Should get zero stars. I got to two Cooper cs3 tires installed and asked about getting an alignment at the same time. Quoted 157 ish. After it was done now 240 ish. Ok wow so they go "oh well alignment is 80." I wouldn't have gotten it done if I knew that since it wasn't off at all. To my knowledge it was a check and fix if needed. "So hey we can do it for 200 ish", they say. I'm not happy but nothing I can do. I leave and my car is pulling to the left. Bad never did before. I call of course they are closed. I email them get told to bring it back or take it to a different place. I tell them I'm busy for a few days. End up taking to a different Mavis/sts. I don't tell them who did the alignment before them and oh boy do they say it's off and it must be pulling bad. We basically agree it probably was fine before Mavis touched it.

Staff was very helpful with questions on tires and struts. Highly recommended.

This location is absolutely great. Daniel is the associate that helped me answer all of my questions. Daniel was very pleasant to speak to and very polite. The location was absolutely great, very friendly employees, very welcoming. Simply put the store is amazing. I will definitely be back for more services that need to be done to my car.

I had a coupon for Mavis and they got my brakes done. The parts are good quality even though they're cheap, but I watched the guy cool off for 20 minutes before he got started on my car when I was just sitting on the bench waiting. It took three and a half hours for a 15-minute service, so I wouldn’t go back in that branch. But in the other place, they went out of their way to get a part for my convertible that they didn’t have and to get it overnighted. Then I also brought my truck there to get a shackle replaced. I needed the truck for the next day and they put me in front of a bunch of other people and did it in only an hour. They’re good people.

I went without an appointment after I saw there was a screw in my tire and it was slowly losing air. This is the second tire that had a screw in it after I took a trip to Kingston. They took my car right away and fixed the screw hole and rotated my tires. I was in and out in an hour.

While the price was not cheap, all the work done by Mavis (STS Metuchen) was fair, reasonable, and necessary. This was a 14 year old car with 90,000 miles. It needed some work on suspension, tires, and hoses. I am glad I took it to STS because they found the problems, explained everything in good detail, and did the work in a day. I went back the next day for a fix engine light and they fixed that right away no charge, it was a side effect of the other work they had done. Highly recommended.

The staff of South Plainfield's Mavis Discount Tire was so courteous and professional. They delivered a high degree of specialized service with a genuine smile. Danny, the manager, guided his staff with grace as he kindly delegated instructions to ensure that the customer experience was that of high quality. Danny provided an accurate depiction of the services that were REQUIRED and those which were merely RECOMMENDED. When my wait time exceeded that which Danny had originally quoted to me, he discounted a portion of my total.

I stopped at Mavis with a vehicle my wife drives 99% of the time. It is a newer vehicle that she often gets serviced at the dealership where she bought it. She has had a tire that kept going soft that twice the dealer told her was a wear factor and that it needed to be replaced. I kept telling her to go to Mavis so finally I was home so I took it down there. Within 10 minutes the manager walked out showing me a nail. Amazing what you find when your main concern is service not selling things that are not needed.

All work done perfectly, timely and with courtesy. Very pleased. I have also used Mavis in Nyack, NY with the same level of satisfaction.

I've been going to the muffler repair shops for many years. Then I went to Mavis Tire for car repairs. They explained what needed to be done and what they suggested that needed to be done. I wasn’t really blind walking into anything. I would recommend them.

Your manager Albert was professional and diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly even though the place was busy and in the middle of a huge tire salvage tire pickup. Everything went well and I was most satisfied with every aspect of the service, work and timeliness of the work. Albert and his support staff are excellent. Ben is also good. This Mavis location is "all about Albert". Thank you, Mavis.

Took my truck in for NYS Inspection. Service rep pointed out my rear brake pads that were worn considerably but still within inspection standards. I authorized replacement of rear pads and the price was very reasonable. The guys had the truck done in short order and I'm happy to say I had another good experience with Mavis. I'm a retired auto tech and service manager so I can appreciate the way they operate. Great Job!

I've always been going to Mavis for anything to do with tires, tread, or alignment. Any tires that I buy, I only buy from them. I've been going to them for about 30 years. I've only had one negative experience in the last year or two. The rest have all been very positive. When they moved to South Road, Poughkeepsie, I've been going there since. However, I now favor going to Parker Avenue because I had a flawless experience with them. The people at Parker Avenue look out for me, and if I need something done, they always find a way to get it done even when they don't have a lot of people there. I appreciate that they jump through hoops for me. They help me out in a lot of ways. Nothing but good things to say about Mavis Parker Avenue.

