On December 2, 2024, I logged into TransUnion to download and save my credit report, which I was able to do. I also wanted to see my credit score so I filled out their form to purchase it for $0.99. First time TransUnion said my card was either no good or I entered the information incorrectly. So, I reentered my information and received the same message again. Concerned with my card I checked with my bank, no issues with my card and there are two (2) pending $0.99 charges by TransUnion. However, despite the duplicate charge I was not able to see my credit score.

I then chatted online with a 'Mike' through their customer support section and he stated that because those 2 charges are 'pending' with my bank that it is 'implied' (his words) that customers cannot access their credit score for several days until the charges are no longer in 'pending' status with their banks. I read through TransUnion's ToS and NOWHERE does it state that customers are not allowed access to a product that they paid for until charges go from pending to posted with their banks. Nowhere. I then reached out to TransUnion via Facebook Messenger and I was again connected with either the same 'Mike' or a different 'Mike' but again it was very clear that 'Mike' did not know how credit card charges work here in the United States nor did he understand that TransUnion was to provide my credit score that I had paid for.

So here I am, no credit score and no refund on duplicate charges. That is fraud - for taking money and not providing goods and services. That is also deceptive business practice - for failing to post on their website that customers are not allowed access to the products that they've paid for until funds have gone from pending to posted with their banks. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. Equifax and Experian, both of which charge the same card without any issue, are far and above better than TransUnion. At least they understand how US financial systems work. Can't say the same for TransUnion. I did report TransUnion to CFPB but not holding my breath that that'll do any good.

The system reply "We can't verify identity". Even I lived at the same address for 21 years, have same birthday, same SSN, same phone number for 15 years. I call them on 10/26/24. They transfer me to another department. Second clerk hung up on me after I start explaining the issue, in all 3rd time. They told me to call customer relation. I called next day 10/27 and ask how to order credit score. Another clerk just hang up on me too. When this company will be sued, closed and CEO charged with fraud/negligence??? Heinous companies.

I could go on for an hour about this company with my negative thoughts. They make it impossibly difficult to open an account or to opt out. Four times in the last couple years I've tried and have been thwarted every time. Tried everything, different browsers, various communication methods, swearing, nothing works. I've opened a hundred online accounts, I know what I'm doing. I get to the point where they send me the temp code to sign in but I can't sign in 'cause I "failed" the credentials test. And yet the page says I'm signed in the upper right corner! I even tried once to call but the language barrier was so frustrating I hung up.

I'm quite sure they deliberately make this hard so you'll call, they want to sell services you don't need or want. Further, I don't feel comfortable giving my personal info to a person in a foreign nation for reasons that should be obvious to any thinking person-the perfect backdrop for selling a service to protect your credit! The other credit bureaus, no problem. TransUnion, psychedelically bad.

Tried to log in but could not remember my password. (It's strange for me to not have kept it on my password list; turns out I had saved it in an email to myself. Ah, well...) Anyway, I went through the "forgot my password" process, provided name, address, last four, secret word, etc. All to no avail. It said if I hadn't logged in a while, I might have to create a new account. I tried to do that and it told me I already had an account. I tried logging in again, used the got the code I received from them (sent to my phone,) etc., etc. It advised me again that I had failed the safety check. Then, I saw at the top left of the screen... A "logout" button!! But the site was showing me only the introductory info for someone who was not logged in. I was clearly not actually logged in to the portal. I got someone on chat who sent me Transunion's "official form" to fill out.

The birthdate format was not in the normal US format. I asked the guy where he was located. He said he was in the U.S. Later in the chat he used a sentence construction that would be highly unusual for a native English speaker. He was asking me to provide the bank name for one of my credit cards and the credit limit for that card, or the amount of my mortgage payment. I couldn't recall the exact amounts in either case and would have to open a new tab or window and sign in to those accounts in order to get the info.

I became more and more suspicious and chose not to do that and to close the chat. (I know I sound crazy suspicious. But I got scared that I was online with a hacker who was going to read my keystrokes or something when I signed in to the other accounts. The whole transaction, both online and in the chat, was so bizarre that it made me very nervous.) A company I have a loan with had offered me a lower rate, and I wanted to temporarily unfreeze my Transunion account so I could apply for that, but... no. My contact with Transunion got creepier as it went along.

Very poor almost non existent customer service. Consumers cannot rely on the information provided by TransUnion to be correct and as a result could be harmed by the errors and omissions related to reporting by this credit bureau. Looking at the BBB website you will find thousands of complaints. The only way to reach TransUnion is via U.S. Mail service; with no guarantee that you will receive a reply to your inquiry. The F.T.C. and F.C.R.A. should be investigating and protecting the consumer against these unfair practices.

