I recently had the experience of going to Mavis Discount Tire on Route 59 (Across from KFC). The service was great. They were able to fix my tires in the time they said it would take before starting the job. They also let me know that my brakes needed some maintenance. Again, all done in the time they told me it would be done before the start. Always a pleasure to bring my car there. Confidence in my cars maintenance.

Very polite hard working staff. They took the time to correct a miscommunication fairly. The computer system had suggested that a 7 ply tire was recommended for a 3/4 ton truck which typically runs on 10 ply. The correct tires were placed on the vehicle.

My brakes broke. I never had any repair done with this facility before nor knew Mike. He communicated to me and understood my need to use texts bec of my work environment. He was prompt in knowing the problem and fixed it right the first time. I’m really happy with Mavis NTB and Mike.

I originally ordered tires online and made the appointment 2 weeks in advance. I had to move up my appointment and the tires I wanted were not in stock. I was shown several comparable tires similar to the ones I ordered and chose a replacement. The tires were in stock and installed the day I rescheduled, and were installed on time as promised. I'm happy with the purchase at this time, and with Mavis tire Marmora NJ.

Carlton provided me with the information about my car. He was very patient, friendly and kind. He also stayed in constant communication with me about what was going on and what was happening to my vehicle as it was in his shop.

Raj, manager of Mavis Tire on Sunrise Highway was AMAZING! He was the quintessential professional. My Rava 4 Limited required quite a bit of work including a new battery. He gave me as many discounts allowed to help defray some of the cost. Since, the work was going to take quite a while, he asked if I would like coffee, and immediately sent out for it. I have always had a good experience with Mavis, however, the visit to the Sunrise Highway location in Massapequa was the absolute best!

Went in with a flat tire. Left 30 mins later with 2 brand new tires. Reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier. Service manager Cody was very helpful and polite. Also helped me choose the best value tires in a reasonable price range!

I have had nothing but good experiences with the Hicksville shop. I have been using them for about 10yrs. They are honest and fair. I had an issue that they could not help me with, but went out of their way to help me get the issue fixed! I absolutely appreciated that!

Had four new tires installed on my truck and was satisfied with the experience, although there is always room for improvement. Would definitely return to this facility in the future for service. Giovanni the manager was great dealing with some of my issues.

I’ve been to three of the Columbus, Ga/Midland, Ga locations and each visit was AMAZING. Staff was consistent with updating me and able to communicate everything thoroughly. I’m appreciative for this company’s existence. My most recent visit with the Midland, Ga location was a favorite thanks to Mindy (hopefully her name is spelled correctly) but she was so welcoming and understanding. She did an exceptional job of communicating the status updates of my car to me as well.

Can not give enough praise for Dustin and his team at this Mavis Tire location. Great prices, excellent service, and got me out of there in the time frame they said they would. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for buying new tires.

Dean and his staff at Mavis did an excellent job and provided great customer service. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was kept informed of the condition of the parts that needed to be replaced and why they needed to be replaced.

This place is amazing along with great customer service. It was my first time and my experience was awesome. The service was very reasonable and had great prices. I can say that overall this place is a 10 out of 10 and looking forward to being going here again in the future.

From the lady who greeted me at the front counter to the manager who came in to help and the technician Daniel who service my car were all helpful, caring and empathetic to my situation! My family and I were on our way back from the airport where my tire started to blow out. We’re coming into town because our family member had passed. So as you can imagine being with a blown tire was the last thing we needed to deal with. The whole team had a full schedule and didn’t really have room to service my vehicle but they made a way to bring my car straight in and less than 30 minutes have my tire changed and we were back on the road headed to the rest of our family. They were so empathetic the whole time we were there. They turned a horrible situation into something great! It’s hard to find genuine people these days and that whole team from beginning to end was wonderful!!

The complete experience was extremely professional and was informed as to every step that was taken. It was stressless. I have been dealing with Mavis for many years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The prices are competitive and the work is quality!

I was so satisfied with the service, when I had two tires replaced on my 2015 Nissan Armada a few weeks ago, I took it back to have the other two replaced, The staff is awesome. The service is great and the price is fair. I had the tires on my 06 maxima replaced today. As expected another great experience. I highly recommend the Mavis brand.

