Trying to log into TransUnion to learn that their website is completely down. I called their service line which REQUIRED that I provide my private information in order to "not have to do it once their representative was on the line." Thirty minutes later, their representative came onto the line and began asking me the EXACT SAME private information that I had previously entered to be "verified" for the representative. I REFUSED to provide that information because it appeared to be a fraudulent individual on the line ("Ann" with a very Asian sounding accent!). If I didn't want to check my reports periodically, I would NEVER use any organization as incompetent as TransUnion.

BTW -- While researching the reason for their system being down, I learned that TransUnion had a major data breach in July, 2025, with 4.4 Million people having their private information (SS#, birthdates, etc.) stolen from their website! EVERYONE should FREEZE their CREDIT REPORTS with ALL of the incompetent credit bureaus!

Transunion is horrible. Their software never works. Their programmers must be the worst form of incompetent "individuals". Any time they do any kind of software changes it breaks everything. Their customer service is subpar. You call the support number and ever 10 seconds (I'm not exaggerating) it says all reps are busy please hit 1 to remain on hold, or 2 to get a call back. Call backs from any service never work I've found. In between those 10 seconds before the message repeats it plays a loud screechy humming song sound. I have to assume they are trying to get you to hang up. No other logic explanation.

Absolutely horrendous website and customer service! Discrepancies all over my report, and I'm not able to do anything about it. My credentials stopped working right after I created my login, so I had to call and recreate them. I was offered a paid version multiple times. Once I recreated my login and submitted a dispute—because TransUnion has multiple discrepancies on my report and shows my credit score 80 points lower than the rest of the bureaus—they sent me an email saying it was successfully resolved. But when I logged in to check on the results, the page said they are not able to process my request at this time. Then, I received an email saying my dispute was successfully canceled by Me, which I never did! And this is the source lenders refer to decide whether or not you qualify for a loan or credit. How is this even possible?

This place doesn't look into nothing. Neither does the BBB or consumer affairs. All a joke so now my lawyers going to handle it. I went to tmobile and upgraded 2 phones. They did that but added 2 extra lines. I messaged immediately to fix the problem. Tmobile WILL NOT release the transcripts. That automatically should make them lose the dispute. Why won't they show it? Because for over 2 years I attempted on 45 occasions to fix it. They'd never get it right, they never tried to fix it. So my 3 year contract is up and I go to another company. Up till this point I have $0 balance. They even let me keep my numbers. Then they send a bill and I call and they say they had a e- signature to add 2 lines. E signature isn't you writing your name. It's a box you check on their tablet. Anyone could've checked that box.

Tmobile is currently in 24 lawsuits. Because they overcharge. Now it affecting my credit. If I owed them $890 how did I keep my phones connected through all that? If I really owed that I'd a had my service disconnected. But no, I paid my bill all 36 months then they tried to bill me. Because I left tmobile. They also tried to add a phone on my bill I bought cash. And Transunion didn't look into none of this or contact me. You get 3 sentences to try to explain how you got ripped off. But the company can send in letters and made up stuff. I'm not paying it and my lawyers bringing me in tomorrow to pursue criminal charges on tmobile and file a lawsuit on transunion. They're only on the side of these businesses. I've paid every bill I have for the last 7 years, never been late. So why would I do this with no reason? I wouldn't. My lawyer will go from here.
