I have been a faithful Invicta brand customer. As of today I will never ever purchase another item from them. Customer service deserves negative stars and reviews. Called to inquire about a purchase I made on June 30, 2025 and the agent was rude and arrogant. Still no update or order and was told as a customer I should have read the fine print 'cause most customers don't. Was told I could not be given a refund because the order is processed but so is the payment and still no answer on my products. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN... Last time for Invicta not because of products but Horrible Customer Service. Do better Invicta. You are losing customer based on customer experience...

Poor quality, warranty service. One of the worst I’ve ever seen. I bought the watch on a cruise ship. Was 250 dollars if I remember (.1/2 of retail) but liked it, impulse buy. Heard of the name before and was very good looking time piece. I don’t wear watches much with a phone always in my pocket except going out with family or friends. On the fifth time wearing it yes five days of active use the hour hand disconnected. I went through the website for the warranty repair, they refer you to their watch repair vendor for all repairs, you have to ship it yourself to them and they then charge $40 for return shipping and evaluation of the watch which I never heard of that arrangement for a warranty repair. After the evaluation was done, I was told I had to pay them $80 to repair the watch because it was broken due to impact shock.

As I said, I only wore the watch out to dinner plus I have never heard of the mechanics of a watch breaking because it’s moving around on your arm. I’ve had other time pieces that I have used mountain biking, golfing, working on cars, cutting down trees, racquetball, tennis, etc. etc. Heck I own my grandfather rail road watch after nearly 100 years between him, my dad and me no impact has broken it. I told the watch repair service that I would not pay it since it should be covered under warranty and they told me to contact Invicta directly because they are not part of the company even though the company refers all repairs to them.

Invicta simply does not get back to their customers even after several attempts and months of waiting. I’ve contacted them on there contact page with no response, and my watch has been sitting with the repair outfit for the last seven months every 2 months they resend me the invoice even though I’ve told them hold it until invicta agrees to honor their warranty. I was wondering if anyone would know how to raise these complaints to the government watch dog groups since this seems to be a pattern after reading all of the complaints. I mean if the multi year warranty is useless, designed to enrich invicta and their partner and repairs are mostly deemed not covered at what point is it worth investigating?

I’m extremely disappointed with Invicta’s shipping service. For a company that sells premium watches, their shipping and customer service are shockingly poor. It’s unacceptable that orders frequently get lost or go untracked for days, with little to no follow-up. A brand of this size should have a reliable logistics process and proper oversight—yet they seem completely disconnected from what happens once a watch leaves their facility. This isn’t just frustrating, it’s bad business. Invicta needs to seriously step up and take accountability for their shipping operations.

So I checked if the model was still in stock which it was but not at the same sale price when I had originally ordered. I emailed customer service asking for an explanation on why my order had not shipped. The response received was the order had been picked up by carrier and was in transit. The next day I received a credit back for my order with no explanation received from customer service on why my order was not going to be fulfilled.

I have purchased over 16 watches from them and being treated like you don't mean anything/with not even an explanation leaves a bitter taste as a loyal customer. When a company for whatever reason doesn't even give an apology it shows they really don't value not just me but any of their customers. Even though the bracelet may be nice (not sure as haven't received yet) I think the price for shipping and to the shipping time and rude customer service...just not worth it.

I will NEVER purchase another Invicta watch again in my life. Absolute worst experience ever. I purchased a brand-new Invicta watch style #26972 while on a cruise vacation at one of the shops on the ship. Five days later while back home the watch stopped working. I reached out to the cruise line, and they advised to reach out to the manufacturer for repair. First, they charged me a fee to ship the watch and perform a diagnostic. While I was not happy about this, I paid the fee. Then they sent me an invoice for watch repair EQUAL TO WHAT I PAID FOR THE WATCH.

I pushed back and asked why the repairs are not covered under warranty, the watch was only five days in my possession before it stopped working. They said that the broken items were not covered under warranty. I could not believe it. I felt swindled. This is the most unethical customer service experience I have ever had. They do not stand by their product and the warranty is not real. Told them to keep their broken watch. Now I am out $160.00 - shame on them.

I decided to replace the watch band because of wear, so I shipped to Invicta to have this done correctly. The 1.5 month process did not bother me as I know others no doubt had repairs as well.

When I finally received my watch from Invicta, the new Watch Band was dry rotted and falling apart in my hands. I call customer service with my complaint and I was told that a new Band would be shipped to me. The Band I received was a very cheap Band with a Yellow accent. My Watch is Blue in color. I was charged $95.00 for the Band from my original order but received a cheap band made of a cloth of some sort with yellow accents. This is so sad that Invicta treated me this way, especially when this Watch has so much sentimental value to me. I've had my fill with the whole process of dealing with Invicta. BEWARE: Customer service and their general assistance is pathetic. Recently purchased 2 watches from Invicta and I need to add that I have NOT had a problem prior. Well after several delays in shipping, I found out they were shipping my watch to an OLD ADDRESS. I called Invicta spoke to “Angie,” was told basically they could not help as “I” must have entered it wrong. Insulting that they think I do not know where I live and it had been well over a year since I moved. Now I call UPS to change address they have in system explaining of the problem. Their position was they have time to correct but communication has to come from shipper. OK I figure all Invicta needs to do is make “1” phone call and my purchases are corrected. Guess what, Angie said she can’t make the call that it was my fault it’s going to wrong place. She is the “ Social Media Community Specialist”. How’s that for service.

I explained that my 2 watches are to be delivered incorrectly and I am being asked to pay for merchandise I will not have. That all that is needed is a quick phone call. Both Angie and her Supervisor declined to help to solve a problem by making “1” phone call. Pretty pathetic customer service... I had been a supporter of Invicta but you learn about a company with how they treat people and they come up real short. I last communicated with them on 7/9 asking for them to show me where I made mistake and to date NOTHING. I have no watches, being asked to pay for them and it all could have been avoided with a Single phone call. Real Pathetic.

I can only speak for Carnival, possibly only the Venezia, and Invicta watches. I purchased two watches on this ship that were "discounted 75%" already. Since I don't buy internet packages/services I had no method to research before buying. We disembarked on March 3. On March 4 I found both of the exact same watches available online at Invicta for purchase. One purchased on Carnival for $179.00 – online for $109.90 and the other at $189.00 – online for $98.00. That’s $69.10 and $91.00 savings if I had not spent my money on Carnival. What is Carnival’s price protection on items bought from Carnival? I contacted Carnival by email asking what the price protection policy is and they did respond by email only to tell me to discuss the issue by phone. I asked for an email response and have received nothing further.

