We were at the Hartzdale Dr Camp Hill Pennsylvania store today and we were treated wonderfully, Bob the service person made sure that we were in and out quickly. I will highly recommend this location and the staff to my friends, the service was superlative.

Synthetic oil change, alignment, tire rotation. Got there before it opened. Paul was great. Courteous and professional. Good prices. No rip offs here. They give you discounts with coupons on their website. Close to my home too. I’ve been using Mavis for years. Will continue.

Junior and staff was very nice and friendly, work area was very clean and followed all covid protocols. I was greeted from the time I stepped foot into the door. I was in and out for my inspection and I’m very pleased to come back here again.

Corey never ceases to amaze me at how thorough and helpful he is. Every time I come in, he treats me with respect and explains everything with my car. He is so quick to get me taken care of and makes sure that nothing is missed. He keeps the shop clean and comfortable for all customers. I recommend him as highly as can be!

I was able to get my tire fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The tire was plugged, and so far I have driven the car with no trouble. Knock wood!! I would always recommend Mavis Tire to family and friends.

I took my SUV Mavis at 240 Peachtree Center to simply get a part number for a Rear Hatch Door Light Switch, because I had already been told by other automotive centers that it was something a body shop had to fix. But ** at Mavis came out to the parking lot to look at my vehicle in the pouring rain. And he didn't just look at the switch but repaired it right on the spot. Not only that but after reassembling the switch and repositioning it, he discovered that two fuses had also blown out as a result of the switch being disconnected... which prevented my dome lights and Navigation screen from working. He didn't charge me, even though he spent about 25 minutes working on it in the rain. And ** the store Manager is awesome too.

I found the service at your shop just fine, thank you!!! Your shop offers free air. I like that and I wanted to support you guys. Your service technician are easy to talk to, that's a good thing. I use your shop often for different things.

My service today was quick, reliable, and stress free. Devin at the Victory Drive store was attentive, noncondescending, fair, and kind. As a woman, the tendency to feel judgement when dealing with car issues happens a lot. There was no discrimination felt by the employees, as I felt respected and understood. 100 percent will be taking my vehicle there again!

Good price. Good service. I would definitely come back. I ordered online. Tires were ready when I came in. I dropped off the car and came back a few hours later. The price was as quoted and I was happy with the service I received. Don't have many miles on the tires yet, but they seem of good quality for the price I paid. I have always had a good experience coming to Mavis.

Went in to Mavis Tire to have tpms sensors installed on my 08 jeep commander. I had already bought the new sensors. When I inquired about them installing and programming the sensors, they didn't hesitate. They check the sensors to make sure their computer would communicate with them. They installed the sensors and I was on my way. They didn't try to pressure me to purchase their brand of sensors which I appreciated.

Great service. Had a flat tire but little time. They took my flat, prepped a new one and had it ready to go for me later in the day when I had time to come back. It was very convenient. Seemed like the other customers there had similar experiences as well.

I had a tire that had been punctured by a road hazard and was covered by my additional tire protection. I called and came in and was treated well by the staff. All my concerns were addressed and my vehicle was fixed. I thank you all for a pleasant experience!

Kevin, Joe, and Cliff were awesome! Very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I needed a set of new tires and they ordered them right away and put them on within hours of them arriving at the shop. Great service team!

I took my wife's car to have 4 new tires installed. Made an appointment for a Saturday at 2:00 pm. Dropped off the vehicle and was told that car will be done within 2 hours. I waited till 5:00 to call considering I didn't hear a word. They informed me that they forgot to call and they were closing. They asked for me to come Sunday morning to pick it up, which is fine. However, when we arrived at home we noticed that the tire pressure warning light was on. I checked the tire pressure and found that 2 tires were below 20 psi! The tires require 33 psi. I filled the tires myself to 33 psi and the tire pressure signal was off.

