Every time I've been here they have either stripped out lug nut or cross threaded one. I got tired of it so I am taking my vehicle to another shop for now on. Each time of me fixing it I have found it gets me irritated because they claim they are professional.

Great customer service and work completely in a professional and timely fashion. They had the part I need in stock and were able to complete the work with no delay. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

This Review Relates ONLY to Mavis Tire & Brakes at 5706 FL-64 E, Bradenton, FL 34208. Incompetent service with a huge helping of rude and insulting treatment. I FIRST arrived on Tuesday morning to show them the picture I made earlier of a flat tire. Didn't fix. Flat tire again. Returned Wednesday, they did the same assessment and concluded there was nothing wrong. Flat tire again.

I needed 4 tires changed! Tyler was extreme kind, knowledgeable and showed professionalism during my call with him. Place was extremely clean and maintained physical distancing inside the shop. Tyler and Rick were very helpful and answered all my questions. Had a wonderful experience! I have been a longtime customer at the location and planning to continue taking my cars there. My tire blew out on the way to work. I was towed to Mavis as they were just opening. I was met by a friendly young lady who welcomed me and did not try to milk me knowing I was in dire straits. The young man that talked to me regarding the work was also friendly and personable. They had me in and out quickly and for a fair price. I have never been to a repair shop with the kindness and fairness that I experienced at the Mavis on Providence Hwy in Dedham.

I need to give Eric at the Larchmont location a very special shout out. He took my car without notice and with an amazing attitude and got it fixed within 30 minutes tops. We had never met although I have been a customer in the distance past. His personal customer service is a true example of how staff and managers make a business successful. Thanks to all.

Service was great and I went there without an appointment. Next time I will be making an appointment. I like that they suggest to you what is going to be the next thing to do without having to do it now and that you can schedule it on your time.

I'm over 60 and the gentleman who help me was very nice and didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford. Told me what I needed at a good price. I'm going to go back for an oil change soon. I want to thank the young man named Kevin for his help.

I needed new tires and went to my local garage for a price. I also checked with another local tire store. Both were priced similarly at about $800-1000 and this did not include balancing and alignment. Then I found Mavis in Middletown PA. They priced me out on comparable tires and included the balancing and alignment for $458.... half the price of the others!!! On top of that their service was excellent. Their staff was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and extremely personable! They really focus on great customer service. My experience there was one that will make me go back!!

It was great. No complaints. They took care of me very well. The customer service was great as well. I love it. I don't have to woot about anything whenever I come to Mavis. They are always on point with everything.

I had $700 worth of work performed at this location back in November 2020. I had brakes, rotors & the whole nine. So, I took it back today & they said that I needed rotors. If I do need them after 4 months then you sold me some ** rotors. To make a long story short, I was taken care of the the ultimate level. Way to go team!!

Excellent service. I’ve been to the Mavis in Columbus and did not have the best experience, was hesitant about going to the RiverChase location. Best decision EVER! Excellent price, done in a reasonable time frame. Anthony was awesome! I will definitely be going back!

Staff was great! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They were extremely busy though. I suggest thing by and booking an appointment in person. If you call, you speak to call center reps who have no clue how busy the store is. They may be a bit understaffed, too. Also, they are open 7 days a week. I will be going back to them for all of my auto needs.

Everyone was very nice and the job got done very well. Also I called in last minute but they were able to get me thanksgiving. Will very much so recommend you all to my family and friends. I truly appreciate how you all got me and out by changing both tires.

New brake pads, they didn't keep me up to date of what was going on with my truck, so they had to put something else on my truck, very poor business, I had to keep calling them to see if my truck was ready, the price was ridiculous.

The manager and staff of the Mavis Tires @ 2585 South Rd they are very knowledgeable. They point out any potential problems that may happen, I would definitely recommend any and everyone to take their vehicle for any work that needs to be done, they don't just do tires they also makes you feel at home and part of the Mavis family.

