I am a repeat customer to this location. Have always been treated fairly. Being a small business owner myself, I enjoy doing business others who genuinely appreciate my business. Over the past few years that I have done business with this location, I cannot think of one thing to complain about. We will continue to do business with them.

The office manager, Remi, was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about tires. I was very pleased with the service, they even brought me coffee while I waited. I plan to return for all my car services needs and will highly recommend them.

I had a flat tire. Came to realize that my spare was missing. I called a few different places for a price. I was quote the least price at Mavis. I was towed there and was treated quickly and a very good price for my tire.

I blew out a tire and needed it fixed. After many phone calls of people telling they could not get me the tire that day or fit me in... Anthony came to the rescue. He called around and got me the tire in the afternoon and installed immediately and I was able to keep my current appointment schedule that day. This Mavis location may now be my go to place based on that great experience.

I've used Mavis Tire in the past and they were efficient. They did what I asked them to do and they called me before they do anything that I didn’t ask. I typically go to them for an oil change. Their service was excellent and their reps were good guys. I had top-notch interactions with them. Across the board, they were very easy to work with.

I like the prices at Mavis Discount Tires. While I had the tires for a little while, the quality of goods and services there are good. And although the sales representatives were alright, they were busy that they didn't have a lot of time. It is understandable though. When you’re busy, you can’t do in-depth one-on-one with every customer.

I've been going to Mavis Tire for many years and I like their service. I have very good feedback for them especially when their client knows somebody who works there and I knew the manager. One day, I went back for a service and there was the manager, and it even made the experience more pleasurable. Although he’s no longer working there, I still go. Mavis reasonable in terms of price. In the past, I bought tires at Mavis for vehicle maintenance, which were fine. Tires last me 40 to 50,000 miles and though haven’t replaced the tires on my current vehicle yet, I've gone to Mavis for oil changes, brake pads, and fluids.

The people from Mavis Discount Tires were good. They were knowledgeable, especially the assistant manager. He sold me the tires that I wanted. He also gave me a good price and eased my mind off the bill. It makes it a better experience on buying or spend at least the money that I had. I've had the tires for a month now.

Excellent customer service!!! It’s like driving a brand new car, new brakes, front suspension, wheel alignment. The manager is the best. Excellent knowledge, knows exactly what it needs to be done. I will definitely come back and tell my friends.

From the start the service manager and assistant were pleasant to work with, listened to my needs and took care of the issues in a timely manner. Would recommend this location and will return again as needed. Which will be winter tires.

Mavis Tire in Rhinebeck, NY is a great shop. I have used this location for many years for tires, inspections, general service and repairs. Employees at front counter and in the service area are knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this location to everyone for daily vehicle maintenance.

Good experience. Had tires, oil change, done everything smooth. The charge was exactly as quoted. Would deal here again. Clean and neat waiting area in and out time that was stated. Price was good compared to others. Took time to explain what was required in future. Great service.

Dropped my car off at 9 before work for an inspection. They called me as soon as they finished. Went and picked it with no hassles. Brought it back so they could retorque the wheels and they sent me on my way. Will likely return.

Mavis of Brookhaven, PA always does a great job of notifying customers when and where they can save money via promotions and rebates. I've been using their auto service exclusively for 2 years and have always been satisfied with the speed and quality of the work done as well as the price. I highly recommend them.

I was looking around for snow tires and I called Mavis Tire, and they were cheaper. I had ordered one set and they were supposed to be in when I got them, but they weren't there and they said they didn't have those kinds, so they were giving me another kind. They were supposed to put them on, so I dropped the car off, they went back to pick up the tires, but they still weren't put on because somebody put the order through. And then one of them blew and it wasn't under warranty, so they didn't get the actual warranty. I went back and ordered another two tires. They were supposed to get them for me, but nobody put the orders through. It took three times and finally the fourth time, they got it but they ended up getting me two other tires because they didn't order the other ones. They were understaffed and people weren't putting them in. It was ridiculous and awful.

I decided a few years ago to try Sun Tire at this location, I was a long time customer of Tire Kingdom and it was the best decision I've made over my many years with other companies to go with. Glenn at Blanding location thank you.

