I am very pleased with the service at my local Mavis. We are a used car dealership. We use Mavis in Matamoras PA for mount and balance of our tires, PA state inspections, and alignments. Patty and other white shirts are very pleasant and helpful!

Edward, Harold and Fred are all to be commended for the excellent service I received when I brought my son's tires there to be changed on different rims. Fred did an excellent job. Edward had my car brought into the shop to make it easier to access the tires I brought in my car.

Had a wonderful experience at the Warwick Mavis yesterday. I was attended to quickly and treated very well. Can't say the same about the Florida Mavis - call to get info and was totally turned off by the guy that answered the phone. Jay and his crew were fantastic. Now that team knows good customer service!!!???

I researched the price of new tires online and called my local Mavis Tire Center. They quoted $600. Tax excluded for four tires which was $40 less than online. I then went to that shop to purchase them. Upon arrival the manager Kurt ** quoted $750 for the same tires! I explained that I just got off the phone with someone at his store (I called the store direct) that quoted $600. He said it wasn't him. I told him I was leaving and going elsewhere and this was "bait and switch." After a few minutes he sold the tires for $600! Upon completion he told me I was in need of a wheel alignment badly! On Monday I had my car serviced and inspected by my own mechanic who has been servicing my cars for 26 years. Also my tire were worn evenly and the car drives straight and true. My concerns are for the novice driver and unsuspecting woman that trust the Mavis Tire name to be taken advantage of. People like Kurt ** should not be in a position to cheat people.

Wonderful service. Great price. Would not go anywhere else. Manager went above and beyond. They helped us with price and made us feel comfortable. Coffee and TV while we waited. Did an excellent job from start to finish. I would highly recommend Rotterdam Mavis.

I was treated with respect & honesty, which is hard to find. I never expected as good a treatment as I got. They are a 10. Thank you very much for your service with a smile attitude, it is greatly appreciated. Thank you again.

Everyone here is very nice, always good service. I never feel unwelcome, Brooks always knows what I need. I never feel like I am going to get robbed. Whenever I come it's always very fast. Never longer than I expect. Quality work for a affordable price.

My 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman had a alarm for low tire pressure on the right side rear tire. The tire was removed, repaired and balanced quickly. I was pleased that there was a convenient waiting area and I was able to make productive use of my wait time.

I was kind of disappointed that Mavis did not have the tool to complete my front headlight bulb changed. Due to the fact that they had to take bumper off and there was a clip and that is where the tool would of been handy for them to have. They were able to get my brakes and rotors done in a great time and answered all my questions. They did everything properly and were very professional and courteous.

I had my Camry serviced here (Oil change and tire rotation) and as always they do a great job with no strings attached. I would never go anywhere else to have any of my cars done. They do their best to repair my cars and the price is fair and the help is even better, what a great repair shop.

The service manager handled my request for repairs in an expeditious manner. He even pointed out a tire problem I had which I was not aware of and fixed it while I waited. The technician who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and displayed professionalism.

I've been going to Mavis Tires for the last 10 years. It was convenient and it's the most important thing. They took my car right away the first time I had it taken there. I purchased tires around November last year and everything was good. The only thing is that I gotta get used to somebody. I like to feel comfortable with the same people but they move their people around. They went through a bunch of managers. But the people that I dealt with have been very accommodating. The last two times I went there was for inspection and I'm very satisfied with them. They're honest, diagnose properly and they've always been successful in all the work they've done. It's always been a positive experience and I would recommend them to my friends. Go to Mavis before you go to a dealership.

West Haverstraw - Purchased new tires for my daughter, had them insured, had 2 blowouts the same day. Had to spend more money on labor. Then 2 months went by had a better company service my oils and brakes and rotors. They called me in to tell me if I knew that all the tires on my car were different??? WTF. I will never go back to them. A bunch of crooks.

I scheduled tires on Mavis.com to have 4 new tires to be installed. I was put in contact with local STS tire (Mavis bought out STS). Tires were delivered as promised the next day and at time of appointment I had asked if the DOT # (determines week and year tire was made) was current. The salesman advised yes and said they just came off truck and we're sitting in front of entrance. When I went to inspect all 4 tires the DOT was 4313 indicating they were made the 43 week of 2013! A first in my 30 years of car ownership. My complaint was twofold. One, the nerve to pass along 4 year old tires to consumer expecting new tires and two, when I asked if DOT was current I shouldn't be told something salesman didn't know it possibly lied about. Needless to say I am going to another tire store who has 2016 tires for me.

