Placed a large order online. They stated it was delivered and I only got 1 item out of 15 items and they won't resend or refund my order. I contacted them by chat and by phone and told them exactly what happened and they are still not fixing the issue.

We went yesterday 05/20/2025 to exchange a shirt, and I asked the cashier if the 50% off was also in the store, she stated NO however if one of the items is on 50% online and you see it at the store, we will match the price. So today I took my mother on my lunch break, and she took three dress and two baby dresses, a manager that was working the cashier assisted me and I try to charge me 30% on those dresses and I showed her pictures of the same dresses online and told her that a day before the lady told me about the matching prize, the cashier from yesterday so she called her to me and screaming at her in front of customers and myself she asked the cashier if she gave me that information about matching prices,
The poor cashier was so scared and answered yes, so the manager yelled at her and told her not all items will be in the system to match the price and she should not be telling people the whole confrontation was horrible, my poor mother who is very old was very embarrassed and wanted to pay the full amount in order for the manager to stop screaming at the young cashier.
I am a manager of my department, and she should have never confronted the lady in front of customers, and she made me feel I was lying we are all humans, and we are allowed to make mistake but not be humiliate the way she did to her and to me, long short story she refuse to give me the discount on one of the dresses and she told me the computer didn't allow her to change the price, I have the receipt maybe in there you can find the manager's name and do something about her management behavior with her coworkers and Customers, my mother and myself should have never been put us in this situation so humiliated, I don't want the young cashier to ger in trouble for telling me the wrong information, she should not be a manager she has not sympathy or professions experience

I would like to caution anyone thinking of purchasing a gift from Old navy Online if you have to ship to another address. Their return policy is terrible. I was not able to return an item that was too small, never worn, still has the tags intact. It was 3 days past their 30 day from delivery return policy. If you need a gift sent do it last minute or not at all. I choose not at all ever again.

Make sure they put everything they have charged you for in your bag or it's too bad. I think some of the young girls they have working here are not honest. The wait to check out was awful and employees seemed as if they did not care.

*This review is for men's clothing only.* I can't win with this brand. Nothing ever fits right. I bought a pair of 36-30 jeans. They fit perfectly in store and shrink to oblivion after the first wash. Ok, so let’s buy 38-32s in the same fit, right? Those DON'T shrink and I'm swimming in them. Huge break at the ankle that looks very sloppy. Can't return them cause they've been worn. NINE pairs of jeans in the same size and fit and only ONE pair fits me properly. I'm through with this brand. Just pony up for better quality and consistent products. The sales on this garbage are deep for a reason.

Will never spend a dime at Old Navy ever again! Missing 6 times in my order, paid 25$ for shipping. The customer support mentioned sometimes this happens in the warehouse! I could repurchase my items but the sale is over now. If you know it’s a problem “sometimes” maybe you should try to do better!

The delivery date keeps changing. I only ordered online because the items I wanted were not available in the store by me. I ordered on March 11th and I had a Tuesday (18) delivery, then Wednesday (19), then Saturday, now it's Monday (24). I wonder when I will actually get my package, if ever. Shipping needs to drastically improve. I will not ever order online again.

I placed an order on February 26 for my nephew because he needed new clothes. The order arrived March 5th with an adult, fist-sized hole in the bag. I opened the bag immediately after the UPS delivery driver put it on my front porch. Four shirts were missing from my nephew's order [six really because I ordered a three pack of blue shirts]. He was missing a Lucky Charms shirt, two Sonic shirts, and his three blue shirts- $48 dollars worth of items.
I chatted with customer support and my mom called customer support, they said nothing could be done because their good-for-nothing computer determined that I was not eligible for a refund. That is completely unfair and wrong. Do you really let a computer run your business instead of human beings? Old Navy, you scam people. You take the money and items of those who work hard. Both agents told me to file a dispute with the bank, which is absolutely ridiculous to me, because often banks refuse to give you your funds back. I hate this business and I will never shop with them again.

Shop online at your own peril! Customer service has completely gone downhill. This is the third time in two years that Old Navy lost my package. Last year they never delivered 13 items including holiday family pajamas. Had to escalate to CS manager who finally credited me as reordering wasn’t possible as they were now sold out. Unbelievably this year they said they delivered 4 items, but I only got ONE in med bag that was stuffed with a puffer jacket.
I spent multiple hours calling them. In the second call the rep said she would put a tracer on the 3 items but instead created a ticket asking for a refund. AND I got a denial for the refund with no real reason why. So made a third call that lasted over an hour. The first guy said the decision was made, couldn’t tell me why and asked to dish to a supervisor. Instead he funneled me to a generic claims department. The rep said the decision was final and I was supposed to call my bank to get charges reversed. Why??? Old Navy got the THIRD time didn’t deliver my order and after hours of chasing it down, they expect ME to rectify THEIR mistake. She refused to escalate to a supervisor. The company sucks. Avoid this crappy company with the worst company service ever!

1 because I can’t go lower. I ordered a jacket for my son. It was not in the package. I filed a claim that there was no jacket in the package but everything else was there and I’d either like a refund or a replacement jacket. Neither of which they did. They told me that since the package showed “delivered” that I would not qualify for a refund. How can you not refund someone the cash for the item if you did not package it right. They It’s absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend shopping with them going forward unless they actually start to care about their customer base.

Start by saying that I am a long time customer and Old Navy card holder. I have placed a dozen online orders this year alone. Once in May, I received a package that had my address on label and NONE of my items. I had to jump through hoops just to get my correct items resulting in me placing another order and waiting over a week to receive. This last week I placed another order… SAME thing happens. I have never had this happen at any other store. The customer service team treats you as if it is your fault and can only offer so much help.
Now I am making yet another trip to return items to UPS (that I did not purchase) while waiting for mine. I now have two credit card charges out there. Hoping my actual items show up and they will actually refund my initial charge once they receive the items back that I did not order. It’s hard to put trust into a company when this has now happened twice. Save yourself a headache and go to target or honestly anywhere that has better customer service and shipping standards. I feel bad for the customer who received my items and is now dealing with the same headache I am.

