I believe they’ve gone out of business. Left me high and dry with a system not working.

Was told that I would not have another electric bill and within a year I would receive a 11,000 rebate check that I could use to knock my total bill down (which was ridiculous BTW). Never received a rebate check, my electric bill was never even close to zero. Now the pricks went out of business and left me with no warranty and a huge bill from dividend finance. BIG MISTAKE!!!

After a difficult and poorly managed install with PureLight, we found that we had a solar panel that was not working properly. The system did not make it a year without a failure. PureLight said they were unable to fix the panel because they did not have any employees to work in Washington State. After contacting us early this month to let us know that the repair appointment we waited 8 months for was cancelled because an employee quit, we received a phone call this morning stating PureLight was no longer doing business in Washington State. When asked about getting the failed solar panel fixed, we were told to contact a local solar company for repair. So much for paying for a product with a 10-year warranty since they didn't ever fix the problem under warranty. Do not do business with PureLight unless you are prepared to be abandoned and ignored.

After careful research, I chose Purelight Power and couldn’t be happier. Fast, clean install, no roof damage, and my energy bills have noticeably dropped. I recommend them to anyone considering going solar.

The entire experience from beginning to end was seamless. Excellent sales, well explained and all my questions answered. Office personnel had all the paperwork and permits processed. They stayed on top of it all, kept me updated, etc. The installation was so fast and clean. Nothing left behind to pick up! The amount of effort they went to to protect the home and yard was amazing! Weather in Montana can be unpredictable, but the team kept me informed, and the first break we had, got their crew out here, and the project done! I'd recommend Purelight any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

We're glad to say everything went as promised! Communication was good, crews that came to our house were friendly and helpful and took care of things beyond the scope of the project. So far everything is working as expected.

All the team members were helpful and efficient. Nice to work with this company. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family. My reason for getting these panels was more about resale value for my home. I am hoping this will make my home more efficient and affordable in the long run.

We added solar to our house this year, utilizing Purelight Power. As we were making the decision to go solar, we looked at various options and choose Purelight Power and have never looked back. We worked with Lilly M. as our salesperson who was professional and very informative. The level of professionalism in working with Purelight Power from day 1 was amazing. Had a good experience from start to finish. Was told what to expect from day 1 and it played out the way I was told to a T! Definitely one of the smarter choices I've made!! If you want to regulate your electric bill and not worry about increases every year I'd recommend going with these guys!!

This project was handled very professionally. I work in project management and as projects go this project was seamless and painless. The installation crew was informative and courteous my neighbors even made a comment of how nice they were.

We went into this knowing pretty much nothing, and Tyler answered all of our crazy random questions. All the way through the process I have felt they've answered my questions and have been very open and forthcoming. The installers were very polite and cleaned up everything and did their best not to interrupt my work day during the installation. We will definitely recommend Tyler and Pure Light to friends and family.

I enjoyed working with everyone at Purelight. I was not having the best of day when we had our first meeting and I was not in the mood for a meeting and was fully prepare to not get solar. Luke was great when he came and explained things very well. He was open, honest and answered all of our questions. The whole process was easy and they did everything that needed to be done. Pros: Everyone I spoke to at Purelight was communicative and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly answer all my (many) questions about materials, taxes, and power production. They provide options for different roofing materials and solar panel placement. They were even able to accommodate the removal of an unused chimney. It felt like Purelight was helping me design the job rather than selling it to me.

Our experience started with a knock on our door from a salesperson and a few months later we have solar installed and producing power! Great program/plan! Great customer service! Answered questions and explained things thoroughly.

The entire process from sales to installation to post-install walkthrough was all excellent. Purelight goes above and beyond to make it the best experience. Lincoln was very helpful to answer all my questions I had before I purchased the system. The installation team did a great job and the panels looks great. Lastly, Jonathan did a great job explaining how I can monitor my system through the app to ensure my system is working to its full potential.

Everyone at Purelight from the installation team were professional, courteous, and efficient. We were already considering adding solar power when a Pure Light Sales representative came to our neighborhood and I waved them over. He explained how Pure Light would not only install solar but also could help us get a top of the line new roof without any money down. The installers kept us informed throughout the process. They left our yard and home clean. We look forward to seeing positive changes in our power bill!

My experience working with Tyler and the entire Purelight Power team was seamless. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and my solar energy system was installed in less than eight weeks. Great respectful company. The electrician that came out to set up. The solar panel is really helpful too. Help me upgrade my breaker box and answered questions that were not related to my solar. Did a very good job cleaning up after themselves.

It has been a Great experience working with Andrew (Sales) along with the Set-up Panel crew who was timely, clean and professional! Even when the Inspector came to review work, he complimented on the work performed. Then today, Ben was helpful and informative. Made the decision to go solar an easy one. Love the monitoring app. Being able to see my system's status and output in near real time, really scratches that technology itch. Overall my experience with Purelight Power was a good one. Orlando was great and was always available to answer any questions I had. Same goes for the whole staff from the walk through of turning the system on, to getting set up on the mobile app.

I am really happy with the work that was completed for my solar panels. The consultation was very informative and they broke it down to show and compare the rates and amount of power I could produce and save money in the long run. Great experience so far using this system. I was very skeptical at first but feel more comfortable and why not harness the solar energy in the sky which is a natural and cost effective. Purelight staff have been very helpful so far.

The project from start to finish went very well, from the roofers replacing our roof to the team of folks installing and wiring the solar panels. All of the details taken care of with permits and engineers. Team did a great job!

I will keep it short and sweet. From start to finish and still ongoing, nothing but good words to say about the quality and performance of everyone all around. Everyone was approachable and helpful. To the point where people who approach my father (30+ year electrician whose company doesn't deal necessarily with solar panels or installations) and his boss call me asking questions and for referrals. Would give more stars if it were possible, aaannnndddd they had given me a hoodie hahaha.

From start to finish Purelight made the whole process easy and streamlined. The salesman, Brandon was a rockstar, the install team was quick and professional, the office staff was friendly and communicated well with handling the different stages of the process. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Added $5000 to the price of the install because of an unexpected trench needed to be dug. Starting installation in November and did not finish and have it up and running until February. The electrical tying installer did a terrible job of putting back together the soffit and a very messy job in his insulation and most of that had to be redone. I would go weeks without hearing anything about finishing the installation or why there was a delay. Once insulation was finished they were too busy for another 3 weeks before they could schedule a video call to make sure everything was running correctly. They entered my email incorrectly with Tesla. Required me to spend a half an hour on the phone getting that switched over to the correct email address. Spent $40,000. Not impressed with overall customer service. There were a few people on the way that were great to work with, but overall pretty terrible.

I found Purelight Power to be one of the best companies I've worked with around my house. The sales talk was honest and helpful in making my decision to finally install solar. The installation crew was very polite and the work was done quite quickly. My yard was clean after they finished. The follow-up encounters have been useful and informative. I'm quite satisfied with my decision to go solar.

From sales rep through design, install, and activation had nothing but good experience with PureLight. Local(ish) company was prompt in responding when I reached out, was clear and honest about the process and expectations.

Overall project went well. The roof install had some delays which caused the overall project to delay but the solar install was efficient and went smoothly. Ben ** did a great post installation run through. Houston ** was a great salesperson and Andrea ** was a great support person who handled all the tough stuff and was always available during the project.

I had a great experience working with Jon and Scott from Purelight. From the first meeting to install took about 2 months. The app you use to track everything is real simple as well. Would definitely recommend using them.
