My tires were losing air. The service was very quick and resolute. 3 nails found 2 in one tire and 1 in another. I've found service to be complete and timely. In and out in 2 hours. Had to buy tires but felt confident I'd be safe when I left.

Been coming to this Business for 15 years and I had never had a Bad experience with any of the Employees. I’ve got to know them and they are Respectable. Caring and helpful to me. Will continue to do so. Thank You Mavis Team, You the Best!!! This home away from home just taking care of my Car.

The person that took care of me at NTB in Macedonia on 1/3/25 was outstanding. Answered the phone at 4:45 with a smile and fully committed to installing a new set of snow tires. Worked till like 7:30 90 min after closing. She also took the initiative to help a customer in a really tight spot and displayed incredible humanity. Great job. Second visit. Will be back.

We needed a new battery for our work truck. The shop was able to take it in and replace the battery and check the alternator, since the battery was not that old. It was in and out in a very short time. As always, great service and nice people with great attitudes.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The facility was clean. I waited for my car, and everyone was quiet and professional. I have been to this store three times now and I plan to return for other needed services.

Came into Mavis in Lexington NC, on a Sunday morning. Visiting from out of town, so was happy to find them. No wait. Employees very efficient and polite. They were very respectable and explained why I was having tire issues and what options would be. Replaced one tire and checked other tires as well. Shop was spotless.

Mavis is top notch for customer service. Expedient service. And overall friendliness of each employee. They did exactly what was asked of them and were very knowledgeable about everything. Great job and will keep my business.

Monica and her staff are always friendly and efficient, whether it’s an oil change or brake service I know that my vehicle will be taken care of. I’m never worried about price gouging, the price I’m quoted is always my out the door price and if I have any questions or concerns they are always eager to assist.

Monaca location did a great job! Easy to make an appointment online and once there, they were very helpful and efficient and I was out of there pretty quickly. I have been here several times over the years and they have always been good. Thanks to the guys working there.

Friendly, knowledgeable, courtesy welcome followed by prompt service. Had tires replaced, alignment and oil change, 10% less than anywhere else. All done within 90 minutes! When I received a text that my car was finished we reviewed the paperwork, Alan answered my questions and we were on our way. My car handled beautifully and the car was clean inside too. Can’t say enough good things about Mavis Madison! Give them a shot! You won't be disappointed!

Paid for new brakes on my family member car, bought tires and a warranty which they said was a lifetime warranty. Took the car back because the tire was bad. They told us they didn’t sell us the tire and wouldn’t honor the warranty even though I had the receipt and I had to have the brakes redone at Firestone because Mavis didn’t replace the parts they said they did. Horrible experience.

The people at Mavis Tire and Brakes were very professional and friendly. They also got me in and out with my tires replaced in the time promised. Their facility is new, nice, and clean as is their convenient location in Greenwood. They carry a wide range of tires in stock for immediate service.

Always the best prices. Always friendly and extremely accommodating. I know they are all independently owned and operated but it feels like they are all owned by one person. I'm always amazed how happy and friendly they are. I've never been up sold and they even had to correct some work that a factor BMW had completed incorrectly.

I went to Mavis Tire located in Elkin NC for a screw that I found in one of my tires, I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk and told him of my problem and he said they would take care of it. I left Mavis Tire to go to a restaurant that was walking distance away. I returned around 15 minutes later and noticed that my hood was up on my vehicle in the service area, but my tire with the screw had not been taken off my vehicle. I didn't want anyone doing any work to my vehicle but fixing the tire. I spoke to the gentleman again at the front desk and he wanted to know when my oil had been changed last that there was very little oil on my oil stick. My vehicle has very high mileage and a sticker from another garage with mileage to be changed 500 miles later on the windshield. I told them to change the oil since it was that close and to rotate the tires also and the vehicle was raised to begin the service.

Mavis Tire in St Augustine Fl (207) helped us tremendously! We were on vacation and over 100 miles from home. Heading to a cruise port. Tire had a problem, kept losing air. We located Mavis Tire in St. Augustine. Terry, the manager, was extremely helpful. He assured us that we would have the tire fixed or replaced and be on our way. It was an extremely busy Saturday, and all the bays were full. Jamie - a fabulous female mechanic - discovered the issue - we had a problem with a different tire than we thought. The TPMS was on the wrong tire! Jamie came to the rescue - and resolved all of the issues! She is the very best! Vacation Saved!!

