Everyone was very polite and wonderful. Very happy. Everyone this was done in a timely manner. They informed me what they were doing before they did it and asked for permission. The place was very clean and my son was able to be able to sit comfortably and watch a video on his. Very very happy.

Whole Car Exhaust Replaced. What I was quoted for the job was accurate and consistent with what I paid. The only hiccup was a part was delayed in arriving the day I dropped my car off, however the job was still completed in a timely manner that same day. Great service and efficient check out. Loved that I have 12 months to pay off my bill with the Mavis Discount Tire Card from Synchrony. Overall a great experience.

Brought my vehicle into NTB Tire on 5/26/20 for a brake inspection, grinding noise. Met with Chris a true professional who explained my problem. Brakes and shocks and he won my trust and confidence. Hard to trust in the auto business but Mavis will have my business in the future thanks to Chris.

I've been a customer for years, even before Mavis came to Beacon. I was an STS customer. Recently, I had a bad experience with Mavis and even escalated to receive a call from, I believe, the District Manager. I wasn't planning on stopping today but glad I did. I purchased much needed wipers for a good price. The reason I did, was because Brittany's customer service skills and people skills won me over. My experience with her today, helped me forget about any previous bad experience. She should be recognized for this. Especially in these trying times, she put the customer first.

This shop is always great to work with. My vehicle is always taken care of just as discussed in a timely manner and with fair prices. They always have the tires I need in stock and go above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is safe to drive. The staff is very professional and friendly as well.

4 new tires and brakes. Mgr was friendly and very responsive. He made sure we understood the services and the cost. Service was awesome all the way around. I was browsing their website for tires and I filled out a form for a price match for a Goodyear tire. The initial price for the tire was 94.99 and they had an installation discount running so the total price of the tire was going to be 113.98. Well I price matched on WM for 74.85 for the same time so I filled out the form and eventually received a call. I was told they could match the price of the tire plus the mounting fee so it would be 94 plus tax. I decided to think about it and call back.

Was in a jam with a nail in my tire and a full day of work ahead. Came in when you opened and they took my car right away and fixed the tire. Great service and friendly. I have been a customer for a while and that experience is always consistent. Thanks for going out of your way.

My daughter had a flat tire from a nail. I called Mavis on County Line Rd to see if they can fix it. They fixed the tire which was in the trunk and put proper air pressure in all the tires including the spare. I was very happy with the service.

I visited a Mavis store, 36 East Edgar Rd, Linden, NJ 070362/29/2020 for repairs Invoice #** which included purchasing a tire. I referenced an earlier purchase in the West Orange, NJ store on Prospect Avenue where I had purchased 2 tires on date referenced above. The Linden store employee was unable to locate any record of my purchase. I was baffled that a history of my account was not available. I am not complaining about the service; however, I was a bit disturbed that my record could not be located. I am a repeat customer of the West Orange, NJ and Linden, NJ stores and am pleased with the service otherwise. I am appreciative of the prompt response (5/19/2020) to my concern from Esteban who emailed me a copy of the bill in question after getting my return call. Thank you.

All 4 tires replaced and when I went to pay with Credit Card it was denied and it should not have been which required me to call them as bank had Mgr. retry 2 more times. It was end of day and Mgr. was so patient. I really appreciated it. He also explained to me that the age (2013) of tire could not be fixed as it was over 4 yrs. etc. I appreciated his time with me. I made an appointment online to get my tires changed. They called me first thing to reschedule because the tires I requested were not on their truck. I appreciate the heads up. I called back to see what tires they had in stock and Phil and his assistant manager were quick to find me one. They even discounted it. They were quick and efficient!

New rotors and brakes plus new tires and front end alignment and also tire rotation. This was all completed in the last two and haft months. The prices are in line with other tire service centers. I am pleased with Mavis sales and service.

We were long time customers of Sun Tire here in northern Florida. Mavis recently bought them out, I was hoping that we'd like Mavis the way we did Sun. We absolutely did... Went in for something simple, just needed a leak repair. Made an appointment, showed up about 15 minutes early. Manager said they could get me in really soon. Within about ten minutes, my car was back being worked on, and about twenty minutes after that, it was done. Manager said that there was a nail in the tire and that they'd patched it. I went to pay and he said there was no charge. We'd been customers for Sun for a while and he knew that as soon as our present new cars passed warranty times, we'd again be doing business with Mavis. The store that I visited was the NE Capital Circle location in Tallahassee.

