I called Mavis on 12/10/20 to get more info regarding tire prices on their website. I received an excellent deal and was provided a same day appointment. Mike, the store manager, was friendly and courteous and took excellent care of my car. He also explained all prices ahead of time so there were no hidden fees, and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Afterwards I even immediately contacted one friend and another family member to tell them about my experience. I would highly recommend Mavis Tires!

Upon arriving at the Vestal NY store I met a young gentleman named Zack who was very polite and professional. Zack explained what type of tire I would be needing in the winter and kept the price within my budget. Wonderful person who represents Mavis well!

Incredible customer service at this Mavis location. They did a great job with my oil change and tire rotation, which was included. My car was in and out in less than 40 minutes. This Mavis location is incredible in Langhorne, PA off Woodbourne Rd.

Robert, Todd and crew were superb in all aspects of our visit. Friendly, courteous, competent. I wish I had more flat tires. I’ll recommend to all family and friends.???? Robert, Todd and crew could conduct seminars on how to please the customer. Customer is not always right. But he/she is always the customer!

I had an emergency with one of my tires. They were extremely nice, had me back on the road in a very reasonable time. The cost was very reasonable and fair. The staff were perfect and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. The facility was clean and well run.

I am writing to let you know how pathetic the service was over a month ago. I wanted to wait before writing more because I wanted to make certain I was not overreacting. Not only was the service ridiculously long, but poor to say the least. First, I called on a Monday and they stated that the tires would have to be brought from another location. The tires would be there on Tuesday and they would call me and get me in. Ok, no problem. After most of the morning and part of the afternoon I called them to see if they had gotten the tires and still fit me in that day. The person answering the phone was put out that I called and said the tires were there but they were too busy to fit me in. Strike one - broken word/lie. He told me that Wednesday would work best. Just bring it in first thing in the morning.

I needed a new tire, since the screw was in the tire sidewall and couldn't be plugged. I was surprised how quickly they finished my car. This is a great place to go. I recommend this business. The workers are all very friendly and.

I used to go to NTB and they got acquired by Mavis. Just got new winter wipers and 4 all season tires put on my BMW and same great service. Everyone there cares and is great at recommendations between brands and types of tires. Mavis is going to be a great company who bought NTB. More access to tire places now!!

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Mavis. I appreciate their customer support, and the respectful way they treat me. It's a long wait sometimes due to the demand of a busy island, but I feel like they look after my best interest and would highly recommend them as an excellent place for tires and tire repair.

Headlight bulb needed to be replaced. They didn't have one in stock and ordered one for me. Ran out to do errands. They called me to let me know they had the bulb and I could come in at my leisure. Took me in as soon as I got there.

Donna is a great person and so is the other manager. They are usually on their game. Donna always keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle. I have recommended Mavis Tires to friends. These are people you can trust with your car.

I received a call from the Regional Manager and got to vent all my frustration. Hopefully my negativity will be used for good...to improve the running of and customer service in this one location.

Always friendly, very welcoming facility, great mechanics. Everything always gets done on time. For someone like me who doesn't know a lot about cars I feel very confident in leaving my car there, they are always transparent with me on everything. Great service overall!!

Just as everyone does at some point, I had a piece of stray metal in my tire. Mavis was the closest place to me but little did I know it was the best! Sandy gave me such amazing service in a time of need. I made sure to return with my business only to be even more impressed by Karen's customer service.

The service at this location was great. The wait time was very short & the customer service was impeccable. I got recommended to this location by my mother & I’m glad she did. I will definitely recommend to somebody else. This was the fastest inspection I’ve ever received.

Jesse, took the time to listen, and understand my concerns, and resolved the problems in 15 to 20 minutes. STS/Mavis are lucky to have such an asset to their company. The staff were super friendly and had my vehicle done in no time. I had the staff put on snow tires on my wife’s car. I’ve been there many times before and they have always treated me like family. Thanks again to such a great staff!

They were professional and very efficient in getting the job done. Their pricing is fair and honest. Hard to find honesty these days anywhere. I appreciated the manager Jerry taking time to explain why it was beneficial for me to put on new shocks before he installed the tires and how it would benefit the ride and the new tires being installed. I will make them my first stop for tires and any service my car needs in the future.

