I purchased an Invicta watch and it stop working. I tried call numerous time and was never able to get through. I was left on hold and the message said I had 40-52 people ahead of me with a wait time of 220-204 minutes. This is after a week of trying to call at various times throughout each day. Horrible customer service. After selling me the watch Evine Live claims to have no responsibility for the watch.

I am genuinely surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have been collecting Invictas for the last several years and now own over two dozen, and have had problems with exactly two. One of the issues is my own fault as I overwound a mechanical mechanism, and the other I wrote off as it was one of their cheaper watches. I rotate them and pretty much wear a different Invicta on a daily basis and, aside from the two mentioned, I've never had any issues whatsoever with function, durability, or overall quality.

We are not able to use any of the watches, the hand wrist just keep falling into pieces. And I have called the number. Supposedly they were special watches and were warranty for 5 years. I have spend 2 days 6 hours at the time in hold waiting for my turn and when my turn, there is a recording saying "Leave a message. Someone will call you within 24/48h." That was a month ago. I paid over $2,000.00... and I'm stuck with useless watches. Cheap, I'm just livid and need someone to make he/she responsible for all our monies. I call Evine and they wash their hands and said nothing they can do, that they will never do business with them in the future. I want my money. Take your useless watches. I'm looking for the best of the other orders because I was buying them couple days at the time. Customer #**... #** I will keep digging for the rest on my emails. I need someone to call me back asap.

Invicta has terrible customer service: I called their customer service number 4 times (1-800-327-7682). On all occasions informed on recording 40+ customers ahead of me and waiting time anywhere from 120-170 minutes to speak to a Customer Service Rep. I sent them 2 e-mails: 1. 1 e-mail to service@invictawatch.com (December 7, 2016). 2. 1 e-mail to sales@invictawatch.com (December 140, 2016). They never replied. They sent me the wrong watch that I purchased for my brother. Between my brother and I have purchased over 20+ Invicta watches. I will never again buy an Invicta watch. I'll prefer to buy Croton and Swiss Legend. They provide professional customer service where you don't have to wait over 2 hours to speak to someone. Also within 2-3 days they reply to your e-mails regarding customer service issues.

I have 28 Invicta watches from "Luna" to Reserve brands and I like the brand overall. However, my love for the watches is very much diminished by the fact that customer service is so bad. I've ordered 3 bands in March 2016, I finally got one of them in September but that one was defective with broken links... I was seriously up! I call them back to tell them a few days later when I had time to switch the bands out. I expressed disappointment and they hung up on me... called back on. Girl said she would email me back but never did and today I tried again to call customer service, which you have to do early, it ringed once, then a busy signal... what! I love these watches, but it seems they put all their energy into design and promotion but not work on advancing their customer service. I still waiting for help on my issues.

I recently from Invicta. When I received my watch it came in a box that was completely water-soaked. When I tried to call customer service for some type of answer why they would ship a box that was completely submerged in water. I waited on hold for approximately four and a half hours when I got to be caller number seven after being online starting out at 65 the call immediately disconnected. When you do get in contact with them they are trying to get as much money out of you as possible. This was another incident I had as far as a watchband which cost $100 and then $28 to ship it and then that one broke less than a year after me replacing it and it took them 5 months to send my watch back.
They make good looking watches but that's all they do. I am so done with Invicta. I cannot do this again. They have no customer service really because if you have to wait 4 to 5 hours just to speak to somebody that makes no sense. If you don't want to be frustrated I suggest you do not buy an Invicta watch. Their customer service is horrible. Their watches are not as good as they claim to be so my suggestion to anybody stay away from Invicta.

Ordered an Invicta watch from their store's website. After getting confirmation via email, money going out of my bank, getting a tracking email and waiting for 3 weeks for delivery (I live in the UK) I finally rang up to see where my order was. I was then told they had no stock of the watch and that my order was never sent. This is 8 days before Christmas, and they have all my money to purchase anything else. No one got in contact with me at any point to tell me there was any problem with my order. What a truly disgraceful company!!!

I have six Invicta watches. I did not know when I bought them how poor the quality is. I bought all six before the first of them broke, with no abuse. I contacted their customer service after waiting on for 90 minutes. I told them I have the extended warranty on the watch. They said they could not find a record of it! OK so paid $28.00 to send in the watch. They contacted me and told me it would cost another $78.00 to fix my $89.00 watch, plus another $28.00 to ship the repaired watch back to me. Also they quoted me three months for the repair. What a scam. I think they really do not want to repair the watches but make an extra $28.00 on their customers to review what is wrong with the watch. I am done with INVICTA. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!

I have bought approximately 15 different Invicta and I have a dilemma that has lasted for 2+ years now. I purchased an Invicta Bolt Model #0196 in Rose Gold. After some time the Poly band broke and it took some time get a new one once it was ordered from Invicta. I broke the replacement band about 2 and a half yrs. ago and called Invicta to order a replacement for the Bolt Model #0196 and a Subaqua Model #6177. After about 6 months I had to reorder both bands because their Customer Service could not find my order.
After about a year wait I finally received a replacement band for the Subaqua Model #6177. I have been calling periodically and am told they will notify me when the band arrives, but still no band, I have even asked for a metal band if available but have been told that none will fit. I need a solution to this problem. I call Invicta several times per month but seem to always be in a waiting line with about 40+ people in front of me to talk to a Rep. I refuse to buy any more Invicta watches til I get a solution.

I sent in an Invicta Venom (Reserve) watch to the company's service center within the warranty period with instructions to replace the battery and the broken polyurethane strap. I included a personal check for the handling in the amount of $28 as instructed along with a copy of the original invoice from Evine. Three months later I received my unrepaired watch from Invicta with a letter stating that the company had tried to reach me on several occasions to discuss "repair fees". All my phone lines have voice mail, and no such message was ever received. The letter also stated that if I wanted to discuss the matter, I should call their customer service no. (800) 327-7682. I called the number (twice) and got the recorded message that the number is no longer in service. WTF? That's the last Invicta and purchase from Evine.

I purchased an Invicta watch and it ran for a while, so I sent it off for repair. So I waited and waited. I contacted the company and they said it was about finished. This, by the way was after waiting about three months. Finally received the watch and it didn't work so I sent it back for repair. So I waited and waited. I contacted the company and said it was finished. Received the watch...didn't work. All this in a span of five months. So I have two watches that don't work and I have to find a company to repair them and I'll have to pay for it. I absolutely love the sixteen watches that I have but I doubt if I'll buy anymore.

I own 25 Invicta watches. I recently have needed to contact them for service issues. The watches are OK but, they have the worse service department. If you call it is a one hour wait to talk to someone. If you email, they may or may not answer. I recently returned a watch which I purchased direct from them. It arrived in used condition with a scratched face. They have received the return item and over one week later, I have not gotten credit on my credit card. I now will have to file with the credit card company and fight for my money. Overall I would not recommend this brand because eventually you will need service and for the price, not worth the aggravation.

The second watch lasted 5 months and again, I have to pay shipping $28.00 and who knows how much for repair. I mail in their warranty and apparently they claim they have not received. The watch stopped working after one week. Changing batteries made the watch working for another 2 days. There is no service, especially if you live not in the US. The warranty is for nothing. I would have to pay delivery cost to the US and to send them a check in the amount of USD 28 for the delivery back to me. I prefer to throw the rubbish away as this with is not worth the shipping amount. The original price was USD 1,085 for a watch worth less than USD 10. I bought the math as it was really nice and the appearance was like there was quality behind. The only positive thing was that I got a huge discount. However this was still almost USD 400. I hope to prevent other people buying watches from this zero service firm.

Simply put, this company is the worst I've ever had to deal with, regarding customer service and repair service. I only have two Invicta watches. One of them is an 1848 Russian Diver (left-handed) and the only problem I've had with it is the band. It has deteriorated and has cracked to the extent that I can no longer use it. This watch is listed on their site with an msrp of $1,395 but you can find it for much less online. I only mention the msrp because you'd think that a company selling a watch for that amount of money would be able to provide a replacement band for the watch with no problem, right?
After paying for the replacement band and waiting a month to receive the band, they sent the wrong band. The 1848 requires a 24mm band, that can virtually be found nowhere online. They sent me a 26mm band. Would a reputable watch company not know that this band is too large for my watch? Furthermore, and more related to customer service, I have called and literally waited more than an hour to actually speak to someone. The phone has been disconnected after waiting long periods of time. I've encountered rude customer service reps, and I've also encountered very friendly reps who make promises that never happen. I was told that I'd get a call back the next day, which I doubted when it was promised, and although no one called me back, the watch band did ship the next day, but it was the wrong band, as explained above.
Lastly, after registering on their website, I can no longer log into the site, using the username/password they sent me back as confirmation and as it is saved in my browser. When I used the "forgot password?" function on their site, I get emails back giving me the username but the password section is blank. I consider doing business with this company a tremendous risk. You might get a beautiful watch, but if it malfunctions and you need to send it back, good luck!

I placed an order online over the weekend for a specific model number (4898). At time of checkout after my card was charged I'm made aware this part is out of stock, I contact Invicta the very next business day. I was told that yes they were out of stock. I was then placed on hold then I was told "yes we do have it" and it would ship the very next day Tuesday. I check my order Tuesday night and it still showed sitting at Invicta, I call in the next day Wednesday and now I'm given the "I don't know why it wasn't shipped but it would definitely ship by close of business Thursday." Friday morning I trace it and again it was still not shipped. I call in again and I'm being told it will ship by close of business again.
2 whole weeks later after I placed the order I receive the part and it's the wrong one. Funny how the package is labeled with the correct part number I ordered, but the actual part is incorrect. I checked their website and it's for the same watch but different color. There are 2 different colors. I call in again to complain and I'm told 2-3 days for them to email me return instructions and once received up to 90 days for the correct one to arrive to me. This whole experience is absurd and funny that a company that purposes themselves on quality high-end watches has low-end quality and substandard customer service. Never again will I buy an Invicta watch. Invicta does not care about their customers. Just read all the negative reviews.