I was treated very well during my visit to Mavis. I needed an alignment and my TPMS serviced. At the same time I requested a suspension diagnostic because I could feel a vibration at a specific MPH. They aligned the car with no problem, they changed 3 TPMS sensors but only charged for one as they found the other 2 defective. They accurately diagnosed the vibration and it has been fixed as well. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The whole team there did an amazing job. They were very kind and worked well with the price range I needed. I would go back anytime to get my car work done and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you again to the Queensbury team.

Supervisor is very personable. My problem is still not fixed but he’s been trying his best. My past experiences with Mavis are what keep me coming back and referring. I would like my problem fixed with my car at Mavis. I don’t want to go anywhere else. But I’d like it fixed.

Tires flat again. Between my son 20 yrs old!!! And his BMW and my Silverado, I have gone one too many times to Mavis in Fort Lee! The staff is on point! They practice all the safeguarding for Covid, I even saw them hand a mask to a customer that did not have one and needed service. All in all I am always out faster than expected. I one day made the mistake of not really paying attention to their predicted finish time because I was on a call with a Dr. and I kept walking home only to get a call asking me where did I go? My truck was ready and I was almost home. When I told them Christine offered to come get me. I was super surprised and Richard always tells me what needs to be done to my used wonderful truck to keep it roadworthy. And last Aden thanks for your golden hands as the tech that goes above and beyond. As for my son lol I think I’ll get him a car with regular tires because BMW and low profile tires don’t cut it with a 20 yr old.

My wife's car was acting up with your AC unit. Stop by and described the issue. Left the car and in 2 hours' time the problem was diagnosed and taken care of. The folks there are always willing to help out no matter how busy they are. Shop is clean and tidy. The pricing is within reason.

On 3/11/2020, I purchased 4 new tires from your Somerset Mavis on 442 Elizabeth Avenue, Somerset, New Jersey. I was serviced at that time be 2 very wonderful gentlemen, ** & **. I sent a report “on-line" on 3/23/20 to “Jason.” Today, I visited the same location to inquire about a “Low Tire Pressure” indication on my dashboard. The same gentleman, **, was incredibly wonderful & immediately solved the problem. Thank you so much for the service ** provided!!!

I went to Mavis for a wheel alignment. Service was fast and efficient, prices were fair and the staff was excellent, my wait was 20-30 mins which was not long of a wait, it is clean and has a great waiting area, a charging station and vending machines. Would recommend to friends and family.

Mavis is a great place for whatever your car needs. I went online and got an even better deal then in the shop. To me I thought the place was just for tires, it’s most definitely a garage!! They do inspection, oil change, brakes and so much more! I won’t go anywhere else. They are so friendly and kind people. Because I’m a woman who knows almost nothing about cars they don’t judge me and explain it in a way I can understand. They are very trustworthy and honest people at Mavis! Last week I changed my tires at mavis tire discount in Broadway Riverdale Bronx. There was a superb grey-haired old manager, who took the time to help me and explain a bunch of things to me. He also managed to get me a discount on a better brand. He was on top of everything in the store to satisfy his clients. I would recommend that store to my friends, family, and everyone I know. Wish I remember the names of the staff the first time I went there but this employee name Dan was very professional and the rest of his staff. I’m sure Mavis in Ramsey is my go to mechanic place. I had a great experience at this location. They were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and I would recommend them to anyone. I went in for tires one week and was so happy with them, went in the next week to have the spark plugs, belts and routine maintenance done. Went in for an oil change and because I had just bought my car they offered to do a quick inspection for and and realized I needed more than just the original oil change came in for...went above and beyond for me that day.

I used the Mavis in Elmont on Hempstead Turnpike and was satisfied with them.. I also used the Mavis also on Hempstead turnpike that’s closer to Franklyn Ave and they were horrible.. I mean the front manager is a nice dude but the manager in the service at that store I found to be not a reasonable person.. This Mavis on Jericho Turnpike is the best so far.. Pleasure reasonable and has the customers interest.. The manager I forgot his name but told me he off on Tuesdays and Friday is the best.. Going back there shortly for more work to prepare me for an inspection soon.