All the Service Managers and techs are awesome. I highly recommend Mavis in Quakertown P.A. on route 309. Every time I have an issue with any of my family member vehicle I can always count on the guys at Mavis.

I needed brakes and rotors for a hot minute. I did some light research, and called my local guy who did my oil changes. Some stores offer a senior discount, and since my momz was helping, I asked if they had such a discount. They said they could, however, they just raised the quote (originally quoted $350 for both pads and rotors) to $380 and reduced it to $350.)

Great, excellent services, fast, on point and wait time was way better than expected. Had no issues and very precise with details of what needed to be done what was done. Thank you guys for perfect service. I would recommend anyone to this particular shop in Lexington on E. Main St.

Came in last minute for a tire check, didn’t have to wait long till they looked at my vehicle. Then they quickly told me what was wrong & I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Everyone was very nice and friendly, great prices too!

The staff at Mavis Discount Tires at the Broadway Mall is very helpful and professional. I had bought a set of tires yesterday and there was a little miscommunication between what type of tires I was receiving but after speaking with Nasir at the front desk all was resolved. I am very happy with the tires and the customer service he provided.

These guys at Mavis tire shop on South Road in Poughkeepsie NY are absolutely outstanding. Not only are their prices the best around, they also have the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. A pleasant experience is an understatement. I had a great experience during my first visit to Mavis Discount Tire on Baltimore St in Hanover. The gentleman who helped me was great to deal with. The price to fix my tire leak was reasonable and the place was very well kept. Everything appeared to be well organized.

I go to this Mavis for all my vehicles. Bernie, Fetus, and Paul are great. They go out of their way. I send everyone I know to them. They have the best prices on tires, oil changes and brakes. They are very busy. You may want to make an appointment.

They are always friendly and willing to help with anything you need done! Shelley at the counter is very helpful. We actually live closer to the store on hwy 17, but we would rather drive at little farther to this store.

Your staff was so nice and very professional to solve my tire issue. I had very low wait time and you did not overcharge me for my tire issue. This is the way business should be done... I will definitely continue to use your services for the very foreseeable future.

I got brakes and rotors done about two weeks ago and my brake light on dashboard keeps coming on. Just my brake light is on so I’m not sure if they messed up or not but usually when it comes on it’s for a reason ..I was a happy camper at first but now that I have to come back after waiting 4hours for them to do it the first time I feel a way

They were very knowledgeable and fair. I will definitely recommend this shop to others. I got tires put on and I had an idea of what I wanted. But they offered me a better tire than I thought I wanted. Which when I did the review. The tires I actually purchase were a lot better than what I wanted. They found other issues as well. And were upfront with me. Which were things I already knew about. I will be back to allow them to do the work.

I needed a back tire fixed and thank God had the warranty so I was able to purchase two new front tires and Avery was so nice and helpful. I was also able to get an alignment done. Was very please with customer service and price.

Bought 4 new tires from above and was treated excellent and was kept informed and employees acted very professional and helpful. Was told to bring back vehicle after 25 miles and have tires retorqued. Did so and they were very efficient and quick to do so. Would recommend them to others.

Great service. Great place to take my truck for all tires problems and oil change. Installation took less than 2h with oil change balance and alignment and 4 new tires. Great service and good communication with the clients. I'll take my car there again.

We had a slow leak in our tire. Took it, Mavis Discount Tires. The service and speed in which they helped was fast. The fact they open 7 days a week is very convenient. Good, friendly service. Oh by the way they have free air.

Helpful, polite, explain what is to be done to the vehicle and the time will be completed if parts was available or not. The job was completed as stated. Estimated price was about the same When the job is completed. We were also notified one vehicle was ready to be picked up.

As an almost noon walk-in, Mavis was still able to execute the synthetic oil change in less time than quoted and at a price that was in the ballpark of other company's service. The manager made sure he provided the best pricing and discount available which was even better than the coupon I found...thanks again!! I would only ask that if tires are rotated as an "extra free service", checking and adjusting to make sure the PSI is correct would be part of the overall task. This was not done. I give a 5 star rating specific to the oil change I requested.

