Everything is great. I would tell everyone to join up. The dogs love everything that we have gotten. Our dog stands and waits for me to get the stuff out of the box every week. She picks her favorite every month.

Dogs love the treats. They drag toys out when they don’t have non rawhide bones to chew on.. They are very busy in and out all day.... I find the toys from Super Chewer every where they love anything soft they can play tug a war with..

My dog Brody loves these boxes. His excitement is so comical when he receives a box. He is a super chewer so his toys are very hard and durable. I love receiving these boxes and my experience has been wonderful.

The Super Chewers are no challenge to my dog. She can get a hole in one very quickly and then the stuffing comes out. Done!! I have a basket of "De-stuffed" super chewers she carries around. She still needs something to do, so I keep getting them!!

Somehow my dog Izzy knows that box is for her. Before I even open it she gets so excited. I love that! I look forward to it every month. :) She loves the bones and most of the treats. She take the new toys out to yard every time.

My pup gets excited every month when the new box arrives while there have been a few she chewed right up. For the most part they last for the month. She drools for all the treats. I would spend a lot more if I was purchasing toys at the store and they wouldn’t last for a day.

Josie loves all her treats and loves to destroy every toy she gets. Some last a couple days some last a couple hours. She has jaws of steel. She is the very definition of a super chewer. She knows when the box arrives and gets very excited.

My dogs LOVE barkbox. My dog still can get destructive but she prefers her stuffed toys so it's good to have a new supply every month. I also foster for a local rescue so it's nice to have a selection for them as well. My last foster was quite a chewer and we had to dispose of many toys but they all have a good time. Happy dogs are worth every penny.

Fury loves everything she gets! There have only been a few things that she tore through quickly but still loves it all! Fury is an amazing pup and she deserves the best toys and treats! I am so glad we are able to do that for her.

I’ve never gotten the Super Chewer box, we are members of the Bark Box. Really confused to why I received an email saying I’ve bought super chewers. Did I pay a super chewer's membership? If so I’d like the money back or a box sent.

I always love the thoughtfulness you put in each box. The packaging is fun and the themes are clever. I would love to see less toys that are just hard plastics. Angus loves the more chewy toys are. Keep it up!

I have an amazing intelligent dog (Blue Tic Coonhound/Pitbull) mix 70 lbs that would systematically destroy toys not matter what they were. I would buy heavy duty chew toys and spend a lot of money only to see her destroy it in a day, she would find the weak spot. These toys are amazing and last a long time in 6 months. She has only destroyed 2 of the 12 and plays with them every day. The treats they send are healthy, no junk in them and Lucy loves them. Best investment you can make for your dog.

Since we’ve switched to Super Chewer for our new puppy Maggie, we have been very happy with monthly assortment. Sophie (8 years) lives the treats and Maggie (8 mos) is entertained for hours by the chew toys. Maggie frequently destroys her toys, but super chewer holds up to her crazy chewing.

Poor packaging. Package left on doorstep, neighborhood dogs have shredded 2 packages and left nothing behind for my pup. I partially saved a third package seen in the attached image. Packages need sealed for scent or stronger boxing to prevent this from happening. I can’t be home when it’s delivered.

The whole pack loves the Super Chewer box. We buy the box monthly and this month we added the dental plan. We like the super chewers because the toys last longer than an hour. If they don't last longer than hour you can reach out and Bark will replace it. No problems. We also have a small dog in our pack, and we love that we could customize to add a toy for him each month.

I have been getting the monthly Super Chewer box since October and my doggo ever since that first one whenever I get any kind of box or package that resembles her box she is always upset when it's not for her but on the other hand she is so excited when it is her new BarkBox that came in the mail. She is always checking and rechecking the box or package to make sure there is no more that I might have missed in there.
I love to spoil her because before I met her in California her and her owner at the time were living homeless in the desert where I found her when we ourselves had a freak accident and our van we had drove out there from Michigan for a visit caught fire and burned to the ground and we ended up out there for 2 1/2. But I didn't want to get attached to her cause I didn't think I would be there long but she wasn't having it and started waiting for me outside where we were staying and following me whenever I went somewhere away from camp. She adopted me and back in September we took a greyhound all the way back here to Michigan where she seen snow for the first time and she is about 8 years old. She deserves to be spoiled and I am glad with your help I am able to do that.

My dog loved receiving his BarkBox each month. He loved anything squeaky or balls but most of the time he just got a hard toy that he wasn’t interested in. Nearly every month he would break the toy he liked within days. I contacted BarkBox on a few occasions and they immediately sent a replacement toy for the broken toy. Customer service is amazing. My dog loved every treat that came each month. I did cancel my subscription because there’s only one type of toy my dog will play with and I couldn’t customize his box with that type of toy. I do recommend BarkBox if your dog isn’t picky like mine.

My German shepherd LOVES her Super Chewer box! It gives her variety with toys, keeps her from destroying every toy she gets, keeps me from wasting money on new toys all the time, and we don't even have to leave the house to get it. The only thing that would make it better would be if there was a toy only option because I have to give treats away because I end up with so many and I have to be careful what I give her because she has a sensitive stomach. Customer service is also quick to respond and super easy to work with. We love this company!

I have been with BarkBox for almost a year, and the experience is great. We had toys that were not a good fit for my large dog and Lucy had replaced the toys quickly. They had a recall for a toy and barkbox replaced the toys very quickly as well. This has been a great experience with barkbox. My dog loves the toys and treats. She knows the box, so when we get the box she is all excited to go out back and she knows it's time to play and get some (not all) treats. Thank you so much Barkbox.

Boxes always arrive on time and intact. Boxes are carefully packed with care. Dogs love everything in the boxes from toys to treats. There’s always an option to add to the boxes if you desire more. Our dogs love these boxes!!!!

We love getting the box each month, our dog is a one-year-old Rottweiler who plays with his toys all day long. He chews up everything fairly quickly. The Super Chewer toys last longer. I would rather get an extra toy rather than the treat sticks.

The toys are good except for the soft ones. Those - get chewed through very easily and don’t even last a day. We need more solid and sturdy chew toys. He does the best with Nylabone type toys. The treats are good. All the dogs enjoy them.

Mickey is always so excited when his Bark Box comes in the mail. My children enjoy showing him all of his new toys and we love trying new treats! The toys have lasted despite him being a strong chewer. We are very happy.

The treats are wonderful. The toys don't hold up very long. My youngest lab can chew them up pretty fast. Especially if they have any parts that stick out that she can get her teeth on. Rope toys don't last either. She tears them apart. But, before that happens, they love to play tug.

All of our orders have been great. I have 4 dogs and they all play with the toys. The treats are nutritious and they beg for more. The price is just about right when compared to what we buy at the pet store. My dogs love treats.

Dog mother of 3 - Super Chewer edition. When we first started with BarkBox, I honestly didn't plan on staying with the company for so long. However, we now look forward to our monthly box and I participate in the add on events. The boxes come with a different theme each month. At first, we had a little issue. My big dogs were tearing up the toys by the end of the week (sometimes the end of the day). We adjusted to the super chewer box and all the big dogs LOVE it. Even those tougher toys have a squeak to them and the dogs loved that as well. I think for the price we spend we get a great value. I would definitely recommend Barkbox to anyone that is curious. Also, you can adjust your plan at any time and customer service is always quick to respond if I have had an issue. Or when I wanted to change my plan.