Today for the first time, I went in to Mavis 'cause I thought something was wrong with my truck. Now originally I thought about replacing my tires, but I just chosen for them to just check the whole car out, so after waiting an hour for them to do so which was okay with me, coming to find out it wasn’t nothing wrong with the truck, so my stress level went all the way down, but thanks to Mavis I will be back again and will also highly recommend the services to a friend.

Mavis handled my tire issue quickly and I had my tire repaired with no issues. Would highly recommend them! Even though it was a busy day, they handled my repair in less than three hours, and were very friendly.

Great place and great customer service. My service was on time and done professionally. Tires are great quality. Pick up was on time. I would recomend Mavis to friends and neighbors. They met my expectations. Place is clean and organized. Very welcoming. For customers Lots of space. People at the counter are nice and polite.

Was late in the day and found this Mavis location open to 830pm. Popped in and they had me out in thirty minutes. Very friendly and attentive staff. The technician made sure all my tires were at the proper level before I left. Great location near the stadium. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff at reception desk. Techs working to complete the work friendly without any delay. It was an oil change and checking air in the tires, which was completed as requested. Will use Mavis Auto again. Work on my auto was done in the last two years and all staff worked to complete the task in a timely manner. Was satisfied.

These are great folks. Friendly. Excellent work. Couldn’t ask for a better place to take your vehicle for service. Called and got a quote for service late Saturday afternoon and they ordered the part and had my vehicle up and running early Sunday, yes they are open on Sunday!! Hard to find a service facility open on a Sunday. I’ll keep bringing our vehicles here for service.

They are always professional and courteous. We woke up to a flat tire trying to go to church. Discovered a screw in the tire. Luckily Mavis was open on a Sunday. We had an appointment, but we were in the area earlier and they were nice and fit us in earlier. They took out the screw and plugged the tire. They even let us we have a bad sensor. We think Mavis is the best.

I've been going to Mavis for at least 10 years, recently they are very inconsistent with their services, I noticed they're always switching their staff and management which is the reason. When doing a simple oil change they don't check vehicle fluids or air filters I always have to ask them to do that, let alone reset for when oil change is due and sometimes don't even place a sticker on the windshield. I'm looking for another spot to do these simple services cause I lost my confidence with Mavis. On my last recent visit the manager had a negative attitude toward me that was icing on the cake.

The service that I receive at the Mavis in Gardiner, NY is always top notch. The employees make me feel at ease and never make me feel pressured and the job is always done right and on time. Thank you Chet and John!! I will definitely be coming back to this location soon!!

Monday, November 25th, my daughter needed a full alignment on her Nissan Altima. We arrived at approximately 5 pm and was in and out within an hour. Mavis customer service from management to the service technicians was superb! I recommend this location on Fairlawn Court to everyone. By the way they have free air for your tires 24/7! Stop by and check them out. Thanks Mavis for taking care of me and my family!

My power steering fluid hadn’t not been changed in years. They quickly changed it an affordable price and even knocked off 10%. They did a great job. Now my steering works well again. I would highly recommend.

I've been a customer at our local Mavis Tire for years and have always been treated fairly and honestly. I've had so many positive experiences through the last 7 years that I wouldn't have room to write them here. But suffice it to say that our local Mavis Tire is a trusted member of our community and I trust them to take care of myself and my family.

Good pricing, good team, quick, easy, honest with their work. I was given a quote for other things which I couldn’t do the same day, but will definitely be back. I have a second vehicle which will I bring in the near future. Christian, Barry, Kevin from the phone call to the scheduling and the day my vehicle was drove into the shop, just straight up easy. Good work by all and I will be back for sure.

