Our experience with Our World Energy was excellent starting with Bryan, Regional Sales Manager, through representative Noemi, then Dylan and his outstanding 3-man installation team, next Mark Anthony in the Albuquerque Office, and now Rhyder in Phoenix. Dylan and his crew arrived early July 12th and his 16 PV Q-Cells array installation went extremely smoothly. This team was exemplary in every respect in what would be a simple, safe, flat roof environment. Our World Energy responds professionally, quickly, and efficiently to our every phone call. We are starting to monitor our kWh production with the very good Enphase app and will review again with our results.

We had our solar system installed by One World Energy over a 2-day period. I was impressed from the start. I am by nature hard to please (my wife would use other another word) having successfully run several customer service operations from construction to telecom. Any pre-conceived concerns faded away quickly after talking with Marcel. Marcel was friendly, communicative, and courteous. Everything they were doing was explained, and if I asked for more details, Marcel easily provided it.
The other workers were very considerate and friendly when I engaged them in conversation. They all even hustled through a half day of light rain! There was no interruption of our day. The installation was well-planned and everything from conduit to panels went up like clockwork. I waited a short while to review the installation just to see if everything would hold up outside. Through 2 Texas storms, it did. Outstanding job, excellent experience.
