Why did you take out the embroidery, quilt supplies, and yard goods from our store? This is a farm community and all the churches have quilting groups and they quilt every week. I think it is ridiculous to have to drive 50-100 miles out of town to get these supplies, especially for the elderly. The old store we had here had a lot more things in it. Please bring these things back.

I order a lingerie outfit for my anniversary and only the top half was sent although it clearly stated that both parts were shipped in the same shipment. I am very disappointed because I didn’t get what I paid for! Part of my plan for a very special weekend will not follow through as planned and I only got half of what I paid for. I had this planned for months. I found the perfect ensemble and now things are not as I had planned and I have to look again while waiting to hear from Walmart.com as to how they plan to remedy this mess for me.

I fell while shopping in the garden section and hit my head (temple area) on a metal display rack. The cause of the fall was due to store negligence, a piece of plywood was in the aisle. Management stated that it was there to display plants. I tripped over the plywood, called the store manager, had an individual get an ice pack, filled out an accident report and went to my family doctor the next day. My husband was there as my witness. Wal-Mart is stating that it is my fault for not looking for the debris, and I should have been more careful. They refuse to pay any medical bills.

I went into Walmart to buy a home drug kit. I saw 3 different kinds so I bought the one that had 4 different kits in it, but when I got to my car, I read it again and it said test for four different kinds of drugs. I thought it was for tests I could use. I was only testing for one drug so not even five minutes later, I went back into the store to get the one that only test one. It was $12.99.

The one I bought was $20.00 so when I went to the counter she told me she could not take it back even though it was only five minutes. I had the receipt and it was not open and she could not even exchange it. I said, “Why not?”. She said it has to do with body fluid. I said, “But it's not open”, and she said it does not mater. I asked where is it written that I can not take it back. She said it's the FDA. So I said, “Then why do you take back food?”.

So she called a manger and then told him what to say. Then they called another manger. To make a long story short, she told me, “You do not take back breast pumps and a whole list of things, but if they posted everything that you didn't take back, the board that shows what you don't return would be full.” So needless to say, I got stuck spending $20.00 when I really only need to spend $12 but I would be careful of things I buy form Walmart now, because they can refuse to take back things even if there is no sign posted.

I bought Mainstays outdoor furniture set, which included a tempered glass table and 6 chairs. The glass top shattered/exploded out of nowhere yesterday, June 23, 2010, after two years of having the table. I heard a loud shattering noise and I wasn't sure what it was, but, once I looked outside and saw the glass everywhere, I understood that the table had shattered. This set was pretty expensive, around $400 so now, we need to buy a new one and again, spend a few hundred dollars.

Constant lack of checkers. Rude managers, constant differences in price and ring up at register, misleading pricing practices. No one ever knows anything or "that's not my department." When you shop at Walmart in El Campo, TX 77437, you're on your own. Sometimes the only checkouts that are open through the busy times is the self checks and one speedy checkout.

I am very disappointed not in the people that work there but the management of the whole operation that makes the employees not care about their jobs or have pride in their work that they do. I feel if a company is run right and people are treated right, it doesn't matter what job they are doing. They will do it with pride and they do the best they can and feel good about them self. There the employees reflect how they are treated by their employers by their rudeness and lack of interest. Some big shot up there in corporate offices needs to get to work and straighten things out and quit looking out for their own paycheck.

Mesquite Nevada Wal-Mart has some major ongoing issues they cannot overcome. I’ve seen this store open and go through a lot of attempts to change. It appears they get so far in making these attempts to change before the employees to train the managers in a bad way to stereotype the people in the town. 1) The employees who’ve been there a long time who work day shift in customer service dept. tell the managers not to trust Mexican people, because they steal and bring back things and steal things out of the packages, and nothing is legitimate about their purchases when they return their products for exchange or for refunds.

    2) Prior to this was the store would not order anything due to these same types who would say the Mexican people were stealing the products etc. Who are supposed to be shoppers or customers? 3) I have experienced these types of girls make up policies off the tops of their heads to deny exchanges, and refunds with the receipt in hand within 24 hours of purchase and product defective or failure. 4) I stood in line watching ** shoppers not being questioned. While every time a Latino or Hispanic gets in line, there is some kind of issue. Then, the employee will call the assistant to back them up to deny the customer with the receipt.

    5) I had the assistant usually try to intimidate me, and scoff or laugh and deny any kind of help and interrogate me when I got the receipt in hand and explain my issue normally. 6) Some of these employees are Stacey, two heavy set girls hillbilly types, and Kevin or Frank, who were the assistants who laughed and said you can get as many lawyers as you want; it won’t matter. Or, that’s where you are going with this. 7) When the facts are what they are, complaints won’t be addressed. These types have been doing this for so long. This store has an inability to be like driving to Saint George, Utah, or Las Vegas Nevada.

    8) I purchased a display, TV, display laptop, and display printer. I was pushed around by some employees to tell me what I can and cannot buy and do, when I had to ask for the manager for each purchase because they cannot stock products. I bought all these in three days. I had the same issue with each employee as well. I was told I could not buy a warranty or service program, or even the product itself because it’s a display model, even when we found the manual and the product had the serial number on the product.

It keeps going on and on at this store for every single thing. They will try to deter a Hispanic or Latino customer from purchasing, anything display or not. And they will not allow or accept any refunds or exchanges with receipt and will not honor any warranty with purchased warranties etc. for anything and everything. And they will not provide the policy or show the policy for exchanges other than making it up, then being corrected from the store manager. Many times they will not call him or delay calling anyone and then say they are gone etc. and play games.

I went through a lot of these issues and have seen others bring back electronics and same products with no interrogation or scrutiny. And these girls and some guys here take things personal, rather than help the customer who wants to do business or return to spend their money. This is out of fear of not having any recourse at a reasonable level of human attempts to refund or exchange the products with receipt and time limit met, and haggle and hassles. I wonder how much money this store has lost due to these types at this store with this attitude, to stop the customer from having the satisfaction of having a positive experience with returning or exchanging and purchasing Wal-Mart products.

Good luck with your store. I won’t shop without an attorney for certain products at Mesquite Wal-Mart. Anyone ever decide to class action this store, I will be on board. This caused emotional distress and mental anguish.

I have had a broken/displaced toe for four weeks. First time I asked for a scooter, greeter lady was very nice and disconnected brought it to me. Next time greeter lady told me it was in the charging area, go get it. So I was as nice as she was; I left it inside the store. Next time, greeter man told me to get it from the charging area. Told him I did not know where to put the cord. He said, "oh just hang it over the arm, it may not fall off". So I left it inside the store and he told me that was not the place to leave the scooter. I did not reply.

Aren't these greeters paid to help customers with problems and not be so rude about it? They may have a broken toe/foot someday. Hope I'm around to tell them to go get the scooter for their use. Not sure what I'll say the next time I ask for a scooter.

First trip, I returned bad chicken legs and thighs - 10lbs bag. I bought it at a discounted price of $4.03. The lady said, "we can't take it back because of no receipt". I said I didn't know. She said she would do it just this time, so I went back and got another bag of chicken. No reduced prices there and she said that I couldn't return the chicken because I bought it at a reduced price. So I left, got home, called and talked to the meat manager. He wasn't there but talked to another guy there. He said they would return it and give me another one, so I drove back to the store. Another 9 miles, one way.

I got there, gave her my name and she said "go get another bag". So I did and she told me that she wouldn't return it because I didn't have another bag at the same price. I am broke so I didn't have the money to go the difference. I really counted on this meat to feed my family. Now, they have the spoiled meat and I have nothing. Not even the money I spent on it or a replacement I'm to do without. So my kids and family will go hungry. That bag of chicken would have fed us at least 3 meals. I don't know what I'm to do now. We are going through a very hard time and Walmart made it worse for us. Now we have to worry how we are going to feed our family. I didn't think they were able to sell spoiled meat, but they did and I happened to be the ** who bought it.

On June 17, 2010 I did my grocery shopping at this store. I got into line at 8:47 pm and waited until 9:35 pm to be checked out due to lack of employees on registers. There were 2 registers open for 20 items or less and 2 registers open for full service. There were lines of about 7 to 10 people in each line. I understand the economy; however, I spent $267.00 in one trip. When I finally got home all my frozen food was thawed out and milk, creamer, eggs, etc. were all warm. I love your store. You by far have the best prices, but at the risk of my family getting ill from bad food, I will be doing my food shopping at Publix, and will pay a higher dollar amount to ensure my family's health. Customer service should be any store’s first priority. Find you cuts elsewhere in the store and keep your registers ringing; after all that is what pays your employees in the first place, and more people would come back as they did not have to wait so long to pay.

I am disabled. I have been purchasing Timber Ridge Farms pre-cooked egg patties at this store for several years. A short time ago the store quit handling this product. I contacted Timber Ridge and was told that they had no control over which stores handled their products and they suggested I drive the 12 miles to one Lakeland, FL Wal-Mart, 14 miles to another Lakeland, FL Wal-Mart or 11 miles to the Winter-Haven, FL Wal-Mart, rather than the less than one mile to the store nearest me. Two days ago I returned to one of the Lakeland stores, and again this store has discontinued the product. I spoke to a department manager and he suggested that it was because both this store and the Auburndale store had recently undergone complete renovation and had discontinued a number of items.

I do not believe I am the only customer who purchased the aforementioned product and I would greatly appreciate you returning it to the shelves of the Auburndale store. I hate to shop elsewhere as over a period of one year, including gasoline and medications, I average approximately $75 per week at this store. While I realize $75 to Wal-Mart is insignificant, it is quite a lot to me, being on a fixed income. I would either drive 10-12 miles and hope the product is still available or change my eating habits.

I have always cashed my payroll checks, company expense checks, income tax refund checks as well as college living expense checks. Until today. I had a shopping cart full of every day items to purchase (as usual) before the clerk started to scan my first item. I showed her my check and asked her if she could cash it for me. She said, “Yes, ma’am,” gave me an ink pen and asked me to endorse the back of it.

After she had scanned my entire purchase as well as bagged my items and put the bags back into the shopping cart. She said to me "Oh, I don't have enough money to cash your check." She sent me to the front of the store to the Cash Center to have my check cashed. Like I said, I have cashed these checks at this store in the past. The lady at the Cash Center took my check and my driver’s license and instructed me to enter my Social Security Number on the keypad. Then she gives me a slip of paper with a phone number on it and told me she could not cash the check.

I asked why and she said she didn’t really know and that I needed to call the number on the slip of paper. She also said she knew the check was good, as she had been cashing checks from the college all day. She told me that she had not been allowed to cash any of the college checks over $1,500.00 for some reason.