This morning I was awakened by the manager of Mavis, calling to apologize for the way I was treated on Saturday the 6th. His name is Jawaun. I was really surprised. He is such a nice person. He came and picked up my van and cleaned it from one end to the other and is giving me 5 free oil changes. Jawaun is the type of person anyone would want to manage their company. I hope the people that work for him will learn to appreciate a customer the way he does. It was such a pleasure to meet Jawaun, he will be my friend forever. I will recommend Mavis to anyone that needs tires or whatever is needed for their car. Thanks Jawaun, you are the best.

Alex holly My name is Ernest and I visited this location on 2/5/21. I have been to this location before years ago but the customer service has tremendously improved. Holly, Alex and I forget the front desk gentleman at the time gave me great customer service during my time there. Holly also went as far as pointing out other things that wasn’t aware of that needed to be done to my vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. I most definitely will be back because of the customer service and honesty of this work crew. Thanks again!!

A month ago I was in a jam, I needed 4 tires taken off rims, and mounted and balanced in my truck. He told me to come in and warned me there would be a wait. I went right in and after about 2 hours I asked how they were coming. He told me that one of the machines was broken and it was taking longer than expected. I told him I might have to leave and go somewhere else. He had my truck done in 30 minutes and charged me a fraction of the price. He was professional and I’ll never go anywhere else,

Once again I purchased a new set of tires for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. As always, the staff at this Mavis Facility was very helpful, professional, and with excellent service. They provided me with a wide selection of tires to choose from, advised when they would be available, set up an appointment to have them installed, advised me on when they arrived, installed them exactly as promised, and even called me several hours later to see how everything was going. Pricing was great as well. I have been coming to this location since the early 1980's and have purchased every tire for every vehicle that I own, from this location. As always, everything has gone exactly as expected and promised.

I always have a great experience at the shop. All the workers are very welcoming, friendly, attentive and super knowledgeable. I definitely send all my family members here and they enjoy it as much as I do! Thank you Mavis!

This was my second time at Mavis (unrelated issues). I went straight there after work and they were able to get me in same day and address what I thought was wrong. Brought my vehicle in for an issue with a tire and also state inspection and oil change. I have been going to this same Mavis location on Genesee St in Utica for a few years now and have been very happy. The staff has been respectful, honest and courteous.

I had an issue with my car due to a recent snowstorm in the Trooper Pa area. Store manager ** @402 Egypt Rd, looked at my car and within minutes, he and his assistant, had the problem fixed. I've taken my car there for service for several years now and have always received what I consider outstanding customer care. Thank you guys!

Staff (Daniel) was extremely helpful. Came in to get new tires, but expected that I'd need more work done. After taking tires off and inspecting, I was showed what was still working well, and what wasn't (and the long term effect of putting off getting it fixed). Got a few fixes and the car is definitely driving noticeably better since the repairs. All was done quickly, it was easy to schedule.

Wanted to acknowledged the above and beyond work ethic provided from the time of my scheduled apt confirmation call until the time I was leaving a satisfied customer, with my next visit scheduled and referral with 2 booked appts at the conclusion of my visit. WOW! I've been going to Mavis for many years and with many different cars. I've always been satisfied with the service provided in Thornwood, Pleasantville and Ossining. Today, I was in Mt. Kisco when I realized that my NYS inspection had expired. I phoned the Mt. Kisco location. The phone was answered promptly and courteously. The gentleman said, "bring it right over." When I entered, I was immediately impressed with the location's large parking lot, the showroom's spaciousness, brightly lite, clean and organized everything was. The gentleman behind the counter said, "it should be about 1 hour". Sure enough, it WAS! What a pleasure!

The store manager, Chris, was very professional and polite. Car was as fixed quickly. Time will tell if it fixed well. I will be going back to that store when I am ready for new tires. This store was much better than the store in Delian, NJ.

My wheel fell off while I was out visiting my sister. The Mavis employees were so wonderful. They communicated with me to let me know what needed to be done with my car to fix the problem and estimated how much it would cost. They did it all in a very timely manner so that I could get back home safely.