As I sit in my study contemplating my possible first ever purchase of an Invicta Pro Diver 22047 from Walmart I did my research as any experienced should do prior to buying anything. I have no need for a new watch and can't remember now how I ever came across the specific Invicta watch I'm considering but upon noticing the watch my interest peaked.
Walmart was successful at getting my attention by doing the oldest retailer's trick in the book which is list the "MSRP" next to or under the listed price. The practice of listing MSRP upwards of 300% or more above the list price should immediately alarm any educated consumer, or simply a person that has only basic common sense, that they need to be more diligent and determine what the underlying issue is resulting in the significant price differentiation. As adults we should have learned by now that if something is too good to be true then it probably is.
As a side note, and to provide a reference point that is intended to frame the purpose of this review/comment, I've had an obsession with watches for the last 35 years and I've owned watches from essentially every reputable manufacturer imaginable and ranging in price from free (it pays to have a friend who is the national distributor rep for Casio in the US) to several thousand dollars. Like anything else, there is typically a positive correlation between price and quality, however, I am not nor have ever been, a consumer who blindly buys the most expensive option available, instead, I do my homework and learn why price differences exist and then determine what features are important to me. I'll pay a high premium for a product or service if it provides a perfect solution to my need.
Said all that, I can share a personal experience for each of the reviewers that will hopefully give each of you perspective on what should or should not be assumed when it comes to owning a watch. The last watch I bought was a Tag Heuer Aquaracer Professional in 2005. Like every other time, I did my research and shopped for the best deal available. Buying online was out of the question and my search was focused primarily on independent, family or individual owned, high end jewelry retailers in my area. I screened the potential candidates by calling each asking very specific questions. I ended up with a final list of three retailers and devoted time to visit each. Long story short I was able to purchase the Tag watch having a market price of $1,250 essentially everywhere else for $845 (not including tax).
I share that to make a point now. Based on the reviews I've read, and I read virtually every single one, I see a recurring theme. Each of you, with only a few exceptions, convinced yourself that you actually discovered an amazing deal and were buying a "luxury watch" for and incredible price AND you convinced yourself that because the watch was so well made as you determined from its weight, size, appearance, and packaging that it will last an eternity and impress all those who notice it. You were completely wrong on every assumption.
There are specific measurable and defined characteristics of a watch, any watch, that determine its quality and which are responsible for determine price. The price of any watch is also no different than the price of anything else and it's a function of supply and demand. You may remember watches from the past that were a fad or fashionable for a finite period of time which were sold at a price that was in no way related to the quality and craftsmanship of the timepiece (Swatch watches comes to mind). It is very apparent from the reviews that each of you, again with only a few exceptions, are uneducated in terms of identifying the relevant quality characteristics for a particular watch, not to mention how to care for a timepiece.
As a point of reference, and going back to my Tag watch, I typically have to replace the battery every 13 to 18 months. To replace the battery I am required to physically take the watch to an authorized Tag Heuer, without exception, and the dealer must take possession of the watch and then mail the watch with relevant repair/maintenance instructions directly to the manufacturing/repair facility in Switzerland. For even the seemingly straightforward maintenance needs such as replacing a battery the watch goes through a long and meticulous process that includes removing the battery followed by a cleaning, inspection, and replacement of each part of the timepieces delicate and precise parts.
Following that, the new battery is installed, the case is carefully replaced according to specifications using specialized tools, and the watch is then pressure tested to ensure the watch is water tight and can withstand the force from pressure encountered by divers descending underwater to a maximum depth of 300 feet.
Regarding a watch's advertised water resistance you should all be advised that there is no such thing as a "waterproof" watch (furthermore, any watch manufacturer who markets a watch as being capable of tolerating the pressure at depths below 300 feet, AND prices the same watch anywhere below $10,000+, should become immediately suspect) and no watch that has ever been manufactured or that will ever be manufactured can withstand extreme and sudden variations in temperature regardless of the existence or absence of water pressure (i.e. the simple act of taking a hot shower while wearing ANY watch will result in it becoming extremely vulnerable and the watch WILL eventually fail causing it to malfunction and very possibly go beyond the point of repair).
All that said, essentially every reviewer of his/her respective Invicta timepiece was a victim without a doubt, however, you were not victimized by Invicta rather you were victimized by your own ignorance. Each of you allowed yourself to be victimized due to your significant desire to own something that, when worn, would send a message to the rest of the world that you were important, financially secure to the point of having discretionary income to afford the acquisition of high-end luxury goods, and that you lived an active, adventurous, and exciting life.
I did my homework on the specific Invicta watch I'm considering and on Invicta as a watch retailer. First of all Invicta is NOT a manufacturer of precision timepieces and they do not attempt to market themselves as such. Invicta is a fashion company that invests considerable resources in designing watch CASES that are attractive to a targeted consumer group comprised of primarily young price conscious individuals that are developing their unique image of themselves with which they desire the world around them to respond in a favorable and personally beneficial manner.
Additionally, every single part of every single Invicta watch is manufactured in Asia. Some of the timepieces have movement mechanisms that were "originated" by the "Swiss" which is an intentionally misleading marketing ploy to cause consumers to believe that the core functionality of select Invicta watches contain the working parts similar to that found in much more expensive watches (in reality every single watch ever made up to and including the present day includes Swiss originated movement since the Swiss perfected the art of creating fine timepieces that were precisely made and absolutely accurate to the smallest measurement of time possible).
Regarding Invicta's customer Service and Refund/Exchange policy Invicta is nothing more than a designer and wholesaler of fashion watches, period. Invicta only guarantees they will REFUND any product purchased from THEIR WEBSITE for any reason within 14 days of the purchase date. That's the only warranty or recourse available. Invicta is not a watch manufacturer with craftsman trained and experienced in the art of repairing fine timepieces in any way shape or form. Invicta is headquartered in Florida on a road named One Invicta Way in the city of Hollywood. Invicta is a nothing more than a wholesaler who contracts with Asian manufacturers to produce watches Invicta designs. Invicta has a network of Distributors who pay a negotiated fee to have the right to warehouse Invicta watches for resale to a retail distribution network within a defined geographic territory.
All that said, and the point in this 8,500+ word "review" is that each person who wrote a review complained about the same exact issues: poor customer service experience and disappointment in the quality of the watch. As difficult as this may be to accept Invicta makes no claims as to the quality of their timepieces AND they offer consumers access to a "customer service" contacts for no reason other than to serve as "brand managers" or, rather, damage control agents. If you've taken the time to read this post and can understand my message then perhaps your attitude about your experience owning an Invicta watch can be used as a learning experience.
One final point which, to me, seems obvious but I have learned that it is not; never buy anything while a guest on a cruise liner, from a TV mall or a shopping network, from a mall kiosk, from a street vendor, or from any vendor who operates a retail channel that is portable, mobile, temporary, or is at all transient. Established, experienced and successful online retailers can be trusted and do not fall within the definition of retailers who should be avoided due to the fact that with only a few exceptions they have brick and mortar facilities to warehouse product from which they have established efficient and complex supply chain operations to facilitate transportation of goods to end users.
Again, in case it needs to be said, BUYER BEWARE. Now, after this four hour investment I made typing this post I am now going back to Walmart.com to get the Invicta watch I mentioned and I expect nothing more from the watch I am buying beyond these few simple things: 1) arrive to my home in new, working, damage free condition, 2) possess the color, dimensions, and features it is advertised to have (and by the way I verified the features of the specific watch I'm buying from walmart.com by researching the model on both Amazon.com, Invicta.com, and two other large and reputable online retailers), and 3) be capable of withstanding an occasional indirect splash of water that may occur from washing my face or hands. That's it.
If the battery runs out I'll take it to a reputable local jeweler or boutique watch repair facility for a new battery. If the watchband breaks I'll take it to the same local shop. I'm specifically buying an all stainless steel watch (and that's all I ever buy) so that I avoid any issues that always arise with all other metal or nonmetal watches and bands. Finally, if the watch fails and the failure is in no way associated with mistreatment or abuse I'll be completely unaffected and simply throw it away because any watch that costs $65 (the cost of the model Invicta I'm buying from Walmart.com) is a DISPOSABLE watch in my opinion.
One final parting comment, and this is very important. You recall my Tag Heuer watch I mentioned earlier? Well, one day in late 2015 I looked down at my wrist to check the time and I noticed what appeared to be a crack in the sapphire crystal (sapphire crystal is standard for quality luxury watches and is scratch-proof. Sapphire cannot be scratched by anything OTHER than a diamond). The first thought I had was "WTF?" It's impossible for the crystal to crack and the force required to crack it would have been so significant that if it was on my wrist at the time I would have lost my arm at a minimum and I knew that hadn't happened.
So I took the watch off and carefully looked at it and what I saw was completely unbelievable. The second hand somehow detached itself and ended up wedged in the upper right hand area of the dial between 12 and 2 o'clock. For several specific reasons I could simply not remember to take it to the Jared's jewelry store that is literally around the corner from my home and after driving around with it for over a year I am in a position where I am unable to get it fixed.
Due to the fact that I have always worn watches and can't get by without a watch I did research and ended up at a local Walmart where I found a $22 Eclipse brand watch that is perfect for my wrist given the size of my hand, wrist, and arm. The Eclipse brand is made by Armitron and Armitron is a reputable company that has built a very successful brand based on providing watches that maintain accuracy, are affordable for anyone on any budget, and that have classic, stylish designs that are appropriate in any setting and look great no matter the attire being worn.
It should be noted however that I will continue taking the watch to Walmart when the battery needs replacing (and I had to replace the battery after only one month from the date I purchased it) and if the watch stops working other than the battery wearing out I'll be grateful for the time it worked and that I was able to enjoy it and immediately go back to Walmart and get another one just like it (assuming the worst case and my Invicta dies).

Several of the Invicta styles grabbed my attention and while they are not the least expensive watches, their affordable prices led me to purchase two watches ($125 and $240) within a few months of each other. I should have waited a little longer to purchase the second watch, since within days of that purchase, the winder knob on the first one popped completely off. When I called Invicta, I was told that I would have to mail the watch in at my expense and pay for the repair (which they wouldn't quote until they received the watch). They also said the repair would take up to 3 months. Within a few days of that experience, the clasp pin on my newly purchased, second watch fell off. Since I had only owned the second one for a few days, I physically went to the store to insist they fix it or refund my money. I was told again that, even though my purchase was only a few days old, I would have to send my watch off for 3 months to receive the repair.
After a little arguing and persistent persuasion, the manager gave in and offered to switch my watch out with one of the same models he had in stock, to which I quickly agreed. Now, eight months later, the replacement watch he gave me had the exact same clasp pin fall off. I returned to the store in hopes that this time I would receive a reasonable resolution to the issue. I was again told however, that I would have to send the watch off at my expense with the added caveat that I wouldn't know if the repair would be covered under warranty until they physically received the watch. The trained response of Invicta employees to deflect quality issues is unfortunate. But their policy that customers in need of repair meet a burdensome list of requirements to have a one dollar clasp pin replaced is an obvious attempt to dissuade clientele from submitting repair requests and ultimately skirt their responsibility to warrant their product.
Additionally, their revenue model of canvassing the market with hundreds (if not thousands) of retail locations while maintaining a single location incapable of handling quality and repair issues in a timely and affordable manner is irresponsible and dismissive of the needs of those who choose to trust them with their purchase. Lesson learned. Buyers beware.

After 34 minutes, I was told I was #1 in line. After yet another 20 minutes I finally got to talk to a rep. She was very cold (and foreign). I asked for a manager after getting no satisfaction from the rep. I waited another 15 minutes to talk to a manager. A year ago I bought an inexpensive Invicta watch. I just wanted something nice looking to wear when I went out. I haven't worn it in about 6 months so I was disappointed to find that the watch was dead. I took the watch to my local Invicta store where they told me that they didn't do battery replacements and didn't know of any Invicta store in the area that did. I called Invicta and spoke to a woman that told that I could get my battery replaced at any watch repair shop...but...if they didn't use Invicta tools or seal kit, moisture would enter the watch and ruin it.
Of course I didn't want that so I asked her how much it would be if I sent the watch in. She said that it would be $32.00 to replace the battery and $28.00 for shipping and handling. When I told her that I had only paid $89.00 for the watch and that $60.00 for a battery was kind of high, she just said, "Oh, well." Again I know that I didn't buy a $500.00 watch but paying $60.00 for a battery replacement just because they use Invicta seals seems a bit excessive to me.

I've owned as many as 7 Invicta watches at one time. I have 3 presently. One very nice one, that I've literally worn 5-6 times in the past 3 years, is in need of service. The hour hand won't pass 2 smaller dials. This I received re. getting repairs: "Please follow the instructions to send us your watch for repairs: Include a Copy of your purchase invoice with the date on it. Include a Personal Check/Money order issued to Invicta Service Center for the amount of $28.00 (for S&H) for each watch if sending more than one. For international shipping the shipping charge is $45.00 and money needs to be converted into U.S. dollars. Include a note describing the malfunction, as well as an email address for swifter response times. Include a return address, daytime telephone number and e-mail address."
"We suggest you insure your package with the shipper. If your watch is not cover under INVICTA warranty, you will be charged for the repair cost. We warranty each repair for one year. The warranty applies to that repair only. Prices do not include sales tax. Please DO NOT include your Gift Box when sending in your watch for service. It will not be returned."
"Please note that if submitted in for repairs, it may take 30-90 days to receive back. When sending your watch in only send the cost of the shipping of $28.00. Once we receive this watch you should be contacted with case number and to approve your repairs. If you don't receive any notification within 1-2 weeks from sending your watch please call our service center to get more information. Once you have sent your watch in make sure you have the tracking number with you." 30-90 days? If this isn't enough, check their BBB ratings. My 2 cents, buy an Invicta watch knowing that if it breaks, you'll spend more than you expected to have it repaired or throw it out.

I am writing to complain about a watch I purchased in April through Evine. Wore the watch 3 times. The clasp buckle snapped right in half like a cookie. I call customer service at Invicta watches. They told me to send pictures and a copy of my receipt which I did... I contacted them after a week of no response either by email or phone by them. I was told that I had to pay for buckle 85 dollars. I am still making payments on my Evine account for this watch. I feel that this is inappropriate because it is supposedly Titanium and should not just snapped when putting it on. I should not have to pay anything it is a manufacturer defect. I am an Invicta watch collector for over 15 years this is the first time something like this happened - customer service was no help at all. I think this should go to Mr. Lalo himself.

