Went into Mavis in Elmira, NY for a quote and appointment for 4 tires. Price was right and they took me on the spot. The tires were installed, an alignment done and the yearly inspection completed... All in less than 45 minutes. Great experience. Go see these guys, you can't go wrong.

My tire had a slow leak on Sunday and I was in another state at the time. It was Sunday and my options were slim. Thanks to Mavis Discount staff and Joe for being a great service to my wife and I. We made it home safe and the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you so much once again for being great.

Had a tire issue, of course, on a Sunday afternoon. Luckily Mavis was open. Once car was taken in, checked and course of action determined, took all of 10 mins to complete the work. All reps I interacted with were very polite, professional and kind.

Phil and Andrew were excellent, ensuring my wheels and tires were up to expectation. They stayed late and worked with me on all pricing and service. They have earned my business and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I went today and had the Woodstock location put tires on for me. I brought my own tires with me too. Keith, I believe the store manager, was so kind over the phone and when I got there he was just as kind. I did tell him how nice it was to have been treated with such kindness and it warmed my heart. He didn’t know because I didn’t tell him, but I am recovering financially from the hardship my soon to be ex husband put us in without my knowledge. I had to save for every step of buying the tires to having them put them on. Thank you for having such a kind person at that location.

While 5 hours away from home on a trip to see our son, our SUV low pressure light came on. We stopped at a Mavis store in Kathleen Georgia. The customer service person DANA heard our story and found a way to squeeze us into an already booked schedule (the store was packed with customers). They found within minutes that we had a nail in the side wall of our tire and it wasn't repairable. They were able to mount a new tire on our vehicle and we were then able to continue our travel. Dana told us (my wife and I) that she wanted to get this handled for us to keep us safe on the road. I can't say enough about how appreciative we are that she got this potentially dangerous condition handled. Highly recommend this store.

My local Mavis Discount Tire Center is staffed by friendly and informative people. It feels like a neighborhood mechanic that has worked on your car for years. I trust their service and appreciate their advice and recommendations on upcoming service needs.

I had an alignment done on my 2001 Chevy Astro van. It was done perfectly. Was very very happy I will recommend this Mavis and I will be coming back as a permanent customer. The staff inside was extremely friendly. The appearance of Mavis was extremely clean. It was done very quickly. I'm very very happy.

They were quick and professional, Mike the manager was and is always on top of things. Kids loved watching the guys move quickly. We most definitely will be back for tires and anything needed done on our vehicles in the future , we found a home for repairs and know we will be taken care of.

This is my second time coming to this store! EVERYONE that I’ve ever came in contact with is polite, kind, very helpful & they stick to their word on when your car will be ready! I take my car to the Franklin Ave location in Franklin Square, NY. Russ runs a tight ship! Never feel taken advantage of. Totally trust him and what he recommends now and what can wait being on a budget. I've taken both my cars there. Would and have recommended. Give him a BIG raise.

I had a scheduled appt for the AM. But instead I arrived midday for an oil change which I thought would have taken all day but I was out in no time. Giovani was very courteous and professional. I’ll be back!

Great and knowledgeable customer service. I'm always welcomed with a smile and warm greeting of "How may I help you today?". I received exactly what I asked for and the service was fast and efficient. Even trying to provide discounts when applicable.

I pulled up, they jumped in and handled me, very nice people, ask for Josh or Cowen. They did an awesome job!!! I'm from out of town, didn't know them at all, and they treated me very well, and had a flat tire, pulled right up, and bam they resolved the issue, I'm so happy with their service.

I have visited Kauffman in Pooler multiple times and each time I was incredibly pleased with the service and especially the staff. They communicated throughout the entire processes and didn't pressure me into multiple "fixes" like most mechanics are notorious for.

I had another great experience with Mavis today. This was my 2 set of tires from them for a different vehicle. They are great and easy to work with. Very professional! They make you feel like they are truly there to help not just sell you the most expensive tire.