Despite evidence showing that what they are reporting is inaccurate and a blatant lie, I still am the one to suffer. Their actions are directly affecting my small business. We live in a credit driven society and for individuals who pay their bill we expect the company responsible for reporting said payments can do so accurately. Apparently not. I now have to file a report with the BBB, CFPB, attorney general, and possibly hire a lawyer which I simply cannot afford. It has been years since I last created an account and so my email and phone number has changed, and I don't remember my password so cannot do a freeze on my credit file.

I should have updated said information, however, I did not but still TransUnion should make available creating a new account. Why not? Just have the customer answers questions regarding accounts/information on their credit report that only they should know to identify them and let the consumer create a new account. TransUnion should realize that people do change emails, phone numbers etc. so how can TransUnion text me, call me, email me if these identifiers no longer exist/belong to me/deactive/close, etc.

There’s no email support, scripted phone agents, and a lengthy dispute process. In my case, it took 3 months and the errors still weren’t resolved. Their condescending responses, like "happy" and "Warmest Regards," closed the case without fixing the issue. A simple call to the leasing company could have resolved it, but instead, I had to escalate it to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to hold TransUnion accountable for their critical failures. Well, this entire experience is frustrating! I just finished writing a 200 character review and just as I finished my screen froze and I was unable to submit my review, so I’ll try again. It’s bad enough that I’m dealing with the hot mess otherwise known as TransUnion, and now this! I wish I had seen the reviews for TransUnion before I signed up for an account. My info was part of the NPD breach last month and so I signed up for accounts with the 3 major credit bureaus so I could freeze my credit and activate fraud alerts with them.

My experience with Experian and Equifax has been great. I have had no problem accessing any of my features with them and can freeze/unfreeze credit with no issues and am able to remove my fraud alert anytime. Not so with TransUnion. Signing up for an account was easy, and freezing my credit and activating a fraud alert went smoothly, but since doing so I am unable to access my features to manage my credit freeze or my fraud alert status with them. I keep getting error messages- when trying to access my fraud alert page it says “We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please log out and try again”. Well, that doesn’t work.

When trying to access my credit freeze page it says “Sorry, but we are unable to access your credit freeze status at this time." I can gain access to ANY OTHER PAGE/FEATURE, but not those two, which I find to be very suspicious honestly. I went to their support page and called their customer service number and their fraud alert number and both times got an automated message of options and I asked to speak with a rep. After transferring me, an automated message said that wait times were extended due to issues outside their control, then they HUNG UP ON ME, BOTH TIMES! So, I went back online and tried to do a live chat. The wait was pretty extensive there also (all together I wasted over an hour and a half of my day trying to fix the issue).

The rep made some suggestions and when I told him I already tried all of those he made some more suggestions. I told him, "Nope, already tried those too." He then told me to try clearing my cache, cookies, and history and then try going back into my account. Well, I know what clearing my cache and history does, but wasn’t sure I should be clearing my cookies. Turns out, I would lose some important info and would have to restore it manually or make sure it’s saved to the Cloud for retrieval. So he gave me another number to call for help. The rep was very attentive, but overall the experience left a lot to be desired.

You would think a major company would have their stuff together but I certainly don’t find that to be the case here. TransUnion is a hot mess, frankly, and seeing these many reviews (some as far back as a couple years) you would think that SOMEBODY, SOMEWHERE would light a fire under their rear and see that they get their act together. I guess I will be calling that other number, but not until I have recovered from my dealings with them this week. I would not recommend anyone to use this company for anything.

All I want to do is place a freeze on my credit, I have done so EASILY I MIGHT ADD on both Equifax and Experian, however, it is a major pain in the butt to complete the same thing on TransUnion even though I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT! Everyone who reads this review needs to realize that if you place a freeze on the other two credit companies which is easily done, it is useless if whomever has stolen your identity tries to open an account or applies for a credit card and they do so through TransUnion, they WILL ALLOW IT even though the other 2 have freezes! I've had my credit info frozen due to previous identity theft, and if I remember right I did it through Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. I needed to unfreeze those accounts and was able to do it relatively easily by calling them or going on their website, and I was also able to change my date to freeze it again through those bureaus. I called TransUnion, and when the system asked what they could help me with, I said "freeze my credit." It then, as was expected, asked me for info such as my birthday, S.S. Number etc. No problem. It was then going to transfer me to someone, and I got cut off before it got a chance.