I called the number on the slip of paper she gave me (866-** Courtesy Check Services). The lady I spoke with asked me for my driver’s license number, date of birth, account number and routing number from the check I had tried to cash. She said she found that transaction but that someone had entered my driver’s license number in wrong and there was no date of birth entered.

She instructed me to return to the store and tell the clerk to fix this error and I could cash my check. I returned to the store, shopped once again and informed the clerk of the error. She said it still would not go thru and she said she knew the check was good too but thought it was over the limit. I’m not sure what limit she was talking about because this check was only for $2,675.00 and I cashed a $4,000.00 check there in January.

I asked for a manager so he could explain to me. The manager came to the register and said he really did not know but that some of these checks were going thru today and some were not. I have valid ID, valid check from local college issued from local bank. I really don't understand being denied for having done nothing wrong.

On June 12, 2010, my family and I went into our local Wal-Mart to do a little shopping. I had just recently acquired a new fish tank, so I decided to go and take a look at the "live" fish department. I was horrified! I counted well over 100 dead fish (I stopped counting at 137.), and I was fuming anger. I walked to the nearest place where an employee is supposed to be at all times (by the firearms and ammunition) and found nobody.

I walked back to the fish department and waited for about 15 minutes before seeing anybody who could possibly help. I explained to her that I had never seen such poor living conditions for any living creature and wanted this to be fixed immediately! She said that she would "try" to get someone to fix it, but we all know that she probably just went on a cigarette break and completely forgot about it.

I printed all his senior pictures at Walmart approximately a week later about 300 total. No problem. Then six months later, I tried to create a graduation invite, using a baby picture and his senior pictures side by side. Again, no problem.

Now, I am a month away from his open house and I created a similar design using smile box for his open house invites and I was rejected on his "judgement" that they were copywrited photos and he refused to give me my photos. He was disrespectful in his reasoning and even when his support supervisor asked, "Do you scan them for copywrite?" and he said no, it is a judgement call and I am not giving these to her! I explained to him as nice as possible in my bit of dismay that I have printed 300 of these exact photos here with no question and that the photo he was questioning was taken in my backyard. I have a very expensive digital camera myself but thought it would be better for my son if someone other than me stood behind the camera, and being a teacher, I had access to a student of mine that aspires to be a photographer came over to build her resume as well. She gave me the disc and told me to go to Walmart or Meijers and print what ever I liked.

Mike and Steve's total disregard to the customers needs is completely unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer for Walmart since the store opened its door. I can honestly say it is a little disheartening to know that I will never step foot in one of your stores again. The judgement call on the behalf of one of your employees is completely unacceptable and if he feels the power to grant or deny access to peoples personal photos then I suggest you put some special training other than my personal judgement in to place to protect your employees as well as your customers.

A lady behind me was extremely mad and I watched her go to a Wal-Mart employee and complain. I told the guy on the register that my stuff was on the line already. He said he had to go on break. I told him had I not stood there for five minutes, I could understand but my stuff was on the line already. So he took me and rushed the whole order. I did not get two bags that was about $30 of merchandise.

So when I got home, I realized that I did not get some of my items so I checked off what I did get and called Walmart. I talked to a girl name Jessica. She said she had the items up front that I could come pick them up to bring the receipt. I asked her if I could pick it up the next day because it was late that evening, she said yes, she would be there tomorrow. I asked her name and wrote it on the receipt. So the next day, I sent my husband to go retrieve the items for me.

When he got there and asked for the items, he misunderstood that the checked items was what I had and the ones that was not checked was what we were getting from there. He told them that and she said she could not give him the bags that belonged to us and he was trying to explain that I had called. The girls name was on the receipt that I had talked to and that they said to pick it up today.

Well they would not give it to him. I don't understand why they had to upset my husband over a purchase that was paid by me. He had the receipt with her name and all the items on the list. All she had to do was look and see on the receipt that all those purchased items was on there but instead, my husband which is very ill, dying with liver disease, was denied what was ours. He got upset with her and got loud and then he asked to speak to the manager. This Lloyd Jr. came and threatened to call the police on him, made a big scene in there, over two bags, that all they had to do was look on the receipt to see that it was ours. My husband left without the bags. He came and told me that they refused to give him the bags.

So I again called over there. They said that my husband said that he was to pick up two bags from there that his wife left, that it was the items checked off. They refused to give him our bags because he said it wrong. I told her I would be over to get it. So now I had to make another trip to this Wal-Mart store to get what I paid for because of people that will not do their job professionally. I told the girl at customer service that I came to get my bags, no questions, I did not have to even show the receipt or sign a thing. So why did they give my husband such a hard time?

This manager in the Northeast, Maryland Wal-Mart should not even be in there working with people, let alone manage. If he does not know how to manage, something should have been done with the girl Jessica because she knew that the bags belonged to us, her name was written on the receipt and I had just talked to her the night before. I have spent a lot of money in there as for my sons and family and friends but I will not go back there. I will shop at Kmart from now on. What a good way to treat your customers, Jessica and Lloyd Jr. (manager) so called. You should be proud of yourselves. I hope that one day you are treated like my husband was.

On Sunday, May 30, 2010, my daughter Emily and I went to the Walmart located on Hwy 21 in Monroeville. Emily wanted to buy a TV using some money she had received from her HS graduation. We found the TV she wanted and went to the counter in the electronics department. There was only one person at the counter working so we stood there and waited for about 15 minutes.

I saw another Walmart employee and asked her if we had to check out in electronics or could we go to the front of the store. She said we could go to the front and check out if would like to. We got to the front and the TV rang up the wrong price. It is marked on the box, where the bar code is, as $268.00. It was marked on the shelf $268.00 It had a tag on the display TV in electronics for $268.00. You would think the TV is for $268.00 but it rings up $288.00. I told the cashier it rang up the wrong price and she called the asst. customer service manager to the register. She looked at the box where the price was and told me that Walmart policy is to give it to me for $3.00 off. Not the price marked in 3 different places but $3.00 off the $288.00 which is not the right price.

I then proceeded to go to the electronics dept. and got the tag off the display TV and the tag off the shelf (they just slide out of the plastic holders I didn't mess anything up). There's a lady removing the tag from a TV that is located next to the TV that Emily picked out. I took the tag out of the holder and she looked at me and said, "You won't get it for the $268.00 if that's what you think." So apparently they called her and told her to take the tags off before I got there. She just took the wrong one off the wrong display TV.

So I then proceed to the front of the store with my tags in hand and the asst. customer service manager asked me what that's gonna change and I told her that I wanted her to see that it was clearly marked in 3 places $268.00 not anywhere was it marked $288.00. She said,"It doesn't matter, what it ring up is the right price at Walmart. Be glad we're gonna let you have it for $3.00 off the $288.00." What!!! I've had just about enough so I asked to see her boss. He came to the register and looked at the TV and looked at the tags and looked at what the register had for the price. He asked me if I want the TV and I told him only for the price marked. He then said OK and voided it out and re-rang it for the correct price.

This kind of thing happens all the time at this Walmart. I have never bought more than three items where at least one of the items does not ring up the correct price. I have pointed this out on numerous occasions at the customer service desk when I go to get my money back. If Walmart overcharges every customer $.25 or more per visit, they are making a killing and most people just don't want to go through the trouble of making things right. If I had not stood my ground, I would have been cheated by $20.00, $17.00 if I had allowed Walmart to do the right thing.

I've been very unimpressed for a long time now from their lack of employees and good business practices to how rude and unprofessional the employees are. There has been times it's taken an hour to two hours to get checked out. Other times, I have left angry, because I didn't get what I came for because of laziness, like they wouldn't get a price check on an item that didn't have a price tag or they just "couldn't sell it to me" for various reasons. There has been times I've asked to talk to a manager, and then suddenly, they could do what I was asking.

But here recently, they have been remodeling the store, and everything is in chaos. It's impossible to find any thing, and when you do find where it should be, they are all out. There has been items that they haven't had every time I've went for the last three weeks. I can understand that; it's only expected, but from what I've heard, they have stopped ordering a lot of their products until they can get everything organized. I'm trying to be patient, but the last time I was there was the close to the worst experience. After not finding half of my shopping list (including my catfood), I went to check out.

I was in line behind a Wal-Mart employee. I waited a long time for the three checkers to quit talking and finish checking the girl out. But it seemed more important for them to complain about work and talk about how long it was till they got off, which I found kind of ironic since they didn't seem to be doing much work. As I waited, the girl in front of me (looking embarrassed) started moving my items up because the conveyer was broken. She looked at the checker like she was wondering if she was going to do it. The girl replied that it's not her job.

While I'm still waiting for her to finish with the other girl, I finally slapped the conveyor a couple of times. She just told me the conveyor didn't work, and I told her "No, you're not working." to which she was too busy talking to notice. When she finished, she walked off; and one of the other girls finally checked me out.

The store needs new employees and better management. My cats didn't get food that day. Time of mine has been wasted sometimes making me late. I've to go searching to other stores after wasting my time at Wal-Mart.

While shopping at Wal-Mart I passed a clearance table outside the electronics department. The table had both TVs and cameras. I looked through the cameras and found a floor model that was marked down to $9.00 (regular $149.00). I made sure to check both the description and the serial number both matched. When I went to check out the cashier told me that it was labeled wrong at that it was in fact $79.00. The assistant manager Sydney informed me that the 7 had been cut off. However, the other numbers and information was perfectly intact and there was no room for a number to be removed.

They agreed that the serial number and description matched the product but refused to honor the price as marked on the package. As I was standing there another employee asked how much she could get it for and the manager replied $29.00. Well, this just ticked me off but all I did was ask to see the package to take photos of it. It clearly states the price and discount price. I got home and called 1-800-Wal-Mart and was told that it was up to the store manager and I should hear back in a couple of business days.

The large doors at the "Market/Pharmacy" entrance were locked and would not manually open. The parking lot contained 25-30 vehicles and the Pepsi drink deliveryman was doing his job (on the other side of the door). Short on time, the frustration quickly dissipated just 2 miles away- Kroger! They welcomed with open doors and received my money for the 2 items I needed. Five minutes. Gone. Satisfied.

But I would also like to mention other times when I go there to the same exact Wal-Mart and ask for change, they do it and are not rude at all either. I went to return an item without a receipt. They told me they could only give me in-store credit. I explained that every time they give me this useless card, when I go to use it, it gives a $0 balance. So Tiffany (first girl at "customer service") called a manager, who told me the same thing. I again explained that I never have any luck with these cards. So what happens when I get them is I am out the item I returned and the money I paid for it.

