Excellent Customer Service, the customer is kept informed of want is needed to maintain your car in top running condition and road worthy. They do not play on your lack of knowledge (if any) regarding what repairs are needed for your car. I have taken my car to an independent shop, had my vehicle checked. Decided to go to Mavis for comparison and found their prices competitive with far superior workmanship.

Ordered four new tires for our camper last week. They were Carlisle 235/85/16 load rating G 14 ply, and the service was great! John and his team did a top notch job. Will definitely be using Mavis for all our future tire needs.

Found nail on left rear tire. Fast Service for fixing tire low on air. Customer service was friendly and courteous. In and out within twenty minutes. Mechanic explained where nail was located in tire. Would recommend for future service. Thank you.

Both of our vehicles go to this Tuffy Location. NO one else is touching my Jeep! I have trusted this crew for years and have always received care above and beyond the call of duty. I will not go anywhere else.

My family and I have been using one specific Mavis location for years and we are ALWAYS MORE THAN PLEASED with the experiences we have had throughout the past seven years or so. We've tried SEVERAL other places, but this is the ONE we keep coming back to and are loyal to! Always top notch service, no shady pricing or gimmicks, they honor coupons, and never hesitate to explain EVERYTHING IN DEPTH so that you ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND what's going on with your vehicle! Those things are extremely difficult to find nowadays and we won't be changing anytime soon!!!

I've taken two cars into Scarsdale Mavis and both times it wasn't clear if I needed a new tire or it could be repaired. Both times they repaired the tire when they could have simply told me I needed a new one.

The service was great and the customer service was excellent. The store manager communicated with me on everything and the price was pleasing. I will definitely recommend. I went to have my Alternator replaced and the turnaround time was quick. I really appreciated that. The location I visited was the Shreveport Barksdale Blvd in Shreveport Louisiana.

Just wanted to say that an employee by the name of Tiffanee ** is the absolute best! No matter what store she’s at I can get great quality service and knowledge about my vehicles! The entire staff at this Fayetteville location in the pavilion is great!

Unfortunately I've been using them for years, I took 2 vehicles in for routine, maintenance on March 12, 2022 to the Phoenixville PA location and 3 days later my engine light and oil light turned on, turns out that they never replaced the oil cap after the oil change and it totally destroyed my engine. It's now 3 WEEKS later and I am still waiting on management to approve the vehicle repairs that they caused. I just spoke to Kevin the regional manager and he could care less with the frustration and inconvenience they have caused. They are just taking their time to get my vehicle sent out for repairs. I would not recommend them to anyone, this is one place that could care less for their customers regardless of how many years you have used them. An apology does nothing for destroying a vehicle I have only had for 6 months and doing payments on.. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I walked in and was greeted, everyone was very nice. He sent a text when the car was done. The car drives and rides great. I will definitely be back with my other cars. We had a nice conversation about Mustangs and Hot Rods.

Kenny at the front desk is always helpful, informative, and friendly! Jen always does a fast and thorough job when performing maintenance on my car! The store is clean and I like that there are places to charge your phone while you wait. They do need to hire more techs; the store is always busy.

My tire pressure indicator lit up on my car a couple of days ago. I busy with work and family and I didn't have time to take care of it until today. I got there early and was in and out in no time flat (pun intended)!

We had an excellent experience at Mavis last night. My tires were in terrible condition making the car unsafe to drive. Our tires were replaced quickly by an extremely friendly and professional staff. We are truly grateful to have Mavis so close to our home.

The service I received here was excellent. I had an emergency situation with my car, visiting in Shirley, NY, on Fri. Apr.1. The Mavis was extremely busy and booked up. But they agreed to evaluate the damage I had incurred the previous night from a very bad pothole. The damage was extensive on the front and rear passenger side. I needed to drive home upstate NY, ASAP. Overnight they ordered parts, and had my car repaired by 11AM next morning. The service consultant at the counter, and the service manager were very professional, accommodating, and experienced. This was one of the best auto repair experiences I have had!

I've had my car to Mavis twice recently, for repairs. The pricing was just over half of the quoted price, from my usual go-to shop. I was kept informed during said repairs, of any delays in receiving parts, or scheduling requiring specialist for the service. Employees are friendly, helpful & do go out of their way to try to save you money. They even researched my car, to see if one $500.00+ repair could be done under recall notice. Mavis is my new garage of choice. I highly recommend them!!