A second time I called and did the same thing, at one point it said "please try your call again later." I tried a third time and was able to get to the point where I was put on hold for a representative. After being on hold LITERALLY A HALF HOUR, someone finally answered, and I told them what I wanted to do, but in the process, I WAS CUT OFF!!!! So I tried to do it online. After opening an account and filling out the form, I had to change my user name a couple of times because the ones I used were not available. Again, no problem. But once I got through that, it said I already had an account, and I just needed to reset my username and password. I clicked on the icon for that, and it eventually said that there was a problem recovering my account information and to call 866-744-8221 for website access support between 8am and 9pm Eastern time.

Unfortunately I don't know how helpful that would be because I either am not available or don't have access to the internet at that time. I was able to get to a page to send a message to the customer support team, and they said they would get back to me within 72 business hours. However, until then, I don't know how in the world to make sure my credit isn't frozen, and this is just 72 business hours more of uncertainty and extra time for someone to get into my credit if it's not frozen. Right now, I am tempted to express my feelings about TransUnion with some extremely hard choice words, but I'm more professional than that. I must at least say that I HATE TransUnion very much right now!!! I wish when rating this, I had the option of no stars.

That is a lie that your score and activity are checked weekly. Both TransUnion and Equifax need to stick to their own policies and procedures and check “weekly” like it says.

I responded to an email sent by them, repeatedly followed THEIR exact prompts, had to call their service # twice, was issued two separate temporary passwords and STILL could not gain access to my account. Their system apparently uses CASE SENSITIVE account USER IDs (non-standard), but nowhere will you find that important info at point of entry, nor in the emails they send. Their PW reset information is worded in such a way where the PASSWORD has a period/character at the end of it, so if you cut and paste, you have to know to remove it, and THIS IMPORTANT INFO is in neither the email nor the login entry screen. A more futile, aggravating and sophomoric software experience you will not find. If TransUnion has this level of poor software at user interface login, one can only imagine what kind of security they employ at the system level to safeguard records.

Can someone explain to me what the point is of requiring consumers to go through an automated verification process if the people who can help you are going to ask the same exact questions? Had I known in advance that adding this info was not going to result in expedited service, I would not have engaged with it in the first place. Please stop wasting my time. This company is a complete joke! Their website is very easy to maneuver and make disputes although you have to monitor and follow thru with the results. They have consistently placed my score 30-80 points Lower than Equifax or Experian although the info is almost exactly the same. I chatted with a rep, (Kath) who couldn't give me a single reason why my score was like 655.

Any moron can look up some basic facts that all agencies follow for ex... Scores are based on a few key factors such as: 35% is your payment History...(make your payments even if its just the minimum!). 30% is your credit utilization...easy to calculate. Go to www.bankrate.com. it's a free site that will help you calculate this. You want to be under 30%. That is ideal. I'm at 12%. 15% is simply based on the length of your credit history in general. How long have you had your particular cards etc. 10% is based on people or companies doing credit checks on you. Let them do a "soft check" not a hard check. there is a difference and ask before you let them check your credit. 10% is based on the types of credit you have, a mixture, revolving, installment etc.

Everyone can make a free account on Transunion and check all of these things I mention. Also, this is the only stupid company that will actually charge you ($10.00) to get your own credit score. My advice to everyone is download on your phones the Credit Karma and Experian ap. They are two separate aps. For your phones. The Experian app will Only give you your score on Experian but you can easily view your report and file disputes, see about loans or credit cards that might be available to you. It's an excellent app!

The Credit Karma app is also great and it will only give you the other two companies info like Equifax and transunion. It will also allow you to individually look at each companies individual reports on you, file disputes etc. It's also a great way to monitor your reports. They are apps. So make sure you make the free accounts online so you can go to the individual companies and get the info directly from them. But the apps are a much quicker way to check your stuff. Hope this helps everyone... James.

If her explanation were actually correct then my score would have been jumping up and down each month for years, and it had not done so. It had been almost perfect for months and then this past August it dropped significantly, despite my not having any missed or overdue payments. The agent confirmed that there were no problems and instead told me that payments that were recently made had not yet been taken into account by Transunion and I would have to wait a few weeks.

