I'm very disappointed in your site. I have searched many records and find that they are not very clear or accurate. All of the marriage & divorce records are wrong for every single person that I looked up. Many of the addresses and even the relatives of people are wrong. Some others that I know for a fact have information and social network accounts online are showing absolutely no information at all. It's as if they don't even exist.

The navigation of your site was simple. The downloading process was somewhat difficult. The script stopped running at times and the page needed to be refreshed a few times. I think you may need to fix more bugs in the system. I did an advanced search for more accuracy and simply was disappointed. I used the middle initial for the person I was searching and almost every other letter in the alphabet popped up. I searched for a woman 70 yrs old and I got information for people with that name in their 50's. To be fair, some of the information was accurate and I believe that I noted the accuracy. Overall I am dissatisfied. I requested information on two others, one being myself but have not looked at those reports yet. I sincerely hope that I don't have to pay an additional premium price for every person I inquire about.

Saw the ad and thought would see what information would show for myself. Prior to purchasing the background check, the sites states "WE FOUND 2 CRIMINAL RECORDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE NAME ** IN OH" I have absolutely NO Criminal Record and have never had more than a traffic violation. When you call the company to ask questions, it's a call center in who knows what country. This is absolutely ILLEGAL and the company should be held LIBEL for false information. If I had a potential employer searching this site for me, I would never get called for the job. I also volunteer with children and have been finger printed to prove myself, this is an outrage and appalling that this allowed to stand.

This is to bring to urgent notice and attention (instant checkmate.Com) of using my bank card and charging it with $29.33 since april 2014.. for which I came to know todayyyyyy!!! I am shocked to see that your site has charged me without my consent!!!! I request them to arrange for a refund asap!!! As I am single mom and such misguiding sites are a pain!! To life!! I'M highly disappointed!! Kindly arrange for my refund asap!!!
Updated on 04/21/2015: INSTANT CHECKMATE called me and to my utter surprise they kept on negotiating with me as to how many months refund I am eligible...Legally I was wrongly charged for 13 months amount $29.33.. and they agreed to only refund 10 months and they shamelessly refused to refund my bal of $87.99!!! Being a single mom and the torture I had undergone to get this refund of 10 weeks made me feel so depressed and sick!! I am shocked!!

I read several reviews about the service before trying it - many were favorable. A few were not. But, the ones that were not were older. I received my report - with outdated and incomplete information. Facts I knew to be true and accurate did not appear on the background check. I was married to, and later divorced from my research subject - neither our marriage nor our divorce appeared on the report. He was charged with a misdemeanor crime several YEARS ago, and that did not appear. One of the phone numbers listed for him was OUR HOME number from back when we divorced -- in 2009! When I tried to call their toll-free line, all I got was a "fast busy," indicating the number was invalid. With all this being the case, I do feel this was more of a scam than a way to receive accurate information.

I inquired about a person who I knew had at least 3 felony convictions. NONE showed up in their "report". No information re marriages and divorces. I had more info using public court records. Their teaser is to ask for even more money for more info. I expected a full report for the price I paid.

I paid $61.00 for a Premium Subscription with unlimited use on 4/8/2015. 4 days later, once my credit card was charged, I was no longer able to log in to my account because they said it was "red-flagged" for reasons I don't know and they wouldn't tell me. Don't waste your time or money.

I bought a month and tried it. The service is missing records and any in-depth info I thought I could expect. It was mostly able to find Facebooks and LinkedIn for people. Asked to close it within 1 hour; money wasted really. Save your money and just Google people.

It was a hit and miss with some of the information, because unless you have the person full correct name including the middle it could become very hard to find... I also found my name to be incorrect. I'm still wondering is ** or where did it come from...

IT IS A RIP OFF! The beginning information on their site sounds like the report will be free, but I knew that was not the case. After filling all of their information about the person you are searching for, they tell you they have completed the search and the report is ready. Now they show you what the fees are, I paid $23.00 for a one month subscription and can search anyone during that time. Once you are into the report which has provided only the most basic of information, if you want to see more of the report it costs you more. The second portion of the report costs another $19.99.
So now I have $43.00 invested. After reviewing the second part the report the window that charged me the $19.99 came on the screen again and I was not going to throw good money after bad so I closed the report believing that the charges I had to pay were severely out of line for what I got. For the money I paid I got mailing addresses and marriage and divorce report. I have access to a phone book and the marriage and divorce is a matter of public record, you can get the info free at the court house. I emphatically advise you to save your money.

