Always satisfied with Mavis Tire. Prices are fair, and workmanship is exceptional! I go to the Brewster location and Peter the manager there always sells me only what I need to make my car safe. Richard who does alignments and other work there is superb! They always take time to show me what needs repairing and why. I don't go anywhere else or trust any other tire shop. I just wish you all still did mechanical repairs as well like you used to.

I'm always helped by the same associate and he's always helpful and courteous. The staff is friendly. The prices are fair. Generally I go there to get my winter tires put on or taken off, but occasionally unforeseen problems show up in the process and they're quick to help.

Had great service. I didn't have to wait long. I had 4 tires put on, wheel balance done. I did have to go back. One of the tires were leaking air. They were very busy. They got my car in right away. It was a minor issue problem fixed. I am going back in July for my car inspection.

It's hard when you have lots of places to choose from for repairs in one area. I used to be loyal to a place near Lake Parsippany, but after recent experiences at that place, I looked for somewhere else. I knew I needed tires, and an alignments... but again, lots to choose from! After reading online reviews, I picked Mavis on 46 and was glad I did. Steve and his team were great people. Fun personalities. Didn't treat me like I'm stupid because I'm a female (Come on ladies. You KNOW auto shops do this!), when I actually DO know a lot of about cars! I got the service I needed and felt that I could trust them.

I had 2 bad tires on a Sunday and with no problems the tires I needed were in stock and put on my rims with the lowest price in town with great customer service.

I called this dealer the previous day and asked them if they had my size tires on hand. They did not but said they would order them for me. I received a phone call the next morning stating the tires were in and they could install them right away. I was very pleased with the work and their recommendation for a wheel alignment and a NYS inspection.

I went in for a brake repair, but they said I did not need new brakes or rotors. I really feel comfortable with them because they do not do anything that is not needed. I ended up getting new brake fluid at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Showed up for my Saturday appointment to get tires for an Autocross race on Sunday. Due to a warehouse issue the tires never arrived. The Manager felt bad and ask for an hour to makes some calls. Within a hour he had one of his guys go to the warehouse pick the tires and was beginning to install them on the car! It was great customer service!

Purchased 4 Michelin Defender Tires. After calling around, Mavis gave me the best price, and was only a couple miles from my house. I made an appointment and was serviced in a promised time. They even wanted me to come back to have the lug nuts checked because of the aluminum wheels at no cost. My experience was great and would recommend them to anyone.

Jason at the Cicero, NY location was extremely helpful and provided next level customer interaction that lacks at most establishments. He truly is an asset to the business. When other employees left the counter Jason stepped up and answered phone calls, managed the floor and greeted customers with a great attitude. While observing other employees leaving to talk in the bays, he proceeded to deal with my order with a positive and inviting demeanor.

I had to have my car towed to this service facility overnight. They called me first thing in the morning and discussed how they would proceed in identifying and repairing the problem. I was impressed by their courtesy, professionalism and fair price. They called to get my approval before replacing the part and the job was done when they said it would. I've checked around and their price was well within the normal prices charged elsewhere. I've been taking my car there for over a year now and feel very comfortable with the level of service I receive. They treat their customers as if we are family members. The day manager is a very respectful gentleman, who treats his staff and customers with the utmost respect. They were referred to me by my mechanic, who now works for a major conglomerate and my car and I have never been happier. I give them an A+ rating. Thank you.

The best service I've ever had regarding my vehicle. Every time I have to bring my car somewhere, Mavis takes me immediately. Recently I had a flat tire on a Friday afternoon. I called Mavis around 5:30 (they close at 6), they got me in and fixed the car. I was on the road by 6:15. Awesome service.

Again Mark has gone above and beyond when it comes to helping solve problems with our limo's because most shops have not got the room or want to deal with cars that large. He always has time and is able to get the cars in the shop to tend to my needs! He is a true leader in the industry! Thanks again Mark!

I brought my car in for a NYS inspection and a brake check. Anthony at the service desk called me as my brake check turned into major service and suspension work. As the work required revealed itself, Anthony kept me in the loop and updated his estimate. It took about the time expected and came in right around the estimate. I work in customer service and recognize good service when I receive it. Anthony delivers good service and makes your clients feel relaxed and valued.

My recent experience with Mavis was great. We have been here (and other Mavis') several times with all our vehicles. My "extended warranty" really paid off this time. Glad I bought it. Worth every penny. Staff and manager are nice & very professional. Try them if you need anything. I think you will be pleased.