I called World of Watches where I had purchased the watch and they informed me that they do not handle returns of Invicta watches. I called Invicta and was given instructions to send the watch along with $28 for shipping and allow 90 days for the process. Reviews show it can take months. Totally unsatisfactory! Horrible, horrible experience. Received an Invicta watch for Christmas and set the time to Mountain Standard Time. Mid-Feb flew east so reset the time. Flying back, tried to reset the time (so just the 3rd time ever), the pin / spoke thing broke off. I was then dismayed to find that not only would it take up to 3 months for it to be repaired, but I had to pay for insured shipping to Florida plus $42 CDN return shipping. Under warranty - really?
3 months come and go. Nothing. Early July, so almost 5 months later, Fedex arrives at the door with the watch and a COD bill for customs payment of $18. This because someone at Invicta has put a watch value in excess of $100 on the waybill. Why would you do that? I was not buying the watch again, it is used - it was a repair, but you have now cost me another $18. Thanks a lot. Several emails sent - not a single reply. Disgusting customer service. So we have effectively bought this watch twice. To add insult to injury, the watch has been returned to Invicta and I have tried contacting customer service, but there has been no response. CAN I HAVE MY WATCH AND MY $80 IN SHIPPING / CUSTOMS FEES BACK PLEASE?!!!

Greetings. I purchased my son one of Invicta's higher end diver series watches. When my son initially tried it on, it slipped off his wrist. Hitting the floor where the carpet meets the wooden floor, the crystal cracked. OK - accidents happen. When I sent in the watch for repair, I was advised that the cost to repair would be significantly more due to it being a diver's watch and therefore would need a vacuum pulled to ensure it did not leak when submerged. My response - OK, completely understood. Little did we foresee that it would take over five (5) months to receive his watch. Five months!
Unfortunately - NOW THE REST OF THE STORY. My son recently completed his open water scuba training. So this was to be the first time for his watch to get more water on it other than just from washing his hands. During his first dive, as we were descending past the 10 foot mark, out of the corner of my eye, I noticed the crystal on his watch change appearance. I motioned him back up to the surface to take a look. It was immediately clear that albeit Invicta had charged me additional funds and had possession of his watch for 5 months, they in fact did not pull a vacuum on his watch!
When I informed Invicta of our experience, not only did I not receive any type or attempt of an apology, I was told I would have to pay to have the watch mailed to and from the company. Their mistake but my expense and Lord know how long it would take to get it back. The lady I spoke with assured me that due to the nature of the repair, she was confident it would be handled in a timely and proficient manner. OK. My thinking was - this is INVICTA. But she worked there and she assured me, so I thanked her - and believed her. OMG! What I didn't expect is, as I am typing this review, that we would yet again endure yet another five (5) month wait for the watch. And still counting days, weeks, months...
All efforts to date in e-mailing the company and being on hold up to 53 minutes before having to hang up, all while hearing that I was currently a particular number in line waiting to speak with a customer service person - have been in VAIN. Especially when I heard I was #25, later hearing I was down to #11, the next message I heard was that I was #16! This occurred a number of times while I was on hold! I ask you, how in GOD's name does that happen? The representative informed me she had no idea but it must be an internal issue. Then I reminded myself - it's INVICTA. Anything of a depreciatory nature can & will occur.
I personally alternate between wearing my Rolex and my Tag Heuer. Albeit I've never had a reason to send my Rolex in for repair, I have sent my Tag. Sending it overseas to the corporate office for repair was a wonderful experience and took less than two (2) weeks. Taking into consideration the little cost difference in what my Tag cost, when purchased, and what I paid for my son's watch - the Invicta Watch Group is at best - DISCONCERTING.

I collect watches. LOTS of watches. Every watch company I've ever dealt with makes it rather easy to buy (or even get free) a couple of extra metal band links. This is especially important for me, having an XXXL (8-3/4") wrist size. But after waiting forever and a day on hold, I was told they don't sell individual links! They want me to buy a NEW BAND just to obtain ONE more band link! Say WHAT? I own FIVE - and they are all very nice - working Invicta watches. But, I won't be buying any more.
The combination of no available links, and terrible - I mean totally rotten - customer service, sends me elsewhere. Far too many watch companies actually care about their customers, to consider me doing business with these rude folks ever again. I haven't had any bad experiences with my Invicta watches, like I've seen in other reviews here. None fell apart, none ever stopped working, none ever broke. The quality seems fine to me! But the customer service blows. I'd stay away from this brand, unless you don't ever want or need customer service in your lifetime.

I did not even have proof of purchase or had registered it for warranty. I also have a Leviathan Reserve that I purchased and sat on my dresser for the dresser for months before I wore it (I purchased it and was unsure if I wanted to keep it at 1st). I love it now and wear it almost everyday. I just recently had to change the battery and it's been 3 years.

I purchased this watch through Walmart and they went through area trend out of Canton, Ohio, which has over 19 bad reviews over the last few months. BBB was also brought into the subject. Anyway I bought this July 3, 2016. Got it in about about a week and a half, upon opening it, setting it all up, I put it on and noticed the big second had would stop. In order to get it going again I have to press the A button which is at two o clock, and keeps doing this. I thought maybe I didn't set it right, so I had all dial set at zero, set the time and pressed in the winder button, still doing the same. I named this watch part-time and for Walmart to go behind my back and buy it from someone else was just wrong!
I live in Ohio and area trend is also in Ohio, Canton, and it took this long to get a defective watch. I called Walmart, they gave me area trends number. I'm done, BBB is the next step. I'm gonna take this watch as a lesson learned, I will no longer do business with Walmart. I have bought over 50 items online from them. This is the first issue I had, but I don't like buying something from Walmart and they get it from someone else, like the middle man, that's just plain wrong. Lost a good customer, and for area trend. Shame on you, how do you sleep at night? You need to be shut down with all the negative reviews you have... make me sick!!

I have long been a fan and collector of Invicta watches but with my recent experience, I am no longer a fan and don't even feel like wearing the watches anymore lest they become an advertisement for the company. I came to this site to describe this experience, concerning a problem I'm having with a Reserve Excursion model 13081. I didn't realize there were so many others in the same boat. Recently, the pin holding the band to the watch came out and was lost. I went to a local jeweler to have it re-attached and was told I would have to get the pin from Invicta and they would install it. They also pointed out that, since the pin was held in place by two small screws, it should never have come out. Like other reviewers, I called Invicta and was placed on the "hold from hell" with a wait time of 40 plus minutes.
After giving up, I put my request in an e-mail. Two weeks later...no response. Followed up with another e-mail and finally received a response a week later. The response... "Please send $155.00 for a new band." Nothing was mentioned about my request for the pin and screws. The watch only cost $255.00 with the original defective band so I believe this was a bit exorbitant. I reiterated my request for the pin and screws and have heard nothing from the company. As a side note the batteries in two other Invicta watches recently died within three months of purchasing, so they've obviously been on the shelf for quite some time. With this kind of quality control, I think it's time to shop for a different brand.

I'm echoing the experience of so many reviewers on this site and others like Yelp! My Invicta Divers Watch was given to me as a gift and after a few years quit working. I tried navigating the customer service section of their website, which was obtuse to say the least. I followed directions and packaged the watch and sent it off to Florida, and was happy when I received an email after a week with a repair estimate, consistent with what the site said to expect.
I had previously called customer service and went into the much-mentioned telephone "Hold From Hell." In my case, I started as caller #32 with a 40-minute wait, but my call was actually answered in "only" 22 minutes! Today the repair estimate email said to either reply to the email with my credit card information to start the repairs, or "call our service department..." Uh oh. I really did not want to send my CC info by email so I screwed up my courage and called. Sure enough, I was caller #24, wait time 45 minutes; and this time that's exactly what it took.
What really ticked me off though is that when I finally got to speak to a representative and explained I wanted to approve repairs and provide my CC info, Samantha said "one moment" and then the next thing I knew I was in yet another queue, this time caller 4 with a hold time of 42 minutes! I thought it had to be a mistake, but it was not. After all that I spent a total of one hour and 40 minutes just to approve their repair estimate and give them my CC info.
How inexcusable can it be to treat customers like that? I WILL NEVER BUY AN INVICTA WATCH. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER BUY AN INVICTA WATCH. I will tell everyone I know to never give an Invicta watch as a gift - What a terrible thing to do to a friend. The bracelet separated and is no longer usable. A few days later I contacted Invicta Customers Service. I was informed only the internal works are covered under warranty. However the customer service rep did advise I could return the watch with $28.00 to have the bracelet replaced with a new one for which I would be charged in addition to return postage. I presume this is the Invicta idea of customer service. A bracelet breaks on a watch which is 50 days old and it is the customers problem. Truly buyer beware! If you want a good inexpensive watch don't buy Invicta. They aren't inexpensive watches - they are overpriced CHEAP watches. There is definitely a difference between inexpensive and CHEAP. The lack of product support makes the difference.

They want you to pay to ship it back, then they want $28 for return shipping. Fortunately I drive past the repair facility in Hollywood, Florida. Unfortunately, they refuse to receive watches from a consumer. I'm not spending half the value of a watch on warranty work, especially on a watch that broke the first day. With that being said the watch arrived at my home in a timely manner but it was dead on arrival. It just wouldn't work. Now before I talk about Invicta's response I have to tell you how hard it is to get in touch with them. I tried calling on Friday April 22, 2016 and couldn't get through so I emailed them. I did call again on Monday and got through. I tried calling again today for information regarding a different Invicta watch and again I can't get through. I contacted Invicta and explained the situation. Their response? We are sorry for your inconvenience. The watch is under warranty so just send the watch back to us along with a check for $28 and we will take a look at it. Now I understand a fee for return shipping if I had a watch that at some point worked but not in this case. So I then contacted the seller of the watch and their customer service was great. My experience with the Invicta warranty process was top-notch from start to finish. Yes I had to pay $28 for return shipping, which I considered reasonable. Just because a product comes with a warranty doesn't mean everything is covered. With most watch purchases wear and tear items will never be covered, such as bands, pins, etc. Consumers need to review their warranty in full so that they know exactly what to expect when placing a warranty claim. That warranty list of covered items is available on Invicta.com. Fortunately for my case everything except the return shipping was covered. FYI the $28 return shipping fee is for overnight shipping to ensure your watch returns safely. Very happy customer here!! Thank you Invicta.

The watch arrived on the Tuesday, got the band adjusted on the Wednesday morning, went for a swim Wednesday Afternoon. When I got out of the pool half of the pool was in my watch. The Pro Diver watch was sold as being water resistant to 200m. I sent an email to the company purchased the watch from and received a reply saying that I must send the watch to a service centre listed in the warranty booklet. I replied to Down Under watches stating that the only service centre in the warranty booklet was in Hong Kong (I live in Western Australia). The service centre also wanted a check for $28 to cover their return postage.
I could not understand why I would be required to pay for return postage on a faulty item, and asked for a return address so that I may return the watch and receive a refund. The reply was: "We are sorry you need to return the watch. Please ensure that the watch is 100% unused. The watch may be returned back to you if there are scratches, signs of use, removal of stickers etc." If the watch was not waterproof I very much doubt the stickers would be. I purchased a Subaqua Noma III a few years ago. I have big wrists and need a big watch. Invicta was one of a few companies that made a 50mm watch that was chunky, industrial and robust looking... perfect! I also wanted a dive watch. 500m... beyond perfect! I actually have no real complaints with my particular watch, apart from the Lume which was utterly useless, I could not read this watch at all in the dark. I sold this watch after a year - so have no idea if it still works.
My real complaint is; who sets the recommended retail prices for these watches? Is the retail price really $2,500 if it is being sold all over the internet for less than a tenth of the price? It seems to me that these are hugely inflated recommended retail prices to try and suck you into thinking you are getting a bargain - they are priced well beyond the actual value considering the level of quality and customer service that most people are experiencing - if you read all the complaints on this website. If a watch is being sold for $150 it is probably not worth a cent more than $150. My second complaint is that there are so many models and no explanation of the differences. One model can have a myriad of SKUs with a huge range of prices - it is unbelievably confusing - I have no idea if I am getting a bargain or being ripped off. I own two Invicta watches. The first is a Pro Diver Automatic that I've had for three years. As a watch, it keeps excellent time and has a very smooth movement, especially for the price, which was 90 dollars. I bought it for the looks not the fact that it is supposedly 100 meter water-resistant. For diving and snorkeling I use my Casio G Shock Solars which have never failed me. The second Invicta is a Grand Diver Automatic that I purchased about six months ago. Huge watch and (seemingly) excellent build quality. Time will tell. Again, I bought it for the looks not for diving. It cost me around 230 dollars. It's a bit large for my small wrists, but I wear it nonetheless.
From what I've seen, especially on cruises, many buy the watches for the bling, not for the stated water resistance. I wouldn't use any Invicta diving watch for actual diving. Snorkeling, perhaps, but not for diving. Granted, someone paying seven or eight hundred bucks for a diving watch has a right to expect good water resistance, but for the less expensive Invictas? Probably not. Buy a hundred dollar Casio diver's watch. When Casio says, "water-resistant to 200 meters", they mean it.

