I had a alignment. I left my car and walk to my appointment not even a 1/2 of a mile down the street. By the time I got there and sat down for about 15 minutes in about 30 to 40 minutes they call me and said they was done and the car is driving fine. So they was very quick and good customer service. If been riding a donut for two weeks and feeling less and less safe each day. I appreciate the service and professional treatment I received. I dropped off my car and was able to get it back in less than 3 hours. I visited the competition in the last 3 days and the kept my car for an entire day and 1/2.

Went in for inspection and oil change which went as expected, but was alerted by Carlos that my struts and stabilizer bars could and should use replacement. Carlos then invited me to come down and look at my existing ones and explained in detail at what mileage they’re usually replaced. He confirmed what I read independently online and factoring in the year of the car it made sense. Thanks to Tim and Carlos for their help.

Great job. Service was great, just would like to see a little bit clearer clarification of services when giving estimate. Our estimate, we thought, was out the door pricing, but when we got the bill it had add ons that were not divulged in the beginning. Other than that we were very happy.

As an owner of a newer car it is important to find a company you can trust. Mavis has answered the call to earn my complete confidence. Honesty is very hard to find in any auto shop. Great customer service; however, I was in the waiting room much longer than I expected. On a previous occasion, I had new tires and a battery replacement. They are also in a great location so it is easy for me to go there.

I have been to this location several times. The staff are consummate professionals. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They have never tried to sell me something I did not need. Being a female, there is always the fear of being taken advantage of in an auto store. Not with this staff. I highly recommend them for your auto needs!

I really appreciated the quick response and repair of a tire. Rich is always great to work with at the Barnegat location. It’s nice to know that I can bring a vehicle there and be taken care of. I brought my father in law's car in due to a tire that was leaking. It was taken care of in a short amount of time. I will not hesitate to go there in the future.

Pooran and Mercedes were excellent. Very professional, and Pooran was very courteous as I had a lot of questions, he was very patient. Mercedes took time to explain everything concerning my payment options. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I don't know the mechanics name, but he was also very professional and patient.

Our tire picked up a piece of wood when ultimately flattened and damaged it. Mavis ordered the tire the day we brought it in and was able to replace it the next day. All work was done efficiently, quickly, and with courteous service.

I purchased a set of Yokohama tires for my car because it had this brand of tires already on it. I had the new tires put on my car and found them to be inferior for a high-end car. I contacted Mavis to take advantage of the Yoko 30 day trial. The staff, Jordan and Mike, store manager, were very accommodating. I had a flat tire due to picking up a screw somewhere so I called Mavis about getting my tire repaired. I was able to make an appointment right away for the same day. I went in and they also inspected my car for any other issues and told me that I needed rear brakes and a few other minor things done. I wasn't able to do that immediately but they did my tire repair at a reasonable rate.

Never disappointed when I take my vehicle in to the Old Shell location. They are always upfront and helpful. Willing to make sure that my needs for my vehicle are taken care of before I leave. Definitely will continue to use this location!!!!

I was very happy with the service received from Mavis Discount Tire in Verona. I needed a new tire for a 2018 Suburu Crosstrek, not an easy tire to find. The Subaru dealership didn't return calls, but Mavis was able to track it down and work with the insurance company (tire was insured by Allstate). The staff was very responsive and helpful. I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend.

I had called in the morning because I really needed new tires. The person I dealt with was extremely nice and accommodating. When I dropped off my car Kurt was one of the nicest customer service reps I’ve met. He had my car done with new tires. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The waiting room was also very clean with chairs outside to sit on also.

Jeremy was wonderful, helpful, and the whole crew in there was great. I will be back and refer them time and time again. The prices were fair, and the quality of the product was worth the price. They got me in and out and back to work in no time.

This location and its Managers saved my life. They carefully assessed what I needed and ordered the parts. They took care of me completely. I was away from home and serving with Census Bureau 20/20 and being deployed to Shreveport, LA. Without their help, I could have been stranded during hurricane Sally. The technicians were able to get me back on the road in about an hour after I showed up unannounced with a tire almost completely flat. There was no way I could drive home from Nanuet with that tire. They stayed late and installed a new tire and had me on my way safely in a very short time frame. I appreciate the mechanics who stayed late to ensure I was able to make it home last night.

I had this set up on Friday and told the ** guy up front that we would be there at 10:30 and to take care of it!! We called at 3:00 and they ordered the wrong size tires! I ask the ** guy before I left to make sure that we all were together. I called back and was told that they ordered the wrong set!! WTH? We finally got everything set by that evening. Terrible customer service.