Excellent professional help with the issue I was having. The manager looked at my car as soon as he could and diagnosed the issue as a bad tire pressure sensor. It was replaced and car was returned to me within an hour. Excellent service and exceptional detail. I will keep coming back to this store.

Cameron was fantastic at setting expectations and servicing multiple customers. I watched in the Waiting Area where he helped different customers with their own specific needs, and he got them all cared for. The mechanics, who I did not meet, must be great. I had my car "ready-to-roll" in a timely manner.

The people at the Mavis Tire were very good and kept me I formed as the process went on. They were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience and I would go back there again. My wife is going there tomorrow to see about getting her tire fixed and maybe getting new tires.

The Mavis Tires in Tallahassee Florida (Tallahassee, Mill Creek Lane) is run by a manager named Todd. Todd is the best and his staff take after him. All around great shop, helpful staff, and A+ Manager. Great communication and reliable work done with help after the job is complete. Would highly recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes for any automotive work you need done.

Very professional and did a great job. I am very satisfied with their service. This will be my go to place for oil changes, inspections, etc. and they are open on Sundays which is what I need because I work full time and need Saturdays and Sundays to get my car serviced.

Very knowledgeable salesman explained and showed me why and what I needed. Made sure to check on me and let me know any updates while I waited! The waiting area was also clean and had fresh coffee. When the job was done I was met at the front door with my vehicle and no issues.

I went there for the intention of getting my alignment and suspension checked out. Ty told me it would be a 45 minute wait so I said ok and I waited for a while but understood their situation with staff only 2 mechanics and him. While they were getting busy and Ty came to tell me that I had several things going on so I chose to do 1 of them and that was the struts. Ty gave me the price of it and I hit the floor but he took care of me anyway he could and I thought that was the greatest thing but even though helping with the price it was still very expensive. I understand about inflation and everything but the price could be better.

The employee at the service desk was very friendly and wanted to make sure my service was everything I needed to have done. The mechanic that informed me of another service that should be taken care of was very polite and informative of what was needed done. I enjoy having my car serviced there.

I tried to exchange the wrong size tires I bought, and they told me they could not exchange them for me. I then showed them their policy and they said they could do it. The man who took care of me was also very rude about the situation, even though I was very respectful. His name is Charles.

Walk-in for a tire repair. The staff was courteous upon my arrival and informed me they would be with me shortly. Indicated I need a tire repaired, the staff was helpful and quick. I was in and out within an couple hours (as expected).

I had a scheduled oil change appointment at 6pm on 3/17. I was a little early but was still serviced immediately. Charles had great customer service and was very thorough thru the entire process. He did let me know my wiper blades looked worn which I had realized the previous day and meant to mention during check-in so super glad they brought that to my attention!

Had a great experience getting new brake pads and rotors. Straightforward and didn’t try to upsell on anything. Nice people too. Had a squeal after installation but brought it back and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly (dust guard just had to be adjusted.).

Fast, excellent service at reasonable prices. Drove over a nail, had to get the tire repaired before it went flat. Mavis took me right in, checked all the tires, repaired the damaged one and I was on my way. Price was right and super quick turnaround time.

Mavis is my go-to location for help with my leases and with my new van. The dealerships are not in the business of service, but Mavis is and I have had excellent customer service and care of my vehicles. I recommend calling ahead to get an appointment, but service can be available to walk-ins.

As always Kenny took care of us. He listened to the issues, suggested a course of action and estimated cost. The vehicle work was completed on time and at the estimated cost. We have multiple vehicles that we bring in for service.

I love the service a Mavis. They are friendly and they a repeat full too and we go there all the time and we there every time we need something done. And I would tell my friends to go there too and other people too.

Checked everything I asked them to and explained what needed attention and what might need attention in the near future. This was my second visit to their Spartanburg, SC location. I would recommend them to anyone for service on their vehicles.

This is my second time using this store and I tend to pay a few dollars more at places if the customer service is real good. This is one of those, and for Albany, GA that’s saying a lot. I’m not saying overly expensive but it wasn’t the lowest I got quoted elsewhere. He did give me the $10 off coupon for my tire alignment and knocked off another $5 for good measure. I would recommend this location to friends.

Brand new tires. Confirmed with Jim that a wheel alignment is advisable. He was willing to check if needed. They showed me what the measurements were before and after. Timely process and very friendly and courteous. I recommend this particular location.

The Catskill NY location is excellent. Many times the schedule is busy, but the staff are excellent. From the managers to the techs, all are helpful, upfront and as accommodating as they can be. They do everything they can for you and make the entire experience pleasurable.

