning, but the workers that were there were very helpful. They initially replaced the wrong tire, but when I told them, they compensated me fairly. I plan to go back when I get a new set of tires in a few months.

Made an appointment with STS for oil change and car inspection. They were very informative and service was good so I brought my other car and they were able to fit me in and was done in a timely fashion. I would recommend sts!

I always have a great experience at our Ithaca Mavis. Ken is kind, trustworthy and professional. I feel well taken care of and valued as a customer, whenever I call I’m able to get my vehicle in within quickly. Thank you Ken and Mavis!

The Mavis McGinnis Road Suwanee team did a great job getting me in and out in the time frame I required and the price was very competitive. My tire pressure light came on after leaving and they were very helpful checking and resetting the light.

I am one who, normally, only takes my car to the dealership for oil changes (it's not a free service there, but I trust them, I guess). I’ve been using Mavis in Macon, Ga for about a year now. Services are always done within or better than the time frame estimated. The employees are kind and knowledgeable and have helped me feel comfortable, making them trustworthy to me. Prices are competitive, even if all the numbers are expensive, lol. As a single female, it’s nice to be able to feel I can trust a service center. Thank you for doing that. Great job!

The Gentleman staff there was very personable and nice! Easy to talk to. Easy to explain my issue to them and they completely understood and worked as a team to solve it not just in my car but the other Cars that was there. They all did a amazing job.

On a Sunday morning I was Traveling from Texas to Biloxi I had a flat tire in Denim Springs. I was towed to Mavis Tire where they were waiting for me. They had to order my tire so I had to get a rental car to get to Biloxi. Was called Mon at 9am that my tire was in and my car would be ready for noon!!! They were very caring and professional. THANK YOU.

The facility was clean. The employees were friendly and courteous and provided prompt service. They were very detail oriented regarding the condition of my vehicle and offered suggestions in terms of preventive maintenance. I will not hesitate to take my vehicle there again to be serviced.

Blew out my tire. It was replaced along with another one that was a bit bald. They were fast and communicated everything well. Sarah did a fantastic job. The only problem, I bought tires there last October and have had to replace 3 in the last year because they go bald within a few months of being placed on the tire. Thankfully I paid for the warranty.

I came in needing two front tires. The gentleman taking care of me looking up the prices and gave a quote. And 20 minutes later they had change my tires and balance them. They called and I was ready to go. The service was quick and customer service was great. Thank You.

Quoted a price for 4 tires. The tires came in within couple of days. They were replaced within time window promised. Great service at a great price. The salesperson was knowledgeable and entire transaction was very pleasant. The survey was difficult to complete; it was not as easy as the tire replacement process.

I use this service shop to handle all of my car needs. I have used them for many years. I choose to do so because of the people who work there. They are competent and extremely willing to assist even if I show up without an appointment. Vich and Kurt are very eager to make sure I know exactly what is necessary to repair my car.

Rudy is a guy that knows what he’s talking about. Came in looking for a bunch of work, 4 tires, front and back brakes, and an alignment, and he spent 15 minutes with me going over all of my different options and what would be best for me. Made it effortlessly easy for me and highly recommend checking him out in countryside.

Mavis Discount Tires have always been the place I go for my car routine maintenance and each time I visited, they always professionally provide exceptional services. Today, I went for my oil change as usual, and the receptionist (**) at 221 S. Woodbourne Rd. Langhorne PA, did a great job. Everything was right on time and her services were excellent. I will always recommend this place to everybody.

Found a nail in my tire! The people who I dealt with was very courteous and very helpful! Going back to them again! I went to them with emergency with another tire just before closing time and they put in to take care of a tire that was flat cause of another nail! I was blessed that night! The management were both helpful in both situations! They were great!

My tire pressure electronic gauge showed low psi so when I stopped to put air in the tire I saw there was a screw in the tread. I went to Mavis in Palmyra and was in and out within 10 minutes. The charge was less than $20. I took a business card from the counter, thanked them for being so friendly and I will recommend them to my friends and co-workers.

I made an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. My vehicle was taken back in a timely manner. I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. An issue arose when changing the oil, evidently, when removing the oil filter, the casing broke. The issue was resolved immediately.. Customer Service was professional and courteous.