Mavis Tire has a stable staff there. Whenever I go, they’re always nice to me and they try to do their best to take care of me. However, I was a little disappointed this last time but it wasn’t the fault of the folks behind the counter. I didn’t have the number with me, I needed an oil change, so I called and I found later I’ve been attached to the corporate number. They quoted me a price but it wasn’t correct. So when I got there and my car was up on the lift, then they looked at what they actually had to put in there, it’s been doubled what I’ve been quoted. They quoted me 24 bucks and it was 45 bucks by the time I left. It was a bad error on the corporate side but my experience with the local guys has been positive.

My first two initial visits for really great mechanics are wonderful period. Came back in after 2000 miles on my truck after it was aligned due to my tires wearing extremely badly on the outer edge. Manager at the times that I need to speak to add about the tires and see what they're going to do. Week went by no word from Ed. No call. Call the shop and if it go and asked what they were going to be doing they said they will not be doing anything as I have a lift on my truck. This was not stated when I first signed up to have my truck aligned with them.

Steve and Kurt were great. They got me in and out in a couple of hours like they said, and the mechanics were good and efficient.

I came in to inspect my car and was checked right away. They took my car for a spin to see if everything was ok then put it up in the air. Then they dropped it, put the computer on it and that was it. The manager was very friendly and let me know what my car is going to need in the next service. Such a nice guy.

Mavis responded and quickly resolved my issue. I wish communication with managers had been more forthcoming. I feel this was just a case of human error and would definitely recommend them and use them for future work.

I like that Mavis Tire is local. I've purchased tires and did oil change from them among other things. So far, everything has been great and we have really good service here in Catskill. Their reps and technicians were very polite and helpful.

Tom treated us awesome from the second we walked into his store in Geneseo, NY. His philosophy of "Great Service First" is refreshing in todays marketplace. He acted like a trusted advisor instead of a salesman, and we are impressed. We will definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

On July 12, we brought our car into Mavis. Mavis of East meadow at 2139 Hempstead Turnpike. They did an oil change, checked brakes, tires, front end, alignment. They then changed out 2 shocks and did the wheel alignment. He told us he checked all the wheels, axles, everything. So, I guess you don't take responsibility for a misdiagnosis? We were advised the tires may need to be replaced but all else looked ok. I had advised them we heard noises, like rumblings. They said that was because of the alignment being off and there was some oil on the tires but nothing of concern. Also, when doing an oil change you need to make sure you change out the screws.

Fast, friendly and good prices. Highly recommended.

The waiting room/showroom area is a bit small but other than that they many bays and got the work done quickly. They did offer additional services but I never felt bullied or forced like I do at other places and they took no for an answer.

Firestone is nearby, but I tried Mavis this time because online tire prices seemed good. They were and the service was good as well.

Becky and Chris at the Wantagh location was amazing. And Mike off of Hempstead Tpke was so accommodating and professional. Had a blowout. They put the spare on at no additional cost and referred me to Wantagh which had my exact tire. Amazing.

I went to Mavis for a brake work. I liked it at first. I had the back brakes done and then, two months later, I decided to go and have my front brakes done. I was then told that I need all new brakes. I told them that I just had them do the brakes two months ago in the back. So then, the mechanic goes and looks at it again, "Oh, they're good." I go, "Yeah. They're good now because you found out they're new." I'm very dissatisfied with my experience with them.

I’ve been going to the same location when it was Monro for a while. It became Mavis Tire but the manager of the location stayed the same. I've had great jobs in oil changes, transmission fluid and normal maintenance items from them. I also bought Firestone tires for my car around five years ago.

Fixed bracket on exhaust very quickly. Very satisfied, would recommend and will continue to take my car there. They were friendly, professional and courteous.

I got a part of my car appraised and an oil change at Mavis Tire and my car sounds so much better and my oil change is good. Everything has worked a lot better with my car now. The people who work at Mavis have been very nice and professional and are very good at their job. They got me in and out in a quick amount of time. Also, the assistant manager was amazing and very helpful.

I've been to Mavis Tire in the past and it's technically just a walk from my house so I can bring the car there and walk home. I had my tires, state inspection, and mufflers serviced there and I get really good service. They are excellent. I have a great experience every time I go there.