Mavis Discount Tire has earned my entire families business. Most courteous and knowledgeable group of mechanics and office personnel. Landon is the salesman that took excellent care of my daughter's car and mine as well. From the time I walked in to the time I left, they took care of my every need and never tried to oversell me anything.

I was happy with the front service but when I went back 3 days later to re-torque my tires we noticed 2 wheel locks were missing and some of the other wheel lugs were loose. Thank God I didn’t have an accident while driving to work on 95. You should not be working in a garage rotating tires if you don’t know how to put all of the lugs and wheel locks back on and tightened them. I had an oil change so now I wonder if he put a new oil filter.

For the last six years, I have taken my car to the Mavis Tire in Fishkill, NY. I have even recommended them to numerous friends and family based on: how well they honored appointments and the customer service they provided. Unfortunately, that is not the case anymore. After an unfortunate incident related to a car inspection, not only were they not accommodating to my requests during the inspection, they also misplaced OEM parts from my car. What was worse was I was blamed that I didn’t come in with the parts. (I have video proof that I did).

I had my 3rd flat on the same tire in 1 month and the place I got it and who fixed it said it’s no longer free. Mavis responded immediately, squeezed me in and replaced it for a very fair price and took care of this very quickly. I am very pleased and will never return to the last place.

I had noticed a nail in one of my tires and found out the hard way that my spare was flat. I went to the Mavis store nearby and asked about a patch and getting a used tire to use as a spare. They quickly repaired the tire and looked but didn't find a used tire. I was then given options for a new tire to use as a spare. I wasn’t given the “sales” pitch for new tires or for an expensive spare. The price they gave was very fair and acceptable and I quickly agreed even though I had no intention of buying new for a spare. I forgot to mention that I didn’t get there until about closing time but no one was in a hurry and they were professional as well as very personable. I was in and out in no time. Great store, great experience with a great staff.

Great service, mechanics are very timely. Each time I took my vehicle, they explained to me what they were going to and after completing job, if something was wrong with vehicle. I would get your invoice with breakdown of cost. I’m definitely satisfied with Mavis.

The Branch in Nanuet, New York forever exceeds expectations whenever I visit. Great staff and a clean environment. I was traveling from Florida to North Carolina when I caught a flat near Brunswick, GA in the middle of the night with 3 dogs in the car. We headed to the Brunswick Mavis first thing in the morning, they were pretty backed up. We had to check out of the hotel by 11, they allowed us to go check out and come back with our 3 dogs while they serviced my vehicle. They got us in and out within a few hours and really took care of us. We were so appreciative in such a stressful time. Thank you Brunswick Mavis!

The local Mavis Tire store always provides great and reliable service. The management there makes sure their customers are satisfied. They are competitive on pricing for oil changes and new tires and brakes. I currently have 5 automobiles serviced there.

Mavis Tire was responsive to my needs, and fair in their pricing. None of the other tire center retailers had my size tire in stock, and I needed all 4 of them installed today. Mavis had all 4, and in several options...IN STOCK. Their service was super fast, and they advised me that I had 2 other items that would need to addressed. That was good to know.

Mavis protected me from a very dangerous moment on the road. They were not pushy but compassionately informed me that my tires were too dangerous to be on the road. They gave me discounts, the store manager and lead mechanic were great!

I bought my last set of tires from another dealer. I had a puncture that was poorly plugged. Mavis spent 1/2 hour diagnosing the leak and didn't charge me anything. The gentleman that represented the work to be done on my vehicle were honest and integral, and the man I interfaced with, Lawrence, was genuine and integral. The staff at the Jersey City RT 440 location is Always Amazing when servicing my vehicle. They are respectable & courtesy and wear proper Covid specific (mask & gloves) covering when inside my vehicle. They explain in detail & address any questions I have. Knowledgeable. Great Service!

I’ve been to the location in Lakewood Ranch Blvd a few times. I’ve purchased tires and have complimentary tire rotations, I had a wheel alignment and also recently had front brakes. They were attentive, fair in pricing, efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

Brought my 2020 Honda Civic in for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix the leak in my front right tire. They did everything I asked for and they had me out as quickly as possible. I bring all my cars here and I will continue to do so. They are a great staff of people and I never had any issues with them.

I went in for a balance of my tires. Staff was professional and courteous. They did a comprehensive analysis as to what would cause the imbalance. They also found and showed me parts that would affect the safety of the vehicle and were able to repair the items at a reasonable price and get me back on the road quicker than I thought the initial balance would take. I have to say I am very happy with the service and will recommend this Mavis to my friends and family.

