I cannot complain high level of professionalism and excellent fast service. The job was done in a very quick time and I was treated above and beyond. I would recommend this shop to anyone who would want to service their vehicle.

I would highly recommend this business to whoever needs tires and all your automotive needs. Great bunch of guys and great service. And they have great prices on all there tires. Now I found a company I can trust.

We called late on a Sunday afternoon because. My wife's truck needed an oil change and without hesitation they got us in and took of us with no wait time. Everyone in the office and the mechanics were nothing but friendly and professional.

The staff at Mavis were kind, honest and worked in a very timely manner (servicing both of our cars). They even chatted with us for a bit as we waited for our state inspections to be completed. Everyone was wearing their mask and safety measures were in place and adhered to.

Got the best service at Mavis Discount Tire on Landis Ave. in Vineland, NJ. They are polite, courteous and give great service. This is the second time in this store and both times I have been very pleased with the service and my truck is running great!

Needed to replace one tire and was having trouble finding a match. Tried several places and no one could locate the proper tire. They said it was a discontinued item. Chris at Mavis said he could have the exact same tire shipped in 2 days. Tire arrived as promised. Service guy was polite and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. I went to Mavis because I thought my brakes were going and to get an oil change... They were so kind and honest with me... They called me and told me that I actually didn't need my brakes done and did my oil change very speedy! I have been to a lot of mechanics where they try to do things that my car doesn't need or that I didn't ask for or overcharge me for an oil change or just not honest in general... I feel so comfortable coming to Mavis that I'm not going to be going anywhere else... I have told all of my friends and family about this experience!

Though I was given a 9am appointment, they nevered forgotten me. They kept me informed about my car. I wasn't nevered ignored. I took my car there for a thorough updates including inspection. While waiting, I couldn't help to notice how very polite and very professional they are. They acknowledged all their customers and are quick to help them. Very good services and friendly! I have found Mavis to be very competitive in their pricing of not just their tires but other services they provide. The website is easy to navigate and the employees are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The employee will offer of suggestions for services but are not pushy about getting me to agree to have them done, especially if I did not budget for them. There is a discount on alignments when purchasing at least two tires which did fit in my budget at the time and I did take advantage of that.

I had an easy and pleasant experience at the Erie Blvd, DeWitt store. They were accomodating to my work schedule and very friendly. I had compared local prices and my service price was outstanding. My car was ready sooner than expected. The store is newly remodeled and looks very clean. I recommend this location for your car care needs.

This location is always very helpful and has awesome customer service. They always communicate accurately when it is time to pick up your vehicle. I have been here three times this year for oil changes and new tires for my truck. Their tire prices are the best in Plant City.

Went to the store to have tires put on my car that I pre-ordered. They greeted me, took my paperwork and had my tires for replacement. They replaced my tires and balanced my wheels in about one half hour. Also found worn front brake pads for me. Great service.

I can't say or thank the guys enough! On vacation with a bubble on one tire a nail in another and they took care of us at a moment's notice. I’ve been taking my vehicle to the same location for over 5 years and I’ve always received honest and accurate service and consultation. If they are unable to address the exact concern they won’t hassle or waste your time. They will tell you exactly what needs to be done and by whom is best to service that issue.

They was able to fix my brakes on a Sunday. Made it so my better as we traveled here from Indiana and needed our brakes fixed in order to go home. Very friendly staff that kept me up to date on the status of my car and did nothing to it without confirming the price first.

I drive my truck for work so when my brakes started grinding, I called my local mechanic immediately. He had an opening in 2 days. Needing it done now, I called Mavis in Butler NJ. They gave me an appointment right away. Great! It only took 10 minutes and the representative was telling me that the calipers were bad and needed to be changed. I said just do the rotors and pads. I had the calipers done the last time so I knew they were fine. Then they hit me with the nonsense that the 299 quote was now 230 more for each caliper. 760 total. And...they couldn't get the calipers to open and close so they HAD to replace them.

O'Neal at the Buford location took the time on a busy Saturday to look at the metal lodged in my tire I'd noticed the day before. Fortunately the damage was superficial and didn't need to be plugged. He stood out in the rain and pulled the metal out and said I was good to go. I'd stopped by a few competitors earlier that day and no one gave me the time of day. Great job O'Neal!