So girl number 2 and Tiffany went back and do some whispering and supposedly called the store manager. Again, I was told the same story--it's not their policy to give money back without a receipt. I told them to get that manager up to the register. By now, I have been at the "service desk" for close to half an hour, trying to explain that I just want my money back and I'll be happy to leave. So after waiting another 10 minutes for the store manager, Craig, to appear from where I can only assume is (hiding in) his office, he decided to come out and deal with me himself. In the meantime, Tiffany and girl number 2 have been rolling their eyes at me; and Tiffany even growled like a dog at me. By this time, needles to say, I am furious.

I got into yet another argument to explain again that I have no luck with these stupid in-store credits, but I ended up having to leave with it anyways. I wouldn't mind them, except for the fact, as I said several times, I have very bad luck with these useless in-store credit cards. So now, I am stuck with a useless card for a store I refuse to step foot into again. This entire time, I am staring at a huge sign stating that they strive to satisfy their customers. Yeah, OK. Yet another wonderful experience at Walmart. I was shopping at Walmart on Henry in Muskegon trying to purchase a 2-Quart Paula Deen Covered Casserole and also a 5-Quart Paula Deen Covered Casserole. That particular store did not have the 2-Quart, but did have the 5-Quart. The 5-Quart was $54.95. Since they didn't have both bowls I decided to go and get them at the Sherman Street address. When I got there, I found the 2-Quart and also the 5-Quart, however, the 5-Quart Paula Deen Covered Casserole dish was $79.95. I questioned the cashier about the tremendous price difference between the two stores less than 5 miles from each other. She said she could not match the price at the Walmart on Henry and that there was nothing she could do about it, and gave me a dirty look and turned her back on me.

I was assaulted from behind by a large young woman in Wal-Mart. I was standing with my back to the entrance doors, giving my items to exchange to the associate Doris. I looked down to reach for my ticket when I felt something hit my head. My eye glasses fell off. My first thought was a ceiling tile must have fallen off, but it continued. I then realized I was being hit. My hands went up instinctively. I started screaming stop it. After time it stopped. I then stepped and turned around and there she stood in front of me. There was an adult with her. She told this young lady, you know you are not to hit. I asked her what is wrong with her. She said she is crazy. I was told by the associate Doris that this young lady came directly to me when she entered and proceeded to hit me wildly.

The person that was with this young lady did nothing to stop her nor did anyone else. There was no one standing next to me. In fact the young lady stepped forward and I stepped back. I was trying to wrap my head around what just happened. An associate from Wal-Mart asked if I wanted to call the police. I said to him just a minute, I am still processing what just happened. I told them I needed to sit down. I sat down and he asked me again and I would motion with my hand I needed a little more time. He said he could not call the police. I had to tell him to call. I first felt sorry for the young lady.

The lady that was with her asked if I was alright. I told her I don't know yet. I felt my mouth and cheek hurting. I had hit the podium with my face when she first hit me. This woman told the young lady let’s go. She refused. They were standing still by the entrance. They started to head into the store. I then realized that this should not happen to anyone else, that who ever is responsible for this young lady needs to be held responsible. I motioned to an associate to call the police. By that time they exited out the side entrance and I was told Wal-Mart could not go after them. I thought the mall security then. Another Wal-Mart associate said that they were seen driving off quickly, not stopping at any stop signs. I thought Wal-Mart had gotten their names. This person just assaulted one of their customers. No names were taken.

I waited two hours for the police to arrive. I made an incident report since no names were taken. They have her on video showing her hands swinging I was told, but could not see her face nor mine. I know they have more of them while they were standing in front of the entrance doors and there were witnesses. The officer was told in front of me by a manager that she is a regular. She said that they bring them in to shop, but still didn't know her name or the facility she is with.

Consequence: I want this young lady found so this won't happen to anyone else. What if she had something on her person that could have caused more damage? No one stopped her. Wal-Mart must take steps in protecting their customers by at least taking down names. Why couldn't they have just called the police even to make an incident? They allow this type of person back into their store. How many assaults does it take? What would have happened if it had been their associate that had gotten assaulted? They can refuse service. I went to emergency to have myself checked out. My head was hurting, headache and feeling the results of the assault. It is a week as of today and I haven't heard any type of concern from Wal-Mart to see how I am doing.

I went to register #18, where you buy tobacco products. I wrote a check (that belonged to my fiance with the same address) for roughly $70. I gave the cashier my check, she looked at it with my driver's license, and then decided to walk to a CSM near the register. They talked for a minute then she came and told me that she couldn't take my check. The purchase was for the amount of purchase only. I was upset because I have written checks there before with no problem. I walked to my car, then decided I wasn't going to let this go.

So, I went in to the customer service and asked to speak to a manager. I told her that I always have written checks there and so has he and that we have the same exact address. I've been with him for 9 years, mind you.The only reason why I had the checks was because he was out on location, working in the oilfield and that he had the debit card. Anyway, the manager authorized the check, but had told me the cashier was doing her "job" by not taking it because your company no longer accepts checks, unless the person writing the check has their name on the account. I asked the manager, if I had to go to the same register and she told me I didn't have to.

As I was walking to get another cart to get the items again, I noticed the things I was going to purchase, was still in the cart at the register, so I decided to return to that one. The cashier rang up my things again and ran right over to the same CSM with my check and driver's license. I told both of them that the manager approved it and instead of believing me, even though the manager's initials were on the check, he walked to the manager to ask! After all that, the cashier processed the check and it came up code 8. She put my drivers license in. I was given a slip of paper and was told they couldn't take it again. When I asked why, the cashier said "I don't know". This is unacceptable! How do you expect us "customers" to purchase anything if you keep adding new rules that aren't really the honest people's faults? I have sworn never to shop at another Walmart again! I'd rather pay high prices than get treated like a ** thief with my own fiances' checkbook! It said that it started when I registered the product. Walmart would not honor that and said I had to deal with the manufacturer. The manufacturer grilled me for 20 minutes to find reasons to blame it on me. Then I was told to find my own packing and pay the shipping to send it to the manufacturer. They would keep it six weeks, determine if it was my fault, see if I packed it correctly, then decide if they would repair it. I would then pay the return shipping.

When the screen malfunctioned, I contacted Walmart again. A year had passed so I was not turned away. I spoke to a repair person who suggested that since I admitted touching the screen. I had intentionally damaged the computer and it would not be covered. I placed my finger on the screen as if it were a navigator. I thought he was crazy since I am a 58-year old woman with arthritis in my hands. I couldn't imagine that the computer manual would not warn that the screen could break by being touched with one finger. He agreed to send a box and Walmart did pay shipping. As you might expect, nothing was covered. I was told that a crack was found inside the computer and I did it by touching the screen. Also, I abused the keyboard (why?). How did I make it buckle and warp? Since I called a few days after the Walmart warranty started, I have no computer and I am out the $99 for the warranty. The repair cost was approximately $300 (50% of my original cost not counting the warranty). I had the computer 12 months and it broke after six.

I happened to show up at the store without my driver's license and I was trying to buy a $50 gift card with a $120 payroll check from Middle Georgia College. I was told that I had to have a state issued photo ID. I produced my state issued student ID card for the same school who wrote me the check. I had my Federally issued certified birth certificate, Federally issued Military Installation ID (which required a 60 page national security clearance with 10 years of verified resident and employment history), Federally issued original social security card, Sams Club photo ID card, and Carnival Cruise tickets (which required a passport verification).

Yet they would not accept the check. **, the customer service representative, called the Assistant Store Manager over. He said that it has to be a state issued ID. I showed him my photo student ID and informed him it is a state issued ID, which is verified with a driver's license and social security card. He said that it has to be a state issued driver's license.

I said, "Do you know what the store policy is or are you making this up? You've told me two different things, so which is the store policy, state issued photo ID or a state issued driver's license?" He said a driver's license. I showed all of the other forms of ID I had. He just shrugged and said, "I'm sorry".

I'm sorry too Walmart. In the past, I have spent about $1,000 a month in this store for all of my gas, all of my groceries, and school supplies. No more. This is all for a lousy $120. Actually, with the $50 gift card I wanted to purchase, it would have been $70. Wow!

I visited Walmart # 5428 in Mesa today, May 18, 2010, at about 1:40pm to purchase Equate 24-hour allergy medication from behind the pharmacy counter. When I presented my valid Arizona driver's license, I was told that they would not sell me the allergy medication because I am not from the Mesa area. When I asked why, I was told by the pharmacist, that this Walmart does not sell medication to people outside the the Mesa area.

He said that they get people in from all over, to which I said, "Walmart is a retail store. You would get people in from all over. It's what Walmart does, sell to people from all over." He did say that it was that store's policy and not a Walmart policy. I was not aware Walmart stores made their own policies and in my opinion, a Walmart store, even in Mesa, still represents Walmart.

The fact that I was treated as a common criminal because I do live in Mesa and wanted to make a legal purchase, of a legal medication, with a valid Arizona drivers license, is the reason for this letter today. I have also gone to the Walmart on Country Club and they had no issue with me purchasing the same medication at that store. I do not think I should be penalized because I chose to go shopping on my lunch hour in Mesa, instead of waiting until 6:30pm when I am back in Phoenix to go shopping to buy a legal medication.

I did not try to purchase medication with a forged prescription, with an invalid id, or with an out of state ID. The over the counter medication I wanted is a legal, non-prescription medication that by law, I must present an ID to purchase. The only reason I was denied service is my valid Arizona ID did not contain the word Mesa.

The fact that all purchases of this type of medication must be recorded per Arizona state law, and not Mesa, I should have been allowed to make this purchase at this location, without exception. I consider this discrimination due to where I live and nothing else. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store even though it is closer to my place of employment.

If I cannot purchase medication there, why would I want to purchase anything there or any Walmart? I will not be shopping at Walmart.

Walmart puts price comparisons on their price labels. I wanted paper towels so I was looking at the price per 100 to find the best value. I bought the Bounty Paper Towels that said they were .88cents per 100 but when I worked it out, they were actually .99 per 100. This was because the price was predicated on there being 118 sheets per roll when actually there were only 112. This type of thing happens constantly in Walmart. Shopping there is ridiculous as you have to check every price and your receipt to make sure you got the price they displayed. This is because they often have these "computer errors". I was trying to explain to my son (who thinks I'm over-reacting) that if they just overcharge by a penny on one thing in every store in the US, they are making a fortune. I try to avoid Walmart as much as possible, but sometimes it's impossible because they put everyone else out of business.