This was my second time trying to get an oil change on a company pickup. I’ve been to two different locations, one in my hometown and one south of my hometown. Neither one had OW-40 oil in stock, but did offer to get it. The first time I made an appointment at 8am, arrived at 7:45. The store opened up at 7:59 got checked in and the employee let me know he didn’t have the oil but would have on the way. Sat patiently waiting until 9:15 but still no oil and several people in front of me having work done. Ended up leaving. Second visit today to another store to try again, no OW-40 in stock, employee said he could order it but I said no thanks, had a nasty attitude to start with and also was nasty himself. Mavis won’t have to worry about me trying a third time. See a lot of positive reviews, must have some excellent employees in these stores, unlike the two stores I visited!

it’s a shame I bought the tires there, just fixed the car and passed inspection, I figured I could bring the car to them to rotate my tires, wasted 1 hour, while they took the car apart in order to have me get something done that I didn’t need, in returned they mess something up and the the car is vibrating and now I had to go somewhere else and get that fixed. Terrible. They see a woman and they think you are stupid.

After work, I noticed a nail in my tire and the next morning I went to the nearest tire shop and they took care of it for me. Due to other appointments ahead of me, I had to leave my car and pick it up after work. Happy with the service and atmosphere. Reasonable price.

Made a same day Sunday appointment. All went well, had a very friendly and patient and informative team member help me and contacted me when car was ready. Offered an unknown discount on oil change which was appreciated. I’ve gone before and this time took my son's newly purchased used car and appreciated the feedback.

I had a great experience with Mavis and appreciated the superb support from the service desk Mike and Jessie. They were quick and thorough. Also very knowledgeable and friendly. Quick service, good pricing, updated when things needed to be changed prior to proceeding. Performed job completely and professionally. They also respect and acknowledge veteran status and offer a veteran discount.

They fixed my catalyst converter to I could pass emissions test. I also needed a new tire rod. They fixed it for a good price. The people who work there care about cars. They made sure I had everything I needed to make my car work.. I will be back again.

I have been taking both my cars to the Mavis in Jamison, Pa. For about 4 years now ever since I was ripped off at another place in Warminster, Pa. The guys at Mavis have always been upfront and honest with me when it comes to getting both my cars fixed and inspected. The Most honest group of guys I have ever met. They always tell me what needs to be done and have shown me some of the work they are about to do.

Everyone at this location has gone above for customer satisfaction. Gardiner is the only location I will go to as when I went to the Newburgh location the lady at the front desk was horribly rude. I have always been satisfied with the work completed at the Gardiner location and was treated kindly and with respect.

I stopped into Mavis Tire on Oriskany Blvd in Utica N.Y. & asked if they could remove a couple bolts that were frozen/rusted on a bracket on my car that I needed to remove to complete a project I was working on. I was informed that can't get involved in that. Really? An auto repair shop that can't remove two lousy bolts from a bracket? Was it too difficult for them? The task would have taken less then 30 minutes which may be why they couldn't be bothered. So I left & took my car to another shop who were more than happy to assist me. But that's ok, Mavis/Cole, because I will never ever set foot in another one of your repair shops again. And those two lazy pencil pushers behind the counter can watch as other potential customers drive by as they sip their coffee pushing paper around.

They got me in and out fast, Dan took care of my truck. I only come here for my auto needs and the staff is always nice and I get taken care of. I found out the hard way going to the dealer wasn't always the answer, they are not as friendly as the staff at this NTB.

Summary to Part 1 on Google (I was so stressed while typing that, my apologies). The experience I had at this location was terrible. After paying for an oil change on Aug 18, I discovered that it hadn’t been done correctly, if at all, which led to several issues with my car. I’d never previously had engine or oil warning lights, but soon after, both came on. I returned to the shop on Aug 31 to address the issue and was advised to buy genuine parts to fix the Engine light that came on first, which I did, but this only made the problem worse.

I’ve been using this location for the past 15 years for all my cars and trucks, I’m happy and satisfied with the work and speed these guys do and the only thing I’ll suggest for an improvement is to call the customer with an update within 10-15 minutes compared to hours. However, will do business again. Thank you.

I was a walk in with a nail in my tire and despite being very busy got me out in about an hour or so. Staff was friendly and professional. It was a very positive experience. The cost of the new tire was competitive and was what I had expected.