I took my car to Mavis to get my brakes checked. They checked them first free & told me that I didn’t need new brakes yet. I’ve never had a car repair shop not try to sucker me into repairs that I did not need. I’m very impressed and I will go back there when I do need brakes.

I recently used Mavis Discount Tire for an oil changes. I did not have an appointment and walked and asked if they would be able to do an oil change for me that day. They took my car and had it done in less time than they had told me. The assistant manager was extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service. Was at the Mavis in Shorewood IL location. My tire pressure was very low. I was able to get right in and get my tire repaired. There was a nail in my tire. They were able to repair it instead of replacing it.

I was able to get 4 tires and an alignment in a brief period of time. Had to return next day for shocks. Excellent service. Everything went well. I would definitely return to this place for future business. The prices were also reasonable by comparison.

I recently purchased tires from the new location on SR 64 in Bradenton Fl. They were wonderful to deal with. They did an incredible job installing my tires and were very careful with my rims. I also had them align the car. It drives better than the day I bought it. They have found a lifelong customer in me!

I'm from out of town and James was very friendly and professional. Didn't feel taken advantage of like I have with other companies for being a female. Made appointment online for tires and other service. No reply back until 4 days later. Decided to drop off vehicle the next day after confirmation. As soon as I dropped it off got call back that tires were not ordered. Tech said tires would be ordered the next day. I left car overnight per tech so work could be completed. Well next day came and no tires, no call or anything. I called and was informed tires were not ordered and would be in next day. Asked to talk with manager and got horrible response and it was basically my fault. Basically this palce is a waste of my time and would never recommend it to anyone. Never had problems when it was NTB. The store basically looked like it was closed. No one behind the counter. Tech tried to smooth it over by offering a deal but at this point I had enough of the Mavis management's attitude. Customer service sucked.

While correcting an engine light temperature fault, Mavis detected potential hazardous defects and offered fair price for timely repairs. Also provided transportation to home and back while making repairs. I have joy and recommend this company for any and all repairs and maintenance.

Called this location yesterday and spoke with Mike who gave me a price on new trailer tires, and recommended that I show up early. Arrived at 8:15 am today, spoke to Mike and had tires installed immediately. Was done within 1/2 hour.

When I got there the manager was fast and co worker fast. The shopped checked my car. Showed me the problem. And offered good deal on fixing problems. It took a decent amount of time. As I waited I walked to nearby stores and told everyone the great deal. 99 dollars break job. Awesome.

Got lifetime brakepads, new rotors and brake system flush, for $100 less than my dealer charged me for Pads and rotors without Brake system flush and not lifetime pads, as soon as I need new rear brakes I will be going back to Mavis.

Every time I've been here they have either stripped out lug nut or cross threaded one. I got tired of it so I am taking my vehicle to another shop for now on. Each time of me fixing it I have found it gets me irritated because they claim they are professional.

This Review Relates ONLY to Mavis Tire & Brakes at 5706 FL-64 E, Bradenton, FL 34208. Incompetent service with a huge helping of rude and insulting treatment. I FIRST arrived on Tuesday morning to show them the picture I made earlier of a flat tire. Didn't fix. Flat tire again. Returned Wednesday, they did the same assessment and concluded there was nothing wrong. Flat tire again.

I needed 4 tires changed! Tyler was extreme kind, knowledgeable and showed professionalism during my call with him. Place was extremely clean and maintained physical distancing inside the shop. Tyler and Rick were very helpful and answered all my questions. Had a wonderful experience! I have been a longtime customer at the location and planning to continue taking my cars there. My tire blew out on the way to work. I was towed to Mavis as they were just opening. I was met by a friendly young lady who welcomed me and did not try to milk me knowing I was in dire straits. The young man that talked to me regarding the work was also friendly and personable. They had me in and out quickly and for a fair price. I have never been to a repair shop with the kindness and fairness that I experienced at the Mavis on Providence Hwy in Dedham.

I need to give Eric at the Larchmont location a very special shout out. He took my car without notice and with an amazing attitude and got it fixed within 30 minutes tops. We had never met although I have been a customer in the distance past. His personal customer service is a true example of how staff and managers make a business successful. Thanks to all.