I purchased a weed-eater product a couple of weeks ago. After using the product one time, I realized that it was not working properly. I had someone to look at it and they said there was something wrong with the timing of the carburetor. This particular product could not be adjusted; it came already adjusted from the manufacturer. I took the product back to the store it was purchased from, which is a 30-minute drive. When I returned the item to customer service, I was informed that the whole supply was defective. When I questioned why the product was still being sold if they knew it had problems, I was told that they had to sell them and then send them back to the manufacturer when/if customers returned them. She also suggested that I purchase a different brand of this product from a store other than Walmart.

I am very upset that I drove 30 minutes to buy this product from Walmart and then had to drive another 30 minutes to return a product that the store already knew had problems. If they are going to knowingly sell a defective product of this type, I would hate to know what else they are hiding from their customers. This is corporate greed and very poor customer service. I will not be shopping at Walmart again if I cannot trust that the products I buy are reliable and free from known defects.

The company, whoever they are, never responded with anything until the 30 days were up, leaving me no time to cancel; therefore, they were free to charge my card with the $29.95 a month. I had a miserable time trying to get my money back and the plan canceled. No prize ever arrived. I believe you must be providing them with Visa numbers, which, if it is not illegal, should be. I asked the lady in cameras if she could help or did she not deal with TVs. She said she could help. So we pointed out the $148 and gave the $188 for her to see if that was the one on sale. She scanned it and said it was the $188. We said, "Did they have anymore in stock?" She told us they did not keep any in stock room. She just left us hanging and ignored us. We were very offended and left to drive to another store to see if they had a TV that we wanted. We drove over 40 miles to check it out.

When we got there, the staff at the Plainfield, IN store were very helpful. The sales floor persons took us directly to the display and showed us the TV we were interested to buy. There was no TV on the shelve but the associate immediately said we keep all our small TVs in stock room. He went to the back and came out with a 18.5 in. TV but it too was the wrong sale item. He apologized and said he was not sure which was on sale but now he knew which one to get for us. He came right and sold us the correct model and priced it the right price. He was a very good customer rep. He should be commended for his excellent service.

That was why this employee was still there to verbally abuse me for the second time (on purpose). She recognized me, I did not recognize her. I just got in line to get checked out.

I have contacted the store manager, and even the assistant manager was there the night of the last incident, even had a person that was in line behind me to back up my claim of being treated so badly. Yesterday May 12, 2010, I came to the store to pick up some groceries with my eleven-year-old son. When I got up to check out, I mentioned to the cashier that I had a money order that I purchased from Walmart and do I just put WalMart's name on it and sign. She replied, “No, you needed to cash this at the service desk first.” Confused, I asked her to check on this as a money order is simply cash. You can only purchase a money order with cash. So the additional lady supervisor came over and verified that I needed to cash the money order at the service desk. The cashier told me she can suspend the order to allow me to cash the check. All my groceries bagged, sitting in my cart by her register, I immediately went to the service desk.

The lady there told me there was a $3 fee to cash the money order. I complained that this was not posted on their signs, it is not considered a check, and it is considered cash and always has been. I worked retail myself years ago and a money order was treated as cash, not a check. It is not considered a check. A money order is purchased with cash unlike a check which is a promissory note to pay for goods purchased. This same money order I had purchased at this same Walmart. Regardless, she charged me the $3. I went back to the cashier and stood by her at my cart and waited. She looked at me and began ringing the next person in line, then the next person in line.

I said, “Are you going to check me out?”. With a snotty attitude, she said to me, “Where did you go? You were supposed to take a slip from me to the desk when I suspended the order.” I told her, “How was I supposed to know that? You told me I had to cash the money order which is what I went and did. How am I supposed to know your rules? How would I have known I had to take some slip with me?”. Again she said. “You needed to take the slip with you.” and told me I have to get back in line. I said, “Why would I have to get back in line?”. She replied, “These people have been waiting.” I said, “I waited my turn in this line already!” She told me again that I would have to get back in line.

At this point I was completely astonished by how I was being treated. I took my cart and proceeded to the end of the line where other customers who overheard what was going on offered to let me in front of them. I kindly declined their kindness. After all, it wasn't their fault that the cashier was treating me terrible. Once I got back up to her, I again explained, how was I supposed to know I needed to take anything with me to the service desk. At this point she is full of attitude and continuing to tell me I just left. I said. “Hello, you just told me I had to cash this money order at the service desk and that you would suspend the order, that's exactly what I did.”

I asked if she had an ID or # that would appear on the receipt so when I contact someone about her, they can locate her. Very snotty, she replied, “ID? No! This is my name right here”, as she pointed to her Walmart name tag, Cathryn. Now, I'm an educated woman, married with 2 children, 11 and 15, and work full time for Mercy. I have never, ever received such horrible service from anyone. Sure customer service is not what it was when I worked retail. I would have been fired for that. And of course I've had plenty of experience with poor customer service provided to me, but I've never complained. However, this one takes the cake, left me completely in shock.

I wouldn't be surprised if another customer, who witnessed this, files a complaint on how I was treated. And while I'm not a complainer and would rather just go about my business, I can't let this one go. It's too shocking to me how she got away with treating me. And let's not forget, it's not like she still needed to ring me up, she simply pressed a button, which I'm assuming retrieved my order and then took my cash, 6-10 seconds tops! Looking back, at the time I had turned to walk to the service desk after parking my cart by her, she could have said, “Miss you need to take this with you.” She could have said anything to get my attention, but she didn't.

The supervisor still in the vicinity could have brought the slip to me at the service desk, but she didn't. This same supervisor (I'm assuming she was a supervisor as she had register keys) who confirmed I had to cash the money order had came back over while I re-stood in line, said something to the cashier and the cashier responded and looked at me. The supervisor walked away. Unbelievable, she could have interceded right then, yet chose not to. At this point I will not be using that store moving forward. There are other stores just as cost effect in the area. If this is the way that Walmart allows their employees to treat customers that are spending money, then I don't need to patronize them. I thought I would share this with you.

The associate at customer walked back to the display with me and pointed out that the price tag on both shelves where this merchandise was stocked was for another product. I expressed to her that was false advertisement. The product name on the tags are so small that if you are take the time to read all the labels, you would never complete your shopping. She did make the adjustment for me, but she did not take that price tag off the shelves.

She wrote a note on the refund slip, that the merchandise was mispriced. This will not get to the office until the close of her shift, and even then, more in likely, it will overlooked. This is not the only time I have experienced this type of situation with Wal-Mart. I can see this happening once, but not repeatedly. Just imagine how many people they have been stolen from by having one price on the display and charging another price at the register, knowing that the customer is not going to remember all of the prices when they get to the register. For this reason, I do not do my major shopping there. I only buy a few items and check my prices before I leave the store. I suggest that Wal-Mart have a person designated to go the store and verify prices, so the customers will know what they are paying. If it is a problem of someone stocking incorrectly, that person needs to be dealt with.

However, this time, it was even more extreme than usual. There were at least 30-40 dead fish. The fish were feeding off of each other. I am 62 years old and stood for 20 minutes because "they" may complain. You caved Walmart.

Friday morning, I was called to the office where Rebecca (personnel) and Amy (asst. manager) had me sign a paper stating I would go to light duty if approved because the corporate doctor gave me restrictions. I was finishing Floral when Amy paged me to call 302. She was in the bakery. When I met her, she explained I had to go and could no longer work for Wal-Mart with those non-work related injuries. Yes, the Spina Bifida Occulta. I was born with but the two blown out discs are another story. In produce, you do not just lift 40-50 lbs once in a while, it is steady throughout the day. Everyone gets beat and short with each other because they are so tired and feeling the strain. That or they do not match at all to save themselves. So I left but continue to call the hotline to hopefully cover my butt. Tomorrow, I need to go and get that in writing that if cannot work for them. Amy just told me I had to go.

We recently had a surprise 90th birthday party for my mom in Michigan. Seeing that there were 20+ people traveling for the event from Ohio, we all went together and pre-ordered 2 boxes of fried chicken. I think 50 or 100 pieces in each box. We told them we would pick it up at 11:00 A.M. which we did. When we ate the chicken 12:30 A.M., same day, it was fried so crisp and the meat were so dry, several people remarked on it. I feel for the amount of money we spent and the pre-arrangements, that [their] company did us wrong. This happened on Friday and we all had to go back to Ohio on Sunday, so didn’t have time to make a trip in and complain. So I'm doing it now! I hope [they] handle this situation and let the Deli know of their carelessness.

Thank you. I believe the order was placed under Cassidy ** on Thursday, April 29th. She is my granddaughter.

Upon leaving the Walmart store (located at Marketplace Drive Garland, TX, 75041) on April 24th, 2010 at 11 am, I had two sacks of items that I had paid for at the photo counter. The door personnel stopped me to look at my receipt and check my bags. For what reason? She allowed another customer behind me leave with stuff in their sacks and didn't check them. As I handed her the receipt, she placed it sideways in her left hand so if she actually was going to check it, she would have to flip the receipt outward to see the items I purchased. Just then, my son had run out the door.

When going after him, the security went off. She then lunged at me and said accusingly, "What electronic you have in there?" Well, if she would have actually checked my receipt, instead of wanting to so adamantly see what was in my sacks, she would have seen that I didn't have an electronic but actually had printer ink. She didn't want to see my receipt when the security went off. She wanted to see it before, while all my items were in a sack.

If you look at my receipt, she didn't even mark the receipt like many other door personnel does when they check your receipt. When getting my receipt back from her, the receipt was in her right hand, again sideways. The employee's name was Pearlie, excuse the misspelling.

When I was driving home, I noticed that I was overcharged on a pair of shorts--I bought two. I went back to the store and walked through the service desk. I asked to speak to a manager to see exactly why the same pair of shorts in a different color and size were more than the other pair. The "manager" replied, "because they are $2.00." I reminded her that the place where I got them was marked, $1.00 for the shorts. Another "manager" came and the cashier at the service desk quickly explained to the second manager what happened and that manager said, "Well, give her the difference "

The first manager huffed and walked away. The door personnel and the first manager were black. I am white. The customers behind me were Hispanic. I have sent an email to the corporate office of Walmart on April 24, 2010 and I still have not received a response.

When leaving the Walmart Superstore on May 7th, 2010, I had all my items in a sack along with five children and my roommate. I was in the front of four of the children and my roommate was behind four of the children. Upon coming to the door of the garden section about to go between the security doors, the employee said rudely, "Where is the receipt?" I was highly offended and said, "in my purse," then proceeded to leave through the doors.