The team at Mavis in Franklin is extremely helpful and efficient anytime I stop in with a vehicle that needs service. I provide them with 3-5 cars daily for Enterprise Rent A Car and they always make it a priority to get them done ASAP. Their team is a pleasure to work with.

I left the vehicle at 5:30 in the evening and I received a call around 10:45 the next morning that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. The vehicle drives very well after the alignment and my wife is very pleased with the work.

The Great Barrington Depot is clean, welcoming, friendly and gives immediate confidence that the quality of workmanship will be good. My only difficulty was that it was not made clear that this quality of work would take longer than I expected. I could have made other arrangements rather than sit in the waiting room.

Having recently purchased a set of tires at this location I returned today to possibly take advantage of Mavis's Brake pad special. Rami, who was on duty, said he could fit me in and take care of it in about an hour or so while I walked around town. He called me in less than an hour to let me know the job was done at the agreed price. Very professional and friendly service!

I was there to get new tires installed. I bought the tires online from them. Overall the price was good plus excellent customer service that matters most to me. Will recommend friends 100%. The job was done right and the staff was very courteous. Five star service.

These guys take customer service/care/satisfaction to the next level. All four family cars will only be going to this shop for tires. Tires did not arrive on day of scheduled appt. Then, got cancelled out for next arrival date. In spite of all that, these guys worked it out and made it happen. Website is a mess. These guys are magic.

I recently purchased a set of tires from your Gainesville, Florida store. I called Establish to schedule a time to bring my car in to have the lug nuts checked for correct torque. I also asked if someone could ride along with me and listen to a noise in the rear of the car. I was met Joseph who had a tech do the ride along. He confirmed my thought that the noise was the wheel bearing. Joseph gave me a quote and I told him to fix the car. While waiting Joseph informed me that the part was harder to locate but they were still trying. Joseph then told me that it was on the way.

The Service Manager at the Arlington Heights, IL store help my wife and I with checking the air pressure in all of our tires. We have been NTB/Mavis customers for a number of years. After a few minute and fun talk, we were back on our way.

I am a repeat customer to this Mavis location in Massapequa Park. The staff is always courteous and professional. You are never disappointed when you get your car back. The work done as what they say they would do and the car is pristine. The entire staff Are helpful, one person in particular name Steve is amazing! I would recommend this location to anyone. I'm a former Store Manager and ASE mechanic for Bridgestone/Firestone. I have been to many Tire/Service centers in central NJ. The New Brunswick Mavis on Rt.27 is by far one of the best around. They have happily earned over $4000 worth of tire business from me in the past 4 years. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal and excellent service. Totally upfront. Took me on tour of vehicle. Explained choices. Explained reasons why and showed me. Offered price ranges. Professional and human and caring at the same time . Punctual with work. I am extremely happy with the service and repairs completed. They were done in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I was notified of all the issues and what the cost would be prior to any work being completed. So I could decide what was necessary and what the cost would be. Had a 1 PM appointment, and was on time. By 2, I asked if my car was going to be looked at anytime soon. Guy at the desk said yes, it would be done sometime that day. Would not be more specific. I asked for the key back, and he had to search several places where my file might be. After searching for a few minutes, he handed them back. As a very tired nurse who worked all night, got to my car and found that I had a low battery, drove to their establishment and they took my car right away. Not only did they change the battery, they did a full service check without a prescheduled appt. This healthcare hero found a new hero today!

Everyone there was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was my first time there and I definitely will be back. Prices weren’t so bad. I think they were pretty fair. I got an oil change and a new tire for $200. The service was quicker than they even anticipated. They were informative on the status of my car. Mavis is my go-to automotive shop for anything related to tires (such as fixing punctures and full replacement sets of tires) as well as for service of consumables (e.g. brakes and fluids). Always reasonable pricing and fast turn-around, usually within a few hours of dropping the car off.