My dog Maggie is a black lab with a powerful chew. I decided to try the Super Chewer box as a way to try different types is toys and treats. She LOVES every toy sent and couldn't get enough of the treats and chews. She did manage to destroy one toy. The customer service team is amazing and sent a new toy which is now her favorite toy. Overall Maggie and I are extremely pleased and looking forward to the next box.

My dog is a pit mix. She loves to chew. Some of the toys you sent were great, but others she was able to destroy within the first hour. Since these are for "Super Chewers" I was disappointed that she couldn't enjoy some of the toys for a longer period of time without them becoming dangerous.

I got the super chewer subscription when I got my new puppy last year and I can honestly say it is a lifesaver. It has kept my dogs happy and I have had not destructive behaviors since they have plenty of toys and constantly get new toys to keep them occupied and happy.

Hi. Cooper loves his bark box. He gets so excited and I love seeing him happy. Unfortunately the last few boxes have had items that he can destroy or I know he will destroy & ingest so I have not let him have it. I didn't want to say anything because I don't want to be a constant complainer when we love your company. I'd really just love to see him get items that he cannot chew off chunks of especially something that is treat dispensing. He does do well with the hard nylon rubber items they're impossible for him to destroy. Thank you.

We love our Super Chewer box! Diesel loves tearing the box open to see what cool new toys and treats are inside! We could never keep a new toy for longer than 5 minutes, but these boxes have changed that. The best part is that if he ruins a toy Super Chewer always replaces it for FREE!

Ripley loves all the toys she receives, as well as treats. They have last very well, I can still find some of the toys that came in her original box. She doesn’t get tired of the toys, and the toys always have variety.

I would NOT recommend this subscription box. I signed up for 6 months to get the lowest price (first mistake). Toys were lame. Dogs haven't played with any of them. They are just big pieces of rubber. The chews... there's nothing "super chewer" about them. Not like a bully stick. They are rather soft and they eat them in 1 minute. The other items are little bags of treats - I can buy those at the store for a fraction of the cost. Worst box I have ordered. THEN, I email to cancel. They ask why. I answer and confirm my cancellation. They continue to try to sell me via email and I ignore them. So guess what. They don't cancel?? I then send them a message in chat to confirm my cancellation (still receiving boxes) and they had already renewed me for another 6 months without telling me - cancelled my 2nd term?). Ugh. Now they are saying they won't honor my first request to cancel. RUN. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!

I received a coupon for a "free" BarkBox. Well it was not "free". I never received the free box. Then they charged my account for a subscription fee and I still didn't get a box!!!! I contacted their customer service via chat because they do not have a phone number to call. The person was rude, kept telling me that the wrong address was entered in and the packages were delivered there. I told them I did not receive anything. They never offered to replace the boxes or refund my money. NOTHING, no help whatsoever. Even at a restaurant if your food sucks they offer you a new dish or a credit to your bill. NOTHING FROM BARKBOX!!! I will tell EVERYONE I know how they treated me. They said they cancelled my account. We will see if I get charged again next month.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this was such a waste of money and such a disappointing experience. Super disappointed in our experience - these toys are NOT made for dogs over 50lb or those who actually chew. Every time we received a box, our puppy and other dogs got through these in a matter of minutes - BarkBox did replace a couple toys but they were just as bad. Also, we were supposed to have a toys only box and our last box had toys and treats (and therefore less toys than a toy only box) - this last box also had such weak, soft toys I didn’t even bother to take them out of their packaging because I could tell my dogs would get through the silicone right away - even one of my seniors would chew chunks off of these right away, no question (Referencing ‘frosty mug’ and ‘howler growler’ toys - these say they’re for 50+lb dogs and my 35lb senior would absolutely destroy these - the material is incredibly flimsy and soft for a ‘super chewer’.)
DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE A DOG THAT IS TRULY A CHEWER, LET ALONE A SUPER CHEWER. Waste of money. At least we now get to make a donation of a bunch of toys to our shelter - but we’ll make sure they know to only give them to small dogs. (Bark box asked us to donate the toys, and while we normally would be happy to, I was surprised they asked us to donate toys that already had chunks missing.)

I’ve only received one box so far. Well it was actually a two for one deal they had going at the time. In less than 10 minutes my dog destroyed two of the toys they sent leaving me with a ton of crumbled pieces on the floor to clean up. The other two toys he’s not interested in. They have no one to actually talk to. You have to message them through Facebook. They are supposed to be sending me a replacement for one of the toys and when I asked about their cancellation policy if the replacement doesn’t work I was told there is none. So now I’m stuck paying $34.99 for the next 6 months for treats. What happened to 100% guarantee?

I started a subscription to BarkBox for our AmStaff because the only toys we could find that held up were Kong and they have a limited selection. Super Chewer had a 100% guarantee to replace the toys if they were destroyed. After our pup destroyed the first four toys they sent I contacted them and they replaced one. Out of eight toys and a replacement only two toys weren't destroyed within minutes. I sent them pictures of at least four destroyed toys. They offered to send two more. I couldn't see the point. The products were not safe for our pup. I asked to cancel the subscription and they refused to do so. They also refused to uphold the guarantee from the website by not replacing all of the broken toys.
The customer service reps I worked with were obviously not working in my best interest and failed completely in resolving my issue. I'm sure this a great product for some dogs but it certainly wasn't great for us. The biggest warning I can give you is that if you're not 100% satisfied you won't get anything but canned responses and failure to comply with their own publicly listed policies and guarantees. I received the “gift code” from a friend and I was unaware that the only way to get said “free box” that you have to sign up. I did just that and sadly had to cancel it due to unforeseen circumstances. However we were allowed to keep our “free box” and that is where I have issues. In a matter of 30 minutes the toys were torn in chunks and I had to take them away. For the treats it asked you to pick protein that you don’t want if your dogs have allergies and the treats that were in the box I can’t give my dogs because they have allergies and chicken and beef and yet we got beef treats. For the price of the box for the “super durable” toys which didn’t make it to 30 minutes and treats that I can’t give my dogs I have to say we won’t be coming back.

I ordered two dog toys on 1/12/2020. Received a tracking number and saw the package was in transit (somewhere in the Midwest). Checked today (1/17/2020) and saw that the package was in Kentucky awaiting shipment, mind you I am on the west coast. I contacted Bark Shop via online chat and was very patient and friendly. The representative told me the package was stuck at the warehouse and they saw to it that the package was re-shipped. I received an apology but no sort of small discount or anything to make it better/to keep me returning to this retailer. Typically, if a customer has to contact YOU to learn of and correct the status of something shipped by YOU, you offer more than just an apology. Won't ever be purchasing from here again.

WARNING!!!! My dog nearly died this weekend from the Glacier Ball toy that I received in my Super Chewer December BarkBox. While playing with this toy, my German Shepherd bit onto this ball and the inside ball shot into his throat and became lodged and blocked his airway. He required immediate emergency surgery to have this removed costing us nearly $1500 (not including my lost wages due to having to bring him to have this done). I have reached out to BarkBox three times since this incident on Saturday and tried to post this on their FB page with no success!

My mastiff mix is a super chewer so I thought this would be great but I regret ever subscribing. The toys are super lame (a ring, a rubber sphere, a rubber cube) and they lasted 5 minutes tops. The customer service was quick and efficient and sent new toys right away- but they sent the same type of toys that I specifically asked them not to. Now we’re are on our 6th toy that has been destroyed within minutes. Also you’re locked into this year contract that you can’t get out of. So it looks like I’m going to spend a full year cleaning up scraps of rubber toys each month.