I needed service and Mavis Discount Tire was close to home. I did rotor, brakes, four tires and some engine job with them. However the service kind of have me up in the air right now. One of the things that I took the car there for was because it was overheating so I had that checked. About two weeks later, I had to go back there because it was overheating again and was shutting on and off. Because of that, they changed the fuel something and it's still doing the same thing. So I'm just going to take it back to the dealer to see what's really going on because the last five times that I have gone back and forth to Mavis have been rough.

Very honest and helpful in explaining the problem and how to fix it. The problem was correctly fixed and the car was delivered on time. I have a very good understanding of cars and there was no BS. Harry the GM is fantastic!!! Could not recommend this place more!!!

We have a local Mavis Tire and I have gone in on occasion when I run into a problem with a tire. I like the service and the work was good. The people I came in contact with at the store were polite, helpful and kept me informed. As a female with a car, you don't always get treated in that manner. I felt comfortable. Their representatives said they would take care of the problem and they would do it in however long they said it would take. I would definitely recommend Mavis Tire to a friend.

I needed tires for my vehicle and Mavis had the ones I was reviewing. I got Cooper truck tires from them and they have been fine. Mavis also took care of an emergency repair of a tire for me. Their reps and their service have been excellent.

Yesterday I got a flat tire on the highway. Just by luck, the next exit was a mile away and there was a Mavis (where I had gotten my snow tires and the $12 insurance on each tire). It was about 6:00pm and the location was closed. However I explained the situation, I had my baby in the car and he told me to come in. Within 40 minutes I was on my way with a new tire. Thank god! It really was the luckiest break when it comes to something tough like a flat tire. They were very compassionate to help me when they were closed and it saved the day.

I've been using Mavis for 25 years. I always go there for my tires, oil change, and car suspension. Once in a while, things will take a little longer than they're supposed to. But I find them very accommodating and apologetic. And in other ways, they take care of me, so that's why I go back to them. They generally do a very good job and I would certainly recommend Mavis Discount Tire.

My son purchased 4 Michelin tires at the Mavis Discount tires at 166-15 Baisley Blvd, Jamaica, 11434 on April 7, 2017. He also requested alignment and balancing of the new tires. He complained to his dad that when he drove the car it was wobbling, so his dad checked it out. Well all 4 Michelin tires were installed inside out. We requested that the tires be replaced and the alignment and balancing be redone. Since they messed up the tires by installing them incorrectly, the tires were already worn in. And if they didn't do a good job with the tires, that means they didn't do a good job with the alignment and balancing. How could you balance and align tires that were incorrectly installed!!?? The customer service guy was very rude and did not have any idea how to provide a service.

I've always gone to Mavis Discount Tires for at least 5 years now. The first time I went there, they were convenient. After that, it was because they were always professional and they’re always good guys whoever owned it. I usually go to the one on Jericho Turnpike in Smithtown, New York. That one and the one in Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station. I've gone back and forth between them. It depends on where I was when I got a problem. I got an inspection a couple of weeks ago, and my most recent purchase was tires and that was about a year ago. I’ve also had my brakes done there and flats fixed. Mavis always treated me right. They really did. It was one time that I was in a bind because it was late and the guy stayed open to take care of me.

Today I went to Mavis tire at 4100 Boston road in the Bronx for a wheel alignment. After 45 minutes ** wanted to sell me something but I told him no so he got upset and didn't want to do the wheel alignment anymore. He took my car keys and threw it across the desk and said he is not ** doing my job.

Always great service and great prices... That is why I continue to have my personal car and my company van serviced at the Scarsdale, NY location. The service people are honest and won't sell you things that you don't need which is a relief nowadays.