I've been using Mavis for tires, oil changes and mechanical work for quite a while and the quality has been fine. The techs are always neat and the place is clean except for the landscaping which needs a lot of work. I've always shopped there but ever since they went to Mavis from Cole Muffler, though, their shop rates have gone up a lot. It used to be $62 and now it’s up to $89. A little is okay but 50% is a lot. I don’t like that. Now, I'm looking for another mechanic.

Mavis was knowledgeable and very accurate about the work performed on my vehicle. They did an excellent job. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I've been going to Mavis Tire for years. I bought tires and breaks and they do the oil changes on all four of my cars. I'm very happy and satisfied with them. They're on time always and everything comes out great. Their reps don't recommend stuff that doesn't need to be done. They also don't lie about estimates and say, "Oh, it will be 15 minutes and your car will be done." They'll say it straight out, "Hey, there are two cars in front of you then I'll get to yours. If you want to leave it, come back in two hours." They are always very good and seem to do a decent job at a fair price.

I would recommend the Riverdale Mavis to anyone with automotive needs. The quality is top notch and the team won't sell you anything unnecessary. I trust them completely and have had my cars and friends' cars serviced with consistent great results.

I've been going to Mavis for 30 years mainly for tires and exhaust. I've used tires from them since they started selling tires. It used to be Cole Muffler Garage and then they became Cole Muffler Mavis. I own a fleet of buses, so I've been using the E rated tires. The quality of their goods and their services is great. Their sales rep does an excellent job getting me the prices that suit my needs for my buses. They got me some discounts through commercial pricing. They have good bunch of guys down there. It's a great place to go. I own student housing and I tell college students who rent houses from me that's where they need to go because they ask me for advice. I recommend everybody to Mavis.

I went to get two tires for my Grand Cherokee. Spent $459.00 for the tires and wheel alignment and total horror show from there. Firstly, told car was ready and paid and went outside to leave and noticed both rims (20" alloy) had deep gouges in them from tire machine. Brought it to attention of manager, Chris who said, "No problem. We will send them out and make it right." OK, so I drive home and notice the steering wheel is off center, so to drive straight the wheel had to be turned 10 degrees to the left. Brought the car back the next day and they had the car back and the wheels were fixed and they said they rechecked the alignment and all was fixed. Sure enough the steering wheel was still off center. After the mechanic on two attempts finally got the steering wheel to center.

Professional service done in a timely matter. Helped me after having a tire blow out on lie and luckily didn't have to get a new tire, just a plug...but Martin's customer service and work ethic was above and beyond. I will never go to All Weather Tires in Huntington again.

I bought several sets of tires on Mavis, which are the best deals that they recommended. The tires are reasonable and their quality is very good - I put them on a work truck right now on a dirt road with bunch of stuff in there. Plus, all the sales reps have been great. They've never lied about anything I needed to be done, and have always been fair with their assessment. I've been in a few stores and they're good, fair, and pretty prompt with their repairs. I've never had to wait any longer than they said.

I stopped by to ask for valve stem replacement. The job was done fast while I was waiting. I was charged less than the originally quoted price because partial replacement was sufficient. All my questions were answered.

I had an issue with my exhaust. I called. They said "Come on down." I was in the shop quickly and back out just as fast. They took care of the issue and I was on my way.

Oil change and check of undercarriage. I hit the undercarriage in my driveway. The mechanic did a complete inspection. Did not find any damage.

Mavis has competitive pricing and I've purchased their Goodyear tires, brakes, mufflers, and other service works. The quality of the goods and services were very good. I found the sales representatives to be polite, informative, not condescending because I'm a woman, and generally very professional. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the customer waiting area.

I thought the service was wonderful. The manager was helpful; the experience was pleasant not stressful.

The work was done fast and at a great price.

I always go to Mavis for their rates and their customer service. I got brakes, clutch and oil changes from them. I purchased Goodyear tires from them too. Their sales reps were helpful in selecting new tires that I needed instead of gouging me. I've used the new tires for a month now. Mavis Tire Company is great. I've had a lot of work done by them. What was good with the deal was the amount of money that I spent.

Mavis Tire is at a convenient location to where I live. It was my first time going there. They did my New York State inspection and they also got my summer tires put on from winter tires. I had the tires myself and they replaced the tires on the rims for me. Their service was fantastic. I will definitely be going back. They were very helpful and courteous. They were upfront about the cost of the changeover and they got it done in less than 24 hours, which was awesome.