Informed me about wrong lugs on wheels and the tires needed speed balancing. Very pleased with overall experience. Priced me 2 sets of tires at a very competitive price range and lifetime warranty. Will be doing business with you in future.

I visited the Mavis Tires & Brakes shop on 3700 Marietta Highway in Canton, GA, to see if they would check out a tire that was losing air. We had previously bought all four tires at NTB, so I was unsure how Mavis would take care of it. I shouldn’t have worried; they were able to look up our old NTB records on their computer (they even printed out a previous receipt that I had misplaced from 2017).

So happy that Jimmy is back! He is amazing, the prices are fair, they kept me informed along the way about my car. They were on time with everything. Communications great. I would recommend this store. The staff is incredible, understanding.

I had a great experience at the Mavis Tire Center in Aberdeen. It was late afternoon and they helped me out by ordering a new tire for the next morning. They put on my spare and kept the bad tire & rim. When the new tire arrived they called me and by the time I arrived, about 15 minutes later, the new tire was on my rim, they drove my car in the garage, changed the tire and I was gone in 15 minutes. A truly great experience by people who want to help you and do the right job. Highly recommend them and I will be back for any future car issues.

Brought my car in for shocks and the guys were super nice and explained everything that I needed. They took care of my car really well and have me updates about the process. Give these guys a raise and maybe some brownies.

Ryan who works at the Dewitt, NY location is a very superb person. He was so friendly and his customer service is unmatched. I have been going to Mavis (STS before that, etc.) for years. I had a great experience the last time I was in that makes it worth mentioning. Scott, John and Malik (front end guys) are honest with what work needs to be done on my car. I have to say I thought the process was going to be so much longer but they had my car back to me way earlier than I thought. Would recommend to anyone that needs to get oil changes, tires, maintenance, etc. on their car.

I needed to have scheduled maintenance on my car. Took it to Mavis and it was the best experience I've ever had at a car shop. The employees were courteous and friendly. I was in and out in about an hour. Definitely going back.

Was very well pleased with the service I received when having a set of tires put on my truck. The staff was very respectful and polite. I will definitely use this location again. I could not be happier with their service. They even stayed open longer just to install the tires on my truck.

They will go the extra mile to make sure your car is fixed.. Pay attention to detail and the patience to take a minute and talk to the customer is the most valuable thing... Awesome place of business. Zack and Dennis are great. Nice common area clean ba k shop and the rest of the guys treated with courtesy. One thing that would help a lot is returning the drink machines to the lobby for longer wait times.

We highly recommend this Waldon location. We are from out of town and found ourselves with 4 under inflated camper tires. We came there after store hours and employees were ready to go home. Kevin and Tyler went out of their way to help us. We are truly grateful for their help.

Horrible service at the location on Hackensack ave. I took my car in to get my back brakes replace which were making noise. When I arrived the rep told me it was my front brake which I told him they were fine. The rep told me I need new pads and rotors which they charged me $400. The next day the car was still making the same noise so I brought it back and this time they said it was the back brakes which I originally told him was the issue. They tried to charge me another $400 to fix the back brakes this time smh. I called, made a complaint and they did not charge me. It’s now March 21 and I’m still have brake problems.

Incredibly friendly and personable service. Two separate phone calls to update me on the status of my car and problems that arose. All in all, lovely service with great customer care at incredible prices. I was ready to shell out more than half of what I ended up paying, which was surprising when reading quotes for brakes. Will definitely be revisiting.

After my morning dentist appointment on my personal day off Friday, I called Mavis-Amherst, NH and asked, Robert, the new manager, if he could fit me in for winter to spring tires changeover. Robert was very courteous and professional and made an appointment for me that same afternoon. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted cordially. Some information was exchanged and I was told the car would be ready in about an hour. Upon my return, the vehicle was just being finished up and it was returned to me with the three season tires mounted. The snow tires had been bagged and placed in the car. I was reminded of the necessity to return the vehicle after 25 miles for retorquing. I’ll be back to this location with my other car for the same service in just a few weeks. I have no complaints with Mavis Discount Tire. If your regular tire store is too busy to give you the appointment time you are seeking, give Mavis Discount Tires a try.