They did an oil change and tire rotation, and the staff is always concerned about the customer, and I would and have recommended to my friends. If you have questions, believe me they have the answer. Always looking for the best deal for the customer.

I stopped in to get my tire checked, Quincy said that they were booked but he would look at it to see what the problem was. Before I knew it, they had fixed the problem. I hit a curb on a Saturday evening and it was beyond repair. Because they are open on Sundays they were able to squeeze me in and replace my tire as well as doing rotation and alignment. They were super kind and professional communicating with me and their prices are incredible. They did excellent work. I will be back!

I couldn’t find the lock screw key for my tire...They help me find the lock screw key for my tire. They were friendly, understanding, helpful. The price was it expensive. I would most definitely recommend my friends family and anyone who needs a new tire because the customer service there was extravagant.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Mavis Tire on Mill Creek in Tallahassee. Assistant Manager John and his team were very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be returning to this location for my future needs! I purchased 4 brand new tires and got them installed with no problems in a very reasonable time frame!

My experience with the Mavis Shop at 200 Northern Blvd was not a favorable one. I was greeted rudely by the shop mgr. who honked his horn angrily at my vehicle parked next to the shop entrance door. My impression was that if I was treated so rudely right from the very start, in all likelihood, that would be the general tone I would experience if I decided to engage in service work for my vehicle. Fortunately, I decided to depart that shop and travel to a different Mavis shop, which met all of my expectations with great service, and high level courteous, professional customer service (at PAWLING NY MAVIS SHOP on Rt. 22). Happy to be a MAVIS customer, despite the negative first impression at the GREAT NECK, New York shop.

Mavis helped me stay on schedule. I discovered at 8:30 AM that I had a very leaky tire. By 9 AM Mavis got me into their schedule and it was repaired by 11AM. I was able to get my Covid 19 shot as scheduled at noon. Thanks.

I visited a Mavis Tire location Mount Pocono yesterday. The customer service was outstanding. The representative/manager (I believe) who checked me in was informative and friendly. Most importantly, the technician called it to his attention that he did not think I needed tires. They both showed me that I did not need tires. I truly appreciate their honesty and the fact that they went above and beyond to save me money. They will definitely have my business when I do need tires!

The manager at the Woodbridge NJ location is the best....very professional courteous and extremely nice...I bought brand new tires and insurance...I had a slow leak and it was fixed at no charge to me...I have recommended Mavis to my daughter and everyone I know that need new tires.

Please pass along my most sincere compliments to the staff and management of Mavis Tire in Chester Springs, PA. This past Sunday, 10 January 2021, just before noon I started my Subaru; Tire Pressure Monitor indicated low pressure: wow! 18 pounds instead of 36! I stopped at nearby Wawa to top up tire, but I knew I needed help. Even tho the Mavis in Chester Springs is 12 miles away, I had been there before and trusted they would be able to help me. On the way I could see I was losing pressure on driver side rear tire. When I arrived they were open - yay - and Louis was able to help me get started. He gave me an estimate on how long it would take and asked if I was going to wait or return. I waited, and was very pleasantly surprised when about 30 minutes later my Subaru was outside ready to go! Wow!

My experience with MAVIS Tires in PAWLING NY shop, Rt.22 was excellent. TOM, obtained the right pads for my vehicle, The tech, DAN did a great installation and properly reset my electronic brake system, lights, and Auto Hold brake feature. For all future brake needs, I will always return to that STORE in Pawling and will recommend that specific location, to everyone. Unfortunately, I did not have this type of a successful good experience at the MAVIS shop in New Hyde Park. They made two attempts to install brake pads & failed both times due to the wrong pads sent from there. A frustrating experience, ultimately remedied by Tom and his super team, in PAWLING NY shop.