I just wanted to take a moment to recommend the services of Instant Checkmate (instantcheckmate.com). I joined the service in April 2015. I was unable to find the information I needed. I contacted the business and simply complained about my problem. Within a month this business contacted me to offer a full refund. When I accidentally overlooked this email and disregarded it, the company sent a follow-up email the next month to check in with me.
I had no idea at the time that my debit card was being recharged for services every month. I didn't even have to look into the issue; Instant Checkmate did it for me. On their own accord, they offered me a full refund for the three months I was paying for their services. This is the most professional online service I have ever done business with and I appreciate it greatly. I definitely recommend you try them out. If the service doesn't work for you, no problem. They will tackle the issue and treat you with respect. Thanks.

I gave three stars for my experience. I was able to get the quick info I needed. However, I tested the system by searching for people I know for certain have criminal backgrounds. All of them showed up in your system, but most of their arrest backgrounds did not show up. That made me concerned that maybe I did not have all the info I needed on the person I originally paid to search for. So, overall, I doubt that I would pay for this service again or refer anyone to this website.

I realized my daughter had used my credit card to get on this site. I called to cancel and of course want a refund; now this was in February and I was told I would get refunded my money, not knowing that I was charged two separate charges. And the person I spoke to quoted me the refund price not saying anything about the other charge. Now mind you, I was at work during this conversation; I said OK, thinking everything was good. So why I check my account for another charge and realize I had not been refund.
So I call and the person I spoke with got on the phone and lied, saying the person I spoke with didn't mention a refund. So you know I went there, she put me on hold. So then come back to the phone to say I will get partial monies back as a courtesy and I am like "what about the other money?" "It wasn't mentioned in the conversation y'all had." But I thought he said there was no mention of a refund? So beware of Checkmate - a scam come in all forms.

I had higher hopes when I set up my account. I ran a check on myself and found no marriage info (married 3x), no divorce info (divorced 2x). Didn't show my ex's prison record (had no idea he had one). I will be cancelling my account. Keep trying though, and good luck. Thank you.

In short, this site is one step from a scam. The information is incorrect. At each step, there is in-application purchase options to 'unlock data' for an additional $20, which I believed my $23 would provide. Also it set up an automatic payment, without notifying me. PayPal notified me. It pulled available data from LinkedIn which anyone can see.

Phone searches are not very good. Too many "have no records" when I find it for free somewhere else. Cannot find how to review my subscription and its inclusions and exclusions. Can't give you an order number because when I agreed to do this survey, it would not let me finish what I was doing.

This is the best people search I have found. Only thing is that it could be updated better but the main thing I like is I have found information on people and located one's I have not seen or heard from in years. Located missing family members. All I can say is keep up the good work.

The process was a veritable PAIN. My former email kept getting rejected for unexplained reasons. I ended up calling the switchboard and had to establish an account using a phony email address pirated from my original address. All the hoopla was almost not worth the trouble, except that I got a month's usage for my money.

My half brother died recently and I had to find relatives in the states where he lived 1957. Different search engines gave me a name of his unknown father and I succeeded to find his half brother on his father's side. Combination of names and addresses + ancestry.com + Newspapaers.com helped me.

Be careful - the "one-month membership" is actually going to be auto-renewed EVERY MONTH! Also, the information I was able to find was not very enlightening. I didn't realize I was being charged $22 every month for a year! To cancel you have to call in and it's not easy to get a live person. Why can't you just cancel from your account online - because it's a scam! I'm hoping my credit card provider can sort this out for me.

Please do not be fooled by this website. It will only take your money. Read EVERYTHING including the fine print. I feel like a moron as to have fallen victim to the suspenseful trail it takes you on, 'pay more $$, receive zilch!' The info I was given on 4 people was so basic (info I knew myself or could verify easily on my own) even after paying for the upgrade TWICE. Buyer beware!