She then said rudely, "Well, isn't she a smarty?" in front of my 9 and 6-year old daughters! My roommate caught her saying rudely, "** rudies." I was at my vehicle when my daughter told me this and I turned to my roommate who was a good 10 steps behind us and asked him what she had said. He told me what she had said. Both informed me of the disrespect made by the name-calling employee.

I wasn't going to put up with the badgering from another Walmart employee again. As I was entering the doors that went back into the garden section of Walmart, I called the operator at that Walmart and asked to have them send a manager to the garden section. She asked in a rude tone, "What for?" Again, offended, I said, "For customer service." She said, "Okay!" and hung up on me.

I met with a manager named Michael. I told him about the previous incident and this one. He said that he would talk to the person at the door. What makes me angry the most is insulting me in front of my two daughters behind my back and then again calling me a name behind my back, fronted with an obscenity. The work ethics and professionalism at Walmart is lousy.

They used to do so, and I imagine that this is part of their job. The cashier I dealt with today not only did not help me load any of the several grocery sacks I had, she started checking out the next person immediately, and could have gotten her stuff mixed up with mine. I had to hurry to get all my bags before she started filling more with the next person's stuff.

My complaints started four weeks ago. First week, I bought my groceries, got ready to check out around 10:00 AM. There was one line for more than 20 items, while the rest were express. Five people were waiting to check out. Finally, I found an assistant manager and told him they needed more cashiers on the long line. He told me there was another down the line.

What's this? Your company can not manage more long lines? I believe this is called customer service. Week 2, I went in to buy groceries again around 9:30 AM. I went to get my Hood milk but there's no milk. I spoke to a worker and he said that the truck had not run. Next, I went to get my fat-free coffee creamer... no creamer. Now each week, I buy between $200.00 and $250.00 in groceries. Week 3, I went in to buy groceries but still, there was no Hood milk or fat-free creamer.

Today, to top it off, I went in to buy $248.00 worth of patio chairs and table. I asked Mr. Joe if he could help me, which he did, but guess what, no one came to help get it down from the top shelf. I asked Mr Joe if I could have the floor display. Mr. Joe called for the manager three times, but no manager showed up, this was to be for Mother's Day. As of today May 6th, I will no longer shop at Walmart. I know I'm one customer but you're losing over $1000.00 a month. I can not believe this store is run so bad. What happened to customer service?

Tonight, at the Walmart in Woodbridge NJ, I looked around for an available cashier. Upon finding one, I stood in line. Then, to be told that the cashier shut the light off and I had to find a new line because someone got behind me and the person in front of me was taking too long to complete their sale. The cashier whose name tag was flipped, so I could not read her name started talking to Spanish about me. Basically complaining that I wouldn't leave the line to the cashier right next to her. I knew what she said, I speak Spanish, so I said that to her "I speak Spanish" and she says so then you knew what I said, I said this is America, speak English. I was appalled that this cashier has the audacity to speak about a customer on her line waiting to be checked out. I was on the line before she shut her light off. Then, as she finally completed the sale in front of me, she accidentally couldn't ring me. I am not sure who she is but a woman by the name of Isabel had been called over and the other cashier that had been talked to in Spanish about me, talked about me too, even pointedly looking at me to make her point (Isabel put her back to me, so I could not hear the conversation) and kind of smiled to acknowledge that I was on the line before the light was turned off.

I am not complaining because I was asked to leave the line, my issue is that I spoken about in Spanish, because the cashier thought she could get away with it. When I said I understood, she didn't care, she didn't apologize, then when Isabel rang me, up she made a point saying to the women oh what happened. you punched out, you can't punch in you have to leave. Isabel didn't say anything to me to alleviate what I know was inconsiderate, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

I have worked in the customer service industry my whole life, my family is Hispanic, this cashier has no right to talk about me, and not be reprimanded or asked to apologize to me for her rudeness. At this point, I am not comfortable shopping in this Walmart that is less than one mile from my home. This is the USA in the workplace, employees should not be permitted to speak about customers in their native language (and laugh about it or think it is acceptable), it is rude, disrespectful, and creates a tension that can lead to customers not wanting to shop at the store.

There were many bodies, but the saddest sight to be sure, was the starved depressed looking green spotted puffers. They looked as if they had not been fed in days, very dull in color, and near deaths door. Not to mention they are keeping these brackish water fish in freshwater. We immediately made the decision to save these poor creatures. As soon as bringing them home to my brackish puffer tank, filling their bellies with bloodworms, they brightened up to a vivid green, swam around happily, and almost seemed to look at me with thanks. These fish are now thriving. One more day at Wal-Mart and they would have been dead. Wal-Mart should not be allowed to sell any live animals if they can't take care of them.

She was not able to help me ( and this has not been the 1st time this has happened). I had to get my can out of my car, place it by the can holder and load my own full tank myself. I called the Sheriff's Office to see if anyone was close by to load my tank for me, but they were not in that area. Why do they not have someone who can do customer service? I thought Walmart was all about the safety of the employees and customers. I emailed the Walmart store on Sunday when I got home but have not heard anything back from them. Why can't they make this a policy that someone who can lift over 30 pounds needs to be working that area, especially in the spring and summer months.

I had just had major surgery (hysterectomy) in February. On my way home, my stomach area hurt. I thought at one point I was going to start bleeding. This policy has got to be changed. People cannot be expected to lift these heavy items. One time I did have someone load it for me and she told me she had a bad back. I said, "Well, at least if you hurt yourself you work for Walmart. We don't. We would be on our own. They would have to pay you workers comp." I am stressing to you all that this policy has got to have changes made. I have made up my mind I will not take a chance and get another gas refill at Walmart. I have been forced to go to Lowe's and get my refill done when needed. I am a 5'5" 100 pound woman and cannot lift these heavy items without hurting myself. I will continue to research this until something gets done.

I was made a fool of by a check out lady. I'm a Vietnam Veteran, dying from Agent Orange Poisoning and I had to go on SNAP (Food Stamps) because I'm too sick to work anymore. She made me swipe that SNAP card five times as she gloated and loudly announced that my food stamp card was no good. She told me I had to give her cash money! I swiped my debit card and she yelled out, "Your food stamp card wouldn't pay for it all!" So, embarrassed, I got to my car and headed home. Half way home, it dawned on me that not all she checked out for me was food. This woman knew that but she chose to make fun of a 61 year old crippled Marine for her own evil pleasure. I know nothing will come of this and that is why I've decided to put this all over the internet and will write all TV stations plus Fox News who look down on bigoted people! Faithful Americans won't stand for this `person's' foul attitude. Trust me, this Marine won't back down!

I had of school picture of myself from 1961 when I was a little girl (I'm 56 now) and the photo was taken by a private photographer named DeVito. The clerk would not let me copy it due to infringement laws he stated. When I tried to talk to the manager, explaining that the photographer had a private business and was dead now, so how could I get permission from him to copy it?

Being Monday (I suppose), she was not in a good mood and venomously replied that that is the law. I told her I had been coming to WalMart for years spending thousands of dollars from tires for all my vehicles, TV's, computers, groceries, etc. She stated it did not matter how much a person spends. I disagreed and stated that sometimes things are not in black and white that there are grey areas and in the past the clerks have always helped me printing pictures. She immediately went bi-polar on me and shifted into hatred coming out of those eyes. She went and got the other manager who was very nice but to no avail. I was not allowed to print the picture, I can't dig the photographer up from his grave and bring him back to life, So, what does one do? I will never shop at WalMart again due to the hostility from that female mgr, it's the principal of the thing. At one time good customer service meant something, I guess it doesn't anymore!

After 5 minutes of waiting, she came and addressed us and said it would be 10 more minutes. We said we would walk around the store and come back. We returned and she was still with the other customer. Keep in mind, we had a 2 year old and I had gone to great pains to get her perfect for the picture and our appointment was at 1:00.

At 1:40, my husband went and told April that we were cancelling the appointment. We got our groceries and walk out the door at 2:56 and April (the photographer was still with the other customer.) So if we would have stayed, we would have had to wait an hour. She didn't say I'm sorry or nothing, she just called me at 4:30 and wanted to know when I wanted to reschedule. I told her I would never go to a Walmart photography studio again. The first time we went to have a picture taken a few years back, my family traveled miles to meet and then when we got out pictures. I had a clock reflection in my glasses. Of course, I was offered another package but I couldn't get my family together again, so I ended up paying $90.00 at a lab to remove the clock.

So then a few months ago, we had our picture taken with our grandsons at Seymour and was told that they could not guarantee the glare, so we both had to take our glasses off. So I am telling everyone that will listen that if you go to Walmart you better not wear glasses and you better be prepared for an hour wait.

I went over to look and found that the truck had been "keyed" with some sort of sharp object. I know it was not there prior to shopping at WalMart. I went inside to see if anything may have been recorded on camera. They took all of my information and said they would contact me.

I phoned the police and the officer took all information and I told him about going inside and he informed me that there were no cameras on that location of the store. I spend on average approximately $200.00 per week in that store. If WalMart cannot ensure the safety of my truck or any vehicle, then I will have to take my business elsewhere. I'm quite sure it would not hurt this size of business without mine but I have been mulling this over for a month and thought I would write. The price tag for this incident was just under $1,300.00 for repairs all though it was $100.00 out of my pocket for the deductible. It was still $100.00.

I had a beautiful female collie Shepard mix dog named Dana; we had her for 7 years. She died this Wednesday, 6 days after I purchased from Wal-Mart a large bag of Ol Roy dog food and served it to both my dogs. The day she died, I found out the dog food was on a FDA recall list from Aug 09. The UPC code, brand and size were exact. The second day of serving this up, my two dogs stopped eating the food. I tried dressing it up with chicken broth.

My female fell over on Saturday morning and had problems getting up and walking after that. I thought that maybe she had been bitten by something. We bathed her, gave her Benadryl and aspirin and shaved her to check for any bites or mites. She continued to get worse. Second thought was maybe Parvo as my son’s girlfriend’s dogs had caught Parvo recently. The girlfriend had not been over but my son had been around her. After calling a veterinarians office and determining that Dana could have Parvo and I could not possibly afford the treatment. I went out and purchased from a Feed store on Monday a bottle of penicillin (PEN G), a syringe and needles and four bottles of Pedialyte to start administering and nursing my dog back to health. She did not have classic symptoms of Parvo other than she could not stand, had vomited once, was keeling over and would not eat.

Tuesday evening she had progressively become worse. My other dog Marley still was not eating the dog food. We fed and he ate table scraps (which we don’t usually do). This made me suspicious of the dog food. I stayed up all night until morn pushing the fluids on Dana. Wednesday morning she had urinated bloody red urine all over my room. At that moment I knew this was something else and pushing the fluids had only exacerbating her (obvious signs of renal failure). She was taking in more than she was putting out and it looked bad.