I signed up for a one month trial from an Ibotta deal in June. My first box was decent but it has gone downhill since then. The products are nowhere close to what is promised, as far as quality goes. I have now become stuck in a year long commitment that I never wanted. I have tried cancelling and customer service has stated they do not have any record of my order being from an Ibotta deal, so no go. I was told there is no early cancellation despite my unfavorable view of the service and products.
The treats are definitely NOT for super chewers. They are tiny treats in bags or stick treats that last seconds. My dogs need something more substantial to meet their chewing needs. I have 2 American Staffordshire Terriers and one has no interest in most toys and the other destroys them, often within minutes of receiving them. I have reached out and received replacements but they are still not suitable for my dogs. I had to request replacements for both toys from my most recent box.
Customer Service is difficult to get in contact with and often I receive form type responses. The chat feature is a joke and there is not a phone number where we can directly reach a person for help. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will be passing on my view of Super Chewer and Bark Box to my friends and family so they do not get stuck in an unwanted subscription with low quality products and customer service.

I have ordered the Barkbox at first and noticed that the chew toys they sent did not last more than a half hour before my dogs chew right through them so I figured that I work pay a little bit more and get them the Super Chewer box which is just as bad as the regular box and I emailed them and let them know and even provide pictures to them showing the toys that were destroyed and they then contacted me and asked me what my dogs liked and I explain to them that the rubber toys they have where not good for my dogs but every month they still sent rubber toys and my dogs destroyed every single one of them.
When they sent the replacement nylon toys they were fine but they as well last but so long and have to be thrown away and if they send to toys and they when they both get destroyed they will only send you one for replacement not the two which they should have. I have to email them every month to ask them not to send rubber toys and they still do and to make matters worse this month's box is still not here and neither is the replacement from last month's chew toy. Not Happy.

Buyer Beware! Do not subscribe to this company! I have received 2 boxes so far & my dog destroyed the cheap toys with minutes! The customer service department is horrible. They are nearly impossible to get ahold of and they lie to you! I was promised replacements for the destroyed toys and they have not sent them. They have no way to actually speak to someone if there’s a problem & they seemingly do not care about customers. I would NEVER recommend this company. It’s just about impossible to get them from sending new boxes & charging you to. I am going to report them to BBB. Buyer Beware!!!

I signed up for a subscription with the impression that Super Chewer toys would be a bit more indestructible for my dog since most store bought toys last a matter of hours. The Super Chewer did not exceed or even come close to being more durable or last longer. I have received two boxes, and two replacement toys to which 4 of the toys were destroyed in less than a weeks time. I contacted them about being unsatisfied with the product and they will not let me cancel my subscription, but indicated they would send me new toys every month if I email and let them know they were not to my standards. So I'm spending $35 a month for 2 bags of treats, and 2 snack treats and 2 toys that last 2-5 days; along with my time for having to email them every month to let them know my dog has destroyed a toy and please send a replacement. Very displeased with the product and service.

My dog destroys most of the Super Chewer toys. A few have survived but not many. Most of the toys are awful. Company does send replacement toys, although most of them are cheap as well. When trying to reach customer service via text/email, it often takes several tries before anyone answers and then they say they never received my messages. Boxes don't ship when they say they will. Responses from company are always generic, childlike, and do not take issues seriously. I am unfortunately stuck in a year long subscription that I cannot get out of and every month dealing with this company feels like a battle. I expect better for the price.

I signed up for this promotion with the honest intention of trying something that sounded like such an awesome idea....for $5.00. I figured if I elect not to continue the subscription, but I don't remember to cancel during a reasonable time (before the 2nd BarkBox gets shipped), then it wouldn't be such a big deal. I've done this for various services...like Sports TV packages, Amazon Prime, LinkedIn Premium, etc etc. I never tried anything for my dog though, which is an awesome idea. This complaint has nothing to do with the company product or its services. Essentially, if you are a customer who is looking at subscribing, you can perceive this initial process or transaction in at least two different ways.
1) You are signing up for a 12 month contract subscription (at $29/month) and you are getting the 13th box for $5.00, not free, which you pay for upfront. Your first box will arrive rather quickly. YOU CANNOT CANCEL. Or...
2) You are signing up for a 12 month contract subscription (at $29/month) and you are getting the 13th box upfront, but you pay $5.00 initially, sort of like a signup fee. YOU CANNOT CANCEL.
Let me just start off by saying certain people are not comfortable spending $353.00 on their dog's treats and toys each year. I'm one of those certain people. In fact, I'm someone who is comfortable trying a new product or service for a price (or for free) with the expectation that I would remember to cancel within a period of time. That's what I was absolutely under the impression of doing.
I finally became aware when I saw the first $29 charge. Okay so big deal right? "Just go get your refund for the initial $29 (surprise charge) and tell them to not send the box." Nope. They won't let me. I tried calling and it directed me to a text message communication option. And the person or individual didn't even respond to my request!
Look. I was charged $29 on September 3rd for items I have never been known to spend money on. I just want to get out of this 12 month contract. I got the $5.00 sample box and elected I cannot justify continuing to pay for the service. I cannot afford to do this for 11 more months. Please just give me a refund of the $29 and relieve me of the contract. It's all I ask.

Just got our first box today and Kya was wagging her butt in complete excitement! She has been chewing on her treats and sweets gumdrop for the last 30 minutes non stop! I am hopeful that we finally have found some toys that will stand up to her chewing!

I have had the worst experience of my life with Super Chewer. I have signed up for their yearly subscriptions, and within the hour, I contacted them multiple times via email to cancel it. I made sure to cancel the order before any shipments. I saw the next day that the box was shipped in the late evening, and no one responded to my emails. I decided to use their chat options, and after more than two hours, the company refused to cancel the shipment or cancel the full subscriptions. They offered me one option which is to pay an extra $10 on top of the $29 I have already paid to cancel the yearly subscriptions. I also offered to refuse the shipment to avoid the hassle of shipping it back, but the representative declined to get the shipment back.
I have never seen a company that has such a horrible policy. I understand that their representative was simply doing their job, and I respect them for communicating with me for two hours to help me with the best they can. I am very unhappy with the company policy and it is only fair to cancel my subscriptions with no charge to me, and I can refuse the delivery and this way they get their box back unopened.

Our German Shepherd chews through the super chewer toys within minutes. Unless they are the solid, hard plastic then he won't touch them. We seem to get similar toys every month, even though the insert shows a variety of toys. The "chews" are glorified treats, as in pepperoni sticks, and offer no chewing time to our dog. We thought there would be more bones, but we've never received one.
We have contacted customer service, but the responses are full of dog puns rather than constructive replies. They refuse to cancel our subscription early, which we can understand, but we already did a 6-month subscription and didn't have the auto-renewal turned off. We missed it by one day and now they have us locked into another 6 months! They offered a lower rate, which is lovely, except that they still charged us full price the last 2 months. The shipping is terrible! The package is always 3 weeks later than their expected arrival date. We are really unhappy with the products and service, it is such a waste of money for us every month. It's really frustrating! We will never recommend this company to family and friends.

Don’t get me wrong. I absolutely love the theme boxes and get a kick out of them every time! My yellow lab, Percy always loves opening his boxes. But we have yet to have a toy to stand up to his super chew strength since we started in December. Every single time he has at least one toy destroyed within 30 minutes of opening the box, it’s very disappointing. We’ve gotten replacement toys and even those aren’t much better. At a lost, not looking so good on a renewal from us.