On October 17th I came into the Kemah location. The entire staff was very helpful and my technician was very professional and took care of my oil change in a timely manner. I would recommend any of my neighbors and friends to come to this location for car maintenance at any time.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a car shop! Filed complaint on Better Business Bureau. They have 2 stars out of 5 and thousands of complaints in the past year, 488 in the past 2 months. Brought my brand new vehicle in for an inspection. When I went to pick it up there was a deep scratch on my driver side door right smack in the middle! When I told the manager he asked the service person who worked on it and he just shrugged his shoulder and turned white then he denied it.

Spoke with Alex. Stated get before 8pm a battery can be installed. Got the at 530pm checked in Johnnie. Installed and completed by 645pm. The service, customer service was friendly professional and awesome. This my 3rd visit and will continue to be a customer. So glad to be able to get regular maintenance without an appointment and glad hours are 7 days a week.

The team at Mavis was exceptional in helping me with a flat tire and a very tight time schedule. I would highly recommend them. I will be switching my current auto care to Mavis based on my experience. I know it was just a flat tire, but these guys give a hoot!!

I have to say, I was skeptical when they advertised free brake checks. Bill greeted and helped me out. I'm not sure who checked the brakes, but all was done professionally and honestly. They said after 46,800 miles the brakes were at 20% worn in front and 40% in rear. I will definitely return next year and have them check the brakes and if needed to be repaired, I will let them just because of their honesty and professionalism.

At Mavis, I got polite, friendly, complete service from Tatiana (phone), James (at desk), and Johnny (technician), including all the specific requests I made -- tire pressure check and inspection especially. Every time I come here, my expectations are blown. Sean and his crew always over deliver. I’ve had four new tires installed on my car, my wife’s car and now my son's car. Recently my son‘s car purchased a set of new wheels and also had an oil change. The job was done quickly and the price came in lower then we will quoted which of course made my son who is a college student very happy. Great job as always!

I went in 2 hours before closing not knowing what was wrong with my car. They checked it out for free and informed me about the noises I was hearing. Not only did they stay AFTER closing to fix my car, they applied every discount possible to get me the best deal. I left a very happy customer and will be going to NTB for my repairs now since everyone else I went to was unaffordable and I felt were trying to get over on me because I'm a woman. Tyler, the Manager, took very good care of my car and I. Tyler called and alerted me to an earlier appt that was available and better for me, he kept me informed on progress of my tire installation, and in general, a painless experience. Prices are great and service is fantastic!

Tabby & Alex at your Park Street location provided everything car needed and I wanted. Your fortunate to have staff that spend the time with a customer helping not just trying to make a sale. Imagine my sale was a little more than a regular sale but Tabby assisted in my selection and the car got what it came with. Go see them.

Overall great service from the staff. The gentleman inside helped me pick out the right tires for my vehicle and conveyed accurate installation time. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything I didn’t want or need which I appreciate. Installation took about what I would expect for new installing new tires and alignment. Took a tire into the store to have a screw removed and patched. Unfortunately the damage was such that a new tire was needed. We were in and out in about 15 minutes! I found their service to be excellent. I got a good price for four new tires. They were very busy but they got me in and out in a short amount of time. I have used them before when I picked up a nail in one of my tires. They have always been very professional and knowledgeable about what they are doing.

My brakes were making horrible noises and I was quoted an outrageous amount from the actual Hyundai dealer to fix things that were “supposedly” wrong with my vehicle. I took it to Mavis and not only did they tell me all those things were NOT my issue, they saved me HUNDREDS of dollars and even went around the entire city looking for a part for my vehicle AND had it fixed….ALL ON A SUNDAY! They really went out of their way to meet my needs in a short amount of time AND saved me money! I couldn’t be more happy! Highly recommend!

Great service, were friendly and knew how to assess the problems well. Service time for the car itself was quick and smooth. The cost of the tires themselves were also very reasonable and the warranty included, provides security.

I dropped my car off on Saturday before I went to work. The person behind the desk told me that I could pick my car up on Sunday morning when they opened at 9am. Sounded great to me! So Sunday morning rolled around and I got a ride to Mavis and arrived there at 8:59, and one other person was there waiting. So I wait as well. Then it's 9:10, then 9:20, then 9:30. I called their customer service line and the person there tried to reach the manager and then the so-called, "Regional Manager." and they said they can't reach anyone. Well I can't go anywhere because my car is locked up inside and I can't leave.

