I signed a contract with the sales rep for Solar 360 to replace my roof, install solar panels and back-up batteries on my home in 2024. The owner of this company, Frank Monteleone, failed to pay his sub-contractors in dozens of jobs, and potentially more than that. The sub-contractors have placed liens on the homes where Solar 360 did work, requiring homeowners to shell out even more money so they don't lose their house. Mr. Monteleone fails to answer his phone, emails, or remedy the situation in any way. The state of California has suspended his business license and may revoke it altogether. This is NOT a reliable company to have work on your property. Please do not hire them.