An hour ago. NEW. As a person who worked as an essential worker during the pandemic, being short staffed is totally understandable, but having to wait for almost 3 hrs with an appt (10/4/21) is pretty excessive. Not only was the wait long, but the specific tires (Michelin Premier LTX) I made an appointment for were not delivered on time so I had to settle for the Michelin Defenders T+H that they claimed to be on stock. About 1.5hrs into the appt, I was told only 1 of the 2 tires were on stock and I would have to wait for someone to pick them up at another location. If your inventory is not reliable, I suggest you check if the tires are actually available at your shop before you try to sell it to someone. So that would conclude a pretty crappy first time experience at this shop? Nope.

The staff that I encountered were friendly and professional. Walked in and was scheduled for a brakes and rotors check. Mechanic literally showed me the condition of my brakes/rotors and told me what needed to be done. I received a quote to replace my rear brakes and rotors. They ordered the parts, and I returned the next day for installation. Smooth process. I will definitely return for future service needs.

Zach and his team at Mavis Tire in Summerville, SC, went above and beyond when I was in an emergency. They were pleasant and courteous and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve my tire issues. I will gladly use them again and recommend them to others!

We were on our way from Florida to North Caroline when we picked up a nail in our truck. We asked around and everyone recommended Mavis. They did a great job fixing our flat and got us back on road quick. Their cost to patch the tire was very reasonable! Highly recommend them!

I went in for an oil change and it was found that had a few other issues, worn shock absorber, dirty air filter, etc. These were explained carefully to me and cost of repair quoted before I okayed the work. Staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. Work was performed in reasonable amount of time.

On a whim, I stopped at Mavis Tires & Brakes, to check on their tire availability & prices. I was happy to hear they had the brand I wanted, that the price was good & could get an appointment when I wanted. The staff was very nice & they completed the work in the time promised. Only disappointment was that although the waiting area was clean, their chairs were ratty & should really be replaced with new ones.

When your car surprises you by not starting and find the 3 year old battery is bad. Mavis Discount Tires was open and had a replacement on hand. Fast service, kind and informative staff got me on my way in less than 30 min.

I was impressed how hard they were working to accommodate me and others that came in while I was waiting on my car. I would hope that Mavis would hire more help here to alleviate so much work on the ones that are there.

When online to make an appointment and was able to take my car in when I arrived. Completed quickly and also recommended to rotate my tires at no cost. Would recommend to service car for all services. Prices are reasonable and they have great hours with being open 7 days a week.

Oil change was done expeditiously in the time communicated. Showroom was clean and inviting as always. Typically this is the store I come to from several miles away. Customer reps at this location is always pleasant and take time to meet your needs.

They always do an immaculate, fast, exceptional job. I had my shocks replaced in no time and they were able to fix a leak in my exhaust that no one else could fix. I am grateful for all of their skilled workmanship.

On 9/28/2021 I ordered my tires on-line. I receive a confirmation on my order and later a email confirming my appointment was 10/02/2021 at 10:00. As I arrive to drop off my car (Oak Lawn, IL) I had found out something went wrong. My tires were never ordered. The Manager gave no reason and then proceeds to say, "I can order your tires now." I then asked for a telephone number to call to complain in a loud tone.

Excellent job. Amazing service staff was very polite and helpful. Answered all questions without hesitation. l will definitely be coming back and telling everyone I know about the amazing service I received. I brought my company truck in for an oil change. The staff went out of their way to check all the fluids and even checked the tire pressure.

It was a last minute thing, but they were able to fit me in on a busy day. They were very professional and efficient. It was nice to be greeted with a smile, listened to about my reason for being there, and then having my issue resolved. I’m very happy and will be coming back when I need work done again.

I called earlier in the morning and the guy on the phone said that I could bring my car in at 12pm and that it would take 1-2 hours for a change. Everything went exactly as they had predicted and I was really pleased with the way they provided the service. Plus, some of the fees were even cheaper than I anticipated, which is always a plus. The manager mentioned that they’re understaffed and that he didn’t know the computer system due to being new. I thought they were doing very well for being in such a tight situation.

The staff are nice, friendly, communicate well and seem well trained, and they sure seem to put the customer first. I've gone there a couple times and always satisfied with their work and prices. Nathan is the best! I highly recommend them.

Have gotten my oil changed and tires repaired here a few times. Today I got a surprise and had to get my brake pads fixed on both front wheels. Vicky explained the price and also gave me a discount on my oil change to soften the blow of having to pay $319 for my brakes. Love Mavis and their customer service and mechanics. Purchased tires in Florida with another tire store that wore down after 15k miles. The tires were rated for 45k miles and manager contacted Michelin on my behalf. Negotiated a 66% rebate, ordered and installed the new tires on my car.