I don’t like doing this, but I feel I have no other choice. I am very concerned with the service I received yesterday. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to have my brake pads inspected and replaced and to take advantage of their special for brake pads and installation ($99 for cars; $109 for larger vehicles: trucks, SUVs, etc.). I made an appointment the night before and brought my vehicle in early to drop it off and pick it up later in the day. I informed an attendant at the desk that I was there to take advantage of the special they were promoting on their website and to have my oil change. I also added on a pair of front wiper blades. I dropped off my keys & vehicle, and headed home to wait for their call.

Overall Mavis Discount Tire had great customer service, well organized and friendly atmosphere. I had no problem with them fixing my truck. I am highly satisfied with my results as of today. I most would recommend many of my friends and family members.

Had my shocks, struts, tires, lower a-arms, brakes, water pump, and a few other misc. Items taken care of here recently. Just hit 200,000 miles and decided I'd rather spend a few grand then 20+ grand on a new car. Cars ALWAYS ride better when they're paid for. It feels like it's a new car so I'm looking forward to adding another 100,000 miles. Just for fun I honk my horn when passing new car dealerships (you should try it). Anyways, I highly recommend Mavis for all your car needs. Adam and Aaron do a great job and offer fantastic service and pricing. Plus they're open 7 days a week. I don't write bad reviews about other businesses, I just don't go back. I feel obligated to tell you about this place. Happy motoring!

I came in for a new tire. They check over my problem tire to see if it was fixable. They were able to locate this tiny slow leak that a different garage didn't locate. They were fast, courteous and very professional. I'd be a returning customer.

I’ve been doing business in that tire shop for years. I was concerned when ownership changed. Nothing has changed. Brad is the son of the previous owners. He stayed on. That says a lot. Same great personable service. Still excellent prices. I always get three quotes. Mavis was the same or less. I’ve moved out of the area but still will take my car there for anything they can help me with. I trust them!

We had some front end work done today. Our regular shop couldn't see us for two to three weeks. I called and got an appointment for today. They diagnosed the issue and communicated with us then ordered the part and installed it. They were finished before we were able to pick up and Justin offered to stay late just so we could have the vehicle back. Super appreciate the team in Ithaca.

The other day I went to one of your Mavis store locations for a tire for my car and the sales staff were very professional. Even told me about an issue I had with my car so I was very happy and pleased with the way they treated me.

The personnel is very courteous and helpful. The repair was completed in a short time. The condenser arrived the next day just like I was told it would. Being new in this town, I am very happy that I found this Auto repair shop and I will return in the future.

I've been to Mavis a few times and received very good customer service. Answered all my questions and did repairs in a timely manner. Stopped in for a tire issue and asked if they would be able to get me in. In a few minutes they were pulling my car in to check the tire. They also kept me updated on what the tech found. I was in a rush to get on the road and realized I had a screw in one of my travel trailer tires. Brought the tire in and staff explained the screw was too close to the side wall for a good plug and the tire should be replaced. Better safe than sorry. I purchased a new tire and they had me in and out in 10min. Staff was very welcoming and honest. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Dropped my vehicle off for a/c service, was told it would be done by noon. Received a call by 10 am my vehicle was done. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast service. I would recommend Mavis to all my family and friends.

Got tires put on and there were a couple very minor issues afterwards. I was charged for tire recycling when I took my tires and a couple other charges I was told about prior or even at check out. Major problem was they put my tires upright in the back of my car and the tires rubbed on my headliner so now there’s black stains there. The regional manager called and it had to have been the most unprofessional call from a corporate representative I’ve ever been a part of. He was condescending and tried to even say that “ I didn’t tell them how to put the tires in so they just put them in however they can” ... “and life isn’t perfect or every day would be all sunshine and rainbows” and when I told him I didn’t like his attitude and I’d prefer to call and speak to corporate he said “you can do whatever you want, but all roads stop here”. He wanted me to take my car back to them so the can try to “scrub it out".

