I placed an order based on previous reviews. My order was placed on 12/11/21, they stated via email it would be processed in 5 days, well needless to say it wasn't. Tried calling and would get hung up on. They sent an email apologizing for the delay and that they will give me a $20 coupon for my next order. What in the world makes them think I would ever buy from them again after my experience with them.

They stated again that they will ship it out in 2 days. They charged my credit card & I still waited 2 weeks, finally after making so many attempts calling I did get a representative who stated it would be delivered later that day, I hung up and called back to be told they still haven't processed my order. So I'm updating my husband while on the phone with a representative telling my husband we should cancel our order & the representative was like..."I can help you with canceling your order." So I did! Was hoping to have it before Christmas because it was a gift, highly disappointed!! If they do not have the merchandise they should properly inform the buyer & they should not charge any credit card if they never shipped the merchandise!!!

In this day of throw-away products, who would think watches with a $500 dollar retail price (lol) would be one. Buying a simple thing like replacement band is more expensive than just buying another watch, also when they are clearing out watches for $34.00 that were hundreds originally should be a clue. I own 2 watches less than 5 years old. Will not buy anymore.

I bought a diver's watch with a chronograph. It took over a month to get delivered. When it did get delivered, the chronograph did not work properly. I let them know, first the run around of what type was it and when it was purchased. I even called them. They told me they couldn't change it because it was 30 days from purchased. It took them longer than that to deliver it. When I kept complaining so send me an email that they were sending a self address envelope to exchange it. Never happened. What I got was another email with links to where I could send it to get repair. I would have to pay for shipping and depending on what they claim the reason it wasn't working right also the repair. I know a chronograph isn't a big deal, I don't use it, but it was an expensive watch and everything should work on it.

I have purchased 6 Invicta watches and 2 of the 6 has wristband malfunctions. Leather band unglued and fell apart. The SS band clip, just snapped off. Unable to find Invicta replacement bands. When I contacted Invicta in Florida, the customer service rep was useless. I stopped purchasing Invicta product.

The fact that they treat a fan who professes extreme appreciation for the quality behind their product is mind blowing! This has happened repeatedly. On my recent purchase, I called multiple times, including today checking on an order I placed 2 weeks ago this upcoming Monday. Today their service rep lied to me! I was told that my order would ship and I’d be emailed tracking info by 5:30 pm today. According to the Invicta WebSite neither happened. Ineptitude is one thing, but dishonesty is definitely another! My late father instilled in me a love for collecting things, especially baseball cards and watches. Today, I still collect both. I have everything from vintage Rolexes, TagHeuer, Seikos, Cartiers and Invictas, plus many others. Despite my much more expensive options, my 2 favorites are my G Shock and my Invictas.

I discuss watchmakers on my multiple social media platforms, including a growing YouTube channel. If Invicta ever wishes to grow, their customer service and shipping policy HAS GOT TO CHANGE AND MORE CLOSELY RESEMBLE THEIR PRODUCT QUALITY! I’ll keep ordering Invicta product, but at this point, NOT DIRECTLY from Invicta. I will share my personal experience, especially this experience with all of my friends and followers. I will describe my frustration with their terrible shipping, then, today, being lied to. I’d like to explain how they made up for all my frustration, but after being lied to, I don’t expect it. I'm an Invicta Watch product, but not Invicta service fan.

I've purchased many watches from Invicta over the years. I look at them now and wonder why I purchased most of them. The ones I wore frequently lasted only a few years. Crowns fell off, hour/minute hands fell off, crystals fogged up. I also researched their automatic movements and found that many are very low grade and manufactured in third world countries. That apparently was why Invicta's prices are so low. I also purchased several leather watch straps on sale or in bundles of three or more. Turns out the reason the straps were on sale was that the straps were very short and barely fit my average size wrist.

It seems Invicta is always trying to "clip" their customers by hiding the low quality aspects of their products while selling for seemingly low prices. I have moved on to other brands. Lastly, several of my Invicta's are so wild in design or excessively large that they cannot be worn in public and certainly not in business meetings or environments. They are too over the top.

When I purchased my Invicta S1 Rally 23078 watch, their website advertised it as having a Swiss quartz movement (chronograph). The nightmare starts when fog starts to show up under the crystal. It got wet in the rain, but it is supposed to be WR to 100m (or so it says on the watch). Evidently, it isn't. It gets worse. The battery died very quickly, which isn't a big deal. I brought it to my local jeweler who opened it to change the battery. I asked to see the movement. To my surprise and horror, it was Chinese. A whole lot of white plastic with a teeny Chinese movement in the middle. I went back to their website and it now said it was a Japanese quartz movement. I contacted Invicta to share my discontent at this blatant false advertising. After many attempts to contact Invicta (customer service, repairs, sales), never got an answer or even less a reply to acknowledge my complaint...