I check prices for Michelin tires online and Mavis gave me the best price. They use to be Kaufmann. I would strongly suggest to call them before you make a decision. They also match prices which I did around 2 months ago. This is my second purchase of tires.

I had to use this location twice recently. Once to repair a tire leak. I was surprised that it was repairable. Usually my tires have to be replaced. I also did an oil change. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The other time was for my vehicle's annual inspection. Again, the staff was courteous and professional. I will use them in the future.

The service at the Mavis Tires & Brakes in Cordele, Georgia was more than I would expect from any business today. They actually went out of their way to help. They had a great attitude to go along with it. Driving home to Ohio from Florida, my Nitro broke down Sunday 1am. No other towing was available but theirs'. The great service didn't stop there.

I had to rush to get my car into a service center before a road trip I was taking. I called a few other centers and no one had appointments available for the day I needed. I called Mavis and spoke to Joe. He told me to come in whenever on the day I needed. I showed up at 8 am and there was no wait. They took my car into the center and knocked out a full diagnostic of the vehicle, oil change, wiper blade change, and brake fluid flush in just under an hour. And the price was right too! Thu, 9/16/21 – Store Location Mavis Discount Tire, 562 N Maple Ave, Ridgewood, NJ 07450, Store ID # 0375. This is an experience I had doing business at this Mavis store in NJ. On Wed, 9/15, I contacted Mavis and the phone was attended by Eric, who I later found out worked at the “call center”, very nice person who helped me make an appointment with the store for the tires I wanted for my Nissan Pathfinder and the final price including taxes would be $654 (Order # **). I proceeded to the store later that day and met **, another gentleman who was very clear with what was informed to me and also confirmed the price of $654. Later that day I called ** back to book a second appointment for my Toyota Rav4, ** advised me to make the appointment online which I did and the total amount came out to $535.92 plus taxes (Order # **), I even put down a deposit of $80.

I have been extremely pleased with the great service I receive at Mavis. Knowledgeable staff that addresses ONLY the problems. Honest and fair pricing. I will continue to have all of my fleet serviced here. I would highly recommend Mavis to anyone who feels they haven't found a car service center they can trust.

I had an unexpected brake emergency yesterday and brought my car to Mavis as soon as they opened. I made my appointment online. When I got there they took me at my appointment time. When they went to do the oil change they showed me how bad the air filter was and gave me the price and everything so I can decide. From start to finish I was in and out within an hour. They also email you when it’s time for the next oil change if you give them your email information.

The staff was very courteous and customer focused. They were able to diagnose the problem with my tire, fix the leak, and had me back on the road in under an hour. This gave me the confidence to drive the 120 miles to make the Buffalo Bills opening day game.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency I experienced at this location of Mavis after being stranded on my way to NY from RI by a frightening incident on the highway that flattened my "run flat" tire. Manager Henry could not have been more helpful or kind. I highly recommend the Mavis in Old Greenwich. Ask for him.

I was able to get my tire repaired immediately after Triple A put the spare on for me. I had a shorter wait time than I expected. This is a very professional operation. The technician and the office manager were very good communicators. They explained where to look for the tire pressure light so I would be more aware of how to understand the lights on my dashboard.

I have been to Mavis on more than one occasion and had nothing but a Great experience. My vehicle has almost 130,000 miles on it and it still drives smooth. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Mavis to a friend or family member. I have received great service for my vehicle and great customer service.

I've been doing business with the Plant City location for a few years now. Bought a few sets of tires and they beat everyone else's deals. Rest rooms are clean, that's a plus if you can't leave your car. The guys are good about informing on any issues that they find but do not pressure you on "up sells" like some other shops that I no longer do business with. I generally don't recommend businesses but these guys have earned my loyalty.

The folks at Long Beach Mavis Tire were great. I had a rim that needed repair for my car and I was on a tight timeline for getting it back. They were able to complete the job in 24 hours right after the labor day weekend. They showed me the issue and made sure the work was completed as promised on time and within the budget they stated. Needed an oil change and got so much more than that. Prices are as listed and fair. Battery needed to be replaced, which wasn’t what my local mechanic mentioned. It was at least 4 years old and definitely makes a difference with how the car runs already. Time spent at location was 2 hours and change, but around 45 minutes of that was waiting for lift availability. Once work began, it was efficient. Car feels new after tire balance and rotation. Many thanks to Mavis!