I had gotten tires, had car repairs and inspection at Mavis Tire. I have been using their tires for four years and they gave good service. Their sales representative are knowledgeable and helpful. They met my expectations.

I needed new tires and was on a tight schedule. The people at the store were great and were able to get me in and out quickly AND with a great price!

I had purchased a set of 4 tires 2 weeks ago. I was told they were good for Hybrids, and will help my gas mileage. Not true. My gas mileage dropped 5.5 MPG. I went to the store and spoke to Marek (Mark) about the problem. He told me to call the main office, which I did. Within an hour of that call Mark and told me they would switch the tires. We discussed which ones would be good. I chose Michelin Energy Saver A/S Green X. So far, and we are speaking about 200 miles in 2 days, the ride feels better. The mileage seems good, but I will not know for sure until I fill up my tank 2 or 3 times. I wish I hadn't taken the Warranty on the original tires, which I had to get with the Michelin. But that is the only negative.

I have been trying to contact this company for the past week now in regards to possibly purchasing some critical tires following an unfortunate circumstance. Last week alone, I called at least 6 times a day for 3 days. Consequently, I kept getting hung up on while speaking to an individual or getting transferred around like a hot potato. Nobody wants to take responsibility and help.

I just had a light bulb from Mavis and I had gotten my brakes and my tires changed there over the years. I used to get Eagle brand of tires. But then I usually get mid-range tires, all weather. My tires last on the average of a year and a half to two. I feel very good about the quality of their services. Their reps are friendly and fast. They give me what I need and they don’t sell me extra things. They’re very honest brokers especially here in Yonkers. So I’ll continue to use and recommend them.

I love Mavis Tire. We actually go to Cole, but it's the same brand, and based on the people who work there, we really like them. They are accommodating, responsive, and reasonably priced. We trust them so we go there all the time. Most recently, we had one car in for an oil change and general check up. Another car had an oil hose that needed to be replaced because it had leaked. They found the issue promptly, explained it to us and showed me the part that needed to be fixed. They ordered it while I was there and thought the soonest that they could have the part and the car done would be Wednesday or they'd get the part in on but they had the car done early on Wednesday. They got it done faster than they said they could. Even the time frame they'd given us was very aggressive and quick. They exceeded their own optimistic thought on when they'd have the car ready.

I’ve been using Mavis Tire for several years now on three different vehicles and I’ve been very satisfied with the service that they’ve provided. I feel very highly about their goods and services. Their sales reps show prompt attention into my matter and have taken the time to explain things. They’ve been very accommodating and willing to negotiate the price at times based upon the services needed.

We recently had Mavis plug a leak in a tire. We always go there for oil changes, inspections, and any problem we may have with the tire. The quality of their service and products is always good. This is why we always go back. It's also a customer first kind of environment there. The people are genuine and trustworthy. They were able to properly diagnose problems. The wait times tend to be reasonable as well. I'd recommend them.

About seven years ago, I went on a business trip ans while I was in Upstate New York, my brakes went on my car. I needed to find somebody to give me new brakes. My money was limited at the time and Mavis gave me a price I couldn’t refuse. Then recently, I got my brakes done on another vehicle. I got my hub done and I put some struts on my car. I hadn’t driven the car yet and the guy followed me in the car. Ironically, my battery was dead so I had to get the battery started up. Mavis usually does a good job and honors their work, so I don’t usually have a problem with them. I purchased Pirelli tires a while ago and it works great. Their manager, Andrew, obliges very much. However Mavis changes managers so much that once I get comfortable with somebody, he’s gone. Other than that they are fair and honest.

I've purchased tires from Mavis Tire before and they lasted long. They're good quality stuff. The tires I've recently purchased and used for a week, I have to bring them back to have them rebalanced. But otherwise, Mavis has good people and I like to deal with them that's why I go back. They're pleasant and they do their job quickly. I've been there a bunch of times and they have never disappointed me. Their place is also clean.