I was highly impressed with how quickly they were done with my vehicle. They were recommended by a co-worker of mine, when I needed service done. I went to their website made an appointment online, and when I showed up early, they fit me in quickly and I was in and out. Their prices were very fair, and I was overall very happy with my service. And will return again if I ever need more assistance.

I used this location before open on Sunday is good for me. I basically work six days a week with a very strict schedule, I appreciate the fact the mechanics will work after hours to complete your car.

Top notch, quality service at Mavis in Lakewood Ranch FL - I was having issues with my older BMW and they really went through to make sure what the problems were. Now, it took a couple times, which I appreciated not having a large bill and "hoping" all is fixed. Fixed a few items then a one more. Recommend these guys!

I’m big on customer service and every time I come Dave is professional, friendly and goes above to keep me update on my car status. Dave hands down is the best. The place was also clean and set up for social distancing.

I have now been there twice for oil changes and both times the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured into any unnecessary services and they were knowledgeable about my car and what I needed to do. I will be returning in a few months for another oil change.

This was my first time going to this place and never again I will come back. I went in for brakes Only. I waited about one hour for them to tell me my total was going to be a total of $3,440. I’m like are you serious? He started giving me a whole list of things that I needed to change from my car. I told him I only came in for the brakes. I asked the person how much was for the brakes he told me brakes only will be $680. I explained to him that I didn’t have that amount right now he was so unprofessional and said to me you should had been got your stimulus. I don’t really understand what was the point of him telling me that. He continued talking and asked me what was my budget. I just told him to give me my car back that I was leaving. Be aware!!!

From the time I called to make an appointment, I was treated like family. When I got to the store I was greeted by Chasity, the store manager. She's also the one I spoke with on the phone. She was kind, professional and assured me my car would be taken care of. Her staff is very thorough. They made sure to communicate to me every detail of the work order and also showed and explained to me what needed to be done to my vehicle. If you are ever in need of a place where to take your car to replace or buy tires, Mavis on Brunswick Pike in Lawrenceville is a reputable shop with great staff who are courteous and knowledgeable. They will tell you upfront the cost of the work will be and will keep you in the loop during the entire process, giving exceptional service throughout. On Friday, February 19, 2021, I brought my daughter's car in for a diagnostic. Her car was violently shaking and I needed it fixed. The manager, Ashton, was friendly enough but that did not fix my problem. The repair ended costing $998.38. I did not have the money upfront, so I was presented with options. I took the flex pay. I waited for 6 hours. I left at closing expected good results, but that was not the case. The car drove worst than when I brought it in. Took it back the next day and they told me it was something else. I left with my car unfixed and an exorbitant bill left. $1023.71 lesson was a high price to pay for a struggling single mother. And to date, my child's car is not fixed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! POOR DIAGNOSTIC SKILLS!!!! INABILITY TO CORRECT A WRONG!!! I WILL NOT BE SILENT!!!!

Wonderful is just the short of it. They were fast and respectful of my time with my Honda Accord. But when it came to my Outlander they went up and beyond. Special ordered a part and picked it up themselves outside their normal distributors which was just over and beyond the normal service you get at a regular mechanic shop. They stayed in contact with me to keep me in the loop and still saved me 70$ And a lot of time from going to the dealership. The staff is nice and very eager to help. Ty and Chaz were great, and the other gentleman that helped me at the front counter with my outlander was also great. He allowed to me explain the situation with the vehicle and didn’t try to brush any of the issues I brought before him off. Overall 2x wonderful experience and gained a longtime customer.