I was treated very well. Everything was fine. Work was very good. When I went in to look at my brakes he told me what was needed and it was going to be $387. That's fine so he fixed my brakes and when I came back we went out and looked at what he had done and when we were walking back in he says, "There's an online discount coupon, I'm going to use that and I'm going to give you $30 from military discount." I said, "Thank you," but then my bill was still $387. I find that fascinating but that's fine. Thank you very much.

I’ve been going to this location even before it was Mavis and have never had a bad experience. I took my car in for inspection and John told me that I needed a new muffler. He recommended a local shop that was also quick and did a good job. John has always been extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this Mavis location.

Travis and Kevin were very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I did not realize that Mavis NTB could do more than Tires and Batteries. Almost every type of car repair can be done at Mavis. It will be really good if you guys can provide car rentals on long repairs.

Went here on a whim the first time but honestly don’t regret the decision. They work with you to make sure you get the best service for your vehicle. My car hasn’t had an issue since I started going there. The staff is great.

Replaced blow out in the sidewall of the tire after hitting a piece of metal in the road, did what they said in timely manner. Also fixed another tire which had a screw in it. Very satisfied with their work.

I want to say how very satisfied we were today with the service we received from Mavis Discount Tires in Oak Lawn. They got us in quickly as promised and out as promised. They pointed out in detail what they were going to do in regards to what we needed for our vehicle repairs. The assistant manager and the trained mechanic were knowledgeable in what they were doing to resolve our vehicle issues. After all they did I just knew we were going to have an astronomical bill. They charged us half of what we thought the bill was going to be. We left there two very happy people and we will be returning again for further services as needed. Went into Mavis to have a back flat tire checked. Was immediately greeted and after a few questions my car was taken back. Gentleman came back and informed me I had 2 nails in the tire. I told him to go ahead and put me a new one on. Also I asked if he would check the other back tire to see if I needed a new one. Was less than 3 minutes later he came and told me the other tire was fine, wasn’t going to sell me something I didn’t need. Went to pay and he gave me a deal on the tire. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I give Mavis an A+. Excellent staff and customer service.

Brian at Mavis Tires in Janesville was superb in obtaining and installing a matching replacement tire on my Honda when an original tire developed a dangerous bulge. He was able to locate the tire in only one day when other shops required a much longer delay. His shop replaced the tire the very next day and rotated the tires as soon as I drove to the shop. He was courteous, professional and efficient in every way and he made it possible for me to be back on the road in short order. I highly recommend Brian and his Janesville location shop for your tire needs.

We had a tire incident and needed to replace our tire ASAP. I called the west bend location and they got us in as soon as we arrived. 30 minutes later we got our tire replaced and back on the road. The store was clean and very welcoming.

I had my car taken in for what was initially a flat tire. Well, since it couldn't be fixed I was told it needed to be replaced and the other tire in the front should be replaced as the treading was wearing down. I said to replace them both to match my other tires. They weren't available and had to be ordered. No problem. They did that and told me to get an alignment. Ok. Cool! Then it was discovered that of of my studs to the wheel was stripped and it needed to be replaced. Aris was I believe the manager and he took care of me. It took a couple of days, but he got me going in a fairly decent amount of time. As long as he's there, I will keep going back to him. He knows how to take care of his people.

I live in MA and I had an emergency and had to go to Canadá. I did not have time to do an oil change to my car and when I was on my way I found this store and I spoke to the representative and he was very helpful and friendly. They did the oil change for my car, check all the fluids to make sure I was safe on my trip. I always will be thankful for all the help received.

Went to Mavis tire to purchase 3 new tires. We had purchased one tire at Mavis recently to replace one that had been road damaged. This time I was asked if I wanted an alignment and knowing that the toe-in was a little off by looking at the tire wear I said to check it and let me know the condition prior to actually doing the work. I was told that there was what I knew was a minor misalignment and was quoted a price of $89. 00 to do the work. Shortly after I received a call from the shop stating that the tie rod ends were frozen and the cost for repair would be almost $400.00. I declined to have the work done as I had had the front end worked on within the last year and suspected that there was no problem.

Made an appointment online on my way into work around 10am. About 12pm I was able to step away from the office and go mobile so I figured it'd be a good idea to get my appointment out of the way. The employees were more than accommodating to my needs, prompt service, and all done with a smile. Will return for future maintenance.

Outstanding customer service this time. The manager Jay was very professional. He was patient and kind to me and explained other things that were wrong with my vehicle, although all I wanted was an oil change. He even quoted me a reasonable price for the work that needed to be done. He also let me know before even servicing my vehicle that an inspection was required not just an simple oil change. He was upfront and direct. The other guys in the shop were professional as well. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Prices are cheaper compared to most.