If that wasn't bad enough, I also own a Pro Diver 24668, with a silicone strap, which broke in the middle of the band 14 months after purchasing it (I don't wear it every day as I have several other watches). Not only that, went to adjust the time and the crown pulled out completely. This is what 150+ years of Swiss watchmaking history boils down to with Invicta. Brutal non existent customer service with equally bad craftsmanship & quality. Funny that Invicta also now owns TechnoMarine watches. They deserve each other as they also are equally bad at quality & service. My TechnoMarine Squale was a lemon from the start (no WR whatsoever for a dive watch). Sent it in to TechnoMarine for repairs at great expense only to have it returned, still not WR, but with a huge piece of lint under the crystal...

I was a loyal Invicta customer for over 15 years. But after a recent experience with invicta customer service and how they responded to the situation I was extremely disappointed. It showed me that this company does not care about the people that buy their watches. They lost me as a customer and I'm sure they will lose many others as well.

I purchased my Venom character watch back in February 2019. After wearing it a few times and owning for 6 months, the cable around the bezel broke. Disappointed in finding out the warranty doesn't cover the exterior of the watch, I send the watch for repair in October 2019. I still have yet to receive my repaired watch and now it's October 2020. While I understand and appreciate the extra precautionary measures companies are taking, given the current COVID issue, I cannot justify why a simple repair like this cannot be done in 12 months or the warranty didn't cover a manufacturing issue.

At this point, I just want my watch returned and all my shipping/postal insurance costs refunded or the watch replaced. While I truly love the styling of Invicta watches (I have two Punisher watches purchased around the same time), I will not purchase another Invicta product, due to this situation and will share my experience on social media. I will also advise friends, family and associates not to purchase Invicta watches either.

I have in my possession a minimum of 15 Invicta watches with the polyurethane bands. I love the looks of their watches and the 50mm-53mm faces in gold and rose gold. I stopped purchasing several years ago because if you wear them very often the bands break and the bands are either not available or the costs is astronomical. I have the Invicta repair kit as well and if you are not a jeweler by trade it is difficult to even replace a battery and the cost to replace the band is 3-4x's the cost of any other brand. I have contacted customer service many times with no response and this was all before COVID-19 so that is not the excuse. I have been trying to resolve the issue even offering to pay shipping to and from but no response. Beautiful pieces of jewelry but maintenance and repairs are very expensive and time-consuming. I think I would stick with the metal bands if I ever buy another one... Beware!!

At the beginning of last month I purchase several watches from Invicta. To this date I have yet to receive one order. I have made numerous attempts to contact them through email the site and my phone. I've gotten through twice to the same guy who's working out of his home. I asked him for his boss or a supervisor to find out what was going on with my orders. He gave me an email for his supervisor supposedly sent her two emails she never responded. Ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I'm still waiting on my watches to be delivered Weeks Later. There's something very fishy going on with this company. They are collecting people's money and sitting on it for six to eight weeks before they even process the order. Why hasn't someone in Authority done something about this. Just like me tons of people have complained but no one's taken any action to correct the errors of this company. Why?

I had order over 50-65 Invicta watches from their website in just 2-3 months due to the fact that I'm a Watch seller and I work with few different companies. Unfortunately with Invicta.Com the shipping time is beyond slow. Most of the time I have to wait 3 weeks to 1 month and half for them to shipped off an Watch. I have never in my life had to wait that long to receive one watch at any time. Don't get me started on FedEx. They are so bad as well. I suppose to receive my watches in two business days after they shipped it and every time FedEx take an extra 2-7 days to deliver the watches... As an business owner that is unacceptable. Shipping time means a lot to me because as I'm an highly customer of their's, they will lose out on a lot of business from me if they continue to do this.

I purchased 3 items on April 13, 2020. Within 1 week I received 2 of the items, I have sent emails and called. I was told that all items will be shipped on April 30, 2020. If it wasn’t mailed your funds will be returned, to this day May 8, 2020, I do not have the watch nor a refund, nor have I been contacted by anyone from the company. This is my second time ordering from the company, and they did take a couple weeks to send one item, but I got it, now however, nothing. Not sure I will be ordering again.