As always, Andre and Anthony provide the best customer service with a smile! I made a last-minute appointment to get an oil change and have my tires rotated and they accommodated me. I was in and out in a bit more than an hour.

I had a slow leaking tire losing about 4 pounds per week and brought vehicle to Mavis. They found a nail in the tire and repaired it and then checked alignment which was out slightly. After a short period I was on my way with all matters taken care of. Great job, very attentive and quick.

They were actually open on Sunday and took my vehicle right in. They didn’t have the tire in stock but ordered it… They got the tire in early Monday morning, installed it, and had it ready for pick up by 11:am. The price was also very competitive…I would certainly recommend them in the future …

The first time I used Mavis Discount Tire Service was for my wife's car. Mavis replaced a bad rotor, and I had my tires rotated. I was impressed with their courteous Service. I've bought most of my tires for the past 25 years from Goodyear in Pelham, AL. However, due to some Goodyear policy changes, and bad service, I decided to use Mavis. I will be using Mavis for now on.

The guys at NTB Billingsley Road Columbus Ohio are awesome. Very knowledgeable and understanding and help with all my auto needs. They also have always squeeze me in anytime I bring my car in. Love that. They will have my business as long as they're open. The guys work hard and get the job done.

I made an appointment at the Lecanto Florida location. My appointment was for 2 pm to get an oil change. At 2:30 they still had not pulled my car in. There seemed to be enough service people just standing around and visiting with each other. At 2:30 I told the front desk person I had to leave because I had scheduled other appointments for my day off. He gave me my keys and gave no explanation for the delay. I was very disappointed. This was my first visit to Mavis tire.

Do not use Mavis at all. I went in with 5 tires and asked for 2 new tires and a wheel alignment. When I picked up my vehicle I only had 4 tires. Not sure why they tried to keep my spare. When I drove out I immediately felt my tires shudder. Went back and would not leave till a manager took a road test with me. Upon returning I asked how they were going to fix the situation. The manager just told me they would refund me and there was nothing they could do for me so I left in worse condition than when I went in. Went to another shop where they did a wheel alignment which fixed Mavis's sloppy work.

For many years I have been a customer of my local Mavis location in Smithtown, NY. Even though there has been turnover in the ranks over this time, the staff have been consistently helpful and courteous. The requested work has always been done quickly and professionally. That is what keeps me coming back.

Was overcharged for 4 tires back on Sat., 8/3/24 from the original amount shown on the website and in my reservation confirmation (for the record as of today the website still shows the lower amount) I sent an email right away on Mon., 8/5/24 to customer service addressing my issue and asking what I needed to do to get a refund. After no response, I sent a 2nd Request on Wed., 8/14/24 asking for someone to reach out to me regarding my original email request. Again, no response.

Excellent communication with setting up appointment and keeping me updated on the status. Everything was done super fast, ahead of schedule, and the car drives great. Everyone was super friendly and it was an awesome experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I know that when the services are needed again, I will be using them in the future.

Dealt with Pete and Tony after a small accident. Tore 2 tires going over a curb. Called and Pete verified they had the correct size tire in stock and they could replace them first thing the next morning. Very professional, quick service and definitely would patronize their services again. Had a small problem with one of the new tires. Immediately resolved by Tony.

A customer for 20 years, I find a new, less competent staff each time I engage for service. It took twenty minutes to find my profile, with several confused attending the call. To replace a tire they ordered took two days without any one staff following the service. I received a call reporting they had lost my vehicle key. The manager, Steve, was dismissive and aggressive in response to the confusion and delays. While the location is convenient for me, I am forced to find a service provider that retains proper customer service staff, and can consistently offer courteous, reliable service. Rates and delays, not to mention confused, unprofessional staff are the reasons to go elsewhere. Save yourself time, money, and needless stress.

I had what I suspected was an issue in my right back tire and Mavis confirmed this and replaced it. Over the last several years I have been extremely pleased with the service I've gotten at Mavis. It is friendly, prompt, professional, and reliable with prices that seem reasonable to me and that I know are more so than other local vendors I've used.

My tire was losing pressure. Mavis Tire explained the process involved and a patch was suggested. Tire was removed, patch applied where a large screw had punctured it. Tire replaced and balanced. Professional and speedy work. Good service. I am to return after 25 miles for a retorque check of lug nuts and bolts.