I contacted Invicta directly by website portal asking what is the price policy between Invicta and Carnival? I believe an immediate pop-up stated requests are answered within 4 hours. No response. With what I could have saved on the two purchases I could have bought another watch. Again, I can only personally report this for Carnival and Invicta but this advice could apply to any of the brands or other products as well. While I have very little used time on them, from both Carnival and Invicta's lack of response and from many many many complaints, I'm pretty sure that if I do experience any problems, I will toss them into recycling to avoid these hassles. It looks like there is enough evidence of Cruise Lines and Invicta's culpability for a class action suit. Any attorneys reading these complaints feel free to take this case as I will come forward.

However, the Invicta website has the suggested price for the watch as $259 with their sale price of $99.90.

I'm very upset about the practice of the watch sales personnel in the Shops on board the Holland America Nieuw Statendam ship. I have purchased watches before on both Holland America and Royal Caribbean and later found that the sales prices were good. In this case that is totally incorrect. I feel I have been taken advantage of by the trust I have placed in the Holland America Line. I would have preferred to give the additional $60 to my room steward, who provided exceptional service to me and my wife during the cruise.

I have been led on a roller coaster ride by Holland America trying to find the company that sells the watches in the Shops store on board so that I can contact them and advise them of this highly questionable and unethical sales tactic that I experienced on the Nieuw Statendam ship. I have not received any help from Holland America. Likewise I have tried to get information from Invicta for fixing the watch. I have been put on a Merry-Go-Round by the multiple departments/companies in Invicta, each sending me to some other department for assistance. Customer Service is nonexistent in Invicta as no one takes any initiative to address the problem. No more Holland America cruises, and no more Invicta watch purchases for my family.

Don't be suckered by the attractiveness of these watches. You're basically buying an expensive paper weight. This company doesn't stand behind their products and doesn't honor their warranty. I bought an Invicta watch for $180 exactly 8 months ago. I wore it about 20 times and took exceptional care of it. Suddenly out of nowhere it stopped working. I thought it might be the battery so I took it to a local jeweler, but it wasn't the battery. I contacted Invicta customer service and uploaded my receipt of the purchase. I paid $39 and Fed Exd the watch to their warranty and service department for repair. After all it was well within the 1 year warranty period. After a week or so, I get an email from the repair department stating that I owe $170 to get it repaired. What a joke! $210 to repair a watch that is under warranty but only cost me $180 (before tax) to buy in the first place. Now I can't get a hold of them and they won't return my watch.

Customer service is rude and nasty, especially Gloria, a supervisor, who hung up on me after I informed her that one of her customer service agents invited negative feedback. Invicta, in spite of their products, had the rudest, most infuriating customer service people I have ever encountered. I probably won't deal with them again.

The next watch I bought and received was not even close to what was pictured. I really liked the bright blue colors and brush gold looked. But what I received was not even close. The blue strap was dull. The blue on the watch was like black and the brushed gold was actually polished. Not even close. Invicta promises that if you are not satisfied they will take the watch back and return your money – it is definitely not true. I emailed them several times with no answer. I tried calling and could not get through to anyone, for a refund they tell you to email, I did and again no answer. It has been 1 month and still no answer. Buyers beware. When I got them there was one I needed to size. I went to their store and they sized it but it was too big even with all the links out. As soon as I showed the woman at the store the watch she told me there was a design flaw. That a lot of customer complained that even with all the links taken out it was still too big.

I asked if I could exchange it and they would not allow me to return it in store. I was told to call customer service. This is where I realized Invicta has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Not only Was I told I could not return the watch for a refund or exchange. When I voiced my disappointment with their policies and asked him what I was supposed to do with a watch I couldn't even wear the customer rep laughed hysterically at me and told me I had to deal with it! On my recent purchase, I called multiple times, including today checking on an order I placed 2 weeks ago this upcoming Monday. Today their service rep lied to me! I was told that my order would ship and I’d be emailed tracking info by 5:30 pm today. According to the Invicta WebSite neither happened. Ineptitude is one thing, but dishonesty is definitely another! My late father instilled in me a love for collecting things, especially baseball cards and watches. Today, I still collect both. I have everything from vintage Rolexes, TagHeuer, Seikos, Cartiers and Invictas, plus many others. Despite my much more expensive options, my 2 favorites are my G Shock and my Invictas.

I discuss watchmakers on my multiple social media platforms, including a growing YouTube channel. I've purchased many watches from Invicta over the years. I look at them now and wonder why I purchased most of them. The ones I wore frequently lasted only a few years. Crowns fell off, hour/minute hands fell off, crystals fogged up. I also researched their automatic movements and found that many are very low grade and manufactured in third world countries. That apparently was why Invicta's prices are so low. I also purchased several leather watch straps on sale or in bundles of three or more. Turns out the reason the straps were on sale was that the straps were very short and barely fit my average size wrist.

It seems Invicta is always trying to "clip" their customers by hiding the low quality aspects of their products while selling for seemingly low prices. I have moved on to other brands. Lastly, several of my Invicta's are so wild in design or excessively large that they cannot be worn in public and certainly not in business meetings or environments. They are too over the top.

When I purchased my Invicta S1 Rally 23078 watch, their website advertised it as having a Swiss quartz movement (chronograph). The nightmare starts when fog starts to show up under the crystal. It got wet in the rain, but it is supposed to be WR to 100m (or so it says on the watch). Evidently, it isn't. It gets worse. The battery died very quickly, which isn't a big deal. I brought it to my local jeweler who opened it to change the battery. I asked to see the movement. To my surprise and horror, it was Chinese. A whole lot of white plastic with a teeny Chinese movement in the middle. I went back to their website and it now said it was a Japanese quartz movement. I contacted Invicta to share my discontent at this blatant false advertising. After many attempts to contact Invicta (customer service, repairs, sales), never got an answer or even less a reply to acknowledge my complaint...

If that wasn't bad enough, I also own a Pro Diver 24668, with a silicone strap, which broke in the middle of the band 14 months after purchasing it (I don't wear it every day as I have several other watches). Not only that, went to adjust the time and the crown pulled out completely. This is what 150+ years of Swiss watchmaking history boils down to with Invicta. Brutal non existent customer service with equally bad craftsmanship & quality. Funny that Invicta also now owns TechnoMarine watches. They deserve each other as they also are equally bad at quality & service. My TechnoMarine Squale was a lemon from the start (no WR whatsoever for a dive watch). Sent it in to TechnoMarine for repairs at great expense only to have it returned, still not WR, but with a huge piece of lint under the crystal...

