    I placed an order online. They claim 3 to 5 days to ship. Almost 3 weeks later, still not shipped. Customer service is useless. They cannot tell you anything except higher than expected sale volume has slowed the process time down, and they can tell you nothing more. Emails to help@invicta go totally ignored with no response. You go to the corporate site and submit an inquiry, and it is also ignored. This is why they offer "Big Lots" pricing on their online website. Quality is also very questionable. I own several Invictas, and most of them fell apart or broke. All Invicta cares about is getting you to order something, take your payment, and forget about you from that point forward. How long can they stay in business with a mediocre product, pathetic shipping times, and virtually non-existent customer support. Be smart, spend a little more from a reputable brand, and do not buy from Invicta.

    Bought a watch at Invicta Christiana Mall in Delaware. Put watch on for the first time and the band fell apart. I took the watch back to Invicta where I bought it a few days prior. I was told they do not guarantee their products and I would have to pay for a new band. I took the watch next door to a jewelry repair and they fixed the band in 5 minutes, no charge. But I paid him anyway. DO NOT BUY INVICTA! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

    It’s highly recommended not to purchase a watch from the Invicta online site. I ordered a watch and they shipped me a different watch. When I contacted the customer service to get the issue corrected, the representative, who’s name was Telma was not helpful whatsoever and she kept asking for pictures of the wrong watch that I received and still did not resolve the problem. I ended up disputing the issue with my credit card company since I paid more for the watch I ordered then what was sent to me. It’s hard to find good help these days!

    I placed an order an order on 9/21/2025 for a Invicta Grand Diver #NH34 GMT order # ** Automatic men's watch waited until 10/28/2025 called in to be told they had no idea when it would be shipped so I cancelled the order. Later the same day the "very same watch" appeared for sale so I placed another order 10/28/2025 # 1011769213 for the same time piece. I called in to check on that delivery on 1/16/2026 and was told it would be shipped the end of that week. I just got off the phone again today 2/3/2026 with their "SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE" and was told AGAIN "they had no idea when it would ship" and that there were customers that waiting longer than me.

    I request a refund and I would urge everyone looking for a quality time piece with customer service that will actually give a customer straight answers to go to "Swiss legend or Seiko" who will actually ship the time piece when they say they will. In closing I have a 40+ watch collection of Invicta Watches and will move on to another company. I urge others to do the same...!!

    I order my watch on November 17 2025 and just got off phone with customer service again and get the same response. It's in warehouse but not yet shipped. Will provide tracking number when ship. Today is January 28 2026! More than 2 months! Never had this problem with them before. Something's not right. SMH.

    I ordered a watch on 11/28/2025 as a Christmas present for my son. It is now 12/26/2025 and my order is still being processed. I have sent multiple emails, used the website contact form only to get no response. After calling several times over the last month I finally spoke with an agent today. He said my order still wasn't processed and he would upgrade the shipping but still didn't know when that would be. He offered a refund. I told him I want my watch so he offered a coupon for my next order (which I will never order from this place again). This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had to endure with any company!!

    I have been reading bad reviews about Invicta watches and guess I am a lucky owner. I have an Invicta Pro Diver which I purchased 20 years ago in Tokyo at the airport. It is very nice looking still and keeps accurate time. It is still water tight. I have several other more expensive pieces but this Pro Diver 4160 43mm with brown abalone dial and brown bezel(no longer available) fits in nicely with the others nicely. Just lucky, maybe.

    I bought my first Invicta about 3 years ago, very nice watch. I damaged the crystal and had my local watch repairer, replace the crystal. They did a poor job and the watch was ruined. I bought my second Invicta watch in December 2025. Another nice watch, however, after owning it about 3 weeks, I noticed there was condensation under the crystal. I contacted Invicta, because, it was still under warranty. I was told to send the watch to Invicta's repair facility in Sandy, Utah, and enclose a check for $28.00. I informed the woman it was under warranty. Her reply was "warranty or not, still include $28.00." I am not sending $28.00, plus shipping from my house to Sandy, Utah, for a watch under warranty, only 3 weeks old.