Excellent service while waiting at a very reasonable price. Test drove the car twice and kept me informed along the way. Very clean place. Friendly workers. I would definitely go back and recommend to my friends. Went there on a Sunday and they were open!

I have always been a loyal customer to Mavis. Their professionalism is above any shop I have been in the past. But for two occasions in the last two weeks I have been to the shop and they have not been able to service my vehicle. When I wrote and email to Mavis got no response! Still waiting for service.

Words can’t describe how great your workers and management are at the Sicklerville location. I’ve only been here twice and left happy and highly satisfied. Highly recommend anyone to come here if you live in the area. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been changing my brake pads myself for a few years now but they would just keep getting worn down and I’m so glad I brought it in to finally find the reason why my pads were getting worn down so fast.

Based on my experiences with Mavis, always ???? satisfied with the service. Definitely, it is focus on making their clients happy. Also, the cost of repairs are reasonable. The mechanic at all times fixed my car problems and did not have to go back for the same issue. As a result, Mavis had gained my trust and confidence. Not planning to take my car to another company in the near future. Strongly recommend Mavis.

The guys was very professional, kept distance, and wore mask. I was very satisfied with their work! They got right on it, check out everything, my brakes, tested my battery. Told me that tested as 3. Needed be 5. It was on sale. That was good thing.

Do not go to the location in Trexlertown, Pa... Went there after being quoted pricing through their customer service and was given the old bait and switch tactic. Tony the district manager is a liar... Horrible experience and they pulled the old bait and switch on my son as well... Horrible experience... Do not deal with these people!!!

You have a very talented, knowledgeable and customer focused employee in Eli (Manager?). He consistently provides honest feedback, clearly understand the business and is why I go to his operation. He is able to advise me on when I might need the next set (front or back) as well as other things that may need to be addressed down the road which helps me budget. The car is a Mercedes S550 so some of their parts are very proprietary and Eli will give me honest input as to whether they can be done at Mavis or I need to go to the dealership - most time Mavis can address!

I was greeted before I even walked through the door. The employees were extremely informative and eager to help with my car needs. The prices were great! Without an appointment I was worried I wouldn't be able to have the tires replaced same day, but to my surprise and delight, they arranged the tires, alignment and full service arranged and done within 2 hrs!! Great Service! Job well done!

After I had a bad experience at another shop, Mr. ** did a great job explaining everything to me that I needed. He did not try to oversell anything. I felt he was honest and reliable. We ended up buying tires, getting an oil change, and a couple things fixed. We will definitely be going back.

My tire was going flat. Pulled in to Mavis in the pouring rain and asked if they could help. The guys could not have been nicer. A young man ran out to my car drove it into a bay and inspected the tire. Found a screw stuck in it and repaired it. In 15 min I was on my way. Great service.

The experience was nice. The waiting time was long but I understand they were pretty busy. I went for a tire change and the tires I order couldn't came on time. They called me to reschedule but I asked them for something similar and they help me out with other tires about the same price and quality. I'm pretty happy with the customer service. I needed 4 new tires on my 2018 Chevy Equinox - the tires had 25K miles and were showing uneven wear. I ordered the tires and when Mavis inspected the shocks, they realized why there was uneven wear - the shocks needed replacing. They were able to order and install them very quickly and the car rides smoother than the day I purchased it.

I had a major problem with tires this morning with no money and couldn't get approved for credit. They went out of the way to help me get tires with 90 days same as cash. Even took me to work. Great place and people to deal with. I highly recommend anyone needing service to go the there. They are there to help the customer out and honest and upfront.

The group working were all putting in an extra effort because, it seemed, there was less workers than expected. They were polite, hard working guys including a general manager, I think, who was making very professional phone calls.