Had new shocks/struts put on Ford Expedition. Clean shop, courteous employees. Will recommend to others. Took a little longer than thought but part supplier had sent wrong shock/strut for the rear. They receive red two correct ones back to shop. The team then installed the items to my vehicle.

Matthew and the rest of the team at Mavis were patient and helpful answering all my questions and making recommendations. I would go back there again for any auto service. The customer service was great and the cost was better than expected.

Great group of guys dropped my mom’s Saturn Vue off for a set of 4 tires. Prices was fair, they also did the brakes and an alignment. All in all it was a great experience. No complaints here. Bobby went above and beyond keeping me updated on the status as I was at work.

Was a great experience. Will definitely go back there for my auto needs. Being a woman sometimes we feel we could be taken advantage of or are ignored. Did not feel that way at all. Had gone to another tire place first. Stood there for about 10 minutes not being acknowledged. I walked out. Now I have a place to go to that I know I can trust.

I am a loyal customer since the service, price, and quality are so good. Waited for service on all three service engagements and found the facilities, waiting room, restroom, all topnotch. The staff cares and it shows. Excellent leadership and quality workmanship. The technicians went out of their way to interact with me and solicit my feedback.

On July 11, 2021, I brought my car to the Denville, NJ Mavis on Righter Ave. I had had my car serviced at the Rockaway, NJ station the day before, and was not happy with the $1230.70 repair. Soon after I had left that station I realized that the car, which had had rotors and pads replaced, was shaking and smoking from the rear brakes. I went back to the Rockaway station, but it was late, and was told to come back in the morning-Saturday, and they would check it. I was there at 8a,m, waited several hours, The car was driven around the parking lot, and I was told there was nothing wrong with the car, if I wanted a further evaluation, I had to make an appointment. An argument ensued with the manager-long story short, I left and brought the car to the Denville store.

The personnel was professional. I like the fact that they informed me of the wait since I was expecting a different time. However a employee apparently was in an accident on the way in so they were backed up. I was very pleased with the outcome and would certainly come back for my next set of tires. The office was clean.

The tech Milton at port Jefferson Mavis repaired my vehicle when the dealer said the part is no longer made. He replaced the radiator and made a new transmission cooler line where the old line was damaged. He got a replacement end fitting and attached it to my old line getting me back on the road.

The staff were professional and courteous. Pat and Heidi really knew their stuff. They answered all my questions. Very happy with the tires I chose. The store was clean and comfortable. I waited there while they did the tire change over. After they were installed I returned and no problem having the lug nuts re-torqued. I would recommend this location to family and friends.

I could have gone to a local garage, but, they don't have the customer service that the Dansville shop has. Joe, and the staff were extremely honest, and helpful. Prices are more than competitive. I will return for future service.

Dropped my car off for a inspection. My ride (my daughter) pick me up. Her car started making funny noises.. when it was time to returned to pick up my car. They took a look at hers and fixed it. We are happy.

Quickly replaced and mounted the front tire of the garden tractor for less than it would have cost me to purchase the tire at the other stores where I priced the tire. They were very friendly and the work was done quickly. Great value and great service.

Today, July 3rd, the start of the Fourth of July weekend, is always an especially busy time, adding to your Cream Ridge facility's busy schedule. The staff were very busy, but they squeezed me in to have two tires replaced and aligned. While doing the initial examination to begin their work, they discovered a tie rod which needed replacing and explained the situation (the cause of the tire damage). I agreed to have it done thinking I'd have to come back next week. However, they promptly ordered the part, which arrived quickly, and they were able to complete the necessary work in a timely manner. I've been there a number of times in the past and have always had good service. I have recommended them to friends and family because of their professional, courteous and timely work ethic.

Best Oil Change service I have ever had. In and out in under an hour. Easy to schedule and no waiting. Very good price for synthetic and free windshield wipers. Wow, the service was above and beyond what I expected!

Great prices and kind, courteous employees, offered discounts and suggested other needed services, but not in a pushy way. My vehicle was completed when promised and I was updated on the status during the day, when I called to check in they weren’t rude about it.

