Got four new tires. Very nice people. Didn't take long. I would recommend their service. Love tires I got. Did price match also. Nice to have people work with you. Kept in contact with me about when tires would arrive. Communication was great. Thanks guys!!!

If you would rather have a no frills tire buying experience that includes actual customer service instead of seeing empty mission statement posted on the walls without any actual practice of said mission statements (Are you paying attention Discount Tire? Kind of ironic that Discount Tire sued Mavis for using Discount and Tire in their name, yet at least in Conyers, has the WORST service of any tire company that I have purchased from.) then this is the place for you. Mavis has great service, great prices, a courteous staff, and they know how to manage expectations with their customers. I will continue to be a Mavis customer.

Awesome prices with awesome and courteous service!! Would recommend to any and all! I had a 2:00 appointment so get there around 1:30, walk in and get service right in the door. Take my truck right on back with no worries. Thanks Mavis!!!

I went in without an appointment on a Saturday. It was busy, but I was taken care of pretty quickly- 4 new tires and an oil change that I desperately needed in about 3 hours. I recently recommended Mavis in Southampton to a friend and I heard that they did a very nice job taking care of her vehicle as well. The staff at Mavis have always been honest and easy to work with. It’s my go-to for the needs of my family fleet.

I went in for an oil change. The guy that helped me was extremely friendly. He asked if I had any other concerns about my vehicle that I would like for them to take a look at. He informed me that I would be needing tires and gave me a great quote on a set.

I came in for a rotation and balance and Mark took care of me so quickly before my trip to Myrtle Beach! Before I could get really comfortable, I was all set. Thank you Mark at the Alpharetta location. Excellent service!

Dom and his staff are professional, respectable and get to the point. Tell me what is wrong, how to address it, fixes it in a timely manner and gets me back to life quickly. I bring all my cars here and trust every word they say because they have not done me wrong. Every appointment is honored on time and have never waited more than expected. Prices are great and keep me in the loop with any changes during maintenance.

I travel all across the country pulling a 40 ft 5th wheel. I have several blowouts friends road hazards and have used Mavis on several occasions. They are great at each location I have stopped at. Their ability to order a tire overnight and have it at your next stop is amazing. Great company and business plan!

Dave, The Service manager was friendly, professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained what work was accomplished. He assisted me with the rebate paperwork. The online call center staff was also friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in scheduling my vehicle appointment and offering a competitive purchase.

This was our fourth visit to Mavis Tire in Gainesville Fl. We had a pleasant experience in a large waiting room with clean restrooms. We were in and out quickly and very pleased with the service at more than a fair price for an oil change.

It's always a pleasure to go to Mavis in Taylor. Every is always so friendly, you don't have to wait forever for your vec especially Managing Billy is the Manager. Larry was there yesterday. He's also a good guy. Will always give Mavis my business. Oil change I also refer my friends and family to Mavis. One thing is wait forever for your vehicle tone serviced.

First things first. I called Mavis Tires on a Sunday morning and within 2 hours I had a brand new set of tires installed on my car. The manager I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. The guys that done the work were very professional. I will definitely be a customer and will be telling my friends about Mavis. I Would highly recommend the guys at Mavis for all your tire needs.

Mario and team are awesome at this location. Kept me informed on how long it be to complete and how much it would be. I will be back. Inside was clean. Bathrooms were clean and didn't smell. TV remote was easy to use while I waited for my car.

Fellis and Al were exceptional. They took care of me right away even though I came in close to closing. They took me in with a smile and was exceptional. The prices are the best around. Trust me. Outstanding job with customer service and feedback. As a young women, I don’t know much about cars so it’s easy to get screwed over but Jay helped and recommended me with the best option. Mario is a fantastic mechanic and he loves what he does and is very knowledgeable. He has great energy. Also, he works in a timely manner which is awesome. My car’s problem was addressed very professional, the quality of service was excellent. Explanation were Precise and Consistent. All question were answered. I’m highly demanding and very critic with cars shop. Today I got surprised! 100% recommended. Problem solved: Brake line Leaking/Front left Wheel bearing assembly damaged.

I've been going to Mavis Discount Tires since 1997. The people at Mavis Discount Tires always do the correct thing and right by me and my family members and my friends that I've recommended to Mavis. They have great pricing and honest good work. I have been following Micky for over 7 years now. I trust in him and his crew. They always do the right thing.

I ordered a tire on 5/19 and was told it would be in the next day, 5/20 I was told it was not delivered and would be in on 5.21, was told it was cancelled but reordered and was coming from Seaside Heights and would be there on 5/22. Guess what, no tire. Counter Guy Tito said he was calling the District Manager to find out the status and call me right back, again guess what, no call back over 24 hours later. CS is terrible.