My experience with Mavis Tire was great. I’ve gone to them before. I’ve lived here for six years and I’ve changed a couple of different cars, and I have changed their tires through Mavis a number of times. I like their price and that they're local. I've gone to City Tire before and I wasn't happy with them. I thought I got ripped off. With Mavis, I had tires and sway bars and I did front-end alignment from them too. Their products are excellent, and their reps were professional and very personable. They explained everything and there were no surprises. It’s definitely a decent place to do business with. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I have never had any dealing with this company or owned Uniroyal tires before this purchase. Manager Dan was prompt, pleasant and I thought knowledgeable. We discussed my purchase and an appointment was made, I dropped off the car and in a very reasonable time received a call that the vehicle was ready. The price I paid for the tires I wanted and a couple options I chose was significantly less than I expected. I was happy to find a disposable seat cover was used and a paper floor mat. If the tires serve as well as Dan and his shop I will be back for the next set.

Mavis Discount Tires was next to a store that I deal with and so I went with them because of the convenience. They fixed one of my tires and inspected my car. They knew what they were doing, the quality of the services was fine and the price was right.

The staff was very professional and attentive also courteous and I'm very happy with my new tires, oil change. Also the follow up that is allowed by Mavis for free tire rotation and the insurance that is available to protect your investment. Keep up the good work.

The folks at Pulaski Mavis always go out of their way to take care of us. The prices are good and the service is great. Dustin always greets me by name and gets me in out promptly. I recently had four different vehicles through the shop in the same day.

I have been to Mavis twice since I moved to the area almost a year ago and they were absolutely great both times! They were professional, fixed my car and very nice! I normally do all the work myself besides a few things and they have made me at ease bringing my car there. They were amazing both times and their prices are fantastic! Mike the manager and Amy the assistant manager both take the time to give you any details necessary and any answer any questions. I had to have my car towed there this past time and they took the initiative to call me immediately after the tow truck left to let me know it arrived. I am very pleased with them and look forward to the next time!

Mavis is local and also quick, fast, and reliable. Recently, I got an oil change. The sales reps are okay, but that Mavis that I go to in Commack is not the best. They could improve on their turnaround time. They’re very slow and they’ve been known to promise you something and not get it done. The other one I usually go to, the one in Deer Park, is exceptional.

Excellent service, they know how to treat women. Didn't try to force other services that I didn't need at the time, then try to make me feel bad when I said no. Thank you. I have work that needs to be done on the car. Not in my budget at this time, but when I'm ready I will definitely come back to Mavis for the repairs.

Hello. Been going to Mavis for about a 1 1/2 now I think. Always went to a dealership when car was under warranty, then to Firestone after it ran out. Last couple of times haven't been satisfied with the cost and service. I loved to walk and one day walking at Veterans Park, Blackwood and noticed Mavis across the street. Went over to talk to them. Seemed kind and professional. Made an appt and been going there since.

The staff was very courteous and fast. I did not have to wait long for service. My car was finished in less time than I was told. Prices were fair and reasonable. I would visit this location again. I would recommend this site to friends and family.

I've been to this Mavis twice in the past 6 months; once for a tire change and once for an oil change. Both times they were friendly and helpful and their prices were very reasonable. This last visit was short & sweet. I told them I needed to be out as quickly as possible and I was out in just about an hour... probably a little less. Alex was very helpful and tried to keep everyone on schedule. I believe last time I dealt with Andrew, who was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. They seem knowledgeable about cars and they don't seem to want to rip you off. In fact, they will often tell you to handle the safety problems and have any other service done "next time"!!! I would totally recommend them.

For my first time I called Mavis to get a price for oil change/tire rotation and he gave me price. I said I can get both somewhere else. Rather than lose me as a customer he offered me a ten dollar coupon and that changed my mind. Great customer service. I will be back for tires.

Had tires mounted, balanced & replaced and always done perfectly. I swapped my winter wheels with summer wheels on my 2016 STI with no problems. Have gone here for over a year now and will be the only place I take my cars in regards to repairs and tires. Dan ** is a great manager, highly recommend speaking to him. He is excellent at his work.

I took my car to Mavis Discount Tires this morning because my tire was going flat. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. Their location (Glen Cove, NY) was very clean. They informed of everything that needed to be done. The wait was not very long at all. I will be definitely be going back to them for anything that relates to my tires/car. I cannot rave enough about the Lodi, NJ location and the work performed on my car this past week. The service Manager, whose name now escapes me, was incredible. The work was completed as promised, my car was neat and clean, and I was treated with a high level of respect and kindness. I have gone to this location for years, with a few different vehicles. They never let me down!

The guys in the shop were super helpful, alerting me to other problems with my car other than the initial popped tire and explaining to me all of my options when they realized my other front tire was no good to drive on either. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone.