Mike was very nice. In and out within 1 hr. Will definitely go back. I came at my scheduled appointment but didn’t have the proper information to get my car inspected. Mike was helpful. I had to go home and come back. I was afraid I would not be able to be seen but they still worked with me and car passed inspection and $51 later, my car is inspected. They didn’t scam me or anything. Totally worth it.

This is the 2nd time I have used Mavis and this location in particular. They set the bar high as far as customer service, customer experience and customer communication. By thoroughly explaining the what’s wrong, the why it’s wrong and the how we’re going to fix it, they’ve earned my complete trust moving forward with all my vehicles.

I have had issues with low tire pressure. I brought to Mavis in Morristown and they immediately took my car in. Kerry the manager was awesome and plugged the hole in my tire ASAP. I have met Kerry previously for other tire issues and every time I have an issue, I return to this Mavis because of him.

Took my wife’s Mercedes to Mavis in Sewell NJ for a set of tires. Apparently there was a wheel lug that stripped out and they couldn’t it break free to get her tire off. Someone from the store (Joe) called and asked her permission to try and heat the bolt up to break it free, he said there was a chance it could cause damage. Well just heating the stud up didn’t work so the tech decided it was easier to just melt the bolt out (damaging the rim in the process). When we arrived and saw the damage I confronted the man about it and he responded by telling me my wife gave him permission. At no point did anyone give permission to attempt to melt a hardened steel bolt from a powder coated aluminum rim. We strongly feel that should’ve been another discussion as this damaged the rim to the point it needs to be refinished or replaced.

The experience I had at Mavis 0634 (Fayetteville, GA) was far better than I could ask for. I was given lots of options, given the chance to make my own decision instead of being made to feel like I had to get the option they wanted. I was kept informed during the entire process of everything that was being done. I felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Based on this experience, I will be back.

Hi there. Went there on a Thursday morning 11/19/20 to Mavis in Quakertown store. The manger and everybody that works there were very helpful. The manager he went out of his way to help me to get brakes and rotors. He even went out of his to help me with the financial end of it. Thank you Mavis.

We were traveling north on I-75 Saturday Nov 6 when the engine splash guard came loose and dragged across the pavement. We drove on a few miles exited the freeway, and pulled in to Mavis Tire. Without hesitation, Jayson at Mavis removed the guard quickly, so we were able to get back on the road safely! Absolutely beautiful, fast and friendly service! Thank you, Jayson and Mavis!

I recently brought my Lexus RX350 to Mavis for 4 new Michelin tires. While there the service manager calls to tells me that my rear shocks were leaking and needed replacing. I gave them the OK to replace them and what a mistake. They installed the 4 tires, completed a 4-wheel alignment and replaced the two rear shocks. The shocks took forever to replace which was concern to me. The car was finally done and they said I was good to go. I got in my car and drove a mile down the road and there was a loud banging noise coming from the back of my car.

Today I visited Mavis Tires and Brakes and the Service I received was Absolutely Outstanding. Courteous and helpful by taking their time to carefully explain things in a professional manner. Good Job Guys and thanks for checking everything and going above and beyond to exceed great expectation.

The team at Mavis fit me in for a last-minute tire repair on a Sunday evening when no other tire shop would fit me in. I got a screw in my tire and wasn’t sure anyone would be available to help me so late in the day on a Sunday. The team at Mavis was so accommodating and was able to fit me into a busy workload to ensure my tire was fixed quickly and appropriately. So thankful for Mavis!

The work was done well and in a timely manner! Very professional staff! They informed me I didn’t need an expensive repair and took care of everything promptly. The staff was friendly and professional. My car was parked outside so I could easily pull out.

This was my first time at this Mavis facility in Dover. I went in for a tire check initially but after talking with some of the specialists I ended up getting an oil change and a battery change all for a very good price. The best way to describe my experience here is to simply thank Mavis for employing Tom at your Ramsey location. I had my car checked out in other locations and simply got the run around. Tom, took the time and patience to PROPERLY diagnosis the problems with my car and went out of his way to make sure my car was safe again for me drive. I have never experienced this care and concern I received from not only him, but Joe as well.