Great job from the manager to the service tech. I will be back for tires and other service for my car's. I had appointment and this worked out great for me. I had a very good experience today with my vehicle. Jaquez ** was very polite and helpful. I will definitely go back there again when I need repairs done to my car. I give the service four stars. I’m going to bring my 2000 Ford Explorer to be repaired. Their service is commendable.

It was freezing outside and of course my front tire would be completely flat. I was able to put my spare tire on and I then called the Williamsville NY Mavis location. It was close to their closing time and I asked if it was possible to stop by or should I wait til tomorrow. Daryl didn't hesitate and invited me to come right over and he would take care of it. True to his word he fixed my tire within minutes of my arrival. I am so impressed with "Daryl's" customer service. He was polite, thoughtful and efficient. He even took a moment to show me what caused the flat. I am very grateful for receiving such great customer service and will be highly recommending Daryl and this Mavis location. Thank you.

These guys do great work and take care of my needs every time! I appreciate all of them. I've been using these guys for several years and I'm very happy with them. As long as my friends are still employed with Lang tire I will continue to use them.

I needed to get a tire put on, so I called my local Mavis. They were extremely helpful on the phone and told me to come in. I arrived 30 minutes later and was greeted by name when I walked in. The entire process took about 20 minutes. Everything was explained to me very clearly and in layman's terms. The entire procedure cost me $10! I am planning on returning whenever I need work done on my car and I have already recommended them to several family/friends. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I made an appointment on 01/17/2021, got a confirmation the same day with an order#** for Friday the 22nd at 2:00pm. (Store#1050). On the 20th I received an e-mail reminder of my upcoming appointment. On the 21st I got a voicemail message to call back which I did a little after 6:00pm. I just was told that the set of tire that I made the appointment for was no longer available. It is just a shame to be so inconsiderate and waste other people's time.

On JANUARY 21, 2001 my experience visiting Mavis in Westfield NJ was great. I was very satisfied with work done on my car. My car was completely in the time that assured to my Gordon (guy at the front desk).

I was very pleased with Mavis on Lithia Pinecrest in Brandon. I used to go there when it was Kauffman and had good service there too. If you need assistance ask for Mike. He was a big help for me and saved me over $300.00 that the Toyota dealer wanted to charge me. I will be going there for all my auto needs from now on. No dealer for me anymore!

I had severe clunking coming from the front of my vehicle. I took it to another shop that replaced Inner and Outer Tie Rods, Brakes and Rotors and then Struts. I kept taking it back because each repair did not fix the clunk! Each time they would give me an excuse. One was all the factory pinch welds had broken loose. Another was The Frame Grommets are shot and it cannot be taken apart to be fixed because the bolts will break. I was even told to live with it and just turn up the radio.

First rate in customer service. First rate in friendliness. First rate in prices, trust me. I always went to a Jeep Dealership nearby. They will remain nameless. Asking price for a brake flush was $189.99 and how much at Mavis $79.99.. You read this 100% correctly $79.99 versus $189.99 that's a savings of $110.00. I needed two new tires for my 2018 Jeep Compass Limited. The tire size was unusual because it has the 19” wheels. They had the exact tires I needed in stock...or so I thought. They actually only had one tire, but they called another store and found the other tire I needed. They had the tire transferred quickly and both tires were installed promptly. Michael (manager) had me safely back on the road in a timely manner. Everyone was courteous and professional. I highly recommend the Canton, GA Mavis Tire store.

I was impressed that no one tried to sell me anything I didn't need unlike my local new car dealer. That is what brought me to Mavis in the first place. The dealer told my girlfriend she needed front brakes on a car with 15,000 miles and quoted a $320. price. At Mavis they said we didn't need them and if we did it would be $98. Nowadays you have to be really careful of whom you do business with. I trust them here.

