My Dell computer crashed on me; everything was reading in a strange script of numbers. I had used Total Tech Care before and so I called them early on a Monday morning. JR took my call, took over my computer, and had it back up like new in a very short time. I was behind in my payments (neglected to update new visa card) and he overlooked that and I was pleased with the charges and no late fees applied and If you use a computer you have to have Total Tech Care. The technician was very knowledgeable and very patient. He corrected our problem quickly and efficiently and made me feel very much at ease. I would strongly recommend this service to all! You have just really been fantastic. I could not access my Emails this morning or this afternoon. I called Total Tech Care, got two males who hung up on me, then spoke with a delightful lady named Lindsay who cleared out my Emails and got everything working again. She was a pleasure to work with.