Huge thank you to Ben, Luis and Tim ** in Reading! I got to Mavis in Reading 5th Street with flat tire 30 min before their closing time. I was afraid that they'll turn me back because of short time, but they accepted my car to fix! I felt so relieved because otherwise I would need to call towing service. Tire was very damaged and needed a complete replacement. They not only replaced the tire, but also offered to replace rear brake pads since my car was already lifted up for service. All team worked on my car was highly professional! I'll definitely recommend them to my friends and be back for other service needs. THANK YOU!

I stopped at Mavis to get two new tires and the conversation it came up that I had a bad tie rod end and that that I was going to get it fixed on Thursday. I was asked what the price was. I told him and he says, "I can beat that price." I said okay and he did he wound up saving me over $100 and more than that I couldn't ask for so I feel like the manager of that Mavis on MacArthur road in Allentown Pennsylvania is a very good manager because he shows how he cares about the business and his customers. Always have a great experience. The guys are friendly and helpful. I come in with any issue my car may be having and not only do they fix it but advise what the best course of action for the future of the car is. It doesn't hurt that their prices are very reasonable.

Mavis is honest, reliable, prompt, and open on Sundays. There are enough mechanics on staff to meet their customer’s needs. If they don’t have the tires you need in stock they generally get them in the next day. Comfortable waiting room.

I took my car in for front brakes but Paul, the store manager alerted me that the rear brakes were in real rough shape. One side was completely seized. In spite of being more than I expected to pay, Paul took care of me on the price. And the work was done well. Overall a great experience.

Bought a tire less than 2 months ago. Had service at my dealer who also needed to replace that tire again. Was told by Mavis that it must have been potholes without any further discussion. Poor experience.

Experienced severe wobbles when rotors heated up after Mavis installed new rotors & pads. Mavis replaced and same issues again. Brought back and was told it was the strut not brakes. Was told to buy strut at Mercedes and bring back for Mavis to install. Cost of strut $500 and not returnable. Did not buy strut and asked Mercedes for diagnostic. Not the strut, the rotors once again were bad. Changed the rotors at Mercedes cost $880. Went back to Mavis, they gave me full credit of approx. $350. This involved 5 trips to Mavis not including time at Mercedes.

Jerry and his team always provide knowledgeable on time repairs.. I have an older Mercedes and they are spot on and fair with their analysis and service.. I highly recommend them for not only tire and brakes but they are knowledgeable with electronic or physical equipment repairs..

Great price, we shopped around, most places wanted $100-200 more for four new tires. Chris showed me the grid for an alignment. Not a pushy upsell kinda place. Waiting area was clean and the service was fast. Took me by appointment right on time. My husband's car is next. I would recommend them for sure.

I had a lot of suspension and brake work done and had an appointment made at 10am. They got all the parts and labor done within 6 hours. I didn't expect them to get all the parts and have it done so quickly. Impressive work and speed!!

After evaluation the need for repairs was described accurately as I have knowledge in the automotive field. The parts to be used and short wait time was quite acceptable helping me decide to have the work done now. As explained, this will prolong my tires wear and improve handling performance. I was shown the scalloping due to failing shocks. They kept my vehicle clean and I am very glad I stopped in this Mavis location. A very good crew there.

I've been going to the NTB in Woodstock for years, and when my car had flat tire, went to store to surprisingly find it was now a Mavis facility (was a little unsure what to expect at first). Experience was really positive, appreciate the time and attention Brady took to understand needs and provide trustworthy advice on service. Heard metal on metal on Tuesday. Later in the day naturally called Mavis and they gave me a noon appointment. I had to change it at the last minute. Dr's. for poison ivy in my eye, etc. Called. They kindly re_rescheduled for Thursday. Dr's. appointment was early and I called after the appointment and they had room. New rear brakes and the job was so quick! Everyone was extremely nice. Both family cars needed regular service and repairs and MDT was open for business. Managers were friendly and knowledgeable. All repairs explained, prior to start of work. Pricing was reasonable and on time. Waiting room was clean, TV and bathrooms were available to waiting customers. Will use them again!

