This is our second year purchasing the Support Pets ESA confirmation for our dogs. We only have 2 so this provider works well for us. We would be emotionally unstable if not able to bring our beloved fur babies with us on vacations. The process is a little confusing as there so many additional offers thrown at you. But I do appreciate the turnaround time and the opportunity to auto renew so we’re not rushed to do it every time it expires. I love the available options and the customer support team- who always answers my questions in a timely manner. Looking forward to renewing the product again next year!!

I got ahold of them on 10/29/25 at night, like after 10 pm at night and they got me taken care of and helped by 10/30/25 at midnight of the 30th. I had my ESA papers and had them emailed to my landlord. I am now able to bring my Octavia(Cat) home tomorrow rather than waiting till Tuesday. I want to say thank you guys so much for being a massive stress reliever and helping me get my baby girl home so I may start healing and grow with a support that will actually help me.

I have an ESA dog and Jamie with customer service helped to expedite the process quickly. My renewal was set to auto renew with an expired card- which I didn’t know and she helped to get me squared away and with a discount on top of that. Super helpful and followed up through the whole process.