I moved and forgot to update my address in time for shipping. I sent them an email apologizing for MY error and they sent me out a 2nd box in case the first box did not get forwarded. BarkBox has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My boxes arrive perfectly and my love Bentley, my Pit-bull, LOVES them. I will be subscribing for a long time!!!! PS I get Super Chewers in my box and my pit cannot chew through these so they last, yippee!!!!

Almost always a happy pup! Although there have been a few issues within the last 6 months, the year before that, everything was perfect! We moved 6 months ago and the box wasn’t shipped out to us by their mistake. I contacted the company and they sent one right away with an apology. There have also been a few instances that my dog wouldn’t get close to the treats either because he didn’t like the smell or they were rock hard. When I contacted the company they either sent them (the first time) or they said they were sending them but didn’t until I contacted them again. Either way, they always end up sending them even if they have to be reminded.
Jax has always loved the toys and the chews. First year was the plush (regular box) and now we order the Super Chewer box. We also were informed that we can specialize the box so that it’s always one of his favored items. So now Jax doesn’t receive anything peanut butter or fruit scented. He’s a meat and potatoes dog (minus the potatoes). It is so worth the money to see my dog walk past the mailbox and then turn back around and sniff out which box it’s in. Seriously the highlight of the month. We are lifers for sure!

I have received BarkBox’s Super Chewer Box since December 2018. My dog has destroyed numerous toys. The first time they sent a replacement that was too small for my dog despite his weight being on the information page. They sent out another replacement which was fine. He destroyed two toys in the March spy box the same day we opened the box. It wasn’t worth the hassle of contacting them. They’ve asked about preferences but don’t follow them. In December we will likely cancel our subscription as I’m still buying him toys monthly.

We rescued our 50lb pittie, Hershey from a city shelter. She’s in the prime of her life, maybe 3-4 years. She can go through a toy in seconds, minutes if it’s a little tougher than normal. But with Super Chewer, she gets spoiled monthly! She always loves everything in her package, and for the price I feel it is definitely a bargain on my wallet. She gets 2 decent sized bags of awesomely flavored treats, including flavors like pork, lamb, all kinds of vegetables and she gobbles them up pretty quick. The ingredients are superb! No fillers or fake junk in these!
She gets 2 treat Sticks that she can chew on and they are also always healthy and good for her digestion. She gets 2 awesome toys and I paid a few extra dollars a month to have an additional 3rd toy included. Anytime she demolishes a toy, I can simply message Super Chewer on Facebook and they always respond within minutes!! They always reassure me and send a new toy to replace the one she destroyed and if she destroyed 2 toys, then they send 2 replacement toys. The rep is never rude or impatient. They have some awesome customer service people, and I love the service so far. The replacement toy they sent the first time is so tough that my Hershey can’t destroy it yet. It’s lasted 3 weeks so far and counting. Definitely recommend them to anyone with a Super Chewing pooch.

Okay, I made a mistake not reading everything through when I subscribed, including that there was no trial period. I subscribed for a box a month for 6 months. First box cost $8 and the other 5 cost $35 each. I thought I could cancel at any time but I can't. But my big problem is that every toy they sent me so far is way too big for my little 14 pound terrier. He can't even get them into his mouth to chew and is not even interested in them. He is an avid chewer, a super chewer if you will. I have to buy small and x-small toys for him for Petco and online stores.
I'm pretty sure I was asked the size of my dog when I subscribed. If not, I should have been asked. I'm wasting money but will donate all toys to a nonprofit dog organization because I can't get out of my subscription. After a long conversation with a representative of the company, they said they would let me out of my commitment 2 months early and...they will try to send me smaller toys in the last two boxes.
They went out of their way trying to make me happy by offering different things like more treats instead of toys. So I appreciate that even though I still have 4 bags of unused treats. I just hope they can send smaller toys. So if you have a small dog like under 20 pounds, I would not recommend signing up for this box of goodies for your dog. I don't know why they don't have smaller toys. :(
Oh yes, I almost forgot that after the first box, I got a questionnaire asking how I liked it so far. I wrote back that the toys were too big. However in my next box, the toys were bigger. I'd like to send a picture of the toys next to my dog but not sure how to do it on this review. I would recommend this service if you have a big dog who likes to chew on things. :)

We try our very best to accommodate for all types of pups in the 0-20 pound range, however, as you can imagine that can be very difficult with the number of breeds and play styles! What works for a small terrier may not work for a mini-aussie. Because of this, we are working incredibly hard to improve the experience of the different sizes of pups! We truly appreciate your feedback.
For now, we have a couple of smaller toys on the way for Ollie that will hopefully work much better! We truly hope he enjoys them! Started out fine, while my dog was a puppy. They convinced me to switch to Super Chewer once I let them know my dog was chewing through every toy. Well, Super Chewer isn’t so “super”. My dog still has the ability to chew through all those toys within minutes of receiving them. I have emailed multiple times, with pictures, letting them know this and always get the, “we will send a replacement toy until your next box comes to keep her tail wagging” story. This doesn’t help me one bit, as the replacement items are horrible as well. Each time I reach out, I always get the same generated email back.
I would really like to just cancel as this subscription is A WASTE OF MONEY. But, when I ask to, they tell me I’m committed until it ends in July. Why July? Because they messed up so many orders with arriving super late, forgetting a toy, or sending from a monthly theme that was a repeat, and not new (which I wasn’t thrilled to get the email about the warehouse move as it seems everyone gets this no matter when issue happened). I would not recommend this subscription to anyone, better to save your money and find toys at your pet shop as it’ll be of much better quality and you won’t have to deal with the same old run around each time if there is an issue.

This is absolutely not the experience we want for either of you guys and definitely, understand how frustrating it can be when your pup is destroying toys month after month. For this reason, we do have our Scout's Honor Guarantee that promises to replace any toy that doesn't hold up! But again, if those toys are also not holding up, we absolutely understand the headache.
We try our best to balance both interactive, fun toys with the durability that a lot of our Super Chewer pups need. It sounds like we have been missing the mark for Remmi. It does look like we were able to get Remmi's account closed out moving forward. Although we will definitely miss getting to spoil her with monthly deliveries, we would love to connect and get a little bit more feedback about what works for her so we can work to improve our toys for the future!

I love BarkBox. My dog loves BarkBox. Everyone I know loves BarkBox. The toys are extremely durable. My dog can't chew through them and I love that. If, by some miracle, my dog does break a toy, BarkBox will replace them. BarkBox does an excellent job of keeping me up to date of what is going on, when the box will be delivered, what will be in it, and if anything has been recalled. The treats that are included are fantastic. My dog absolutely loves them. I love that they don't upset her stomach. I don't trust other treats because they always upset her stomach. BarkBox is a must have for me. I could spend all my money on toys that would break and treats that would upset her but instead I spend my hard earned money on a product and company that I trust.

Super Chewer are great. Dogs love the toys and treats especially tug and squeak. The treat ball challenge they love but lasted only 5 minutes. When the top screwed off they chewed the 3 plastic screws bottoms trying to get out the treat. Great idea but need more thought.