Placed two orders on Old Navy's website. Got an email saying my orders were being processed. Looked at the order status the next day, for whatever reason and saw that it was now in "cancel processing" status. I never requested it to be canceled. Tried to "chat" with someone and they said I would have to call. OK, I call get told I have to call back in 4 min at 8 to speak to someone because my order was flagged as fraud. It was $67 and $99 dollars for both? Fraud? I call back at 815 and the rep told me they don't open until 830? No one knows what time they open? Then I call and wait 17min to speak to someone at the "research dept". Apparently this happens all the time because it was a long wait. Never once did I get a notification email that there was an issue with my order, just happen to stumble upon it when checking the status. Not good. My last time ordering with this company because it is such a waste of time.

Updated on 09/15/2024: Company provided refund.
Original Review: I recently purchased a Spider-Man (Marvel) hoodie for my son from Old Navy, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. First, the order took forever to ship, and when it finally arrived, the hoodie had a large hole in the sleeve. I’ve dealt with similar issues with other kids' retailers, but they immediately offered a refund upon seeing the defective item. However, when I contacted Old Navy, I was told I had to ship the hoodie back for inspection, and only then might they issue a refund. This is an enormous hassle, especially with kids and the challenge of getting to the post office.
I requested a refund, but they insisted that it would only happen after I returned the item. From a customer service standpoint, this is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping at Old Navy again, and I’ll gladly take my business to a competitor that values its customers. I can fix the hoodie myself, but when I spend $30 on something, I expect it to be right. If not, I expect the company to make it right without jumping through hoops, not offering a paltry 10% discount for the inconvenience. Really?

It happened to me twice buying online with Old Navy + Gap. I chose to pick up from UPS stores assuming that will be safer that way than leaving a parcel at my doorstep. They sent a notice for pick up, said it is delivered, but when I went collect it, the UPS Store said they don't have it. I call UPS CSR to file a claim and was told to go look around the store if it is misplaced...? I am kind of speechless about such a nonsense suggestion, I'd never think I have the right to search a UPS store on my own? Then I called Old Navy because they are the shipper, and my parcel is lost while they claimed it is delivered. They told me to wait till the last day of the parcel expected arrival date to file a claim, despite their shipping status said it is delivered. I am so upset when both Old Navy and UPS have no responsible action to resolve my issue. If I have to present my ID to collect my mail, why can't they check who took my parcel?
The last thing I will do is to report to credit card about the lost of shipment if nothing got resolved. This is getting ridiculous when purchase online with a big retailer/ shipper will show such low level of customer care. About the last UPS store who lost my parcel, they basically showed me a signature that was not mine to said this is not their fault. I don't believe our community is safe anymore, even choosing the pick up from collect points can go wrong... what next?

Old Navy would have clearance prices on a couple items and encourage you to buy other items with the offer free shipping at a certain amount. Second time in a row they have claim to have the cheaper items out of stock and cancel part of my order and leave you with the purchase of the more expensive items. It is a hassle to ask them for a refund and when you question them why they keep having out of stock items on their website, their customer service can't answer. If you can't fulfill the order then please just make it easy to cancel the whole order.

We shop here because the prices are great and everything is great quality however the big girls' styles are too grown-looking. There’s some moms who have 5-6 year olds that no longer wear toddler sizes and there isn’t a lot of cute age-appropriate options. The toddler clothes are so cute and I feel like there needs to be more duplicates of those styles in bigger sizes. H&M for example does a really good job at this by offering the same kind of little girl-friendly styles but in bigger sizes. You will see the same fun and adorable outfits in ranges 2T all the way up to a girls size 10 to be exact.
Some moms don’t want their little girls wearing mesh shorts and tops with keyhole designs as well as crop tops. There is a also no matches sets for girls. It would be so nice if they had ribbed two-piece tank top and short sets in solid colors and some fun prints like watermelon or strawberries and ice cream cone designs. The dresses and rompers for toddler girls should also be made in sizes 2T- girls size 10. I feel as though last year styles for girls were also significantly better than this year's styles.

I have spent thousands at Old Navy ordering stuff every week for my family but recently I have noticed that they are not sending items but charging for them??!!! I suspect this has been going on for awhile before I noticed as I place large orders and never looked through to itemize all things until it became obvious in an order that I was missing and charged for 4 items. After that I started to check all my orders and every month I have something missing that I was charged for. Usually they have refunded it but now I am missing an Easter shirt for my son's first Easter and they have refused to refund me for the shirt they never sent!!
I have been contemplating no longer ordering because of this and can now say this has made that decision easy for me. I will no longer be ordering from old-navy, gap or any of their companies. They have scammed me and wasted my time having to keep contacting them over the same issue that I have asked them to escalate and look into their staff because this is clearly a problem. Once they received the item they would credit my account for the item I ordered. In the meantime, I would need to place a new order to get the correct item. The item I need is no longer in stock. On top of that, I am heading out of town for the next month and do not have time to go to Staples to do this return. If I don’t go in 30 days, I can no longer return the item they sent and get credit for the item I purchased. A trip to Staples costs me in both time and money. Old navy’s “exchange” policy is not an actual exchange but a whole new purchase. This is for a customer who doesn’t live within 1 hour of an Old navy. If you paid with points you have to roll the dice and wait for them to accept your return and give you the points back to place the new order. If you choose to do this the size you need might not be available so you will miss you on the item you want. This is not what an exchange is. The company should accommodate the customer and send out what the customer wants while they wait for the return OR at the very least send out the order as soon as the package has been scanned in by UPS to be sent back. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

One pair of jeans was not in the package. I called them they are refusing to replace or refund the item.
I asked for a replacement because obviously I needed them for winter clothes for my son. They said because I was missing an item back in April they will not replace this one. How can you refuse to replace someone’s item and keep their money. They are treating me like I’m lying. The 2 people I talked to in customer service on the phone, first could hardly understand them and two, they make it sound like they make it easy to do returns and it shouldn’t have been an issue. Whoever is running this company should be ashamed. I’ve bought from you because you have decent prices and decent quality, but it is apparent the customers who keep you in business don’t matter.

I bought family PJs for my son's family, including 3 grandkids. I was so excited that I had found all the sized that I needed, however when I left the store, I realized there was a problem. The PJ top I bought my daughter in law had a tag that said, 'Damaged Final Sale'. I was so busy trying to find the right sizes that I didn't analyze all the tags and honestly, I shouldn't have to. Damaged items should be better marked or located in a designated spot or mentioned at check out. If my goal was to buy anything damaged, I would not have paid the regular price for it, the same price as the other PJs I bought. Very disappointed and feel sucked into buying something damaged with no opportunity to return. This was a Christmas gifts that in the end I couldn't give, just dropped it into a donation bin. Very disappointed, I will be weary of shopping there in the future.

