Someone had stolen my daughter Identity about 6 or seven different places. LifeLock were able to solve all of the issue and had all of them remove from her credit report. Thanks Life Lock. They assign me to an agent and she work hard to resolve all of them and kept me up to date on everything that went on. Definitely was a great experience to have Life Lock on our side.

I am a member of LifeLock. During January 2016 I received a credit alert from them. Upon investigation it was determined that two applications for credit cards had been made. One of which was approved and the card had been issued and the other had been disapproved. LifeLock took action to resolve the problem, making sure that my credit was still intact and the issued card was cancelled. Without a doubt I am sure LifeLock saved me a lot of money and financial trouble.

I love the service. It's great experience for me and I appreciate everything they provide or help they provide for the customers who need help with their protection of fraud and identify theft.

When a request of LifeLock is made - there is very little wait time for a response. The company continues those responses until there is satisfaction or closure. To us that is extremely important.

I have LifeLock for 2 years and every time I have applied for credit within minutes there is an alert to review to make sure it was me. Your site was easy to use and I had no trouble making a change caused by my bank selling and changing names, as well as their routing number and my account number. I was very pleased with the speed in which I was alerted of 2 incidents of someone trying to open credit accounts using my identity. I was able to contact the banks, credit bureaus, FTC, and make a local police report in a timely fashion. For several months... actually over a year, I have had difficulty adding and/or maintaining banking connections to the protected accounts. Each time I seek help with LL, it is a frustrating experience. This is not due to agent helping but the fact that nothing ever gets resolved. It has resulted in our decision to probably reduce our coverage on our two ultimate accounts back to advantage because the primary reasoning for this upgrade was to monitor certain banking accounts.

LifeLock was very helpful and notified me of the application, otherwise I would not have known about it. They answered all my questions nicely and politely, and calmed my fears. This has happened before with fraudulent credit applications etc. I am grateful to LifeLock for helping me.

LifeLock is so good at their business. I was alerted to a possible fraudulent Checking/Savings account opening using my social security number and other identity information within hours of the account setup. I responded immediately and within days we had conference calls with the Bank, also the Credit Bureau and the accounts were in process of being investigated and closed. We also had a 90 day alert for all the Credit Bureau's setup and an FTC (Federal Trade Commission) ID Theft Affidavit completed which will extend the Credit Bureau Alerts to 7 years. Plus the FTC has also offered free services to further help protect my identity. Life Lock also immediately released to me an Insurance claim form to recover any losses incurred during this process.

I called rather than going online to make the update. I expected be on hold for several minutes, which I wasn't. Much to my surprise, I was able to share the information with a very pleasant & understanding lady who was eager to help.

I was extremely satisfied with the alert that was sent to me. I had only left the dentist less than one hour when I received a telephone call as well as an email alert. Excellent service.

I am very satisfied with my credit protection through LifeLock. They have been on top of things when I had a couple new purchases at stores and filled out applications for credit. They had called me before I had a chance to get home, to warn me someone had opened a line of credit. "Please call us and verify if it was you." A couple other times I had someone posing as Citibank and an online company, trying to defraud me and there was Lifelock. Booya!!! They didn't have a chance. Lifelock is an awesome company. Everyone needs this protection. Before I got this protection my bank account and credit cards were being used by frauds. Now over three years later every time there might be a issue I'm alerted and it's taken care of, and I'm protected.

Several friends sent emails to me that said that it appeared my email account was hacked due to the suspicious nature of the email they had received. My inbox had many postmaster failed notices. My sentbox indicated that most people from my contact list had been sent emails from me indicating different schemes. I immediately changed my password. It was late at night so the next morning I called LifeLock. The woman I spoke to was reassuring and helpful. She said changing my password was the correct thing to do. ID theft. Catching the problem before it became a real problem!!!

I was emailed about a credit card app alert. I didn't think it was me that had made the credit card app so I said it wasn't me. But it was me with an Amazon app. When I found it was me, I admitted it and everyone was so gracious that I hadn't messed up.

If one is looking for information right away, best to use a phone instead of email. Email takes a few days to get a response.

I am a 65yr old man, I recently found out that I have Cancer. Going through all the Chemo and medical procedures, early retirement and then on top of all this, we get a alert from LifeLock that someone was opening credit cards with All my ID, SS, Birthdate, Name. I don't know what my wife and I would have done without LifeLock!! They were there for us all the way.