The salesman name Elvis was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was out in 20 minutes for a brake flush. I even decided to come back with another vehicle for service. I would bring back my vehicles again for service. I would highly recommend Mavis Discount Tires for all your mechanical needs.

The Tire Engineers on McFarland in Tuscaloosa, AL were just great to deal with. I was working out of town and my alternator went out 30 miles from their shop. I was on my way to one of their competitors locations who I called and they couldn't get to me until tomorrow. I stop at Tire Engineers and they said it could be fixed in less than 3 hours. It was less than quoted as well. I can't say enough good things about them.

Awesome experience. Slow leak - they found screw quickly and repaired in less than half hour - my car dealer charged me of $350 for what I believe was the same thing when I went in for a regular maintenance. I will never trust them again. I will be back to Mavis with any problems for sure.

True professionals, I even was driven home when car was dropped off. The Pirelli tires are top quality, and performance. When I arrived in a cab to pick up my car, I was asked the cost, and they applied a coupon taking off the amount of cab. Tires perform Fantastic, holding the road on tight turns.

I came in to get a tire plugged. Scott showed me my brakes and how bad they were and some other issues that I thought the dealer took care of just recently. The price was good here at Mavis and now my car was taken care of correctly.

I have been going to Mavis Tire since before it was Mavis. The guys at 2156 Empire Blvd have always given me the best service, and deals on my cars and trucks. The manager ** has always kept me happy no matter what it took, or takes. The techs are very courteous and take great pride in their work as it shows with seat covers, steering wheel covers and even bags for my old tires. I have been going to Mavis/Cole for over 25 years and will be as usual my first go to place for service, or a question. Today I was not hesitant to spend 1200.00 dollars knowing it will be done right and I have to confidence for future work if needed.

Recently my dealership quoted me a price of 750.00 for a part and almost 250.00 for the labor. Sun Tire charged a little over 250.00 parts and labor combined. Personable and professional. Can't imagine going anywhere else. My car and my wife's. Today my wife's Honda Civic Hybrid needed three tires balance and alignment. Got great advice for the future as well. Hard to keep the character count down when giving kudos to these folks.

I wanted to get the right tires for the right car and I did a lot of research online of what tires I wanted. The Mavis Tire in Lindenhurst, New York is local and is pretty close. They have good people and they get the place clean. They were very helpful too. I went over there two times and their rep was a good guy. I had written the model down and when they looked at it, the sales rep said that he had it right there. He showed me what the rating was on the tire I wanted and everything was right on the money.

I Went for an oil change, a state inspection, and to change out snow tires. They were very helpful and explained everything clearly. They finished what I wanted done much quicker than I had expected! I would highly recommend Mavis Discount tires for your auto needs.

Mavis in Schnecksville is quick and professional always get my car back in a very quick and timely manner. Will recommend to ed everyone. Always willing to work to get the problem fixed right and knowledgeable. And need never try to overcharge for things that aren't needed.

Brought my car in for a oil change. I had scheduled the oil change the day before. They checked me in, showed me the paperwork and took my keys to get my car. The oil change only took about 30 minutes and it was done professionally. They called my name told me that the oil change went well and when my next oil change would be due. Then I signed the papers, paid for the service and they gave me my cars keys. The waiting area was clean and the wifi password was posted.

The team at the East Windsor location is the most knowledgeable and fair priced location I've been to in a long time. Got to work, done an incredible amount of time address any issues I thought I may have had and was happily on my way... Give these guys five star rating.

I've been using this location for all of my basic service and tire needs since 2012. Amber and the staff at the S.Cobb Dr., Smyrna location is very courteous, friendly and professional. They always do an excellent job and has stellar customer service.

Problem was identified immediately when I got to Griffin Brothers in the early afternoon. I didn’t have time to wait, as there were other customers ahead of me. I was told to come back in the late afternoon. When I went back, they remembered me and quickly repaired the tire. Everyone was courteous and waiting area was clean and had drinks for customers.

I went in to have a shock replaced. As always, Walt was very friendly, efficient and my car was back on the road in less than 90 minutes. This location has always exceeded my expectations with the excellent service provided.