The Super Chewer BarkBox is perfect for my very active, 2 year old, Golden Doodle. We originally signed up for BarkBox and found that Woody would destroy the toys in seconds flat. Once we switched to the Super Chewer, he was able to get hours upon hours of fun out of the toys, especially the ones that have hidden surprises such as the mouse click toy which has a ball hidden inside. My dog Buddy LOVES getting his Super Chewer BarkBox each month. Most of the toys do pretty well. He loves rope toys, but they don't seem to last too long (that's okay though). The BEST toy still we've gotten was the 3 piece totem pole that I can hide treats in for him... Still not destroyed! The more dense solid toys are tough but he loses interest in them.

Jett and I love the plush toys that he can chew apart and then there is a hidden toy inside. The pink bird/flamingo looking thing from the December box was his favorite and it lasted almost a month and a half.

My girls are always so happy to receive their Super Chewers. Their last box contained treats and toys that they love. The only you that did not work out and was destroyed easily was the treat keeper thing. It was easily open and chewed up. Otherwise everything was a big hit. Thank you.

The people at BarkBox are amazing. My dog has been a client for over 3 years. He has the destroyer box and loves it. Every time he destroys one of the toys, the customer service rep. goes above and beyond to satisfy the pup. They are great and I would highly recommend them.

The boxes have been pretty good, although Riley has received too many dense, heavy toys. He doesn't like those. In the last shipment, he enjoyed the Loch Ness Monster. The Catapult, not so much, although he does chew on it. His favorite toys are Benebones and he chews them down to a nub. He has also enjoyed the velveteen covered ball you sent in his first box (I think it was supposed to be the Statue of Liberty's head.) All of the treats have been welcomed. He's enjoyed the Treat Lock toy, although he gets it apart in about 30 seconds, no matter how tight I screw it together. The black side seems impervious to his teeth, but the blue side is quickly degrading. Probably Riley needs a selection halfway between Super Chewer and Regular Bark Box.

The toy that holds treats wasn’t a good fit for my destroyer. He quickly figured out how to pull it apart and then chewed the black rubber part to bits. I ended up with 2 replacement toys. One was the Grinch house, but he tore it up too and my other dog ended up eating it so that wasn’t a fit either. The blue stocking (completely solid) was perfect. He has to have toys without points or hollow spots, otherwise he can destroy them. We love our BarkBox though! Thank you!!

I love the Super Chewer BarkBox. My grand puppy is a boxer pitbull. He cannot destroy them. He loves the treats. My little dog a Chihuahua rat terrier likes to stick her nose in his Super Chewer box and run off with the treats.

We love BarkBox. Great quality and quantity for the price! My dog tore up one of the toys in this shipment very quickly, within 5 minutes of having it. The Loch Ness monster was no match for my chewer. He starting eating off chunks of the blue water immediately.

Sarge and I love each super chewer box he receives! When we open the box Sarge waits (im)patiently for the tasty treat, usually a duck jerky or salmon stick, while I go through the rest of the box and chuckle at the monthly theme. I really laugh at the clever marketing; it’s obvious it’s done by someone who adores dogs. We like the toys that haves ropes because they fly further - so I’ll pick that one to throw 5,000 times before he inevitably will go back to his Bark Corn Husk, his favorite Bark toy for me to throw.
Throughout the month we will give him another toy from his bark box to play with and of course eat those treats. Sarge is a 108 lb German Shepherd Dog and so far the Super Chewer toys are the only brand that he can’t destroy. (I wish I would’ve ordered this when he was a puppy!!). I absolutely loved the Christmas card/letter from “my dog” and had it hanging up with all the other Christmas cards all season long. Friends & family loved it as well when they saw it. We are anxiously awaiting 3 themed boxes: Patriotic, Wisconsin & Summer! Sarge’s daddy is in the military and we are very patriotic. We vacation in the summer at a lake house in Wisconsin; we need a toy that will make Sarge stop using all the kid’s floaties as chew toys ???? Thank you again Bark Box; you have one happy Super Chewer!

Initially when I started getting BarkBox it was awesome, the toys would last for a long time (my dog was a puppy at the time). However for the past few maybe 6-7 boxes, she destroys the toys the same day we get them, by the third or fourth day after getting the box they are not able to do anything. I really enjoy the products and I think there is a lot of detail in them, but eventually I might cancel my subscription because our dog just isn't able to keep them for any period of time.

We were receiving chicken treats in our monthly box for a couple months and I reached out to the company via messenger to let them know a mistake was made. My concerns were answered within minutes they looked up my info seen that in fact there was and put the info in our file and sent new treats that our pup could enjoy. We have a monthly subscription with Super Chewer BarkBox. My dog LOVES the treats. There has been a few times that he has destroyed them too fast or eaten part of a toy, and bark box promptly offers a new one or replacement every time. They've had the best customer service with my account for a couple years so far. This month we had a toy replaced, and there were chewy sticks that were too small for my dog, and they sent a bigger one. No problems ever. Great company.

This is a great way to spoil your pup. These toys last a long time. Loni plays with 4 different toys from 4 different super chewer boxes. Some toys do not last as long which is fine. Gives her a toy just to squeak and destroy. The treats and toys that you can fill with treats are the best. If it squeaks it's not going to last long. I have recommended Super Chewer and Bark Box to many of my dog moms.

I subscribed to Bark Box several months ago and initially did not get the Super Chewer option. My dog destroyed the first toys, so I decided to upgrade to Super Chewer. These toys last MUCH longer for my dog and she still loves them just as much! She also gets extremely excited every time a new box comes. Well worth the investment!

Fabulous! Alfie is quite the chest and destroys most toys quickly. Most of his super chewer toys have stood up to his chewing. those that have nylon straps, usually have to have the straps cut off because he chews through them. Those that have pieces that stick out from the side such as "spooky Sue" and the "uncrackable kraken" had those pieces chewed off very quickly. When he gets toys with the cracking or those with straps, I have to watch them very closely to make sure he doesn't ingest something he shouldn't, but once the straps are cut off and the parts that stick out have been removed, the toys are just absolutely phenomenal for him.

Being a newer company to the subscription game, I believe BarkBox has decided to concentrate on their customer service which is hands down the best company out there that I do business with. I have been a subscriber for awhile and I have had some not so stellar toys. I've reached out to BarkBox via email or chat (which is way easier and someone is always available) and they've replaced these toys promptly. Even during the government shutdown, I had to suspend my subscription, and BarkBox didn't want my pups to go without, so they offered a free month of toys. That my friends is amazing customer service and a company with a heart.

Overall BarkBox is an exceptional company and they have always handled any difficulties quickly and accurately. I would rate their customer service as one of the best. I do like the Super Chewers although the ball that you put treats in did not last. It was too easy to separate. The Super Chewers last but just think the regular ones are so much cuter, but understand why.

BarkBox has changed my dog Paisley’s life. I was spending over $100 a month on toys to keep up with her chewing habits. The toys wouldn’t always work out and I could only find a limited selection in stores or online. The cost would have eventually been too much for me to afford. With the Super Chewer BarkBox, she gets different toys every month and if she destroys some then I can request a replacement. Customer Service has been pleasant and prompt every time and the replacement toy they send usually holds up well. I also like that the BarkBox team has continued to communicate with me through emails to ensure that I am still happy with my experience. While the toys don’t always work out, the BarkBox team always tries their best and is always a joy to talk to.

The boys really enjoyed their toys this month. The round treat ball puzzle, to which one adds a flat treat disk, did not hold up as well as I had hoped. But, really, the boys are super chewers and super smart, so it's not a big deal. What I liked most about the Jan box was that it contained more interactive toys...a huge plus for my smarty-pants boys. (I'm not just bragging about their intelligence... They are service dogs in training and are bred for intelligence.) Keep up the good work.