I did the oil change in Rockville center Ocean ave Mavis. They did it very fast. Did great job and front desk excellent service. They did the job faster than I expected. Excellent. They are better than other Mavis tire shop I have been. I really love to come back again on this Mavis.

Somebody recommended Mavis Tire. I bought Pirelli Scorpion tires from them, did wheel alignment and a bunch of knickknacks here and there. We had a rough winter, and I had no problems with them. Overall, they're very good, courteous, and respectful with quick service.

I took my car in to have 4 new tires put on. When I left, the car didn't seem right. It was a wobbly feeling. I took the car back in. They took one tire off, said I need a wheel bearing replaced. So I had that done. Drove it still felt the same. So took it back in. Now this time they said I had a bent rim. Funny because it wasn't like that before I had tires put on. Then they said the tires were not balanced right. Then they said one of my brand new tires I got the belt was broke but they would not honor a new tire. I would not recommend Mavis to my worst enemy.

Excellent customer service this morning. I brought my car in without an appointment for an inspection. Everyone was extremely professional and a lot quicker than I expected. I will definitely be going back to the Tonawanda, N.Y. location. Great job!

I had been going to the Kerhonkson STS since I bought my car in 2003! They kept it going for me, for sure, without ripping me off. Then it was merged/bought out by Mavis and I was a bit worried. I had one not so great experience, then all went smoothly again. I have full confidence in Nick when I call now and bring the car in. He is honest with me, checks the car's maintenance history, keeps the cost down and instructs the guys on the floor well. Jeff came out to let me know that my wipers were brittle--I had asked for a check on that--and I had them replaced. Then I learned the story about the history of this company and that it is still family owned. I'm happy about that too. Everyone is polite and friendly. I bring my car here instead of having it done in the city where I live. My daughter and son-in-law live up the road so this is easy for me. Thanks Mavis--for "being there".

Professional and knowledgeable. The prices were fair and comparable to other repair shops. The manager was very much customer friendly and took time to answer any and all questions. I researched this service while waiting and I was surprised to learn that Mavis was in fact one of the better prices and guaranteed their work.

My stem on the driver's side, rear tire was broken, so I got a flat tire, and Mavis Tire was the closest place to go to, to get it fixed the next morning. I had to walk home that night but it was easier to walk from there to my house and then walk back in the morning to get it fixed. The quality of the goods and services I received were very good. Also, the sales reps explained to me what I did wrong and how they were able to fix it.

Mavis did my tire change, tire rotation and my oil change. They treat me well when it comes to the services and prices. I'm very satisfied with the quality of their work and the service is also very fast. Any question I have, the sales representative always try to find the answer and apprise me. I would definitely recommend them. They're good.

I've used Mavis Tires in Cortland for many years. This location is excellent. I have always been satisfied with the service, pricing and service time. The store staff are friendly and straightforward. The store hours are very convenient and the site is well maintained.

I rate this a 10 because they always does a great job. And also they always let you know anything that you might need for you car. They are respectful also. Fast service too. Cleanest is always noticeable. I like that they have a tv so you could entertain yourself while they work on your car.

My husband had tires put on his car and had a really enjoyable time at Mavis. We used to go to Sears, but my husband likes Mavis better and they have the best price. I got four tires for my car last winter which were great. Also, their sales reps are good. It's a tire place so, when a woman comes in, they're very nice, polite and courteous. They also don't try to sell you anything extra. It was in-and-out which was great. We've always been very pleased and we're satisfied overall with Mavis.

Mavis had to replace my O2 sensor. They had to put what they call a bung in its place on the exhaust system which requires welding a new piece in. They were professional and had everything done in a timely fashion and the price was excellent. Dom is the manager and is very professional and courteous.

Great group of guys made the visit worthwhile and will definitely be returning. Facility was nice and bright better than expected from dealing with other places. Really enjoyed the great customer service. The guys in the shop kept us entertained while we waited for new tires (which were at a great price) and the alignment. Thanks!!

I previously had brakes on my car and now needed tires on our other vehicle. Both times everyone I dealt with were very polite and professional. I had a tire losing air and I called Mavis. They said come right in and did the repair. Same day service is amazing and as usual did an excellent job. I have purchased tires for our two vehicles and found I was able to get in very quickly. They offer excellent service and very competitive prices.