I've been going to Mavis for years now for everything, such oil changes, tires and inspections. I have a lease Honda car and I don't even go to my dealership. I go to Mavis mainly because of Russ, the manager. He's fantastic. His customer service is excellent and he's always accommodating. Once I had a tire that blew up and I went to Mavis and he immediately patched it up. It was very comforting. I’m a widow, I’m alone and I feel like if something’s wrong, he will help me out. He's like a neighborhood type of guy. Everybody I sent out has the same experience with him.

Everything was fine. I was treated well and the price was very good and I was happy with it. When I asked questions all my questions were answered and were very knowledgeable. I asked questions about buying tires when my tires are wore out. My tires should be wore out about this summer.

I came in to purchase 4 new tires & to inquire about a battery. I have done business with this location & found them to be honest, trustworthy & courteous. Both Mark & Dale were excellent. Mark took the time to explain the advantages of the tires he recommended for me. He also tested the battery & determined that I needed to have it replaced. He was very patient & respectful. He worked to give me the best price. I am very satisfied.

I go here and only here and for one reason only. Glen is above and beyond in everything they do on my cars and trucks. I own a renovations business and service all my fleet trucks at only his location. I also refer all my friends and family here because he treats them all as family as well. They tell me exactly what is wrong with the car and tell me only the things I need and not try to upsell me or make me buy things that are not necessary.

Mavis Tire is close to my home. I have a good experience with them before with my cars. They did the oil change and brakes. There are things that need to be changed and they do the necessary things. I have three cars and they did inspection to my cars, oil change, brakes and tire. Three months ago, I’ve purchased very wide sports tires for my Volkswagen CC. They were very special tires. I couldn’t put any other tires beside those ones.

Inspection and Loose Brake Caliper - I knew that something was loose on the left side of my car's underbody. I just didn't know what. I brought my car in for a state inspection, Cassie found the problem. A simple fix that was easy on the pocket.

After a bad experience in a Wal Mart service in which they refuse to honor warranty and test my wheel for no apparent reason, finding Kauffman employees help was a relief. Great people, great prices, and it was a quick visit, too. Highly recommended!

I went in to see if I need a serpentine belt installed and the AM (assistant manager) said I need a water pump with the belt along with The 3 of the 4 tires need to be placed and the AM apply the brake lights, coolant, labor for 4 hours which total almost $1230. I had the car in the store for 2 days until 3:11pm he called to tell me it is ready and he offer to send his mechanic to drive my car to my job in exchange for charging my card over the phone. Once the mechanic arrived he told me my speedometer doesn’t work with the check, brake, ABS light on and I have to come back the next day to get it fix, having said that I did and the same manager that allow without checking my car to see if it is best of care told me to come back again the very next day the same mechanic that was working on my car.

Mavis Discount Tires was right around the corner from our house, so it was convenient to buy from them. I purchased Cooper tires from them in the summer time last year, so I’ve had these for less than a year. The sales reps are good people and the one at the register, Tracy, was really nice. Tracy helped us pick out which tires we wanted to get and she had really good knowledge about the tires. Everything was good with Mavis Tire. They help us and there are good people there.

The whole staff at the Mavis on Commercial Drive in New York Mills is great. They took care of two of my cars in the same day. And as always it was a great experience. Matt explained what needed to be done gave me a fair price as always and had the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Came back with an emergency tire repair the same day and was able to pick it up in a few hours.

First and foremost I missed my 8 am appt for 4/13/18, no problem, I reschedule for Sunday 4/15/18. I got there and was met by Mr. **, who was very courteous, respectful and professional. I informed him that my TPMS light was still on, after my husband had put news sensors. Mr. ** said no problem. I was quoted approx 30 dollars over the phone and sure enough the price did not change, With tax it was 27 dollars. He took my keys, and I can say within 10 mins he was back. TPMS reprogrammed and light off. Thanks to Mr. Pat in the back. Def recommend Mavis. Place is spacious airy and clean. Oh one other thing. Went to #MoreHonda just for a price quote, they wanted $106 a hour alone not to mention the reprogram. #thankgodforpricecomparison

I chose Kauffman Tires to purchase the new tires for my 2016 Mazda MX5. I chose Kauffman because I had a good experience when replacing the tires on my wife’s MINI. My only disappointment was that I had ordered the specific Michelin high performance tires and a few days before they were to be installed, I received a call from the store telling me that these tires were an unusual size, 205/45/17, and that they had a hard time finding these tires.