I had a great experience with Mavis on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie, NY. Called them at 3pm asking if I could drop off my snow tires to be swapped onto my rims and they got me in and out in about 45 minutes. The technician was very thorough and helpful making sure I had the correct lug nuts for these newer aluminum rims along with the 'hub centric rings' which I was not aware of - great job - will definitely be back!

Esteban was extremely professional & more importantly, he thoroughly checked everything & test drive drove my car to be 100% sure it was good to go. He was very knowledgeable & provided everything I needed. Great improvement for the ossining location.

I was referred by a friend to visit this location for a new tire. I had no appointment but they were very accommodating. It was a pleasure. I even purchased new windshield wipers by Sharnette! (I hope it's spelled correctly.) The waiting area was nothing like what I'm used to seeing at a tire shop. Great experience all around. Very helpful and informative. Amar was very good and took care of my car. Watch it at all times. I had four tires changed and described all kinds of tires and very descriptive of each kind and recommended a lot of different kinds. Very good.

I was in trouble. I had a nail or piece of metal that pierced my tire. It would not hold air more than four hours. I knew that it had to be serviced. I had three choices, Pep Boys, Just Tires or Mavis Tires. Mavis is closest. Just Tires was in my path home from errands. Just Tires has serviced me in the past. It was closed. (5:30pm 1/14/2021). I have a portable electric pump that I purchased a month ago.. I had to use it to safely drive the car. I got to Mavis and was spotted sitting in the waiting room by Omar. He asked me which car was mine, it was about 6:25pm, I had been waiting for 40 minutes. He said he would look at my ticket and get back to me. Thank God the nail did not warrant a new tire. But I know that I am due. I promise to get a full set within 60 days. I estimate that will be about $500.00. I am a retired US Navy Vet at 72, I love it when someone thanks me for my service. This time I got to thank Omar for his service.

I find it very hard to believe that my car needs brakes after 18000 miles. I know when you get your car inspected they look for something to replace. The Inspection went very well otherwise. They took my car right in when I arrived. I appreciate that. They were done right on time.

Thorndale PA Location- Had to go back to location 20 minutes after install due to the installer placing the weights too high on the rim and they were hitting the hub and making a large clunking noise. The day after the install traveling at 60MPH on a state highway the front end starts to vibrate and the TPMS light chimes and comes on. I immediately go the the Thorndale location to see what the issue was. They stated that they took care of it and the vibration was gone. It's not gone and the TPMS light would go off on its own. If that was the case then why was the TPMS light off yesterday when the tires were installed. I have no idea what this place did to my car while it was there.

I called at 4:20pm to see the cost of oil Change for my Benz. The representative told it would cost me $61 plus tax for full synthetic oil for up to 5 quarts of oil. But my Benz needed 8 quarts of oil so the cost will $40+21=61. (Each additional quart is $7.) I said, "Ok can it be done today." Representative said, "Yes but you have to get there quickly and wait little but we will get it done by 6 at 500 Hillside Ave, New Hyde park, NY 11040." So I quickly drove to the location and reached at 4:40pm.

Awesome place to get work done, I had 2 tires installed and on my 2019 Camaro, it took less than 30 minutes to do. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know. Can't wait to come back for another amazing service.

My tire had been punctured on my way back to Maryland, we stopped at Mavis and within the same day we had a replacement tire identical to my old tire and headed on our way the next morning, thanks to Rick and the entire team at the Shorewood, IL location.

Saturday January 2nd 2020.. I had the chance to go to the Mavis located at 2700 Shelly Road in Harleysville Pa... I came here to receive an oil change and an alignment... I was shocked at the service provided by the store staff... They were very informative and provided the best customer service..and the price I was thinking was going to be a high price turned out to be the cheapest I ever paid for an oil change and alignment... If you ever want great customer service and for your car to be done right please come to this location and get your car done. You will not be disappointed.