I had a flat tire. I looked on-line for a nearby tire service center and when I found Mavis on S. Broadway I phoned and explained the situation. They told me that they would accommodate me. When I arrived they took care of me as promised and were finished in a very short time. The site was clean and felt very safe with all the Covid precautions being taken. The Mavis shop in Farmingdale is great. On my way home from work I noticed my tire pressure low. There was a nail in my tire. They were able to help me right away even after 5:30 PM. I appreciate all the hard work and help.

After I emailed my survey I went to clean up my wheels (not done after they installed 4 new tires at store) and noticed that each rim had chips in the finish. I called the store and spoke with the acting manager. He would only say that he couldn't see how that could have possibly happened. Didn't seem to want to assume any responsibility for damage to my rims. I offered to send pictures (I live 25 miles away and had already made two trips to get my tires, since they didn't have them the day of my appointment) but, it didn't seem to matter. I was treated nicely on the day of installation but not feeling too great about the tire installation. The technician HAD to see what was happening to those rims. Disappointed.

Mavis Tire is completely reliable and has always been there for me and the family, for almost 20 years we have been using Mavis. I feel like I get the best prices possible and the staff is always friendly. They are usually very busy, but that's because everyone knows they get what they pay for. Won't let anyone else but Mavis fix any issues I have with my vehicle.

Customer service was great, they worked on the car quickly, but when I left the car with them they did not call to tell me what's wrong with it and how much it will cost to fix the problem. They just fix it and given me a bill to pay.

Tires were purchased from Wal-Mart. Since this department is closed, we chose Mavis to service the tires. Once quick phone call and vehicle was services within a couple of hours. A really good first impression and experience with Mavis Tires at University location.

I am extremely pleased with Buddy and his teams performance! They communicated and executed as a unit. Alignment diagnostic was free! They mounted and balanced my tires and even pushed passed normal operation hours to complete an alignment. They educated and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Five stars all around! I give Mavis 5 stars because the are great, you are greeted with a smile, the prices are right and there's no question about your vehicle they won't answer or help you with. They are very honest and the office is clean and smells good.

They were extremely Honest about what needed to be completed. Faster than the ETA of the labor time. Fulfilled my request and even gave me advice on how to go about fixing something for my car that they were not able to fix at the time. They did not charge me for this. Applied all of the discounts without me asking.

A rear tire had lost a few pounds of air. The repair was simple and inexpensive. It took longer than I expected but that's OK because it was done right. The staff was courteous and the waiting area was fairly clean. The facility is being remodeled so there was some disarray.

It was not communicated to me how long the process would take but the wait time was not long. I had 9:30 a.m. appointment and Ieft around 10:45 a.m. Also Andrew was terrific. He promptly addressed a concern prior to my appointment.

On 8/21/20 I took my vehicle to your business to repair a flat tire; while there I decided to get an oil change. I had to leave the vehicle for a few hours. Upon getting it back I was very happy and even recommended your service to my brother and a neighbor. On 8/23/20 I went outside to find a flat tire. I checked the tire I had previously marked and found the nail was still in the tire. Apparently it had only been aired the first time. I took it back and received a disingenuous apology; and was told I must leave it for a several hours, thus missing church this morning. I am very dissatisfied and will definitely correct those recommendations.

Uneducated mechanics. Mavis sales gimmick, they give you an outrageous estimate then tell you “oh we can do it for half that"... Seems shady... Stay away. Go to Village Auto. You won’t have the problems you will get dealing with Mavis.

Trey really went out of his way to get me in and back on the road. Called me several times to let me know what was going on and even recommended not changing tires right now when he could have just put new ones on. They service all three of my cars.

It started with tire replacement and spiraled into a complete disaster. They replaced my tires, but the tires lost pressure. I took it back to be sealed again and again. To make a long story short, they replaced my calipers, rotors, brakes, struts, rack and pinion- this was $2000 later. I picked up the truck only to find a noise coming from the front tires of the car, I drove the truck days later and it broke down. As is turns out, the transmission is ceased due to damage done while repaired at Mavis, the Mavis mechanics did not tell me that they damaged the transmission lines and tried to conceal it with rubber hosing. The rubber hosing did not hold and leaked transmission fluids which led to further damage. The transmission needs replacement which is going to cost thousands of dollars. I am completely devastated, I had intentions of looking after this truck so it would last me, but instead they have ruined my vehicle.