I received very fast and courteous service. My Battery was not available on location but was delivered within 15 minutes from the local Napa store. Great battery warranty. The Kaufman store was very clean and the personnel were all friendly.

The workers are all polite and courteous. They check completely for any work that needs to be done and let you know before starting the job. Pricing is very good. The work is also done in a timely manner. Thanks Mike!

I did not set an appointment. I walked in and was told I may need to wait a half hour. My car was taken in about half the time and it did not take long for them to do the service. The customer representative was courteous and respectful and the bill was reasonable. I have gone to other locations and always been more than satisfied. This location did not disappoint. I Had a bolt in my tire. Mavis had a competitive price on the tire price and also gave a great deal on a battery as well. I would recommend this location for its helpfulness and timeliness. I had a fine experience the last time I visited to get a set of tires. The price and service was reasonable so I thought I would try them again. It was just getting an oil change and filter. As more customers entered the store I was surprised how the manager was still pleasant and responsive to my needs. The best part is that they are open Saturdays and Sundays which helps me since it's difficult for me to do weekdays...

Mavis Discount Tires is local and I like to keep my business local. I had an inspection, an oil change and a tire rotation there. Also, they changed out tires for me. I had snow tires taken off and regular radials placed. They provide a good service in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. Plus, their reps are very polite, friendly and accommodating. I always have a good experience there. They're reliable, responsible and professional.

I purchased 4 BS Ecopian EP422 Plus tires. I am very pleased with the service and time involved in the purchase. I wanted to order Bridgestone Tires again because the original tires when I purchased my car were Bridgestone and I was very pleased.

I've been going to Mavis for years so I trust them. They're honest. I went to a place down in Endicott and the guy there told me that there was something wrong with my daughter's car. It was going to be a $180 before he could even do an inspection. I didn't say anything and instead, I took the car to Mavis Tire. They did a whole inspection and charged me the regular price for the inspection. Also, I just bought a car from Just-in-time and I had a problem so I went with Mavis. They've done my tires and my brakes before and they worked on my daughter's car. On the new car that I have now, they did an oil change. Everyone was great at Mavis and I had good service. I'd tell others to go there.

I went to the store at 5942 University Blvd., W., Jacksonville, Fl. to get an estimate on fixing my front brakes which were making noises. The man came back with a handwritten list of repairs and hurriedly went through them. I asked him to repeat the last item which was a brake flush. I really should have had him repeat the whole list WITH PRICES when he quoted a total of approx. $329.00. When I was given the bill after repairs it showed two items that I question: brake cleaning $119.99 and a brake flush of $79.99, which added almost $200.00. I felt like this was foisted off on me.

Oil change special. Did not have an appointment. Busy shop but work was done in a timely manner. Nice job. Will be back for other services. I have a new car and Mavis is keeping car running new. Front desk, Jennifer very nice and helpful. Thank you.

I had been going with Mavis and I had great respect for them. I took four cars to them and I also referred a lot of cars from friends and family to go there. But lately, I had a very bad taste. I brought my BMW to have an oil change. I put in over $2,000 because I put new tires, new brakes, a whole bunch of things, and changed the oil. But they forgot to put the oil in it and I never looked into it because I was so busy.

I have been having my car serviced at Mavis at this location for more than 10 years. Everyone is courteous and professional as well as friendly. the waiting room and the ladies bathroom are always neat and clean. My present car is a 2005 escape and it continues to be in good condition because of the service provided at Mavis.

I have used Sun Tire for years for my tires, oil changes, brakes and to replace a bearing, and have not been disappointed. After moving to a new area of town, I found the beaches location on Beach Blvd to be cleaner and very courteous. I made an appointment online and my service was prompt and thorough. Having free tire rotation is a huge plus!