I made an appointment to replace my spark plugs. When I arrived I was insulted and berated by a woman who worked there. Even the other customer in the shop was shocked and appalled. When I asked for my keys to leave. She swore at me and gave me my keys.

Came in on a Sunday to get car check out had heard noise from back passenger wheel. Even though they were busy they got my car in to check it out. I had a broken strut. Had to leave car. Felt it was unsafe to drive. Everything was explain to me. Expect to be done in afternoon. Next day car was done before 12 and They were awesome.

The pricing of the tires I purchased were amazing, the customer service was amazing as well. Any questions that were asked, were answered clearly and patiently. On arrival I was greeted and immediately taken care of, other available options were also explained to me for an even better experience as well. The completion time was spot on, great overall experience.

There listen to. Check my car, told me what it was and told me how much it would. And gave me a time it would be done. And it was done right on time and answer all my question. And even said I should stop by and have my tire. Nuts tightened in a week or so. Cuz sometimes they do loosen up.

I just wanted to let you know about Johnny the manager at the Everett MA store. He is the most friendly and polite person I have ever met. I went there last week to have my tires rotated on my Mercedes truck and they had me in and out super fast. (Bought my tires from NTB June of 2019.) Then today as I was leaving my daughter's school, I saw a nail in my front tire. Drove to Mavis and Johnny was there again. Told me, "no problem we'll fix it." I have been using Express Oil service centers since 1994 at the original Cahaba Park Circle location and later in Birmingham, Gardendale, Athens, and today in Columbia, Tenn. I have been amazed at the phenomenal service at all the locations for 25 years. The managers have always been incredibly honest and considerate of my interests and have gone out of their way to assist me with difficult situations especially here in Athens and today with Ben at Columbia, Tn. Ricky ** has done a marvelous job of hiring quality people both in skills AND ethics and are to be commended. I have a long history for using Mavis for service for my cars. Today's visit was efficient and prompt. The lead mechanic pointed out a need for transmission fluid and we decided to replace the battery, too. The attention paid was what I've come to expect from Mavis and the reason why I've told my family and friends to use Mavis where they may live.

I'd like to thank Rob, for figuring out what problem was with my suv! The rear was shaking as driving 50mph. Felt like I was on ice. It was raining! After a test ride Rob felt problem went back to shop, put on lift and found that my recall I had in ford 2 weeks prior for 2nd recall.!! For tow hitch? Well there was a bolt and no HEX !!! And bolt was half out of where it was suppose to be!!! Thank you Rob!!

Hi, I rarely do customer surveys. On 2/25 at 6:03 - 3 minutes past closing, I showed up at the 2240 Peachtree Pkwy Cumming Ga. location with a flat tire. Was beyond happy that they would help. Service Tech - Harry, who I could tell wanted to go home, was awesome! He tried to plug the leak, then explained why he couldn’t. Then this location had the exact tire I needed right there! Harry mounted the new one for me in minutes and put more air in the spare for me. Could not possibly ask for more!! Must also mention this is not the first time I have had this exact same experience with this Location!!! Thanks again, you guys Rock!!!!

On the way home from work I googled, "top rated tire shops near me", Mavis Tire & Brakes automatically came up. I have never been to any Mavis Tire & Brakes location. Coming to the facility I was already stressed; concerned I would pay an arm-an-a-leg for good quality tires, in addition to having my special needs child with me whom has anxiety issues. I was able to be seen very quickly. The older gentleman behind the front counter was very nice and the younger gentleman, whom changed my tires, was very reassuring that my car would be taken care along with receiving a great price on brand new tires. Not only did I receive phenomenal customer service, but I also received a fantastic price for 2 brand new tires. After this encounter, I am definitely a Mavis Tire & Brakes customer for life. Thank you again to the two gentleman who opened the door to me being a Mavis customer for life.