A quick note of thanks to the gentlemen at Mavis rt 73 W. Berlin NJ. I was 60 miles from home and my usual Mavis Service location when I had a vehicle emergency. The lower engine cover broke and was dragging after contact with a road hazard. I pulled into the nearest Mavis, was treated like family, and was on my way in 15 minutes. Thanks again gentlemen, you're an asset to Mavis and the community!!!

It takes three trips to get anything completed with this Mavis location. Tire balance was incorrect had to be redone. When the balance was redone, they put the tires back in the pre-rotation locations, oil was burning and now the engine light is on. I left the 2nd time, just to figure out they did not give me back my locking lug wrench. Great service at the service desk and fall off the cliff beyond that. Will not be back.

I was babysitting in another state and as I was going home I got a warning message indicating that my car tires were having problems. Since my husband was at home and I needed to get home, he advised me to get off the highway and go to a service station. I chose Mavis because we had bought tires from them in the past. Derrick could not have been more professional. He explained the change in temperature caused the tires to become unbalanced. He fixed my problem by adding air to the prescribed levels. My stress level was immediately alleviated. Can't thank Mavis and Derrick enough. A real lifesaver.

My wife went to your South Courtland store in East Stroudsburg. She recognized Raf as the person who took care of her car, which she said was done in a professional manner. Because of her positive experience, I will take my car there when I need work on it.

I go to this Mavis Discount Tire regularly. It is not the closest one to my home but they have the best customer service I have ever seen and it is such a pleasure, especially when the world we live in now has very little customer service. They were honest and thorough. The staff were respectful and provided useful information. The prices were quite reasonable. I was asked politely to return at a later date since they had fewer staff on site that day with a choice to be called in should their staffing capacity improves rather sit around. I went to Mavis Tires to get new tires for my car. The guys got them changed and on by the time my lunch was over. They also did my inspection and serviced my car. I would recommend them to all I know.

Larkfield Rd, E Northport Mavis: Great job, fast and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Highly recommended! I will be going there again next month to get my wife's car inspected also. Also, I have been going there for the last few years and they still exceed my expectations.

Brian the manager really help me out including a veteran's day discount. They made sure my little one & I was comfortable while we waited for an oil change. His recommendations were well communicated of what may be needed. I recommend everyone to get their car serviced here. This may well be my new spot.

And they reminded me my NYS Inspection was due, so we did that, too. Saved me a second trip. The next day, per their follow up email, I went back to have the lug bolts retorqued to insure all were securely on. They were, but good to be safe. That was their reminder to me.... all good!

I’ve been to a few Mavis. This one is more honest and profession. Raj does a great job with his warm personality and professionalism. The workers treat you with respect. I have recommended a few people to that location. I live in a different part if town but go there to have work done on my car because of the care I get.

Mavis doesn’t waste my time, they’re honest in when my car will be done, most times my car is done before they say it will be. I’ve made appointments at other places for a simple oil change and waited 3hrs. I’m a mechanic and extremely knowledgeable about cars, sometimes I don’t have the time, so I go to Mavis. They have NEVER tried to sell or recommend me something I don’t actually need, not one time. I can not say that about any other place I’ve been to. To me that’s EXTREMELY important being able to trust who is touching your vehicle.

Paul and his team kept to my appointment in a busy Saturday, and were both expedient and helpful. Paul made sure the correct tire size and type matched my car, suggesting a better substitute for my original choice. Jim made certain to point out the cause of my leaking strut and took both care and time to install my new tires with an eye on proper alignment. Great service!

Had felt tire that couldn't be repaired. Told me my tires had reached the wear bar and all need to be replaced. I found out the next day they only had 21,000 miles on the and were rated for approx 50,000 miles. They lost a piece of my wheel lock kit and forgot to write down the mileage at the time for the new tire warranty. They said they always do that, didn't know why not for me. Told me I needed brakes and the cost was 99.00 but charged 74.00 labor on top of that. They did take 54.00 off. I went the next day and told them of all that happened and asked to see my old tires, of course they were picked up yesterday. The store manager is the one who handled everything. Never go back there again. I now know my old tires did NOT need to be replaced.

It's refreshing to know that there is a dependable team I can count on to get things done. Thanks guys. They really care about your needs and are courteous in doing so. Go to them for professional service. My team in 2020.