I was very please with the service I received at Kaufman on 4\4. My husband had taken my truck to dealership and they gave him a false (untruthful) report of what was wrong with my vehicle and it would cost me $843. Short story God is Good. I have been using Mavis Tires for a couple of years now. Their quality of service is totally good. Since they are close by and I know some people that work there, I buy my new tires from them, a few times a year. So far, I'm happy with them. If a friend would ask about Mavis Tires, I'd tell them to go there and get new tires.

The service was excellent and with true professionalism. They helped me pick out the right tires and explained everything in detail; they also explained the options I had ready. They told me the time my car would be ready and they met it. I am totally satisfied.

I have been to Mavis Discount Tire Center in Dover, NJ for a brake pad and rotor replacement for a quote of 280$ but ended up with 645$. As promised with replacing with ceramic brake pads, it was replaced with semi-metallic. This cause grinding sounds while applying brakes. I took the car to them 4 or 5 times, and eventually when it was replaced with ceramic brake pads, the sound went away. But their workmanship ended in causing heavy road noise and totally messed up the alignment. It was pulling left and once I told them about it, they tried fixing it but totally messed it up as the car now with a steering wheel at an angle of 75 degrees to the right makes the vehicle drive straight. When I mentioned this, they blamed it on the tires.

I like Mavis Discount Tire's prices, facility and the way I was treated when I was there. They were very courteous, offered other service things for me, and treated me with respect. They were also very prompt in getting my vehicle and then getting it done. I had a regular maintenance for my pick-up truck but I have a couple of children in my family that have vehicles and they go to Mavis for tires and oil changes. Also, I purchased a Cooper 8/T3s for my son's vehicle. They were on other vehicles in the past and I like them. It's important that being the size city that we all live in back there in Oswego, the local people running and operating it are a big asset to that business. They create a lot of customers themselves.

Purchasing from Mavis tire was convenient. I've been going there for over four years now and I always have great service at the Mount Kisco Mavis. I've always had a great experience with their sales reps. They're very nice and they get the job done fast.

I have done tires through Mavis Discount Tires one or two times and I've also heard about how terrible things are with them, however, I had to bite the ball and do it to get what I needed to get done. They were my last resort. It was an urgent matter and they were the only one open on the day I could go. I purchased brake pads and rotors and the service I received was terrible. They got me in the door by telling me it was going to cost one thing, but it ended up costing quite more than that. They switched the price up on me three times. They also didn't seem to know what parts they needed or what it was going to cost. They just throw at me whatever information they thought was right without checking it first. Moreover, the people there just seemed to be very apathetic.

I have had the best experiences since going to Kauffman Tire. I had been going to other places for just an oil change and thought I was getting a deal until I brought my van in for an oil change and tire rotation at Kauffman. I paid less at Kauffman than I would have for just an oil change at other places. I am very pleased with their service.

Mavis Discount Tire has a store located near us and we purchased a Michelin tire from them. The rep told me that it is good to get the tire and they were able to order the tire that same day. We have used the tire for about two months now and the quality is good.

Technicians kept us up to date on the progress. Prices were also reasonable. I did not feel like I got ripped off like you would feel with most other places.

Visited the store to check on a tire that was leaking air in the last few weeks. The staff quickly diagnosed the problem and reported back to me the issue, an approximate time to fix and cost. Professional staff and great speedy service.

I go to Mavis Discount Tires on Broadway all the time and I’m very happy with that place. The quality of the tires and services there is excellent. I have my vehicles inspected and I get my brakes done there. I buy tires from there and I get whatever tires Harry says are good. Harry is an excellent sales rep and he’s done exactly what I asked him to do. I can trust him and if he says I need this or that then that’s it. I went to a store that’s two minutes from my house to get $800 worth of tires put on two years ago and the guy there tried to sell me everything under the sun. But when I went to Harry, he wasn’t pushy. I would recommend Mavis Discount Tires all the time.

On my vehicle, I got tires and a battery, and I got the brakes done through Mavis Tires who was just right around the corner. Their tires were on the lower end price wise. They make a lot of road noises but other than that, everything else was fine. The rep was pleasant to work with, too. I did something with them before and their reps called and double checked. However, when I went in there and explained what I wanted to be done, there was a little miscommunication. It wasn't a big deal though.