When the links disintegrated on the blue I got in touch with the repair center and was told they were out of stock but they would notify me. It's been over 1 1/2 years. Since I wear many different watches I have been patient. However yesterday I took the yellow out of the box and went to put it on. The links also fell apart. I think it's disgraceful that this company does not stand behind their product. They should at least offer a substitute band that will work. They should also respond to legitimate consumer complaints.

I have purchased several Invicta Watches over the past few years. I was completely disappointed with the Sea Spider watch band and how the poly band literally crumbled over time. I replaced the links and salvaged the band as long as I could but then bought another model. That band lasted about 3 months and the band broke at the connection to the metal clasp making it impossible to replace that band. Attempts to replace these were met with customer service pushing me to buy new bands again at $80 each, basically the half price of a new watch...hmmmmm.
The inner dial hands have never reset directly to the top of their dial from a couple months in. Oh and the 18 KT gold bond overlay? DOES NOT LAST. I have many bare spots on the links where the bonding has worn off. I am not hard on watches either. So, they made their money on me quickly, reminds me of S.U.G. watches that were banned from selling in the USA due to quality. Sorry Invicta, you have now lost yet another customer, sure you've already made your millions!

I received an 11425 Invicta watch as a present a few years ago. Nice watch, kept good time. However before I had the watch for a year the battery died. I sent it back to Invicta for warranty work, they said the battery needed replacing and I would have to pay. Thought that was a bit odd, I paid anyway. Four months later several emails that were never answered, and then phone calls, plus a complaint to the Florida Atty. General I got the watch back.
In Sept. 2015 I ordered a replacement watchband from their website. The site stated shipping in 3-5 business days. After not receiving my watchband I called several times and was hung up on. I finally got through to customer service with an attitude on Nov 3rd 2015. She stated that my order was cancelled because they do not ship to PO Boxes. I asked why I was not informed, with no response, just "a supervisor did it". I asked why I was not given a credit. They stated one was issued. I was in my account at the time without a credit listed. I called my bank and confirmed this and filed a complaint. I was refunded my money the next day. This watch has been nothing but a nightmare. I bought an Invicta watch which lasted about a week before it required a pin on the watch band to be replaced. Unfortunately, Invicta customer service informed me after I managed to persevere through hang-ups and poor phone etiquette, that the pin was on back order and may not be available for at least 3 months. Well months passed and I finally received a package only to realize they sent me a part for the wrong watch model. When I called customer service back to inform them of their error, I was met with a combative attitude and had to prove the parts they shipped was for the wrong model. This experience has shown me why these watches were being sold at such a discount. Ultimately, worthless, defective products with no regard to customer service or retention.

I purchased two Invicta watches from Evine Live on sale for $49.95, free shipping, great deal, or so I thought. Watches came with "free" dive cases that are supposed to be waterproof and valued at $49.95 which makes the watch free. First I decided to test the boxes and found both leaked. Good thing the watches weren't in them. Both watches stopped working in two months. Customer service was a joke. Why should I pay for repairs to a watch under warranty? I decided to cut my losses and forgo the repair. The watches are cheaply made, customer service is a joke and for a product that is supposed to so exclusive you can find them everywhere including Sears and Kohls.
Judging by the never-ending blocks of time Evine Live has been devoting to the sale of Invicta this past week they have to be making a ton of money through a very inferior product. Both companies are running incredible scams that people are lining up for every day. Evine and Invicta are stealing your money then holding your watch hostage, a guy standing on the street corner would be in jail for the same actions. I own one of the Invicta Reserve pieces which comes with a polyurethane and metal band. The band split perfectly where the rubber and metal meets. Okay, I ordered a replacement band which cost 63.00 in June of 2015. I have several watches so I only wear each on specific occasions. I wore this timepiece in Aug. of 2015 and the band split perfectly across. This occurred from wearing this watch one time.
I called Invictas's customer service center and was told that I had to buy another replacement for 85.00. I explained that the one I had just purchased was defective and that didn't seem to matter to them. They would not replace the band because it was beyond the 30 day warranty period. The fact that I own 12 different Invicta watches did not matter to them. I thought loyalty meant something, but to this company, not at all. I will never order another Invicta product nor will any of my family members and we were all supporters of this company!!!

I first purchased an Invicta watch 4 years ago. It was the kind you keep in a winding box. You know automatic never needs a battery. It lasted around a year and a half before the time kept stopping and yes I kept it wounded up. I ended up selling it as is. Went to the mall and purchased two more Invictas. One of them being the reserve bolt which cost me 300! Now I wear this one on special occasions which means it's kept in box. Second time wearing it the center stem just came out as I was setting the date. Now this is a huge problem because how can the watch hold water if the center stem is out. Anyway I simply put the stem back in and kept it because I figured I wouldn't go swimming with it. So last night I fell asleep with it on and when I woke up the stem was gone. Can't find it anywhere. Now I have to send it in to get it repaired.
As for the other watch I paid 150 for keeps stopping. So I went back to the mall and purchased a brand new battery. It hasn't even been a month and it's stopping again! So needless to say I am never going to buy an Invicta watch again and was not surprised to see the rating of 1 star and a half. I wish I would have known this before I purchased these two watches. Expensive lesson learned!

I bought for my birthday a #15461 Venom black and blue with a carbon dial. I am a female so of course I could not wear this watch. Yesterday I took my new watch into the Mall Of GA Invicta location to have the links taken out so I could wear my new present. When I got to my car on the way home I notice that the end cap on the clasp is missing so I cannot effectively clasp my watch. I went back this morning to the same location and they said it was not their fault. So by this time I have made 3 trips to them for about of hour per trip trying to get this watch fixed.
I left disappointed and still no end cap for the clasp on my watch. I don't want to return my watch. I just want this tiny end cap that goes on my watch replaced and some good customer service. Angry with a very expensive watch I cannot wear. Also I have 7 other Invicta watches so you can say I am a little crazy about this brand but not anymore. I called customer service and they couldn't find it. After several calls I finally spoke to a "manager." She told me to order a new watch and they would pay for it.
Guess what - my new watch was also broken and didn't work. This time customer service claimed I owed them more money and to send the watch in again. Bottom line I did this routine several times. Each time the replacement didn't work and customer service could not locate the watch I sent in for repairs. I give up... and I will never buy an INVICTA watch again. I bought a new Invicta watch ($795 MSRP) on a popular consumer website for $70. What a bargain (I thought). 5 months later I noticed the hands were loose. The minute hand moved about 1mm depending on which way I tilted it. So I sent it in for repairs. It came back 3 months later and the problem had not been fixed. I sent it in again. Same result: 3 months later the watch came back without improvement. The third time was a bit different. Invicta kept the watch 4 months before returning it... not fixed. So they offered a replacement. Not the same watch, but a replacement.
I received it today. It's a Reserve 18202 model chronograph. I cannot set the time because the stem won't pull out. You're supposed to pull it out 1 stop to set the date, and 2 stops to set the time. I broke a fingernail trying to pull it out. I tried rotating the crown. It only unscrews and then the crown falls off. No paperwork was sent with this replacement watch, so I suspect they replaced it with a watch that had been returned. Probably like my old watch, this one didn't work either. Very poor quality! A support tech from Invicta just called me back. When I described the problem, he told me the watch was broken, and I would need to send it back. Is that quality? I don't think so.

So far my luck with Invicta has been less than favorable. In July 2015 I purchased an Invicta Reserve Combat Bolt. When I took off the wrapping the stem came off. Okay sent it back - it is sold out so got a refund. Purchased the Invicta Bone Collector a week later. Received it, opened the box to take a look and the second hand came off. Okay, did not want to deal with sending watch back again so I just took it to a watch repair and had him take the second out that was just lying there. I can live with that, besides you could barely see it anyways. So this week I ordered another Invicta Reserve Bolt Zeus Mother of Pearl. Waiting for it to arrive. I do hope this one is a winner. Gotta tell you Evine does a great job selling this brand, they look so great on TV. Will give an update. If this one is a dud then time to invest in a nice tag.

Invicta watches have some of the most eye catching designs I've seen at an affordable price. Online prices greatly differ than retail. I have bought multiple Invictas. Unfortunately one issue with the Sub Aqua Noma III is with the polyurethane strap that attaches to the two bars connected to the watch. The thickness of the band that connects to the two rods is very thin and will tear fairly easy due to the weight of the watch and the thinness of the rubber strap holding on to the (bars) attached to the watch.
My suggestion is replacing with a full polyurethane strap that connects to the watch itself. Online pricing varies between $20-$80. I paid $25 for mine. Only other concern is with replacing the batteries. Using a two "feet" watch case remover will work when a standard three feet won't. They sell between $1.40-$9. Yes they are that cheap. Luckily I've had no issues with craftsmanship. But yea when it comes to notifying Invicta and getting any type of positive feedback is somewhat non existent. That's unfortunate because I really like the styling of some of their higher priced watches but remain hesitant to purchase due to their lack of customer service. A great alternative to Invictas are NIXON watches which have excellent customer service and repair.

As I read the negative reviews it was like I was reliving my invicta experiences. I bought a gold ladies' watch and gave it to her and it stopped working on the second wearing. I sent one of my invicta watches in and got a different one back. The pin would not fit the additional strap and I asked them to replace it. They said that it was going to cost me ten dollars even if it was sent to me defective. I told them never mind, that would get one locally. I was told that they repaired my watch but I had a right handed watch and got back a left handed one and after three months now it doesn't work either.
I still didn't learn my lesson and bought two more and one was a zeus bolt and the pusher knobs have fallen off. My brown zeus, the strap is falling apart. I purchased an Invicta watch online on HauteLook in July of 2014 (Model 16896) and within the first week of wearing it, water beaded up and fogged under the crystal (having only washed my hands while wearing the watch). The watch is rated to be water resistant to 100 meters. I returned the watch for "repairs" and after approximately four months of waiting received the watch and the identical occurrence happened. After expressing my discontent and requesting a brand new replacement, I was told I would need to send it back for a second "repair". After an additional 4 months of waiting for the timepiece to make its journey to Switzerland and back it has happened again!!
After 1 year of purchasing the watch I have had it in my wrist a total of 5 times. After the first failed "repair" occurrence I filed a complaint in Florida with the Better Business Bureau (where the company's U.S. Headquarters are located) to which they never responded to the complaint. Invicta manufactures watches that look nice, but if you have any type of a defect, good luck getting any level of acceptable and professional customer service. This company needs to be on some type of radar for the way they conduct business in the United States. I have a suspicion that if anyone of authority were to investigate this company they would simply send a case of high-end watches to keep it all on the down low.

I own 17 Invicta watches ranging from $100 to $1,000. (MSRP: $300-$4,000.) After reading the awful reviews, I felt compelled to "set the record straight". MOST of the folks commenting are somewhat ignorant. Invicta quality ranges greatly from a VERY- inexpensive at an "ok" quality to more expensive for optimal quality. For example you can buy an entry level Invicta for under $100.00 that is made in China with inferior parts and craftsmanship. You get what you pay for. You can also buy a Swiss made, Swiss movement, COSC certified Swiss-automatic, surgical grade Stainless steel with diamonds and carbon fiber dial for around $1,000 that is likely in the $10K + range in other brands. Again, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
As far as the customer service issues, I have had ZERO problems with my watches. For basic stuff (batteries) I use a private "watch guy." No problems. So here is my recommendation. Pay close attention to what you are buying. Invicta makes some BEAUTIFUL, high-quality watches BUT, they do make some lesser quality time-pieces as well. From a Marketing perspective their lower-end watches should fall under a different brand. Like Imperious. Stay in the RESERVE collections and you will be fine. Also, ANY of the SubAqua Noma's are great although they are NOT typically in the Reserve family. AND... before you blast any brand, know what the hell you're talking about 1st! Good luck.

