Stay away, run, hide, avoid at all costs. Our experience with Our World Energy has been extremely disappointing. The sales pitch sounded convincing, and because we had a positive experience with solar in the past, we had no reason to question the promises we were given. We purchased a solar system after being told it would produce more than enough energy to meet our needs and that our APS bill would be little to nothing. Instead, our electric bills have increased dramatically, completely defeating the purpose of investing in solar. The most frustrating part has been the lack of follow-through. We’ve repeatedly been told, “I’m on it” or that the company would make things right, but months later we’re still waiting for a real resolution while continuing to pay these excessive utility bills.

By far the most dialed company in AZ. Phenomenal customer service and honest ethics!

This has been the most horrific experience!!! They promise savings, there are none! They promise things they are unable to keep. The worst part is that the salesperson that came to my door was the son of a friend, who then brought his lead. I was informed the power plant was closing and we would have to pull electric from Texas, New Mexico and Colorado. That was a lie. I was told I would save, well another lie. I have nothing but trouble and paying more than I was before solar. I have called and sent all the proof surrounding mispresentation and false promises and nothing has changed.

Don't trust them. They never answer. Make promises they can't keep. Come and install and leaves a mess. Wire ends everywhere. The trenches were left open. It's been 2 weeks since installed. 2 weeks calling customer service and no answer.

Connor, our sales rep, and the installation team were awesome. Everyone else has been incompetent. Several project managers accused me of not returning calls or text messages. When the Santa Fe regional manager called and accused me of this, my response was "I answered your call from the same number, correct?' I have had my service for almost a year, and it has not worked almost 1/3 the time. The 1st issue took 3 weeks to resolve, a blown fuse. Replaced but gave no explanation why it blew. The 2nd issue. I received an electric bill that was double my normal bill. Looked at the Enphase app and EVERY inverter is not working and has not been for 3 WEEKS. Called Enphase and they said there was something wrong with the panels. Instructed me to call Our World Energy to set up service......

Antonio was very knowledgeable and it was great working with him. He is friendly and hopefully all your employees are as great and work well with others. It will be great having solar and saving money.

The company was quite helpful throughout the whole installation process. A warning though, the process involves both the electric company and local government so it will move at the speed of bureaucracy. The system itself has proven to be inadequate. We were told that it would be designed to cover our historic usage and that we could expect to save money over what we have been paying. Instead we still receive about a $30 electric bill in addition to the lease payment which means we are now paying more per month for electricity.

Art down here in Tucson did my site survey and he was very friendly and was knowledgeable. Explaining everything that's upcoming in the process. Would definitely recommend/work with again. Thanks Art and OWE. Sincerely Mike.

Our experience with Our World Energy was excellent starting with Bryan, Regional Sales Manager, through representative Noemi, then Dylan and his outstanding 3-man installation team, next Mark Anthony in the Albuquerque Office, and now Rhyder in Phoenix. Dylan and his crew arrived early July 12th and his 16 PV Q-Cells array installation went extremely smoothly. This team was exemplary in every respect in what would be a simple, safe, flat roof environment. Our World Energy responds professionally, quickly, and efficiently to our every phone call. We are starting to monitor our kWh production with the very good Enphase app and will review again with our results.

We had our solar system installed by One World Energy over a 2-day period. I was impressed from the start. I am by nature hard to please (my wife would use other another word) having successfully run several customer service operations from construction to telecom. Any pre-conceived concerns faded away quickly after talking with Marcel. Marcel was friendly, communicative, and courteous. Everything they were doing was explained, and if I asked for more details, Marcel easily provided it.