Such a GREAT experience. All staff was respectful to my car and my time... So nice not to be told, "Uhhh we don't have time to do that." Meanwhile staff is talking and joking around at other places... Not the case at Mavis! Will definitely be back. :)

I have been going to Mavis Discount Tire of Hazlet, New Jersey for over 3 years. During this time I have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is exceptionally professional as well as courteous. They are honest and explain my service needs in detail. I am a senior and as such budget is a concern for me, their prices are fair and there is no "highway robbery" with this establishment. I highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire of Hazlet, New Jersey to anyone who appreciates great service.

After telling them of a couple of concerns, they took care of the issue of hub & bearing, gas shock. So happy they took the time and spoke to me about the problem. They need to get inspections on site.

I know the guy at Mavis who's normally there running the place and the way he treats his customers. I have my oil change there usually once every two months because sometimes I drive a lot. I bought a new pair of tires last year then traded in the car and when I brought my newer car in to have it looked at, he said that I didn’t need new tires yet and he would let me know when. That's what I want - somebody to tell me, “You don’t have to worry about these,” or, “These are not fine. Let's talk.” I've seen him tell people that they don’t need new tires, and I've also seen him tell people, “I wouldn't move that car an inch until you get new tires on it.” Their services are terrific and they even let me sit in the waiting room with my dogs. My dogs got out one day and they helped me get my dogs back. It's all been a good experience.

If you're looking for great reliable service for your automobile then you should head over to Mavis, I have always been taken care of with professionalism, honesty, and respect. I always feel confident that my problems will be solved when I go to Mavis.

New Mavis on Brick Blvd - The service was very good, fast, and the price was very reasonable. The facility is clean with big windows so you can see them working on your car. If you do have to wait, you can walk to Wawa which is a short walk, less than a block. The guys are very friendly too.

Mike was a pleasure to deal with. He and his staff made me feel worry free about all the work that was getting done. He also did everything he could to keep the cost down. Thank you!!! Suburban tire and keep up the great work and customer service.

I have been at Mavis Bergenfield NJ. Both visits were very good experience. Michael and Carlos were outstanding customer service people. The service is accurate and fast and professional... I will recommend this Mavis in bergenfield... great place for tire services. Fast service. I would recommend to buy the warranty. It's worth it.

Was so glad to have made an appt on a Saturday afternoon. They got me in on time and out in record time. In the past I have waited much, much too long. Was disappointed though. They didn't fill window washer. Wasn't aware that wasn't included.

I have been taking my vehicle to cole muffler and then to Mavis since I was 16 and they are always fair and never try to sell me anything I don't need. Most car places will jack up their prices and try to sell you things for your car that don't need to be repaired.

Don, Lane, & Manny were awesome. They went the extra mile and I will be back for further work. After extensive research on my end and through their price match guarantee, I'm positive that I got the best deal. I recommend going on a Weds or Sunday.

I just want to say that, it was the best experience I had ever had with car places like this. The manager John was so nice and helpful. I would recommend this Mavis in Albany on Lower Central Ave to anyone. They did everything I asked them to do and it was done right and they didn't try to push anything on you. That was real nice for once.

Mavis Tire has a pretty good reputation and a friend recommended that I go there. The last one that I went to was the Mavis Tire on Deer Park Avenue. The manager there is great. He's on the money and he's always working. I called and made an appointment and they took the cars in, so there's fast service. They did a great job. On one car I had a tire from them. On the other car, I had an oil change, too. I also bought tires for another car. I have three cars and I've taken them in to Mavis many times. They also do inspection, so I'm pretty sure that I'm going to take my cars over there for inspection, too. They're great over there.

I've been going to Mavis Tire since when they were Cole Muffler & Brake. I have always trusted their service and care of my vehicles. Their recommendations/assistance do not always come with a charge. Price wise, they are more competitive than most. Expertise wise, I feel like I'm always in good hands. Thanks Mavis.

We've used Mavis Tires for a long time and they've been good to us. Their prices are pretty competitive, and it's also local, so it just makes it easier. They've done tires for us, rotated them, and oil changes. We have four cars and we've bought Coopers and Goodyear tires from them. So far, the tires are good. It's always been a positive experience.

