I had a system installed on my house. The system seems to be working ok. The problem is that the company seems to be out of business. The warranty on the system was supposed to be 25 years. Now that they stop doing business if you need anything repaired, under warranty, you need to hire someone and pay for it. As far as I know Planet Solar did not file for bankruptcy, they just closed, leaving all their customer hanging in the air. There must be a way legally to hold them (the owners) responsible for any problems that should be covered under the warranty. It might be a good idea to get as many customers together that had problems with Planet Solar and sue them. Anyone have ideas to get it started?