The night before (Tuesday) I took the bag of dog food back to the store because my younger dog still had not eaten it and I needed to get him fed. I kind of had a fleeting thought that it could be the food. I took a picture of the UPC and the bag. Then with receipt in hand, I traded for something they had eaten before. I usually feed them Kirkland Lamb but have been trying to stretch my dollar so bought Wal-Mart. On Wednesday when Dana took for the worse, I had the thought to check the UPC online and low and behold, with just the number I punched in up pops the FDA recall list that included my UPC. I purchased this dog food on 4/22/10 and on 4/28/10 my dog died.

I called Wal-Mart early morning on Wednesday and told them about my situation. I was so distraught to watch my dog laboring for breath. I was in tears. I pleaded with them to foot the bill for my dog’s treatment so that I could save her. They probably thought I was crazy and hung up on me. They kept dropping my calls and referring me to different people to call. I tried various measures out of despair to get my dog to the vet. I called the vet and the gal there said that it sounded like renal failure very similar to the food poisoning from the recall. I asked friends for help. By the time friends arrived, we went in to Dana in my room to lift her and get her into the car. She had expired just moments before. We took her body and my other dog to the vet. I couldn’t afford the tissue sample test needed to rule out the dog food had poisoned her. I did pay Parvo test to rule out Parvo. I obtained medication for my male dog to encourage him to eat. I couldn’t afford the hydration treatment they suggested. I told them I could do that my self by purchasing the intradermal IVs and administer them myself. The veterinarian instructed me on what to do and watch for. I am so sad. My children are very sad.

I am a friend of a former Walmart employee. She's dead, so she can't speak for herself. According to Texas law, the next of kin is supposed to make all medical decisions and find out who the Walmart Life Insurance beneficiary is, so the funeral could be paid for. Getting Walmart in Arkansas to cooperate with the funeral director and facilitate the process was, for a very long time (almost too late to pay to bury her, for God's sake! ). Very difficult for her 23 year old son, who has gone through hell for the week she was in the hospital already.

Walmart has never been a good place to work for, according to this employee. She only stayed because she had to support her son. In fact, if she were alive in the next 7 or 10 years, she probably would have benefited from the class-action lawsuit Walmart is in, right now. However, I (regretfully) ignored how she and other employees are treated for a long time because Walmart has made my life better with cheap prices and so forth.

I can no longer support a company who seems to take perverse pleasure in making life (and death) difficult for whole families. I will no longer be able to shop at the store. It would be disrespectful of this employee's memory, for sure.

When I went to pick up the pictures I was told that I needed a release form because the pictures looked professional, although they weren't. Therefore, I went to customer service and asked to speak to a manager, so I could figure out exactly what I needed to do to receive these pictures.

Since a manager refused to speak with me, I asked a cashier for help. She spoke with me very politely and gave me advice to sign the form and return to the photo center. When I returned to the photo center, the woman at the photo development center again refused my pictures and became very rude with me and began to tell me that since I "confessed" about not taking the pictures I was not allowed to take them. On the way to the front of the store, I talked to the same cashier who helped me before, and she volunteered to speak to the woman at the photo center.

After talking to the woman she returned and said that she had been very rude with her also. Again, I tried to talk to a manager but he again refused. I called my dad's friend who took the pictures, she drove to Walmart to signed the form. When she asked where to sign, the lady at the photo center did not know. I had to tell my dad's friend where to sign the form. After receiving my pictures, as I was looking through them I noticed that my title "Senior 2010" was cut of in one pose, and the top of my head was cut off in another.

After this experience, I am very dissapointed with the outcome of my pictures. After paying an extra 20 dollars for a 1-hour delivery, I was at Walmart for atleast two hours trying to get everything straightened out. On top of that, the cashier at the photo development center was extremely rude and obnoxious.

I ordered a Spa Sensations 8" Memory Foam mattress and had an overall great experience. I recently began re-arranging the furniture and picked up the mattress in order to move the bed and noticed there was mildew/mold on the bed cover. I began unzipping the cover to check the foam mattress and was absolutely shocked at what I saw! The mattress was completely covered in mildew/mold of all different colors and what is the most shocking part of all, was that I slept on that bed with my 1 year old son not knowing that I was exposing my son and myself to such a hazardous thing!

I have tried contacting the Wal-Mart and I can only email customer service because they have no phone number listed. I might even have to purchase a new mattress because finding a solution to my problem is proving to be more difficult than I expected. I cannot say how disappointed I am with this situation!

These are the facts as I best can recall. This is pertaining to this Covina ,Wal-Mart store :#2292. It definitely appears to have extremely very incompetent store managers. These are the reviews I have read recently: A customer purchased a big screen TV. Apparently, he had problems from day one. He apparently had to look into paying; $490.00 just to have it repaired. This store offered to him a customer no relief. No due care. Labor Code: 2800.Another customer had problems: He accidentally made the honest mistake of fact and misplaced a receipt. It appears he was brow beat, badgered, and hazed until he introduced all the evidence they needed just to help him. Sounds like this good customer was treated like a criminal. Where was the Due care: Labor Code; 2800? Lori's complaint. She indicated this store is disgusting. Also The customer service is very bad. Also The cashier's are rude.

Ariel's complaint. She has indicated, "This store is pretty gross and small. She has indicated: The store is empty. Also; She pointed out it has lots of unused space. She has also indicated this Covina store has a very small variety for beauty and hair care. Or food and clothes. She has indicated there are none English speaking employees. She indicated She had so much harassment just striving to buy a simple door jam. Who is the blame for her discomfort and harassment as a honest customer? Yes this correct: The incompetent managers, the district manager and human resources department. Where is the due care for customers: Labor Code: 2800.

I've been here as well. The parking is disgustingly small. I on occasion was harassed by pan handlers in the parking lot. Can a customer fill safe walking to their car here? No cameras were observed in the parking lot were. Whose responsibility is it to insure the safety of all the customers? The incompetent district manager. The managers of this store #2292. Now continuing: I just recently have been informed that it appears Wal-Mart is to face a massive class action suit. For gender discrimination. Over pay for female workers can go to trial. It's a 6-5 ruling, the 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals said the world's largest private employer will have to face charges that it: Pays women less than men for the same jobs and that female employees receive fewer promotions and have to wait longer for those promotions than male counterparts.

Maybe this biased attitude could explain to Ms. A. why this Covina store #2292 does not provide a large variety of beauty and hair care products for women. No doubt some where out there in the San Gabriel Valley is a district manager that appears to love hiring and promoting male shovenas store managers that appear to be very incompetent. Their obvious actions speak louder then words. If they really believed in Due Care: Labor Code:2800 They would provide every possible product for women. This is obvious supporting evidence about how they care about the needs of women. It appears they could be be biased. After all they have a massive class action law suit pending. This lawsuit was filed by six women in federal court in San Francisco in 2001. Wal-Mart wants to take this case to the U.S. Supreme Court.

This is a gender bias class action law suit. Labor Code: 6310. Sent my sister home for making an honest mistake of fact. Penal Code 26. Where was the progressive discipline? Where is the Due Care Labor Code 2800? My sister should be mailed a letter of apology offered a full time position with opportunity to bring herself and a few friend to become female managers of any Walmart. She should receive back pay and penalties for being sent home for making an honest mistake of fact. Walmart should terminate managers for sexual harassment with permission, also being incompetent, ignorant of labor law and government law.

Today is April 28 and I gave my 18 year old daughter $200 for her graduation present. She wanted to upgrade to a better camera. We have a 5.1 megapixel which goes through so many batteries. She found one that was a 14 megapixel. The employee saw her reading all the information and never offered to tell her any helpful advise. We had to call him over to help us. He reached down under the small shelf at the camera/cell phone area. He pulled a black box and took out all the parts of the camera that were in the box. He replaced them and we asked for a warranty also and an SD card. So the total cost came to $156.12.

Daughter was happy to get a better camera. She got home and read the directions and charged up the battery. When she finally showed me what kind of picture it was giving her, she was so disappointed. It was real fuzzy and made a bad sound. I said, "It looks like you got a lemon. Let's take it back while it's brand new." When we got there, the lady at the door was rude. She was trying to put the ticket for return on it and couldn't get it to work. I didn't say anything but she said in a bad way, "You're going to have to be patient with me now!" I said, "Don't worry; I don't have any shopping to, do just getting a return." So when we got to the returns, the cashier said she couldn't do this unless someone from camera came up. We waited 20 minutes.

Then the customer service manager came up there and she said, "What's the problem?" I told her and she took it out and said, "Well, I wonder why the camera serial # and box don't match." I said, "I don't know but the guy who sold it to us was old and gray and wore glasses. He took the box from behind the counter and gave it to us." She sent us to the lady at the photo department and she gave us the runaround and said, "Well, the reason you're here is because the number of the box doesn't match the camera's." I saw the guy who sold it to us and said, "There he is; ask him. He's the one that sold it to us."

He wasn't any help. Another lady was called to go to the front to the service desk. She was whispering something to the photo lady and they were acting very suspicious looking. She took my bag and receipt and camera, warranty, SD card. She walked real fast but I stayed on her heels. When she got up there was a long line. She said, "Just stand in line." I didn't. I went closer up and looked at her whispering to the lady in charge.

The only nice one was the first cashier at the service desk. I said, "I don't have to stand in line again, do I?" She said, "No. You can be next." The ugly lady that was walking fast just took off. The manager gave the lady at the register the okay to give me my money back. It took one hour and five cashiers to finally get the okay.

Be careful, people. Make sure the serial number on the camera match the box's serial number. I think they are running some kind of scam that they put wrong written on tape and cover the real one to keep people from returning the items. I'm so glad we returned it within four hours and I'm glad I went with my daughter who is very timid. They would have taken her real bad. I'm 56 and they made me feel like we had done something wrong the way they were whispering. I'm glad there was a picture of the blue camera on the box that matched the camera. I'm never going to buy anything at Walmart again. I told my husband and he said well I never buy big ticket items there anyway. He said he likes to buy toiletries and cleaners for the house to save money but he says maybe no more shopping at Walmart for him either. I think something is up with that kind of customer service. They all act like they hate customers. It's bad service. There was a nice cashier but most of them are mean.

On or about 1-10, the laptop stopped charging, battery would charge if put in another laptop. I contacted Walmart.