I have been to the Mavis in Clementon twice now, and both times my expectations were exceeded tremendously. It is made evident that customer service is genuinely their #1 concern. I have already referred friends and family members about Mavis and I plan on going back in the future.

I had my Lexus wheel alignment done in the same shop located in White Plains for $69.95. I brought my BMW and they told me the price is $129.95 because it is a German car. However, they told me there is a promotion of $30 off so it is $99. They told me it required a lot more for German car. So I let them do it since I didn't want to waste any time. They told me it will take 45 mins to an hour. I was the first customer when they first open in the morning. They did not put my car up on the lift until 45 mins later. They told me that it would take 15 mins to do the alignment. Somehow they always seem to make excuses.

My car had problems from Midas repair shop in North Brunswick Nj and Mavis in Mt Holly NJ found out that my starter I had put in around May of June in 2016 could be some of my problems with the service light on. They are not should at this point because no further diagnostic can be done until my problems are resolve from the first problem back in 2016 from Midas in North Jersey on Route one. These guys at Mavis are great to let me know what has happened from another car repairment place. Thank you sir so much. I get up when someone do me wrong when it come to this car, because this is all I got left from my deceased husband and it hurt me to have to take it to the shop because I never had to before, until now. I want to sell it before I lose it in not able to keep servicing it. I don't have the money to keep own this car.

I had a good major experience with Mavis Discount Tires. I always go there. The quality of the services was good and the sales rep answered all my questions. They're fair, have reasonable prices and are really nice, too.

Most of the time, I've had tires and oil changes from Mavis, though sometimes I've had repairs done as well. I go to their service rep all the time. Though he has moved to a couple of different shops now, I'd always get great service there. They recognize me and were courteous and friendly. Their work moves along quickly and their pricing is straightforward. Everything works out and it's wonderful.

I have had a great experience dealing with Mavis. They have been taking care of my automobiles for years now. My shop in the Scarsdale location of NY has been very reliable and responsible. I would recommend them to friends and family anytime.

My wife and I bought new tires and had them installed as well as brake pads. Everyone from the Assistant manager to each mechanic was nothing but polite and helpful. We have previously bought tires here with the same experience. Before that we dealt with Pep Boys and were far from pleased.

I used to go to another location, and had 3 very unfortunate situations. I went to the Rt 9 Old Bridge location because it is closer to my house and to give Mavis a second chance. Mavis is very close to us and we've been using them for about six years. We do our car inspections there, changing tires and oil as well as routine maintenance. They've helped us find some other guys who would repair stuff that they don't do. We had a problem with our air conditioner and they found someone who could help us fix that. When a tire got flat right after it had been fixed, they just said "come back" and fixed the tire right on the spot. The reps manage to meet the kind of location. We’re in the suburbs, so sometimes they have to give somebody a lift home or they need to leave the car unlocked with an extra key. They really just go with the flow. It's not just been one person, it seems to be the atmosphere in general even when there have been changes of personnel. We're very happy campers and we have only good experiences. Our adult children use Mavis.

I had an appointment and when I arrived they got new right in. My car was done in a timely manner and very professional. The TV was available during my wait and therefore allowed me to catch up on news.

Had an oil change and a 2 tires with a leak, was in and out and Jerry, the service manager, was and is a true gentleman, funny, knowledgeable and, most important, honest. Never tries to "upsell" or get you to make unnecessary repairs, if he can get your repair done a little cheaper or can save a repair for a little later on, albeit it safely, he will do so. He is patient with both customers and the techs, some of whom are young and just getting started, answers all questions and makes recommendations with the customer's best interest at heart.

Visited Mavis for a NYS inspection yesterday. Quick check in and turn around even without an appointment. We use Mavis for a variety of services including tires, regular maintenance. Always pleased with the honesty and professionalism of the staff. Highly recommend the Poughkeepsie Mavis team.

I scheduled an appointment to have tires put on. I called the day of my appointment to get a price match for the tires. When I called the guy, Paul, was extremely rude, and seemed not to be listening to me at all. He said that they had an appointment to mount tires, but they did not have them in the store and they would be on the shipment coming in today. So, I had to push my appointment back. When the truck arrived he called me back to tell me that they sent the wrong size tires: 255's. I said, "no, that is what I ordered." He said that the reservation stated that I was to receive 225's. I brushed it off because although two mistakes were made, the end result was me getting what I wanted. Then he told me that he could not do the price match because the tire size was different from the order. I called the call center and did indeed get my price match, but also got hung up on by the call center.