What a piece of junk. I bought an Invicta Bolt Reserve, Model 12760, watch the third week of May 2015. Two weeks in to owning the watch, I may have worn it three times and the 'pusher' (I believe they refer to it as) for the start and stop function of the stop watch, completely fell out of the watch. Apparently it is held in by the main spring because it appears to have broken at the same time that the 'pusher' i.e., button fell out. I contacted Invicta and was told to send them $28 and to ship the watch to them insured.
I sent the watch to them insured for a $1,000 through FedEx with signature confirmation. A week after they received the watch, the repair status is still showing 'Awaiting Receipt'. I really wish that I had read the remarks on this website before purchasing their piece of junk. Swiss made? If so, the workers who made it obviously stay stoned and or drunk. They arrived and were signed for mid-December 2014, although until I proved they had been delivered and signed for ** in Customer Service refused to acknowledge their arrival. The ladies Venom was returned in MAY 2015- the men's Venom STILL HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED.
The people in Customer Service actually lied about the whereabouts of these watches, telling me they were in Switzerland (their contact there said they were NOT) and have simply been held up purposely as I was disgusted with the way all of this was handled. To date I have had SEVEN different people involved-INCLUDING the CEO of INVICTA RETAIL DIVISION- the staff at INVICTA thumbed their noses at him too. It is August tomorrow and the company which builds watches say the watch MIGHT be back with them in August- THEN they check it out thoroughly...for THREE WEEKS before letting it go back to me!
Thus to date, in 14 months, I have had the watch in my possession for four months, worn it roughly 15 times whilst INVICTA have had the watch EIGHT MONTHS and are unable to REPLACE IT (although nobody can tell me why) or, it seems REPAIR IT. The shop owner said it would be better to send direct to Invicta to fix under warranty. My husband spoke to Invicta, followed their instructions to mail watch to them with a check for $28. Then, after they received it, told him that the "pusher" was not part of the warranty (absolutely crazy since that's linked to the operation of the hands).
This is their response... "Our Invicta timepiece is backed by a comprehensive 1-year warranty from date of purchase. This covers repairs due to failure or breakdown of the movement and all its components. It does not cover chips/cracks/scratches to the crystal, band, bezel, crown, or pushers." I don't see how you can separate the pusher from the movement and components. To fix it would have us cost more than the watch is worth. Now they want to charge us the $28 to mail back a watch that's not fixable or that will cost us more than the price of the watch.
At this point we have told them not to cash the check. We don't know what next steps to take or what recourse we have. They ripped us off and won't return the broken watch for a reasonable shipping price (cost us $6 to ship it to them 2 day priority). Very bad customer service, very rude on the phone. About to Buy That Invicta? Wait!! Read This First!! In October 2014, I bought an Imperious Chaos in stainless and rose gold, model #Imp 1057. It's big and chunky like one of the specialty-style "hand made" watches by Invicta. I thought maybe I would not wear it and just have it in the collection. I placed it in the display case and finally could not resist it any longer. I had to wear it. I had held out almost a month. Within two hours, I noticed it felt a little loose. Turns out, one of the screws had come off!
On November 26, I wrote to Invicta customer service for help. I explained what part I needed. I wrote, "This would be one of the larger rose gold screws at the point where the bracelet meets the watch." Not long after, I got this response (verbatim): "Your order was placed for 2 pressure pins, that hold the watch band to the case of the watch, your confirmation number is..." I don't know the names of watch parts, but that seemed to describe the correct location of the screw, so I assumed it was called a pressure pin. I would eventually learn what that term actually means.
The reply also included, "Please be advised that the estimated time for this order is 30-90 days." A package arrived on February 10, a mere 82 days later and technically well within the 90 day window. Unfortunately, it was a set of pressure pins, which I came to realize are the pins that "hold the watch band to the case of the watch" but are not "one of the larger rose gold screws at the point where the bracelet meets the watch."
Perhaps I was unclear. I wrote again. This time, I wrote, "What I need is an actual screw, not a pressure cap pin." I asked her to "Please check on the components for the Imperious Chaos 1057." I asked, "Can you send the large rose gold screw, please?" She replied, "I do apologize for the incorrect part, I replace the order for you, the confirmation number is..." I wasn't convinced. "I have a picture of the watch if that will help," I offered. She replied, "Please refer to last email!" I didn't know what to make of that exclamation point.
On April 8, only 56 days later, a package arrived from Invicta. Pressure pins. Again. This time I sent the pictures. On April 9, she wrote, "Can you please verify the model number on the back of your watch, because the picture you send of your watch is not corresponding with the model number, on the website, the color of the pins are a gun metal color, on model number IMP1057 and not rose tone."
I wrote, "The back of the watch says Model Number Imp 1057." I sent another picture. Her response? It was: "In this case since you have received the wrong pin twice, You will have to send the watch to the service center to match the watch up, with the correct pins, Because if the model number is coming up as a different color, I cannot guarantee you will get the right color, because we place the order according to model numbers."
Seems like no matter what, I will have to pay to send my watch in. There's a five year warranty. 1825 days, 132 of which have been spent waiting for the wrong part to arrive twice. No one seems able to figure out how to order a screw that should not have been so loose in the first place. Maybe if I pay to send it to them and they fuss with it a bit, I'll get it back in three or four months? By then I'll still have most of four years left on that warranty. So there is still no solution and Invicta is not exactly going that extra mile to help out.

I have to agree with **. My wife and I went away for a weekend in a casino. I like to take a couple of watches with me for the change of clothing, I like to match my watches to what I'm wearing. I had SA111 with me, gunmetal finish with a rubber strap. I took it out of my case and placed it on the desk. When we were ready to go to dinner, I picked up the watch by its case and the rubber straps on both sides of the case decided they didn't want to play. The broke off cleanly as though cut with a razor blade! No sign of wear as I'd only worn this watch less than a dozen times!
Eventually got through to Customer Service (what a joke that is) and was told the replacement rubber band with the metal inserts would cost $80, a quarter of the price of the watch. I had to accept as you can't buy the strap elsewhere. I have about 28 Invictas but I have bought my last one. 90 days to deliver a strap? Some customer service eh? Hey Eyal, I hope you get to read this. No more Invictas for me.

Complaint - Invicta Warranty & Service Dept. I purchased a 52 MM Bolt Zeus and only wore it four time before the short hand fell off and I wasn't able to set the watch. So you sent it in for repair which took up to 90 day before I received it back. Invicta shipped my watch back by FedEx and I never received my watch... I called FedEx and they said it had been delivered and eventually I called Invicta warranty dept to advise them of the problem and they consulted with FedEx and within about 4 weeks I was told that I could get a replacement for which I was very appreciative!!!
I was told by Invicta service dept. that I only needed to call back with a Item Number... I kinda waited a month before I wrote down a item number off of the TV Evine and called customer service dept the next morning to give my item number and I was told the my watch would be sent out the same night and I should receive it within 7 business day. I never received my replacement watch within those 7 days.... So I called again and I was told that they were having inventory and that's why I haven't received it yet and they said they would call me back in 30 mins. but they never did... I question that as well but to no avail...
I called back another day and I was told that my order was put on hold because of the amount for the Item Number I used when I first called in was different from what they pulled up on their computer. I was told to contact Evine about the price for the Item Number I called in.. So later that evening I did call Evine Customer Service and I told them about my replacement watch and their representative said "that was odd" but they looked up the Item Number that I wrote down from the Live TV from that night and varied that the Item Number along with the amount that I have Invicta was correct!!!
So I contacted Invicta the next morning to get their fax number so that Evine could fax them the information along with my Item number for which it was correct but then the Invicta representative changed their tune and said all I need to do was to go online and not from the TV now but go online to get a Item Number and call them back!!! I called again after a week later when I had time to go on-line and I was told again the watch had already been shipped. So I hung up and re-called and ask to speak to another representative... At this point I was told if I had my Item Number give it to them and they would check their warehouse to see if it was in stock and that someone would be calling me back. Still at this point it has been over an hour and I still have not received a call back and it doesn't take that long to look on a computer to check what's in stock!!!
Invicta Customer Service representatives are not professional, each representative will tell you something different when you call. When you call they don't keep a updated log of your conversations... And they will hang up on you or never call back!!! Invicta needs to shut down and do a TOTAL Overhaul of their Whole Service Department!!! I will never purchase another Invicta watch which cost me over $600.00. I will recommend to anyone who plans to purchase a Invicta watch off Evine to perhaps choose another Style of watch and hopefully you want have a situation like this I had and that another customer service would treat you with professionalism, respect and stand Truly by their product!!!

I bought an Invicta Diver's watch Model 8934 probably 10 years ago at least, and it's never had a problem, other than needing a new battery. It's stainless steel with a gold plated strip down the middle of the band, with a black face and gold plated trim around the rotating bezel. I've scuba dove at least 80 feet with it. And wear it quite a bit, except when doing manual labor. The gold plating is still nice and bright. The crystal has not scratched. And I've been very pleased with this watch. I purchased from ewatches.com for somewhere in the $100 range. (I think $85) I bought each of my children this brand of watch as part of their graduation presents.
For the money, these are darn nice watches. I see some people got some bad ones, and that is bound to happen. It sounds like customer service could be better. Mine and my children's have all ran perfectly. I get a lot of compliments on it, many thinking it's a Rolex or some other much more expensive watch. The glow in the dark spots seem to last quite awhile, and a quick charge with a high powered flashlight will keep them glowing for another couple of hours. I just wanted to add a positive review, to let people know that most of these watches are fine watches for the money. And to remind folks that those that get a bad one, are going to say something, while the many of us with watches that are working fine never bother to mention it.

The association with Invicta seems to be a lucrative one for ShopHQ, now Evine. So you would think they would take notice of the problems with these watches. It's too bad because Invicta could be the best watch company in the world if they addressed some of their problems because none of these problems are insurmountable.
First, the design team at Invicta is great, very impressive. Unfortunately, some of the watches don't live up to the dream. I have sent back more Invictas to ShopHQ than I have kept. The biggest problem is with their gold plating especially on the bracelet. It is not an ionic plating like they use for their black coloring. Consequently, it is not as durable and the plating is not uniform. The "flame fusion" is nothing to crow about. I had a Grand Lupa accidentally hit my drivers window lightly and it nicked it in 2 spots. They seem to disparage sapphire crystals as too brittle and that just isn't so. Quality control could be much better. On their "reserve" watch, where they claim the most attention is paid to the craftsmanship, I found several problems on a watch costing $400.
I have had the most luck with their all stainless and black stainless watches, and some of the watches costing under $100 are pretty good for the price. I won't spend much more than that because the quality just isn't up to a Seiko, Citizen or Bulova costing the same. I have heard several complaints about the service of these watches and the terrible experience trying to get them fixed by Invicta. Also, I wouldn't buy a watch from them that would require a replacement band that could only be provided by Invicta (non standard shape) if they are that difficult to deal with. Lastly, those 3 and 8 slot "dive cases" are NOT water proof and I haven't had one yet that didn't have something wrong with it. On ALL of them, the release valve on the front broke when you turned the knob. $73? I don't think so.