I'm over 60 and the gentleman who help me was very nice and didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford. Told me what I needed at a good price. I'm going to go back for an oil change soon. I want to thank the young man named Kevin for his help.

I needed new tires and went to my local garage for a price. I also checked with another local tire store. Both were priced similarly at about $800-1000 and this did not include balancing and alignment. Then I found Mavis in Middletown PA. They priced me out on comparable tires and included the balancing and alignment for $458.... half the price of the others!!! On top of that their service was excellent. Their staff was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and extremely personable! They really focus on great customer service. My experience there was one that will make me go back!!

I had $700 worth of work performed at this location back in November 2020. I had brakes, rotors & the whole nine. So, I took it back today & they said that I needed rotors. If I do need them after 4 months then you sold me some ** rotors. To make a long story short, I was taken care of the the ultimate level. Way to go team!!

Excellent service. I’ve been to the Mavis in Columbus and did not have the best experience, was hesitant about going to the RiverChase location. Best decision EVER! Excellent price, done in a reasonable time frame. Anthony was awesome! I will definitely be going back!

Staff was great! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They were extremely busy though. I suggest thing by and booking an appointment in person. If you call, you speak to call center reps who have no clue how busy the store is. They may be a bit understaffed, too. Also, they are open 7 days a week. I will be going back to them for all of my auto needs.

New brake pads, they didn't keep me up to date of what was going on with my truck, so they had to put something else on my truck, very poor business, I had to keep calling them to see if my truck was ready, the price was ridiculous.

I visited the Mavis Tires & Brakes shop on 3700 Marietta Highway in Canton, GA, to see if they would check out a tire that was losing air. We had previously bought all four tires at NTB, so I was unsure how Mavis would take care of it. I shouldn’t have worried; they were able to look up our old NTB records on their computer (they even printed out a previous receipt that I had misplaced from 2017).

So happy that Jimmy is back! He is amazing, the prices are fair, they kept me informed along the way about my car. They were on time with everything. Communications great. I would recommend this store. The staff is incredible, understanding.

I had a great experience at the Mavis Tire Center in Aberdeen. It was late afternoon and they helped me out by ordering a new tire for the next morning. They put on my spare and kept the bad tire & rim. When the new tire arrived they called me and by the time I arrived, about 15 minutes later, the new tire was on my rim, they drove my car in the garage, changed the tire and I was gone in 15 minutes. A truly great experience by people who want to help you and do the right job. Highly recommend them and I will be back for any future car issues.

I have been going to Mavis (STS before that, etc.) for years. I had a great experience the last time I was in that makes it worth mentioning. Scott, John and Malik (front end guys) are honest with what work needs to be done on my car. I have to say I thought the process was going to be so much longer but they had my car back to me way earlier than I thought. Would recommend to anyone that needs to get oil changes, tires, maintenance, etc. on their car.

Horrible service at the location on Hackensack ave. I took my car in to get my back brakes replace which were making noise. When I arrived the rep told me it was my front brake which I told him they were fine. The rep told me I need new pads and rotors which they charged me $400. The next day the car was still making the same noise so I brought it back and this time they said it was the back brakes which I originally told him was the issue. They tried to charge me another $400 to fix the back brakes this time smh. I called, made a complaint and they did not charge me. It’s now March 21 and I’m still have brake problems.

Incredibly friendly and personable service. Two separate phone calls to update me on the status of my car and problems that arose. All in all, lovely service with great customer care at incredible prices. I was ready to shell out more than half of what I ended up paying, which was surprising when reading quotes for brakes. Will definitely be revisiting.

After my morning dentist appointment on my personal day off Friday, I called Mavis-Amherst, NH and asked, Robert, the new manager, if he could fit me in for winter to spring tires changeover. Robert was very courteous and professional and made an appointment for me that same afternoon. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted cordially. Some information was exchanged and I was told the car would be ready in about an hour. Upon my return, the vehicle was just being finished up and it was returned to me with the three season tires mounted. The snow tires had been bagged and placed in the car. I was reminded of the necessity to return the vehicle after 25 miles for retorquing. I’ll be back to this location with my other car for the same service in just a few weeks. I have no complaints with Mavis Discount Tire. If your regular tire store is too busy to give you the appointment time you are seeking, give Mavis Discount Tires a try.