Today-On a Sunday-(thought they’d be closed) to my surprise-I ended up finding myself at the Scarsdale Mavis shop. The tire icon light light went on, took it to Mavis & was told by Ford, there were 2 nails in the tires???? He allayed my fears by simply saying, "We’ll take care of it" in a very helpful & friendly tone of voice. He was kind, friendly, easy to talk to, resourceful, patient & simply explained everything very intelligently. I could the knowledge he regarding my problem along with the others he was helping as well. He exemplified great capacity. Thank you FORD, for the peace of mind. This was my first experience with this Mavis Location and was exceptionally pleased with the whole experience. The manager and the lead mechanic were both personable and professional. They took my vehicle to the garage in a timely manner and then explained all the issues they uncovered in preparing my estimate. I definitely plan to return to this location for the repairs and future tire needs.

As always, Zeb and his staff were courteous, extremely knowledgable and helpful and right on time with their service and communication. I needed a new battery and brake fluid. I brought my car in at 3pm and they said it would be done at 5. It was actually done by 4:30.

In for wheel bearing. Got it done within the hour and off I went to work. Great crew, very personable. Was there week earlier to have the brake system done, and that was when they noticed the wheel bearing noise. Thanks again to the crew.

Brake service. Was impressed on my first visit to this location enough to make me return as there is plenty of competition in town and nearby. I felt comfortable with manager Mike with his honesty and description of needed services. An experience hard to come by as I was used to dealing with the same shop many years with multiple vehicles but they closed up over a year ago leaving me wonder who I can trust to take over my future service. When I called to inquire about a tire the representative was very professional and polite at answering my questions. The tire that I needed was in stock. He sent me an email regarding our conservation, I asked him if I could come now. He said sure. When I got there he asked for my name and everything popped up in the computer. The wait time for everything was about an hour or less which I was very impressed. But overall great experience. I’m pleased.

My experience at Tarrytown Mavis is always perfect. The Manager is so kind and experienced with knowledge and I never feel that they would take advantage of any customer. They really are a wonderful place for brake service. The new manager is wonderful. Great choice.

Awesome service and Chad is a gem to work with. Very knowledgeable. My vehicle rides better with the new set of tires and alignment. They even fix my tire pressure sensor. Everything was so fast. I had done my grocery shopping for the weekend at the Kroger behind the shop, then when I came back I was ready to go.

I went to Mavis on Jaymor Rd. I wasn't going to but my son told me they changed the staff. I'm so glad he did. The staff were polite, informative and very professional. They kept me informed of everything that was wrong with my car, answered all my questions and above all they were honest about all the work they had done. If I stated something was fixed by this establishment and they didn't know they took the time to look. Mavis needs to keep this staff. I recently had a battery installed at the Mavis location at 2585 South Rd, Poughkeepsie, NY. The service provided by ** and his mechanic was awesome. My car was returned to me as clean as when I dropped it off and in less time than originally quoted. To top it off, the battery they installed was less costly than the one I self-installed four years ago.

Called the day before to make an appointment for a tire repair. Set up a time to drop off in the morning. As I was leaving a team member was already going heading out to the car to pull it inside to start the repair. The team did a nice job. On time. Fair price. Called when complete. I was so shocked with how friendly everyone here is, especially in these uncertain times with the fear of Covid-19. Each person I interacted with was friendlier than the one before and made me feel so welcome and appreciated. It was a nice change from the current state of affairs where it's fear at all times.

I went to Mavis Tire because my car needed an oil change and the yearly inspection. The mechanic took care of the oil change and then told me that the car needed about $1200 worth of work to pass inspection: new tires on the driver side and new struts. I was really surprised because all of the tires had been replaced during the year. I couldn't afford a bill this high and put off having the inspection for 3 months (a no-no, I know) while I saved up. After I had the funds available I decided that if significant work was needed I'd go to the dealership to have genuine Honda parts installed. After the car was thoroughly checked, the customer service came out to tell me that all was fine, the car passed inspection without needed any work at all. The bill: $37.