Rear brake job on 2008 Honda Accord. Got ripped off by Mavis Tires, of Olden Avenue, Ewing, NJ, parts replaced were easily available at AutoParts, 2 minutes away for nearly half the price, e.g. Rotor's price charged $ 75 a piece, available for $35 a piece, rebuilt caliper charged $168, available for $99 a piece. I went back to the dealer to complain and said the parts are easily available at AutoParts for half the price and he responded, we charge suggested price for parts not discounted price. My total bill was $588, overcharged by at least $145 for parts. Date of service 03/27/2018 - senior citizen.

Cris is helpful with the customers. And the workers are respectful. Waiting time is fair. The cost is cheaper than other shop. The best Mavis around Dutches county. I will recommend to others if you want to go for your maintenance.

My first time visiting a Mavis center, I was looking to replace worn tires. However my budget was limited and after visiting several dealerships in my area, left in tears knowing I couldn’t afford the expense, yet worried as I travel with my granddaughter frequently. I stopped at Mavis expecting the same result. However was met with courteous servicemen who went over my options and was approved for credit to accomplish what I needed. Because of that I have returned for brakes and oil changes.

I bought four pairs of tires about two years ago and my only gripe was the way they handled my credit card. I was supposed to get a $70 credit card back but I never received it. After going back to the store and telling the manager, he said that it’s in the works but I never got my card. Although, the quality of the tires I received was great. Since then I’ve bought other tires for my other cars and they’ve always been great, especially the Cooper tires, which surprised me.

I ordered 5th wheel trailer tires from there a week prior to my appointment. I told them it was for a 5th Wheel camper and I was picking up the camper that morning and driving that same day back to Kentucky. I showed up for my appointment, they had the tires but told me they cannot change my tires because the camper will not fit inside their garage. I get new tires all over the country when I make these trips and the tire place always brings the hose and a jack out to the camper and does the job. Never had a problem for 15 years. This is the first time using this company and they told me they do not have any way of lifting the camper. A 2.5 ton car jack from Walmart will work. I ended up having to buy the tires there and get them installed down the road. After looking at my bill, it looked like they charged me full price for installation and a $5 tire disposal fee.

Glenn and his crew are always fast and courteous. Sometimes I have a emergency and they work me in pretty fast. Only if I am out of town would I take my cars somewhere else. One time they fixed a problem on my son’s car that another shop could not. I asked Glen about a problem on my car, and he found and fixed the problem very quickly, no extra charge.

I always go to Mavis Discount Tires. They’re local and I love them. In the past year, I did an inspection sticker and bought my tires there. They also fixed my brake lines. Mavis has been excellent in everything.

I was very happy with Mavis Tire's Little Falls store. We got Michelin tires and, because the car needed them, struts. The manager was very good. He explained everything and we made some decisions based on what I could afford. He offered quality service and the products are holding up well. Mavis is great for tires and basic maintenance on your car.

Kaufman tires - I knew from the moment I got there that I was going to get good service, and I did. My service was completed in a very short time. I was impressed. The price was a little higher than what I expected, but it was the lowest one I found. I guess everything is going up.

Called the night before to get price and see if my tires were in stock. Not only were they in stock the price to have them installed was better then anywhere I had checked. Joe was awesome, took the time need for every customer.

Went to change my front brake pads at Mavis at South Ozone Park, NY on my ML350 just because they were squeaking really bad and perhaps very low. Waited 4 hours, and was told I also needed the brake sensor, no problem, just get it done. Drove my chariot out and saw the "Check for Brake Pad Wear" light on. Called Mavis location and they said eventually it would come off when the sensors picked it up. I drove it like this for a month and still this light remained on! Took it to Rallye Mercedes Benz Dealer to get checked out (should of went there in the first place for brake pad change but hey it was a emergency), anyways, right away they pointed out, "Whoever changed the brakes damaged your L/F caliper slide bolt", loose/stripped out and it needs to be replaced or the entire fixture can detach and cause a major accident.

Russell was the best, never go anywhere else... He was fair and didn't rip me off, and I was ripped off prior... Great service, easy to recommends. The best place Ive ever been, never go anywhere else... The best tire place to go, fair and honest.