The team stayed late to install my tires and did a great job. We bring good our family cars here and they never disappointed us. Excellent service desk and mechanics. The prices are also very competitive. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I went into Mavis Tire Matamoras, PA to get a price on tires. I showed Santo, at Mavis what I was looking for so he had the specifications written down for him to check. He gave me a price and I agreed to have him get me the tires. That was on a Monday. We set up an appointment for that Friday. So now it's Friday and I go in to get the 4 tires mounted. I am told that Santo gave me the price on the wrong size tires and the price would be substantially higher. N/A. Since it was the fault of Mavis I felt they should have honored the price I was quoted.

In need of four new tires and not finding them in my usual retailer, I decided to try Mavis. The sales representative was professional and very informative regarding my vehicle's needs and availability. The tires needed to be order but deliver was within two days. During installation it was found I needed to have my rear brakes replace. In addition, my alignment was checked and was found to be a little off. For a car being two years old and the way it felt lately while driving, none of these repairs were surprising to me. All the work was done in a very timely fashion. While driving my vehicle home I felt I had made the right decision going to Mavis. My car never ran smoother or quieter even when new. Mavis is my new tire store for me and my family.

My first time experience with Mavis was good. Price was fair and work was done in a quick manner seeing I had a lot done at my visit. They put on new tires, changed the oil and did a front end alignment. Even though they were very busy I was out of there in about two hours.

It was Cole Muffler at the time I first purchased from them and I have stayed with them even when Mavis took over. I've always had a good experience with them. The management at the two stores that I've dealt with has been phenomenal. I've purchased tires and brakes, and have had oil changes and inspections done by them. State and emissions inspection went without a hitch. I went online to make an appointment late Fri eve for an appointment the next day (Sat) but was only able to reserve a time for Sun (they are open on Sun nice!). I showed up on Sat and they had no problem taking me right then. Within less than an hour, I was done. No "surprise. "You need x, y, z work done to pass inspection." The wait was pleasant in a large, clean waiting room with a clean bathroom. The manager and workers were easy going and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I've been to Mavis Tires before and they do a pretty good job. Their quotes also seem to be reasonable. I had one real issue with my truck that I just haven't been able to get diagnosed that I'm still trying to deal with. But other than that, things are pretty good. I'd recommend them.

While there for tires he let me know my brake pads were very low (which I did already know), and he didn't try to sell me new rotors when I didn't need them (as did the last shop I was at). The staff at Mavis is courteous. They addressed my needs expeditiously. I am grateful this location is in close proximity to my home. Only wish Mavis would have loyalty perks for their patrons who use their services like a percentage off after so many oil changes or even better, a free oil change after a number of visits. With the warranties on tires and brakes a person can't go wrong. Also the employees know what they are doing and work on your vehicle as if it was their car. My last visit was very good - pleasant conversation about the different brand of tires and the mileage you can get out of it. I learned a lot.

I've been going to Mavis Tire for about 10 years now. They have a combination of good prices, convenience, and selection. I recently did a regular maintenance such as oil change and tire rotation. Their service is good and I've been happy. When I bought tires there, they've steered me in the right direction. They used to push things a little too much. They always wanted to add brake fluid but more recently, they don't do that so much.

I have been working with a local tire company that's just down the road from Mavis and didn't want to deal with them anymore because the manager and service have changed so I gave Mavis a try. The crew there was excellent and the manager was great. The service was good. I've taken three different cars there. I brought my son's car there and we put a set of four tires on, a tie rod, alignment, ball joints and lower A-frames. My daughter has an 04 Focus that's been there too.

The East Windsor staff has got to be the nicest group of men. Very nice, very friendly, and willing to explain what is wrong with your vehicle. Adam runs an A+++ store! I definitely will recommend this location as I've been a customer at different locations for years.

My experience with Mavis the past three years have been fabulous. The service has always been great and the waiting time fair especially at my Rockville Mavis center with Mgr Tom **! When it comes to tire service at Mavis, the tires are of great quality and perform well. Auto service and inspection are also great and left me with the satisfaction to recommend others to come to Mavis for excellent service and savings.