Went to the store to exchange some items. I explained I needed to exchange some pants. My previous employer bought the pants because I had been using my own clothes for over 6 months. I had a credit card from the company. But I had since left the company. My new employer that we wear a different color so I took the pants back to exchange them. I asked can these be exchanged. The girl said yes. She ended up putting it back on the old employer credit card that was issued to me. SMH! Needless to say I walked out without my work clothes. I would of keep the wrong color had I known.
But the kicker was she called customer service to get the charges reversed. It took forever. Finally the transaction was approved and she got disconnected!!!! When she finally talked to another person they changed their minds. Mind you this was twenty or more minutes at this point. Very dissatisfied with the phone customer service. Very disappointed with the transaction all together. Would recommend not shopping there. Because customer service is really bad!

I have been a longstanding Old Navy shopper since I as 12 years old. I have always been plus size, so it has been my go to retail store. I basically should be an ambassador at this point. I recently purchased 2 shackets that were 2xl Tall. Since Old Navy has changed their sizing, I wasn't sure how it would fit. Well they were way too big. So I bought 2 more of smaller sizing, and these work better.
I went to return, and it said that I was too late. Looking at the return policy, it says that I only have 30 days from purchasing. Well I didn't receive the package until 11 days later after ordering. This is extremely frustrating, as I cannot do anything about how long it takes to ship. I asked for an exception, as I have been buying from Old Navy for 20 years. I asked for the Manager approval, and they couldn't do anything.
This policy is extremely unfair, and should be clearly stated on the website. As consumers, we should have 30 days from receiving the package. Not 30 days from purchasing. I am extremely frustrated with the direction Old Navy is going. Plus! Changing the sizing, has made the XXL sizes I buy to always be sold out now. I was always able to find XXL black leggings. Now they are always sold out, due to the sizing change, as it seems they have way less stock than before. Not happy.

I called customer service and I could barely understand the representative. He told me they would have to place a lost/stolen report, refund my money and I can replace the order. I got the item on sale when I placed it. Now the item is $5 more and would cost me shipping. WHAT?? So I complained then he acted like he would do me a favor and send it to me at the sale cost and no delivery fee. Like I said, always issues with them! The other thing I always have issues with is my Rewards. We spend a lot of money on our Old Navy card and get lots of rewards. I am really disappointed with the way Old Navy has handled their business!

I just received a notice that they could not access my address to deliver. They say this every time and it is a LIE! Don’t make me pay for delivery on a certain day if you are going to lie about not being able to deliver it. Not sure who’s creating the lies or why, but it’s completely not true. I have had an Old Navy account for many years and will be closing this account due to the untimely processing of returns and the credits forthcoming. It takes on average a month to get a credit from a return therefore you pay off your balance and they end up with a credit balance and use your money until the next time you order. You can ask for a refund but after much ado, it is hardly worth the hassle of going through the process to do so. It just isn't worth the headache anymore so I will be closing my Old Navy account and no longer purchase from this company.

Do NOT under any circumstances order anything from OLD Navy online. You do so at great risk! I ordered several items. They did not arrive in the time frame they were supposed to. Weeks later a package finally arrived from Old Navy; however, they were not even close to the items I ordered. Clearly they sent me someone else's order.
I attempted to call customer service and as soon as the agent heard the problem, she pretended to have a bad connection and of course the call was disconnected. I again attempted to call customer service and was told that they could do nothing for me...BUT expected me to go to a store to give them the items I received that were incorrect BUT no intent to replace or take care of the items that I PAID FOR that I NEVER RECEIVED. I cannot go into a store...this is why I ordered online. I explained this and was told the same thing.
The agent then promised me that if I placed the order again online that THEN, and only then, would she refund my order, and promised that if I did so that she would give me a 20% discount and provide expedited shipping for free. (By the way the agents were not even in the U.S. which they acknowledged). This felt very risky to me but I did it and placed the order (which ended up being more than the amount I originally paid for it). She told me that once I placed the order and gave her the order # that then she would refund the original purchase, apply the discount and shipping. Well, that was a blatant lie as she deliberately waited for me to place the order and then immediately disconnected the call so as not to have to keep her promise!
I again tried calling back customer service and this time a man answered (also not in the United States) and as soon as he heard the problem said he needed to put me on hold to get a supervisor. He kept me waiting and waiting and then disconnected the call. I also attempted to do the online chat option for customer service. That was even worse. She gave me a string of lies and then demanded that I go in to a store to take back the items that were sent to me incorrectly. I told her it would be their responsibility to pick them up from me as it was their mistake and explained again that I could not go to a physical location which is why I had ordered online in the first place.
I do not want what they sent me. It is nothing I would ever wear. I just want the items I ordered. She then told me she would send me a $10 voucher for my trouble (believe me $10 doesn't even begin to cover the trouble of the stress of spending 2.5 hours dealing with them and no resolution); BUT she NEVER sent the voucher which she promised to send via email. Additionally she NEVER provided the refund that she promised to send. I again attempted ONE MORE TIME to call customer service by phone. He claimed again there is no supervisor available. He claimed that they cannot adjust orders (as per what the previous agent told me) and refused to help me. This is beyond disgusting. Do not shop old navy unless you want to risk never receiving your items, never getting a refund, never getting what you paid for, and being put through extreme stress with "customer service".

Have you ever heard of Old Navy rejecting a return they received within the 45 day window because they didn’t process it within 45 days on their end? I just received my return back, rejected due to “late return”. Even the rep at customer service was confused, as he confirmed that my return was received within the policy and before the 45 day cutoff. It so happens that old navy just changed their window to 30 days (5/1/22), yet I purchased items before that change went into effect and they are supposed to be honored for 45. The items even appeared as “non returnable” online prior to my sending them back, yet the customer service rep told me it was a system error when I called to set up an exchange.
My issue was forwarded to a person in “leadership” who lacked customer service skills, and she’s saying that old navy requires you to mail items back with up to two weeks for them to process the return (and still be within the 45 day timeframe, mind you) and is sending me yet another return label as a “one time courtesy”. Excuse me, but I believe someone screwed up and I had already done all the legwork of calling, confirming, and mailing in time. Has anyone else ever heard of such nonsense? Or such poor customer service? What a way to lose my business.