I had a wonderful and stress free experience at Mavis in Westfield NJ! I had my car towed to this location after a flat tire. The employees of Mavis were extremely courteous and friendly and helped to alleviate a very frustrating situation in a timely manner. I was regularly updated with the status of my tire repair and I was so pleased with how friendly and professional everyone was! Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Very helpful and very quick to identify what was wrong, so fast my 6yr old son woke up as they were finished. Went above and beyond to correct the problem, would refer to a friend of course. Awesome customer service.

I brought my car in for service November 27 for issues with my breaks as well as inspection at the Mavis in Port Chester, NY. They replaced the brake pads and rotors. Since then my car has been making noises when I brake. They also forgot to refill my brake fluid. I got a partial refund of about $183 for the brake fluid from them. Since then I brought my car into the Mavis in Port Chester around 8 times to fix the issue with the brakes. I spoke to the regional manager who back in January said that if they do not resolve the issue then I would get a full refund, the issue was not fixed. It is always temporary fixed and then comes back 1-2 weeks later. For the past 4 weeks I have been trying to get a hold of the regional manager who has not gotten back to any of my phone calls. I called earlier today and the regional manager is refusing to talk to me after I have been promised a call for the past 2 months.

Very reliable and qualified service would recommend friends and family members to this store. Very convenient area space available for social distancing felt comfortable. This writing is to let you know about the excellent and courteous service I received at Mavis tire service (Dekalb Ave, Decatur Ga.). I was greeted with a smile by the lady at the counter whom I had worked with before. My order that I had previously set up with Chris (New York office) was confirmed. When I returned to pick up the truck, my bill was a little bit more than I had planned to pay, reason being as I was told they only had three of the tires that I had ordered so I had to get the ones that cost a little more than those I had ordered online.. Overall, the service was good and I would recommend it to my friends.

Great customer service was given. I didn't wait too long to be served by associate at the Lavista location. I would come back. The price of the tire I had replaced was a great price range for me. I was able to leave the store location with no problem.

We get all our vehicles serviced at Mavis. Most recently, purchased four new tires and alignment. Great price and done on time. Always a pleasure doing business here. Another of our cars for tires this week. We have been a Mavis client for over 25 years now.

It’s hard to find good Customer Service. They make you feel welcomed and listen to any of your concerns. I was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! The only thing I would recommend is having someone clean the bathrooms regularly. Other than that, the service was great and I would be going back!

I was shopping prices for new tires. Mavis was my third call. When Shay presented the estimation, I thanked her and promised to call back within the hour if Mavis was the lowest. She asked, “What can I do to keep you as a customer?” It was simple and refreshing, and that determination as well as accommodation motivated me to go with Mavis. It made me feel valued as a customer.

I have been taking my family's vehicles to the NTB (now Mavis) location in Bloomingdale for several years now. On almost every occasion Jeff the service manager has taken care of me. He is always super polite, sincerely friendly and knowledgeable. He makes you feel like he's personally taking care of you. It is always good seeing him there when I walk in because I trust him. He never tries to push you or strong arms you into an up sale. It's almost like having a friend who makes suggestions. The service techs at this location have never failed me and usually deliver before promised. Their work has always been solid. All in all it's great to have a service center that I know and trust. My family and I will continue to support this staff and this shop.

Not happy with three of the people trying to convince me after they put the tires on that I had a bad ball joint and couldn't align the vehicle. So I went back two days later and another guy tried the same thing only this time it was a different ball joint. I just had all four ball joints replaced and all tie rods replace 5 days prior to buying the tires. Very disappointed. Won't go back. Never good to lie.

After waiting for 2 hours to get a NY State inspection done finally my car was put on the lift, but not to have 10 min. inspection- to have 1 hour lunch. On my question wouldn't be more reasonable to get the 10 min inspection done and then take lunch the answer was "More reasonable? Yes, but that how we work. If you don't like, the car can be brought down and you can go." I decided to add another hour to the waiting and get it done. My request to put the name of person I was harassed on the ticket was denied. Tire rotation wasn't done properly and was refused to be done as per manufacturer recommendation.