First time I had ever used a Mavis tire center and went to the one in Walkertown NC and found the staff and service department very pleasing and was prompt to handle the vehicle issues at hand and very prompt on repairs. And being a NTB customer and will now be a former NTB customer and will send all of my tire and brake work on our fleet units to Mavis tire and brakes. I went to Mavis in Beacon because there was something stuck in my tire. Ed there was very helpful and my tire was fixed within 20 minutes of pulling into their parking lot. Ed took the time to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable about cars.

I needed 4 new tires for my daughter's car. I had specific tires I wanted and I needed them in 2 days as she was leaving to go home out of town. I went to the Mavis website and picked out the tire and the first available appointment was 2 days later which was fine. I called to confirm on the day of the appointment and the gentleman told me the tires were there and I could actually bring the car in earlier. I did and 2 hours later, I received a call that the car was ready. The staff was very friendly and did a great job. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Mavis on Rt 37 in Toms River, NJ.

Mouse, Ed, and Steve, always not only treat my car but me with kindness professionalism and caring. Their product knowledge is amazing. They are patient with my many questions. And calm all my fears. Their attention to detail is outstanding. At the end of the service you wouldn’t know anyone was ever in my car! They get my car in and out fast and serviced correctly. Today I contact Mavis on Main Street in Binghamton NY and I spoke to Todd about having a car looked at that was shaking on the highway. He let me know he was very busy and short staffed but that he would get it done before closing on a Sunday! When I got to Mavis he came out, got it right in and let us know the issues and got on the phone and told me he would have it done! Thank you very much Todd for the great service and for getting everything done as quick as you did with short staff and a 90 + degree day! Highly recommend anybody to go in and see Todd at Mavis on Main Street!! Thank you very much again!!!! Also forgot to say the car was done before I was told as well and called me as soon as it was done.

I am very pleased with the service at this Mavis facility. The employees are knowledgeable and care about the work they do. I am happy that I brought my car into this facility. The work was done in a timely manner and prices were reasonable.

Special run flat tires, Eddie was very helpful in advice and expediting order and replacement. He called when done and was 3-4 hours early on the service. While he did set my expectations to later, he overdelivered and finished the car quickly. Thank you!

Franz is a friendly, qualified and efficient manager/technician. He helped me select tires. This all took place in about a two hour time frame from the time I called, arrived at the location and drove away with my truck, aligned, balanced and fitted with new Good Year ATs.

When my car needs servicing, ** and his crew at 393 Middle Country Rd in Smithtown is the only place I'll go. They offer expert services, fair prices and are always friendly. I book my appointment over their website so when I arrive there's no waiting and my services are promptly performed. When ** recommends a specific service be performed on my car; I never hesitate to follow through on his recommendation. I highly recommend this Mavis location!

I had an excellent experience with the entire staff. I met Jonathan outside and he assured me that he would be able to help me one way or another. Carlos the manager and Jose the assistant manager were extremely professional and helped me to understand my options and get me taken care of. My problem was solved quickly and competently. I would go back to this location for any of my tire needs in the future and would highly recommend this location to anyone. I was extremely impressed and gratified. Amazing job!

It's rare today to find a automotive business who has their priority on a Customers "Safety." I felt valued from the first phone call to make the initial appointment, and every appointment since then. I left re-assured they had my safety as a First Priority. Even after an oil change, they rotated my new tires because they need to be. When I take a long trip they checked all my fluids and air pressure etc.

This place always accurately fixes all my cars' problems and always help me out with pricing. I've brought 3 of my cars there and they always get the job done. The staff are very friendly and the communication in there is very top notch.

Oscar and the guys are always very professional and helpful getting our vehicle needs meet. They always do their best to get everything taken care of in a timely fashion. Always going the extra mile. Today Christian was also very helpful and informative while explaining what repairs were needed and why.

These guys consistently give me the best prices for everything. They are very knowledgeable and extremely professional in both presentation and outcome. The dealer quoted me $6500.00 minus tires. These guys did the entire list of work including new tires for less than half of dealer price. These guys are awesome!!!

I spent a little more than I thought it was gonna be. But over all they did a good job and kept me informed on everything. I wish they would have gave me a estimate of cost up front. Other than that I would recommend them to anyone looking to get tires done and wheel alignment done.

I was a bit worried because troy Mavis was horrible to me a year or so ago but East Greenbush Mavis across from Walmart was very excellent. A guy named Daniel was most friendly, courteous, respectful, and honest. He made me feel comfortable and happy that I chose that location to get my car taken care of.