Over at least the past 5 years, I have made multiple online purchases from Old Navy. Every time I have done so, I have been unable to sign into my account despite multiple attempts to change my password, switch to a different device, clear my cache, reboot my electronic device and call into customer service (who has never been able to rectify this situation). I do not recall ever having been able to make an online purchase without having to do so as a guest. I can't even sign in on my Old Navy app because of this issue. I do not know if my points from my online purchases as a guest are actually added to my account because I cannot log into my account to view this. I doubt it, as I have few (if any) points racked up to take advantage of when I have gone into an Old Navy store.
I am wondering if this is done intentionally to random people in order to make more money off of people who regularly spend money at Old Navy. Seems needless and really underhanded for a huge publicly traded corporation to stoop to such low levels to save a few bucks on ordinary, middle-income families. The products themselves are of good quality otherwise I wouldn't continue to shop there. This is just more than 5 years of frustration built up over an issue that should have been easy to solve.

First of all, you cannot write a low star review online anymore, the Old Navy website is not accepting them. You cannot get any help, to enter your honest review or feedback. There is new leadership and the system is broken. There is only a "no reply" email, though it doesn't list it that way. There are only unprofessional untrained people in the "chat" option or first-tier phone support that will not listen or let you speak to someone who can. They will not record the chats or send them anywhere you just have no options or help at all. I don't know if it is because it is no one in America hired for Old Navy that they are using in this capacity but no one will help or send anywhere up the chain.
I am getting no response for two months now for help to submit my reviews on their clothing. I did get a link in my email, and clear all my caches, and history and try it in different browsers, computers, and phones, and it will not accept my low star reviews stating a website error that they won't acknowledge. The clothes look cute online. Old Navy “appears” to care about Diversity- that’s my star. I have concern with the quality of clothing. In particular, the vintage sweatshirt and jogger sets I purchased late fall 2021. I noticed after I wore them just a couple times lounging around the house the knees bag out by a several inches and do not go back. I attached pictures of how the clothes actually look with a couple wears.
Washing the sweatshirts and joggers they become very thin, and pill/ball. I’m incredibly disappointed in the quality. It seems I can only wear these old navy clothes once, which is irresponsible in clothing. I’m upset that I’m having to continue to spend money every month on clothes that could’ve last years. There’s incredible shrinkage actually making everything too short too, and being only 5’5” I’ve never experienced the pants turning into cropped length for me. I am not into fast fashion and I wish to encourage Old Navy to work on the quality rather than quantity of offerings.
I feel bad giving clothes to Goodwill after a couple wears/ washes but what am I to responsibly do? I have a gentle washer/detergent, use cool water and hang dry. I would have returned but I missed the window. I’m hoping there was just an issue with this line but I feel taken advantage of. This is what I got thinking that I would have house clothes that lasted at least a season. It’s important, especially these days, to be conscious to make things that last for people.
What is much worse with all of this is the quality of people they are hiring to “chat”. There is no email address you can send to talk to someone who might care. Treatment from new foreign representatives is appalling. I sent information and they just ended the chat and wouldn’t let me save it. When I call to talk to someone I’m pretty much harassed for a few minutes with false information while they tell me there is nothing that can be done. Old Navy, this sucks.

I purchased a pair of pants through Old Navy that were too small. All I wanted to do is exchange for a bigger size, that's it. I was told that I would need to mail them in which would take up to 14 days, then they would refund my money (which would take another 5 business days) and repurchase the item. So basically I would need to wait 3-4 weeks to get my money and repurchase an item that they have labeled "hot item", which would mean that there is no guarantee that I would actually be able to purchase those pants as they may be sold out. Every company that I have worked for will do an exchange through the mail and not put you through this circus. I just ordered clothes on Black Friday and while I was completing the order it asked if the shipping and billing address were the same and when I clicked yes, it removed part of the address for shipping which I didn't notice until the email with the order number came. I called Old Navy immediately (5 minutes after the order was made) and was told they wouldn't be able to update to the correct address and ship it so I said to cancel it immediately. The customer service rep lied and said it was being processed and probably wouldn't work and I informed them that was incorrect as I was looking at the order and it didn't say that.
I also mentioned it would be very unlikely they would be that on top of things for Black Friday. Said it would take two days and still might not be possible. The customer service is a joke and so is Old Navy. I haven't shopped there for years and this was going to be a gift for someone else. Never again. I'd rather pay $$$ more to not deal with such ridiculous incompetence. And why do the employees in Mexico lie about everything you question. Retraining is definitely in order.

3) Trying to email in to customer service, got a reply they were over whelmed with calls??
4) Overcharged my bank account and trying to correct it, 6 calls later still nothing.
I emailed in, I called in, I have been overcharged only by $37.56, to some it may not be a lot, but it's also the principal, if you over charge me, correct it and replace it back to my bank account. I love how companies are so quick to take your money, but one hell of a time to replace the money. Customer service, I work in CS and I know how we get treated, but these people here are RUDE, I do not need anyone to lecture me on how to understand how the holdings will take place after so many days etc. I have had THREE now tell me "You need to listen to what I am saying". That is rude. I am not a child. You should do better training on your staff. So with all this said, I will NOT be buying form Old Navy ever again, I will go elsewhere, where we are treated like a customer and not an idiot. Do NOT waste your time on this company, I'm going back to Kohl's now...

I placed an order online with Old Navy. I was notified the next day that 5 items were no longer in stock. I can understand one or maybe two items being out of stock but 5 is unacceptable. Obviously they need to keep the online site updated so that this doesn't occur. Not only did this occur but now I have to wait 5 business days for the credit/refund to hit my credit card. This was their issue so I should not be penalized. On top of this I paid $22.00 for 1 day delivery only to receive an email saying that the order was delayed because of a packaging error, on their end. Again, unacceptable. When I called Customer Service I was treated like a number and not like a valued customer of which I have been for well over 15 years. It is obvious they err on the side of theft vs a customer that actually spends money in their establishment. Today I tried into exchange some clothing due to sizing but got denied and was told basically too bad. The clothing was given as a gift and I did not have a receipt. It turns out that I committed an Old Navy crime. Since 2014 I have had 5 returns w/o a receipt. Therefore, I am not allowed to EVER return anything again. We had to ask the gift giver for the receipt (which was uncomfortable). We took all the clothes back and asked for a refund! What first world problems we have. I placed 3 orders in May and all but 1 dress has been received. I work in online retail, I know things are delayed. So, I gave it a month and then called customer service. The wonderful and yet AUDIBLY SHAKEN (probably from speaking with all of you) poor girl on the phone told me that the store shipping my product has a backlog of 3000 packages and UPS refuses to take more than a few hundred at a time, and more orders keep coming in, and so it’s taking a long time to get things shipped. I said it’s okay!! It’s just a dress. I’ll wait. It’s not a big deal. Some people are no longer with us because of Covid, a dress is NOT that big of a deal to me.
So imagine that a company receives an entire year’s worth of online orders within a few months... while the stores are closed... and when the stores open they receive all these orders that the warehouse couldn’t fill, and everyone who ordered from them expects non-pandemic shipping times within a pandemic. Honestly!! Customer service are filled with people. PEOPLE. People who are paid to sit there and be yelled at, apparently. What do we expect when we ordered from one of the busiest retail companies in a pandemic? Stop yelling. Be kind. Life isn’t that bad. Things will ship eventually. How lucky are we to be alive.