I took my car to Mavis Discount Tires to get it checked out. I always go there, even if it’s for an oil change. I love Mavis because it’s always a good experience. They’re very nice and they tell me in a timely manner when things will get done. They try to be as good as they can with the estimated time when the job would be done. Plus, my friends go there too. They're in a convenient location, right down the road from where I live.

Chris, the manager greeted me immediately and quickly wrote my service ticket and told me he would get it done in an hour. The car was done in less than an hour. I asked about a transmission service and he immediately said he could not get to it today! I appreciated the honesty instead of me waiting all day just to find out, it could not be done. I am definitely going to bring my car back to get my transmission serviced on another day.

There are choices closer to me but I always seem to be treated fair at this place. I haven't ever felt I was getting service I didn't need. I'm in the Customer Service business myself in other industry as an engineer and they treat me as I treat my customers and when something is found they work with me to find a fair deal. Blew out a tire on massive pothole. Turns out after getting tires off they were horribly worn inside wear. I got 4 new tires, Full brakes pads. new rotors all around and alignment was way off. I could've done the Brake job myself but it was such a good deal I let them do it all. Wife has a safe car now at a good price,

I came in at Mavis and told them that I had a problem with my car as it was making a certain noise. I also needed new tires at that time and so they went ahead and checked everything. They called me to let me know about the problem and asked me if I wanted to make the change and I agreed. They walked me through the prices and I told them it was okay. The process was very simple. Everything was very professional and they asked me before every decision they made. Now everything is running very smoothly. I was very happy with the experience and I feel like others would too.

As far as my local store goes, the guys from Mavis Tire are honest and their service is reasonably priced and fast. They're also close by. Mavis purchased a private company that I used to do business with and some of the same employees work there now, so I trust them. Also, their representatives are great guys and really try hard to make sure that everything's right to my satisfaction.

I was so impressed with the customer service at this Mavis. I called an hour before they were closing to ask about getting a wheel alignment. The man who answered the phone... name started w/ a S... sorry, I don't remember his name... was so kind. I asked if there was time to do a wheel alignment because I was going on a long trip the next day. He said if I could be there in 15 min, they could do because it takes about 45 min to do. I told him I would try, and if I couldn't, I would do the day after tomorrow. He said since I was going on trip, I needed alignment, and they would wait for me to arrive even if it was longer than 15 min. Amazing customer service. Everyone I encountered there was very friendly and kind.

I have been going to them for years and I always get fast courteous service. They know me by my first name! They make sure all my needs are taken care of and test drive the vehicle when finished. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tires but also for mechanical work. Not all Mavis Centers offer complete one stop service the way Mahopac Mavis Center does.

I had new tires installation. It used to take 2 hours in other stores based on my past experience, but it took me 1.5 hour in this store, which is same as the last time I had my new tires installation here. Service is good and staff is nice. I'd like to re-visit if necessary.

Decent prices, and a friendly staff. Had a front end alignment done at Mavis. Would definitely go back for any additional work needed. They also do price matching if you bring in competitor ad showing lower price on tires. Convenient location right on route 9 in Tuckerton.

Mavis Discount Tires are terrific. They're located a few blocks from my house and I pass them all the time in traffic. The place is convenient. I got tires from them on two separate occasions and it was one tire at a time. Their sales reps assisted me and I’m very happy with them. They also do my oil changes and my inspections. Their people are nice and professional. Mavis met all my expectations and I recommend them.

Mavis Tire was the closest to my house so I went to them to fix a tire that popped. The sales reps were great, very quick and really nice. They told me what’s wrong with the tire, replaced it and gave me the price. They did great on my car. I'd tell my friends if they'd need a guy to replace a tire on their car, Mavis is a great place to go to.

The manager Chris, Don, Al and Poppy were awesome... My car has 185,000 miles on it and now rides like it's brand new... just flat out terrific. I would recommend anyone to go to the Mavis and Wantagh. They treat me like family. I would never go anywhere else!

I went to two different Mavis’, one near Indian Head Road in Smithtown, Kings Park and the one in Patchogue and I’ve had good experiences with them.