At this point, I just want my watch returned and all my shipping/postal insurance costs refunded or the watch replaced. First, why have a brick and mortar but refuse to accept Invicta watches that are shipped out for repair at the owner's expense. Secondly, the repair was three times the cost of the watch, $349 vs $150...explain that to me? How could the time and parts to repair one aspect of the watch cost more than the construction of the entire watch? I believed her and didn't go find anything else for my big Christmas present. Then I get an email the same night saying they don't even have the watch from the manufacturer even though they took my money for it already.

I sent three emails over the course of 4 days....NOT ONE RESPONSE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will never order from this company again and I will detour as many people as I can from ordering their products. Now, Christmas is one week away and I have no present and everything is sold out. Which I believe to be a lie. I order a watch 11 days ago and has not been shipped as of today. Both concerns were handed on the same call. I have an Invicta Tritnite I bought a few years ago, I think I paid around $80 or so for, supposedly (wink, wink) marked down from $250. I love the big hunk of gold metal with blue trim on my wrist. The 1st time the battery went dead, I took it to my local jeweler & he put in a new one for around $15, no big deal, but I have multiple watches (Seiko, Citizen, Bulova + several off brands) so I didn't want to spend $15 every time I needed a $3 battery, which is frequent. I went to Harbor Freight tools & bought a watch back remover tool so I could start replacing them myself & saved a bunch of money doing that.

Unfortunately, the most recent time the Invicta battery went dead, I decided to tackle replacing it too. Removed the back, no problem, and discovered the battery has a tiny spring clip on it attached by a tiny screw so it cannot be removed without also removing (or perhaps loosening) the clip. I tried only to loosen the screw & move the clip over so I could remove the battery in order not to lose the screw, but lo & behold both came out anyway. Oh well. So I took the old battery out, put the new one in, then painstakingly put the clip back on, then the screw, & began turning it, at which point the clip & screw pop out & go flying. Found the clip but could not find the screw, despite a lengthy search, so I put it back together with the clip in place as best as I could get it, but no screw. It worked fine, and is still keeping good time.

So then... I tried to order a new screw but found out thru various blogs & reviews, they are pretty much unavailable from Invicta - you can't buy just the screw; they make you buy the entire movement. So now I guess I'll either go to my local jeweler again when this battery dies & see if he has one or try to find an online non-Invicta source. Basically, I say all this to let whoever reads this know that Invictas are pretty much disposables b/c the movements are cheapo quartz probably made in China for a buck or less. HOWEVER, if you're OK with being gouged by Invicta for a $3 battery or maybe being gouged a little less by a jeweler, then go for it, but if you're like me & don't like being taken advantage of, then get a tool & DIY or throw the watch away!

About a year ago I bought an Invicta watch from Evine item# 658-607. Lately the watch stopped when it was not on my wrist. I decided to have it serviced. Before shipping I took a few pictures of the watch. The watch was received by International Watch Service Center (IWSC) and on 7-22-19 I got an email from them saying that after an evaluation I will get another email with their findings after 2 business days. No sign from IWSC for a week, so I called customer service to get an update on 7-29-19. Call started @ 1:02 pm EDT.

Customer service told me that I have to pay $159.00 for the replacement of the movement, and that I should have an email from them telling me their findings during the inspection of the watch. The email came into my email box @ 1:20 pm EDT during the conversation with customer service. In the email was no reason for the charge that was required. I was very surprised by the fact that I had to pay for replacement of the movement because the movement is covered under the 3 years warranty for the watch. Customer service transferred me to a technician Austin **.

Austin told me that the watch was opened before it was send to them and there is a fingerprint on the movement and the battery was changed with an Energizer battery so they can not honor the warranty. When I told Austin that what is saying was not possible and I have pictures before shipping that show the back of the watch since the watch has a see thru back, and the battery is visible with the movement, we got "disconnected" because the conversation was recorded on the 800 number that I called. So Austin called me back after a few minutes on a phone line that was not recording our conversation and offer to fix my watch without charge, but at this time I will have to wait because they do not have the movement in stock. Shortly after that I got emails from Austin stating just that. No reason why the initial charge of $159.00 was waived.

I would like to mention something else. The movement of this watch is a Ronda Z60. The battery for this movement should last 50 months. Why would I open the watch to waive the warranty, and replace a battery that I knew is not the problem after one year working? I do my homework before I proceed with a plan. I hope IWSC will fix the watch in a timely fashion but I truly believe this is just the beginning of this story giving the circumstances. What is going on at IWSC is wrong at so many levels! I am stunned by the practices of this company that Invicta is using for servicing their watches. I was aware that things got very bad lately but this is beyond my imagination. What I really do not understand is how IWSC has an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau?

So it adds $90 EVEN though i used a reputable Jeweler, the same guy that changes out my battery for my TAGs for $40. DOESN’T MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE TO INVICTA. The technician told me that the gear was bad and he was unable to get parts for it. I thought...no problem, it is under warranty. So to send it to Invicta repair, you have to pay them $30 that they claim is for shipping, plus you have to pay to ship it there (total of $46). They get the watch and send me an invoice for $159...huh? I respond twice telling them it should be under warranty. They write back and say the warranty does not cover "accidental" damage. I asked them what they were talking about and they told me that the gear was bad due to high impact. Mind you there is no outside damage to the watch.

I have done nothing but wear it on my wrist. Then they come up with the excuse that I voided the warranty by having someone else other than them replace the battery…huh?? So now they expect me to pay $46 plus whatever ridiculous amount they will charge me to replace the battery just so they can come up with another excuse to not honor the warranty??? I only have worn this watch approximately 6 times since I rotate wearing my watches. Then they tell me the best they can do is $89. I bought a Invicta Women's 'Sea Base' Quartz Stainless Steel Casual Watch (Model: 20391) for my wife on Amazon In November of 2018. I am on a fixed income and it took us over 5 months to save up the 200.00 for the watch. In January 2019 the hour hand stopped working. As per instructions on the website to take care of the 3 Year warranty, I took it into the Invicta store at the mall to process the defective watch. The store manager noticed the X for 10 had also fallen to the bottom of the inside between the crystal and the face of the watch. The store told me it would cost $28.00 plus $2.00 insurance to have it warranted. I said ok even though they were charging me 15% of its value to have it fixed UNDER Warranty.