After an incident where another oil change shop tried to tell me that Mavis Tire had caused damage to my car that would cost in excess of 1600.00, I contacted Mavis Tire in Canton, and Manager Mike P. to give him a chance to correct what I thought was his problem. He not only met me when it was convenient for me, he went out of his way to show me that what I had been told was completely false. He also went ahead and changed my oil and made sure my car was road ready. I appreciate honesty above all things, and Mike showed me that it does still exist in the Car Service Industry.

I had my front and rear brakes replaced at the Manchester NJ Mavis on 2/21/2021 and I could not be happier with the service. Steve and the guys did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have been a customer for years and I keep coming back.

I just want to give a shout out to Joe and the crew at the little egg harbor store in NJ (store 0200). I came limping in on Sunday with a donut being followed by AAA truck for safety. They checked the flat tire and we came up with affordable options to address that and a brake issue I didn't know I had. They were able to get my car back on the road the same day. Thanks guys. Highly "NOT RECOMMENDED" to do the wheel alignment from this location. They will ruin your car and will tell you to leave the store and deny to re-check or give you a refund. I bought Brand new Michelin Defender Tires from Costco a day before and visited to Mavis for wheel alignment just because Costco said, "You may void your warranty if not do alignment." After the alignment was completed, I found my car is pulling to the left while holding the steering straight. I called the location same day and took the appointment for check next day.

I came back regarding another tire that shows “needs air now”. Brian took my car in right away took the tire off, examined everything, cleaned the rim of dirt and fit me quickly and safely back on the road. He is meticulous and thorough and explained everything so I could readily understand it. He does a great job on all fronts. I really appreciate his help and expertise.

I was very satisfied with the service given to me at Mavis Tire. They completed my oil change, tire rotation and wiper blade change in a timely fashion. They completed the job in the amount of time they said it would take. They were very professional. I would recommend them to my friends.

We bring our VW here whenever we need an oil change, a quick check up or tire rotation. The staff is always courteous and crew stands by their work. We bought our tires from Mavis and have used our warranty several times. They make it easy, which is always appreciated.

I was greeted professionally. They asked me to take a seat a shortly they would let me know their assessment. Shortly it was explained front struts needed and alignment. I asked how long And was told a couple hrs. They called me when work was completed and was under 2 hrs. Very pleased with my experience.

Had a great experience. Car was returned in the time told when arrived. The waiting area was nice and warm. After receiving the car they even put air into the tires for me at my request. Everyone wore a mask and my seats were covered by staff.

I walked in to my local Mavis an hour and a half before closing with a leaking tire, not sure if they would be able to help me out. Not only did they gladly take in my car, but they found the leak (a NAIL) that had me putting air in my tire every two weeks for the past few months! They did this in 30 minutes and then completed the repairs in less time than the original estimate. The pricing was a bit more than I'm used to, but for such friendly welcoming service, it is worth it!

I took my SUV Mavis at 240 Peachtree Center to simply get a part number for a Rear Hatch Door Light Switch, because I had already been told by other automotive centers that it was something a body shop had to fix. But ** at Mavis came out to the parking lot to look at my vehicle in the pouring rain. And he didn't just look at the switch but repaired it right on the spot. Not only that but after reassembling the switch and repositioning it, he discovered that two fuses had also blown out as a result of the switch being disconnected... which prevented my dome lights and Navigation screen from working. He didn't charge me, even though he spent about 25 minutes working on it in the rain. And ** the store Manager is awesome too.

Went in to Mavis Tire to have tpms sensors installed on my 08 jeep commander. I had already bought the new sensors. When I inquired about them installing and programming the sensors, they didn't hesitate. They check the sensors to make sure their computer would communicate with them. They installed the sensors and I was on my way. They didn't try to pressure me to purchase their brand of sensors which I appreciated.

Great service. Had a flat tire but little time. They took my flat, prepped a new one and had it ready to go for me later in the day when I had time to come back. It was very convenient. Seemed like the other customers there had similar experiences as well.