I went to get a nys inspection along with a oil change. The nys inspection went fine, however the manager was reluctant to take off the plug because the last oil service by Toyota put the plug on too tight. He ordered me another plug so he would have a spare just in case. I was in a hurry so I left and came back a few days later. He had the new plug and the oil change went off fine. The idea that everyone was sooo nice and professional, I made sure I told a few good friends how nice my experience was so if they needed a good recommendation, I was surely giving Mavis the two thumbs up for their excellent work habits, their ability to explain in detail what the problem was and lastly to FOLLOW THROUGH TO THE END!!! I will definitely go back to Pine Bush Mavis for all my car needed services. Hats off to the two inside managers whose names escape me at present. One had a balding head the other was taller with a mustache. THANKS MAVIS...

Customer service representative, Ian, listened attentively to my problem concerning a continuously slow leaking tire and ultimately deduced that it was due to a damaged tire rim and not the fault of the tire itself; this resulted in a significant savings of having to replace the tire. His professionalism and honesty is demonstrative of the service I have come to rely upon and that is why I have always returned to Mavis for my auto needs.

Caesar and Becky are INCREDIBLE! Even when Kris was at this same location, always helpful and knowledgeable. It's because of the experience and customer service I receive from this location that keeps me coming back. They're always accommodating. The purpose of my trip today, was to have rims put on my car that Caesar ordered for me. I arrived at 5:15pm, and even though the shop closes at 6, Caesar made sure they were able to fit me in and put the rims on my car, since he knew I was having trouble with flat tires and the air leaking from the rims already on the car. Caesar, Becky and Kris are assets to Mavis and they're the reason I come back. They make me feel comfortable, safe and respected. They're AMAZING!

I am a long time customer of this location. I use this company in general as it has several locations in my range between here and the Albany area. This facility in particular is always a pleasure to patronize. The place is a factory in that it is a very busy location. As a result it is a bit of a wait, but the service is fair and well represented. I walk in and the manager knows me by name. He refers to my cars in seconds and my vehicle history is more comprehensive than I know it to be. I have 4 cars and every tire on them all are supplied by Mavis with their warranty. I'm a happy customer.

There is a Mavis right down the street from my house which I have never been too. I have been going to the Cold Spring location for as long as I can remember and I am never disappointed with the service I am granted. Everything is done very quick and is always done right.

Tom, Service manager came right outside, smelled the burning rubber, felt the tires and diagnosed what the issue likely was. I had a call back in minutes, and car was repaired in 1 hour. Great service, including showing parts - which were still hot. I travel from New Jersey twice a month to visit family so I will just get my car serviced there from now on. Great value for great service!

The manager did not have the size tires that I needed in stock. He did check with another store in Fulton & picked them up there. I was pleased that he was able to put them on the next day after I called them. Very good service & very polite. Mavis Discount Tire located at 611 Utica Avenue in Brooklyn, truly deserve five stars. The service team at this location is very helpful in educating you well about your vehicle and not quick to simply take your money for the service(s) you request. They know they are the experts in their business beyond you and they do share that expertise with you; and to me, this is sheer professionalism and demonstration of honesty. When it comes to tire servicing for my vehicle, I have used this location five times already and was never disappointed.

I would definitely recommend this Scarsdale Mavis Center to anyone. My husband and I have been using this facility, #7032176, for a long time. The service men were professional, polite, and had my car ready sooner than I expected. I had all new tires, brake calipers, brake pads, and brake rotors placed on all four tires. I have been going to Mavis for over 15 years now. I get all my tires there. They have the best prices and if they don't, they can usually match the price of a competitor. I also get my breaks done. On my last visit, I came in because my breaks were acting up. After about an hour they called me back to say that my breaks were fine. The brake fluid cap was loose. They weren't sure but they think that with my type of Acura that with the cap being loose that it was throwing off some computer sensor making it feel like I needed breaks. They tightened it up and sent me on my way no charge. There are so many dishonest shops out there who would have probably tried to sell me something I never needed. I will continue to send my vehicles to Mavis in Wappingers.

I needed tires for my 2000 Ford E350 van. The sales person was very professional and very helpful. I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. They were able to get me a good deal on a set of tires and a much needed wheel alignment. I would definitely do business with them again and I would also recommend them to friends and family.

2 separate visits within a week, 2 separate vehicles – mine and one of my sons. I had tires put on my son's car, and had work done on my SUV and I'm back in today to have more work done on my son's car. The shop is remarkably friendly. Went in to get an oil change. The process was quick and painless. The man who worked on my car, George, took me into the shop and showed me a couple things I should look out for but did not try to oversell me products I did not need. I was surprised at how quick the oil change was done but they seemed to be churning out cars while I was in the lobby. Will return for my next oil change and any further problems.

