Reporting new billing credit card. Got along fine, somewhat longer wait. Seemed to be confusion as to which # as a Premium member I should be calling, 800-543-3562 or 800-607-5619 for the fastest service. Your agent suggested it's the 2nd number. My ID is ** thanks.

My husband was not removed from account and money was not return. I cancelled my husband out because he is no longer (due to illness) involved in money. I was told I had to pay but would receive a return for him. $197.80 and $110.10 was paid and I still did not receive what I was promised.

We fortunately have not had a critical event of a person or group attacking our security. What has impressed me is that, when we have forgotten to inform LifeLock of a change in our information, they were calling us because they immediately picked up on the change.

I was locked out of my account for 2 1/2 weeks. 5 different people tried to help me but only #5 (Tony) solved the problem. In the end the other 4 were no help at all, even after they talked to multiple 'supers'. The 4 each asked me to wait for an email that never came. Tony was patient with me until the problem was solved. I was ready to cancel my account, but he fixed it. Yea! for Tony; Boo! for Donald, Pete, Jeremy and a woman whose name I did not get; they spent a good amount of time with me, but to no avail. Overall, my experiences with LifeLock have been 'iffy'. I've tried not to be negative, but all of my experiences have been due to problems at your end.

We have been quickly notified if there have been inquiries pertaining to credit checks and unusual charges to our bank accounts. Our telephone inquiries regarding questions about questionable emails received have been answered promptly and we have been treated with courteous representatives.

I spent almost three hours on the phone with LifeLock reps trying to get an alert that was sent to me. With the good help from your reps, I was not able to resolve the problem and gave up. Considering in the future that LifeLock is not for me.

Received a credit alert from LifeLock. Apparently someone tried to use my PI to attain a loan to buy a bow flex exercise machine. After talking with the LifeLock rep a teleconference was held with the bank, LifeLock and me. The result is loan was not approved, 90 day credit freeze on my account, police report made, and Experian alerted. I'm very pleased with the preventative service I received.

After a priority mail with tracking containing a cancelled check was lost at the delivery point and had been lost for over 4 days, we breathed easier after talking to a LifeLock advisor who instructed us on what steps we should follow to curtail any use of the information. It is also great to see the alerts come through even whenever we open a new account - that way we know LifeLock(R) is active and on-guard when a law-breaker tries something nefarious!

I continue to use LifeLock because they are very quick to notify me of any activity on my credit rating, or requests by credit cards for my credit rating. Additionally, I appreciate the warnings of criminal activities near my home. Knowing if there are any sex offenders near provides a great feeling of ability to keep my family safe.

I expected a correct monthly credit score. That does not exist. The one they sent is incorrect. I had to pay to find the truth. I was not told my Blue Cross had been hacked. I was told something I don't have, had been compromised. A waste of money.

We have been members for a long time. It has given us peace of mind knowing that you are there. This is the first time I have tried to check our credit scores in years. You used to send them. Now we have to be an Ultimate member to get them. I don't think this is fair.
Effective January 1, 2013, LifeLock no longer requests annual credit reports for you from credit bureaus as part of your membership. We apologize for the inconvenience, this change is due to the credit bureaus refusing to fulfill requests for credit reports from third parties.

Credit scores are sent inconsistently. Some months none are received and some months only one is received. Customer service personnel are sometimes helpful and sometimes rude and seem annoyed that you have bothered them.

Have appreciated the help I have thus far received from LifeLock, especially with Montgomery Ward and PenPal where person(s) used my name and social security number to open fraudulent accounts against me. Really extra appreciated the three way conference call with MW fraud dept. head. Was disappointed to learn that you only keep records of these events for three (3) months because of false Sprint application (April 2015) where my name and social were used fraudulently and has yet to be resolved. I appreciate much the courtesy and professionalism of LifeLock staff.

I am not 100% satisfied, because I believe LifeLock should monitor a little more. A few weeks ago I applied for two credit cards and I never received the report from LifeLock. I even called and mentioned about it. I was about to cancel because I also think should be a little more less expensive, since there is companies that offer great monitoring free of charge. I have had LifeLock for about 4 to 5 years for me, my wife and two children. Recently I received an alert on my phone so I went to the site to see my credit report had been ran. I checked into it with LifeLock who gave me enough information to contact Chase Bank who told me someone was applying for a Amazon credit card with all my information. Thanks to LifeLock I was able to crush this threat before it got anywhere. What a relief to know that I don't have to go thru any of the nightmares associated with identity theft. I feel LifeLock charges for services that can be found elsewhere for free. When we did have someone steal our identity, we completed all of the forms, police reports, etc. before Lifelock even sent us a packet of similar forms. Why fill out all of that information twice? We had already done it.
The packet of forms you refer to includes a checklist with the items necessary for LifeLock to begin working on your behalf. Once you have reviewed the required documents and determine you would like assistance from LifeLock, please return the documents. Please note that without these documents we are not able to begin the remediation process. If you need any further assistance please contact the restoration specialist assigned to you.