I sent it in according to the instruction in the owner’s manual and three weeks later, had to call various times till I finally was able to speak to someone who found my file and told me that the watch had to be sent overseas to be repaired. She told me it would take about four months (April 2015) till it would be returned. Five months to have a watch serviced from shipping to returned seem too much time and should just be replaced. My husband purchased the Invicta Pro Diver watch on board the Celebrity Constellation in November 2014. He began wearing it after we returned home and noticed it was not keeping time. There was something wrong with the movement, as the hands would stop every time they reached the 2:20 - 2:30 mark. We tried calling Invicta's customer service number and were never able to speak to a person. I spent over two hours on hold on two separate calls before giving up. Then we tried to open a service case through their website. Invicta requires you to pay for S&H to return/exchange/or have a watch repaired at their service center in Florida. I tried to make this payment twice on the website, and repeatedly received an error message informing me the payment had not gone through.
So then I tried emailing them. I got an auto-response stating that an Invicta customer service rep would get back to me within 24 hours. HA! After three days I sent another email. Then another. Finally, after ten days, I received an impersonal response which acknowledged none of my concerns, instructing me to return the watch by mail and include a check for the $28 S&H. This I did: insured tracked, and signature required.
Today, I received my credit card bill. Remember how the Invicta website told me my payments weren't successful, and I should try again? Well my two attempts to pay for the S&H online apparently were successful, because my credit card has been charged twice. But what REALLY burns me is that the online charges were associated with the watch's warranty number, and all my email to Invicta also referenced this number. When I finally received an email response after ten days, the customer service rep couldn't take two minutes to look at my account and see that we'd already had our credit card charged twice...before she instructed us to mail a check?
Now that we've disputed the charges and mailed the watch in for an exchange, I can't wait to see what further fun and games lie ahead for us. Will they tell us we have to pay for a new watch? That it's not covered by the warranty? Or will the watch just disappear into the customer service black hole we've been dealing with thus far, never to be seen again?
My takeaway is that Invicta is very prompt and attentive when it comes to taking your money, but you can forget about getting anything else from them: like service, or responsiveness, or courtesy. The tacit message Invicta sends is, "Customer, go ** yourself." I thought my own experience was isolated until I read the reviews here. I wish I had read this feedback before making the mistake of purchasing a crappy watch (and in my family, $209 is a lot of money) from an equally crappy company. Stay away from Invicta. They don't care about you.

It is true that these watches will not keep time. Within two days of receiving my I-Force watch it had stopped working. TWO DAYS!!! It's really my fault as I had read the reviews and should have known this would happen, but I really didn't expect it to be that bad. I spent $100 on the watch, which is not a lot of money, but should be enough to get a watch that at least functions (it's not like that requires an amazing mechanical feat in this day and age); however, less than one week in the watch has stopped working.
It is a shame because I really liked the design of this watch and would have certainly bought more. What blows my mind is that a company operating under this scheme is just throwing money away--providing a good looking AND functional product at this price point could situation this company to earn tons of money and really grow itself in the industry! With these inferior products the company is costing itself tons of repeat customers (I probably would have gone on to buy 10 - 20 of these were it not for the obvious lack of competence in the product).
Bottom line - if you want a watch that looks cool but doesn't work, this is the watch for you. Otherwise, save up a little more money and avoid the company. I'm not even going to bother with shipping it back and the additional waste of funds after reading about the dreadful experiences of others' in these reviews.

Let me start by saying I have no illusions that these watches are high end and would say that I have figured out recently that the old adage "you get what you pay for" was definitely meant for a company like Invicta. I have 4 of their watches that I bought in the last 12 months, 2 on the higher end and 2 on the lower end price wise. One of the lower end versions quit working and because of the cost to fix it just went in the trash, however, a little bit of a different story on my Venom that was a little more money. Recently the band broke and after paying an inflated price for a new band ($88 after shipping) came to the realization that a local Invicta store, yes an actual Invicta store with their name on the front door, nor I could figure out how to get the old band off and the new one on. They sent the watch along with new band to a jewelry store close by nor could they get the old band off either and along the way they also managed to break one of the screws/pin that hold the band in place.
After a lot of back and forth (not pleasant) both the store and the customer service people in Hollywood, FL do not want to do anything to replace the screw or compromise on how to get it fixed/replace band other than shipping it off overseas for another inflated price and could not advise on when I would have the watch back. How can a company that makes a watch not know how to replace a band on what they make without having to send it overseas... Blows my mind?!? Unfortunately, for me it looks like I will have to trash this watch as well over what should be a VERY simple fix. It appears to me and I am convinced after reading other reviews, that when you have bought the watch they feel they got what they needed (your money) and after that really could care less on working to keep the customer. Which is a shame since the watches are actually a pretty nice design. Too bad the customer service could use a makeover? The only thing I can say is please do not support this company as they will definitely not support you if needed. Go and spend the extra money on a better branded watch that the company who makes it will actually stand behind!

Ridiculous. You will never get a replacement polyurethane band and they break down almost like vegetables left on the counter. Worst example of being unhelpful in order to extract more money from people. The epitome of a non-local corporation externalizing every imaginable cost on to the consumer. Absolutely no responsibility to their customers. They really should be stopped legally. I wish they would get a class-action suit. There may be people on this site that can say they have been rough with their watches and they lasted great, but THIS IS THE EXCEPTION TO THE RULE! I have about 35 of their watches and have had numerous problems, especially with their automatics. One of my watches is the very best they sell and even that one is now having a problem. I have been through the 6 month repair vicious circle as well, and this was with the one they bragged over and over again was FIELD TESTED (It had no less than three separate hardware problems, including the automatic movement axle pin coming out of position so it could not freely wind the watch--this was repaired and then it broke again). I will never send my watches in for repair again.
I have taken up the hobby of watch battery changing and some repairs just because I knew I could never depend on them. I found out that there is NO MYSTERY changing their batteries and re-lubricating the gaskets with silicone to retain the water resistance. It is simple and straight-forward once you figure it out. They are a dead-end road. Do not feel bad for hating your experience with them and for feeling like you are being cheated -- because you are! DO NOT BUY INVICTA WATCHES if you care about what you buy, and especially if you like nice things. You will be burned!!!!! What more can I say???? Oh, I know... The guy is an American hero for Christ sakes. The watch read "For my hero." After I had his engraved. Anyway it's been about 2 years now and neither my dad nor myself really were very hard on these watches. I took mine in the shower and a swimming pool literally a handful of times and that is the extent of my punishment. So, one day I went to put on my watch and ALL THREE of the little silver looking rings that encircles the days, seconds and thirty minutes had fell off and were now freely moving about in the watch face. I'm not a watchmaker but one would think that at the very least a watch face is the hallmark of a watch company so it is of the utmost importance that it better be done right. Purchased a watch from the television show and after checking it out everything was broke. I thought that it was pulled out of the garbage can and mailed to me. It was for my son's birthday. After sending it back, a letter was sent to me saying it would cost me 44.00 dollars plus 28.00 dollars S&H to fix it. WHAT THE **, you're kidding me. I told them to keep the money and the watch. If I don't respond with them to pay it, they will gladly mail me a broken watch. Never again!!!! I will make sure everyone I know and don't know will hear about INVICTA. They must enjoy upsetting people and giving their company a bad name.

A year ago I was given as a gift model 3332 Lefty Black men's chronograph. 10 months in sub dials for chrono failed to reset. 11 months in after unsuccessfully seeking live Invicta help I wrote for help... only to be told "no receipt, no warranty." I was finally able to awkwardly get the receipt copy from gift giver and immediately forward it to Invicta to verify repair cost covered under warranty. With a month of back and forth emails clearly documenting watch failure inside warranty period, they summarily blew me off since "technically," I could only produce a receipt (for the gift) after warranty expiration. Utterly disappointed in this pathetic cheap junk hawker parading around as a glossy beacon of quality. Honestly, I am fully aware I got a $100 watch, not a higher end $5,000+, so the watch failing in first year of gentle use (I take great care of my things) is tolerable. The way this pathetic Invicta organization so decidedly demonstrated completely lacking warranty accountability has me seeing red. Completely disgusted with Invicta.

I have (unfortunately) several of these things; one by one failed in a very little time. I only could return 2 of them which didn't make it even for one day (one never worked, one crown fell, and the other one push buttons broken while setting the time for first time!!!) Anyways, I contacted Invicta (Miami) but you have to wait HOURS in the freaking phone, so I just sent to hell the calls. Of course tries email but good luck waiting for a response from them (you will get none). So far, I have this last one which worked I think 2 months before battery died. I changed it and guess what.....Yes, the stupid thing did not work anymore.... The only thing that seems to work randomly is the stupid chrono.
I bought some of them from ShopNBC and some were gifts.... All of them are crap... None of them lasted 6 months. After reading all that consumer complaints about overcharges and Invicta's personnel, I really prefer to stay away from this company full of crap. I’ve had repeated terrible customer service experience after terrible experience with Invicta. Just now, one of your operators, named Sergio, just hung up on me because I kept asking him to answer a simple question and instead, he kept responding with the same route response. I sent in my watch because the watchband I ordered, albeit a while back, would not fit onto one of invicta watches (subaqua -- the original band just fell apart). I had two jewelers try to affix it to the watch to no avail because the holes in the watch don’t line up with the holes in the watchband. Keep in mind, this is an invicta watch and invicta replacement watchband.
I set the watch aside for a while and finally decided to send it in to invicta. I didn’t receive any communication regarding receipt of the watch, so I finally logged into their website and was surprised to see there was a case number assigned. The web further said I had been contacted with a quote and had x number of days to reply. Yet, I hadn’t received an email, phone call or regular mail communication regarding receipt of the watch or the quote.
Regardless, I called your service number and after a 37 minute wait time, I reached a customer service rep. and he confirmed the holes don’t line up although it's an invicta watch and replacement watchband. Further, the Sergio indicated a watch hand had fallen off either in transit or at your location. So, it was going to cost me $28 to have the watch repaired and the band replaced and put on (with one where the holes line up). I pointed out to the customer service rep that had the watchband they sent fit the watch, I wouldn’t have to send the watch in the first place. He again repeated that "I’m sorry, the standard repair is $28."
I again said that he confirmed the holes didn’t line up and that’s why the band didn’t fit. So, I asked him if it made sense for me to pay a service charge because invicta's replacement watchband didn’t fit their watch? He said, "I’m sorry but it’s been a while since you ordered the band," so I must pay the charge. So, I asked him "what difference did it make how long ago I ordered the watchband, it was obviously still new and didn’t fit the watch regardless of when I bought it." Again, he said I must pay the charge and then hung up.

Bought an Invicta Divers Watch last spring. Had it for 2 1/2 months when it started leaking, losing 2 minutes a week, and the chain came off. Sent it in for repair along with its box and all paperwork, because I figured they'd just replace it. They charge $28 for a warranty repair, and it ended up taking 126 days before I got it back minus the box and manual, which they discarded. Their customer service is terrible. You have to wait on terminal hold for 30 minutes each time you call and they don't help you at all - just provide repair status. Considering the delay in repair, I can only assume that they have a huge backlog of their crappy watches waiting to be fixed, and it forced me to have to buy another better brand watch because of the unreasonable delay in their poor service.

I called and was told it would take 6 months to fix and it would cost somewhere around 200 dollars. I can buy a new watch for that. I actually liked the watch and might would have fixed it but 6 months and an attitude that gave me the impression that they would rather me not send it in for repair so its now a paperweight on my desk. The watch works if you pick it up and shake it a bit from time to time but the band is still broke and anything I find online to replace it is not the same band. I don't know if they will work or not and so far I can't find anyone who has any knowledge to help me. Overall, I know I will not buy another Invicta Watch, not matter the price.