I usually visit another Mavis Tire location for service. Today I tried a new location and I must say that I was impressed by the level of communication and customer service that James provided. Today anything that could happen did- short staff and a neighborhood power outage (was only 2 minutes), yet it took close to one hour for the systems to fully go back online. Yet James remained professional, and kept updating me with the status. I understand James was filling in today and actually works at another location (not sure which one), but hands down made my experience of visiting a new Mavis Tire location pleasant.

I received outstanding service during my recent visit to Mavis tire. I failed NYS Inspection for brakes yet they went out of their way to get me fixed and out the same day. They are not a 8-5 shop. They were there after 6 and with a smile too! Their rates were extremely reasonable and there were many coupons online that had you save even more! A very enjoyable experience for sure! Highly recommend!

On August 18 2020, I tried a new location to fix my tire. The location is close to my house but I have never tried it. I was met by a employee named Rich. I first went in early morning to find out some information and returned later this day to have tire work done. First I was impressed that he remember me and what car I came in the first time. Second the service was amazing. This is a place you can count on to be treated fairly and with respect. I found my new place for service needs. Thank you Rich.

Very honest in their evaluation of the condition of the car. Replaced only the ones need changing. Doesn't scare nor pressure the owner of the car to replace parts. The place is reasonably clean and has no smelly toxic fumes. Very comfortable in the waiting room.

Great service and very professional, everybody was professional. I always have a great experience at this location and my car completed on time with no wait. I have never had a bad experience at this location and with recommend this location.

Got a flat on a Sunday morning. Left my car in the lot and used the Dropbox for the car keys. My tire was patched and the car was ready for pickup that afternoon. Very reliable and friendly service, and extremely competitive pricing. Thank you, Mavis of Metuchen, NJ!!!

Shea the store manager was efficient. He did not make promises he could not keep. His team got my vehicle in and out in under 2 hours. I didn't feel as if I was taken advantage of being a female. Dropped my car off to have suspension looked at. Staff was very courteous when I explain the symptoms. After inspecting my car, the manager informed me that my brakes and struts needed to be replaced. I gave to ok via phone and asked for pictures of worn parts. Manager agreed. Got my car back....works great....Saw the pictures....parts were indeed VERY shot. Really appreciated the store manager's positive attitude and offering me the coupons up-front.

Great customer service skill. Mr. Dexter was so nice and polite. Outstanding service. I will truly recommend my family to this company. Friendly atmosphere and very helpful toward my needs. Detail work was so professional. This will be my number one place for my vehicle.

The whole crew was very helpful and lobby was very pleasant and clean and the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful with my warranty I had on my tire and took the time to explain everything that was going with my car.

Dayvon and Eric were awesome! Very professional and great energy. Techs were great and really got my car out on time. All employees had on mask and gloves and made it a safe environment while I waited for my car to be done. Will be back soon for service.

I would definitely recommend Mavis to a friend. The staff were very friendly. They kept me updated on the services of my vehicle. What I liked the most, other than their professionalism, is that they did not try to pressure me into getting unnecessary repairs to my vehicle. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. Excellent service that was very quick and very affordable. There’s never a good day to need to replace your tire, but they made it as painless as possible. I had never been to Mavis before, but after this, I will definitely be back every time I need anything for my car.

I am already totally impressed with Mavis on Mount Hope Avenue in Rochester NY. They scheduled my appointment to fit my schedule. They looked up what tires I needed without me leaving my employment to go outside. I have not even been in for the repair yet. Such great customer service. Mavis Keep up the great customer service. I tried for weeks to get into another company and they gave me the run around. I am sold by Mavis's easy going customer service with even had the work done.

The service I received at Mavis Discount Tire this time around was absolutely excellent and the manager Matthew could not have been more helpful. Fantastic people that made a flat tire during the tropical storm a no-hassle issue. Gabby was great even though she did not internet service, she still was able to take care of my needs. Two days after it was fixed she called to make sure I was doing okay.

Went there on a Sunday after exhaust failure, the manager Glenn worked up an estimate and even got the parts ordered so they could have the car ready on Monday as I was going out of town. Pricing was reasonable and the tech performed the work without replacing the whole exhaust. Would recommend them over other name brand stores.

Honestly, was far better than expected. Believe it or not, I’ve never bought my own tires before and I didn't really know the process (I've only ever replaced tires as they got punctured, never a full set of brand new!). The online shopping process was easy, though I wish there’d been even more comparison information between the tires. Did I get the best tires for me? Maybe! Am I happy with them? Absolutely....and of course, the folks at the Danvers, Massachusetts NTB are ALWAYS some of the kindest, most patient, and knowledgeable staff people anywhere. They explained run flat tires for me in a way I understood! Very cool. Will always recommend, and am very pleased.