I had my truck in for service with Mavis. I bought 4 new tires totally $1100. Truck was aligned and they sent me on my way. Shortly after, my son was driving and the truck began to shake. Suddenly without warning the tire flew off, hitting the side of the truck and causing nearly 4K in damages. Mavis won't own up to the responsibility. My own mechanic told me he's had AT LEAST 7 vehicles in over the past 6 months all for the same issue - wrongly, fully installed tires are falling off! Both the Mavis manager and DM called me explaining how this was my fault. Well, my mechanic set them straight. I will never, ever go to their shop again. These people have poor training, poor tools, and poor workmanship. And they are dishonest about having problems with their tires. Pooh on Mavis!

I’ve been purchasing from Mavis a couple of years now. They were in the neighborhood and I stopped by one day and their prices were good. They had the tires that I wanted and we spoke about the different brands. I’ve been using them ever since for my personal and company cars, so that's a total of about eight vehicles. I send our company vehicles there and I’d always have good experiences.

I went in for a front end alignment. They showed me I badly needed front tires. They were honest, showed me the problem & fixed it quickly. Prices were reasonable. Rob, the manager, was a pleasure to deal with. I will be going back again.

Visited here twice in two weeks with issues that appeared to be possibly serious but were inconsequential. The first time was a rattling noise after going over a bump but turned out to be a zip tie holding the fan mount to the radiator broke loose - no charge. The second time my oil pressure light was coming on and it was discovered that there was barely any oil in the car - The company that did the previous oil change never put oil in!! I was only charged for a new oil change. Both instances were examples of where any other repair place would have made up some story about some major repair needed and charged me hundreds of dollars because I don't know any better. I go to Mavis because they are consistently HONEST.

I had went there for my first time Tuesday and was such a great experience and fast in and out experience. Yeah I only needed my front passenger tire done, but they looked my car over to be sure the pothole I hit that day didn't do any other damage.

The employees were really kind and pleasant. They worked very fast. I had time to leave and revisit to complete my order which again was quick, friendly and service with a smile. I will definitely come back to this location again because my experience was really good.

I was extremely satisfied with the work done by the team at the Mavis Discount Tire in Pleasantville, NY. I dropped my car in the early afternoon on a Sunday and got it back by the close of business. John, the manager on site, was very helpful and truly cared about my car and safety. I will visit this location again.

Today 04/21/2016, I was provided with excellent service at Freeport Mavis Facility #: 7116287, and I truly appreciated it. I have always been pleased with the service I received at this location. I have had my vehicles serviced at other Mavis locations across Long Island NY, but this location stands out from the rest. I was highly pleased with the professional manner in which your store manager/mechanics serviced my automobile. I was offered immediate service availability when I called inquiring about an issue with my vehicle. Shortly after the phone conversation upon arriving at this location I was greeted and processed in a friendly, timely manner. There was no hesitation answering or explaining in detail any questions I may have asked. I couldn't get out of work until later on in the day, but the people at Mavis were friendly, helpful and stayed late to make sure that my car was fixed. I was afraid that it would be very expensive because it had started to sound really bad, but they surprised me with a very reasonable price quote and we were able to agree on the work to be done. There were no hidden or unexpected "emergencies" that needed to be fixed right away at a high cost. I am very satisfied with the Mavis experience and will be back again.

They have kept my car running and in good shape after another auto shop gave up on my car, stating the engine was not good. They always let you know what is wrong ahead of time and the costs involved. Reasonably priced. Friendly service.

Mathew (GM), Sal (Asst. Mgr), Moe and Chris were all great in helping me getting the issue resolved. I think additionally, they should have a "self-service air pump" to be installed for 24/7 use in their parking lot area for their customers, this way we don't have to bother their busy technicians or managers to fill our tire air. Overall, I would recommend this New Nanuet, NY location to anyone who is looking to get their under car care needs taken care of and feel like they are at home with the great friendly employees who work there.

Tires are a significant investment. I have found this to be an excellent repair facility. Nice people to work with. They know the difference between a proper tire repair and an improper tire repair. An improper tire repair could pose a safety hazard to my family. Could also affect a tire manufacturers warranty. They took the time to explain what the repair would be and the cost before proceeding.

Service was completed within a half hour. Discussed other service needs as per manufacturer listing for mileage on car and mechanics found no need to complete them. Said brake pads only had 33% wear on them. Was already happy, then they gave me $10 off my oil change. Mgr, service rep, and mechanic were very polite and helpful answering all questions honestly. Will be making this my place for auto needs in the future...highly recommend them to anyone.

