Has a really easy time filling out and turning in, I received the documentation very fast. I liked how they kept me in the loop and checked up with me a few times, within a 2 day period I received my documentation

My experience so far has been awesome. Customer Service is excellent. I really can't say much more except they provided me with access to everything I need and it was affordable to get done in less than 72 hours.

Good company for the services they offer. Customer service helped me end services as my pet passed away with kind words and compassion. I needed that. I would and have highly recommended this company for a positive experience.

I'm so glad I chose ESA Support pets! The process went smooth & I had what I needed printed out in no time! 1-3days. All it took was a little bit of background information & my emotional support cat could live with me as a part of my family without worrying about costly fees knowing she was more than just a cat.

I told these people before that Maggie is a dog, not a cat. I cannot get ahold of these people. When I did get ahold of them months ago, they have my dog registered as a cat and they have yet to change it. So besides trying to get ahold of anybody which you can't, when I did, they still would not change my dog being a cat, when I move. I'm not sure if this is going to affect me or not

This is our second year purchasing the Support Pets ESA confirmation for our dogs. We only have 2 so this provider works well for us. We would be emotionally unstable if not able to bring our beloved fur babies with us on vacations. The process is a little confusing as there so many additional offers thrown at you. But I do appreciate the turnaround time and the opportunity to auto renew so we’re not rushed to do it every time it expires. I love the available options and the customer support team- who always answers my questions in a timely manner. Looking forward to renewing the product again next year!!

Extremely helpful and accessible service. Customer service is wonderful. Been using them for 2 years now with no complaints! I always receive my paperwork in about 24 hours and both renewals I’ve done so far have been extremely easy.

Speedy service. They’re very helpful and can get all paperwork done and certified within 24 hours. I also needed to add another pet and they did it for free! I recommend this service to anyone that needs to get their pets certified ESA.

I do not recommend this company at all. I cannot get them to sign the landlord form even though they have emailed and said that they have it. I had to push back my move in date because of this. I have until tomorrow or I have to pay an additional $350.00. Don’t use this company. I regret it. No one will help me and you can’t talk to a live person.

I got ahold of them on 10/29/25 at night, like after 10 pm at night and they got me taken care of and helped by 10/30/25 at midnight of the 30th. I had my ESA papers and had them emailed to my landlord. I am now able to bring my Octavia(Cat) home tomorrow rather than waiting till Tuesday. I want to say thank you guys so much for being a massive stress reliever and helping me get my baby girl home so I may start healing and grow with a support that will actually help me.

It was really easy for obtaining the ESA in order to bring my cat to our new home. I am really missing my Lola. She is a beautiful and sweet cat. The price was reasonable and it was a quick delivery. I appreciate Support Pets.

I have two support pets which confused my home screening process and I quickly contacted Support pets over the weekend. They were able to help me get the specifics for the pet screening process on my new rent house. The staff was kind speedy, and efficient and erased the anxiety I was feeling about losing my rent house. Yes there are actual humans working there!! They were able to save me over $1000 in deposits that my landlord was going to charge me for my dogs.

I requested a ESA letter since my psychiatrist was taking too long in the process and PetSupport issued and delivered the document only in a few days. The team from the live chat to the one I was in contact with via email was very communicative and helpful. I really appreciate their help in this process.

Went into panic attack mode because of charges, but was able to speak with someone immediately and cleared everything up just perfectly and it all ended well with all answers answered plus a breakdown of a few things.

I’m very pleased with Support Pets. Even though my landlord was not as easy, Support Pets within 48 hours, Support Pets got my email with my problem to the correct person to handle it quickly.