They sent a prepaid shipping box and we shipped the laptop on 4-2-10. I got the laptop back on about 4-13-10 with a letter stating claim denied and to contact extended warranty company. They stated motherboard was "fried" because of the plug that I installed (they keep saying modified). The plug is 2 wires and plastic only, no other components that would increase or decrease the amount of power to laptop. The plug I installed was a repair, not a modification. I now have a $1200.00 laptop that my daughter in her 2nd year of collage can't use. I am not in the position to repair or replace the laptop at this time.

I asked for the manager, Gale. I told her about what had just happened. She told me they have garbage cans for recycled paper, not for food. I went to each cashier and they told me the manager lied to me, and they have garbage cans for everything. I went back. I spoke to Gale again. I told her that what she told me was not true. I suggested to file a formal complaint and if I can have a copy. She refused to do it. She told me she was going to handle it in her own way, not my way. I have had issues with this store location on more than one occasion. Against my better judgment and because of location convenience I decided I would go one more time and if I had another bad experience I would just continue to go to target for my needs. I went in to cash a check I had received from my 401k fund. I stood in line for 45 minutes (there was only one cashier working and about 25 people in line). I noticed a few people had gone up to the counter and was turned away, so I began reading all the signage around to be sure the check I was cashing would be accepted. By the time I got to the cashier she informed me they only cash payroll checks and tax refund checks. I asked her where was it posted and she didn't have an answer for me. So I asked for the store manager.

She informed me it was posted. I asked her where, no response. But when I asked her for her store number, she suddenly got antsy. When I asked for the corporate number she couldn't give me one. She claimed she didn't know. Instead, she gave me a local number. I called the number and a very rude woman came on the line and gave me the number immediately, which is 1-800-WALMART. Such an easy number. I will never understand how the store manager didn't know that. The woman on the local number just wanted me off the phone and didn't want to hear anything from me. She cut me off and said, "Like I said, the number is 1-800-WALMART, ma'am. Bye." Wow! So I called the number and got a very nice woman on the phone but I noticed she simply listened to me and told me they would take care of it. She didn't ask me for my name, phone number or anything else.

I currently work in customer service and have for 26 years and I know how tough it can be, but I also know how important it is to execute proper and professional customer service to maintain a good business. I went to Target and spent $218.00. And I have to travel a few miles passed this Wal-Mart location to get there. I know I would have paid a lot less for the items I needed; however, sometimes paying a little more for piece of mind is worth it.

The incident that caused me to not want to even consider this location again was a few weeks back. I had a basket and stepped away from it for a few seconds to look at some blouses in ladies apparel. When I returned to my basket an employee in the fitting room yells across to me: "Excuse me. That’s ladies’ apparel's basket." I’m like umm! I just brought this basket over here. She went on with me and I eventually went to the front and got another basket. By the time I went back over there another employee was walking up with the basket used for their go backs, and all she could do was apologize. That’s just ridiculous! Economically, Wal-Mart loss on this one because I live two minutes from this location and I will never step foot in there again.

On April 25, 2010, I went into my local Wal-Mart store in Glenpool, Oklahoma to purchase a gas grill. While I was at the check-out, I heard a woman at another register complaining that a sign was posted that read "Free $50.00 gift card on the purchase of a gas grill." My cashier rang up my grill, and the register prompted him to give me a $50.00 gift card.

While he was in the process of scanning the card, another employee told him to stop. My self and the other woman prompted the employees to call for the manager, and after several moments, the assistant manager, Jeremy, came. He informed both of us that the sign was only good on certain grills, to which we responded "The sign did not say selected grills." He told us they would not provide us with the $50.00 gift cards. I asked the assistant manager 3 times if Wal-Mart was going to honor the price the register was giving, and each time, he replied, "It's illegal." The cashier, who was ringing up my sale, informed the assistant manager and 2 other cashiers that he had been giving out these gift cards all day.

We, then, asked them to get the manager. It took the manager, Jon, 15-20 minutes to show up; and he was immediately rude telling both my self and the other woman they would not be giving us the cards. I asked the manager 3 times if Wal-Mart was going to stand behind what their registers were ringing up, and all he would say is "It's illegal." For the fourth time, I asked him, "I would like a yes or no answer. Are you going to stand behind the price the register is ringing up?" He replied, "No, we are not. But, you can purchase one of our grills that do qualify." I told him, "I only want that grill." He then put his hand in my face and said, "Bye." I decided at that point that I would pay full price for the gas grill.

While the cashier was ringing me up again, the register prompted him to provide me with the $50.00 gift card. He got ready to clear the prompt, and I asked him to call the manager back so that he could see what the register was doing and fix it for future customers. About the time the manager got around 20 feet away from me, he yelled, "We are not going to continue doing this." I replied, "I'm trying to purchase this grill at full price and just wanted you to see how it is ringing up so that it can be fixed." The manager got approximately 1 foot away from me and screamed in my face, "If you don't leave my store, I will call the police and have you arrested." I replied back, "You're kidding. I am trying to pay full price for the grill, and you are going to call the police?" Again, he stated, "Leave my store or I will call the police."

As far as I am concerned, this was a "bait and switch" tactic being used by Wal-Mart. And, when a consumer complains about the tactic, they refuse to deal with them and try to sell them a more expensive model. I, also, feel that I was verbally abused by the manager. I had not said a derogatory remark to this man the entire time, until he threatened to have me arrested.

Last night, after working for Home Depot across the street, I went to Wal-Mart to buy some groceries. It was 11:05 pm. I bought a few groceries, including 5 avocados for 50 cents each. The ringer rang up 56 avocados. My total bill was $78.61. I used my Wal-Mart card and returned home to get some sleep. I was wondering if the meats and other stuff came up that high, so when I got home, I saw I was charged for 56 avocados ($28.00).

I immediately called Wal-Mart and asked for customer service and explained the problem. I was then turned over to the assistant manager. After explaining the situation, he said, "Well, you got the avocados. Bring them in and we'll refund your money." Apparently, he wasn't listening, so I told him "Look, I don't have 56 avocados; I got 5 and I do I have to come all the way back to get my refund tonight." He was very impersonal and impolite to say the least. So after giving him all the cash register numbers, etc., I went back to the store.

Customer Service was closed. All 3 open lines were packed, and I couldn't even ask a question from the busy cashiers. So I went back to the front and asked the greeter, and he brought me to a cashier with another attitude saying he'll just have to wait a couple minutes with a never-ending line in front of her.

After five minutes of watching her cash out people, I saw another employee with a cash drawer coming in, so I asked her to help me. And she knew, so she asked the busy cashier and she told him to start the other register and she'll get there when she 's done. The other lady was OK, but she didn't know and took another 10 minutes and told me she had to refund my money then charge me back. I told her "Look, no offense, but can you call Julian, the assistant store manager I talked to on the phone or get some here that knows how to refund back to my Wal-Mart card."

So she went back to the busy cashier with an attitude and asked her and told her I wanted it refunded back to my card. She then asked her "What's wrong?" She explained to her I was charged for 56 and only bought 5. Finally, after her line and all lines were empty, she came over and refunded it back to the card. This was now past 12:15 am.

I work as an associate for Home Depot, and customer help is supposed to be our first concern. Radios are given to associates to get that help. Not even the Wal-Mart greeter has a radio. As for Julian, the assistant manager who got me so teed off to start with, I never saw after getting to the store. And by this, I could understand why everyone at this Wal-Mart has problems because the managers don't care.

Obviously, I can't do anything about Wal-Mart and their attitudes and have to return there almost every day. It's like going to the dentist for me to go back, but I want this letter to hopefully get back to Julian, the assistant manager and the senior cashier with an attitude to ask them how they would feel after working 8 hours and tired about being done this way. Wal-Mart, you need to give the greeters radios and have a least one supervisor up front looking for problems.

I don't understand why Wal-Mart has the motto that if it sells don't stock it. My grandchildren call this pappy's water; they expect me to have it for them.

They advertised Coke and Pepsi products for $5.00 per 24 pack on the local TV channel, and channel 5. When I got there, it was $6.97. I asked about the TV ad and they said that was not for Wisconsin. This was the second trip I made because I didn't know it was just for Thursday until I came home on Wednesday and made sure I had seen it right. If it wasn't for Wisconsin, then they shouldn't be on a Wisconsin ad. I made 2 trips for nothing and wasted my time and gas money.

On December 12, 2009, I purchased a holiday quilt for my stepmother. She never opened it, and she ended up in a nursing home because of a health issue. I went to the West Bend, WI store with the quilt and receipt, and they would not allow me to return it. The sale price was only $19.95. I would have applied that to another gift item for her.

I told the manager the circumstances, and she absolutely refused to take it back! It was still in the package, unopened! I have spent thousands at your stores, and this just sucks! I have also purchased after-season Christmas gifts for Christmas 2010, and now, I am sorry that I did. What if something does not fit?

I would like to know when Wal-mart supercenters do not honor other local grocery store ad prices? I shop this Ferry Farms store occasionally, and it will not accept any grocery store ad that requires a card. I also shop the supercenters at Carl Silver Parkway and the one on Highway 17, all in Fredericksburg; and they accept them even if they require a card and honor their prices in the weeks of ads with no questions asked!

Is Ferry Farms store #2520 just ignorant of the overall policy? If so, then they need to get on the same wavelength as all the rest of your stores! Nothing is more frustrating than to go to checkout and have someone refuse the ad. But I have to say that the checkout girl was very nice. However, her manager, two aisles over, was not at all! She was downright rude!

I have shopped Wal-mart since Sam started his #2 store in Harrison, AR; and I know for a fact he would not tolerate rudeness of any kind toward anyone! To have the good old days back! You could shop his stores and always know you were getting the lowest prices (Wal-mart won't be undersold!) and enjoy your shopping experience! Guess not anymore. Maybe, it is time for me to check out the other local grocery stores. Surely, the experience will be a lot more enjoyable!

I was hired in as a cashier and transferred to produce approximately two years ago. The daily job includes lifting hundreds of pounds during the course of the day. At first, it was great getting in shape. Time went by and we lost associates in the department and the workload doubled then tripled.

On March 29th, I filed an incident report because while putting freight away, my back snapped. So thinking it may have just been a strain, I talked with management and decided to just go light. On April 11th while putting freight away, again I lost feeling in my legs and extreme pressure pain in my lower back. Scary, management and I filled out the necessary forms and I was escorted to the ER.

The ER doctor gave me restrictions of 5 lbs, no push, pull or repetitive bending at waist or hips, and then sent me for an M.R.I. I followed up the next day with the corp. doctor he was going to just call it a strain until I had mentioned that an M.R.I. had been done. He gave me restrictions. I went back to worked where he called me with the M.R.I. results. He stated that there were findings and damage.