The Invicta store shipped it to the only warranty shop listed on the website in Utah. They contacted me today and said the can repair it for $115.00 to include the movement and the dial face. After questioning the CSR about the price, she said it they would drop the price and not charge me the $65.00 for the movement. This also confused me but she said, "That is all I can do for you."

I contacted the company I purchased it from, Watch Technicians, explained what the Invicta repair location said, and I was told they will send me a PrePaid pick up slip to ship it back and they would warranty it for me. This made sense to me, but I could not understand why IWSC (International Watch Service Center 9298 S 500W, Sandy Utah 84070) the Authorized Warranty Agent would not do this for me. So I called Invicta Watch Corporation Headquarters, 1 Invicta Way, Hollywood Florida 33201, explained to the operator what had happened and I wanted to talk with someone at corporate that would or could help me.

When the lady came on the line, I explained it to her and she said she would check on it for me. When she got back to me, I realized it was the same company that told me they would not help me to begin with. I thought Invicta was a worldwide corporation, not just a corporation that sold its name to some local shop that does not have their vision of customer satisfaction. She told me the same thing that the CSR told me. I asked why they wouldn’t help me and she said the watch numbers on the dial were probably knocked off from an impact.

I asked if maybe the defect in workmanship could have been a bad weld or their glue did not work since they decided to warranty the movement but not the dial face. Again I was told that is all they will do for me. I asked them to ship back the watch and I will send it to Watch Technicians to honor the Invicta warranty. I guess the point I want to make is a company spends thousands or millions of dollars to advertise their products and grow their market, then a little guy like me spends a couple hundred bucks on his wife, and they tell you to pound sand.

I purchased an Invicta watch in February 2018--not yet a year old. I wore the watch once. I found it to be losing time so I contacted the company. I was told the battery could be weak since there was no way to determine how long it had been on the shelf. This sounded reasonable, so I had the battery replaced. The watch still lost time. I then contacted the company via email and was told I needed to send the watch in for inspection--for a fee of course.

I paid for the inspection to have it checked out at IWSC repairs. I also paid to ship the watch. Now, I have received a repair invoice in the amount of $65.00. The total of these charges is more than I paid for the watch! They tell me the warranty is void because the battery has been replaced and that replacement damaged the watch--causing it to lose time. Well, if that is the case--why is it acting exactly as it did before the replacement? Maybe the initial battery installation caused the problem?! My business means nothing to them and neither will yours. Please go elsewhere for your watches. One star rating is not low enough.

At first, I was excited about Invicta. But, without going into a heap of detail. They make money by discounting already poorly made product. Had a watch. Didn't last 7 months. Warranty on website reads: the issue I had was covered up to 3 years. PDF SAYS, nope it's not. So, they're betting on people not putting up a fight. So, now I gotta make a complaint about this watch company and their horrible plot of bad customer services as well as ripping people off. DO NOT EVER BUY an invicta watch and do not visit the INVICTA store at the world trade Center. HORRIBLE! I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. Definitely -100 on a rating.

If I could rate Invicta lower than 1 star, I would. I'm embarrassed to say I have been an Invicta collector for 10 years with about 150 watches, but no longer. They appear to be a great value with heavy build quality and great style... But God help you if you need service. Their service has got to be the worst of any consumer goods company, from my experience. But the real purpose of this review is to warn you to NEVER buy an Invicta watch with a polyurethane or rubber strap. It will last you 3 yrs average. The bands dry rot and crumble into pieces sometimes when you're wearing them... Talk about embarrassing!!! It took me a few years to find this out and now I have at least 12 of these watches with rotted out bands with more surely to follow. But don't fear because Invicta will be happy to replace them for you for an average price of $150 as they are not covered under warranty which doesnt matter anyway because Invicta warranties are worthless.

This company has built watches knowingly with design flaws and takes ZERO responsibility or ownership of this problem. Any decent company would gladly replace these bands free of charge (they cant possibly cost Invicta more than $25) as a sign of goodwill but more importantly taking ownership of a very serious mistake. A class action lawsuit should be brought against this company and I am actually considering it. I should also note that it seems Invicta does not use this type of band anymore in favor of silicone which so far does not seem to have this problem.

This seems to be an admission of the problem but they still will do nothing about it. Clearly they MUST know that this type of problem is not caused by customer neglect or abuse... Clearly this should NEVER happen under any circumstances. A heavy rubber watch should last a lifetime. I've had other quality issues with this brand too numerous to mention (hands falling off as 1 example) but the strap issue is a very serious one as I have over $2000 worth of unwearable Invicta watches due to bad straps. I WILL NOT pay their ridiculous replacement prices only to likely have the same thing happen again in a few years. Do yourself a favor and resist the temptation to buy Invicta... They have no respect for their many loyal collectors and they simply DO NOT CARE about the customer, PERIOD! Read the overwhelmingly negative reviews as they are true. Stay away or you will soon see INVICTA WATCHES ARE JUNK!

I am floored that the watch I paid good money for less than four months ago is not covered under warranty. This watch was worn about 10 times and then the hour and minute hands basically quit working unless you shook the watch. They would then spin freely. Invicta said this is not a manufacturer defect but a sign of the watch being dropped. This watch was taken off and never dropped or hit a doorway or anything else they tried to claim. What appears to be a quality product is nothing more than a hunk of junk. The only thing worse is their so called warranty. I will never purchase another Invicta product again. Unbelievably Bad Customer Service.

I currently own eight Invicta watches, and have owned several others. I like the variety of designs they offer. I also like the overall quality of their watches. Although I've read some horrendous stuff regarding quality, I have yet to experience any big negative issues in that regard. Sure, I've had some minor issues, but nothing I wasn't able to take care of on my own. I also can't say they're the best made watches on the planet, either. I've had one minute hand come loose, a band pin fell out, and one date set pusher was offset. But, certainly nothing major. If I was solely rating their customer service, I'd give it one star.

Also, I wish Invicta could offer individual watch band links. They're one of the only watch companies I regularly deal with that does not offer them. One must buy the whole band, or go to a third party, to find extra band links. Terrible customer service if you're a large wristed person, like me. C'mon, Invicta - PLEASE OFFER EXTRA BAND LINKS FOR YOUR WATCHES! I'D BUY A LOT MORE OF YOUR BRAND IF YOU DID!