We bought about 6 watches through Amazon about 10 months ago. So far, 2 watches have issues. The boxes didn't have the warranty number, but we sent those 2 back for warranty service. Doesn't it seem odd that within several months 33% of the watches had problems? Well, as many people now know, they finally reached me for the postage to mail the watches to Switzerland. And why did we have to waste time and money sending them to the Invicta Watch Group in Hollywood, Florida? And, when I asked why I hadn't received any emails prior to the contact that took like forever, the female said that they had sent numerous invoices.
I told her that my email was working and to resent those emails. Yep, we didn't ever hear from them. Why do I get advertisement emails from them and FedEx called me to let me know that I needed to be home to sign for their package, yet they wrote in the package that they tried on several occasions to try and contact me for the repair money, remember that these watches are under warranty and the watch was being returned unrepaired due to them not being able to contact us. Note, we also have a working answering machine/home telephone. Between the lack of quality for an expensive Swiss watch and the totally rude and incompetent customer service, or non-service, I implore my fellow frustrated consumers to help get them to either change their ways or lose money by contacting the Better Business Bureau, everyone within your Social Media reach, your State Attorney General and if serious enough, a lawyer. I bought a couple watches from Invicta via HSN and my Pro Diver, while beautiful would fog up in the shower! Not something you would expect from a "Pro Diver" watch. When I tried to register it via their website for the extended warranty, the website would not take the information and would freeze up when I attempted to "SEND' it. I tried several times having to refill the whole page out. No luck. Then, when I tried to get the company to repair it, they tried to charge me $795 to repair a $105 watch!
Trying to call them is almost impossible and the wait time could be HOURS! The log in on the website doesn't remember your password then when you opt to reset the password they send you an email. And where the NEW temporary password should be, is blank! BIG HELP THERE! OK, so if this isn't enough frustration, once I raised enough flack over this, they decided to wave the fees and just fix the condensation issue. They kept my watch for days before sending it out OVERSEAS which takes yet ANOTHER 90 DAYS! So they have had my watch since April and it is now SEPT! And when I called they said it isn't due back til mid OCT!
This is just ridiculous! They don't tell you that you're gonna have to go through all this frustration when they are talking about these wonderful watches on TV. And the CEO comes on TV and talks about how wonderful their watches are but in REALITY, the watches fail to be 'Quality" watches then they try to jack you up on repair, take WAAAY too long to get the repair done and sending it out overseas is yet even more ridiculous. It's sad that unsuspecting buyers are dazzled by the savvy salesmen and sales women on TV. But buyer beware! It's NOT what it seems! Smoke and mirrors and they simply hire great presenters/sales people to get you to buy. This company has a TERRIBLE customer satisfaction rating and puts their customers through hell. Less than 90 days to get back? Nope! 90 days and I find out that they want a signature for delivery.
Ok, I like so many others work during the day. I told them just to release it and delivery it. Nope! They can't do that. I tell them to hold it at my local office. I sent my watch for repair in Feb 2014. They told me it had to be sent to Switzerland and it would take 90 days. After 4 months I became concerned. I somehow was able to reach talk to someone in the "repair department". They told me there was a delay in shipping but it should take 2 weeks and I could check the progress by tracking the case number on line..... no you can't it is impossible. The two week excuse lasted another month. I emailed their "customer service department". I received the same run around. When I tried to call the person using the 800 number on the emails, I received a "no longer in service recording". I sent them an email to correct the problem... it was not corrected. They do not want to talk to you. Finally in July they admitted the watch was lost. They assigned a customer service representative who offered a credit towards a replacement. Unfortunately my model was not available so I picked out another one. It was more money but I paid the difference. The watch arrived two weeks later.
Like others on this site I was absolutely horrified that a used defective watch was sent to me! What kind of morons are managing this company. Did they think I may not notice that one of the hour markers was missing and that no plastic protective shipping wrapper was used. The next email from the so called company customer service was even more idiotic. They explained it had been a problem in the past and they have been working very hard to correct it. Well, duh, Invicta you missed the mark. How difficult could it be to place a returned watch in a box labeled defective, return to Switzerland? I returned the defective watch and asked for a really new watch, not a returned defective watch...Oh oh guess what, they don't have my replacement watch in stock anymore.
At this point I wanted to scream. I emailed the original person in the repair department to complain and her reply was another shock, they had finally received my repaired watch and wanted to know if I wanted it. I received the repaired watch last week 3 months overdue. Now I had to request a credit for the difference I paid for the replacement watch and the response was "I will have to check with my supervisor". It took a week to receive the credit and I am finally rid of this nightmare. The customer service for this company is a disgrace. I have never been so frustrated by people who obviously are not trained and do not care about the customer or the service. I will never buy another Invicta watch again. I do have a suggested motto for their customer service "Our customers are disposable and so our watches". Beware.

I shipped one to INVICTA to have it repaired, followed up with them today and was advised that the mechanism had to be readjusted. I was cool with it until the representative advised I would have to pay $46.64 for that service and another $28.00 to ship it back. That brings my ordeal to a grand total of $74.64. That is what the watch cost me! I explained this to the representative whom only could say that if I had my receipt, they would put my request in for warranty. But otherwise I would have to pay.
I live close to the address where I shipped the watch to be serviced, so I ask if I can pick up my un-repaired watch. I was advised I could not; company policy and they could only ship it back to me if I paid $28.00. As far as I am concerned Invicta is ROBBING me of my watch. Now I have to pay $28.00 to have my broken watch shipped back to me, when it only cost me $5.95 to ship it to Invicta including tracking and insurance. So where do they get the other $23.00 for shipping from?

I've been collecting watches for a few years now and own 9 Invicta watches. Seems people either really like them or hate them. Out of all my watches I've had no major problems with any of them. Only issues I've had is a broken strap on my Russian Diver, but I wear the watch all the time and had it about 4-5 years before the strap broke. Contacted Invicta and received an email back the next day. I gave them the info to order a new strap and got within 2 weeks, no problem.
I've heard a lot of people have had issues with their watches but I honestly haven't had a bad experience with their brand. I think some issues for customers are legit but I willing to bet some people aren't totally being honest with how their watch broke and probably abuse their watches a bit more than they care to say. The only sellers I use and trust are either ShopHQ and World of Watches. I do agree though that Invicta needs to up the quality of its customer service. I've seen plenty of complaints about it. They also need to offer a better warranty that doesn't cost you so much or keep you waiting forever to get a watch fixed. I've thankfully never had to send one in for repair but again I've heard horror stories from people who have sent their watches in for fixing.

I was an Invicta collector for 4 years. Over that time I had bought 56 Invicta watches. Two arrived defective at the time of purchase. 8 have failed over the past 3-4 years. I liked the style of the brand. The prices seemed good for what I was getting. The silicone bands break within 4 years from what I can only describe as dry rot similar to that of a car tire. I rotated wearing the watches with those of other brands so the Invicta were very lightly used, perhaps worn 6-8 times per year. All in all these are OK watches yet there are better out there for less money. I would rate the value at 7 out of 10. From a business standpoint and customer interaction, I would give the company a 4 out of 10 rating. The warranty on the watches which range from 1-5 years is rather worthless as the S/H for a repair is cost restrictive as compared to the net value of the watch.

I have a few Invicta branded watches that I have noticed have defective watch bands. The Silicone watch straps are not as durable as they state them to be. The first instance when I almost lost my Invicta Bolt Reserve was after only wearing it the sixth time. The clasp lug completely separated from the strap while exiting my car. Lucky for me I had quick reflexes to catch it before it could be lost or damaged. My other issue is with the Sea Spider which I have worn between 10-20 times only has a lug that separated from Silicone band under light usage. For the record these watches are worn very infrequently and don't undergo the heavy wear and tear, that it's what makes me find the watch bands they supply to be less than acceptable given the price point.
I have Casio watches that I have had for years and paid well below $100 and have never had these type of issues. That said after reading the cost ($28) and time for repairing, I will end up sourcing my watchbands elsewhere. Hopefully I don't experience any of the other issues others have spoken of. I'm glad I found this website. It is very informative.

That's a blatant lie! Took 4 to 5 months to get the watch back. And now there is moisture in the watch again and you can't read the time. Secondly watch was sold saying it had illumination. None at all. This is a piece of crap and my recommendation to all is.... Do Not Buy an Invicta Watch from Amazon or anyone else!!!!!!! Truly the worst service experience ever. Just the old fashion run around. Buy a Seiko instead or even a Timex. They would give true service.

All my interactions with customer service on been through email. To begin with, twice I have emailed them questions, and received a response (with fair response time) that did not have anything to do with my question. I am not sure if the people who answer them do not speak English well. One inquiry was about a replacement band I ordered. I questioned if there was a location on the website I could view my orders, because it was over a week since the order and I was never informed if it shipped or anything. Their response: "Thank you for contacting our service center. Unfortunately no ma'am, you do have to give us a call at 1-800-327-7682 or 954-921-2444 to know the status on parts". How does that make any sense. Also to fix items under warranty it's $28, you ship to Florida and they send it over seas, which can take up to 90 days! - I have a couple weeks until I get my watch back. I recently ordered another watch, but I am DONE with this company. They act so fancy and high class, because this is ridiculous.

WORST SERVICE COMPANY EVER!!! In addition to what is below, today I called the main number and was connected with another disgruntled customer instead of Tony. Also their service rep, after not sharing his name sent me to voice mail jail and another one for hanging up on me should not be acceptable either. By the way, if you listen to the recording I have been nothing but nice and patient over the phone. I just want resolution. I've gone around and around with this for far too long with little to no response. Send me the watch. Get it approved somehow. Your website has not been functioning for quite some time now and your phone service is even worse. I assume no one can make an outbound call. I've gone to social media to even get a response and then you respond back that you guys made yet another mistake by sending me the incorrect model #'s to chose from?!?
At this point I believe that Invicta has stolen my watch and deprived me of my property and is now denying me restitution. Send me the model #15952 through whatever approval you need to get. Have your Senior VP give me a call if you need. I expect a confirmation via email I will be receiving my property being sent out today or send me your General Counsel's information and prepare for an investigation of your business practices and a filing with the BBB. This was posted on your Social Media site: WORST SERVICE COMPANY EVER!!!! In the last week my actual hold time totals 2 hours and 48 minutes. Still no resolution. I've even received emails apologizing for my experience and asking how they can help me. They must be system generated as I have responded and called and was transferred to voicemails and just disconnected from while on hold. The watch is just okay but the company itself is HORRIBLE.

First, for people who have misguided notions regarding the quality of INVICTA Watches, especially their stainless steel quality; they don't know what they're talking about. Our firm was established formally in the late 1700s as jewelers, dealers in antiquities and rare books etc. I was the 1st Authorized Breitling mail-order dealer in the U.S. I have, for decades, sold Rolexes, Breitlings, Juvenias, etc. I am also GIA-trained. I own a manufacturing company, am an author of two books (one of which is in four museum library permanent collections).
I am well-traveled, ex-law enforcement, from Dept of State Advisor and have about 20 pages on google if a search was done on my real name. I'm not bragging. I'm just telling the truth. I am a well-educated businessman, former legal professional, adventurer etc. No, it's not hype. You would be surprised what one can do with their life by not watching sports 30 hours per week. I watch sports too but, I balance out. And I do NOT ever blog. But, after seeing the neg things on Invicta, I just had to say my piece. I'm not hiding, just like my privacy so, I'm using one of my biz partner's initials/name.
Now hear this: INVICTA'S stainless steel quality is superb. Stainless varies as much as varieties of vegetables but, Invicta's stainless is right up there with the best beefsteak tomatoes. The watches themselves are beautifully-crafted, no sharp edges and do not require nearly annual tune-ups as most Rolexes do. I sometimes will wear twenty thousand US in jewelery and YES, will proudly wear an Invicta. Yes, the MSRP price thing... well... it's inflated. However, take it from a professional: 1/2 the MSRP is realistic.
Example: Back when Breitling Chronomats were retailing for $1500.00, dealer cost was $750. dist. cost was $325, mfg cost was $175. So, when you see an Invicta that says $1995.00 retail, believe me, it is a REAL retail of a grand. Dealer is $500.00 Dist. is $250. So, if you're paying $300 to $350, you are not getting ripped off. And Invicta's designs are absolutely original, cutting-edge in many cases, and beautifully executed. I'm not small but, yes, I agree that 52 mm cases are a bit much. 50 should be max and 48 plenty.
Keep something else in mind: They are highly collectible; huge market. And no, I'm not a watch snob. I still do contract Gov't work. My toughest watch for the money and when I'm in extreme conditions? That's easy. CASIO. I've put my former one through thirty years of action pursuits until the rubber finally bit the dust. What do I wear when doing rough work? My Casio. But, when the filth gets showered off and the Boss clothes and Lord Griffon Jewelery go on, so too does an INVICTA that goes with my ensemble. The men comment on it and the ladies compliment it. Invicta is the most well-designed, 21st Century watch. Period. I have no interest in the company and I'm no plant by them. I'm just giving you the "real" with regard to the Brand. Thank you.