I normally go to the location on Deer Park Ave, in Deer Park but went to the Commack Rd location because they can do the coolant system. Like Deer Park Ave, friendly employees and great service. Mike was very helpful, not just with me but noticed how he was the same with me with other customers.

I only recommend and trust Mavis! I have had good experiences for many years. The Bradley Park location in Columbus Ga is the best.W ithout Kenny and the front team and manager it wouldn't be the same. There is no better service in town.

I as an essential employee was very happy they were even open on a Sunday. They took my car in minutes after my arrival and took care of me immediately. The gentleman at the counter was very nice...and they were last time I went. Prices are very good and they are fast and friendly...what more can you ask for????

The guys at the Warrington location are great, they did everything they could to get me the best price & because I came from working the night shift at a nursing home they got me in & out rather quickly.

Several years ago I took my car to MAVIS in Linden NJ to compare prices with Pep Boys and not only was the price much better but the service was outstanding. Mr ** and his crew made me feel like one of the family. My wife and I now go exclusive to Mavis with our cars. When the team was moved to another store, we now travel the extra miles for ALL our car needs.

Manager Scott in Mt Sinai STS is great to deal with. He is honest, experienced, knowledgeable and helps me keep my car running healthy. Always a great experience when I get my car serviced. I recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you.

I have nothing but good things to say. Great customer service. The young lady was very nice and professional. I wish I could remember her name. She thought my job would be an all day thing, but she was able to get me right in and out. I had my car inspected at Mavis Discount Tires. They did a good job! I left the car with them. They called me when the car was ready. I picked it up later that day. They did a good job and the price was reasonable.

The prices online for Mavis is somewhat deceiving because they dont include all that's required for all 4 tires to be replaced such as the wheel alignment and it includes the balance fee as part as the purchase of 4 tires online, but at the location they charge for each individual thing. But I must say customer service is impeccable. They will go above and beyond to help as much as they can. The entire team was friendly and professional, such an awesome team at Mavis. They work quick and efficient. Thank you guys for all your hospitality and excellent work.

We knew going in that the belts on our son's 2000 Honda Civic needed replacing (original!) and was prepared for them to find other things wrong with the car but they gave the all clear after checking things out. What we thought would be at least $500 bucks out the door was only $200.

Didn't have an appointment and it was taken in immediately. Was concerned about the compressor but they fixed the leak, put in the freon and it works great. This is an honest business and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Let me start by saying that there are plenty of Mavis Discount Tires in New York, but not as pleasant as Nazareth Mavis. I felt welcomed and very comfortable when the staff manager (Rick) walked me through my warranty and the understanding of how important it is to rotate my tires. They were patient with me since I didn't know what size tire my car used. When I went to pick up my car they were very nice and pleasant. I also noticed how clean the place was and how knowledgeable the staff was.

Great service and customer care at this location. I went in late on a Saturday to have an inspection done for my vehicle. The employee Mr ** was very helpful and very honest about the time and delivery of my vehicle from the service department. I always trust this location and always bring friends and family there.

First - upfront desk customer service has always been Great. They listen, they’re respectful and can usually give you an upfront price before your repair is made. Second - I have never had to take any of my vehicles back because of an inadequate service performed there.

I called Mavis asking about an oil change. Was told over the phone the service takes about 45 minutes. I dropped the car off, was given a price of $692 and 45 minutes turned into 2 hours. Fine. I got another call. $692 turned into $2000 and 5 hours of service. I received another call. $2000 turned into $3200 and needed a full day to repair. The next day no call at all. I had to reach out at 2:30 PM and now the job was at $4600 and need another day. I asked if they could put my car back to how it was when I dropped it off because if I knew it would be $4600 and 2 days I would never have left it and taken it to someone else for a second opinion. I still don't have my car and am terrified today will go up to $7000 and 3 days of work. This is the worst experience ever.