Bought an Invicta 6210 GMT alarm watch 7/2018. When I received the watch the alarm did not work. I contacted the company. They referred me to their repair company. They wanted $28 plus shipping costs to send it there. Even though the watch was brand new and never worn and came with a 5 year warranty. When they received the watch, they called and said it would take about 10 days to fix. They said they would have it repaired and sent back. After about 3 weeks still didn't hear anything from them. I called to see why it hasn't been returned. They said that the movement needed to be replaced and they would have to order a new one which would take about 5 weeks. It would then have a new movement installed. After about 6 weeks we finally received the watch back (ALARM STILL DIDN'T WORK).

They wanted us to believe it had a brand new movement installed, but the receipt said only a pressure test was done. All they did was set it on a shelf for 6 weeks, lie about what they were going to do with it and send it back. Not working with even the same dead battery. When we called the company the rude manager said that we bought it on eBay so we didn't pay full price for it anyway. Which is none of their concern where I bought it or how much was paid, their only concern should be this is a brand new watch, never worn under warranty and was bought for a licensed Invicta dealer.

So if you are paying more for an Invicta watch because it is supposed to have a warranty over a new one that doesn't I wouldn't do it. CONCLUSION the only reason Invicta says they have a warranty and a place to send it to for repairs is just to sell the watch and get you to pay more money for it. In reality there is NO WARRANTY, and they will only soak you for more money and not fix anything. AS you can see for yourself we are not the only people with this exact complaint. Invicta is a scam and a ripoff.

Bought Invicta watch 8927 as gift from the Invictastores.com, June 5, 2017. It is a self-winding (automatic) watch, the watch is wound on wrist as well as with attention to winding to be sure it has been sufficiently wound. The watch arbitrarily stops and has to be reset and again wound, this happens overnight as well as at any given time during the day. The watch came with a 5 year warranty that at this point seems nonexistent as when we reached out to the company, they directed us to a repair company, "International Watch Service Company" we followed instruction and sent the watch with a required $16.00 for inspection as well as postage.

About a week after the watch 2/27/18 we received an email advising the movement repair would cost $54.95 and nothing would be done until that amount was received. Payment was made over the phone, about 3/20/18 we received the watch with a report of water tightness and that the watch had passed. The very next day time again stopped. There was no repair made just a test performed. The watch still stops arbitrarily. When I contacted Invicta Corp. they refer me to the repair company and so on. Bad warranty, bad warranty company, bad product, bad customer service.

Within one month the chronograph by the 9 stopped working. I have followed all the push button instructions and it doesn't work. Oh well.

Two days ago the band just fell off. I wrote and called Invicta and was told that for $28 they could diagnose the problem, but not fix the band as that is not included. I told them that is not a warranty. I was nice and I think the gal on the phone agreed it was a ripoff. I told them I would just take it to a watch repair store in town. They seriously said "that will void the warranty" haha. So I took the watch down to a great repairman in my town and he fixed the band, free of charge. I still have the issue with the nonworking chronograph. I have been an owner of Swiss Army, love them, and also have a Nixon but the dial is all black and hard to see time at night. It was 75$ to repair the watch that had only been worn once. Needless to say, the watch itself on the ship cost $120 (supposedly a great discount from the usual price). As discussed I contacted Invictawatch.com about their warranty. This is their response. The 28.00 fee covers the evaluation and returns shipping. Now my reply. Under consumer law here you are in fact charging for a warranty claim. A warranty is just that the manufacturer of the item warrants the item for 12 months to be free from defects and will repair or replace the item at there discretion no charge. This is the standard clause regardless of the warranty content. I refer to this because on previous communications with them that have stated the fee is in the warranty booklet.

The argument is based on the fact you are requesting the customer to pay for making a claim and this can be challenged. Furthermore, it can be argued that a warranty book is just that the consumer would refer to it only when making a claim for the purpose of postage information. It could be argued that reference to this booklet would not be needed before making a claim. This matter is still ongoing send your outrage to their website listed above. Thank you.

Updated on 04/21/2018: I have again been in contact with Invicta about their so-called warranty. They still stand by their original nonsense and maintain it as an appraisal return postage charge and is according to the company policy. I have stated to them that company policy has nothing to do with Consumer Affairs and a warranty claim is not chargeable. It is repair or replace. They have now gone silent on this issue.

On 7/18/2015 I purchase a Invicta Reserve 52mm Bolt Zeus Swiss Chronograph Mother of Pearl Men Silvertone watch, it was about $600.00 WATCH. I sent it back last year and had the crown repaired. The whole experience was awful! I was accused of dropping it and that's why they said it broke, which never happened, and then it took 3 months of emailing and calling their repair center and dealing with David **, and another gentleman in Florida. They finally repaired it at no cost, the problem is, the same thing happened again, there is an obvious defect in the manufacturing of this watch that I purchase. When I received the watch back from the repair center, I only adjusted the time once, after a month or so my watch's second hand was stuck in one area of my watch and it was bouncing, I went to adjust the time so I loosened the crown, and it was loose and wobbling like it's going to fall out, like the last time, and it did fall out.

I have a 5 year warranty, and it's amazing how this is not covered according to the repair center. Now I am tired of the watch center of calling me a liar, accusing me of dropping it, this is not the case. I never dropped this watch or banged it on anything, I don't do anything rough when I wear this watch, I collect watches and I take care of my watches, my job is not a physical one meaning that my watch is not in harm's way at work either. I just wear it until I get home then I place it in my drawer. So now I am back to square one with a new contact at Invicta, Bailey ** Int. Watch Service Center | Customer Service & Sales Manager, and again I am getting the runaround, he implied that if I contacted them immediately when this broke again that they would have warrant their first repair, but because I waited a year they won't do anything.

Would you blame me, after my first experience with them, it got to the point where I was tired of looking at my broken watch in my safe every day, and got enough courage to contact them to see if they might do anything. It's been a nightmare to say the least! I asked Bailey ** to bring my watch issue up to his design team, because there is an obvious defect in material for this exact thing to happen twice, and I asked him to escalate this to someone in the company that is higher than him, and he feels it's not necessary because he again is saying that force caused this to happen, or basically he is blaming me for breaking it again, but he can not prove I did it.

I told him that there would be damage to the exterior of the crown showing force, a dent or scratch etc., and he has yet to replay with proof!!! So now they want [Screw Down Crown] [$ 79.95] [Tube] [$ 19.95]. Plus I paid $35.00 to have them give me an estimate, not to mention it cost me $18.55 to ship it back, it makes me wonder if this is what they do to make more money from the consumer, make these watches in a way so they fail, and in return they have another business entity, their repair centers.