I purchased an Invicta Grand Diver (model 14442) through ShopNBC (now ShopHQ) back in November 2013. I travel internationally but don't like to wear an expensive watch when overseas. So I was looking for a cheap watch with a second time zone feature to always be "in sync" with my home time zone. This model had what I was looking for and wasn't all that expensive (#129). At that price, I figured it would be ok for travel and if it was lost, broken, or stolen it wouldn't be that big of a deal.
While I have no complaints about customer service (yet), I will say that I can see why Invictas are priced so low. Despite what their numerous watch show "hosts" (i.e. shills) will tell you, the watch doesn't feel like it is made from quality materials. A stainless steel TAG Heuer has a case and bracelet that feel solid while being thin and well designed. The stainless steel Invicta is thick and heavy, with a bracelet that feels hollow. Of course, the TAG is a $2,900 watch and the Invicta cost me $129 - so you definitely get what you pay for!
At 47mm, the Invicta Grand Diver is one of their "smaller" men's watches, but it is plenty big on the wrist of the average guy. And the case is thick enough (14mm) that it will protrude a bit under your shirt sleeve. So I just can't imagine buying an Invicta that is 52mm wide and even thicker - yet that is primarily what Invicta is promoting these days, some with automatic movements but most with a Japanese quartz movement. Watches with finely-detailed movements don't need such massive cases. And while the high-end watch market has its share of oversized models, the trend is moving back towards a more sensible size. You will have a difficult time finding an Invicta that isn't ridiculously oversized.
I have no illusions that this watch competes with my other Swiss watches - and that's the point. I bought it as a travel watch only. When the battery needs replacing, I'll have a local jeweller do it, but it just isn't worth it to spend much else for maintenance or repair (which could easily exceed the original purchase price). That's another reason I avoided Invicta's automatic models as I just don't think they are as well built as other Swiss watches (despite their claims to use iconic ETA Valjoux 7750 movements in some models). Owners of automatic/mechanical watches know they require periodic maintenance, sometimes several hundred dollars for cleaning and lubrication every 2 years or so. With this Grand Diver, I expect periodic battery replacements and if the watch dies, I won't feel compelled to repair it.
I cannot recommend Invicta as a watch to be owned for years then passed down to the next generation. Real watch guys (and gals) know which brands qualify for that status (and we all have our favorites, whether they be Omegas, Piagets, AP's, etc.). Those watches command high prices that we are willing to pay (up to a point of course), including care and maintenance. Not necessary with a $129 battery powered Invicta.
Perhaps Invicta MIGHT be capable of producing higher-end/higher-quality watches with a more attractive price point than their Swiss rivals, but they seem to be content producing moderately priced high-volume watches with gaudy and over-the-top designs. You can tell from their confusing web page too - way too many "collections" with not a lot of real variety or quality. Ever think Invicta could produce a quality reasonably-priced tourbillon? Probably not gonna happen.
So caveat emptor, Invicta buyers. If you are looking for a moderately priced watch and like the larger, thicker case design, buy with the notion that customer service may not be there when you need it. Don't over spend on your Invicta and consider it might be a "disposable" watch (a totally repugnant notion to real watch collectors).

The other one would not stay clamped together on my wrist and hand literally fell off after one month. The pins kept falling out of the metal band causing the watch to literally fall off my wrist on numerous occasions. They said it would be returned within 90 days. I called in January and They said to give it 2 weeks. I called back. They said it would be another 2 weeks. I called back. They said give it 2 more weeks. Now its almost March and they tell me the "status" is the same... over and over. The problem is this was a gift from my Grandfather. They also no longer make this watch and only just offered to find a replacement today - Almost 6 months later! They don't know when it will be back and said they emailed China over a week ago but have no response yet. There is also not a main contact point person for them to reach out to in China either. Bought a new Invicta 12112 Ltd. Edition Pro Diver through Amazon. The watch arrived in their yellow box but some of the paperwork was missing (the Warranty Card) and the instruction book was torn. It was not wrapped in plastic but the watch was in excellent shape. No scratches, no dings - it was perfect. I am actually really pleased with how the watch looks and keeps time. It's great! Then I noticed the watch was not working - the battery was dead. I called Amazon and negotiated for reimbursement if I would go to a local jeweler and have the watch battery replaced. They were happy to accommodate that request. I called Invicta as well to let them know that the watch arrived with a dead battery to see how they would respond. They said I would have to pay to ship it back to them, plus include a check for $28 so they could mail it back to me once the battery was replaced. When I asked him about going to a local jeweler for a simple battery replacement they said that would void the warranty. Really?
The local jeweler replaced the battery, no problem at all. The watch worked great for the next two days then I noticed it stopped again. Completely dead. I put the watch down then went back to it about 20 minutes later. Now the second hand was flying around, the 10ths hand sub dial was flying around and no matter what I did with the stem or buttons - they would not stop. I took it back to the local jeweler who looked at it and said he has never seen anything like that before. He popped the battery out and put it back in which seems to have fixed the problem. He agreed the movement was probably defective and needed to be replaced.
Now I know the watch has a problem with the movement but I am reluctant to send it back to Invicta because of the run-around and hassle that other folks wrote about. If I call them - I know they will say: Ship it to us ($15), send a check for $28 and we'll take a look at it. Then they will say someone other than Invicta opened the back (they said before they had a way of knowing) and will then charge me full price for a replacement of the movement. The local Jeweler has already informed me that he could replace the movement himself with the same exact Swiss movement if I wanted to go down that path and avoid the Invicta hassle altogether. His cost alone for the movement is $150 so I can only imagine what he will charge me for that. I spent $275 for the watch and this is about to get more expensive really fast. If I send to Invicta, it will cost me probably about the same assuming they don't honor their warranty, plus shipping (twice), plus 6 months time, plus the hassle and headaches. I do not want to send it to them because I know the awful experience that awaits.
I'll see how long the watch lasts now as it is. The battery was replaced locally a few days ago and seems to be working fine. My purpose for writing this was to thank folks for informing the rest of us, and to let you know that I have absolutely no faith in the Invicta warranty and repair process. Their warranty practices should be investigated - something fishy is going on.

I only gave one star because I have to. I was stupid enough to purchase many Invictas when I got into watch collecting. So did my friends. This brand brags about their warranty but there really isn't one. If you have to send your watch off, you have to send money and wait about 6 months to get it back. Sometimes it isn't even fixed so you have to pay again and send it back. The watches are not of good enough quality to even pay the warranty fee. Lots of Invictas get tossed because they are not worth sending off. They are not Swiss Made watches, many times, when backs are pulled off, the movement is stamped Made in China (Eyal Lalo, the CEO of Invicta, issued a statement on the watch forum Watchgeeks.net and basically said that it was okay for him to say Swiss Made on the dial because there was a loophole in the law that he utilized).
The quality is not good, they are rough around the edges and lots of times they are not water resistant in the rain (even though they are rated at 500-1000 meters). Their hands are prone to falling off. Invicta knows about these issues and on Watchgeeks.net, when customers ask for help or complain about it, their threads disappear and sometimes these people are banned. Invicta has lied about sandstone dials and diamonds on their watches. When sent off to a lab, it was reported that the sandstone and diamonds are fake (these documents are also on various watch forums). Plus the company is represented by **. He was convicted of aggravated robbery, served 5 years in prison, lied about being a Navy SEAL (he was never in the military), lied about having a college degree, threatens and bullies people who complain about Invicta, sends out emails to companies to try to get people he doesn't like fired, has released personal information about people he doesn't like on various watch sites and Facebook and has been known to impersonate deceased women on Facebook.
There are watch forums out there that retain the documents about Invicta and Michael Davis so that people don't get caught up in the mess of Invicta. This helps to warn a lot of unsuspecting people from throwing their money away. I don't know how Invicta has not been stopped at the docks and their products confiscated and destroyed for lying about being Swiss Made. It saddens me that they continue to rip off hardworking people and get away with it. There are forums out there that have documented proof about all of the Invicta problems and of **'s actions.

He wore it only seven times before the watch broke. When I called Invicta customer service and explained the situation, they told me there was nothing they could do because I was outside of the 45-day return/replacement period as stated on page 56 of the policy handbook. I informed them I had never received a policy handbook, which she informed me was my responsibility to download from their website (even though I purchased it from Amazon). I was then informed I had to pay for shipping to send the watch back to them with a note describing the problem and requesting a replacement.
I was also informed I had to send a $28 check in order for them to send me a new watch. Disgusted that I had to pay THREE shipping fees for one watch that was defective after seven uses and one month after being opened, I will never purchase an Invicta watch again. The customer service agent hung up without giving me the shipping address, so I had to call back and go through the entire, terrible customer service experience again! I called them several times to check on the status and they can't tell me anything other than "it's in process", "we send our watches back and forth on ships", "we don't deal directly with customers", "we're only a processing center", "we're not Invicta", and "please send your complaints to the CEO". The first Invicta I ever bought, Pro Diver 0432, amazing, durable, and a simple great look, still works to this day. However, when I went to buy the Pro Diver 10305, almost 200 dollars more than my original Invicta (just over a hundred dollars), the first one broke after about 4 months, the tension piece inside that runs the gears snapped.
Since it was past 90 days, I couldn't return it to the store, even though the saleslady was nice enough to just swap it out for the same watch. Then I walked away with a new watch, the same model and two hours later, the watch stopped working. It just froze up. So I had to go back again where another salesperson sent my watch out for warranty repair. It was sent back saying that it would take 6 months to get the parts and there was no guarantee that they would even send the parts and that the watch was discontinued. So they just let me swap the watch out for another one.
So off I went with a new Russian Diver 1090, which by the way is ridiculously uncomfortable to wear on your left hand due to the huge crown cover. Anyway, 36 hours later, I woke up in the morning and saw that the watch had stopped, which is fine. I went to wind it up; there was no winding. As a matter of fact, the crown came completely out because it broke away from the internal pieces. With that humongous cover, it broke while I was sleeping.
They suggested other ones, but I noticed that with a lot of the Invictas that are large and use rubber straps, the straps tear. The stainless steal models, unless they're brushed, scratch super easy, and the strap on a lot of models have a tendency to come off the watch, which is bad news for some 5-pound Invicta watches. So, finally, I got fed up and returned the watch and decided to pay another couple hundred on top of my exchange and get a Bulova. We'll see how that goes.
The moral of the story is that you can spend 100 bucks on an Invicta and it could be nice, or spend over $200 and pray you're not throwing your money away. Don't bother attempting to get good customer service from Invicta either; it's pretty much non-existent. The only good thing Invicta has going is their older model watches, like first models, and their crystal/glass durability. Might as well just save up to get a Rolex.

I was given an Invicta watch for Christmas as a gift. The crown fell off of the watch within 3 months after intermittent use. I contacted Invicta to find out the repair process, assuming that it would be covered. They indicated to me that the warranty/repair process is: Provide receipt and proof of purchase, I have to pay to ship the watch there and their only location is in Florida, they will review the watch and let me know if it is covered by warranty (unclear warranty) and I must pay $25 flat to have the watch shipped back to me (regardless of outcome).
My anger revolves around the following: There is no serial number on the watch method that could be used this day and age? You can't accommodate someone who received the watch as a gift? How many watches are given as gifts? I bet a good majority of watches! I have to pay to ship and return ship the watch for a warranty repair for a 3-month old watch? Seriously? Do you not care about the quality of your product at all? And to repair, I took it to a watch dealer that services multiple brands and stopped dealing with Invicta because of this procedure for repairing watches. They are the only brand that does this. Also, how does it cost $25 to ship a watch? Price is inflated. The lack of transparency in the warranty of the watch is frustrating. We will review the watch, in our secluded watch repair place in Florida and tell you if we think it's valid. Shady.
In all, I think this company should be questioned about their warranty dealings and exposed for their terrible customer service. All potential watch buyers need to know what kind of a company this is and what they might be getting into when they go to buy a watch. Invicta markets themselves as a luxury watch, but their actions and policies do not live up to the kind of representation.

In January 2003, I purchased the above watch from Mr. Rich ****, Authorized Distributor, of Watches West USA in Palmdale, California. When I received the watch the incorrect manual was enclosed & I had difficulty with the watch. The watch was returned and the distributor absorbed the cost because he was replacing it with a new watch. I received the new watch on February 26th with a Xerox "manual" & as per my letter to the distributor, it was returned on February 28th due to high maintenance. The watch cost $130.00 & my A.E. was credited for $102.40. I called 3 times because I did not understand why my account was not credited for the $130.00 & Mr. Rich **** told that there was a 15% re-stock fee.
If this information were told to me, why would I question the credit on my A.E. bill. This information was never discussed with me and I strongly feel that this distributor is a poor representative of INVICTA. I have dealt with other vendors via the Internet & have never experienced this unprofessional action.
I have purchased several expensive watches in the past and have always experienced professionalism & class. I strongly feel that this distributor is a "slick" operation & a poor representative for your product. I have written to Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau to alert the consumer to this distributor.
Sincerely,
Gail ****