At any given time I may have several payments pending, but not yet due, and according to Transunion, this is why my score dropped. But, as I said, this has only happened recently. It makes absolutely no sense and the agent either didn't understand the contradiction or simply refused to admit that Transunion had screwed up. I've been waiting close to 3 months for my rating to return to its previous almost perfect level and now have to continue waiting in the hope that somehow it will be restored. I just hope I do not have to apply for credit in the meantime. The agent I spoke to today was also belligerent and talked over me as I tried to explain the situation.

In the same time frame the other agencies reported an increase in my credit score because I paid off most of my credit cards.

When I got a Supervisor after I validated 12 different questions...understand security, but they would not validate me until I pressed them. More validating with Supervisor.

I asked please don't call me, email me please, cannot take calls at work....multiple calls to my phone. The $28 CND you pay is a total joke, you'll break out in a rash....Buy some "Caladryl Lotion" you'll need it. There is no doubt that TransUnion is the most incompetent of the three credit agencies. The information provided by these individuals is inaccurate. In the event that you file a dispute and provide documentation that indicates the account does not belong to you, they disregard it. It remains on your credit file, resulting in a significant decrease in your credit score. Not to mention they gave me someone else's credit report. This person lived in a completely different state and I was given a credit report with this individual's personal information.

That says a lot about how incompetent these people are at TransUnion and the mistakes they make. It's unfair that this company is allowed to continue conducting business in this manner. It also frightens me to know they have access to our personal information which makes me very uncomfortable. I think it's imperative that our government assesses what is taking place within TransUnion. I'm currently seeking legal advice from an attorney regarding Transunion business practices.

The banks are reporting that I've never been late - ON ANYTHING. Transunion is taking that information and putting delinquencies on my credit report. Then, if I finally manage to get through to customer service (who sound like they're usually on vacation in far, far away lands), they sound like a broken record that wants to open dispute after dispute. The disputes get us nowhere - I wish they would understand that. One of these banks reported the same account twice (two late payments when there was never a single one), but instead of Transunion identifying and fixing the mistake, they offer the dispute option. When asked to explain to me how I could have late payments when I've been on time my entire life, they offer the dispute option.

The idea that this company is single-handedly halting all progression in applying for a mortgage or doing anything else credit-related is absolutely infuriating. Why have Experian and Equifax seemed to have figured it out? I called Experian and got a trustworthy, empathetic customer service agent where I could understand every word. Talking on the phone w/ Transunion is the biggest worthless uphill battle that I could ever imagine. Someone really needs to step in and do something about this bureau, it's negatively affecting the lives of very credit-worthy people like myself. I would give ZERO, if I could. I called CreditUnion customer service today after I saw that my credit score went down 35 points with no change to my report since 4 days ago, or since a month ago - except less balance on my credit cards and increased credit limits, which should do the opposite and give me a better score. The customer service agent hardly spoke English, which I could deal with, if he then understood that 6 is a bigger number than 4. Regardless of what I said, he continued going back 5 months when I took a loan, which added to my debt.

My credit dipped temporarily in January, but has steadily gone back up ever since as I have paid everything on time and balances have continued going down. He could not even understand how car loans work and claimed that my score must have dipped because the car loan balance should be even lower now after 5 months. In other words, these people have no knowledge of how these loans work and how you pay the same amount every month and first year or so a large part of the payment is toward interest.

The loan terms even indicate that you are NOT allowed to make additional payments toward the principal during the first 6 months. Yet this man continued telling me how I should have been paying the lown down more by now after 5 payments. He had no capacity to listen, nor did he have any idea how things work. He went back to last year info telling me how I had a huge jump on credit card balance, which must be the reason. He would not listen, when I explained that the balance he is talking about has been reduced already months ago and the credit report has been indicating so. He then informed that there is nothing he can do about anything anyway, nor is there any human being on earth who could explain why such significant dip down on the credit score happened. The biggest 40 minutes of aggravation and a waste of my time ever! Would not pay a dime to this company for anything they do.

The csr I have spoken to have no idea what an AUD # is .

The other 2 agencies have been able to remove it. They have no service to upload facts of dispute and they keep refusing to give a US phone number. My score fluctuates by about 100 points at any given time, for no apparent reason. I have no debt, no collections, no inquiries, no defaults, no nothing that could negatively impact my score, just one card in my name. I am very financially responsible, I don't get myself into debt and I pay my bills on time. I paid off that card's balance last month- didn't CLOSE it mind you, just *paid* it- and TU dropped my score 97 points. I immediately called them because surely this must be some sort of error. Surely they can't possibly punish people for simply paying their bills... right?