I tried to go online (no option to change it), e-mailed customer service (got a "standard" reply for me to just call and talk to a service representative, called (waited for 1.5 hours) only to have someone borderline rude and bored answer the phone and gave me 2 options. First is to cancel the recent order and just re-order, the second one is to let the order go through, go online to forward the package on the UPS website. I chose to just cancel the order. She said that she forwarded the request to cancel the order. Few hours later, I received an e-mail that the product was shipped and charged my credit card. I was annoyed.
But I'm like, okay, I'll just do the second option and tried to forward the package to my new address via the UPS website. Since it's the holiday weekend, I got a reply from UPS few days after that they can't do it since old navy is using Surepost and that I should contact the seller. I tried to call again (another 1.5 hours of waiting) only to have the agent say to wait for another 7 days to have it "refunded" (he doesn't sound very convincing), as per rep, they need to sort out, send the package back or resend it to my new address, since he saw on their system that the first rep sent a request. The order has arrived earlier than promised, today in fact - along with one item that finally made it from Old Navy, which has to be returned as no way is that a medium relaxed fit; the shirt would fit a small boy - and NO WAY am I returning it online after the horror stories I've read from others; I will take it downtown where my better judgment told me I should have gone in the first instance but didn't because of COVID. I have ordered twice from Apple, who also use UPS, and received both items one and a half days later - coming from the States!
I also perused Old Navy's sister site - BANANA REPUBLIC for ages the day before Old Navy and selected a number of items. They waited until 24hrs later to inform me they don't have the items in stock instead of updating their online inventory. Unbelievable. This was my first time shopping for clothing online and I will never, ever, do it again. Old Navy are the most INCOMPETENT company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is COMPLETELY LACKING and they simply disregard your concerns. Their friendly upbeat online marketing is a COMPLETE AND UTTER LIE. STAY WELL CLEAR.

I called again and held for one hour with no response. I emailed and got an auto reply that they could not respond to emails. The next day I got an email that my package was being shipped to the wrong address. Really horrible experience. I wish I had read other reviews here before purchasing. I have been a loyal customer for years. I have shipped online and in store for years and have never had any problems, but whatever is going on with this company right now is critically bad. There is NO customer service. That is not an exaggeration or something I say lightly. There is literally no one to help you when your order goes wrong...and it will go wrong. I have waited for hours multiple times to get assistance and have never gotten thru. I contacted a store to see if they would have a Regional or Divisional manager contact me so that I could voice my concerns and was met with the same talking points over and over again. *The store system and online system are completely separate so they can not help you. (No, the store level has been told in no uncertain terms that they are not to contact District and Regional managers, likely because this problem is so big right now that it would be the only thing they would be doing all day long).
*We have no way to contact anyone who works in customer service, we only have the same number that you would call. (Ummm, I call BS on that one. Do you really expect me to believe that there is only one single phone number for the entirety of Old Navy Online??) *I can offer you an in store credit...you know, they can't actually give your money back because....the systems are separate! Or when/IF you get your order then you can bring it back for a refund. BUT, what if I don't get my order??? Well, then you just need to call the customer service number (and stay on hold for 4 hours or until you decide you've had enough and finally hand up and hopefully just decide that it's all not worth it and then we get to keep your money!!).
Well, Old Navy, you are operating a perfect scam here. Make it so that the only way to get help is to call a number that NO ONE WILL EVER ANSWER! Whoever is in charge needs to be fired. It's not as though I purchased something from some random Facebook ad that I knew I probably shouldn't have but assumed the risk anyway. I purchased from a 26 year old publicly traded company with stores in every state and I have wasted yet another day of my life trying to get a resolution for a problem that I did not create. I no longer consider Old Navy to be a reputable business. I also filed a complaint with BBB and recommend that anyone else getting the same run around I am do so as well...and if you check their Facebook page you will see that there are a LOT of people dealing with the same thing I am.

In fact my legs are too thin in my opinion. Who are these skinny jeans for exactly??? I hate them. Then when I finally find a pair that fit acceptably, they are now all stretch jeans. My weight doesn't fluctuate - I don't need stretchy jeans. I feel like I'm wearing women's clothing. But I gave them a shot. After about 10 washes they fell apart. First the rear pockets detached so I had some patches sown in from the inside. Then the whole butt area ripped open when I bent down. Like I said, I'm not a big guy... I won't be going back unless they switch back. Got a great pair at LL Bean. A little more expensive but if they last it's worth it and they aren't stretch pants!