They took me right in and was very courteous and professional. Work was performed on my 2023 BMW X-3. After the tires were put on they checked to see if I needed an alignment. I didn’t think it needed it, but yes, it was needed for the long for the long-term of the tires. I would recommend Mavis Tire on Kidder Street to all my friends.

I am quite pleased with Mavis Discount Tires. I take my vehicle there whenever it's needed. I bought my tires there so it's free tire rotation when I need it. Their prices are competitive. I can schedule my appointments online, which makes it convenient. I get my oil changes, too. The dealer overcharges and takes too long for just an oil change. At Mavis I've never waited over an hour for an oil change but at the dealer I had to wait 3 hours even when I had an appointment. I definitely recommend Mavis. The staff are kind, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable about the services they provide. I feel confident that my car is in good hands here.

I bought Michelin tires from Mavis tires on Ogechee Road in Savannah, Ga. They were mounted wrong way (tire rotation in the opposite direction on 2 of 4 tires). I had problem with my ABS and I took my SUV to a specialist mechanic who repairs foreign cars. They pointed out the problem and advised me to get it fixed or else my tread will wear out quickly so I took it back and the manager had a horrible attitude to start with. She said that "who told you that they are not mounted correctly?"

I set up my appointment with Larry and he helped me during the process of my service and the end of it. He has good staff. At first I thought it would be a hassle since NTB has passed hands and companies. I am glad that with Mavis it gives us lifetime warranties on break pads. And not like in the past. He also honored my veteran discount as NTB did in the past. I was elated after he reassured me from past hurdles.

I recently needed new brakes for my heavily modified Jeep JK, which includes a big brake kit. Tyler, the service manager, was incredibly helpful in locating and installing the correct parts. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this location to my friends. It seems like they specialize in a wide range of vehicles, from high-end cars to everyday models. The entire team was very professional and knowledgeable.

Recently, I brought in my daughter’s 2012 Honda Accord to check why the engine light was on. The person told me the mechanic would be there a couple of days later. They said the front tire was in dangerous condition. He then said I needed to get all new tires which was not true. I went on with it. 2 Days later mechanic said I needed 950$ repairs from the engine light. By then I was skeptical. I took it to Coggin Honda and paid again for diagnostic and they said that there were no issues. I went back to Mavis Ocoee manager, Moony and told him and asked for 167$ for diagnostic test refunded, they would not. I will never go back to Mavis. Also, you CANNOT write a review on their site.

It started with a great experience calling the center and getting specific and knowledgeable input from a tire tech consultant who knew the info I was looking for and answered in detail. I was then able to make a better decision on my selection. Tires were delivered to the dealer who was ready and started the job on time. Their work crew was far superior to what you see working at other tire dealerships and show their dedication to their job. The tech who did the wheel alignment was precise and meticulous. The car was road tested. From start to finish, it was well under an hour from start to finish but the job was not hurried. These people worked like an Indy pit crew knowing their job and accurately performing it. The proof was in the 75 mile ride home. Worth the trip! This is the place that sets the bar for standard a customer should get and does get when they go there.

I am so impressed with Dan and his automotive technicians at Mavis in Lackawanna, NY. They were able to get to my car immediately when I arrived. I was from out of town and attending to urgent family matters. Not only did they repair my car quickly, but they also showed compassion for my situation. The service was outstanding! Dropped off at 3PM and it was completely done by 5pm. 4 tires mounted and balanced. I have used Mavis in Berlin in the past and their customer service has always been top-notch! I will be back once I need service or tires on my other vehicles.

I’ve been going to the Murfreesboro location (once NTB) for 20 years or so with random vehicles. I’ve seen numerous techs and managers go in and out of that place. I’ve only been disappointed once. Apparently only one shop will touch a Subaru, so I take my Subie elsewhere. All the other cars, including my “classics” come here for tires, service, and repairs I’m unable to do myself. There were a few times they let me pick my tires in the storage area, check tire dates, and safely let me check the underside of my used purchases (never could go underneath but got close enough to satisfy some concerns). As an avid car guy, I appreciate these courtesies. If I could recommend a service: proper headlight adjustment as part of a service package or separate service.