Had truck at another shop for front end alignment. I'd make sharp turn tires squelched. Went to Mavis Tire to get tires and they checked front end and found a lot of parts that were not tight, other short loose tie rods and upper control arms as mavis fixed and it drives better than new. Mavis in Beloit, WI went above and beyond when the tires I ordered were the wrong sizes. They installed better tires than what I originally wanted. And for less money too. They installed 4 tires, balanced them, and reset the tire pressure sensors very quickly. I was out the door in 40 minutes. Thanks Mavis.

I was stranded for the night with my two young children, with 200 miles to reach home after having an unrepairable flat and just a donut spare. The local Subaru dealer refused to help but Mavis had the right tire, got me in first thing in the morning, and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. I cannot recommend them enough. My family had traveled to Niagara falls & after a good night sleep, we woke on up Sunday morning 8/1/21 to a flat tire. I changed the flat tire & called several shops to find out if we could buy/ get our tire replaced. I then decided to replace all 4 tires and after calling 2 Pepboys stores, they told me they couldn't do it until Tuesday. Feeling disappointed, I called Mavis tires & scheduled an appointment. True to their word, Mavis replaced all our 4 tires & did alignment within the timeframe they promised. Mavis turned our awful experience to an "AWESOME" experience in Niagara city. Kudos Mavis!!

I recently had the experience of going to Mavis Discount Tire on Route 59 (Across from KFC). The service was great. They were able to fix my tires in the time they said it would take before starting the job. They also let me know that my brakes needed some maintenance. Again, all done in the time they told me it would be done before the start. Always a pleasure to bring my car there. Confidence in my cars maintenance.

Very polite hard working staff. They took the time to correct a miscommunication fairly. The computer system had suggested that a 7 ply tire was recommended for a 3/4 ton truck which typically runs on 10 ply. The correct tires were placed on the vehicle.

My brakes broke. I never had any repair done with this facility before nor knew Mike. He communicated to me and understood my need to use texts bec of my work environment. He was prompt in knowing the problem and fixed it right the first time. I’m really happy with Mavis NTB and Mike.

I originally ordered tires online and made the appointment 2 weeks in advance. I had to move up my appointment and the tires I wanted were not in stock. I was shown several comparable tires similar to the ones I ordered and chose a replacement. The tires were in stock and installed the day I rescheduled, and were installed on time as promised. He gave me as many discounts allowed to help defray some of the cost. Since, the work was going to take quite a while, he asked if I would like coffee, and immediately sent out for it. I have always had a good experience with Mavis, however, the visit to the Sunrise Highway location in Massapequa was the absolute best!

I’ve been to three of the Columbus, Ga/Midland, Ga locations and each visit was AMAZING. Staff was consistent with updating me and able to communicate everything thoroughly. I’m appreciative for this company’s existence. My most recent visit with the Midland, Ga location was a favorite thanks to Mindy (hopefully her name is spelled correctly) but she was so welcoming and understanding. She did an exceptional job of communicating the status updates of my car to me as well.

From the lady who greeted me at the front counter to the manager who came in to help and the technician Daniel who service my car were all helpful, caring and empathetic to my situation! My family and I were on our way back from the airport where my tire started to blow out. We’re coming into town because our family member had passed. So as you can imagine being with a blown tire was the last thing we needed to deal with. The whole team had a full schedule and didn’t really have room to service my vehicle but they made a way to bring my car straight in and less than 30 minutes have my tire changed and we were back on the road headed to the rest of our family. They were so empathetic the whole time we were there. They turned a horrible situation into something great! It’s hard to find genuine people these days and that whole team from beginning to end was wonderful!!

I was so satisfied with the service, when I had two tires replaced on my 2015 Nissan Armada a few weeks ago, I took it back to have the other two replaced, The staff is awesome. I needed brakes and rotors for a hot minute. I did some light research, and called my local guy who did my oil changes. Some stores offer a senior discount, and since my momz was helping, I asked if they had such a discount. They said they could, however, they just raised the quote (originally quoted $350 for both pads and rotors) to $380 and reduced it to $350.)

I got brakes and rotors done about two weeks ago and my brake light on dashboard keeps coming on. Just my brake light is on so I’m not sure if they messed up or not but usually when it comes on it’s for a reason ..I was a happy camper at first but now that I have to come back after waiting 4hours for them to do it the first time I feel a way