The service I received at Mavis, was more than I expected. They went above and beyond serving me. They were very polite and informed me of everything they were doing. From the moment I entered the establishment, I was treated very nice and they were very polite to me. I will come again and refer others to this business as I also was referred here!

I went to Mavis Discount Tires at 865 S Central Ave, Scarsdale, NY 10583. I called before I arrived to the location for inspection. Ken the store manager took my vehicle information and explained to me that I must wait for my car outside the store. All 8 of their chairs were turned down on the floor. I was the only customer in the place of business having service done. I asked for a chair to be placed outside the front entrance, because I just had a new born baby and 9 vaginal stitches without pain meds. Ken stated he was told by higher managers not to allow anyone from sitting. I stood outside for one hour and while waiting for a customer service to call the Scarsdale location to have Ken place a chair outside with a plastic.

I made an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. The service rep was professional and courteous. My vehicle was brought into the bay on time, they even filled my washer fluid! Will definitely continue using this facility. John.

Hello my visit at Mavis tired was great and the work was excellent what was done to my car. But the only thing it was a disagreement on what was done to my car. The Manager said that he told me on the phone what he was going to do but I didn’t say they some 3 of the things he done. So I spoke with Alexis and she was great in handling the situation and I was happy how she resolve the problem. 3/25/2020. After all I was happy with everything was done.

From obtaining my tire, to doing a "no contact" transaction in these times, The whole Mavis crew was awesome. Price was great too. I highly recommend them for all your tire/alignment/etc. needs! Great to have a neighborhood shop that gives such great service.

Multiple times the guys at this shop in Matamoras, PA saved me from having really bad days. From the time my trailer blew a tire late in the day to when they got my truck into a bay before the tire went completely flat and receiving a very fair price on rear brakes and rotors on my Dodge Ram. They made me feel at home and everything was good and they got me back on the road fast. I purchased 4 snow tires from Mavis who installed them and advised me that I could return at the end of the season to have my all-weathers reinstalled (which they cleanly bagged individually and loaded into my car). I really enjoyed the tires and was glad they recommended 4 vs. 2 for better stability. At the end of the season, I went back to have them removed and have my all- weathers reinstalled. They completed the work and re-wrapped my snow tires and loaded them in my car. I was very pleased with the efficiency of the process and will be using Mavis from now on.

Came out this morning my wife and I, her rear tire was almost dead flat. Called Mavis in Rocky Point NY. Told me they were open and brought car in. 20 minutes later they called. Car was done new sensor valve. Great crew. Great service Thanks for being there.

I purchased 2 tires from Mavis. I didn't have the tires mounted on my vehicle at all. 3 days later I take my vehicle in to get the tires mounted at another shop to find that my rims were in rough shape due to corrosion. I go back to mavis to return the 2 tires I bought and was told they had to contact the regional manager for approval. Apparently this will take 3 days? The service advisor was just brushing the situation off and refused to contact the manager in front of me. Not sure why I can't return the tires. They were never mounted on my vehicle.

While tires were rotated oil and filter was done. Air filter was replaced all in a timely manner. Brakes were 50%. Was told there good for 10 to 15 thousand miles. I was very happy with the job done. Thanks.

Went to Mavis due to concern with a knock in my vehicle, recently replaced struts someplace else. Mavis noticed a few more things wrong and fixed it. My knocking noise is gone. Thanks to Mavis and Rodney for his knowledge. I will recommend Mavis to all my friends and family.

Mavis took care of my tire and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Got the warranty on my previous tires that I bought from them so this tire was much cheaper. There have been no issues with my tires since and they have been running great.

I spent a good deal of money last week having both some regular maintenance done and some noises checked out. After all work was done the sound wound up coming back. It turns out that it was something else that would be quite costly. Well since I found a Honda TSB for the actual issue, Tommy the manager worked with me and saved me a good amount of money because I had just spent a lot of money with them and he wanted to make sure the issue his guys worked on was fully fixed. Hats off to Tommy and his Asst. Manager Jesse for excellent customer service.