Everyone that I dealt with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The service recommendations, costs, and options were clearly explained. The cost of the parts and labor is generally lower than Mavis' competitors. I have used Mavis for services on both of my vehicles over the past few years. I have no complaints regarding the cost or quality of their work. With one exception (which was due to the delivery of the wrong part), the work has always been completed by the original time estimate. I am very pleased with the cost and quality of the work, as well as the top notch customer service that I have come to expect from Mavis.

I went to Mavis Tire on Main St in Madison NJ because my front left brake was making a whining/squealing sound. I told the customer service guy I was bringing it in for replacement brake pads. When I returned to the shop (quick service, too), they told me that the brake pads were fine but the rotor was misaligned. If they had replaced the brake pads as requested, I would have been none the wiser. (Could have been scammed, in other words, and WAS NOT). AND, they fixed the issue for no charge. Honest service. Awesome.

I went in for a brake problem. At the repair shop Mike had my car moved into the shop. When they located the problem he came and got me to show what the problem was. After the repair before I paid them he told me to take the car out for a drive to make sure it was repaired correctly. And it was, he gave me a lot of information as to why I had a brake problem. From now on I will go back to them.

They put new struts in the A frame, and did quite a bit of work for us. The place is nice and clean, the representatives were professional, and the service was very good.

I'd purchased a new set of tires earlier this year (2016) and also got a warranty on the set. The tires held up very well until I noticed my tire pressure light appear a couple of times; indicating that there was low pressure on the tires. After putting air in them the light came right back on. So off to Mavis I went to find out how I can resolve this issue. Turns out there was a hole in the tire wall on the rear driver side. The service guy recommended a new tire. I waited for about an hour; my car was ready and I can't say how happy I was to get my Prius back working so that I could resume my hectic life. Thanks guys. I was very pleased with the service provided by Mavis Discount Tire in Syracuse, New York. I just got a flat tire about 30 minutes prior to bringing the car in. Randall and Bob were very helpful. Tire was leaking air slowly. They found the leak quickly and patched right away. They checked brakes and found that they needed grease. I was told the were dry and if taken care of they would last a lot longer. Thank you very much.

I'm not really pleased with Mavis. The first time I went to them, I just took my car to another shop. They told me that what was supposed to be repaired properly was not. Mavis tried to issue me a partial refund. And then the next time my fiancé take my car to them, they didn't tell us that the battery needed to be recharged. We’ve been in Mavis for more than an hour trying to figure out what the issue was ourselves. On top of that, the car was supposed to be getting ready for inspection. They told us that they checked the car out but they didn't because there's a power steering leak and they hadn't put transmission fluid in it, even though I paid for the transmission flush. That's the most recent. I will never go to another Mavis ever again. My mom won't be using them and anybody I know that I've told about it won’t go to them. I would rather pay the extra money and get better quality.

I love coming to get my car serviced here because the work is always done right. Mike is great to work with. He always tries to find me the best price and makes sure my car is done on time.

Stopped by 3 weeks ago after hitting a curb and was advised everything was fine no charge. Unexpected start to the day. This morning ran over a big piece of glass and cut tire, so where do you go? To the place that took great care of me 3 weeks earlier.

I had flat tire earlier in the week and I took my flat tire for fixing to STS. The service person at front desk was very courteous. He collected my information, gave price estimation and promised to call when the tire was fixed. And the call came around promised time so went back. They installed back the tire just in few moments and off I was gone. Everything was courteous, reasonably priced and done in promised time.

We were out of town, had a tire go bad on us and were recommended to this location by an AAA service technician. The service manager at The Mavis tire store was extremely helpful. The work was done and finished in the time period he told us it would be. We were very appreciative of the service provided.

With a pressing need for an inspection, the crew had not only identified the issues and completed with a time restriction to get me back to work on time, But all with a bill that fit in my budget. Im so very pleased to say this group of great guys are in my neighborhood.

Joe and his team at this location are the absolute best! They have always taken great care of my vehicles and I trust them 100% with the services they recommend for my vehicles. Their prices are fair and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. I would never consider going to another service center for my vehicle maintenance.

The team lead by Anthony delivered Outstanding service. They also completed the work on my car in a timely manner. The cost for the work done was fair and they did not use pressure sales techniques to try and upsell repairs that was not needed. I would highly recommend Mavis to anyone who is need of car or truck repair.