This website is a joke. I paid $20 for "unlimited access" for one month. The reports provided give info like old (maybe current who really knows) addresses, social sites, and their horoscope?!?!? Wow I can find all of this info (and actually have it be correct) on my own by searching Google. You also have to pay $1.99 to get the PDF report, what kind of company charges you for a PDF? If you want more "premium" information like arrest reports you have to pay an additional $19.99 to get that info PER report. Most of the people I looked up did not have the correct marriage information or even the right Facebook page. I'm fine to pay money for services but expect to get my money's worth, this site is not honest or upfront about what information you will be getting. It's a scam in my opinion. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I purchased a membership from Instant Checkmate on Dec 4, 2014 to do a background check on the person I was dating. Nothing came up, I was relieved and said yes when he proposed. After a few months of marriage when things were just not adding up, I went to Harris County clerk and typed in his birthday and his last name and I found out I was married to a multi offense Felon. 10 Arrests. How could they claim they are number one for background checks when they miss something this big? I have filed for divorce, had Instant Checkmate given me an accurate report when I purchased it, I would have not even gone on a 4th date with him, let alone marry the guy.

If you don't know your subject's current last name (as when someone marries), this site is useless. Misleading advertising: ads suggest you will find out everything about your subject, but you always have to pay an extra $19.99 to search. Some of the data was inaccurate.

When I search myself it is showing most of all my correct info but shows I'm living in Durham NC. Never in my life have I even visited there. The address in Wesley Chapel Florida I have been for over two years isn't even showing up. I have asked for this to get corrected via email and it's still showing up. No idea what I need to do to get false info deleted.

I use your site occasionally. It usually points me in the right direction. It would be great if there was an easier way to connect the person you are searching for to other family members and locations. This search criteria would be great, especially if it listed approximate ages readily so that you could tell if someone might be a grandma or a sister. It would also be rad if you could get some limited vehicle information. The phone numbers posted are usually wrong. Social media profiles are frequently off. Sex offenders and ** dumbass horoscope signs are beyond useless.

When the site asks if you want to get the full background check and it goes through the process it tells me, "Sorry for the inconvenience but you can't go any further." I called my credit card company and they said that they have nothing to do with it. They are not stopping it from going through so I think that your system needs to be reset, refund the entire purchase price or let me use a different credit card. I went through your company bc it stood out but I could have easily went with a cheaper company and got the full information. Very disappointed in the service with this.

This site gave me her age, her address and a phone number that I already had and does not work -- no divorce records, no arrest records, no bankruptcy records, no employment records -- nothing that he indicated that would be in the report. I signed up for a 5 day trial and the information I received was not accurate and years old (ex. wrong person and address was many years old). I initially signed up on my phone and noticed my email was wrong. I called the tech support and was told they could do nothing about the email and could not terminate that account even though I had verified with my own credit card who I was. So I went ahead and asked for the "wrong" email which so happens to be my account's username hoping to close the account after I had done my checking.
A day later I checked my credit card balance and my account had been charged for the promotional price and a full month. I tried closing the account but there is no option for customers to do that on their site. After talking to **, in customer service, they only offer me half the monthly charge in return (and made it seem like such a burden) even though I wanted to close my account right then (still within the promotional period).
During the session, I brought up the issue of my email being wrong and how I wouldn't get any confirmation from them regarding all this and miraculously **, in customer service could make the correct change in the system so in order to do so; something their TECH SUPPORT couldn't do. I didn't want to go down the road of how that didn't make any sense or how dishonest that made the company now look.
So in essence, I got hit twice for sub-par information. Instant Checkmate isn't honest enough to refund people for service they did not render. I came here and checked out their responses and thought this was a proactive company with customer satisfaction as it's main goal. This is a scam. They obviously only care about making a quick buck instead of providing quality service so people will come back again and stay on as long time customers. Save your money and go with someone more reputable that will give you accurate information and better service.

I signed up with Instant Checkmate for a one month trial subscription. I used a previously little used email address when I signed up. Within hours of cancelling my subscription I started receiving 10 to 15 spam messages on that account. Beware of this Company. Got on 1 time to check reference with a $1.00 one-time trial fee if can cancel in certain amount of time. I did this and also cancelled online only to have $29.95 taken out of my credit card without my permission or signature. Don't let them fool you. There is NO $1.00 one-time trial. Called customer service and the girl over the phone pretty much did everything but call me a liar about cancelling my subscription before the trial ended. I will have this investigated. No business should be allowed to steal from someone else's credit card and this is exactly what they are doing. Not to mention the false advertisement. Last I checked that was against the Law also.