I had the hardest time with my Tahoe. Seemed like mission impossible. They were able to everything that no one else could. Finally I was able to get my tires changed, after two days of not being able to change my bad tires due to the wheel lock struggle. Finding a method seemed impossible for my specific car. They were very professional and nice.

Brought in for an inspection. Failed it because of the rotors. Car is 2 years old and has 30000 highway miles. I wouldn't let them replace them. They yanked my sticker. Took it home, went to replace the rotors, they fine. Took it to another local mechanic, he said the rotors are fine and Mavis is "famous" for failing and taking the stickers. Scam artists!! Don't go there!

We made a same day appointment for an inspection and it went accordingly! The receptionist was phenomenal and made sure we were comfortable. The technician was outstanding in explaining what he found, which wasn’t even included in the inspection but alerted us due to a huge safety concern! Couldn’t be happier with our service! Kudos to the whole team!

Overall good experience, were able to repair several issues with vehicle same day in a timely and professional manner. They showed me the damaged parts that needed to be replaced and explained in detail what issues needed to be addressed.

Was on my way home from Philadelphia with my son. Tire blew out on the highway. Luckily I was able to get the car to a gas station where a resident offered to take me to the closest car tire store. The first place didn't have the tire so we then went to Mavis Discount Tire, where we were serviced by Joe, Darla & Billy. The three of them were simply amazing. Not only did they have the tire, they offered us the best tire to get us back home to Ajax, Ontario which was about 3 hours away. They showed me why the tire had blew and what to do next. These guys & gal were truly professional and honest and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all you did... we got home safely. The 2 crazy Canucks!!!

Excellent customer service. Received my order in a timely manner. I was treated very well, they were very informative and explained everything they were doing and how long it would take. Overall it’s the best experience I have had when it comes to taking my vehicle somewhere.

I just want to say thank you guys for the services, good tire recommendation, fast and professional people, I had made an appointment for 4 days later but since I was in the area and had a little time available I went to see if they could change my appointment and attend me that day, and thanks to the professional service they have in that place they could do it by offering me some tires similar to the ones I had ordered since the ones I had ordered had not yet arrived, but I am very happy and pleased with my new tires in my SUV.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced and the NTB crew needs to be brought back. On 03/02, I call and schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The appointment is scheduled for 2pm. I drop my car off at 1:40pm and try to get set up in the system with an individual who doesn't speak the best of English. I go next door and wait until 3pm. I come back to the store at 3pm and my car still hadn't been taken in for the oil change. A gentleman tells me that, "they don't have their systems fully up and running or their scheduling." Funny how my appointment was scheduled for 2pm.

After for a treat getting out to Mavis tires for a price comparison they assured me they could beat any price on the web, upon my return to the Franklin Avenue store with a lower price. They gave me an appointment and ordered my tires, on the day of the appointment I left early from work and called me was only to find out that the tires had not arrived yet. They told me they would call, I never heard from them again that day.

On 2/26/2020 I WAS VISITING my hometown of Syracuse NY. I had a tire failure and proceeded to call Mavis Discount Tire 2527 South Salina Street. My order was **. I talked to ** who gave me a price. I asked him if that included tire transfer to my rims and spin balance which he assured would be included and all a part of the agreed on price. He made an appointment for 9am two days from the day of my call which was 2/24 and assured me my tires would be there. I arrived shortly before 9am and told ** I had an appointment for 9:00am. He stated I had many before me. I was in no position to get a ride home. My tires did not arrive until after 10am. My truck was put into a bay but sat for quite a while.

Very professional and courteous, car was carefully handled... Appointment time kept and quickly turned around. Service staff was friendly and understood my needs as the driver of an ev.... Location was easily accessible. I will most certainly bring my ev back for tires and routine maintenance when needed.

I have gone to Mavis for multiple cars and multiple jobs. First of all Taiga tires are horrible and they went bald in 30000 miles from light driving. I go for an oil change. They do not change my oil filter nor rotate the tires after they told me did. Yet the brake dust is still on the front rims only? They replace my alternator and run a wire in between metal in the front which caused it to cut the wire. I sent my van there to have the starter checked. A $50 fee and they told me the battery terminals were loose so they tightened them way too much...They were never loose...The real problem was the wire was cut that went to the starter ..so exactly what did I pay for? The struts they installed in my car make noise and I was told by other mechanics but Mavis technicians just say they don't hear anything.