While I was traveling overseas at the Panama Republic in vacation I received from LifeLock an alert message on my iPhone and I started the proper steps through my iPhone. Upon arriving to the United States I continued with the necessary steps to continue the investigation and I was contacted with a resolution Specialist. A highly trained Specialist explained and guided through the necessary steps giving me peace of mind that everything was going to be ok. I was notified both by email and telephone that my name and Soc. Sec. information was used to try to open a charge card. Did I make this application? I said no to questions. Later I called LifeLock to see what was being done. They found information and put me in touch with the bank. They gave me the name of applicant and I immediately recognized that a Dr. I had just gone to that day, put in an application for credit. I did not realize that would do this. It answered the question. I fully appreciated their immediate action in my behalf and willingness to resolve it. I am very pleased with LifeLock.

Alert... Notifcation... Loan unauthorized in my name? I was just almost finished with typing my description and it disappeared. Really? So I am done for now...I would like to be contacted by LifeLock to tell me if the breach in my credit has been resolved or the progress, please. It is hard to fill this form out when I don't know what is happening now.

I called Customer Service to cancel service due to financial difficulties. I'm a disabled veteran, only receiving so much a month. The representative really treated me with respect and understanding. Just to keep me protected, he extended service for me 'til I was able to continue and pay. Thanks for understanding, Lifelock.

I received notification from LifeLock, 30 Nov 2015, that someone was attempting to take out a loan under my name, SSN and DOB. I responded back that it wasn't me and they notified the appropriate company not to make the loan. The loan was made and at that point I received a call from Ms. Vanessa **, Identity Restoration Specialist with LifeLock, and she took me through each step to contest this loan. As of today, 20 Jan 2016, Ms. ** contacted me too and informed me that the company responsible for making the loan was changing this to fraud and would be mailing me a release letter for signature. I can't say enough about the professional manner. This was handled and I would strongly recommend LifeLock to anyone.

I have been a LifeLock subscriber for many years. Recently I received an alert from them for the first time about a questionable credit application filed with a major retailer in my name. They were right on top of it, contacted me immediately, put me in touch with the retailer to confirm the fraudulent application and helped me file a fraud alert with the three major credit bureaus. Before I got LifeLock, two of my credit cards had been hacked. One even went so far as to put her phone number on it in place of mine! When I called the number, I told her to watch out for hackers on her own cards! Since LifeLock, I have had no problems with any of my cards or bank accounts. Thank you LifeLock!!

Recently an unknown person or persons attempted to obtain utility service through one of the major telephone carriers. LifeLock, immediately contacted me to see if I were the person making this request. I WAS NOT! They followed through with researching the situation, contacting the service provider, and at all times keeping me inside the loop. As a result, my credit was not compromised nor did someone create a fraudulent debt against my name. Yes, I have a secure feeling with the knowledge that LifeLock and their most well trained employees will continue to provide me with safety and security.

Thanks to LifeLock, I was immediately notified by email of new accounts being open under my identity. Time is key when dealing with identity theft. If it wasn't for LifeLock, I would had probably been weeks before I was aware of all these fraudulent accounts when getting statements by mail. Meanwhile, it allows more time for thief to open more accounts. Each time I called LifeLock's customer service line, the staff was very kind and professional. Their concern and way of handling every detail was very impressive. This morning I received the final notification that my case of identity theft, perpetrated by a criminal using PayPal Credit, has been successfully resolved. LifeLock, in general, and my Resolution Specialist, in particular aided me to navigate the difficult process to identify the necessary steps in addressing the problem, rectifying the damage, and applying protections for the future. The annual subscription to LifeLock is well worth the investment, and I will continue using this service. Don't go digital without it!

LifeLock is awesome! I recently picked up Health Insurance at a new job and they use a bank and supply us with bank cards. I am a little blonde at times and LifeLock notified me that someone opened up an account at the bank that my job uses and I totally forgot but LifeLock was there to inform me and did follow up calls and connected me and the bank on 3 way to take care of this problem. Even though it was my mistake and carelessness LifeLock most definitely helps me feel protected! If someone did happen to really open up a bank account with my name and I didn't have LifeLock they would definitely be successful but since I have LifeLock I feel confident that my identity is protected. Btw, updated credit score once a month with descriptions of what's causing your good/bad credit! Cannot beat that. :)

Sign up for the premium package. It well worth the money. They not only alert you of fraud but contact the companies involved and stop the fraud from hitting your credit report. They are truthful and understanding about the problems and advocate on your behalf.

I was notified of a possible identity threat with use of my social security number for an application for credit at a major department store via a text alert and an email. LifeLock immediately took action to investigate the situation and notified me that they would contact me within a few days. After checking with the department store, they (LifeLock) notified me that a typo was made on the application and that they would make sure the credit application would be taken off of my credit report. I was given information and phone numbers to file a fraud report with the credit bureaus. I was impressed with the efficient customer service and quick resolution to my issue, and I highly recommend LifeLock to help monitor identify theft.