The caring, customer associates make it worth finding a Mavis. They are the most professional car people I have ever dealt with. All 3 Mavis that are near my house are 5 star! They don't try to make money off of you - only sell you what is needed. All of my friends go to Mavis as well.

Had an ongoing issue with one of my tires, ended up returning to mavis 4 or 5 times to have it fixed and re-fixed and then eventually replaced. I actually didn’t mind because everyone was so nice. Each time I went, everyone was happy to accommodate me and listened to my suggestions and concerns. They explained everything they did and didn’t suggest buying a new tire until all options were explored. I really felt like they wanted to help me and not just get paid. They also moved pretty quickly. I had previously sworn off a different Mavis because my car would be stuck there for an entire day with no updates. The Larchmont Mavis was so much better - in most cases 2 hours and my car was done. A reasonable timeframe considering they were always a little busy. 10/10 would recommend.

The guy at the desk help me out a lot. They all went above and beyond. Excellent service. Did my tires, control arm bar and going to back to do my inspection and alignment. Will definitely go back in the future for anything I need done.

The location was clean and they had COVID-19 guidelines posted. The staff was knowledgeable and made suggestions about my tire purchases and were friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes! I will definitely return to this location for my next tire change.

I found the Shirley Mavis to be a reputable place. I had an inspection done and needed front brakes and shocks. Also had oil change. The person I dealt with was friendly, courteous and explained what work needed to be done.

My first time here. I was in the area. My tire pressure light was on. So I decided to call and see if they was busy. The two salesmans was very polite. The place was clean. The wait time was good. I went to Mavis for an oil change and they really took care of me and what my car needed. While there they found nails in my tire and I’m so grateful because I had no idea. Brent helped me through the process of opening an account with them and I walked out feeling confident and safe in my car.

Updated on 05/28/2021: Mavis responded on 5/20/21 with lies. I have reports over Oct 2020. I have a folder of about 12 or 15 they stopped putting in system. I got records from BMW dealer 2 worn tires on driver side due to improper alignment. They should not be aligning high end foreign cars. Stick to Fords...fix or repair daily. Liars liars. Come to Georgia where they screwing up people's cars!!! I'm out of 500.00 in tires, 299.99 redo over alignment, 79.00 shop fees. You cost me money. See you in court when they open back up down here trust and I'm going for interest and other punitive damages!!

I had a nail in my tire, they got me in right away and fixed my tire and I added an oil change while I was there and they still got me in and out quickly.... This is the shop I come to All the time.... Very friendly guys.

I have never had a bad experience at Mavis Tire, Rte 206 in Stanhope, NJ. They always keep me informed of the service I requested, and check any concerns I have about my vehicle. They let me know if anything needs immediate attention or can be handled at a future time. Trust has been earned, here.

Yes, I would recommend a friend. The service was good. The manager Zach and his Tech did good work on my car and they were polite. Even though I had to wait for a while because I needed major work done. Zach went as far as letting me see the work done on my car when it was finish by the request of the customer. I appreciate it.

I went to that location on May 11th to fix my cars tire which was flat so I called from my location. JEFF answered the phone and he said "C'mon over. The early you come we will try to check you out early.." And he even helped me out with the discount and all. You guys should definitely stop and see JEFF. Honest service. I came in late on a Friday afternoon with no appointment for a flat tire repair. They fit me in fast while I waited. Unfortunately the tire was not able to be repaired. The manager and tech brought me out to see the hole. Something had sliced the sidewall. They gave me options and had the tires available. I was in and out quickly. All the techs and managers were friendly and informative.

My tires were ordered and delivered on schedule. My appointment for service was on schedule and completed on time. Staff was courteous and friendly. I was called as soon as my car was completed. All in all a very easy task getting my tires changed. I would recommend to a friend.

This was very convenient using the night drop. The manager Todd was very professional and kept me informed on the service. The service repair cost was great. I would tell my friends and I will continue to used this store for my repairs.

Came in with an issue with my rotors eating away at 2 day old brake pads. The rotors needed to be replaced as well as new pads. Upon a further inspection, I also had a busted wheel bearing on the passenger side. (Which I knew about) I was able to get the truck in without an appointment, and had new brakes, rotors, and a wheel bearing installed and out the door in a couple hours. Very friendly and expedient service, and the truck drives better than the day I bought it. Would definitely recommend.

Needed to replace one tire and was having trouble finding a match. Tried several places and no one could locate the proper tire. They said it was a discontinued item. Chris at Mavis said he could have the exact same tire shipped in 2 days. Tire arrived as promised. Service guy was polite and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. I went to Mavis because I thought my brakes were going and to get an oil change... They were so kind and honest with me... They called me and told me that I actually didn't need my brakes done and did my oil change very speedy! I have been to a lot of mechanics where they try to do things that my car doesn't need or that I didn't ask for or overcharge me for an oil change or just not honest in general... I feel so comfortable coming to Mavis that I'm not going to be going anywhere else... I have told all of my friends and family about this experience!