I have an iridescent watch that I purchased from Evine (Invicta 40mm Subaqua Noma II Ltd Edition Quartz Chronograph Abalone Dial Watch). Watch was purchased end November 15th. I went to wear the watch sometime after Christmas and noticed that one of the small hands was no longer in its place but floating down at the bottom of the watch. I would have returned the watch to Evine but it was sold out and I really liked the watch and didn't want to part with it. Also I read the warranty and saw that was covered under warranty so I followed the instructions provided to me from customer service and sent the watch to the Utah location. On January 24th I received a call from the service person (Austin) who told me that I would have to pay $58 for the repair and shipping. I asked Austin if my repairs were covered under the warranty and he said no. I went home and took out the little black book with yellow writing to see what I missed.

It says on page 2 of the English section "The warranty covers the movement and all of the movement's components: crown, dial, markers, hands and water pressure." I read this statement to Austin and he told me that (1) the hands easily fall off (my interpretation) and (2) the part about the hand only pertains to if the bubble... (watch lingo that I'm not familiar with). I asked to speak with a manager (B. **) and I was informed that the manager didn't have time to speak to me but was able to look at my watch. During his inspection, he found that another hand had fallen off and that there was a scratch on the watch as well. He also said that the watch had to have been handled roughly in order for the hands to fall off. At this point I feel that I'm being lied to and being hassled for money that the warranty states that I don't have to pay for.

Printed material of the warranty states that the hand is covered under the three year warranty yet Austin has this supposed loophole that was conveniently left out of warranty provided to me and all Invicta customers when they purchase your watches. Then one minute I'm told that that the hands easily fall off and the next minute I'm told that I must been rough with my watch in order for the hands to fall off. Which one is it? I've never owned an Invicta watch until I purchased this watch and I can truly say that I'm done with Invicta. What's the point of having a warranty if you are not going to honor it? I just looked on the Consumer Affairs website and saw that I'm not the only customer who has experienced this problem with Invicta and getting their watches serviced; 1.3 out of 5 stars and an F rating at the Better Business Bureau. Might be an area of improvement that they should work on.

I saw a slew of people rushing the Invicta stores over the Christmas season to purchase gifts for themselves and loved ones. I pray that they don't have to deal with the same dishonest, run around that I am dealing with. The extent that you're willing to rob people out of their hard earned money is truly abominable and you SHOULD be ashamed of yourself. I am the owner of a BRAND NEW watch with now 2 missing hands. I went to an Invicta store the following month and they sent the watch back for service. 2 months later I contacted Invicta by email and on the following day I received an invoice for repair, Saturday at 4 pm. I was instructed to pay the service invoice by Monday or the watch would be sent back to me. The invoice for repair, $138.00. I wore the watch maybe 20-25 times, it is in perfect condition. I think they know the watches are junk, they just look good. I will recommend that you stay as far away from these watches as possible.

I have been following Invicta Watches on EVINE for about 4 years. I have purchased around 40 units manufactured by Invicta. When I first started purchasing Invicta the product line was pretty good, only minor problems. All products purchased came with a 5 year warranty. All watches were registered with Invicta.

Invicta dumped the computer program that held account information for watches registered by account. This erased all of the information associated with the 5 year warranty process. I don't even have an account on the Invicta website since they dumped the computer program. Now the warranty offered is only 3 years instead of 5 years that originally came with the watches. The Invicta warranty program is a joke cause nothing is covered under their warranty. And the consumer has no recourse.

Invicta used to brag about how their watches were manufactured out of 316L stainless steel surgical grade. That is not the case at all. Now Invicta no longer states what type of material is used to manufacture their watches. I recently purchased a replacement strap directly from Invicta. Purchased price was near $250.00, I used American Express for the purchase. I received from Invicta a ballpoint pen worth maybe $5.00. Reported this to AMEX and they investigated. Invicta would not respond to AMEX. AMEX reimbursed my fee but what a scam by Invicta, that's a pretty good profit on a $5.00 pen.

I recently sent a watch to Invicta for repair. The watch was in new condition, worn maybe 2 to 3 times for a day or day. When I received the watch back the strap was cut nearly in half. I took photos and contacted the repair center. I emailed with a service lady (all contact information I have), she told me that the strap would be replaced by Invicta. Never happened, I still have the old strap. My strap was replaced with another that was most likely used, my strap was used to repair someone else's watch. Never heard back from that service lady.

I could go on for days but don't have the time nor energy to chase Invicta. But one day I will travel to the Invicta Headquarters just outside of Miami and protest. Before I leave to protest I will contact all of the local television networks to give them this story. I can't believe that the Florida Attorney General's Office has not looked into the actions of this Florida based company. I'm going to list the order number for one of my watches but I have them all. Including the 5 year warranty number given out by Invicta prior to them dumping the computer program. The receipt number is the same number that's listed under order number. I have the original.

I sent it to them - They charged $28.00 to look at it. I received an invoice for repairs today for $149.99. Said movement has to be replaced. They said my warranty was void because it had scratches on the crystal and band. It did not have a scratch when it left my hands. They also said that warranty was void because battery was changed in watch. This is total BS. I purchased new in February. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Invicta watches are hit or miss. I have been a lucky one. In the past 4 months I have purchased. 14. Now this was due to deals they were having. "Buy one get one free". And buying as gifts for others. With that said. I will NEVER use Invicta's warranty. It crap!!! Still have one in the Invicta repair shop from 3 months ago. And still no word from them. I've called several times to no avail. It was a cheap watch 50$. Wife liked it a lot so paid to get it in. Wish I hadn't now that I found a watch repair down the street from my house. It's the only way to go with Invicta watches $6 bucks to replace battery and bands can be bought on eBay and Amazon. This is what Invicta wants, that's obvious to me.

So I don't have an issue anymore. I just laugh very loud at the sales guy and gals when they talk warranty. We all know what ** that sales pitch is. So in short consumers. Just look for a local watch guy and get your watches fix right if you have an Invicta Watch. Now if you're buying, that's a gamble. Invicta has gone downhill in the last few. I still like their watches and laugh at their workers talking like they know it's the best. HA!!! NA. I'll support my local economy watch guy. 6 bucks every 3-4 years on each watch no problem. But the battery in my Excursion has been going strong now for 5 years. Like I said. Hit or miss. Enjoy!