I do a lot of online shopping but I am hesitant when it comes to clothing because of things fitting right. I had shopped at a store over Black Friday and received a couple coupons, which Incentivized me to Purchase some items online. I was very pleased with the selection as sometimes the stores do not carry all that Old Navy has to offer.
I was surprised that Shipping takes a long time in comparison to what other online retailers offer and even though I Spent well over a $100 my discounts brought me below the free shipping mark and I ended up spending more just to receive the free shipping, not an issue there, understandable. Shipping ended up taking longer than estimated, I know this time the year Ordering packages Can get kind of risky as far as Being able to determine when your items will arrive. But, considering your competitors, such as Amazon, I was still quite surprised at how long it took for my items to get to me And how many different packages, for not that many items. All of this was frustrating but not the issue that really bothered me, with my whole experience.
A couple of the items did not fit, even though they were the same size of other items I have purchased from Old Navy. The pants sizes seemed to very slightly and unfortunately the ones I had ordered online were too small. Because of the backed up mail services right now, I Wanted to avoid sending items back for exchanges and not receive my item so before several weeks after waiting as long as I did initially. I figured I should be able to return My items to a local store and exchange them for a different size. Unfortunately the store did not have the style of pants I went to exchange for so I figured they would be able to accommodate me with something they had on hand.
Apparently that is not how it works with Old Navy online orders and because of my discount, what I would have gotten back for the items would have been less than something of equal value because the deal that I had gotten would not be applied to a new order... I found this frustrating and felt like I was getting the back end of the deal, like I had never really received a deal and I'm paying full price for something because I had to exchange products. I have worked with other retailers that offer online ordering options and I have been able to go to a store and exchange for something that day, with the same value I had received online without having to go through any hassle, like the process I experienced in this situation.
So, you think I would have learned my lesson. But, I decided to give Old Navy online one more chance. I had received an email that had intrigued me, and I decided to purchase 2 pairs of pants, and pick them up at a local store, to avoid waiting for long shipping periods. It was convenient and easy, though I was disappointed with the lack of communication that my order was ready and that there was an issue. I called the store to see if they had received my online order and if it was ready for the Pick up, because I never received an email Confirming that information Or to let me know that there was an issue with my order. The store had informed me that my order had been ready for pick up.
I was a little upset since I had been waiting to Run some errands until I got confirmation about my order. The store had also informs me that there was an issue and they were not able to fulfill my full order. One of the pants I had ordered was not in stock and the online details can sometimes be delayed in reflecting what the store actually has on hand. I understand that this can be an issue and seriously have no problem with that aspect of this experience. I can only imagine, especially through the holidays, inventory not being 100% accurate reflections Online.
I went to the store to pick up the pants that were in stock and Asked them about exchanging for another item Of equal value to the one they did not have, to fulfill my order. They said that they were refunding my card, and I did notice in my email while I was there, that I received a message stating that my total purchase amount had adjusted, to Only apply towards the one item, And that my card would not be charged For my originally Quoted total.
When I checked my bank account it still said that there was pending transaction and it looked as though I did not receive any sort of discount which is why I had originally decided to try online services again, because of the sale prices... When I checked my bank account it still said that there was pending transaction and it looked as though I did not receive the discount I was offered in my email and that was applied to my online order, as well as using my cash coupon, that with out that other item would not have given me a better discount. which is why I decided to give your company another chance!
But, that wasn't the end of my experience. The pants I did receive from my online purchase and in store pick up, Did not fit, to my liking and I wanted to go up a size. I really wanted to try them on at the store, Which was my original plan, to avoid having to return to a store an additional time. But, after the experience at that store I felt Upset and wanted to leave so I did not want to spend any more time there trying on clothes in addition to not having that much time in the 1st place... Since I waited around for confirmation my order would be ready, that I never received and it took me, being proactive, to Obtain the information I've been waiting for. So I had looked online to see what local stores had that style of pants and the size I needed.
I found a store and called them before going to see if I could exchange for the size I needed. They said that would be fine, and when I got to the store they fortunately did have a size up in stock and they Implied that they would be able to exchange no problem. I had Seen a sweatshirt as I walked in and decided to purchase that as well. When I looked at my total before I inserted my card for payment, I noticed it was quite higher than I had expected. I asked what all the charges were for and they had said it was for both of the items. I was confused because my experience with the exchange at the store the other day, Put money on a gift card for the amount that would be refunded to me since, they could not fulfill my order, not having the same items to exchange.
I asked them why they didn't do that this time and they said that it was because I didn't ask them to.... You think that common sense would tell you that I would have preferred to exchange items with the least amount of hassle, versus having to wait for my card to be refunded at a 3 to 5 Business day waiting period. I am a fan of your products. Rcently I have spent a decent amount of money purchasing various items, shoes, pants, shirts, etc. more than I have spent all year for clothing. And I have supported Old Navy for a long time, ever since I was a kid. But after My most recent experiences, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and with how everything ended up turning out.
It would have been one thing if it was 1 thing but it was several things. And the fact that I decided to give you guys another chance, (because again, I am a fan of the styles and quality of your products), And had basically the same experience, I feel like, as a consumer, living in the wonderful experiment we call capitalism, I may need to take my business elsewhere in the future.
I have had far better experiences dealing with your competitors. I felt like whenever I had issues comparable to the previously stated situations, with your company, your competitors took care of me, with far less hassle. In fact, I felt like I was genuinely being compensated for any inconvenience, And ultimately that is the issue here. I felt like this whole process was extremely inconvenient and I felt like I spent way more money than expected. And not that you need my money but the fact that I decide to spend it with you should count for something.

I have never had a wonderful experience with Old Navy, their Super Cash is confusing, their shipping takes FOREVER and now I have found their return policy is an absolute joke. On CyberMonday, I ordered a jacket for my daughter but in the wrong size. Within 5 minutes of placing the order I jumped on Old Navy customer service chat to see if I could change the size or cancel the order. The rep. said she could not change the order or cancel it, but she could put in a cancel "request" but there was no guarantee that would go through (seriously, 5 minutes later they can't cancel the order??) but that I could just return the wrong size item to the store. Not wanting to miss the CyberMonday deal I went ahead and ordered the correct size. About a week later (of course) two jackets show up.
After all of that neither of the jackets ended up working, so I tried to return them both to the store. Both jackets had the tags, I had my receipt, everything should have been EASY PEASY. NOPE. Not when you are dealing with Old Navy. So I paid $43.43 for each jacket. They rang up my receipt and tried to give me $35.00....I said "why am I only getting $35.00 when my order is for $43.43"? It took two salespeople and a manager to figure it out but it came down to, they don't reimburse for taxes or shipping, they only give back the exact product amount. Are you kidding me? Who in their right mind would ever order anything online if you couldn't get your full amount paid back? I've never heard of this before?
So I ended up taking both my items back with me because I wasn't willing to eat $20 in taxes and shipping. So I called Old Navy headquarters and spoke with a very rude rep. who informed me that "it's not Old Navy's fault just because you change your mind about a product"....WOW....Never again. Old Navy has lost my business for good. Judging from the reviews on here it looks like they really need to step up their game, competition is fierce out there and if you don't have good customer service, faster shipping and a more legit return policy you're screwed.