We have been using Mavis in Centereach for years. They communicate when problem is diagnosed and call when ready for pick up. They answer any questions I have about my car. I trust them with my children’s cars. They are reasonable too. The manager Joe is very courteous and doesn’t make you feel a part of an assembly line. Highly recommend!

Had an appointment for an oil change at 1:00pm and I was back on the road by 2:00pm. The staff was very friendly and the cost of the service was outstanding. I’ve been coming to this Mavis for a long time and have no intentions of going anywhere else.

My experience was great on time very courteous. I also had some questions when I left that I forgot to ask so I called when I got home and they answered my questions to the fullest extent. They also helped me with a warranty too.

The first person that greets you is always what I feel representation and I'm not sure her name but Hispanic young lady was very pleasant. She was training another Young lady who was on day 2 and multitasked really well. I am a HR rep for State of GA and would definitely say she's awesome. The auto tech Terrance was great as well. I took my car into Mavis Discount Tire in Bellmore, NY for a power steering leak. It took them 2 days to fix. When I got the car back, the power steering was still leaking. I brought the car back, but they said the manager was on vacation so I had to wait. The next week, we bring the car back again, this time, the mechanic was on vacation. Finally, the third week they said they can do it. Manager Anthony said that they would take care of it as it was probably something they hit while fixing it last time. While I was waiting, Anthony was going on a racist, political tirade, even saying the ** word. They then charged me an additional $350+ for a line and labor again! We've been trying to contact customer service for several weeks. The Supervisor said that he would investigate and then call back. We never heard back and have been trying to contact them to no avail. Do not go here.

I've bought my tires from Kauffman, now Mavis for years. First time with Mavis, I had alignment service for my 2015 Honda Accord today - convenient, friendly service, and super fast! Will be back very soon for recommended rear brake service; good to have the peace of mind.

Mavis Discount Tires has been my “go-to” spot for vehicle maintenance & repairs since 2008 when they were STS. The manager on site is honest and upfront and never tries to sell you more than what you need. Staff is great and friendly and the work always gets done as quick as possible.

First time using this Mavis location in Brewster and was extremely pleased with the customer care and repairs to my vehicle. The repair charges were comparable to other quotes I had received and the repairs were completed within the discussed time frame. I have used other Mavis locations in the past and was also very satisfied with everything.

I had a tire blow out and drove to Mavis at approximately 5:30pm on Saturday 6/5/21. I was told they were closed but I implored their help because I had a graduation to attend in Jackson, NJ. Bobby and Rodney saved the day. I purchased a new tire and was very grateful for their help!

Initially stopped in to Mavis (Wallington NJ) for an alignment. Manager Peter admitted the shop was busy (busy is GOOD), and offered me an appointment in two days' time. Perfect. Showed up for my 3PM appointment, and my Honda was promptly taken in. I'm super sorry I don't recall the name of the young mechanic who actually did the alignment, but he was very nice and let me watch everything he did, from just outside the bay doors. He explained everything he was doing, as he he did it!

I drive an 04 Ford Taurus station wagon and one of the belts broke inside of the rear tire so I called Mavis as always. I'm a very satisfied customer with every interaction that I have had with the Mavis in Thomasville Georgia. I dropped the car off. They done everything they needed to do and when that car left I was still a very satisfied customer and yes I recommend them to everyone who asks and I will remain a faithful customer.

I got tires for my truck a few weeks back. It was finished a day early. I got tires for my cay last week and this week. They had to order 2 more of the tire I picked. And on both visits it was done a day early. Chad was very professional and easy to deal with.

I had to replace a hard-to-find run flat Pirelli tire that had blown up after hitting a pothole and Mavis was able to locate it before anybody else and installed it very quickly and competently. They balanced the tire better than the car dealership where the previous tire had been installed.

Came Limping into the Neptune City, NJ Mavis tire center with a flat tire...minutes before their closing time. The staff saw the spot I was in and told me to bring it right in and they would take care of it...25 minutes later I was on my way. Just great service and a comfort level that I won't forget. When I'm ready for 4 fresh tires...I'll be back.
