Purelight Power Reviews

Hayden ** did an amazing job walking me through the process. He explained every step along the way. The installation crew was respectful and extremely hardworking. They came in, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. 6 stars out of 5.

Very professional from our first encounter with sales staff (Kyle **) to installers and all follow up interactions. Never felt like we were left in the dark on anything. Quickly answered any question we had. Thank you for a very positive experience. Would highly recommend Purelight!

Pure Light, has been exceptionally informative & patient with educating my wife and I. The process and decision-making was intimidating at first. Pure Light, was there every step of the way and helped us the entire time. We're grateful and happy to have gone solar. We excited to see our electricity bills go down ❤️. Professional, Great Customer Service & Responsive.

Easy to work with, knowledgeable associates and $0 upfront costs. Small payment built around utility bill so not paying anything more. Was quick to install and the warranty covered is above par. Bring on the sun!

First time making decision to install residential solar. Start to finish the Purelight Power team was very informative and assisted greatly with the process to get approval from the power company to operate the solar power system. Highly Recommend Purelight Power if you are interested in learning more about solar power and if you decide to install a system.

Jon was super accommodating with my schedule, he’s a great communicator and helped me get my service set up. He checked in in the morning prior to the call and walked me through everything with all the details. Thank you.

Energy consultant Jack is amazing, explained the whole system to me thoroughly, even the installation crew answered my questions. I have been kept in the loop throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Purelight Power.

We really appreciated the straight answers and no pushy sales people to keep bugging us to see if we wanted to proceed. The company did everything they said and communicated regularly to keep us up-to-date and aware of where things were and what to expect. Great Solar Energy Company.

I have had a great experience with Purelight Power. Enzo did a great job explaining everything and the team that installed the panels were incredible. It was the windiest day but they still got them up in no time!! Would definitely recommend! 😊

Worked with Jackson for over a year trying to make my solar home a reality and he did everything he could to help me reach the goal. The only issue I had was getting the time to be at home for the walkthrough and install since I work at a bank and they only operate during banking hours. Super solid sales and tech teams otherwise, would highly recommend their services.

I had a great experience talking to Jon. Very informative, and knowledgeable in answering my questions and concerns. The team from start to finish was very pleasant to work with. Shaun was great person to work with, he never left me the dark. Kept me informed of everything that was going on. What the ending would entail. Thanks.😊

The experience with Purelight has been fantastic. Will recommend to family and friends and neighbors. We are very happy with the company 😀😊. Everyone has been so helpful and easy to talk to. Thank you so much.

Great people from start to finish. Even got a new roof with the project. Customer support was always available and knowledgeable. The total process was easy and resulted in a great system that should offset almost if not all of my power bill.

We had a good experience with our solar installation. I like the fact that their sales staff and installation crews are based locally. Everyone was good to work with. Adding solar with Purelight Power was a good choice.

We have enjoyed every step of the way! Got the power turned on quickly and in a timely manner.

Purelight made this process very easy from start to finish. My salesperson, Connor, did a great job explaining things and stayed in communication throughout the whole process. I'm happy to be making my own power!

Purelight Power exceeded our expectations with their professionalism and expertise in installing solar panels. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and their team was knowledgeable and efficient. A special shoutout to Orlando, who was pivotal in guiding us through the process. He took the time to explain all the benefits of going solar and answered every question we had with clarity and patience. If you’re considering solar, we highly recommend Purelight Power for a stress-free experience!

I had solar panels installed at my home in Bellevue, Washington through what was previously known as "Solgen". I reached out to them to inquire about installing a Battery and they told me they are now "Purelight power". I scheduled a consultation with them over the phone where I asked them how the batteries work, what is their life expectancy etc. I requested a quote for two different types of setup (two batteries vs a single battery and more solar panels) and they said they would be sending that over email prior to our next consultation. The day of the next consultation came and they had not sent that information.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish, The install team was great, The electrician was great and answered any questions that I had, Rusti from the office kept me informed throughout the process, after everything was up and running Jonathan had a video call to go through any other questions that I might have.

We were extremely disappointed in the sheer lack of communication with this company! We jumped through all the hoops, got everything approved, then everyone dropped us the like a hot rock! After many weeks and weeks without a single call, text, or email. My husband who is a 77-year-old disabled vet, got sicker and sicker so we decided we don’t want to do business with them. Now they still want us to pay them! They did NOTHING but leave us hanging! I just need them to stop hounding us, it’s causing too much stress for my husband!

This company initially was easy to work with until after the install. My system didn't pass county inspection. I asked Purelight to come out to fix the issue. All I got was excuses as to why they couldn't. Several weeks later the system is still not repaired and I still don't have an answer as to when they will be coming out to fix it.