As always, everyone was very helpful and respectful. They will go out of their way to ensure that you get the best deal and they always do right for their customer. Always are very honest and truthful about what is needed. I have never had them try to get me to get a service that was not needed. They truly look out for their customer and treat you like they would treat their own family. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Had rotors and brakes, front and back replaced and an oil service done in 2 1/2 hrs. Well done. I checked my Local Cadillac dealer for price comparison and they were more than double the price, w/out the oil service and tire rotation.

My husband went there to purchase 4 tires today. Upon arrival he immediately noticed the front desk clear appeared upset. My husband asked if he was okay and the guy said he was having a bad day. Then the store manager came out and shouted to another customer sitting in the waiting area about him looking at him. My husband asked if everything is okay as the manager was very aggressive. The manager became more angry throwing his food across the store, yelling at my husband and threatened him. He then got into my husband's face to instigate a fight. My husband pushed him away and left. This place is highly unprofessional and not sure how a manager would conduct himself in this way. He also quoted us a lower price and increased it when we arrived at out appointment. We will never go back and leaving this review everywhere.

I went to Mavis for a brake light bulb that wasn't working. I met with Zack who put installed a new bulb. He did it very quickly and effectively. He needs to be recognized for a great and speedy job. I am extremely relieved that it is fixed because I could have received a violation ticket. Thank you Zach. You are the best!!

Mark and Bill are the BEST! I would never take my car anywhere else. To have an honest, reliable people working on your car makes the rest of your life much less stressful! I never have to worry about being overcharged or waiting too long. They are always upfront and honest about cost and time.

Customer service at the Hazlet location is among the best. For a service center dealing with a lot of people daily. Still have the time to help out a customer just getting wipers. Will be going back again for their customer service and would be recommending this location to my friends. Thank you.

All of the customer services representatives were friendly and helpful. I was fully informed throughout the process. When the all of the tires I needed were not available at the location, they took the trouble to send for the additional tires from another location and kept me informed throughout the process.

Called up someone else local, they told me I’d have to drop off my vehicle to get an inspection because there would be nothing quick about it. Called up these guys and they were happy to get me in ASAP (and out ASAP too!) Super sweet and friendly. Looking forward to coming back for additional service.

Great service, courteous employees, in and out. Will be back. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Waiting area was very comfortable and clean, with tv and plenty of magazines. Displays of plenty of tire selections to help select the right purpose you need them for.

Chris is always great to work with. He never recommends parts or services that my car does not need. He is also good about giving me accurate time estimates for vehicle service. The waiting area is well maintained and clean.

The manager named Sheldon provided excellent customer service. I’ve only been to your Lovejoy location and was disappointed on the manager at that location. I made a complaint before. However I was near the Fayetteville location and my tires needed air and he assisted me without hesitation. Also made me aware of a damage windshield wiper. Great service will make me a forever customer.

Called for an appointment and was given an appointment time for the very next morning. Staff very polite, well spoken and very knowledgeable of their job. Being able to see your vehicle getting repaired through the window in the waiting room is very assuring. I was very happy to see my vehicle being fixed and very pleased with the amount of time that it took which wasn't long at all. Definitely recommend this store to anyone.

I recently purchased 4 tires from Mavis Tires on Montauk Hwy in Lindenhurst. Mike at the front desk and the installer did a great job. The job was completed in a timely manner. The work was neat and professional. It was a pleasant experience.

The women in the front desk who helped I believe her name is Felicia very nice, very friendly, very professional. She is a very nice tall lady. Works at the newburgh ny location on rt 300. She made my day a lot better.

We were planning a last minute trip out of town and heard the word “snow.” So, I called Mavis to talk snow tires and having them put on soon and, as usual, Nick said bring the car in! The old snow tires were retired after last winter, so Nick offered up a choice of tires, explaining them and the costs to me. I had the car in first thing the next morning. During the a.m. Nick called to say that there was “play” in a joint and that he made some calls to invoke the warranty on them, so just labor for that replacement. He does that..not the first time that I've had a part go and Nick researches when the last repair took place and gets that taken care of. I continue to go to Mavis because of Nick and his team. Peter was there, too, and I got a nice greeting from him. It's great to have a group that can take care of your needs and recognize you! And, that they look out for you.