WHAT A SHOP!!! On Sunday I was lucky enough to get to the Mavis garage in Sunrise before my tire went flat. What an awesome store!!! I was able to drop the vehicle off, and get to work, at Amerant Bank Arena in time for my shift. The second part of the story is the car was ready when I got out of work. The three things that popped to me about that location were... Friendly staff, clean surroundings and excellent work! I just wish they were closer to where I lived.... They may be shortly though... There's a Tire Kingdom across Federal Highway, right by my neighborhood!!

From getting into getting your car back, everything is seamless. They communicate every step and try to get you out of there as soon as possible and charge you as little as they can. They have good mechanics. I was satisfied with the service I got from there in all my visits.

The customer service was very good - which seems to be less common nowadays. The price was competitive, and the staff were friendly and professional. I honestly had a good service with Tire Kingdom. Was travelling through Florida headed back home. The tire pressure light came on and I found this place. They got me in without an appointment on a Saturday, made me feel welcome, educated me on the "TPMS" function, congratulated me for my prompt action in getting off the highway and seeking action, and kept me updated in the whole process. I was treated so well there that I looked up the closest Tire Kingdom where I live, and plan to give them a try when I've the need.

Mavis did a great job installing tires on my SUV and the customer service was great as well. We also had tires put on my daughter's car this week and the service was great as well. They work with their customers and make sure that they are comfortable. They have our family's business and would recommend their services to friends.

Isaac ** the store manager of the Ossining shop has to be one of the most helpful and caring workers I have ever encountered at the various locations in which I’ve used as a longtime customer of Mavis Tire. He make sure all of my concerns are taken care of and just also a very pleasant person to deal with. I used to go to the Yorktown store and have my car serviced there but since you moved him to Ossining as a store Manager it’s worth my time to travel further to have the best customer experience knowing Isaac is there.

Mavis in Graham has always been respectful. I went in the first time with a flat so they got a new tire and the second time I came in with a bubble in one of my tires they got me in and put within an hr. I will be going back when I need the 2 other tires replaced.

I have been using Mavis, several locations, for several years with no issues. Last month I needed a battery and alternator. The work was completed rapidly however the alternator belt was never checked and the original was put back onto the new alternator. After driving for a day I started to hear a noise. When I returned it to Mavis I was made aware the belt was never changed As I expected. I questioned their practice but was not provided an explanation and had to purchase a new one for $90. This seems a little unfair. You would think if a alternator is replaced a belt would go along with it. Not sure if it's just me that feels this way but if you ever need an alternator replace that Mavis please do demand that they provide a new alternator belt as well.. They took a really big chance that the original belt would not break and leave me stranded somewhere. This review would be a lot different if that was the case.

Mavis in Horseheads NY is the only place I trust taking my vehicle to be serviced. Zach and the guys provide excellent customer service and great explanations on what your needs. I have recommended family and friends to go to Mavis for all their vehicle needs as well and they all have had great experiences as well!

Sebastian and his team are our Go To for service and tires. On more than one occasion Sebastian and his team have went above and beyond for us. I can’t say enough positive things about this location! They will work to get you the best price on whatever you need.

Must say that getting car things done can be very stressful and burdensome for me. It always happens at the worst time, but Anthony made me feel like I was doing this for the safety of myself and family. He gave me his honest opinion and help in deciding which tires to go with. When I couldn’t afford to fix my brakes the store manager gave me a coupon to make this possible for me. They showed they cared and made my car good as new!!

Around 4:30 on a Saturday evening is the worst time to have a flat tire. Not only do most shops close at 5:00, but tires for a Model Y Tesla are hard to find. After calling around 4 or 5 places (none had my tire size) it was suggested by one shop to call Mavis. Called them and they actually had my tire. Even had 4 of them. Told them I was at that point about 15 minutes away (it's now about 4:45) and they said they would wait for me. I pumped up the tire and watched the pressure as I drove there. They were waiting for me as I drove in. Jonathan got the job going and even said they would do a second front tire if I wanted to keep the tread depth the same on both fronts, which I did. He and his team were wonderful. They finished about 20 minutes PAST their closing time. And the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them for tire service.