I ordered online and they took payment out of my bank, but never sent an email confirmation. Then 2 weeks later I get an email that half the order shipped and the rest was out of stock. They had took the money, then refunded, then took it out the same day they sent the email it had shipped, still charging the same amount, with less items. I called customer service, they offered me a 10% discount, which does not help me get my bank account out of the negative of $50. I spoke to a supervisor who stated there wasn't anything she could do and that I can return the order when I get it. The whole point of shopping online, so I don't have to go to the store. I'm very disgusted. I tried getting them to just cancel the whole order, but stated it was too late, which is bull because they just took it out. This was a Black Friday deal and the prices went up and I'm not getting my full order, but still paying the same price. I Will return the order and never shop Old Navy again.

These were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever bought in my whole life. I only wore them to work. I work sitting at a desk. Even so at the end of the back of the shoe was filled with blood from my walk to the bathroom and to my car. I would step on the back hoping it would soften so the rest of the day wouldn’t be as painful, but nothing helped. I wish I could attached pictures. Just don’t buy shoes at this store.

I am going on vacation soon and I waited until the last minute to buy summer clothes. I normally don't like to order clothes online but this was a great experience. The clothes were on sale, because it's the end of the season, but they fit perfect. That's why I don't like to buy online because the sizes are never right. But these were my normal size and they were great. I will absolutely buy again at Old Navy.

Old Navy has a sign posted in their window and all over the store today that reads “40% off EVERYTHING” with NO asterisk anywhere! And online it says “40% off online and in-store NO EXCLUSIONS!” Imagine my surprise when my daughter begged me for a necklace that I never would have said yes to, but since I THOUGHT it was 40% off, I told her we could get it. I ended up being charged full price. I noticed it later on my receipt. So I went back into the store with my daughter and was told jewelry is NOT 40% off. So what the heck does “everything” and “no exclusions” mean?! This is false advertising. And I am so mad right now. I did not return the necklace because I couldn’t do that to my little 3-year daughter. But I will be done shopping here for a LONG time....maybe forever.

Last night we went to an Old Navy store and they tell us, "We do NOT take cash" and well all we had was cash. The lady then goes to tell us, "We’ll hold your stuff for you" and today as we came back they go to tell us, "We put your stuff back." How ** left and terrible service this place gives. I promise I will NEVER go to another Old Navy again after that **.

Well I moved out of state. My mail did not get to me and it totally slipped my mind till today. I see I was sent to collections. Never got the card. Tried to get a person on the phone. Good luck. If you swear you will get a person from sounds like Synchrony something Bank. The person is from India. Hard to understand him. After I paid my one purchase with an extra $30.00 charge. Told him to close the account twice. He tried to convince me to keep it open. Then I see there is a change to my credit score. Thanks Old Navy. I never wanted this card. I was lied to by one of your employees. Never again. Too smart for you now.

The Woodstock GA Old Navy has disgusting dressing rooms. I have been there to try on clothes first thing in the morning and the dressing rooms were filthy with smears all over the mirrors and gum, etc on the benches, but today...well It tops all! After trying on clothes I looked down and noticed blood all over the bench! You could see where someone has obviously had a menstrual leak everywhere and it had dried all over the bench. Sooo disgusting! My clothes had been on top of it and when I told the manager she hardly apologized.

Since we moved to Toronto about two years ago, my daughters and I have bought our jeans at Old Navy. I like this store because it offers trendy clothes at great prices for the whole family. My last purchase was two months ago. I bought two wonderful Curvy Skinny jeans, size 8, at the Eaton Center store. They are comfortable, sturdy and very versatile, as I can use them in casual moments in everyday life, such as at work, at school and even for hangout with family, friends or dinner with my husband. The color does not change after a few washes. Their fit on the body is perfect (I'm Brazilian, so it's hard to find pants that look good). The problem for me is that the pants are too tight at the hem. It is very difficult for the feet to pass. I suggest that you make them a little wider or maybe put a 10 cm zippers down the side. I am well pleased.

I went to the Old Navy store in my town on 10/19/19. My granddaughter had stayed with me and we were going to a Birthday party. She had put summery clothing in her overnight bag and it was cold and raining. We found jeggings with a big sign indicating the Jeans were $10. I got pants and found a shirt indicating the price would be $7. So we got shoes $34 with 30% off. Standing in line I picked up a pack of no show socks. $9. When I was next in line a man asked if I was paying with a card. I said yes, so I was asked to come to end. He rung my items up and it was $45. There was a sign up stating ask about 40% off if you use your old navy card. The guy asked the customer service representative next to him for a code and he entered it. The price didn't change so I just paid. The looking at the receipt, I noticed that I was paying $11.99 for the Jeans after the discount.
I asked him and he got angry. He had me take him to where I got the pants. When he saw the sigh he asked for my receipt. Looking at the receipt he said that the $11.99 was the price including tax. So I replied if that price included tax why was tax added at the end of the receipt. He took the receipt and went back up front. He walked very fast and spoke to me in a very rude tone. He did a transaction and the said "Here's your receipt, I credit your card $2". Didn't explain anything else. I was just stunned, why was he so rude? Finally I asked for the manager. He said "I am the manager and you got your credit". He proceeded to take another customer while I was still standing there, so I just walked out. But, apparently he didn't take a security take off so I had to go back. He completely ignored me until the representative next to him told him I had a security tag on something.
He took the bag and got the think off the shoes and hand me the bag. He never said a word. I was angry and really couldn't understand why I was treated so badly. I simply left the store with my granddaughter and called customer service. I told them what happened and she said they don't usually do that and she was sorry I had that problem. She then said I should go back to the store and speak with the manager. I had just told her he was the manager. So I repeated that statement and she asked me why I was treated that way. I said I really don't know, and the I said "Well I was the only ** person in the store". "So you think it was discrimination, hold on let me get my supervisor".
I don't use race as an issue but she wanted me to tell her why I was treated that way. The supervisor wanted me to tell her everything that happened from the time I walked in the door until check out. I was a little bit surprised but I did. Then she said I would receive a call within 3 business days. Apparently if you get poor service from that store no one cares unless it is a civil rights issue. I simply wanted to voice my dissatisfaction and get a sincere apology. Maybe have some one help me understand why a manager would be so very rude for absolutely no reason at all. My day was going great and I was having a great day with my granddaughter.

I really enjoy shopping at Old Navy. Great prices and associates. I shop at the Viera, Fl location. My biggest complaint is the dressing room size. I have an infant and due to her stroller I always need to use the handicapped dressing room to accommodate my daughter and I. There is only one available, the wait is long with all the moms shopping with strollers and only being able to use 1 dressing room.