Dave the service rider was very courteous and respectful. The showroom was spotless as was the customer bathroom. My service tech was Bobby, he greeted me with a smile and was courteous both when he picked my vehicle up and when he returned it to me, he covered the driver's seat with plastic and covered the floor with a floor mat, ensuring the car did not get dirty or greasy. When I watched Bobby working on my vehicle through the plate glass window in the office I noticed the shop was spotless and clean. I am very happy with the level of service I received and will be back with my other vehicle when it needs to be serviced. I would 100% recommend this business to all my family and friends.

This location is under a new manager Rob and assistant manager Victor. Both men took care of my needs with great respect. They did not try to oversell things that needed to be fixed on my car, and Rob took the time to explain what I needed and why. Excellent work: I've been using Mavis Tire for over 20 years. Their prices are very fair. They stand behind all their work. Their facilities are always clean and the staff are very courteous and helpful. My car has 265000.00 on it and Mavis keep it rolling. I have one problem they need to bring back to coffee somebody if their facilities are not close to other stores but if that is the only problem they are running a hell of an operation.

I have taken my car to many places to get fixed and they always charge me the most ridiculous prices, but at Mavis the manager John helped me save money, and I am very pleased with how my car turned out. Also I'm not sure who did the actual work on my car, but shout out to him too. My steering wheel was very shaky prior to my visit at Mavis, and after getting a new tire it feels like I have a new car!

They are open Sunday. A big help in my busy schedule. The staff is usually the same crew every time I go there. The store is right around the corner from my house. They have numerous locations. My site in Wantagh has ample parking, a great waiting room with magazines and newspapers and a tv. Can't ask for more with music as well.

I needed 4 new tires and an alignment asap. I stopped in on a Friday morning short notice. I was taken immediately. I told the guys I was going out of state and asked if they could go through my car and make sure it was road worthy. I ended up need a tie rod as well. The price was reasonable. The work was fast and I'm a happy guy.

I was very pleased with the service received at the Cole Muffler/Mavis Tire location on Empire Boulevard in Webster, near the movie theater. I dealt primarily with Raymond (Ray) **, and Rashead (SP?) at that location. I was pleased with the total price of repairs, and that it took less time than anticipated for the completed repairs. Additionally, it was easy working with either Ray or Rashead for the repairs to my vehicle. I would recommend this location to others, and I would return myself if additional repairs are needed for my vehicle. Thank you.

I was greeted by a very pleasant salesperson, Matt. He was understanding of my requests for my vehicle. I asked for specific tire pressure and that the lug nuts be torqued by hand with a torque wrench. He made sure my requests were met. I was sold only what was needed on my vehicle. The entire staff at Mavis Wappingers was top-notch. Low prices are always a plus, but match those prices with excellent service, and you have a winner, all day, every day.

They have become my "Go To" mechanics in my new neighborhood (which I just moved to 6 months ago). Needed two new tires. I was covered by the road hazard warranty I had purchased from before, got the two tires mounted and balanced quickly and for a really cheap price.

I recently took my vehicle to Mavis after discovering I had a flat tire. Mavis took my car in on the spot. Waiting time was minimal and the price was very affordable! The gentleman there showed me the bad tire as well as the sharp roofing nail that punctured the tire. I was very happy with the service!

What an incredible experience!!! After the standard attempted ripoff by your competition, I went to Mavis for a second opinion. Turns out that I did not need $680 worth of repairs to pass inspection. When I asked their guys why, they showed me all four brakes - worn down but not worn out! No metal on metal damage as I was told. Love it!!! I'll be back in the spring for brakes and all else in the future. Many thanks to the kid's employees for the feeling of satisfaction.

I took my Honda van to this establishment to have the rear passenger tire changed, after paying and leaving I discovered the alloy wheel had been bent. Due to this the tire would not stay inflated and I was stuck with a flat tire and a three-month-old child in the van, the then brought the tire back a second time. Over a weekend in the snow the tire went flat and it was at an hour in which this store was closed so I had to buy green slime and use this chemical to help keep the tire inflated. I then brought the van back to the store a third time and requested to have it fixed, only this time the "store manager" decided to come around the counter and began to yell at me that this is my fault and began to charge at me only to finally state "Don't come back here again".

Was driving and felt tire going flat! Got to Mavis, my number 1 choice to go to! I have used them for other things - oil change etc.

I needed new front tires. The ones on the back were not in stock but they offered me a compatible tire that was better rated for $4 more. Excellent service and very fast.

A little disappointed that they did not have size on the ‘buy 3 get one free’ tires that were advertised. Wasn't told about the $11.24 per tire computer balance total $44.96. Ended getting the more expensive tires (Goodyear Assurance). The guy that waited on me was very helpful. He did give me a deal on the alignment. Would have liked a discount on the tires. Ended $646.09.

