The project from start to finish went very well, from the roofers replacing our roof to the team of folks installing and wiring the solar panels. All of the details taken care of with permits and engineers. Team did a great job!

I will keep it short and sweet. From start to finish and still ongoing, nothing but good words to say about the quality and performance of everyone all around. Everyone was approachable and helpful. To the point where people who approach my father (30+ year electrician whose company doesn't deal necessarily with solar panels or installations) and his boss call me asking questions and for referrals. Would give more stars if it were possible, aaannnndddd they had given me a hoodie hahaha.

From start to finish Purelight made the whole process easy and streamlined. The salesman, Brandon was a rockstar, the install team was quick and professional, the office staff was friendly and communicated well with handling the different stages of the process. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Added $5000 to the price of the install because of an unexpected trench needed to be dug. Starting installation in November and did not finish and have it up and running until February. The electrical tying installer did a terrible job of putting back together the soffit and a very messy job in his insulation and most of that had to be redone. I would go weeks without hearing anything about finishing the installation or why there was a delay. Once insulation was finished they were too busy for another 3 weeks before they could schedule a video call to make sure everything was running correctly. They entered my email incorrectly with Tesla. Required me to spend a half an hour on the phone getting that switched over to the correct email address. Spent $40,000. Not impressed with overall customer service. There were a few people on the way that were great to work with, but overall pretty terrible.

I found Purelight Power to be one of the best companies I've worked with around my house. The sales talk was honest and helpful in making my decision to finally install solar. The installation crew was very polite and the work was done quite quickly. My yard was clean after they finished. The follow-up encounters have been useful and informative. I'm quite satisfied with my decision to go solar.

From sales rep through design, install, and activation had nothing but good experience with PureLight. Local(ish) company was prompt in responding when I reached out, was clear and honest about the process and expectations.

Overall project went well. The roof install had some delays which caused the overall project to delay but the solar install was efficient and went smoothly. Ben ** did a great post installation run through. Houston ** was a great salesperson and Andrea ** was a great support person who handled all the tough stuff and was always available during the project.

I had a great experience working with Jon and Scott from Purelight. From the first meeting to install took about 2 months. The app you use to track everything is real simple as well. Would definitely recommend using them.

From start to finish Purelight made the entire process smooth and stress free. Starting from the knock on the door, Purelight just felt different from the others. They didn't resort to uncomfortable sales tactics. They were honest, transparent, and genuinely focused on my needs rather than making a sale. They were confident that the product would sell itself, and it did. They kept me informed throughout the process, and most importantly, they delivered on every promise.

Hayden ** did an amazing job walking me through the process. He explained every step along the way. The installation crew was respectful and extremely hardworking. They came in, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. 6 stars out of 5.

First time making decision to install residential solar. Start to finish the Purelight Power team was very informative and assisted greatly with the process to get approval from the power company to operate the solar power system. Worked with Jackson for over a year trying to make my solar home a reality and he did everything he could to help me reach the goal. The only issue I had was getting the time to be at home for the walkthrough and install since I work at a bank and they only operate during banking hours. Super solid sales and tech teams otherwise, would highly recommend their services.

Great people from start to finish. Even got a new roof with the project. Customer support was always available and knowledgeable. The total process was easy and resulted in a great system that should offset almost if not all of my power bill.

I had solar panels installed at my home in Bellevue, Washington through what was previously known as "Solgen". I reached out to them to inquire about installing a Battery and they told me they are now "Purelight power". I scheduled a consultation with them over the phone where I asked them how the batteries work, what is their life expectancy etc. I requested a quote for two different types of setup (two batteries vs a single battery and more solar panels) and they said they would be sending that over email prior to our next consultation. The day of the next consultation came and they had not sent that information.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish, The install team was great, The electrician was great and answered any questions that I had, Rusti from the office kept me informed throughout the process, after everything was up and running Jonathan had a video call to go through any other questions that I might have.

We were extremely disappointed in the sheer lack of communication with this company! We jumped through all the hoops, got everything approved, then everyone dropped us the like a hot rock! After many weeks and weeks without a single call, text, or email. My husband who is a 77-year-old disabled vet, got sicker and sicker so we decided we don’t want to do business with them. Now they still want us to pay them! They did NOTHING but leave us hanging! I just need them to stop hounding us, it’s causing too much stress for my husband!