    I ordered 2 watches on November 27. I received one and have no answer about the other one. I've called and emailed with no response. The mess they tell you on the phone is ridiculous. "We don't know when it will be shipped. It's still processing." You never get any direct info about shipping at all. Why have online sales if you can't handle the volume of sales you're receiving. Then you have reps that can't go on the computer and find out anything about your order. It's useless.

    Bought 2 watches and is being 17 days and the watches have not been shipped. Remember that Invicta Store promotes that watches will be shipped within 3 to 5 days. Contacted Invicta and as always they made a 100 promises and fulfilled none of those promises. Made a Claim for refund! They lost a customer.

    Bought a Pro Diver Automatic a few years ago. Watch ran very accurately for a couple years and then started losing a LOT of time (minutes per day). Reached out to Invicta TWICE to inquire about the price of a service and have had absolutely ZERO response. I will disassemble, clean, oil and reassemble it myself since they will not respond. If I screw it up I’ll just throw it away. It’s an NH35 movement. It will be a good CHEAP DISPOSABLE watch I can practice on. But, I will never buy another Invicta as there is NO support and they are made to be worn a few years and then thrown away. Fool me once……

    I ordered online directly from Invicta website. They sent the product to my previous address. I had to make arrangements with a former neighbor to send it back to me. The watch was defective. I had to make several phone calls and send emails to receive a label to send it back. During the interactions with their useless and incompetent reps I mentioned more than once to update my address info. They took few weeks to send me the replacement and those idiots sent it to the wrong address again. I call them to tell them they sent it to the wrong address again, and the replacement I got. On the phone basically he told old me that was not their problem. The replacement is defective, I will have to send it back. Don’t do business with this business, they don’t give shoot about your business.

    Offered 40% coupon code “Gift 40” to be utilized at checkout for the watch purchase. Selected a specific watch for purchase. At checked no such option to enter the Gift 40 code and subsequently Invicta proceeded in taking full payment for the selected watch. Contacted Invicta customer service directly and received the what I would characterize as run around on why the discount code was not applied and was told my watch order was going to be canceled. I Would not recommend purchasing any item from Invicta Watch Company.

    Ordered 2 watches and one was delivered a month later. Contacted customer service 3 times with no results on getting the remaining watch shipped. They could not tell me when it would ship. They took the entire payment in full and two months later still no watch!! Poor customer service!!! I have 15 of these watches and love them. Nobody cares to resolve the problem or give me any answers. Buyer beware!!!

    I’m not sure what is going on with this site for Invicta Watches. I entered my credit card on this site then saw TWO pending charges when I only placed one order. I NEVER received a confirmation email. I called the company and they alleged that the order was cancelled by their third party company. They alleged that orders are cancelled if there is a discrepancy with address or something. WHAT?? Then they said I should pay with PayPal. WHAT?? I won’t use their website again. I haven’t had problems on any other site, just this one. Since Black Friday is this week I’m warning everyone.

    Slow shipping. Processing time isn't close to what they state. The communication is extremely poor. I need the watch for a certain event and it still hasn't shipped nine days later. They state from 3-5 days processing time. Never again.

    Worst Customer Service ever!!! They say orders are being delayed to cover themselves, placed order 1 month ago and still has not shipped. Is this how a self proclaimed fastest growing watch co. takes care of their customers??? Customer service is not trained in any way of rectifying a problem or appeasing a customer. Spoke with Angie on where my order is (1 month) and I felt like I was bothering her and did not get an answer. What customer service team for a watch co. this big is still working from home? They just don't down-right care. Another issue is you place an order, they OVERSELL the product, want you to pay for the product that you never got, do not issue a credit until 40+ days or until you call them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

    I purchased three of these watch Winders to help keep my Invicta watches running when I don’t wear them and of course 13 months after I purchased it two out of the three stop working. It’s not the extension cord plug because I used the plug of the working one on the two nonworking ones and they don’t work. I called the Repair company and they just Repair watches. They told me I have to contact some Florida Company and I have to pay $18 shipping for each box and then they’ll get looked at and then they’ll give you the cost of Repair but if they’re older than a year. They’re not covered.