I have had collections in the past and even those didn't lower my score that much. That balance is the only thing that changed on my report. After repeating myself 3x to an agent in a foreign country who barely spoke english, I was told I would have to PAY THEM to tell me why it dropped so much. What's the word for that behavior... Oh yeah, extortion! /ikˈstôrSH(ə)n/ noun - the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats.

I'd say ruining people's credit then demanding payment to explain themselves falls pretty neatly under that definition. I can't even view my score or report on their site without paying, no other company demands payment for that. I have to use Credit Karma and Wallethub to get that information. And what if I needed to take out a loan for a medical emergency or something? Welp, guess I'll just die cause TU tanked my score to "poor" for the lulz. Same story with my mom, she's trying to buy a house and her score fluctuates so wildly day by day that she can't even get a loan. One day it's 720, literally the next day it'll be in the low 600s despite no changes to her report. I'm convinced their scoring algorithm is just a dartboard and whatever number they hit that day, that's your new score. I have filed a complaint with the CFPB and I suggest you all do the same. I agree with another reviewer as to the opinion that this agency should be shut down. They hire highly unqualified people to handle highly sensitive information. I pulled Transunion report for the first time in years and found 23 derogatory items from the same company that I had previously disputed with Equifax because I have no idea who this company is, what it is for, when the bill was incurred and evidently neither did they because Equifax immediately had it removed. I set up a Transunion customer account but it would not allow me to dispute it online and said I had to call.

I am well aware that many companies outsource work to call centers in other countries but normally you can understand what the person is saying. When I called I got a man who was not able to speak clear English or understand English and to make matters worse he mumbled. The first thing he wanted was my social security number, my phone number, then my name and then my address to "pull up my file".

I repeatedly told him I had no idea who, what, when or where these charges came from but yet he proceeded to keep asking me for the account number, when I incurred the debt, what it was for, etc. I kept repeatedly telling him I could not give him any information because I had no idea who it was and what it was for. It was obvious he did not have a good comprehension of the English language so I apologized and said we must have a language barrier and asked him if I could please speak to an American. He ignored me and continued asking me the same questions and then I asked him again.

He kept disappearing off the line without warning and finally came back and said something about I needed to call back to speak to an American, they were closed. I asked when? He said from 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST, M-F. It was only 8:30pm EST. I pointed that out to him and again without warning he disappeared then after a while came back and mumbled, "the Americans had logged out" and he disappeared again. At this point I was worried I had called a non valid Transunion number and had given my information out to a hacker so I was in a panic and hung up, looked up the number up and called back.

This time I got a girl who spoke much better English. I asked her if there was a record that I had called and told her about my concern giving out confidential information to someone who I wasn't sure was really a Transunion representative. She said it did show a case had been started and then asked me for the same information. She too proceeded to put me on hold and after several (15 minutes) of waiting disconnected the call. I still have not been able to resolve my issue. I have a outstanding/excellent credit report with the other companies but Transunion is killing me.

I cannot believe an agency who has been entrusted with such highly sensitive information would have a total disregard for the people they hire to handle that information. We deserve much better. Perhaps writing to our Congressmen might help resolve this total disregard and lack of responsibility with our most guarded information.

Transunion is MOST UNRELIABLE for your true credit scores! They have fluctuated my score by exactly '99' points both UP and DOWN for the past year now! I have made no major purchases in the past year. NO credit checks. I have no delinquencies, never late payments, and have done nothing different in this past year to either raise or lower my score! Every month I have the same expenses and income. Yet, every month my score changes by exactly 99 points! March 2021, it went down 99 pts, then in April 2021 up 99 pts. In May, down 99 pts, June up 99 pts, July down 99 pts...and so on, and has continued in this pattern until present. It is a HUGE INJUSTICE to the public, that so many companies rely on Transunion for accuracy!!

This is the worst company I have ever used. It is a shame that they are used by so many important companies (auto dealers, mortgages, anything involving money). We have spent TWO DAYS trying to correct a longon situation to purchase a home! Each time they call back, each time a different rep and they ask the same extremely personal information (SS, BD, etc.) OR, they say they will call back and do not. The reps cannot speak English and get upset that you keep asking them to repeat what they asked. All this private personal information is kept in a different country? How stupid of the US to use a company such as TransUnion.

As an American, we should be able to choose which credit reporting agency we want the inquiring company to use. They should not be required to use all three. Transunion should not be able to have this information or be used. They should be shut down. Today is our third day of trying to get a CSR to correct the information. They said they would call back and did not. We would like this company to be investigated thoroughly.