I continued to work light duty while taking ** and a muscle relaxer. I worked until Thursday and returned to the corp. doctor on Friday. He explained how there was not this but there was that and on the M.R.I. results. He gave me restrictions of 30 to 40 lbs., more scripts and chose to keep me on and follow along until I was seen at the "Spine Center". Saturday morning, I awoke and the pain and pressure were terrible again and still is. I have had to call into work because my legs fall asleep when standing and weakness overcomes me. My next appointment is with the corp. doctor this Friday.

Last week while I was at work, the Comp. Specialist for Wal-Mart tried calling me twice when returning the call, I left a message. I called again and again and held my phone to my side, no calls. Yesterday, I called there and the receptionist tried getting through to any and all available workers on board none would pick up. I received a letter in the mail stating my claim has been suspended and Wal-Mart may not cover a thing if I do not reach her. So I am home again holding onto my phone all day. I am so stressed, confused and in pain.

I went home and got all the paperwork and returned to Walmart and I was refused to exchange my phone. I called a manager and he was as rude as the woman I dealt with.

I have gone over this contract several times and all it says 30-day exchange but nowhere does it say, unless you crack or anything that may happen to your phone that you cannot exchange it. Also, I was under the impression that Walmart has a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. I am very upset not only about the customer service, but the contract that I signed was not upheld by the associate I dealt with. I have sworn off shopping with Walmart ever again due to the disrespect I received.

This is what took place at this Walmart store. This is the very same store that had a dad that appears very legitimate in possibly filing a law suit. Pertaining to another possible customer touching or talking to his child very in appropriately. This is a store that appears to have lots of store managers. They appear to lack proper : (DUE CARE : LABOR CODE :2800)

Today, I was standing in line #15 or # 13, the time frame was approximately between : 11:00 A.M.and 11:30 A.M. I was just standing in the line to purchase an item. Then it appeared that I was possibly bumped into twice by what appeared to be a very heavy set lady. She appeared to be about five foot seven. Approximately about two hundred pounds. She had a green or aqua short sleeve shirt on. Dark pants. I looked in some shock her direction. She appeared to have a very angry look then smiled then said sorry. This should have been addressed by the managers. Are they required to monitor the lines . Their incompetent behavior some how appears to be chronic.

Note: (We do not bump into someone that we do see then say excuse me. We politely acknowledge the existence of a person. Then politely say excuse me. Then we wait to see if they acknowledge our existence. To stay within the law, we then wait to see if they move. If they don't move, we then walk around. If this is the only way to go where we want to go, then we go get a manager. (We do not bump into someone then say excuse me).

This is assault. California Penal Code: 240. Even if the person said excuse me. Why because they have eyes to see where they are going. This ladies actions were rude, self centered, arrogant and appeared to be biased. The managers appear to be very incompetent. They just stand at the podium in the front of the store .With their minds in la la land. Today I spoke with assistant managers: (Venisa and Sherrie). Both appeared to be female Hispanic adults. I first went to; Venisa then Sherrie. I informed Venisa that I will tactfully be confronting the boyfriend or husband of the female that bumped into me. Then she pointed me to Sherrie.

Sherrie was informed by myself that I will be speaking with the husband or boyfriend of the female that bumped into me. I informed Sherrie, the Walmart manager she was informed in case the husband or boyfriend reacts in a hostile fashion. I did speak with the husband or boyfriend. This was in the presence of store manager: Sherrie. I tactfully said,"Excuse me sir. " Then I continued," sir I was standing in line and you're wife or girlfriend bumped into me. " His reply was," She said excuse me." So obviously her boyfriend or husband considers it is ok, no laws were broken. Then possibly California Penal Code: 240 does not exist.

What he exactly meant in his response was: (Me and my wife or girlfriend are exempted from any wrong doing. We are exempted from adhering to and complying with the laws of the state of California. Because we are special. This is the impression I received in his response. NOTE: As stated previously we don't bump into some one then say excuse me. Suppose some one just had back surgery, post knee injury, a lady has arthritis or a women is holding a baby. Is this different?

Are we going to bump into them then say excuse me? This is the same store that charged me twice for a cell phone. Yet the male Filipino manager indicated all the paper work showed I only paid for one. (If this store does have incompetent store manager that cannot monitor the lines. Then perhaps signs can be posted in plain view. That read as follows: No cutting in lines, no improper etiquette will be tolerated, such as bumping into people that is completely unavoidable. Such actions will be just cause to ask you to leave. This will help prevent problems also like the father that appeared to be a victim with his child at this same store. This will prevent other customers from touching any other customer in appropriately.

This is store:: Walmart : 13331 Beach, Boulevard, Westminister CA ,92683-9207. ( 714)799-0020. I asked Sherrie for a store incident form. She indicated there was none. This is in excusable. A big store like this and does not have customer complaint form. Does mean the Tungan or Somaoa ladies actions were approved of. All Sherrie indicated was file a police report. After I informed Sherrie about the actions of the female that bumped into to about possibly twice. The couple was still allowed to shop in the store. (Is loss prevention sleeping or only watching for in house thefts)? Will the store video mysteriously be taped over, lost, misplaced)? Or unjustified assaults don't matter in this store? Perhaps this is how the man previously touching or talking to some one's child inappropriately was able to get away with it, why? Was loss prevention told to turn a blind eye? Only to keep their eye on pretty girls and those stealing? Or were they sleeping on duty?

Good day. This complaint is in regards to my shopping experience at 8745 Branch Avenue, Clinton, Maryland 20735 Walmart store on Wednesday 4/14/10. The cashier employee Avil, behavior was unpleasant. I had two orders. The first were for groceries I paid for. The second were for clothes. Avil rang up the purse I wanted to purchase and started aggressively taking out the stuffed paper that I had wanted to stay in the purse. She didn't stop taking the paper out until she finished and wasn't paying attention to me. She was rude and aggressive and she even disgustingly took the paper out of her trash bucket and put it back in my purse!

Her conduct was unprofessional and distasteful. I asked for the manager. I had came to the store to shop and was then treated harshly for no apparent reason and I received a full refund. I spoke to the Assistant store manager Pamela, who informed me I could not be told what will happen to Avil, who was still behaving erratically and bursting out her own name. It also seemed to me that Avil discriminated against me for my speech impairment. No customer and customers with disabilities should be treated with disrespect, this type of nasty temper behavior should not be tolerated. I believe she should be fired.

Avil ** behavior seemed like she has done this before many times and she smiled and laughed about the matter while talking to people in management like nothing was wrong and like they were her friends. I still do not know if she's been fired. She was not sent away from the cash register by Pamela. I believe this matter was not taken seriously and I even email Walmart customer service to send my complaint to the corporate/headquarters-still no response from them. I will not shop there again.

On March 11, 2010 at approximately 12 a.m., I bought a refill-sized Palmolive Dish Detergent. I paid for it and took it to my car. I left it in the car overnight. When I went to get it out of the car, my papaya and bananas were swimming in the dish detergent, and there was green soap oozing from the rear of my car. I spoke to Barbara, who told me according to the store video, the cashier put the bottle correctly in my bag and said Walmart would not replace the dish detergent lost. She also stated that Walmart would not be responsible for cleaning my car carpet of the spilled soap I bought from Walmart.

It may not be the cashier's fault that the soap spilled onto my carpet in the back of my car, but neither it is my fault. I did nothing but place the bag into my car. I would think, in the interest of goodwill and customer relations, Walmart would replace the bottle of soap free and pay to clean up the mess the soap I bought from Walmart made in the back of my car. It is a small price to pay to keep a devoted customer returning and shopping at Walmart.

Walmart cashed my check instead of voiding the transaction and now, they owe me $56.70. I refused the purchase because the cashier did not honor the $20.00 extra that Walmart supposedly offers and the cashier blamed this on me. He said I should have told him about the extra cash before he processed the sale. I did and I put a sticky note on the check to remind him again. He tore it off and handed it back to me and still did not ring up the extra $20.00. All of this blame because the cashier does not want to read the check and proof the amount before he finished the transaction. This has happened numerous times at all the Walmart stores in the Tulsa area. I checked at the bank and the check cleared 4/14/10 and I am out $56.70.

I have repeatedly been overcharged by this store. Items are frequently not ticketed, ticketed with different prices for same item and rung up at higher prices at checkout than the ticket price on the shelf. In just one visit today, I was overcharged for three items. I spoke to the manager months ago and he excused it because the store was switching to new equipment. That was months ago and every visit, I catch several overcharges. This is the policy of the store, plain and simple. Just imagine how many overcharges there are in one day and how much that adds up to for Walmart. I usually watch closely as prices are rung up, but I'm sure I have missed some from time to time. I have no idea how much I have been overcharged over time. Sometimes I just leave knowing I've been ripped off because I don't have the time to follow up, but then that is what Walmart is counting on.

I have always got my things and taken them to my truck then bring the scooter back inside. Yesterday, at the Silver Springs store, I got my groceries like I always do. When I got ready to leave and take them to my truck, the lady said I had to put everything in a shopping cart and take them out. I am so unbelievably appalled by the fish department at all of my local Walmart stores. This particular company should not sell living things, as they never have anybody to work or staff that department. I have visited the Walmarts in Brunswick, ME; Falmouth, ME, and Scarborough ME and all of them stock fish. If any Humane Society saw how these tanks and betta cups were being kept, they would probably shut the place down for good. I went to purchase/save some fish from the Brunswick Walmart the other day and there was nobody there to help me. Someone from their security department came to help me get fish out of the tanks after waiting almost 15 minutes for someone to come and help me.

Not only do the tanks look horrible at all times, but last week, I found something that looked like big bunches of electrical tape inside of one of the tanks that had several fish inside. Most of them dead probably because of whatever this stuff was. It was disgusting. Another time I purchased fish, the girl that finally came to help me didn't even know how to retrieve fish from the tanks for customers. She told me that she had never worked in that department before nor has she had any experience with fish. I was mortified. This company is renown for its reasonable prices and wide array of available items to purchase, which is great and I am a big supporter of that but we are talking about live stock here and nobody ever seems to know how to take care of this department.

I've been told in the past that nobody has worked the department in days to weeks, which means the fish aren't even being fed. I'm sorry, I know Walmart is a very busy place, but if they can't keep their departments staffed and it's to the point that inhumane treatment is becoming a problem then this company should no longer be able to sell fish or any other live products! Who can I contact about this? I know I am not the only consumer with concerns. It seems as though your website has been swarmed with complaints similar to mine. When is somebody going to step in and try to do something to stop this?