Prompt service without an appointment. Staff were courteous. Took care of my emergency battery replacement. I recommend their service. Battery, tire and brakes have all been serviced without an issue. I will use Mavis for future servicing and also State Inspection.

After spending 400.00 plus on brakes and rotors my vehicle was doing the same thing. I brought it in for its sti stuttering when I press the brakes and the pedal going all the way down to the floor. Also staff was very nonchalant about forgetting to return my wheel lock. It's bad. When you think about it I wouldn't have been able to remove the wheel if I had caught a flat or needed to do any repairs. I have no idea why the service has gotten so bad at the Mount Vernon 1st St. office.

Excellent customer service and results! Easy in and out, plus complete description of cost before service. Competitive prices and easy access to this location. They located the problem, shared with me their diagnosis and fixed the problems to my satisfaction.

Another great experience at this location (Trexlertown, PA). The associates always go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is accurately accessed and safe to operate on the road. The guest wait is always within reason, and you feel as though you are well taken care of, and informed upon your departure. The manager and crew genuinely care here, and it shows. They always make things right.

Very clean facility and knowledgeable and friendly staff! Communication between service mgr and ourselves was timely and very helpful! Thank goodness Mavis spotted something that was under warranty from Audi! We would definitely recommend Mavis Lexington to friends and family!

The team here was very professional and courteous. I was able to set an appointment on line to drop of my vehicle the same day. The team communicated with me on every step of the process while I worked from home. They were thorough and made sure that I was well informed of all of my options. They quoted approximately three hours to get my vehicle back but it took less time expected. I would recommend their company for car maintenance in the future.

Manager, Dan, and his staff were great to do business with. Very pleased with the service and courtesy they provided. Leaving the car at night was easy with the drop box. They notified us when the car was done and at the time they promised.

They Managed to squeeze me in last minute to change a flat on a late Saturday afternoon. Without their help I would have been stranded for 2 days. Everyone was helpful, friendly and accommodating. A+ service. Tim the manager (?) was great. Followed up and made sure I was taken care of.

Went into the store to see if they could change the valve/sensor for my tire of the valve that was taken off. They fixed it in a timely manner and understood my needs. Absolutely accommodating staff. Definitely going back to service my tires. Also the operation of hours makes it easier to make my car errands completed.

I would rate this facility a 10+ for Everything they've done for me. I would rate them this cause every time I've been there the work to my car has been in a professional manner and timely too. They kept me informed on when and how long it will take to complete the work being done. I bought 4 new tires there a few months ago and since then I've been going back to have my tires rotated and to have the oil changed as well. I drive a lot cause I use my car for my job. I put about 200 miles on my car daily so I go there about every 4 - 5 weeks for service. I'm glad I experienced the work from Mavis! I have recommended it to friends and will recommend it to more..

ONE STAR SERVICE. Multiple incidents. I drive 800-1000 miles a week. These incidents I am talking about happen very quickly with an oil change every 6-8 weeks. 1st: brought vehicle for Oil change. Was told car needs front and rear brakes around 75,000 miles. At 83,000 miles for next oil change nothing was noted about the brakes. Next oil change At 88,000 miles I now need front and rear brakes plus a brake plus and serpentine belt. So mechanics are just putting anything on the repair order to get business and get paid. My car being at 93,000 I decided to do the front brakes myself. My front brake pads were JUST reaching between 4-6mm (yellow zone close to replacement due soon). Also my serpentine belt isn’t cracking or dry rot one bit. Just trying to sell me on it.

I always have great service at the Yonkers Mavis location. I first went there based on a recommendation from a friend. This location has never disappoints! They are fast, courteous and affordable! I don't take my car anywhere else!

I am returning my leased car and needed to replace two worn tires. I was very pleased with the salesperson's knowledge and recommendations with the type of tires that would best fit the leasing company's requirements for replacing tires. The price was very reasonable as well. The tire change was supposed to take about an hour but to my surprise, the work was completed in about 40 mins. I felt that the people I dealt with at Mavis were very trustworthy and I am confident I will be returning again for any of my tire needs!