My experience was great. Went for brakes. They notified me I needed ball joint repair. Took it back the following week to get that done. Got an oil change. The next day my light was on. I called. I had a really good experience here! The staff was friendly and helpful, there were several I interacted with, Paul is the only one I remember by name but they were all great. They finished my car at the exact time promised and they recommended a couple of services that should be done in the near future but I didn’t feel any pressure. I will go back there again.

Mavis Discount Tire is always fair, consistent and very honest, no hidden fees or surprises. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I used to go to the dealer to get my car serviced but then realized how it’s all about making money. Not here. I’ve gone to several locations in and around New Jersey and have always had a positive experience even when I had a nail in my tire, they took the nail out and checked the tire, patched it and didn’t charge me anything. Will always go them and recommend them highly.

Mavis Tire in Clemmons is amazing. They’re always super helpful when I have any questions and always get my car done in a reasonable timeframe. Getting car repairs is typically stressful but they always make the process super easy. Can’t say enough good things about the people that work here.

As context, two weeks before to going to Mavis I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. It was a horrible experience with the workers/manager being incredibly rude! In contrast, the team at Mavis were helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They even offered tips on how I could save money on parts. GREAT JOB!!!

I visited the Dekalb Tire/Mavis Tire Sandy Springs Roswell Rd Atlanta (ST: 0676) for an oil change and tire rotation. Mavis did not have the proper equipment to provide me with the standard records of my service. Upon my vehicle inspection the customer agent advised me (very hard sell) to get a $130+ alignment. I went to Mavis for an oil change. So ultimately I relented (in part because I can see that I need new tires and secondly because the agent advised that rotating the tires was not the solution -- it needed the problem corrected).

Both the manager and Nati were great with my vehicle. They were busy but found a way to fit me in. There was some confusion around an online tire purchase i made. It wasn't on their end. They worked it out and I got the service I needed.

Had a tire warning come on. Tried to resolve myself at an air station. Getting very low readings. Decided to go to Mavis to check it out. Incredibly courteous service. They took time to remove all tires check them, inflate. Even checked brakes, battery while at it. Reset warning light. All good - no charge! Incredible follow up service to tires I had had them put on 6 months ago. Again the person taking my info, checking me in, they are the face of the company, did it extremely well, helpful, informative, kept me updated while I waited. Can't say enough good things for a simple thing well taken care of.

Had to replace 1 tire. They had Tire there next day and did a good job communication price time frame to complete. I brought Tire in so didn't have to wait with vehicle so they got off easy not having to put it on. Would do business again. Have been a customer for well over 10 years.

Our appointment was perfect and we got our two cars back within 2 hours. Car # 1- 4 tires +oil change. Car # 2 oil change and tire rotation. Service and workmanship was impeccable. I couldn't ask for anything more. The prices were much better than other tire/service stations.

I put off getting my tire checked, fixed and/or changed for months. I had a slow leak and didn’t know why. It changed from airing up from 20-32, every week to every 2 days as it got colder. I drive about 160 miles a day! So I finally woke up to a complete flat! AAA towed me to Mavis in Antioch and they told me they would check it before replacing it. A small nail had been embedded in the tire for who knows how long. A quick cheap fix! Plus they checked my brakes, shocks and battery!

After my inspection and repairs I drove my car to Cleveland Ohio 6.5 hours one way no issue. Very good job. While they were working on my car they stayed in touch by keeping informed of what need fixed and the cost.. So thank you Mavis Tire.

I always have good service with Mavis. The person that checked me in was fine. The person that checked me out was off. I thought smoke breaks were outside and away from the facility not inside the garage. That was my only issue. Plus the guy that cashed me out. I said twice that I needed to make an appointment for next Friday to get the two new ones on the front of my vehicle. He acted like he couldn't remember or didn't care.

Emergency repair. A screw in tire close to wall of tote. Unable to repair. Replaced 2 front tires. Got in repair shop 4pm. No appointment. They took my car in and 6:15 pm car was done. They went out of their way to fix my car so I’m happy and will return February 5 on my day off to replace the two rear tires because it’s due. Thanks again.

Made appointment online for next day. Only negative was no night drop box that I could find (forgot to ask about it though). Erica was super great when dropping off. She called few hours later to advise what was needed. Was done by end of day but picked up next day. Honestly had no issues with service or employee. Great experience.