My mom had an Invicta ceramic watch she sent out to them just after New Year's. Long story short, we went through a whole runaround with a duplicate ticket, then ordering a part from Switzerland, then getting the wrong part. Two months later, we requested a refund and returning the watch as is. Nothing. Now we're settling it through our card company and filing a dispute. If you paid with a card, go through your bank or company and file a dispute ASAP. That is the ONLY way you will get any results.

I purchased 3 watches from Invicta.com. After I received 2 of the watches they were not what I expected, so I returned them to invicta, after 1 month did not see credit so I called. They told me it takes roughly 6 weeks to see credit. Fast forward it's now 3 months and they only credited Partial amount, I called several times and sent numerous emails to them regarding this credit, they told me it was still in processing. I cannot believe a return would take this long, I will never purchase an invicta watch again, not worth the aggravation for a measly 350.00 credit.

Love the look of the excursion model Invicta watch I just received today through FedEx. Problem is that it was DOA, as confirmed by Invicta's watch service center. Bad enough. Now I hear that I likely won't see a replacement for 2-3 weeks. Having already waited almost two weeks for my watch to arrive, I'm pretty pissed.

Sent watch in for crystal replacement. HUGE cost to replace proprietary crystal that Invicta will not sell to watch repair shops. After 1 month, watch returned with incorrect crystal (no magnifying window). Sent watch back, as of now, it's been gone 3 weeks. Got an email today in response to my email inquiring as to when I might expect return. Told to send full name/address, model & serial number of watch, date of purchase, signed receipt, etc. etc. Just what the hell is going on with this company? Are they on this planet? NEVER buy one of these watches, regardless of the price they ask for. If you do, you'll pay for that choice in abject despair!

Resolution response: Feb. 5, 2020

Management stepped in and issued a credit back for the order after seeing I had repurchased the exact item at the correct price hours later and even issued me a 25$ store credit.

I ordered a watch from their site on 2/2/2020 that was 118. They charged me 138. When I called and emailed them they said the price changed and that there was nothing they could do about it so I asked for an rga even though they still haven't shipped it yet and they said I have to receive it 1st. Needless to say I will be returning it and will not be purchasing anything else from Invicta ever again.

I own more than 10 Invicta watches and keep them all in a watch case and pull the stem out when not in use. However, on two watches the chronograph function stopped working. I took them to the Invicta store in Times Square (I live in NY) and was told that they ONLY repair watches that were purchased in the store....though they ship out to Invicta's repair shop on Mars or some other planet...and that I will be contacted before the repair begins.

First, why have a brick and mortar but refuse to accept Invicta watches that are shipped out for repair at the owner's expense. Secondly, the repair was three times the cost of the watch, $349 vs $150...explain that to me? How could the time and parts to repair one aspect of the watch cost more than the construction of the entire watch? Third, I had bands break on two other watches that I submitted for repair and was given a site to purchase the bands myself. NO THANK YOU! NEVER AGAIN. If you want a sexy throw away watch, then go ahead and spend away. But this company is just a one way conveyor belt that does not value the customer journey AT ALL! Kevin of NY

I bought three Invicta Diver watches, all failed within one month. No exposure to water, no rough treatment, no damage of any kind. They wanted one-third the cost of a watch to make a warranty repair. The word "FRAUD" comes to mind.

This is one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had and the number one worst for a Christmas present. I ordered a watch three weeks ago. Their site says it is shipped within 4-5 days. The order was never received even though they didn't have a problem charging my bank account! I called a representative and she lied to me saying it was packaged and ready to be shipped out that day. I believed her and didn't go find anything else for my big Christmas present. Then I get an email the same night saying they don't even have the watch from the manufacturer even though they took my money for it already.

I sent three emails over the course of 4 days....NOT ONE RESPONSE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will never order from this company again and I will detour as many people as I can from ordering their products. Now, Christmas is one week away and I have no present and everything is sold out. Thanks to this rotten company for false advertisement.

My daughter bought a watch for me online at 12 pm eastern time we are in Florida. Invicta is in Florida. She told me what she did at 9 a.m. When invicta opened I called to cancel the order and was told I couldn't do it because it was already ready and processed to be shipped. Which I believe to be a lie. I order a watch 11 days ago and has not been shipped as of today. Both concerns were handed on the same call. How can one order take 11 days to ship and an order placed 9 hours ago be all ready to be shipped. It's an outright lie hoping you keep both instead of just cancelling the second order. I will never buy online again

I have an Invicta Tritnite I bought a few years ago, I think I paid around $80 or so for, supposedly (wink, wink) marked down from $250. I love the big hunk of gold metal with blue trim on my wrist. The 1st time the battery went dead, I took it to my local jeweler & he put in a new one for around $15, no big deal, but I have multiple watches (Seiko, Citizen, Bulova + several off brands) so I didn't want to spend $15 every time I needed a $3 battery, which is frequent. I went to Harbor Freight tools & bought a watch back remover tool so I could start replacing them myself & saved a bunch of money doing that.