I was very satisfied. The asst manager was named Thomas. It was the center that's on S. Salina St, Syracuse, NY. I had a hood latch that wasn't working. Any other place would have replaced the cable. Thomas had a few drops of oil added and it was restored to operation. Excellent!

These guys at the Johnson City NY store are awesome. They are courteous and take really good care of our cars. I highly recommend them. This is the only place we take our cars to get serviced. Dennis the manager is our favorite.

I am disappointed with the service provided by Mavis Discount Tire at Madison NJ. I brought my car this morning to re-work on a flat tire and I was told only after 20 min waiting that the only guy available to fix the tire was sick. I said I would bring the car over again in the afternoon and guess what? The manager told they were busy and that would gonna take 1-2 hours to get it done. Really? I had to came because the job wasn’t done right and now I have to wait after my second time for 1-2 hours? It’s really a bad customer service.

I have been well pleased every time I have had to use them. They listen to me and explain what they have to do. Then they explain to me what it will take to fix the problem. They are friendly and professional. They get the job done.

I appreciate the friendly faces and smiles whenever I come to Mavis. Last week I’d gotten my car back from a shop after 5 months. I needed new tires and a battery. While I wasn’t able to get both done the same day (it was late and close to closing time) I was directed to order my tires online to ensure I’d be able to get the work needed the next day.

Whole Car Exhaust Replaced. What I was quoted for the job was accurate and consistent with what I paid. The only hiccup was a part was delayed in arriving the day I dropped my car off, however the job was still completed in a timely manner that same day. Great service and efficient check out. Loved that I have 12 months to pay off my bill with the Mavis Discount Tire Card from Synchrony. Overall a great experience.

I've been a customer for years, even before Mavis came to Beacon. I was an STS customer. Recently, I had a bad experience with Mavis and even escalated to receive a call from, I believe, the District Manager. I wasn't planning on stopping today but glad I did. I purchased much needed wipers for a good price. The reason I did, was because Brittany's customer service skills and people skills won me over. My experience with her today, helped me forget about any previous bad experience. She should be recognized for this. Especially in these trying times, she put the customer first.

I was browsing their website for tires and I filled out a form for a price match for a Goodyear tire. The initial price for the tire was 94.99 and they had an installation discount running so the total price of the tire was going to be 113.98. Well I price matched on WM for 74.85 for the same time so I filled out the form and eventually received a call. I was told they could match the price of the tire plus the mounting fee so it would be 94 plus tax. I decided to think about it and call back.

My daughter had a flat tire from a nail. I called Mavis on County Line Rd to see if they can fix it. They fixed the tire which was in the trunk and put proper air pressure in all the tires including the spare. I was very happy with the service.

I visited a Mavis store, 36 East Edgar Rd, Linden, NJ 070362/29/2020 for repairs Invoice #** which included purchasing a tire. I referenced an earlier purchase in the West Orange, NJ store on Prospect Avenue where I had purchased 2 tires on date referenced above. The Linden store employee was unable to locate any record of my purchase. I was baffled that a history of my account was not available. I am not complaining about the service; however, I was a bit disturbed that my record could not be located. I am a repeat customer of the West Orange, NJ and Linden, NJ stores and am pleased with the service otherwise. I am appreciative of the prompt response (5/19/2020) to my concern from Esteban who emailed me a copy of the bill in question after getting my return call. Thank you.

All 4 tires replaced and when I went to pay with Credit Card it was denied and it should not have been which required me to call them as bank had Mgr. retry 2 more times. It was end of day and Mgr. was so patient. I really appreciated it. He also explained to me that the age (2013) of tire could not be fixed as it was over 4 yrs. etc. I appreciated his time with me. I made an appointment online to get my tires changed. They called me first thing to reschedule because the tires I requested were not on their truck. I appreciate the heads up. I called back to see what tires they had in stock and Phil and his assistant manager were quick to find me one. They even discounted it. They were quick and efficient!