I feel like a got total ripped off. You did not list three of my sisters. Two of them are not married, so the last names would be ** , like my maiden name. You did not list my parents. You did not list my arrest record. The most information you gave me, was addresses I lived. Which I know where I lived. For a job application, I will tell them where I lived. You gave me a list of names and addresses that are not even me. You associated me with a lady I never even heard of. You gave me a list of sex offenders, that I could give a crap less about, as long as they don't associate themselves with me and my cats. I was looking for my information that an employer might find on me and your information was UNLESS. I would like a refund, but I am guessing that is not going to happen.

I registered for the $22.86/mo. service for unlimited searches. I gave up on searches after about the 8th search. All the information provided to me was already found sometime ago for free on google search. There is false advertisement in this site. It promised a list of information that I didn't have at hand and after I paid, it withheld the other information it promised and instead, asked for more money to disclose more information. I find this to be a scam, a fraud site and should be investigated. It is luring people promising lots of information and after you pay, the information provided is limited. Then, if you don't pay more, you have wasted your money on information that could be found free online which is not much. I called them to reimburse my money back and they refused. I am now going to proceed with filing a dispute with my bank for that charge.
I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this site. They will give you the same information you can find for free on google search. They promise you more interesting and critical information but only if you pay more.

Signed up paid for a month and ran report. Access to all significant data was tagged as premium data. The rates are too high for data scraps gleaned from national databases. If the presentation of offered data was stated as mostly incomplete cursory information with up-charges for anything meaningful then consumers would have an honest purchase in hand. I consider my money well spent to get the word out that all data services are premium dumpster divers and should be honestly avoided.

I am looking for accurate information to identify every place that I have lived. I am willing to pay for the information; but, I am not willing to pay $20 here and another $20 at several other sites trying to find all of the locations of my residence. There is no guarantee for any of the information. The information that I saw was too vague to even confirm the minimal amount of data that I need. I will keep looking. I do not need an ongoing service. I need a complete and detailed report on my history for legitimate reasons. If you can recommend a resource that will perform the investigation and guarantee discovery of my residences all the way back to 1972 that is the report that I will buy.

I checked out this service and was disappointed with it on several levels. First off, it took a long time to "complete" its search. The information that returned was all general public record that could have been obtained by a google search. The "criminal record" section was inaccurate and cited a "criminal record" base upon a single traffic ticket from 10 years prior. For $22 a month this is not what one should expect. Then it requires a call to cancel after you wait through a phone tree. No issue taking your money online but god forbid you are able to cancel the same way. Save your money. Just do a search for the person. You will end up with the same results.

After explaining the restrictions of their reports, Instant Checkmate generously offered to refund all fees and cancel the account I created to prevent any further billing to my credit card. I commend them for their courteous and prompt customer service. That said, I think an improvement to their product would be to include maiden names in their document search somehow so that results are more accurate and less broad for searches on women. Please note that my new star rating is based on the customer service of the company and NOT their product.

This "service" purported to be compiling a record, when in effect it was simply a way to convince a consumer that information existed when it did not. After charging me over $20 for a "report" that simply said no records were available, I was then asked to pay more for "premium" content--about which there was no mention before the fee was charged to my credit card. They promise complete reports and personal lookups. They say they have your reports and charge you $22.95 for a month. You look at the report and they only have phone numbers and address. If you want to other stuff, the stuff you thought you were getting for the $22.95, you have to pay another $19.99 each time. So, I think it is a rip-off. They promise you in-depth reports, but give you a phone number. If you want the real information, you have to pay another $20 for it. And I'm not sure that would be any better. Who knows what they would charge you after you paid for that?

I signed up and canceled my account the same day as I opened it. However they still took the $22.86 and $1.99 out that same day. Two weeks passed and I had not received a refund so I contacted them and after a lot of run around and numerous holds they finally agreed to give a refund. I do not understand when there is a free trial why they would take the fee out immediately but not refund it immediately. First they said some rigamoro about not canceling with them, however I did, then they offered to refund 1/2 of what was taken. I was not satisfied with that and after my third hold they agreed to refund the full amount. Not good customer service in my opinion.