This place is the worst. I went in to have brakes replaced and mentioned I was having electrical issues and was going to the dealership after they were finished with the brakes. One of the mechanics thought that it might be that I needed an alternator after hearing about the issues I was having so I agreed for them to test it. Later that afternoon they called and said yes, I needed an alternator and that should fix all the issues. They replaced the alternator and brakes but never actually checked to see if the issues were resolved. I had an appointment so could not leave my car that day.

I dropped my daughter's car off for an oil change. The work was done in a timely manner and appears to have been done correctly. My only issue was when she purchased tires from Mavis a few month ago, she was told every time she has her oil changed she should have her tires rotated. This was not done and was informed we did not mention this when dropping off the car today. We would have thought that would have automatically been done based on comments made when then tires were purchased or at least reminded us that it should be done with the oil change. We now have to return in order to have this service completed.

If selecting no stars was an option I would choose it. I had brought my 2012 Nissan Rogue to The Mavis in Schnecksville where I had a rear differential replaced (very expensive fix). After leaving Mavis my vehicle continued to have problems. Although not as severe as when I brought the vehicle, it was still not running correctly. On multiple occasions I brought the vehicle back to Mavis and let them know that since I had left the vehicle was not working correctly. Every time I had brought the vehicle back to this location I received terrible customer service and was brushed off as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I then had no other choice but to have another mechanic look at it. He then verified it was the differential that had been replaced and that I should return to fix Mavis for them to fix it.

Great service, great group of guys. They took care of me while I was getting my back breaks done on my Hyundai. Kept me posted on my car on when it will be done and how much to have the brakes replaced. Would definitely go back and have already done so. I give these guys 5 stars for their professionalism and service.

We've been going to Mavis for about two years now. The representatives were friendly and they work with my husband with getting him a good price. My husband was going to the one by our house which wasn’t too far. He liked the guys that worked there and then the whole crew moved, and he goes to where they are now. They did muffler, brakes and rotors.

I somehow got a hole in my tire on my way home. Called the Mavis in Hamburg and they got me tires right away, we got there and got right in. Till it was all said and done it was only a 30 minute wait and the staff was great the whole time, will definitely be returning.

I I came in upon store opening hours and I got to say it got me in and out of there was in an hour's time even though they were swamped from yesterday's work. I was in Western Lights Syracuse New York and Tim was very very helpful to me. He worked the best deal he can possibly work within his legal limits. I wasn't sure if I was going to make it to the store in time. Getting there it seems as if the Manager was doing many things at the same time (Multitasking). He assured that I would have his attention very soon. He was true to his word and welcome me to Mavis. I explained that I am a seasoned customer. I found Mavis Tire on the Internet while searching for tires. There was a local store in Valdosta, Georgia, which I contacted by telephone. I had already chosen a set of tires and was looking for a good price point. A "Bernie" quoted me a price of $ 781.51 for the total price of a set of four BF Goodrich G-Force Comp2 A/S P245/40ZR19 94W tires. When I arrived at the Valdosta location @ noon on 02/23/20, I found that this particular tire \]= was neither in stock or at their local warehouse. The "sales associate" did not honor the quoted price, attempted to upsell me to an entirely different tire (with half the tread life of the tire I specified).

I'm a old shipyard mechanic but I've done many brake jobs, bearing replacements, etc. on my own cars. I came in for rear brakes and an inspection of the two tires I hadn't had replaced by Mavis in New York the month earlier. There was a brake special for $99 for two wheels. Perfect. After inspecting the vehicle, they called me to say that I needed 1 new rotor because of metal to metal scarring, 1 new set of calipers because the unit had seized, new pads and a "break line flush." The price was just a few dollars short of $800.00!

Very honest team at Mavis on Beach Blvd. Will not sell you anything you do not need. No pressure when it comes to things you do need. The management team is very knowledgeable and will let you know what’s important and what can wait.