First off, I have been a loyal customer of Mavis Tire for over 25 years. Working on my own personal cars for years I have not only bought all my tires from Mavis but in the last 10 years for most all my service work, even oil changes. Chris the manager there is terrific, good prices, on-time personal service, great attitude, honest and like me, he is a "car" guy. I would highly recommend Wappingers Falls or any other Mavis location.

This is the 5th set of tires I have purchased at Mavis on Empire Blvd. in Webster, NY. Joe has always taken good care of me and your tire prices are the best.

I called Mavis Tire, spoke to Frank. Explained I found a tire they are selling cheaper online. Since they guaranteed lowest prices I challenged it. Well guess what, they wouldn't match the price. I then contacted the corporate office only to speak to the supervisor in customer service Tony. He was rude, arrogant, nasty, wouldn't honor the low price at all. So I contacted the BBB and Consumer Affairs as well as all social media. Don't waste your time going there. Buy the tires online, any gas station will put them on and balance them. Mavis has false advertising and are very rude and nasty when you ask them to honor the low prices online. Stay away from Mavis Tire.

The guys at STS/Mavis are great! No matter how busy, they are always friendly and respectful. They get the job done well and always as quickly as possible. True concern for their customers well-being and they never overcharge, their prices are fair. As long as they remain in business, they will be my first choice for car repair!

I went to the Mamaroneck Mavis which I find the best around. I won't go near the New Rochelle branch and I live there. Johnathan helped me today and I was in and out to my delight. Very helpful and extremely nice attitude. I'll be back!

I continue to use Mavis because they are very helpful, courteous, and quick. Also, every time I have pulled up to use the tire air inflator, one of the guys comes out to help me and offer advice. Very nice.

Okay first let me say I drive 45 minutes to get to the location I go to. There are 2 Mavis centers closer but they both suck. The location I do actually go to however are just an amazing group of people. They do quality work, no pressure for up selling stuff, explain everything really well, and most importantly do not talk to you like you're an idiot. They answer all questions as clearly as possible and they will point out any issues they see. I went up a size in tires which for my truck requires a slight lift kit. Well I got the tires before the kit and they pointed it out that the tires were slightly too big causing a slight, very slight rub. Once I explained I was lifting it, they went ahead with what I wanted done.

I went in to have an oil change and wheel alignment. I thought I needed the alignment because my car was pulling to the left. I also asked to have the tire pressure checked to see if that was the cause. I was told I needed the alignment. The next day I realized the car was still pulling to the left and I brought it back because the tire pressure light came on. I told Ariel the situation and he rudely addressed me, asking me did I realize it was cold outside.

Service was excellent and handled perfectly by Manager and staff - total coordination to get job done quickly and efficiently with total satisfaction. Would absolutely recommend this Mavis Center and would definitely use again.

Called and spoke to call center, they were very helpful. Walked into New Windsor New York location and asked to have tire changed. They found the tire that was needed and informed me that it would take away if it was possible to drop off and they would call me. They called and told me my car was done four hours later. They were very helpful and honest and took my car even though they were very busy. Would go back again!

I've had a bad experience with Gulf Auto. Every time I brought in my car for repairs on my brakes they always charged me $400.00. I paid in cash so the manager took advantage of me, they were located in Smithtown NY. I went there 3 times. After I spent $1200.00 I stopped going there. They also overcharged me for tires. I started going to Mavis and their prices were reasonable, I've been going there for four years. I am very happy with the service and prices. I do recommend them to friends and family.

I had a sidewall puncture after only a few thousand miles which was un-repairable. Mavis replaced the tire free of charge under the road hazard warranty, I only paid for the installation. The staff were very courteous, and even though they were very busy at the time, got me in and out in record time. THANKS MAVIS for a job well done.

I was driving all over that day doing a million things. The last thing I needed was a flat tire. After a good cry, I was lucky enough to have gotten that flat across the road from this Mavis. They could have told me anything, sold me anything, and out of desperation I would have complied. They were quick, honest and so nice. I couldn't believe it. I don't really trust car people and this was such a nice surprise. I will most definitely be returning to this place.

Every time I deal with Mavis, I'm impressed by their eagerness to ensure customer satisfaction. From excellent communications to trying their best to accommodate my schedule, to fixing it right every time, Mavis surpasses my expectations on a regular basis. Nobody wants to spend money and time getting their vehicle fixed or maintained but Randall and the staff at the Maiden Lane location go out of their way to make the experience the best it can be while looking for ways to keep the expense as low as possible for me. I really appreciate the friendly and caring attitude of the folks at Mavis.