I have been shopping at Old Navy for over 25 years. I have a credit card with their company and have for years. I have done most of my clothing shopping for my five kids, and now their spouses. Well I went in August to buy matching clothes for my whole family (9 people) for family pictures. I spent over $700 that day. I went in last week to return 2 pair of jeans and 4 blouses that didn't work, and all of them were unworn with tags still on them. I had my original receipt.
The lady at the register told me since it had been over 45 days, she had to give me the sale price. I told her that was fine, and asked why it wasn't 90 days like it was in the past, but that I understood the policy. Then she said she could only give me in store credit, and again I said it was fine, even though I would have preferred credit back to my Old Navy card. Then she rang it all up, and it came to just over a hundred dollars. She put the clothes behind her and then turned to give me my receipt and she said, "Oh I'm sorry, your return has been rejected." I asked her why and she said I would have to call the company on the receipt and there was nothing she could do. So I had her gather the clothes up and I left.
I had other errands to run and so I called while I was driving around. I was on hold with that company for 47 minutes. When the man finally answered, he asked for the transaction ID number. I gave it to him 4 times and he said there wasn't anything under that number. So he asked for my license, and he said the same thing. He said I had to go to the customer service counter at Old Navy itself to resolve it.
At that point I couldn't get back to Old Navy before it closed so I went again tonight. I explained to the girl at the register what had happened and asked if there was anything I could do to return the clothes. She said, "We can just return them as if you didn't have your receipt." Odd, because I did, but I said that was fine, please just return them. So she rung them all up and asked for my license. So I said, "Is my license going to be attached to the last time I tried to return them?" And she said No. But sure enough, it was, so my return was rejected again. She called her manager and he said there isn't anything he can do, apparently my license has locked me from being able to return anything at Old Navy because I keep trying without my receipt.
I am livid. I have never returned anything there without a receipt, AND they can look it up on my credit card statement. So now I have a bag full of clothes that don't fit, and Old Navy employees and managers that said it's out of their hands. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the world! Those clothes are still hanging in their store, they are from less than 2 months ago, not 2 years ago. To top it off, I went tonight to return a pair of jeans to American Eagle that I also bought on picture day and they happily gave me my money back. And then to JCPenney to return two shirts from the same day, and they happily returned those as well. If I could give Old Navy zero stars, I would. I am SO disappointed by the way I was treated in both stores and I'll do everything in my power to convince everyone I know to never set foot in another Old Navy again.

I ordered clothes from oldnavy.com and I was very excited for my order to arrive. It arrived earlier than expected which was wonderful. However, two of the items that I ordered were the wrong size! I ordered large and they sent extra large. I called customer service and they informed me that because they were out of the size I ordered they must have thrown in whatever they had on hand!? Seriously?! So in order to get my money back I have to go through the hassle of sending these items back. Why do you think I shop online? I don’t have time for an extra trip to the ups store! It’s so frustrating and I will NEVER shop Old Navy again! You lost a long time customer...

I am very disappointed. This is the second time I ordered online and my order has been lost. When I call customer services they can resend me the order but again second time they do not have everything in stock. I also had ordered this to be here in time for the weekend for birthday gifts and now will not have them. This is now two times that I have ordered and have not gotten everything I have ordered because it was lost and they ran out of it. Then I was told this must be a UPS problem with delivering to your house. NO... I order from Amazon at least every other week and never have an issue with them. I have also never had an issue with Walmart or Target however the last two times with Old Navy I have had the same issue.
Then to be told, "The most I can do for you is to give you 20% off your next order" is like a slap in the face. You're telling me I have to spend more money to even get a discount for my inconvenience for a second time not even the first time my order is lost. When it happened the first time I was understanding. Now that it has happened again, and now I again do not get everything I ordered in the first place is very upsetting. With that being said it looks like I may need to order a dress from Target to make sure it makes it here on time for my daughter's school pictures because those items seem to be able to find my house no problem.

I will NEVER EVER order from Old Navy ever again, especially online. So I ordered some kids clothes online, two of the items I had to exchange for a bigger size. So I went to an Old Navy store just to exchange the two items in a different size. I wasn’t going in there changing it for something else. It was the same items, just a different size. The cashier took my items then told me I had to pay at that moment $17.90 for those items. I said, "Why do I have to pay when I’m just coming to change it to the correct size??? You guys already charged my card." She said that they are going to refund me the money to my card in 10 business days but I had to pay for the stuff now. I was so aggravated because why do I have to pay again just to change a damn size??? I will never shop here again. My experience was horrible. They made just going in to change a size so difficult. I just know I better have my money back in my card soon.

I was told there was nothing that could be done even though the order hadn't shipped yet. I was also told to try to change address online. This didn't work. I called back and just cancelled the order the same day. The next day, I received an email stating that my order had shipped to the wrong address anyway. I called back and was told I would need to contact UPS. UPS couldn't do anything because I wasn't the shipper. I called Old Navy back and they said since the order already shipped they could do nothing. They also stated that I would have to wait until the order status was delivered and then call back and reorder. The same thing had happened to me twice before, and they were able to fix the situation by phone. Customer service has gotten lazy! What a nuisance!

I only use my Old Navy CC for the occasional shopping trip to Old Navy, and gas if needed. But now I’m highly considering closing my account.

The Puyallup WA location used to be one of my favorite Old Navy stores to shop at. Not after tonight. The cashier rang up an item I wanted to buy and then proceeded to mark it UP! The item had the correct tag on it. The item rang up at $.01, which happens pretty frequently at Old Navy. She then told me she had to change the price and mark it up to a higher price, because she claimed the $.01 was only due to a glitch in their POS system - yet only that one item rung up at that price. I am a frequent ON shopper and have had items ring up at $0.01 several times. EVERY time this has happened in the past, the employee said “Wow! You get to buy this for $0.01!”
When I explained that $0.01 seem to be frequent and that I’d been able to purchase items for that price before, she told me, “That's not my concern.” When I asked why (if this is company policy, as she stated) other employees aren't doing it for all purchases. She and the manager had no answer. When I tried to share with the employee and Manager that the store inconsistencies and marking up prices practice sets customers up for a negative experience in their store, they both replied with rudeness and unprofessionalism. I'm very disappointed in how I was treated and how the situation was handled overall. It's sad that customer service is dead.