Shop wouldn't accept the coupon I was emailed. When I called your company I was very pleased with your representative, Esteban. He was extremely understanding, knowledgeable and helpful, He explained that the individual shop I needed to use this time was a Franchise location rather than a Corporate run one like the one I had used before. He sent me a voucher good towards a future appointment in the next year at one of the many other qualifying locations. Mavis Corporate is getting quite a return on their investment with Esteban!! About a month ago, I called the Hopewell Mavis and spoke with Edward regarding needing two new tires on my vehicle as well as an inspection and oil change. Edwards was extremely kind and helpful in finding me the best price tires. He also suggested to me that I call the call center as they can get possibly work with me more on the price range and I was looking to staying in and he also informed me that the brand tires I was wanting would be able to be in their store in 2 days. I was very appreciative for his honestly and that he suggested this as I would have had no idea that was an option if he hadn’t.

Upon arrival I was asked if I had an appointment which I did not. I was told there were six ahead of me but I assured the employee I was prepared to wait as I had brought my lunch and a book. Several times during my wait I was informed of the progress. Upon checkout I presented a coupon sent to me by email and received $10 off the bill. I have been a customer at this location for fifty years and although the owners have changed the service is pretty much the same. Thank you.

I have gone to this location multiple times. Every time I go, they surprise me with how willing they are to help me with the needs of my vehicle. They spend extra time calling and looking up things upon request and truly help find the best tires and service to meet your needs as a customer.

I've had nothing but positive experiences at Mavis Discount Tire. At my last visit in Lakewood, NJ the staff was courteous, the technicians professional and the prices are always competitive. And this is coming from a true "car guy". I highly recommend them.

My tires were 5 years old, and I had recently bought a single tire at Walmart because I thought it was the one that was causing my tire pressure sensor to stay on. As they replaced all my tires, they fixed the sensor (which apparently Walmart had broken) and also alerted me to a crack that is starting to form in my brakes. Above and beyond service and professionalism.

I received amazing service! Will be going there for my service need from now on. They were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this company to family and friends. I didn’t take long. Only thing I would recommend is a free vacuum to go along with services.

Mavis was friendly and took care of my drop off unscheduled and on a busy day. They returned my vehicle to me with great repair to my tire and before the end of day. I will recommend their service to anyone I know in need of help!

The entire team was professional and nice. The team always asks questions to ensure they understand what service is needed. The work on my car was completed in a timely manner and the waiting area was clean. The staff is consistent. I receive quality service on all my visits.

Everyone is very helpful and super nice. They answer your questions right away. Also if they give you a time they stick within that time frame. There are no hidden fees and they are accurate when it comes to the estimation of prices for there services.

I have been going to Mavis for the last few years, and I am very pleased with the service I get. They are courteous, and always helpful. I am widowed and know nothing about about cars, I feel I can rely on them to be honest and advise what needs to be done.

I brought my vehicle in on Sunday 2/9/2020 for a noise that was heard on the front left driver side. After being inspected they told us first the noise was a heat shield hitting the car at the back end. We were there just about a month prior for new tires ($900) and were told we should replace the axle and struts. Well having heard the noise they said my axle was leaking grease and that should be replaced. So after agreeing to have the driver side axle replaced, 2 front struts and 2 control arms replaced. Told us it would be done that evening. Got a call saying they had to wait for a part that would be in Monday morning. Called several times and was told it would be done that evening. When I got out of work at 4. I was told they had to order another part and it would be in in the morning. I had to arrange for transportation to and from work. Called on my break and was told it would be done that afternoon.

Service was very good at annual. They took care of me right away. I wouldn't go anywhere else, it's great to know that you can be taken care of right away. The shop have your files, they do remember you. That makes the experience much better.

In late January my 19 yr old daughter took her car to the Mavis Tire located in Concord NC to have a nail removed. They gave her a huge grocery list of things that were wrong with this car. They also told her that the oil cooler and radiator needed to be flushed. So the next day to the tune of $400.00 they were supposed to replace the oil cooler and flush the radiator. She got the car back and the oil pressure light was coming on after being driven for a few miles. The next day the car was taken back and the technician had broken the oil sending unit, and they were trying to say that the car had a blown head gasket. I paid them to replace the oil sending unit. I left with the car and I drove it to a qualified Volkswagen technician.