My credit card company just called me and warned me of an illegal charge from Instant Checkmate yesterday (as of this writing) and wanted to close down my account number and issue me a new account credit card number to protect me. At first I did not agree to a new credit card number as it creates a lot of problems to me but they insist on doing it and I had to agree to a new card number. Apparently this company Instant Checkmate has illegally charged their customers so many times that it triggers the credit card companies to verify with their customers about the online charge. So beware. This company illegally charges your credit card if they get your number themselves or by any companies associated with them.

This is a good company, and they care about their customers being happy with the service. The nice thing is they have real representatives who want to resolve your issue and they do it quick. I recommend this company a hundred percent.

I was linked to this to do a background check on myself looking for something specific. I put in all my information then waited as the site says they do a nationwide check on everything. This took awhile, then the site required a fee, I paid for a month which was over 20 dollars. What I received is nothing you can't pull up on the internet for free just by putting your name in. If you want more info they require another 19.99 dollars in order to access this info which they don't tell you upfront. This is a very misleading site and it's not worth paying for unless you want to spend over 40 dollars.

Lots of uncertainty and incomplete information. Provides a lot of information that may or may not be for the specific individual being searched for. Also this "Input Box" interferes with doing a better evaluation because it can't be moved to the side. Also, opening an associate's report does not open in a separate window. It is clear that it is all about mo' money, mo' money, mo' money.

I linked to instantcheckmate.com from another site ad and was able to go through the many steps to run an extensive background search, only to be presented with required billing to access the report. Most businesses are required by governmental regulations to stipulate such fees, upfront. This site technique is to require substantial time and resource of the user before presentation of fees, such that the user is obliged to pay for service.

I am seriously disappointed with your site. The information you charge for is old and nonrelevant. And it feels like all you really want to do is trick me into buying a premium report, which is a joke. All you did was repeat the information from the standard report and add a lot more graphics and nonrelevant people. I checked to verify info on myself and close family members $22.86 +1.99 (pdf) to join for unlimited "reports" for 30 days. All I received was my NAME, ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER. They continued to bait me with more "reports" that could be accessed for additional money. Each and every report that was offered was an additional $19.99. This may not be a SCAM but it is certainly very expensive WHITE PAGES. I want a refund.

Ran a report on myself, the only thing that was accurate was address, birth date, and 1 out of 3 phone numbers. They didn't even have either of my two marriages, or one divorce listed. They lead you to believe that you get the whole report for the $21/month fee, but after paying inform you that if you want the report in pdf it is $2, and if you want any other records, (arrest, tickets, etc), it is another $20. Ran my wife and all the information was just as bad. It's a scam, will be canceling, and just eating the cost.

A local number has been calling me and I wanted to know who it was; googled reverse phone lookup and found this website. I typed in the phone number, and it took me through a pretty awesome visual where it was zooming in on the place in Oklahoma where this call was coming from. After it did all of the processing and telling me the "Contact Information was found!" it took me to a page where on the left side it listed the number, location, what kind of phone it was (landline), and at the top, there was a name but it was blurred out. I looked over to the right hand side and it said "Only $1.00 for 5 day FREE TRIAL! " I'm like... okay I'll pay $1.00 to see who this is!
Went through the pay process, paid the $1.00 and clicked to view profile. To my not so much surprise... I get a big fat "Unfortunately, this phone number is not in our database." EXCUSE ME?! YOU JUST TOLD ME THE CONTACT INFORMATION WAS FOUND, and you even had a "name" blurred out!! What a scam!! I know it's only a dollar, but that's MY MONEY that I wasted on this horrible website. DO NOT USE.

I find it difficult to click into other related names. In one case I'm told that there is difficulty with my account. I'm told to notify someone else about it, but no instructions are given for notifying this person. I find that some of the information is outdated or just plain wrong. After you sign up any useful info has an upgrade fee attached to it. What you get is a name and address for $22/month. You are also signed up for monthly charges permanently until you call and cancel the subscription. Customer service was argumentative and did not honor the 100% guarantee. If you want your money back you specifically have to ask for a refund or they try a 50% refund deal and keep you signed up.

All the info that comes with their "regular" membership is information I could find on Google, I didn't sign up so I could know their Horoscope, what bs! I am a former PI and the info you provide is basic at best. I purposely looked up individuals with records and ones I knew a lot of information on. Not once did it show any criminal record on anyone. The service is good for location but that is it.