I have had LifeLock for quite some time now. My entire family is protected. I have experienced nothing short of stellar service. There is nothing more disheartening than sub-par customer service but the first email request was serviced immediately and that meant a lot. LifeLock notified me that an application for credit had been submitted to Synchrony. LifeLock representative conferenced me in with Synchrony. Apparently my SS# had been submitted by someone, different name, different birth date... Synchrony said a typo; however, the application was submitted to my credit report. Lifelock had Synchrony correct the mistake and remove the inquiry from my credit report.

I lost or perhaps really misplaced all of my identification documents & was having trouble replacing them each for lack of a valid ID (dah). How can I have a valid ID if that is what I am trying to replace??? I finally decided to call LifeLock & realized I should have tried the SVC earlier when I had had the opportunity to just use it at little or no cost. Anyway I feel much better after signing up, at least so that I might not go through the Identity theft experience.

Someone was trying to use my identity information to open a cell phone account on three different times and LifeLock was able to stop it after confirming it was not me. They also put me in contact with the company's fraud department.

Every month for the last 2 yrs. someone has tried to open a Paypal credit line. Thanks to Lifelock, they have been unable to do so, keeping me from getting bills I didn't earn, and getting the bank to send a notice every month trying to protect my credit score.

A fraudulent check credit occurred and LifeLock was unable to get name of initiating company from the third party credit company due to a policy although I am 100% positive I did not initiate and I will have to wait on a credit report to find out this info myself. This was very disappointing because this is a delay in getting this corrected. All other assistance has been great.

LifeLock notified me about possible fraud (SSN). They were on it and responded back after some investigation and gave me the good news I was hoping for!

I ignored your warning and shortly thereafter I suffered identity theft. It took me until the second month that I realized what had happened. That was over 4 months ago and I am still trying to pay up the bills that I could not pay after my accounts were emptied. I'll pay attention next time... if there is one.

When I first opened the accounts for my husband and I your company would call us whenever I tried to open an account. Now I never get a phone call and very few alerts by email/text. I did get an email for one of the fraud accounts to T-Mobile. Told them it wasn't me and emailed back the questionnaire. I was told that you never got it. I pay for the elite service, you have to do better protecting me. Especially now that I have be compromised. Your resolution specialist is the only positive thing I can say right now. Courtney did a great job helping me. Before she came into the picture I spent a lot of hours trying to take care of this myself. The other support was not helpful at all.

3 separate credit application were filed in less than 48 hours and LifeLock was able to detect it within 24 hours and stop before issuing cards! Good Job.

LifeLock let me know that a credit check had been initiated about me. The information provided me was not sufficient for me to make a determination on whether it was legitimate and known to be expected. In my email to Customer Service I mentioned that I had started a new credit line with Jared Jewelry and made a $39.00 online credit charge with a company called Software Projects Inc. The help comments were not helpful in resolving the matter.

When my security is breached the company calls to investigate your account and they keep you informed as to what they are doing to solve your problem. The help is friendly and very courteous. The only incident that, that was not the case was when the Federal Government OPM sent me an alert as to their intrusion and the theft of all my personal records including fingerprints and S.S. # included in the break in.

There were numerous attempts to open credit/debit accounts in my name but LifeLock detected the fraudulent activities, alerted me immediately and then helped me contact the affected businesses to send corrections to the credit bureaus or begin the process of ensuring I will not be charged for any unauthorized charges. To say I am extremely happy would be a definite understatement.

Up until recently, LifeLock has performed flawlessly. A week ago I received 4 emails re. a bank transaction I had made recently. All 4 were alerting me to the same transaction and came in about 15 minutes apart. When I logged into the LifeLock website, it did not show any alerts being posted, at all. I contacted LL by phone and spoke with a representative. She said they would have to get back with me once the problem had been addressed. As yet, I have not heard from them, but since then I received another alert for a different transaction, and all is at it should be, except that the previous alert still does not show up on my list of alerts. Still, I am happy with LifeLock's service overall.

My credit card and other identification was compromised in the past and LifeLock was a Godsend to my wife and myself relevant to bringing the problems to a satisfactory conclusion. I have recommended LifeLock to many people and many have given strong consideration to my suggestions pertaining to their own credit card protection program.

Excellent service. We feel confident about our information and feel that it is very secure in spite of all the breaches in stores, etc. When we make any type of application and the service has to access our social security numbers, we immediately get a call inquiring from LifeLock if we made any applications. We got LifeLock 2 or 3 years ago, after someone tried to open an account in my husband's name in another State!!! Our bank notified us, which was Great, but said that if they had gone to a Credit Union, they wouldn't have caught it! That's when we decided to get LIFELOCK!!! They alert us whenever there is a questionable inquiry, even a Security check, etc. It's Very Comforting to know that they are there watching out for us!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

Someone tried to open an account with a phone company and LifeLock notified me in time to stop this and check for other attempts at stealing my credit. I found another incident because of the alert and stop that too.