Unfortunately, the most recent time the Invicta battery went dead, I decided to tackle replacing it too. Removed the back, no problem, and discovered the battery has a tiny spring clip on it attached by a tiny screw so it cannot be removed without also removing (or perhaps loosening) the clip. I tried only to loosen the screw & move the clip over so I could remove the battery in order not to lose the screw, but lo & behold both came out anyway. Oh well. So I took the old battery out, put the new one in, then painstakingly put the clip back on, then the screw, & began turning it, at which point the clip & screw pop out & go flying. Found the clip but could not find the screw, despite a lengthy search, so I put it back together with the clip in place as best as I could get it, but no screw. It worked fine, and is still keeping good time.

So then... I tried to order a new screw but found out thru various blogs & reviews, they are pretty much unavailable from Invicta - you can't buy just the screw; they make you buy the entire movement. So now I guess I'll either go to my local jeweler again when this battery dies & see if he has one or try to find an online non-Invicta source. Basically, I say all this to let whoever reads this know that Invictas are pretty much disposables b/c the movements are cheapo quartz probably made in China for a buck or less. HOWEVER, if you're OK with being gouged by Invicta for a $3 battery or maybe being gouged a little less by a jeweler, then go for it, but if you're like me & don't like being taken advantage of, then get a tool & DIY or throw the watch away!

Can I give 0 star? Never ever again. I bought an Invicta watch about 10 months ago that cost 350. Every 2 month I had to take it to the store because the watch stooped. Every time they changed the battery alleging that some times batteries are bad due to long time storage. This happened like 4 times until I told them that something was clearly wrong with the watch, so they suggested to send it to the international watch service center for repairs promising me that if something was wrong with it, the warranty will covered. They charge me of course 30 bucks for the shipping and handling. Just let me tell you that this guys the international watch service center, their only business is get their hands in your money. They first contacted me saying that they had inspected the watch and that the repairs will cost 250 bucks. Ticket: **. Order: **.

When I communicate the guy that my watch should be under warranty, he ask me to wait and then the call was disconnected. Minutes latter he call me again saying that the problem was the battery. That someone had put the wrong battery on it and that I just had to pay for battery replacement. This time 40 bucks.... Can you guys can see what I see?? There is something definitely wrong with this company. How come that my repair cost 250 for a movement repair and when I said is under warranty, like magic is only a battery replacement???? WTF. Of course those guys won't get a single dime from me. Just stay away of this company and this ** watches. And also are you gonna tell me that 4 different experts at the Invicta dealer put the wrong battery. Come on. Give me a break.

I've had a terrible experience with Invicta. I have 2 watches, one was a birthday present and the other I inherited from my father who passed away. The one that was my father's didnt have battery so I took it to an Invicta store and the store manager told me to come back in 45 min to pick it up. When I came back to pick my watch the store manager told me she couldn't change the battery because she didn't know what battery she needed. She told me to go to another watch store. The guy from this store told me that when Invicta's store manager opened my watch she messed it up and it was not going to work even if I changed the battery.

I went back to the Invita's store and the manager agreed to send my watch to be repaired for free, however it's been more than a month and there is no news from my watch. The sad part is this watch has sentimental value to me because it was my father's everyday watch and he passed away a year ago. My other watch that I got for my birthday I broke the glass and took it to an Invicta store to see if they could change the glass. The lady told me to get a new watch for $400 because it made no sense to repair my watch. Please be aware that these watches are disposable...

I have 6 Invicta reserve watches. Stems broke on two of them and the other one couldn't keep time, so I sent them in for repair. The first one was $168 to repair the crown and tube, the second and third ones were going to cost $365 each to repair....haha no way! The tech was nice and I told him, "That's ok, just keep them and I would buy a Seiko or citizen!" He asked me what he should do with them? I told him to either nail them to the board as an example of how not to build a watch or throw them in the trash! Be prepared to spend at least a $1000 bucks for a great watch! As an example my last Seiko lasted 15 years! MY DISAPPOINTING LOVE AFFAIR WITH INVICTA IS OVER!