    The winders cost $100 each. I knew that they were inexpensive but I didn’t realize that they were cheap, I now know that they’re cheap. Very poor reputation for a Watch manufacture who sells very nice low and watches in my watch Collection. These are my cheap every day watches. Even the ones it cost $450. Anyhow Buyer, beware. You're better off spending the six $700 and Getting a Good Amazon. Watch Winder.

    Invicta SubAqua Noma V - lousy quality, had to repair it twice within 3 years; broken wristband (2), bezel (2), crown, crystal. Never buy another, the repairs exceeded the cost of the watch. Definitely not the quality I expected, plus International Watch Service Center charges a ridiculous return shipping fee ($25).

    The experience of buying an Invicta online versus in a store is completely different. I bought an Invicta in a store, and the experience was very pleasant. I bought an Invicta on Sept. 4, and it arrived today, Sept. 29. I called several times, but no one knew when it would arrive. And when I opened the box, the presentation of that watch was terrible. They threw the watch inside the box with the pillow on one side, the watch open, as if they didn't care about the presentation. That watch took too long to arrive; they should have at least done a good presentation. I will NEVER buy an Invicta online again. Customer service is crap. They don't know anything about what they're talking about.

    As you will note that Invicta is aways running a sale on all of their watch, so you would think that they would have watches in stock to be shipped out as they are ordered. In my case it is almost 3 weeks and they have no idea when the watch will be shipped. They should charge your card once the order has been shipped. Invicta is a low class watch company with seem to me to be an inferior product. I purchase a $8 watch that last longer and the dial pin have come out of the watch. Now the Invicta watch have only been worn a dozen of time in three years so you see my problem with Invicta watches.

    Terrible customer service, they canceled one of the watches I had ordered and refunded the price of the watch but not all the equivalent for the taxes. They don't reply when trying to contact customer service. Still have a watch pending for shipping and when trying to access my order status on the website it does nothing. It has been almost 1 month since the order was placed. The watch that already reach is literally the worst I've ever had, and of course I won't be using it. I feel like I was scammed for 100 USD. 🤦🏻‍♂️

    Their customer services definitely have declined drastically. Placed an order on 08/15/25 and no response on the status of my order. I've wrote via email several times with no response. There shouldn't be any reason possible for an order to take over a month to ship. I think what makes it worse they don't give you a reason.

    YEah so I ordered a watch. Cool no problem. Almost a month later, no watch. No shipping date, no eta and oh we can't cancel 'cause it's still processing. In my world, when you take money from someone without delivering on what you promised, that's either theft or fraud. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes they tell me this and say they are 2 months behind on orders and have no idea when it will get fixed. So stay away.

    I would not recommend ordering anything from Invicta. I ordered my watch 2 weeks ago, paid express shipping and haven't received it yet. Their website says 1-5 business days. I've called and get the same bs, due to high orders it is taking longer. I was hung up on twice. I will never order from this terrible company again. They continue to lie to me. I was told last week I'd have my watch by today. After 2 more calls today, it is still being processed and too far along to cancel as per my request, to get my money back. Total scammer move and response. Don't go through what I'm dealing with. Buy a watch from anyone else other than INVICTA!

    I bought 3 products, they sent me 2 and they never arrived because FEDEX left them at the wrong address, I complained to the supplier and they told me to wait 4 to 6 weeks, today it's been 3 months and they have only told me that they are waiting for a response from FEDEX, I bought the products from INVICTA not FEDEX, the last response was to wait or to take action, this is my order number ** and this is the email of the "nice" person who tells me to wait **.