I joined Instant Checkmate tonight at their monthly fee of $22.86 knowing I would cancel before the month is up as I only required one report. I was running a report on a cousin who is sitting in jail at this moment. I wanted truthful details of why she is in jail as I intend to help her if I can. The report showed me nothing I couldn't find out on my own and NO arrest records were located BUT if I paid an additional $19.95 more information could possibly be found!! When I called customer service to express my feelings of being ripped off as there were "no arrest records found" even though it's a fact she's sitting in jail, I was told arrest records aren't provided until the person goes to court and is convicted. Didn't say that anywhere when I requested the report! This outfit is a scam and I'm embarrassed I fell for it! I have of course cancelled my membership after only 15 minutes at a cost of $22.86. SCAM and RIP OFF.

I have been in a position where I needed to find out information on someone that affects my child. I came across your site promising to give information for whatever amount you pay per month. So I did a background check on myself that connected me to this person, which said he had a criminal record. However, I could not access ANYTHING relevant or needed without paying a PDF one time charge and a premium upgrade cost. I'm a single mom, trying to make ends meet and now I'm out money and my time, and my hopes for help is gone. And I can't afford to pay anymore. I really wish I could get my money back. $23+ may not seem much to some but for me it can mean the difference at the grocery store.

I've been an avid user since I signed up and I have definitely had my money worth out of this product. I absolutely love IC and added the phone searching for an enhancement. Now I find what I need and am done in half the time. There was a complaint filed on ** from a user who said he got swindled into monthly payments and such so I jumped right in there and said Instant Checkmate is a great service and its website makes it very clear in several different locations on how your card will be charged and when it will be charged. I implied that this person just started clicking through and wanted their report so they didn't read anything before they agreed. That's your own fault! So I hope the rebuttal did you some good for keep your reputation and again, Thanks!!!

Being in charge of locating people for our 50th class reunion was a daunting task, but with the help of Instant Checkmate it was much easier. It was a pain in the ass going through all the different payments. Why don't you have one flat rate? To be continuously stopped and to put in payment info was extremely frustrating. The information I cannot rate yet as I was not able to get to all of it, with all payment delays, and read it at the time your survey popped up. If you want to survey and continue to interrupt people, you'll not get a very accurate rating, give us a little time.

Instant Checkmate runs an ad for one month unlimited background checks that include all types of info on a person. They recommend the one-month deal for $22.86. I used my credit card and signed up. The first person I checked, there is no information except name address and birth date, which gives you the astrological sign. No traffic violation, no employment, no nothing UNLESS you pay another $19.99. I called customer service right away less than 20 minutes after I signed up and paid. They first denied the lack of info and said they would "look into my account." They left me on hold for 10 minutes (felt like 15) and then disconnected me. Ripped off!

I expected more information other than horoscope or signs. Disclosures about additional charges and fees should be clear and before purchase and before charging the credit card holder's account. Fees about PDF use, fees and charges about obtaining more information other than name, birthday, zodiac sign and address, should be posted clearly in the advertisement, and not after credit card charges are final.

You weren't accurate or fair in your description of your services, but now you want your customers to extend you truthful comments. OK, I can do that. You didn't warn people that they would get little more information paying you than if they stopped with the first step. Data is so inaccurate when not missing completely. I wish I could get a refund. People that I know are married or married/divorced have no records. People that I know are doctors have no license listed. Wherever you're getting your data leaves everything to be desired. The site itself is visually unbecoming and very annoying to use.
The "buy $20 worth of more information" sales screen interrupts the viewing of what little information is available. This really isn't right to convince people into paying $23 for a month of your service, then tell them they need to spring for another $2 if they want to read or store the file, then top that off with $20 more for each retrieval, and you still don't give anywhere near complete or accurate information. I couldn't be more disappointed. I want a refund. I do NOT want my card charged for another month. I'll never get family searches done with your service as it is presently.

Incorrect info on gun permits, social media, some relatives are there and other are not which is a sibling. Seems very sketchy information for the price one is charged and then if you want more info there's another fee, of course. Seems more like a bait and switch scheme to me. Don't be surprised if I call in a couple of days and ask for a refund. Will do some more searches to see if the information (correct or not) is what I'm willing to pay for.

Some searches fail to show accurate search detail, in other words, no information that person existed. But other information was accurate. Some information on searches were not available, such as, divorce records. Other information could not locate person or that they even existed.