The treat ball was not super chewer quality. My dogs were able to open it up in less than 5 minutes and and ended up destroying the top black rubbery portion of the ball quite easily. Typically your super chewer toys can be damaged and marred but are still usable. We still have the original toys from the first super chewer box that came in October. Was very disappointed with this treat ball.

I ordered the Super Chewer Barkbox because I have two Great Danes. They enjoy the chews and the more heavy duty toys that are in these boxes. The only time they destroyed a toy, BarkBox replaced it immediately. I do recommend the Barkbox and the Super Chewer boxes to my friends. (I actually get both because I have small dogs as well).

There was a mistake a month ago with the box I received. I contacted support and they immediately saw the issue and fixed. I’m very pleased with my subscription. The only complaint I have is that for the Super Chewer box all the toys seems to be the same; big and durable rubber. I wish there was more variety for a Super Chewer. She loved the first one but is not excited to receive the same thing over and over.

My pups LOVED this month’s toys. I was just telling my husband that I was going to switch back to BarkBox because they didn’t really play with the tougher toys — I think because there’s a lack of texture difference than what they get with the stuffing toys — and then the box came in the mail. They love love love the treat toy — it’s useless now. They got the treat then chewed the screw on parts, haha. And they’ve halfway gotten the sea monster chewed up. Three of my dogs are babies still. We have a 14 month old and the husky twins are 9 months. So we love the treat/learning toys. They did phenomenal with it. Thanks for everything!!!

I have never dealt with a company that has such amazing customer service. I love the humor that all of the agents have, the love for animals, and just the all over respect that they have for their customers. We have had a couple of issues with our boxes, mostly because my just dog destroys everything, but BarkBox has taken care of us each and every time with 0 hassle. The one clear green toy lasted a while. The other two they destroyed in no time. The ball w/ treats didn’t last 15 minutes. Their Dec box toys lasted a long time. Dogs get so excited when I bring it in from the front porch!

I really love the customer service offered by the BarkBox Super Chewer team??? I feel like they really and truly care about my Eden. ❤ The only reason I can't give a 5 out of 5 is that the super chewer toys aren't tough enough for my pit-mix pup. The Scout's honor is amazing, but I feel uncomfortable taking advantage of it as often as it would apply, as I feel like my doggo alone would get so much replacement merchandise it would be detrimental to the company. She has damaged or killed every toy that was not spherical in shape. I'm so thankful to the team who put a note in our file saying she prefers round toys. Just another example of the prompt and responsive customer service I have received. I would absolutely recommend BarkBox and Super Chewer to anyone interested!

The Super Chewer has been a great adventure for my fur baby. She was destroying her other toys on the same day she got them. I sent my concerns to Barkbox and they recommended the Super Chewer. I love it. Some toys are a little too hard but they sure are lasting her.

I upgraded to the Super Chewer subscription after my sweet puppy turned into a destructive teenager. We loved our regular BarkBox subscription but our dog began to dissect all her stuffed animals. We even caught her one night, hunched in a corner, beginning to cannibalize one of our regulars. That is when we knew we had to do something or our dog would go full Hannibal Lecter.
I contacted BarkBox explaining what happened and they said they had a super chewer option for terrorists like mine. For the past 4 months, we have received a variety of toys with this service and only one toy that wore out quick. The majority have been really successful, including ones you can stuff like Kongs and tug toys.
When we did have an issue, customer service was prompt and very helpful. I usually dread having to email customer service because I don’t feel like I can communicate effectively with automated or template responses. However, all my interactions with BarkBox have been super positive and I actively provide feedback on their service because I have yet to be disappointed.

I love BARK Boxes and does my dog. It's a great value, especially since the toys alone for a dog his size would each cost as much as the box! August is a power chewer so toys he can't totally destroy are hard to find in a regular pet store.

Boxes usually arrive promptly. Usually have a nice selection of toys which is what I am looking for. However, I did receive a box with more treats than toys. Not sure about what happened. I would like to be able to buy extra toys based on the ones my dogs like but they don’t seem to be very available! Maybe it’s just me!!

Since we switched to the Super Chewer, Daisy’s toys last so much longer! She loves them! She know the box is hers the second it comes out of the mailbox. She gets bored easily so a new toy every few weeks is amazing! She always cycles back around though! A few are her favorites of course and unfortunately she shows them too much love to where they need to be thrown out! It’s always weeks though!! Before all toys were destroyed in a day!

My pup absolutely loves the Super Chewer BarkBox!! The toys are just right for her and the treats are amazing! Puppers and I both love the toys because I don’t end up with a bunch of fluff and torn toys around the house and she can actually chew the crap out of the toys without much damage! I absolutely recommend the super chewer box for any dog that goes through soft toys like no other! These toys are very durable and sturdy.

We have a medium size “mini” Aussie who loves his monthly packages! Me and my fiancé sit down with our smart ausshole and let him discover what he got (after removing the paper and packaging of course!) Our little guy is so smart and loves to destroy things so these toys are amazing and can hold up against him. His favorite by far is the blue and black ball that you screw a chew treat into! He never puts it down and brings it everywhere he goes in the house! Absolutely recommended! Thank you Super Chewer!

This is the best place for toys if you have a dog that destroys their toys. My 90 pound dog Bandit, gets so excited as soon as the box comes into the house ! He and our other dog love the toys and treats, the little games and extras are so much fun. Best part is..if your dog destroys a toy they will replace it . I've had to ask a few times and they are always happy to help and send us a new toy. I absolutely would recommend Barkbox to anyone !

Whenever I have contacted Bark Box, the customer service has been amazing. My dog, a Belgian Malinois, loves the toys but I had to go to the Super Chewer box just to keep them around for longer than 5 minutes. He even manages to destroy the Super Chewer toys. The only suggestion I have is BarkBox find a way to make cloth Super Chewer toys as he does love stuffies but they just don't last long with him.

We are considering going back to the regular box because the Super Chewers are not as much fun for our pup, nor are they as durable as we expected. The recent BarkBox had a brown toy with straps on it, we ended up throwing it away because she chewed small pieces off. The lockness monster is great but she is able to chew the boat itself, but we are ok with that. We prefer durable toys that squeak because that is what she enjoys. She is a strong chewer and we know that it is difficult to find toys she cannot chew up, so the fun is letting her destroy it, but doing it safely with us under supervision. We love BarkBox.

January 2019 Super Chewer Barkbox - The treat puzzle was disappointing. In less than 5 minutes, my dog was able to unscrew it and chewed on the blue tabs with the grooves that are used to screw the two pieces together. The two pieces won’t fit together anymore. He chewed the head of the sea serpent toy beyond recognition and it caused him to bleed. He loves the treats.

We signed up for Super Chewer BarkBox within a month of adopting our lab mix. At first it was really great, but there seems to be an issue popping up every month now. Resolutions, in general, are inconsistent. Pros: Variety of chews in box. Creative themes. Immediate replies from customer service. Guaranteed replacement. Cost. Dogs general excitement when BB shows up. Cons: Durability of some toys--rope items, some rubber snack toys. Weight of some rubber toys-too heavy or large. Follow through to correct issues--at least three occasions where no replacement was sent or sent after multiple emails.

We have been subscribed to the Super Chewer BarkBox for some time. We always have treats in the house and never have to worry about running out which is so important for a food motivated pupper like our lab-Aussie mix. The toys hold up pretty well. Occasionally we get a toy that is destroyed in minutes but BarkBox has accommodated us when this happens. He love the balls and squeaker toys.