Things you should know about Invicta Watch service. You must send your watch to the service center with a payment for $28.00 upfront for them to even look into the problem. Now add something as simple as a battery change and you are in for another $26.00. You cannot take your watch to any other place for a battery change (warranty voided) so you are automatically out $58.00 for this service. Once they open they will say you now need new seals, movement needs replacement or any other thing they can rip you off for. A new crown, (glass) will be $59.95. In my case after the initial $28.00 fee the repair was quoted as $159.00. I initially only paid $165.00 for the watch during a Carnival Cruise.

I have liked my Invicta watch for the three years it worked fine. The truth is the repair center finds any and all reasons to not honor the 5 year warranty so they can basically sell you your watch for a second time. I have asked they simply return the watch not repaired. I will eat the $28.00 inspection fee simply let everyone know, the watch maybe nice and work well but that is the end of customer service and loyalty for Invicta. You not are simply into another entity to rip you off. Look for a good deal on a new watch and forget about anything that even implies warranty. I fully intend to file complaint with Invicta corporate office. Here again I fully expect to be ripped off and ignored.

I have purchased quite a few Invicta watches. Happy to say, I sold them all. I’ve had good experiences and bad ones. On more than 3 of them the crown pulled right out, they were still under warranty at the time. The Flame Fusion crystal, as they call it, is definitely one of the strongest I’ve ever seen. Never a scratch or crack and I’ve slammed some of them against a wall and floor tile. I recently was watching Evine where the one spokesman said that the components are Swiss, but the watch isn’t Swiss made, that’s how they get around calling it Swiss made. Gotta say, that was enough for me. Not going to be buying another one. I actually ordered one before hearing Evine saying that and promptly returned it as soon as I got it.

Customer Service is good once you actually get through to an agent. I think the shortest wait I’ve had was around 20 minutes. Definitely email them if you don’t want to get frustrated. They do offer a maximum 2 replacement pins per watch without a charge. Free shipping also but it might be quicker to walk to Hollywood Florida to pick them up than waiting for shipping. I had one experience sending a watch in for repair. They said I would need a receipt for it to be covered under warranty, which I didn’t have. I paid the 28$ fee and shipped it to them. Took quite a long time but I received it back fixed and polished looking brand new with no bill so I’ll give them 5 stars there.

The one thing to keep in mind is that the 'suggested' retail price is meaningless. Online prices vary wildly. Definitely shop around. Do not buy one on a cruise ship or tourist destination. You may well pay too much. That said, the watches are modern, fashionable and did I mention look way cool? Oh yeah, the ones I own also work just fine. I emailed Invicta for a return label (which they did send promptly) and sent it back via FedEx, which they received on 9/5/2017. Waited the 7 business days for my refund before I started emailing them. After 3 emails and no response, I said I was contacting the Florida AG and posting on the Disney fan boards. Again, nothing so I sent another email Monday. I received a reply that they would be crediting my account. Of course, no money back as of yet. I purchased a SWISS Invicta Venom "Diver's" F003 in the local mall for about 500 dollars, I then purchased the identical watch for my son about 3 months later when I saw it on TV for about 400 bucks. A little over a year later the minutes hand falls off and in turn jams the hours hand. Watch is broken. I take it to the Invicta store who admits that there is not a scratch or any abuse to my watch but since it has been over a year, the charge would be 42 dollars for a "hand alignment", which I reluctantly pay. In the meantime I figure I will wear my son's F003, since he never wore his because it was uncomfortable for him. I take a shower with my "diving watch" and I see the glass is fogged up. I put it in rice to no avail, and I try blow drying it which temporarily cleared it up until the fogging returned.

I bring this watch back to the Invicta store at the mall also since this one is still under warranty. I am bluntly told that since I purchased it from Evine on television, it is NOT UNDER WARRANTY, but I can still drop it off there and they will send it in for me and I will be billed for the repair. Well, it has been 4 months and still no watches, and when I try and call customer service, I am prompted to leave a message, and to date it's been over a dozen calls and NOT one returned call yet. Never again will I purchase an Invicta watch. Lesson learned. Never Again. I liked the big watch feel and look, and I thought because I was paying extra for a Swiss version that it would be okay, I was wrong.

On a somewhat funnier note, when I called the Invicta store in the mall to complain about customer service not calling me back EVER, and that I would consider going to the mall store and tell potential customers about my ordeal, the manager Erika, threatened that if I came to the store she would call the cops and have me arrested. You can't make that up. I wonder what chapter in the Invicta customer service guide she was referencing from. Please don't make the same expensive mistake I made.

However, while on a trip and swimming in about three feet of water, the watch leaked and got water in the face. Water that will not come out no matter what I do. Which is rather frustrating as this watch is supposed to be fit for recreational scuba diving. But apparently that doesn't mean much. This in itself normally would not incite me to write a one star review, however, I have been trying to get into contact with Invicta for over a week to get the watch serviced with no success.

No one has responded to my multiple emails, I try to call and there is an almost hour wait time to talk to a representative. What a joke. I will update this review as I continue to work on this matter. So very frustrating and unexpected from what I thought was a good company. The way this is going I will buy my watches elsewhere from now on.

**Update** It has been over a month since my initial email to Invicta, I have attempted to call multiple times with no success, and water is still in the face of the watch. Amazon was kind enough to offer me a refund. I have replaced this watch with a Casio G-steel, which, while large and a men's watch, is of MUCH better quality and has many more user friendly features. Honestly, if you're considering Invicta for a watch you want to take in the water, save yourself the time and get a Casio. I finally got a hold of the repair department who would not put me into a customer service but said he walked over and had them submit the refund I told him I wanted. He said he watched them do it. I have yet to see if it actually went through yet as this just happened but I was amazed customer service wouldn't speak to me and try and save the sale. How are these people in business? Do they actually have a customer service department? Terrible company. Stay away.

I placed an order on April 5, 2017 11:18 Pacific time and paid extra for expedited 2 day shipping for $29. I followed up on April 7, for a status on my order and it still says processing. I called the customer service number and after several attempts was unsuccessful and I never get a chance to speak to an agent because I have been on hold for so long and the automated message will advise you to leave a message instead of staying on hold. I even tried calling at 5:30 am Pacific time because the automated message stated they open 8:30-5 pm Eastern time, and their message states they are still close. I call again at 7 am Pacific time and finally the message changed to open. I also emailed the customer service help desk on 3 separate occasions and still do not receive a response or a callback.