Lifelock was on the ball even when I couldn't recall the exact dates. They informed me of activity on my account. I could not recall being at Verizon on that day when in fact they were right.

I cannot tell you how upset I was when I got a text from Lifelock. They asked if I opened a card with a major department store. When I texted back no, the process started. 10 days later it was over. I cannot tell you how happy I was that I had Lifelock. They handled everything. Now that I know exactly how the process works and how efficient Lifelock and their employees are, I can rest easy. I signed up for a free trial and canceled after two days; the company has continued to take my money despite repeated emails. This does not inspire any confidence that this company does anything that it claims. Wish I could give 0 stars.

All my identity had been stolen from a shopping cart at a large mall under construction. After paying the store cashier for my purchases I placed my purse in the shopping cart, pushed it across the parking lot under construction, started to take my car keys from my purse. I then realized I had NO PURSE! Fortunately I always keep a key in a secret place. When I got home, I called my bank and Lifelock. They were immediately on the job, worked with me and the bank to stop all financial transactions possible by the thieves. It was an effort to replace all my ID. I don't worry about identity theft as I have LifeLock and have been protected for several years now. When there are security breaches, I know I am safe. I take measures to make sure of this, but I know that LifeLock has my back. Fortunately I have never had a problem and I ascribe this to LifeLock. For peace of mind I recommend them highly.

LifeLock protection 24/7 and also for fraud protection. I live alone and had been very ill May-July 2014. After recovering, I felt it necessary and productive for me to join a life station package to help me in case I fell or became very ill and no family member was able to come to my rescue. So far my experience with LifeLock has been excellent. I have not had to use the services but know this procedure is best for me.

Agent Shalene was extremely helpful in assisting me to connect with a third party entity to clarify a credit request. She set up a conference call and walk me through the entire interview. She was clear about post interview instructions and sent an immediate email followup. She eliminated a great deal of stress and was very patient.

I was notified that a credit card was applied for with just my social security number. No name or Date of Birth. I had not applied for any new cards or added to any and Safe Lock was on this immediately to notify and confirm this. They contacted the business and they did not have my personal record on file. So they have closed the case. I called Experian and added a fraud alert. Great service they provided. Thank you.

My last dealing with LifeLock was simply to change my password. Other than dealing with a stubborn machine, the task was accomplished successfully but it wasn't as simple as I thought it should have been. On several attempts in providing my chosen password (which received a high rating on feedback); when trying to activate the new password it was rejected by the machine program given that all the prerequisites were met. It took several attempts, always ensuring all the proper requirements were properly met that the machine finally accepted my choice. I enjoyed playing the game but some would not have been as patient which could result in loss of an impatient customer.

I've been with LifeLock for a few years now. What I like the most is how they protected my cards over the banks. The banks say they can protect your cards. They say similar to LifeLock. Don't listen to the banks. They are wrong. I just went through a bad experience with bank with their fraud division. Even after I answered all the bank's security questions they still did me so very wrong.

Going over small credit card monthly bill, I came across a small item I knew was NOT mine. It was a charge for something purchased by e-mail out of the country-easily recognized since there was a small foreign transaction fee included - and I have not made any purchases out of the country. I called the vendor, refused the bill and called the credit card (Discover).

While I understand the need for protection of my personal information, I have found out that if you do not live in a large city and do not bank at one of the 8,000 banks in the data bank of LifeLock, you might not have all of your financial information protected with this enhanced product as you thought you would after all. I have been trying for months now to get my bank inserted into this database and, yes it is a small bank in a sparsely populated area of our country, but it would really have been nice if these restrictions had been made known to a prospective customer before they paid the extra monies for the enhanced product. I do understand that I am trusting the people at my bank and at LifeLock to get the necessary paperwork processed for this connection, so I guess this is just a classic case of buyer beware.

Leased a car. Process was blocked because Experian had a freeze on my credit. Within minutes of unfreezing Experian Lifelock called and sent me an email warning me that things were happening with my credit. Had that not been me doing that, I would have known right away that I was a victim of ID theft.

We were informed by the IRS that someone had attempted to file our tax return using specific information including names, addresses and SS numbers. We are longtime subscribers to LifeLock so immediately called to find out what we had to do! The CS agent was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all the steps to take with all the agencies we needed to contact to protect ourselves. The agent made this extremely stressful process understandable and gave us assurances that the process would take care of our concerns!