I Feel Safe with Lifelock on my side. I'm learning more and more about cyber security breaches. It's not just the big corporations who are at risk. We all are. It's no longer an issue of IF our info is compromised, but WHEN. It's our responsibility to make it more difficult for hackers to access OUR info than it is for the "other guys." I would recommend LifeLock to anyone who has lost sensitive data or had their identity stolen. They showed great empathy during the most vulnerable time of my life. Every time I have called I was always greeted with such a friendly representative that took the time to explain every part of the process with me. They never lost patience and was always willing to assist (even when I ask a million questions).
The website is very easy to navigate and setup to watch your accounts. There is a guide that helps you every step of the way. The only recommendation I have is once you cancel your account your information is still on the website. LifeLock does not delete/remove the data which concerns me. So as a workaround be sure to DELETE all data in your website profile PRIOR to cancelation because once your account expires that website is locked down and you can't go in anymore. Talking with LifeLock they do not purge the data and it remains in their system.

I wanted to contact LifeLock and could not because there was no way made available to contact them. They have no way for a lot of things to be done because their system is no way in.

It is so good to see that no breaches are found in your accounts when there are announcements made that large files have been broken into. I have experienced LifeLock protection through notification of monetary transactions that they deemed possibly illicit = NOT initiated by me. (I responded by affirming the validity of the transaction). I also appreciated the notification; "better safe, than sorry." Also, I would add, it is important to inform LIFELOCK of long-distance travel -- whether to another part of the country, or abroad (They need to know where they can expect to see transactions outside your normal locale -- and the timeframe).

I am relatively new to LifeLock, but I recently opened a store credit card in order to receive a discount on a large appliance purchase. I was contacted by LifeLock within an hour that activity was recorded on my credit report, and asked me to confirm or challenge the new credit charge. Additionally, LifeLock was offering better protection than the identity theft protection I had with my bank, and at a cheaper monthly fee. The million dollar protection is not offered by any other plan I know about. I feel comfortable having LifeLock.

Most recently I was notified via e-mail that someone attempted to open an account with T-Mobile. Probably fraudulent. We have been LifeLock customers ever since our credit card company informed us that someone was using our account to make purchases overseas. We immediately signed up with LifeLock and haven't had any problems since. LifeLock has warned us about a black market group that had our information but with their close monitoring we never had any problems. With one company or the other being hacked almost every day, we feel very secure with LifeLock covering our backs. We are on a fixed income and LifeLock has a program to accommodate every budget and not break the bank. We will never be without LifeLock protection!

Recently, Discover Card called me and advised my card number was being used by unknown people for purchases in 3 separate stores. We confirmed the purchases were not mine and the information was confirmed. The card was immediately cancelled and a new card was sent to me. I called LifeLock and they did not have any information on this. I am wondering why LifeLock did not know the card was being used by others and would appreciate an explanation. Regarding the rating, I am not dissatisfied with LifeLock but would appreciate an explanation. Thank you.
I am sorry to hear your credit card was compromised. LifeLock is unable to track your spending and we would not know about any transactions on your cards. Due to privacy laws in the banking industry only the bank or credit card company that issued the account can monitor it for possible unauthorized charges.

Just advising consumers to check which plan you get. Basic plan is okay, but if I open an account, which I have did, I never got any type of notification from Lifelock. I believe you need to pay more for this kind of service. I basically just get told monthly that there were no threats to my account.

LifeLock is on top of my money matters. The slightest thing that looks out of the "norm" for my banking and credit card activity is picked up by them and I am notified immediately. They also let me know when a sex offender moves into my area, giving me the address, full name of the offender and to make sure no one is using my address. I was most disappointed by the amount of time and energy I had to spend on the phone including the reading of emails that seemed to be never ending. I spoke to 7 representatives 3 of which were supervisors. I am hopeful that the issue is now resolved. Would I still recommend the company? YES, I believe I would. Despite the confusion and aggravation, I TRULY believe the company and staff were very committed to helping me to resolve the issue. No one was ever rude, or annoyed with me. No one hung up on me or tried to deceive me. I believe the staff were genuine in helping me to "fix" the problem. Everyone was consistently pleasant. I felt like I was being taken care of.

I have had a problem with my primary bank being listed twice with the result that my checks appear two times in every report. I have no idea which of the items is correct and which is the duplicate, so I don't know how to mark each item. A representative of LifeLock showed me by telephone how to delete one of the bank entries, but I didn't write the info down and nothing has ever changed. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

When my husband had Federal Income Tax I.D. Theft we decided we needed help with I.D. protection. We signed up with LifeLock. Some months later I got 3 fast text messages from them saying they detected my I.D. had been compromised.