I finally received a confirmation email that my order was shipped yesterday but after waiting almost a week for my order to ship and another 2 days to arrive is ridiculous! Why pay extra for expedited shipping when technically it's ground shipping. It is not fast shipping because it takes them so long to process the order. This was an anniversary present. That is the reason why I paid for extra to ship. My anniversary was yesterday and my order barely shipped! I cannot even get a hold of them to refund my shipping or even my order because you cannot get a hold of anyone. My advice do not order from Invictastores.com. It will be a waste of your time. This is a excellent example of poor customer service, you will never get any results with them. Never ever ordering from here again!

Very Unprofessional. I placed two orders and paid for two watches on Sunday. Website said both items were in stock. Received confirmation e-mail and even the shipping confirmation. After my order being stuck in limbo and labeled as "In Processing" for two days, I thought I better call them. I tried to contact them on the phone number listed on the website, but you always get the exact same message. First you are told there is one caller ahead of you and the wait is four minutes. This will be repeated three time. Second, you are told the wait time is two minutes and you are told this two times. Last, you are told to leave a message. I went thru this little ritual four times. There is obviously no one willing to speak with you on the telephone.

After being forced to email them about my orders, I received an e-mail saying there both items were out of stock and "sorry here's a coupon for 15% off your next order." AVOID THESE GUYS. BUY ON AMAZON OR OTHER TRUSTED STORE. INVICTA.COM IS HORRIBLE AND YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. This is no way to run a business nowadays. I guess you really do get what you pay for!

I had been a customer of Invicta for several years and currently own Invicta 15 watches. An Excalibur (model no. 18602) which in March 2016 started to show signs of a problem with the winder. It felt and sounded like it was skipping every few notches while winding. Mind you, I could still wind the watch, but I wanted to get this corrected before it got worse. I followed Invicta's instructions for repair, paying the $28 for shipping, and mailing the watch to the service center on 22 December 2016. I tried following up with the service center via email but never received a return email. Then I received a letter in the mail from IWSC stating that I owed $112.09 for needed repairs of the watch for "Movement Repair" and "Mainspring". Surprised that I was getting a bill at all, much less for movement which I expected to be a warranty covered item.

I made calls daily to IWSC for several weeks until finally reaching someone on 13 February 2017. The IWSC rep informed me that the movement wasn't a covered item because the watch "probably suffered some type of trauma"... "even as light as dropping onto carpet or hitting a wall while being worn". I asked for an email explaining this and told him to return the watch because it didn't make sense to pay that much for the repair, especially given Evine Live puts this watch on sale periodically for $129.80.

I got the watch back in the mail on 17 February 2017, but in total disrepair, not in the usable condition that it was when I mailed it to IWSC! The winder now does not wind at all, and to make matters worse, the hour and minute hands are no longer connected to the movement! It's like service center took it apart to assess the damage and then threw the parts back into the watch housing before closing the back!

I'd been a Invicta customer for many years and have on numerous occasions been an unpaid advertiser, highly recommending the style of the watches to others. I can no longer do so in good conscience. To the contrary, I will from here forward recommend against buying Invicta watches unless the purchaser is willing to accept the fact that these are expendables to be worn and used until a problem arises at which time they should be thrown away.

I was a fool to listen to someone. I bought my first overpriced Invicta watch on a cruise ship. Then started buying online at Evine and world of watches. I purchased 3 watches that fell apart within a couple of months, the first one, my Bolt Chronograph, ironically I got a hold of customer service, the strap was out of stock, surprise surprise, now a year later still out of stock. But this is the warranty. The other watch is a Venom, a month after having it, the crown fell apart. I sent it to customer service, they want to charge $185 for repair plus shipping back even though it is under warranty, they can keep it. It is more than I paid for the watch.

Today's latest. My coworker and I ordered watches on the Invicta site 9 March 2017. They screwed up and charged, 0.0 which was posted on their site for quite a while and charged only shipping and handling. This morning I receive an email that they cancelled the order because they do not charge that price for any of their items. It seems like someone in the company messed up and consumers should not be penalized for poor management or marketing. Yet when I emailed and asked for the policy I was ignored. My next step is to drive to Miami when get a chance to visit home and go to the company itself and look for their CEO unless he will throw me out the building if he is even there or his representatives. Is this the company that JT a great Football player, philanthropist, and humanitarian wants to be associated with or Mr. E Lalo run a company that will tarnish his name? What is the logical explanation?

I received the watch back and it wasn't working again so I sent it back again for repairs and when I got it back, it still didn't work.

Now I am having the hardest time getting thru to anyone and when I called the Florida location I spoke to a Marlla and when I asked for a supervisor she said I had to speak to customer service, which I did the other day and was told I had to send it in again in order for them to request a refund or a new watch. Marla put me on hold a few times and would not let me speak to a supervisor. I have left several emails, and voicemails and no one has called me back. The customer service is terrible and trying to resolve issues with this company is nearly impossible. I will never order from Invicta again regardless of how much of a deal it is. I received an Invicta diver's watch (model #13930) as a Christmas gift. Just got around to having the bracelet adjusted and trying the watch this past week. It loses time. Set it twice to time.gov to make sure. It's an automatic watch that loses time. None of my other watches, automatic or quartz do that. Well, the watch is well under warranty and Invicta will fix it free of charge, right? WRONG! Invicta imposes a $28 dollar fee for ALL warranty returns. They say that includes RETURN POSTAGE, charged to the customer, and something they call an "EVALUATION FEE". NO other watch manufacturer I know of does this. In my case, the $28 is about ONE-QUARTER the price of the watch!

I have several Citizen watches. Had to send one back when power cell failed. (5 year warranty on Citizens) I paid for the postage to their service center. They paid for everything else. No charge for "evaluation." Believe Bulova and Seiko have the same policies. ONLY INVICTA charges to look at and supposedly fix a manufacturing defect that THEY created in the first place. Anybody thinking about purchasing an Invicta watch should strongly consider this. Invicta clearly does NOT back up what it sells.

Was on hold for over an hour before I was connected with a customer service representative. Placed me in touch with the technician working on my watch (the hand on the 6 o'clock subdial had detached for the SECOND time). Technician accused me of being too rough on the watch. I had only worn the watch a few times and the watch was never subjected to any blows or dropped. He stated something as minor as playing golf while wearing the watch could cause the hand to detach. Really?

When I asked him for a consideration on the price, he offered to place to watch in a sonic cleaner for a "deep" clean at no charge. I guess a sonic washer would be less harmful to a watch. This is utter BS! If you're considering purchasing an Invicta watch, save yourself a TON of aggravation and consider taking it elsewhere for service. IWSC will only try to rake you over the COALS and accuse you of abusing your watch. The only reason I gave this company 1 star is because it is the lowest review available.