The dogs like it and get excited when a box shows up. My only complaint is that the toys are of varying quality. Oct and Dec had great toys that are still around. But January's toys got destroyed in hours.

We have been pleased so far with most (if not all) of the toys and treats received! Our sweet pup Maxi has managed to destroy a few still but quite a few more have managed to elude her. The puzzle types/treat feeders are GREAT for her and we'd love to see lots more of those. The least played with for her are the large heavy one-color toys (I think they have hidden squeakers in them) She will play with them briefly but rarely goes back to them. She LOVED both toys in the January box. (Nessie and the treat puzzle ball - Sorry I don't have the info with me to look up - she did manage to tear up the edges on both toys but they are still fun for her to play with as long as we watch her/don't let her eat the pieces she tears off.)

My dog loves getting BarkBoxes every month. He gets very excited when I bring the box inside and I can’t get it opened fast enough!! I introduce each toy to him by name, that way when I ask him to retrieve the toy from his toy basket, he knows which one to get!! They definitely are Super Chewers!!

Overall I have had a very good experience with bark! In December I placed an order outside of my usual monthly Super Chewer subscription. The wrong item was sent but when I contacted customer service they were quick to send out the correct item. When it arrived it was once again the incorrect item. I called again and the correct item was finally sent. Around the same time I had also paid to have my December box upgraded. When it arrived not only were there not extra items but it was also a regular box (not Super Chewer).
I contacted customer service and they sent out a new box. It was again not the upgraded box I had paid for and in addition it was a box with treats and toys that we had already received a previous month. I called customer service and they offered a credit. We love our subscription and know things happen so we are giving the benefit of the doubt and looking forward to our future Super Chewer boxes because we love the products and the customer service reps have always been amazing!

I started with the regular BarkBox and then when Buster died we cancelled. A year ago we renewed. Our dog, Bagel, doesn't like toys but LOVES the treats! Our newest dog, Trooper, adores toys but was destroying them in 5 minutes so we upgraded. Those lasted longer but were no match for his teeth so we upgraded to the Super Chewer box after talking to customer service. It is perfect! The only complaint I have is some of the toys are a little large and heavy.

Before this our super chewer went through toys like crazy! She could only have the black Kong and it would be destroyed in a matter of hours. Enter BarkBox the best money I have ever spent on toys and treats! Since subscribing she has only destroyed 3 toys in less than 48 hours and she can eat the treats without breaking out because of her food allergies. I am a BarkBox member for life and would recommend this to anyone and everyone who has a pup of any age. My girl gets so excited when her BarkBox comes in the mail and she knows it is all for her and the unboxing is fun for all involved!

The Super Chewer BarkBox is perfect for my GSD who loves to chew. There are a wide variety of toys from balls to pull toys to just plain toys to settle down and chew. This month there was a fabulous ball that unscrewed in half and a box of treats that screw into the ball. He loved working hard to get the treat, it’s also an incredible bargain for 3 toys that are impossible to destroy, 2 bags of treats and 2 large chews. Also the monthly themes are clever funny and well thought out. 100 stars. NO COMPLAINTS about the Super Chewer BarkBox.

My dog and I love it. He doesn't seem to play with the toys in the same way as the basic box. Obviously I don't want him tearing through a toy in 1 day, but it would be great if some of the aspects of the original box could be added to a heavier duty toy.

I have an 8 month old Golden Retriever and he received the Super Chewer box for Christmas and destroyed the toys in under 5 minutes. We contacted BarkBox to see what they could do because it’s a 45$ toy... SO it took them 3 weeks to finally send out a new shipment and just put 2 toys in there THROWN IN WITHOUT PLASTIC COVERING so who knows where that came from...and my dog is not even interested in those toys at all... They will NOT contact us back and when we try and call they always tell us to text them. They never answer. It’s very very very POOR customer service and not good quality toys AT ALL.

My mom got her grandpup Remi a 3 month subscription. It was SUPPOSED to be for the Super Chewer. He is a large German Shepherd. Additionally, she paid the extra $19 for double everything in his first box and an additional $15 for expedited shipping so he could have it for Christmas. We got 1 super chewed chew. He didn't get double toys, and the toys he did get were not super chewer... They are tube squeaker soft toys that will be destroyed pretty quick. He had 2 toys, 2 chews, and 2 bags of treats. And we didn't get it until 2 days past Christmas! I don't think I will continue with my own subscription after this.

Don't waste your money on this company. My dog chewed the super chewer toys to bits in less than 30 minutes. The treats included in the box gave him such severe diarrhea that he had to go to the vet 2 months in a row. When the next box arrived the treats went directly into the trash unopened. When I complained, all I got was a response that they'll send more toys. Each email was answered by a different person. They would not cancel my subscription. I've had better service from magazine companies who WOULD cancel my subscription because I was not happy with their product. Very poor customer service. I'll stick with PetSmart in the future, better customer service and product guarantees.

I ordered a 12 month subscription to be billed monthly for the “super chewer” package. 20 minutes after the dog got his toys he had each one chewed to pieces. I sent a picture via text that same day and received no reply from BB. I sent an email a couple days later along with the picture asking that the subscription just be canceled since it obviously isn’t something that was going to work for my dog. Again, NO REPLY FROM BB. I then see they charged my card again for the next delivery. (At least now I know they are still alive!) The next delivery is said to be on its way so I email them AGAIN requesting that they reverse the charge, do not charge my card again or send any more deliveries. Huh, NO REPLY FROM BARK BOX.
Today I went to their website and did a live chat. Was told they have the text and picture I originally sent but didn’t receive the emails I sent (which were sent through their Contact Us page). And basically, "Too bad, we can send you more crap toys but you can’t cancel before the 12 months is up." He did fill me in that there was a one month offer that was a little more expensive and maybe I should have gone that route instead. Shame on me I guess for having a little trust that the product they were selling was going to be as advertised. During our chat today I told them I was going to send the next chargeback as authorization revoked and if necessary close my card completely. Answer still was basically, "Too bad." They hate for me to have to go to all that trouble but that’s what it’s going to take I guess.

Additionally i'm so sorry to hear that the super chewer toys didn't hold up for you. We can't keep your pups tail wagging if the toys are not lasting. Then right now with the themes of the boxes changing monthly from time to time that can also mean the durability can change with the toys. Not to worry though! If your pup doens't love something or something doesn't hold up we are more than happy to work with you and find a better fit on our end. So i would love to send your pup out some better suited toys to help with this. Then it does look like you and your pack signed up for the year billed monthly. We would love to discuss some better suited options if you and your pup don't want to commit to getting boxes every single month for the year. We do offer the option now to get those boxes of goodies every other month. We can also now tailor those boxes to include less toys if you would like your pup to get more treats and chews to make up for this. I ordered my 35 lb 6 month old puppy a “super chewer” BarkBox for dogs 20-50 lbs. When the box came, the toys were gigantic - far too large for my dog. I called and customer service was extremely nice and immediately agreed to replace the toys and adjusted the type of box we’d be receiving in the future. Several weeks later I received an email requesting that I review customer service based on our experience with this problem. However no replacement toys had arrived. I called customer service again and they are sending the toys and also gave me a free subscription month for the hassle. The customer service rep was extremely apologetic, kind, and professional. I would recommend BarkBox subscriptions based on the quality of the items as well as their outstanding customer service. Yes, they made a couple of mistakes but they were readily willing to fix them as well as compensate me for the time spent fixing them.