I randomly called while out doing errands. They were friendly and said come as soon as I can. They got my car in, mounted and balanced all 4 tires and had me out under an hour. I had several questions which they addressed completely, the staff was great and the entire shop was clean and presentable.

Had a screw in one tire which had a slow leak. My tires had almost 50000 miles on them so I decided to get 4 new ones. I checked the Mavis website and could get an appointment that morning. Very convenient and quick service. The lady at the counter was very nice.

I was around when Mavis Tire on Battleground Ave in Greensboro, NC was in construction. I wondered what this place would be unaware of what business was actually coming. Well, today I was able to experience exactly what this place would be for the community. The staff Del and Taurus were the best in customer service that I’ve experienced at any shop. They understood what I needed, made sure to help me in every way to not only obtain the best service in town but to also make sure that I could afford to have the service completed.

Had a negative experience in the Hamburg Mavis Tire a few years back. Started going to Jack Williams. I was disappointed when Jack was bought by Mavis. Went to the Hazleton location this time and was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman in charge was very polite, friendly, and respectful. Kept me updated, helped me resolve an issue with my order and the price wasn't terrible. About $700 for 4 new quality tires and an alignment. Planning on going again.

I was searching for break pad replacement online and my search showed Mavis Discount Tires as having the lowest price. So I decided to give them a try. They did what they advertised and the price was a very good price compared to some of the quotes I had come across. They also didn't try to add on additional charges on unnecessary issues. Great customer service and I have since returned to have other repair work done. I've been satisfied every time.

I thought the service was very good and I was very impressed that they didn't try to upsell me on a couple of things. They made me aware of certain things that my car needed, but there was no pressure to do it right then. I appreciated that. They have a good customer service, we purchase tires but they were a little expensive. Even though we bought the cheapest ones. I think they should lower the prices on tires. In the past we had the oil and filter change service, and the price was ok even though it was not a full synthetic oil.

The front desk was very accommodating with ordering tires in advance and setting up appointment. Was in at 8:00 am and out the door by 10:10. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING WITH HAVING to now drive to Mavis Mount Sinai, which by the way was accommodating with my wheel alignment service. Having that Rocky point wheel alignment machine has been broken since February!!! How does a tire company allow the lapse of 5 months go by without replacement parts for wheel alignment machine?

Needed 4 new tires for our boat trailer. Dropped off the old tires with rims. They were extremely helpful taking them out of my car and putting the new ones in. The tires were in stock and I picked them up within a few hours after a phone call from desk!

Bill is smart fast and awesome! Got a flat before my trip - they turned it around so quickly! Great service - I would recommend them. They had to order a tire for my car and it came in and was installed the next day. They have also removed tacks that I thought were nails for free!

Have always had great experience at my Mavis store. Darryl and Tom take of me and don’t try to sell me anything I don’t need. Prices are very fair. I’ve been bringing my vehicles there for years. Trustworthy and honest. If I need something done that they don’t do at the shop they have recommended someone in town and it has always worked out. Would highly recommend.

They did not do an alignment when they said they did and the inspection took forever and then they said they couldn't align the car the second time because of the bolts. Took it somewhere else and they aligned it and it didn't need struts either. Never again!

A.J. took a real interest in our purchase, did most of the work, and followed it through to completion. He remounted a spare tire on the spare rim and mounted on the spare rack. The Goodyear Endurance tires (of which he had 4, just as needed) were what I came in needing. We were both very pleased with the final result.

I had my vehicle sway on the construction areas. Put new ball joints and tire rods in - Steering wheel straight and did not pull either way - Got off work early to have front end alignment done, had front end alignment done. Car now pulls to the right and steering wheel is off to the left to go straight. See photo. Took it back within 5 minutes - Response I received was "it's an old car and that is the best it gets. Replace the u -joint in the steering column." They did not attempt to resolve the problem!! I would not recommend this location.

The Somerset Mavis team was very helpful in providing quality new tires (Goodyear Assurance All Season) with alignment at discounted prices for my 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. During the installation process it was determined that the chrome capped wheel nuts were defective, and despite it being Sunday, the team was able to locate replacements (some temporary) to facilitate return of my vehicle. New wheel nuts were ordered Monday and installed Tuesday. I will be a return customer in the future.