The man Vincent who works up front directly dealing with customers, is a sweetheart and a hard/great worker! He helped work with me on my car and with a price I could afford to get it done ASAP and get it driving back home again AND was just all around a bright personality with a huge and heartwarming smile so thank you Vincent again! It meant a lot to my fiance and I. You kept your word as best as you could, you kept me in the loop, and on top of that only did what I needed done, didn't try to push me to get X,Y, and Z done when I didn't need to. I wish the car was done a little quicker since my fiance and I were walking around places aimlessly just to wait for my car but not in Mavis' lobby since it was already a bit crowded.. Speaking of, a bigger wait lobby would be nice especially since the wait areas are already nice! 2 charging stations with a chair and desk and 2 other stations with personal TVs!!

I had a great experience at this place. I went to the South Ozone Park location in Queens, NY. I went for a tire rotation and a tire balance but they offered me a wheel alignment at a discounted price which I couldn't turn down. I got the tire rotation for free so I only ended up paying for the tire balance and the wheel alignment which came to $ 119.75. They had a window to the service area in the waiting area so I was able to see everything they were doing. The customer service and the automotive technician staff all seemed professional. I overheard several conversations that the customer service staff had with other customers and they always explained everything in detail and gave effective advice. They promoted the fact that their tires were made in 2020 or late 2019. If a disgruntled customer called on the phone, they tried to resolve the issue. I would definitely go here in the future for service on my vehicle.

Phoned for info at 5:00 on front end alignment. Got appointment for 6:00 they were ready and took it in. Was half expecting the "Bad news y’all." “You will need something else y’all." But NOOOO... All was good on 2004 213k mile GMC Envoy. Drives great and straight. Thank you.

This location in which the issue happen is in Decatur Georgia on Snapfinger Rd. I’ve spoke to someone in the store about the issue & no one seem to have a resolution to the problem so I contacted corporate almost 3 weeks ago. They stated they would get the complaint to the regional or district manager (not sure which one) but no one has contacted me yet. So, at this point me and my husband are moving forward with filing a lawsuit with the company.

Yesterday 10/17/2020 My daughter came in because she had a nail in her tire. After speaking with Chris and he discussed all of her options. As he was inspecting the other 3 tires, he informed me she had a screw in the other tire. He was able to repair both tires quickly! Oh, and this was the only shop to carry her tires should She had needed a tire or 2. Most other places needed 3-5 business days to order them. She appreciated the customer service and the cost and will be coming back for 4 new tires soon! See Chris! Military friendly!!!! Today 10/18/2020 brought my car here to get the headlights replaced. Again, great customer service and a great price. We won’t go anywhere else.

Elijah was great with communicating what was the issue with my tires. I find the location of this Mavis was ideal and the policy in place to ensure everyone safety was very practical. This manager was very aware of the status of my car at all times and time flew by!

I have used STS and now Mavis for many years for all my vehicle repairs. I never had a problem and was always satisfied with the work done. Their prices are competitive and their staff friendly and professional. I know can count on them to treat me right. I also love that they do not oversell what is not needed to be done but advise you of what should be considered fixing, Keep up the good work.

Having been a previous customer, I took my car to them for an inspection and possible brake work. They respected my wishes when I asked that the inspector wear gloves and when finished to please spray my car inside with lysol. I have always been satisfied with their work and have found all employees to be knowledgeable and professional. Went in for a walk-in inspection. Was told it would be ready in an hour because there were a few people ahead of me. As promised car was ready within an hour. The employees were friendly and the service was excellent.

Prices listed as the lowest in comparison to my search w/ other major local services. Workers still made an effort to meet me where I financially was; that probably was the icing on the cake for me!!! Great service and low prices in warranty. I am greatly thankful for the help from the management team. I am most definitely coming back for oil changes and regular maintenance for sure. I changed my brakes because they were squeaking and making noise. Now? That noise is no longer there and the brakes feel much better. I also got 2 new tires that makes my daily commute ride a lot smoother.