I paid for the monthly credit watch for over 2 years... 26 times. When they finally indicated that there was a change to my credit report and that I should login to see it. The website wouldn't allow me to do so. I had to log out change my password and then try again. Which had no effect. I called customer support, we changed the password again. The same thing resulted. At this point I was instructed that we would have to cancel, and then I would have sign up again fresh. To refresh my account. What a ridiculous concept!

Also you cannot cancel from the site. So don't get sucked in. You have to call to cancel which is the only reason why I was still on the product in the first place. So I just decided to cancel permanently. Was told I would receive a cancellation email. I then didn't receive a cancellation email and had to call back to confirm cancellation. Which was a nightmare because the first guy had actually deleted my account from the system. Which is why I never received a cancellation email. Customer support doesn't know their own system. The system doesn't work in the first place. You can't cancel online which I suspect is pretty grey legally. And then calling for any kind of customer support just incredibly annoying and confusing.

There are no delinquencies and I am in good standing. They could not tell me why, and even tried to "shame" me over some old (Covid) late payments, when this was totally irrelevant. Experian, however was totally transparent, discussed my scores in detail and was equally surprised at this tremendous drop on the Transunion report. I have closed my account and switched to Experian for my future reports. Transunion cannot be trusted.

I recently checked my credit score through my banking app (Scotiabank) and found my credit score had dropped more than 50 points. I called the bank and they directed me to TransUnion as it is TransUnion that provides the credit score accessibility through the Scotia app. I called TransUnion and there was no option to speak to a real person, just a redirect to the website chatbot. The website chatbot eventually spat out a 'hidden menu option' that wasn't in the automated phone system - press 2 on the main menu to access the Credit Disclosure menu. I called again and spoke to a real person, who directed me to their website to download my Credit Disclosure report for free. However, on the website, it requested credit card information to sign up as a member to access the Disclosure.

I called back, got someone new, and said the first responder had said I could get the report for free. She told me there's a system glitch and you have to clear your browser cache and cookies before going to the website to register as a non-member; if you've already been to the website, it automatically routes you to the membership page (though there is no difference in the pages, except one asks you for credit card information and one doesn't). It's a known problem, they just won't fix it.

I finally got my free Credit Disclosure report and there were no indications of anything that might've affected my credit score - no late/missed payments, no opened/closed accounts, no new credit inquiries (the last was from 7 months prior). I called again and spoke to a third new person. They walked me through my Disclosure and said "hmm, I can't see anything wrong, maybe the algorithm just reassessed your score, there's nothing I can do." He literally said there was no reason for a change and nothing I could do to fix it, as "it was the algorithm" - the same algorithm that had been calculating my score 50 point higher for the past several months. TransUnion arbitrarily dropped my score, made it an extremely complicated process to look into why (without paying their monthly membership fee, of course), and "couldn't" fix it. And that's going to affect the interest rate I pay on a car, or a home, or a loan. What an absolute joke.

You are lead to believe that you're getting a full report from the 3 credit report agencies but all you get is a TransUnion summary and as you are trying to find the report, below the summary report it says get your updated report from the 3 bureaus so you think that's your report but they want you to pay another 29.95 for an "updated summary". Another thing, you think you're getting a free trial but if you don't remember getting one in the past because it was under a different email, they do not let you know that up front, they do not link ss# and personal info. Only emails. So that was another 24.95 that I didn't get back after canceling my subscription. Even Credit Karma will tell you, you already have an account if you sign up with a different email in the past.

I have paid almost $58 for absolutely nothing, well I get a daily spam emails from them for car insurance and credit cards. On their on hold recording they even tell you because of covid you can get a free credit report every 7 days on ** from all 3 bureaus and you can also get a free credit report from Transunion every 30 days but you don't see that on their website, they keep trying to get you to pay 29.95. I went to Transunion because I thought it was the best most reputable bureau, I also thought it was the main one and that I would get the most accurate report but what I got was ripped off but I did get a detailed report from Credit Karma and ** for free. Their website is nothing more than credit card advertisements and spam.

I thought people were trying to get out of debt but Transunion know the right one for all of us. Nothing more than a money making screen. Very disappointed, I always thought Transunion was a very reputable company. By the way I went to Transunion to buy a full credit report, the best report because I wanted as much detail as possible. Currently, the other two CRA's are reporting low balances on my CC's and Loans, while TransUnion hasn't updated any of these in two months. This has a huge impact on my credit score. I am 40 points lower with TransUnion than I am with the other two companies. They say they update immediately as soon as they get the electronic information from the creditors.