Though I was given a 9am appointment, they nevered forgotten me. They kept me informed about my car. I wasn't nevered ignored. I took my car there for a thorough updates including inspection. While waiting, I couldn't help to notice how very polite and very professional they are. They acknowledged all their customers and are quick to help them. Very good services and friendly! I have found Mavis to be very competitive in their pricing of not just their tires but other services they provide. The website is easy to navigate and the employees are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The employee will offer of suggestions for services but are not pushy about getting me to agree to have them done, especially if I did not budget for them. There is a discount on alignments when purchasing at least two tires which did fit in my budget at the time and I did take advantage of that.

I had an easy and pleasant experience at the Erie Blvd, DeWitt store. They were accomodating to my work schedule and very friendly. I had compared local prices and my service price was outstanding. My car was ready sooner than expected. The store is newly remodeled and looks very clean. I recommend this location for your car care needs.

This location is always very helpful and has awesome customer service. They always communicate accurately when it is time to pick up your vehicle. I have been here three times this year for oil changes and new tires for my truck. Their tire prices are the best in Plant City.

Went to the store to have tires put on my car that I pre-ordered. They greeted me, took my paperwork and had my tires for replacement. They replaced my tires and balanced my wheels in about one half hour. Also found worn front brake pads for me. Great service.

They was able to fix my brakes on a Sunday. Made it so my better as we traveled here from Indiana and needed our brakes fixed in order to go home. Very friendly staff that kept me up to date on the status of my car and did nothing to it without confirming the price first.

I drive my truck for work so when my brakes started grinding, I called my local mechanic immediately. He had an opening in 2 days. Needing it done now, I called Mavis in Butler NJ. They gave me an appointment right away. Great! It only took 10 minutes and the representative was telling me that the calipers were bad and needed to be changed. I said just do the rotors and pads. I had the calipers done the last time so I knew they were fine. Then they hit me with the nonsense that the 299 quote was now 230 more for each caliper. 760 total. And...they couldn't get the calipers to open and close so they HAD to replace them.

O'Neal at the Buford location took the time on a busy Saturday to look at the metal lodged in my tire I'd noticed the day before. Fortunately the damage was superficial and didn't need to be plugged. He stood out in the rain and pulled the metal out and said I was good to go. I'd stopped by a few competitors earlier that day and no one gave me the time of day. Great job O'Neal!

I took my car to Mavis to get my brakes checked. They checked them first free & told me that I didn’t need new brakes yet. I’ve never had a car repair shop not try to sucker me into repairs that I did not need. I’m very impressed and I will go back there when I do need brakes.

I recently used Mavis Discount Tire for an oil changes. I did not have an appointment and walked and asked if they would be able to do an oil change for me that day. They took my car and had it done in less time than they had told me. The assistant manager was extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service. Was at the Mavis in Shorewood IL location. My tire pressure was very low. I was able to get right in and get my tire repaired. There was a nail in my tire. They were able to repair it instead of replacing it.

I was able to get 4 tires and an alignment in a brief period of time. Had to return next day for shocks. Excellent service. Everything went well. I would definitely return to this place for future business. The prices were also reasonable by comparison.

I recently purchased tires from the new location on SR 64 in Bradenton Fl. They were wonderful to deal with. They did an incredible job installing my tires and were very careful with my rims. I also had them align the car. It drives better than the day I bought it. They have found a lifelong customer in me!

Made appointment online for tires and other service. No reply back until 4 days later. Decided to drop off vehicle the next day after confirmation. As soon as I dropped it off got call back that tires were not ordered. Tech said tires would be ordered the next day. I left car overnight per tech so work could be completed. Well next day came and no tires, no call or anything. I called and was informed tires were not ordered and would be in next day. Asked to talk with manager and got horrible response and it was basically my fault. Basically this palce is a waste of my time and would never recommend it to anyone. Never had problems when it was NTB. The store basically looked like it was closed. No one behind the counter. Tech tried to smooth it over by offering a deal but at this point I had enough of the Mavis management's attitude. Customer service sucked.

While correcting an engine light temperature fault, Mavis detected potential hazardous defects and offered fair price for timely repairs. Also provided transportation to home and back while making repairs. I have joy and recommend this company for any and all repairs and maintenance.

Called this location yesterday and spoke with Mike who gave me a price on new trailer tires, and recommended that I show up early. Arrived at 8:15 am today, spoke to Mike and had tires installed immediately. Was done within 1/2 hour.

Got lifetime brakepads, new rotors and brake system flush, for $100 less than my dealer charged me for Pads and rotors without Brake system flush and not lifetime pads, as soon as I need new rear brakes I will be going back to Mavis.