I signed up for BarkBox at the beginning of July after reading great reviews and the company standing behind their product. Well I received my first email confirmation for delivery, when I didn't receive the box a few days after this date I reached out to "my contact" via email at BarkBox, she explained the move to the new warehouse and things have taken longer to ship, for the inconvenience she added on two additional months to the end of my YEAR long subscription at no cost.
When I finally received my first box and gave the toys to my Pitbulls they destroyed them within 2 hours so I emailed "my contact" asking what my options were. I received a return email stating that their mailbox was full and my email wouldn't be received. I tried several times after that and finally someone else emailed me and stated I would hear from "my contact" within 48 hours, that of course never happened. I reached out via Instant Messenger on the computer and someone apologized and told me I could upgrade to the next level for no additional cost. I agreed to that and she also said that she would send me two super chewer toys to try at no cost.
I then received a call a week later from BarkBox stating that this person promised me items that were not in inventory so they will need to send me something else. She agreed to send me a new Super chewer box at no cost and for my troubles this far she would not charge me for August and September. After receiving the boxes promised to me (July & August) I have not received any more. I signed up for a year subscription so I went online to chat with someone. The person I chatted with told me my subscription was only for the month, which makes absolutely no sense since the very first person I talked to added two additional months to the end of my 12 months subscription.
When I explained that they said they seen a very extensive chat history in my only 2 months of having BarkBox but the only thing they can do is re-sign me up. She was less than helpful so I asked to have a manager call me. That following Monday an Ambassador called me. He was less than helpful as well. Pretty much told me sorry but there is nothing they can do. After that conversation I received a survey that I filled out as unsatisfied. Last week Thursday I received an email from a Manager Greer and asked what happened and how he can help me.
I thought FINALLY a Manager, however here we are over a week and I sent him two emails and NO response at all. I sent him an email with a suggestion to make this right. I have not received anything. In the few months that I had BarkBox I have had nothing but problems and no one with authority to make it right or even the willingness too. It is extremely disappointing. At this point I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I just started BarkBox for Zander. My first experience was a little wobbly. I went online and started a subscription, wanting to make the monthly payments, but it charged me the full annual fee of 235$. The problem was fixed pretty quickly and I got my refund. And a free regular box because they couldn't stop the order. So that was really great. I had to get everything straightened out over the phone because the website didn't give me the option to do the Super Chewer box with monthly payments. So after getting everything figured out I got my free box yesterday. My dog went absolutely crazy with joy. He loved the treats and has not put them down yet. Now being that this was a regular box, I already expected my dog to rip through them right away because he is a super chewer.
Flash forward to 12 hours after getting the box... the toys are obliterated. Nothing left but fabric and one ball that came out of the stuffed toy and was the (BONUS) toy. Nevertheless he still chews on them. Also one last comment. There were so many squeaker in the toys that he went crazy with joy. So I get my Super Chewer box on Saturday and I'll update ya'll how "super chewer" it really is, because I definitely have a SUPER chewer. :)

SALEM LOVES HER BARK BOXES THAT COME EVERY MONTH. She like all her toys and treats. Now that she has been upgraded to the super chewer everything is so much better. When she see her box she is so excited. We open and she picks out what toy she wants first then she will not get another for about a week. Keep up the good work.

We have 8 dogs and when we BarkBox it was a blessing. The staff is very helpful with finding exactly what we need for our boys. The toys and treats are enjoyed by all and the boys know when the box arrives… We attempted to go to the super chewer but they did not like those as well as the other toys. Staff is pleasant and accommodating.

We are not big on treating our pups. We treat them with toys, walks, Hikes and backpacking. So when we receive our BarkBox every month it's a disappointment that once again we have a plethora of treats vs toys. We ordered the super chewer box and our dogs still find ways to rip the toys to bits.

Boxes are customizable for food allergies or preferences as well as what types of toys your dog likes (squeaker, chewy or super chewy). My dogs have received two boxes every month for over a year (regular box and super chewer box) and we have never been disappointed.

Molly was chewing the toys in the beginning, the customer service team gets an amazing review from me moving her to a super chewer and fixing the problem! She got replacement toys, and now she gets only toys in her box monthly! Molly looks forward to the mailman to bring her bark box monthly??? They get 5 stars from us!!

Tino is a super chewer and the toys that are shipped each month typically stand up to his big mouth. The treats are wheat, soy, and corn free and he loves them. I have been very happy with the customer service. Anytime there was an issue with the toys they were replaced immediately. They are easy to do business with.

We have truly enjoyed our experience with BarkBox. With the roll out of their super chewers box, we now receive toys that last our dog a long time, sometimes several months. If he does happen to destroy a toy, we can simply email and ask for a replacement. I love this aspect of their customer service. When we were on their super chewer plan, we requested a replacement every month and never had any issues. The value is great as well. Toys singly can easily cost $15 each. For a $30 monthly fee, we get 2 toys with a possible third if one is destroyed, plus 2 bags of treats and another chew.

In January of 2016 I adopted two Greater Swiss Mt. Dog x Black lab pups, each one like their respective parent in looks and temperament. As young pups they liked similar toys and nothing lasted long in the onslaught of teething puppies! Very early on I heard about Chewy.com and had been getting treats and toys from them as well as their food - big fan of pet delivery services! As they got older they developed very different toy likes, with Arabella (GSMD) being a rope and nylabone girl and Chauncey (BL) wanting balls, stuffed squeaked, and treat holders. Stumbled on BarkBox one day surfing FB offering a free extra toy with 6/12 mo subscriptions. That was almost two years ago and it has been one of the best subscription services I've ever encountered.
I cannot say enough about their customer service! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, genuine concern for your pets, punny as heck, and fast. The very few issues we've had were handled so quickly and professionally, it's been amazing. Lots of toys are stuffed, and if your dogs are like my crack lab, they will meet their fluff- spread demise pretty quickly, but there is usually a fairly durable heavy duty rope or nylon/rubber toy at least every other box. If your dog has jaws of steel, I'd recommend the Super Chewer box which we get for our Boxer/moose mix Boudreaux who is chewing fool! Second subscription also came with an additional free toy for 6/12 mo plans AND we got a free box for our regular dogs!
Our Trio of Terror always knows when the BarkBox has arrived and treat us to some pretty hysterical door dancing and tail-on-fire type wagging! Love that everything is made by BarkBox using humanely sourced products and right here in the USA. Just the right amount of treats to last for a month, and our kids love them! Between both boxes it's 50.00/mo but we get 90.00-110.00 worth of goodies (6 toys, 4 bags of treats, 4 various chews/bully stix/jerky) and no hassle since it's delivered to your front door. We would give 10 stars if we could - 4 thumbs and 12 paws up!

Bailey really like the toys - just wish they werent all "soft" toys as she destroys them within the week. We were told they were putting her in the "Super Chewers" program - thought that would include more "hard" toys. Bailey really loves all the treats that are included in the boxes too.

Barkley loves to get his BarkBox every month. He gets so excited when it comes in the mail, because he knows it is all his. The toys are sturdy and the treats are tasty. Even for a super chewer the toys keep him happy for a long time. Barkley loves the spikey balls inside other toys. It's like getting two toys in one.

The toys that have other toys inside of them, are the best toys, aren't they?? Happy to hear that Barkley is loving those!