We had a tire blow out on I 95 12 hours into our trip to Florida. We we were unfamiliar with area. Googled to find closest place and ended up at Mavis in Brunswick GA. They were so helpful and got us all new tires very quickly so we could get back on the road ASAP. We had 5 hours left! We were tired and frustrated and they just jumped into action to make a bad day a little less horrible. The price was good too! Very impressed with the service and appreciated their genuine kindness.

I made an appointment for an oil change. It took longer than expected, so the gave me a very generous discount. They didn't need to but it was much appreciated. The only problem was with the ladies' room. It was pretty disgusting. I don't know who is in charge of cleaning it. The service is always great here though.

A few weeks ago I blasted Mavis for work they had done on my car. I had a power steering unit put in car, because the part was not exactly the same, they had to put in new motor mounts. When I got my car back, it had a Horrendous VIbration. After weeks and weeks of bringing car back and forth; Mavis could not find the problem (but having the car for 18 years, I knew every squeak in it).

This is the 10th set of tires I have purchased from Mavis. Their prices are equal or better than what I have found online or at other retailers. I continue to go back because I'm treated like a customer and the staff is friendly and professional. I have gotten great deals so why go anywhere else.

Steven at Mavis was great. Went here to get a second opinion to see if I needed new tires like a previous business stated I did. I know enough about tires to do the finger check so in my opinion I didn't need them. Steven stated I was right, I badly needed a front end alignment and tire rotation. You have a good group of customer service reps. I gave them 10s because they did a wonderful job. However, the idea that they must always get 10s or they "failed" is ridiculous. Some people will never be pleased with work. People are rude and disrespectful and will not be pleased. Corporate needs to reexamine this antiquated policy.

My day started out with a dead battery. I called AAA, who gave my battery a jump. The tech told me that they didn't have the proper replacement. So, my first call was the Mavis in Bernardsville. Kadij answered my call. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I explained my situation and she quickly looked in the store stock to see if they had my "special" battery. They did! I drove over there without an appointment hoping for the best. I waited maybe 2 minutes and Lucas kindly fit me in between his other appointments. Mike, the store manager, was friendly and courteous and took excellent care of my car. I am writing to let you know how pathetic the service was over a month ago. I wanted to wait before writing more because I wanted to make certain I was not overreacting. Not only was the service ridiculously long, but poor to say the least. First, I called on a Monday and they stated that the tires would have to be brought from another location. The tires would be there on Tuesday and they would call me and get me in. Ok, no problem. After most of the morning and part of the afternoon I called them to see if they had gotten the tires and still fit me in that day. The person answering the phone was put out that I called and said the tires were there but they were too busy to fit me in. Strike one - broken word/lie. He told me that Wednesday would work best. Just bring it in first thing in the morning.

I needed a new tire, since the screw was in the tire sidewall and couldn't be plugged. I was surprised how quickly they finished my car. This is a great place to go. I recommend this business. The workers are all very friendly and.

I used to go to NTB and they got acquired by Mavis. Just got new winter wipers and 4 all season tires put on my BMW and same great service. Everyone there cares and is great at recommendations between brands and types of tires. Mavis is going to be a great company who bought NTB. More access to tire places now!!

I recently purchased a set of tires from your Gainesville, Florida store. I called Establish to schedule a time to bring my car in to have the lug nuts checked for correct torque. I also asked if someone could ride along with me and listen to a noise in the rear of the car. I was met Joseph who had a tech do the ride along. He confirmed my thought that the noise was the wheel bearing. Joseph gave me a quote and I told him to fix the car. While waiting Joseph informed me that the part was harder to locate but they were still trying. Joseph then told me that it was on the way.

They were helpful with my concerns. Accommodating to my needs. The young manager is knowledgeable. All workers friendly. Everybody was working.

Simply the best! Michelle, Katherine and the team are wonderful. The work on my car was completed on time, the price was right and the work done correctly -may not sound so special but these days it is in fact not easy to pull off. I’m very impressed with the new manager at the Mahwah Mavis-she’s honest and knowledgeable and really cares. Priceless!