I was highly impressed with how quickly they were done with my vehicle. They were recommended by a co-worker of mine, when I needed service done. I went to their website made an appointment online, and when I showed up early, they fit me in quickly and I was in and out. Their prices were very fair, and I was overall very happy with my service. And will return again if I ever need more assistance.

This was my first time going to this place and never again I will come back. I went in for brakes Only. I waited about one hour for them to tell me my total was going to be a total of $3,440. I’m like are you serious? He started giving me a whole list of things that I needed to change from my car. I told him I only came in for the brakes. I asked the person how much was for the brakes he told me brakes only will be $680. I explained to him that I didn’t have that amount right now he was so unprofessional and said to me you should had been got your stimulus. On Friday, February 19, 2021, I brought my daughter's car in for a diagnostic. Her car was violently shaking and I needed it fixed. The manager, Ashton, was friendly enough but that did not fix my problem. The repair ended costing $998.38. I did not have the money upfront, so I was presented with options. I took the flex pay. I waited for 6 hours. I left at closing expected good results, but that was not the case. The car drove worst than when I brought it in. Took it back the next day and they told me it was something else. I left with my car unfixed and an exorbitant bill left. $1023.71 lesson was a high price to pay for a struggling single mother. And to date, my child's car is not fixed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! POOR DIAGNOSTIC SKILLS!!!! INABILITY TO CORRECT A WRONG!!! I WILL NOT BE SILENT!!!!

Wonderful is just the short of it. They were fast and respectful of my time with my Honda Accord. But when it came to my Outlander they went up and beyond. Special ordered a part and picked it up themselves outside their normal distributors which was just over and beyond the normal service you get at a regular mechanic shop. They stayed in contact with me to keep me in the loop and still saved me 70$ And a lot of time from going to the dealership. The staff is nice and very eager to help. Ty and Chaz were great, and the other gentleman that helped me at the front counter with my outlander was also great. He allowed to me explain the situation with the vehicle and didn’t try to brush any of the issues I brought before him off. Overall 2x wonderful experience and gained a longtime customer.

I have a long history for using Mavis for service for my cars. Today's visit was efficient and prompt. The lead mechanic pointed out a need for transmission fluid and we decided to replace the battery, too. After a test ride Rob felt problem went back to shop, put on lift and found that my recall I had in ford 2 weeks prior for 2nd recall.!! For tow hitch? Well there was a bolt and no HEX !!! And bolt was half out of where it was suppose to be!!! Thank you Rob!!

Service Tech - Harry, who I could tell wanted to go home, was awesome! He tried to plug the leak, then explained why he couldn’t. Then this location had the exact tire I needed right there! Harry mounted the new one for me in minutes and put more air in the spare for me. Could not possibly ask for more!! After an incident where another oil change shop tried to tell me that Mavis Tire had caused damage to my car that would cost in excess of 1600.00, I contacted Mavis Tire in Canton, and Manager Mike P. to give him a chance to correct what I thought was his problem. He not only met me when it was convenient for me, he went out of his way to show me that what I had been told was completely false. He also went ahead and changed my oil and made sure my car was road ready. I appreciate honesty above all things, and Mike showed me that it does still exist in the Car Service Industry.

Highly "NOT RECOMMENDED" to do the wheel alignment from this location. They will ruin your car and will tell you to leave the store and deny to re-check or give you a refund. I bought Brand new Michelin Defender Tires from Costco a day before and visited to Mavis for wheel alignment just because Costco said, "You may void your warranty if not do alignment." After the alignment was completed, I found my car is pulling to the left while holding the steering straight. I called the location same day and took the appointment for check next day.

I came back regarding another tire that shows “needs air now”. Brian took my car in right away took the tire off, examined everything, cleaned the rim of dirt and fit me quickly and safely back on the road. He is meticulous and thorough and explained everything so I could readily understand it. He does a great job on all fronts. I really appreciate his help and expertise.

I walked in to my local Mavis an hour and a half before closing with a leaking tire, not sure if they would be able to help me out. Not only did they gladly take in my car, but they found the leak (a NAIL) that had me putting air in my tire every two weeks for the past few months! They did this in 30 minutes and then completed the repairs in less time than the original estimate.