Went to Mavis for a flat tire and was conned into buying 4 new tires with the lure of a Goodyear credit card that I was told was interest free for 12 months. Stupidly I didn't read the brochure I filled out and believed what Mavis told me. AS it turned out it was only 6 months. I am on SS and don't have 14,000 hanging around to spend on tires so accepted the "supposed" 12 month no interest credit card. I faithfully paid $100 per month for 6 months. When I got my next bill, it showed $200 in interest that they were charging me because I didn't have it paid off in 6 months. I was shocked. I called Goodyear and explained that I thought it was a 12 month deal.

Mechanics were thorough realizing I needed additional services. Not pushy but helpful. Being a woman who knows nothing about cars (except to start it and put gas in it!) they have always been thoughtful, knowledgeable, understanding, PATIENT, and caring. So glad I found you guys in Pine Bush, NY!!!

I stopped in Mavis to just get pricing on tires for my truck. I had been quoted nearly $1300 (for 4 tires) at another tire center. Not only did they come in WAY less than anywhere else I had looked, they had my tires in stock (all of the other places needed to order them, so there would be a wait to have them installed). They were able to do everything right then and there!! Everyone was helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase tires.

Called, spoke to Alan, explained the situation and incident. As Alan had previously recommended warranty, he ordered the tire as needed. I was told it would be available next day and it was! The service guys replaced my tires promptly, I was charged the prorated fee as promised per warranty. Kudos to Alan for always providing excellent customer service and for resetting my expectations with tire warranty and coming back to Weldon/Mavis tire. I prefer this location over Mt. Kisco due to the respect for time and reasonable pricing!

I came in to perform a tire rotation, alignment and balancing. I called ahead to find out the price and the wait time. When I arrived both pieces of information that were given to me by phone were honored. Service was performed quickly and efficiently. There was no pressure for additional services to be performed. From the minute I arrived the reception was very polite and welcoming. Jessica wrote me up immediately and had my vehicle check out for an exhaust issue. The manager along with the mechanic got right on it and advised me on the best affordable way to correct the issue. Very satisfied and will definitely return with any other issues. A trust of their ability and advice was immediately built.

Called last minute to get four new tires put on my truck. They got the truck in and gave me a four wheel alignment in less time than I expected despite the waiting room having multiple other people waiting ahead of me. They called me to keep me updated on progress and to recommend other things I wasn't aware needed attention without seeming to be selling me additional unnecessary services like most other places. Quick and honest service with a much lower price tag than expected.

Have been there in the past, but this was by far, the most professional and cleanest automotive place I have ever been to.

I was out of town and needed a new battery which I bought at Advance Auto Parts. Advance Auto Parts had difficulty getting my old battery out and suggested I go to Mavis for the removal of the old and installation of the new battery. This is the second time I used this Mavis location (Bronx, NY on Broadway). Both times I made an appointment online. I scheduled an oil change for 2PM. I arrived way too early (before noon). Although all the work bays were full and it looked like I was in for a long wait, the folks at Mavis were very accommodating and took my car into the shop early. Thanks guys for the expedited service.

I was so panicked because I have a couple things wrong with my car that's a lot of money. He said everything could be done one at a time and I became less overwhelmed after he thoroughly explained the problems in a way I understood. The customer service is great.

I have been using the Mavis shop in Fishkill for about 7 years. I have never encountered a problem. All the repairs and replacements performed on my cars have been as expected. Mostly brakes, wheel bearings, tire balance and oil changes. I also purchased a set of 4 tires recently from them. The prices are all declared at the time of my service request and there have been no surprises. Work is done within an acceptable time frame. I am a happy customer.

All in one week. No matter what I say or what I do to make sure my service is anything but a fiasco, never seems to help. Took my 06 Malibu to the Fishkill store on 3/23. As soon as the store opens with little customer volume it takes about 2 hours to install new Conti pro contacts. Tires were in stock. I get home and not one tire had the same pressure. I noticed immediately that they did not replace two valve stems. Called up and they said, "Let us look at it."

Fred the manager was quite helpful in changing my rims. There was a problem when finished but it was not fault of Mavis. The lug nuts were not the correct size and there was a shimmy while driving. Fred took the time out to remedy the absolute best he could and extended the courtesy of remounting a new rim. I could not ask for more than that.

Being that I am a woman any auto shop can be very intimidating. However I would recommend the Mavis in Deer Park to every woman that feels that way. Ask for William. He will take care of you like you are family. My car has a permanent doctor when sick.
